1039 Telugu People have not forgotten October Revolution or Marxism, though the World is emitting signals of Loss of Memory

Russia, where the October (1917) Revolution took place deliberately ignored its Centenary 100 years. The World also did not take much interest in the Centenary of the October Revolution. Consequently, unsung, it came and slipped like a shadow when we near a lamp post, and pass away from it. But Telugu People have not forgotten the October Revolution. Both the CPI and CPIM have celebrated it with some gusto, speeches were given, and exhortations were made. Now, the 2017 has come to an end. Suddenly, RanganAyakamma Aged, Veteran Telugu Writer sprang up with her Telugu Article in Andhra Jyothi, print edition dated 30th Dec. 2017. There are some fireworks in it. Her views, according to this ybrao-a-donkey's perception, are to be translated into English and Hindi, so that other Indians, and probably Global Citizens can also study them. This is because, the Whole World is depicted by bourgeoisie Media, to be forgetting the Communism and Marxism as if they belonged to some Stone Age. A rejoinder to the Article of Ranganayakamma has come from Shri Srinivasa Rao, Secretary of CPM, Andhra Pradesh Unit, in the Andhra Jyothy Print Edition dated 4th January 2018. The CPIM's rebuttal is also meaningful. Probably it also needs to be translated into English, or at least salient points to be discussed and commented upon.

Ranganayakamma has titled her reply 'Communists or Feudal Bourgeoisie'. I wish to point out that all individuals and Institutions operating in a Feudal or Bourgeoisie System, have no alternative , except to follow at least some bourgeoisie methods, for survival. Then, the question will be , what should be the Limit of Safety beyond which No Communist or no Communist Party can go? Even, Ranganayakamma herself might have been following some bourgeoisie methods for her Survival. May be, of course, not crossing the Limits of Safety and Sanity.

Do Communists force people to sleep? Do Communists prevent people from sleeping?

Absolute freedom for a person to do anything he-she-likes, (In Telugu language, spoken by 100 million people across the world, the word used is 'svEchcha', whereas 'svatantram' = freedom, independence is not absolute freedom in its perfectness), IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS EARTH IN ANY SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE, not to speak of Democracy and Communism.

Constitutions of different countries guarantee different degrees of personal freedoms, but none of them grant 100% svEchcha in the truest meaning of the word. Indian Constitution also has numerous provisions for protection of freedoms, under various Articles of Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy. Most of these Constitutional Articles, in 1950 we might have started on a clean slate, but since then countless Constitutional Amendments by the Governments, Supreme Court Rulings have added many exceptions and limitations to the freedoms envisaged in Indian Constitution. Thus, our personal freedoms in today's world are only delusive, elusive, and illusive.

LOSS OF PERSONAL FREEDOMS IN THE ERSTWHILE COMMUNIST COUNTRIES SUCH AS ERSTWHILE USSR, China, East European Countries, Cuba etc.

I do not know what field level problems which Lenin-Stalin-Trotsky, Mao-Ze-Dong, Castro faced. But, in the name of fighting the bourgeoisie and the kulaks (landlords), and inducting and enforcing egalitarian socities , personal freedoms were given goodbye, causing grief and misery to thousands of familiies. Though it was probably expected at that time that, the loss of personal freedom would be temporary, and that the lost freedoms will be restored once normalcy is brought back, it never happened. Finally, the Communist countries got dissolved, and Capitalism-s + democracies took their place. Dis the lost personal freedoms come back? I have doubts.

What is the % of personal freedoms in our Great Icon of Liberty: United States of America? UK? France? Only citizens of those countries will have to say.

Imagined Personal Freedoms in Democracies- one example

Suppose a person inherits a billion dollar estate from his parents. Suppose he-she gets assured income of some millions of bucks from some fishy money markets. Now, can we say that he-she has a right of personal freedom to spend all his life booze-binge-ing, gambling, or just lazily lying down on a couch, watching or without watching (lazy even to watch a TV), while making sure that his inherited wealth is well-protected and consuming only the 'usufruct' i.e. income part?

On the other hand, I have seen many persons toiling for their two square meals, right from the day, they attain an age of five years as a child. And that drudgery they have been doing 24/7/365. Is that real freedom? Or a delusive freedom?

Tatiana herself was born in the prison. Her twin brother, who was also born in jail died in jail, owing to "Lack of clothes, lack of food, lack of medicine". An allocation of 140 gms. of bread, for the whole family-- consisting of one mother and two children. Her father was serving two ten year terms of sentences. At the end of the second term he was expecting a release. But he was again sentenced to a third ten year term. Hearing about it, her father died out of depression. When Tatiana was six, she and her mother were released. After growing up, Tatiana worked in State Bank of USSR, for 36 years, and retired. She was proud of her service in Bank. Probably, scared, she never shared her past history with anybody.

Gulags need not result from Rule of Proletariat (Workers' Rule). Unfortunately Workers' Rule, was not experimented in USSR or China, or the East Europe. In the name of 'Dictatorship of Proletariat', they have perpetrated, (and are perpetrating) heinous dictatorships and totalitarian regimes. In Dictatorships and Totalitarian Reigns there will be no Rule of Law. There will be no place for Natural Justice and Equity. Coteries rule the roost. Sycophancy is recognised as Efficiency and Effectiveness. Dictators entertain sycophants because, they cannot survive and feel comfortable amidst knowledge, virtue and wisdom. Ignorance of Workers is a bliss for cunning leaders who get transmogrified into whimsical Tyrants, supported by their coteries.

Coteries not only help the first leader to become a tyrant, but also they will / can kill their own creation 'the tyrant' or convert him into a manikin to present him as a figurehead, for the atrocities perpetrated by him. Lenin seems to have been made into a dictator and a tyrant by his successor Stalin. As soon as the effects of past evil acts/sins (called 'pApa karma') get exhausted, the suffering souls get cleansed, and will have to face a rebirth. In the same manner, a person's enjoyments in heavens are not intended to be eternal and everlasting. They will only be transient to the extent that as soon as the effects of their virtuous acts (called 'puNya karmAs') get exhausted, they have to move to hell (if not already undergone through), or else will have to be reborn on Earth.

This yb-donkey is not a believer in the concepts of virtues or sins (they are difficult to define), and the existence of heavens and hells. This example is given just to indicate that nothing is condemnable for ever. Re-experimentation is possible, while trying to prevent repetition of past mistakes. Marxism cannot be abandoned because for highly and densely populated countries, Capitalism and Neo Liberalisms cannot provide solutions of EQUALITY.

979 Should there at all be a need for agricultural pricing in Communism or Marxism or True Total Socialism? Lenin ought not to have gone back to bourgeoisie methods!

Something seems to be wrong with me. Either my expectations are too high, or Socialist Dreams tend to be unrealistic. The deeper and deeper I go into the manner in which Lenin led the organisation of the Communist Society/Governance, in the post Bolshevik Revolution 1917 (Also October Revolution 1917), I am getting more and more disappointed. However, these disappointments do not make me to drift to conclude that Marxism is un-experiment-ible. Nothing can be condemned as unexperimentible as long as such experiments do not lead to grave consequences and catastrophies such as genocides, massacres and extreme misery(ies) to the poorest. We know too well the monstrasities of Capitalism, and the World has been experiencing them for the last several Centuries. True, Communism too has contributed many-a-horror, but we have to keep in mind that, it had never started in any country, in its true form. Only labels were made. Only appearances were made. May be deliberately or intentionally. Or Communism/Marxism were not properly understood by their leaders. They were venerated. Huge Statues of theirs were erected. Cities were named after them (Leningrad, Stalingrad). Whether historic errors were realised or not, contrition took place or not. Statues were destroyed, Severed heads rolled.

Many questions rack our minds. First of all why the statues were erected? And why the statues were rolled down, like packs of card or heaps of bricks?

925 Daunting task before Leftist Parties in India, especially CPI and CPIM, with no matching genuine effort on their part

This photo, courtesy hmtvlive.com shows Shri Tammineni Veerabhadram, General Secretary, Telangana State, of the CPIM (Communist Party of India Marxist), on his walking campaign in Mahabubnagar District of Telangana State. I greatly appreciate the physical strains he is taking ostensibly to strengthen his party in Telangana State, and also to criticise the despotic rule of Shri K. Chandrasekhara Rao, Chief Minister of Telangana, his son, his nephew, his daughter, and his follower. So far so good. Because of strenuous efforts of Shri Veerabhadram, his party may win one or two seats in the 2019 Election to Telangana Assembly, or INdia's Parliament. Okay, but will that be sufficient? In India, at the National level, there is a vacuum. People are highly dissatisfied with both the top National Parties and their associates i.e. BJP, NDA, Congress, UPA, Shiv Sena, and Regional Parties which support them. This is a beautiful opportunity for Left Parties to fill the vacuum, by 2019. There is two years time. By that time, if people are dissatisfied with BJP, Congress, and the Regional Parties, Left Parties should be able to fill the gap. But they are not ready. There are numerous issues which affect the functioning of Leftist Parties in India, and impair the capabilities of the Left Parties to come to power at Center.

Communist Parties in India seem to have as leaders, only persons belonging to castes which are 'landed' and wealthy. Of course, those leaders may be exceptions from their castes, in the sense that they might have made sacrifices for their party, and they may be serving 24/7/365 their parties 'gratis' (without receiving / expecting any remuneration). But justice should not only be done, but also appear to have been done. CPI and CPIM, and other Leftist Parties have to give a thought to the aspect of JUSTICE APPEARING AS BEING DONE.

One method of JUSTICE to make APPEARING TO BE DONE, IN CHOOSING PARTY LEADERS

When elections are conducted in 'meetings' where proposers and seconders have to stand and put forward their candidate openly, very few members dare to propose and second candidates who do not belong to the group organising the meetings, funding the meetings, and conducting the elections. The very idea of organising meetings, funding the meetings and rallies of the party, is to get elected as a key Office bearer.

THERE SHOULD BE NO NEED OF NOMINATIONS TO GET ELECTED

Every registered eligible voter may be considered as a candidate automatically. His membership number can be taken as his identify, and as his election symbol. Every ballot paper can contain all the membership numbers, and names of the voters of Constituency, and voters may be requested to tick the number of the candidate, whom they want to elect.

As nominations are dispensed with, it is to be presumed, that primarily every voter has given his consent to be a candidate and get elected.

SECRET BALLOT MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY, so that voters can vote frankly and fearlessly.

After getting elected, if any voter wants not to take up the post, if there are significant genuine reasons for such refusal, fresh elections may be conducted for that post.

ERRONEOUS BELIEF THAT CASTEISM IS RAMPANT ONLY IN INDIA

It is a misconception to believe that casteism prevails only in India. It is Universal. In India, Casteism is much talked about, and the word 'caste' is unnecessarily and exceedingly used by the Government Departments, Corporations, and Govt. Companies. Inquiring about caste, where somebody seeks special benefits on the ground of his belonging to a particular socially backward caste, is understandable. In such cases, inquiring about caste should come up, when the context arises.

WHY REFERENCE TO CASTE IN Police First Information Reports, and Statements obtained from Witnesses?

This custom might have started during the British Rule or even earlier. Today, almost all Police Stations in India, while obtaining First Information Reports, and Statements from Witnesses, invariably refer at the beginning itself to the caste of the complainant/witnesses. Police can inquire about caste of complainants / accused / witnesses when need arises during investigation. Asking caste, should not be a starting point for obtaining statements from witnesses. Caste may become important, when a question of customs-traditions, applicable law arises, but that should be an item of secondary trigger, not primary trigger.

Are Telugu channels in India, mostly owned by persons belonging to same caste?

My father is about 90 years old. As he needs my assistance in watching TV, I spend about 3 hours every evening with him, for operating remote, while skipping through ubiquitous advertisements. Fortunately, SVBC Channel of TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam) is one channel which in its nAda nIrAjanam program (A program of approaching the God, hailing him through 'sound and music' [i.e. Indian Classical Music and Dance, both of Carnatic (South Indian) and Hindusthani (North Indian) genre], does not cause 'khEd' with intervening advertisements. Advertisements are broadcast at the end of program, and not in the middle. My father spends lot of time on Telugu News Channels. I mostly depend on Deccan Chronicle, English Newspaper, print edition, to quench my thirst for news.

While operating the remote to help my father through Telugu News channels, Sakshi TV channel, and 10 TV Channel drew my attention. Sakshi TV Channel is exceptional because it is owned by Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, and the YSRCP Party. Naturally it is anti Andhra Pradesh Government. 10TV channel, it drew my attention, because it appeared to me that they were giving special preference to Shri Tammineni Veerabhadram, his walking Campaign, and his speeches. As far as advertisements are concerned 10TV is not different from other news channels. That doubt has been clarified and resolved today, by googling.

Ans: First of all, there will be no private property. Government will show work to all able-bodied healthy persons, and allot FREE residential quarters at the places of their work, or at the places nearest to their work. If they are transferred to some other place, they will have to vacate the quarters they occupy at present, and shift to the new FREE quarters which will be allotted to them at the new place of work. When they reach an age of retirement or become incapacitated to work, separate FREE quarters will be allotted to them, along with others who are similarly placed, and they will be permitted to live there, till their death. At all these places, free cooked food will be supplied to the free quarters, and there will be no need for them to toil themselves for cooking.

पहले, हम यह जानना कि, श्रामिक राज्य में प्रैवेट संपत्ती नहीं रहते। सबी काम करने के लिये शक्ति शील और अरोगी व्यक्तियों को सरकार समुचित काम दिखाते हैं। और काम करने के जगह के नजदीक क्षेत्र मे कर्मचारियों को फ्री क्वारट्रर्स दिखाते हैं। जब उन कामगारों को बदली हो जाय तो, वे पुराने क्वार्टर को खाली करके, नये कार्यस्थान को चले जाना पडेगा, और उनको वहाँ एक रहने के लिये फ्री क्वारटर दिखाते हैं। जब श्रामिक बूढा बन जाय या काम करने के लिये अशक्त या दीर्घ रोगी बन जाय, उनको विश्रांत व्यक्तियों के लिये निर्देशित फ्री क्वार्टर्स में जगह दिखाते हैं। सभी जगहों में क्वार्टर्स में रसोई बनाने के जरूरत नहीं रहेगा। फ्री फुड प्याकॆट्स को होम डॆलिवरी करते हैं। इस पध्धती में जमीनों को आक्रमण करके या खरीद करके, ऋण लेकर या रिष्वत लेकर पेसे कमा कर, बडे भवन निर्माण करने के जरुरत ही नहीं रहेगा।

Whatever they have promised or done are just mEna mAma cevilO venTrukalu molipincaTam (A Telugu proverb which literally means germinating /sprouting hair in the ear-lobes of maternal uncle. Story behind that: Telugu people believe that, if hair sprouts on the ear lobes of maternal uncle, the nephew will get a fortune of wealth. A God appeared before a devotee and asked him to choose a boon. The devotee ought to have directly asked the God for a boon of great fortune and prosperity. Instead, he asked the God to sprout hair on the ear lobes of his maternal uncle. The God okayed it, hair sprouted on the maternal uncle's ear lobes. But the nephew didn't get the fortune. This proverb was used very effectively by Late Bapu, Mullapudi Venkata Ramana, Rao Gopala Rao, Allu Ramalingaiah in the Telugu film MutyAla muggu. True Socialism with Proletarian Rule will not be of that illusive type.

Ans. Awareness of goals, means, strengths, weaknesses is a must, for all the peasants, workers and poor people. An intellectual upgradation and paradigm shift in the thinking and actions of these classes are necessary. लक्ष्यों , साधनों, बलों, बलहीनताओं, के ज्ञान, किसानों, कर्मचारियों, और गरीबों में सही ढंग मे रहना अवश्य है। इस के लिये, इन वर्गों में मेथोन्नति, और आलोचना-कार्यशीलता में एक समूल बदली होना अवश्य है।

The Marxist Author Ranganayakamma is a person about whom we must think about at least a few minutes, like Late Survaram Pratapa Reddy. Her method of thinking, is worth analysing and emulating at least to some extent, if not wholly. Her commitment and loyalty to Marxism, is not possible to others. It is not my intention to praise her endlessly and leave it there. For example, her Article titled "Ambedkarists' Illusions" published in No. 2 Telugu Daily Andhra Jyothy is worth studying by every INdian, not to speak of every Telugu person. I intend to translate it into English and post here, together with my frank views. I do not know when that ambition will be accomplished.

One important problem with the articles of Ranganayakamma is they have very high standard, on a theoretical plane. It is very difficult for ordinary people to comprehend the gist. Lot of effort is necessary to understand the content, arguments. Our people are accustomed to audio-visual Cinema Stuff on TV channels. Our people have lost their ability to read SERIOUS texts even in our own Mother Tongue Telugu language. This is a very very sad state of affairs. Then we cannot expect Ranganayakamma gAru to come down to our levels.

Great Great courage will be required to required TODAY to criticise Late Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Even if the criticism is genuine, owing to Vote Bank Politics somebody or other some class of people will immediately come up with complaints, objections or slogans, without caring to examine what the author wanted to convey. Consequently, the whole issue will be sidetracked. Hence, my special appreciation is to Ranganayakamma gAru, for her risk-taking venture.

I shall try to discuss some of the points raised by her in about 10 posts at this blog, mostly from practical point of view.

Now, I shall write some real-life observations from my life, which are relevant to Marxism (what I call Equalism, to guard against confusion with today's misplaced Communism in countries like China).

What I want to say is "Srama dOpiDi" (Robbing of Labor through Exploitation of Labor by Employer. I shall simplify the term Srama dOpiDi for the benefit of those who are not conversant with it: It is based on the Theory of Value by Karl Marx. In simple terms: If a laborer adds a value of Rs. 100 to a product which he-she contributes by his-her labor, and the employer pays him only Rs. 40 as wage, which may be a market wage based on demand for labor and supply of labor), a Srama dOpiDi of Rs. 60 takes place. The Rs. 60 is used by the Capitalist Employer at his whims and fancies. --This ybrao-a-donkey calls principal or main Shrama dOpiDi (A mode of Exploitation of Labor).

Everyday I go to a Tea stall for tea and tiffins. My monthly bill to them is about Rs 3,000/-. A part of it is paid by the TeaStall owner to his workers. I interviewed, as a sample two workers, to find how they use their earnings.

To my great distress I got the following replies:

One person: I get Rs. 240/- as my wage everyday. Every month I go to some movies. Often, I purchase tickets at high prices. For example, I saw bAhubali, buying a ticket of Rs. 270/-.

ybrao-a-donkey works up in his mind: The last time I saw a Telugu film in a Theatre was somewhere in 1987, a film Titled "dhriva nakshatram", in which Venkatesh acted as hero. It was at a Theatre named "Swati" in Bhavanipuram Area of Vijayawada. I rarely see films even on TV, because of domination of advertisements. Besides with meagre pension I can't afford to see films.

The worker might have thought that I was arrogant through my remark. He said: "What is wrong. There are people who purchased bAhubali tickets for Rs. 500/- and saw it well ahead of me. What wrong did I commit?"

ybrao-a-donkey: "They may be some corrupt Govt. employees or some blackmarketing merchants. Ordinary people will not buy."

The Tea Stall worker: "You are mistaken. He pointed out his index finger at another tea-stall worker. It is he who purchased bAhubali Ticket for Rs. 500/-."

Then ybrao-a-donkey goes to that other worker and inquires from him whether the inforamtion is correct, out of sheer inquisitiveness.

The Second worker: "Yes. What is wrong in that! They have produced the film spending crores of Rupees for making the film."

Life is too precious to lay down at the alter of special status for the State of Andhra Pradesh. Here is a news item from DC dated 22-9-15 which says that CPI workers have started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh. Special Status to Andhra Pradesh is too flimsy a demand to sacrifice lives. The benefits of Special Status are too ephemeral and volatile, and anyway they will benefit only industrialists and businesses, in the form of subsidies, incentives and tax concessions. For example, when A.P. State Govt. sometime back released Rs. 1200 crore (Rs. 12 billion) or $ 200 million approx. as some Capital Subsidies to industries such as Spinning Mills, who benefitted? Cabinet member of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, - Shri Prattipati Pulla Rao was benefitted by Rs. 30 crore. Did any of these spinning mills or some other mills, pass on at least a small part of the concessions they received from the State and Central Governments to their workers who toil to enrich the mill owners? That the Spinning Mill and other Mill owners should tell !!

GUNTUR: CPI workers Kota Malyadri, Budala Srinivas, Ch. Ramakrishna and 15 other members on Monday started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh.

Party state secretary K. Ramakrishna demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce the SCS to the state immediately and warned of intensifying the protest if the demands were not met.

Mr Ramakrishna launched the protest organised by Guntur CPI unit in front of the district collectorate. He accused Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of touring Singapore instead of taking up the issue of special category status with the Centre.

Mr Ramakrishna warned that the party would organise state-wide protests from October 2.

It will do good for Mr. K. Ramakrishna, A.P. State Secretary of CPI, and the Communist Party of INDIA POLIT BUREAU to realise that Communism / Marxism / Total Socialism cannot have anything to do with Regional / Linguistic / Religious / Casteist aspirations. The above news says that CPI workers have started a fast unto-death demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. I view that the lives of CPI workers are too valuable to sacrifice at the alter of the bourgeoisie parties to fulfil their deceptive, elusive, fake promises which were made with no intention to fulfil. Special Status demand is too flimsy a ground to lay down lives. Of course, the 21st Century fasts unto-death may not have a really serious intent to continue it until death, if the demands are not fulfilled, and that there is always a foresight that Police will interrupt it in the middle , admit the fast-makers into hospitals, and inject saline. This has been proved numerous times. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu knew it when he did it in New Delhi. KCR knew it. Jagan knows it. But, still, let us give a benefit of doubt to the CPI workers that they are serious and sincere in their fasting. They seem to have been misguided by somebody to convince them to undertake the misadventure. Funniest part is, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is worried about the life of Jagan, but not worried about the value of the lives of CPI Workers. Why? Only he should tell. Are CPI Workers flies and mosquitos to be brushed aside?

Encouraging Regionalism, Casteism, Communalism, etc. create practical problems for All India Parties. For example, all the 29 States of India may want Special Status for their respective States. Will the CPI Central Committee support and allow their 29 State level Committees to start agitations to pursue their goals? Suppose, if all the 29 State CPI Units want their workers to start fast-unto-death, there will be disintegration of India. Chasing with the hounds and fleeing-running with the hares will be foolish and not possible. CPI Secretary Mr. Narayana has already done sufficient injustice to the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh, and to the cause of Communism and Working Classes of both Telangana and Sesh Andhra areas, when he sided with TRS and sailed with KCR & Company demanding separate Telangana. Mr. Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy owes a duty to explain to the people of India to explain how their support to separate Telangana Movement benefited the Workers of Telangana, or Sesh Andhra, or the Working Classes of India.

Quest: Six tenant farmers attempted suicide, and among them two persons died few days back, in a village in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, as the Government snatched away their livelihood, for auctioning them to maximise income. Telangana State is not lagging behind, in farmer suicides. One farmer by name Anjanaiah committed suicide in Godal Village, Balmur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, Telangana. How will you solve this problem?

Not possible to solve this problem. यह साध्य नहीं है। ఇది సాధ్యం కాదు.

Reason: Agriculture in India today, is highly monetised, and highly risky. Farmer has to buy all his inputs by paying money. Seed-quality, wageries of monsoons, pests, decide his fate. A week's dry spell is sufficient, to spell doom for him-her. Or a day's down-pour is adequate, to ruin him-her. Till 1947, farmers were not buying their inputs. Their farm animals, dairy animals, small animals (sheep, goats, etc.), biomass of trees in compounds, used to meet the needs of their manures. They used to produce their own seeds. For tilling their lands, they were not hiring tractors. They were either using bio-pesticides or no pesticides. As population was very less, their landholdings were large. Even after payment of 1/4, 1/3 of produce as taxes to State, they used to have surplus for consumption. All their daily needs used to be met by their farm, dairy and farm animals, small animals, domesticated fowls, vegetables grown in the home, etc.

Farmers were not incurring huge expenditures on children's school fees, electricity bills, cable TV bills, petrol for bikes, hospital expenses, cinemas, wineshops, domestic gadgets, cell phones. Today, everything is to be paid in Cash. Irrespective of crop failures, they have to generate cash for all these payments.

Consequently, borrowings both from institutional lenders, and non-institutional lenders, have become inevitable, at very high rates of interests. They borrow at rates as high as 60% to 120% p.a. from village money lenders. Our large industrialists make a hue and cry when Banks raise interest by 0.25% points. Our industrialists never borrow at rates of 60%, 120% p.a. It is a very profitable business for landlords in villages, who have good land records and land titles, to borrow from Banks and re-lend to small, marginal and tenant farmers, at usurious interest rates.

When the small, marginal and tenant farmers, fail to repay the loans, landlords and private money lenders abuse and insult not only the farmers, but also their family members. This ill-treatment, becomes unbearable, when there are series of crop failures and marketing problems, continously.

Of course, the Andhra Pradesh Government has announced an ex gracia of Rs. 500,000/- to the kith and kin of the deceased farmers. But this is post mortem, intended to subside media criticism and public outcry.

Ans: I have worked as a Bank Field Officer both in Palnadu area (both dry and wet), as well as the Capital Region area (dry farming) of Guntur District and both dry and wet areas in Mahabubnagar District. I had also the fortune of working near Godal village, Balmur Mandal farmer suicide place, quoted above. Whatever I have written here, is based on hard realities learnt by me through close interaction with the farmers. Of course, it was about three decades back. But, the agricultural situation in India can only worsen year by year, as the population has doubled to 1.3 billion, and the lands got further fragmented.

Another unfortunate development during these three decades is: owners of lands have migrated to Cities for gainful businesses and occupations, like Government employment, trading, setting up industries, even for idle residence in the guise of children's education. In the process, they have become ABSENTEE LANDLORDS with passbooks and title deeds in their namess. Actual cultivation is done by oral tenants who do not have any written proof of their status. The Revenue Officials in the villages and the Mandals also do not change the names of the actual cultivators in the land records for three reasons: 1. The Revenue Officials cannot get proof of absentee landlordism. 2. They get annual bribes from the absentee landlords for continuing the land records in their name. 3. The village elders pressurise the Revenue officials to continue status quo ante. In the circumstances, tenant farmers become orphans in village unprotected by anybody, though they pay large amounts as rents for the land. The tenants cannot get Bank loans, as their names do not appear anywhere. The absentee landlords or the lazy landlords take the bank loans, showing the land records. When Govt. provides input subsidies, flood relief, drought relief compensations, agricultural debt relief, everything is pocketed by the land record holder, who has all the where-with-all to satisfy the bureaucrats administering the Govt. benefits.

Institutional lendings are misused by land-title holders and large farmers. Informal usurious lenders are none other than the absentee landlords and lazy landlords, who have a nexus with Banks and Govt. Officials.

Small and marginal farmers, as the quantum of lands in their own names will be very less (too small for sustenance), take more acres on oral lease. Thus small and marginal farmers often play a dual role of owner-farmer and tenant-farmer.

Summary: Existing feudalistic, Capitalistic system is not conducive to the welfare of small and marginal farmers, tenant farmers, and agricultural laborers in villages. Landholders do not reside in villages.


Question, प्रश्न, ప్రశ్న: How to solve the problems of small, marginal tenant farmers and agricultural laborers in a Total Socialist / Marxist set up, which you are keen on spreading?

Ans: All activities of production of goods and services both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors will be only in Government Sectors. There will be no private lands, businesses, industries, service institutions. Everything will be only in public sector. All risks in every activity are borne by the Government.

There were no truly Total Socialist or Marxist countries in the past (also present). All those were dictatorships. Dictators will be interested only in their own luxuries and comforts. They have nothing to do with the welfare of the people, except when there were temporary crises and upheavals. For success of Total Socialism or Marxism, democracy of proletariat is an essential prerequisite. The proletariat should be sufficiently enlightened. The proletariat should be free from alcoholism, religion, and superstitions. Homogenization and paradigm uplift of proletariat needs to be developed at least for 20 years through enlightened teams of proletarians.

Radical changes such as removal of private property, abolition of currency notes, minimisation of number of private vehicles, abolition of private shares, abolition of banking system, have to precede or to be simultaneous with introduction of Total Socialism or Democracy of Proletariat. All this has to take place through ballots and elections only. There can be no place for violence. Every member of the proletariat should develop his awareness levels, and help other members to develop their awareness levels. Educational Institutions, Media, could have tremendously helped in this task, but they cannot do it, simply because they are owned by Capitalists and they have a stake in continuing the present exploitative set up. Why will they raise the awareness levels of the proletariat?

AnsIn Total Socialism: This problem will not be there, as entire agriculture whether irrigated or unirrigated will be in Government Sector. Where to irrigate and where not to irrigate will be the headache of the Govt. There will be no private farmers.

Ans: In Capitalist Set up: Palamur Project need not be objected to, as long as the equitable distribution of water is managed by the Central Government, and not left to the hateful KCR & Co.

Central Government should have a clear policy on to how many kilometers distance from the River bank, water can be carried to. It should not under any circumstances allow the water to be carried to long distances, without first satiating the water needs of all the dry areas adjacent to the rivers. It will be immaterial whether they will be in Telangana or Andhra. For example without completely irrigating Wanaparti, Gadwal and Achampet areas, water cannot be taken to Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad, and Adilabad. In the same manner, without satisfying all the needs of Anantapur, Kurnool, Prakasam, Guntur adjacent to Krishna River Banks, water cannot be allowed to be taken to Cuddapah and Chittoor. Similarly without completely wetting Khammam and West Godavari Dt. dry areas, East Godavari dry areas, Visakhapatnam dry areas, Godavari water cannot be transported to Vijayavada, and then to Chittoor. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu (his predecessor Rajasekhara Reddy) and Mr. Devineni Umamaheswara Rao (A.P. Irrigation Minister), KCR & Co. seem to have this selfish-motives, to take the River Waters to their own constituencies, while leaving all the fields near the River Banks to get scorched. River Banks should get priority. Earlier this was not possible because rivers were flowing in low vallies, and Telangana lands, Rayala Seema lands were in high-elevation plateaus. Now that, we have modern methods like Lift Irrigation, Tunnel Digging, we cannot continue the old method of releasing all the water only to Deltas. Conversely, the Delta farmers too have to discontinue their practices of wasting water. They have an erroneously belief that more water means more output which is not always correct. Even in Delta areas, the farmers who have their fields near to Canal bunds, do not show any mercy to farmers having their fields at tail ends. Consequently, tail end farming has become worse than dry land farming. A dryland farmer clearly knows that he must depend only on Rain God, and perform marriages to frogs. A tail-end farmer's life is haunted by uncertainities. We can write 1000 pages on this topic.

ఈ వ్యాసం షుమారు రెండేళ్ళ క్రితం జనవరి 201౩ లో వ్రాసినది.   దీనిని ఒక దిన పత్రిక వారికి పంపగా, వారి ప్రాధాన్యతలకు సరిపోలేదో ఏమో, ప్రచురణకు నోచుకోలేదు.  వేరే కాగితాలకొరకు వెతుకుతుంటే ఇది కనిపించింది.   కొంత చెత్త తొలగించి, సవరించి, దీనిని నెట్ లో పెట్టటంలో ఉద్దేశ్యం,  మన పర్ సెప్షన్సు  (మన చుట్టూ ఉన్న పరిస్థితులను, సంఘటనలను మనం ఎలా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటాం),  రాబోయే కాలాన్ని ఎలా అంచనా వేసుకుంటాం, రెండేళ్ళ తరువాత చూసుకుంటే అవి ఎంత మేరకు నిజమయ్యాయి, పోల్చి చూసుకోటం.    అనుకున్న వన్నీ నిజంకావు, అలాగని ఘోరంగా ఫెయిల్ కావు.

ఇప్పటి 2015  నేపథ్యానికి పోల్చుకోవాల్సిన అంశాలు: 
1. ఆధార్ కార్డులను బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం  2. ఎన్నో రకాల అసమానతలను వదిలేసి, ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు దేశంలో అంతా సంపన్న వర్గాలున్నట్లు, గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ల మీద వేల కొద్ది రూపాయల సబ్సిడీ ఇస్తున్నట్లు, దానిని వదులుకోమని సంపన్న వర్గాలను అడుగుతున్నట్లు కనపడుతున్నా ప్రజలందరి వెంటబడటం.  3. రాష్ట్రంలో జపాన్ లో లాగా వృధ్ధులసంఖ్య పెరిగిపోతున్నదని, పిల్లలను కనమని శేషాంధ్రులను శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రబోధించటం.  4.  విశాఖ పట్టణంలో జరగనున్న  సీపీఎమ్ వారి  21వ కాంగ్రెస్ లో పాడనున్న పాతపాటలు. 


ఆధార్ కార్డుల నరకం
ఆధార్ కార్డుల జారీ ఒక  చెత్త కుండీ లా తయారయింది.  గ్యాస్ డీలర్లు, వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల వాళ్ళు ఏడిపిస్తూ ఉండటంతో,  85ఏళ్ళ వృధ్ధులు కూడ  వృధ్ధ పత్నిని వెంటేసుకుని ఆధార్ జారీ కేంద్రాలచుట్టూ తిరగాల్సి వస్తున్నది.   క్యూలో నిల్చో లేరు.  వినపడదు.  కనపడదు.  భూలోకనరకం, వాళ్ళ స్వంతం.

ఇదే సందర్భంలో, జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని, ప్రస్తుత జపాన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి, శ్రీ ఆసో చేసిన వ్యాఖ్య, ఆయన దేశప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి చేసినదే అయినప్పటికీ, ఎంతో ఆవేదన కలిగించింది.  ఎందుకంటే, అది మన దేశప్రజలకి కూడ, ఈ రోజు కాకపోయినా, 2020 లోపుగానే , వర్తించ బోతున్నది.   అంతే కాదు,  2014 లో ఎన్నికలు కాగానే, ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్, కాంగ్రెస్ గెల్చినా, గెలవకపోయినా, మాజీగా మారబోతున్నారు.  జపాన్ లో మాజీ ప్రధాని తరువాత ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అయినట్లుగా, భారత మాజీ ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అవతారం ఎత్తినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరం లేదు.

జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని ఆసో గారేమన్నారు ?
జపాన్ లో ని వృధ్ధ జనాభా ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకోవటమే మేలు.  లేదా ప్రభుత్వమే వారిని మరణింప నివ్వాలి | మరణింప చేయాలిట.   జపాన్ వృధ్ధులకు ఆరోగ్య సేవలనందించటం, జపాన్ జాతికి భారంగా పరిణమించిందిట.  ముక్కుతూ మూలుగుతూ పడకపై పడి ఉండి, రకరకాల వైద్య యంత్రాల నాళాలతో, సూదులతో, గుచ్చబడి, చిత్రహింసను అనుభవించే కన్నా,  జీవితాన్ని ముగించటమే మేలని ఆసో గారి భావం.  మీడియా గుచ్చి ప్రశ్నించగా, ఆ భావాలు తాను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఉద్దేశించి చేసుకున్నవని, తన మరణం అలా జరగాలని తాను కోరుకున్నట్లు, ఆసో గారు సర్దేసుకున్నారు.

మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ జీ, ఇటువంటి విషయాన్ని నీళ్ళు నములుతూనే, కుండ బద్దలు కొట్టినట్లు చెప్ప గలరు.  ఇది వరకే ఆయన  "ఫ్రీ లంచ్ లు అయిపోయినాయోచ్ " అని ప్రకటించారు.    సార్ కి మొహమాటాలు ఫిక్కీ, సీఐఐ, అస్సోచాం, టాటా, అంబానీ, జిందాల్ వంటి వాళ్ళతోనే తప్ప, భారతీయ పేదలతో కానీ, వృధ్ధులతో కానీ, వంటఇంటి మహిళలతో కానీ లేవు, లేనే లేవు, ఉండవు.    ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పథకాన్ని, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నెత్తిన వేసుకుంది కానీ, ఢిల్లీ సుల్తానులు, సుల్తానాలు, వేసుకోలేదు.

ప్రస్తుతం తెల్ల కార్డులేని దిగువ మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు, ఆధార్ కార్డ్ యొక్క అవసరం, గ్యాస్ బండల కొరకే.    ఈ మాత్రం దానికైనా వారు,  400 లేక 500 సమర్పించుకొని, ఆధార్ కార్డును  సంపాదించి , దానిని చూసుకుంటూ మురిసిపోవాల్సిందే.  సర్కార్ వారు, గ్యాస్ బండల ధరలను విపరీతంగా పెంచేసి, సబ్సిడీని ఉపసంహరిస్తే, రెండు మూడేళ్ళలో ఆధార్ నిరాధార్ కాక తప్పదు.

ఆధార్ ను జనంపై బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం వెనుక అమెరికా , యూరప్ ల వత్తిడి ఉందని అనుమానించక తప్పదు.  భారత పౌరుల కనుగుడ్లు (ఐరిస్ లు), చేతివేళ్ళ ముద్రలు , ఫొటోలు, జీవిత చరిత్రలు, అన్నీ, అమెరికన్ నిఘా సంస్థల పరిశీలనకు వెళ్ళ వలసినదే.    ఇస్లామిక్ తీవ్ర వాదుల ఏరివేత, ఉగ్రవాదం పై పోరాటం, అనే నెపాలు, ఈ డేటా బదిలీకి ఉపయోగిస్తాయి. 

తమకి సబ్సిడీలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు ఇవ్వటం లేదు,   అన్నిటినీ ఢిల్లీ సుల్తాన్ లు, సుల్తానాలు, మాత్రమే ఇస్తున్నారు అనే విషయం జనాల మెదళ్ళలోకి ఇంజెక్టు చేయటానికి,  కేంద్రం లోని అధికార పార్టీ పడుతున్న దుగ్ధ,  పిల్లికి చెలగాటం, ఎలుకకు ప్రాణ సంకటం లాగా,  వృధ్ధులకు, రెక్కాడితే గానీ డొక్కాడని ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగులకు,  కూలీలకు,  చేతిపని వారికీ, వీధులలో తిరిగి అమ్ముకునే వాళ్లకీ,  ఒక పీడగా మారింది.

తొమ్మిదేళ్ళ యూపీఏ పాలనలో ప్రజలు విసిగి వేసారి పోయారు.  రెండవ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం లాగా కనిపించే బీజేపీ,  కాంగ్రెస్ కి ప్రతిబింబం లాగా తయారయింది తప్ప,  స్వతంత్ర , భిన్నమైన సిధ్ధాంతాలను , ఆచరణలను ప్రతిపాదించలేక పోతున్నది. 

బీజేపీ అధ్యక్షుడు శ్రీ నితీన్ గడ్కారీ, చివరికి ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులనే బెదిరించే స్థాయికి దిగజారి పోయారు.  ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులు, రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం, నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ప్రవర్తించ వలసి ఉన్నప్పటికీ,  తమ ప్రస్తుత యజమానుల ఆగ్రహానికి గురికాకుండా ఆత్మ రక్షణ చేసుకోటం కొరకు, కొంత అతిగా పరిశోధనలు చేస్తూ ఉండవచ్చు.    2014లో ప్రధాన మంత్రో కేంద్ర మంత్రో కావాలనుకుంటున్న శ్రీ గడ్కారీ,  నేడే  ప్రధానో, కేంద్ర హోమ్  మంత్రో అయినట్లుగా కలగంటున్నారు.  బిజెపీ అధికారం లోకి రాగానే తనను బాధించిన వాళ్ళను వేధించి వాళ్ళ తాట ఒలవటానికి సిధ్ధమవుతున్నారు.

గడ్కారీ గారు, సోనియా మాత నుండి నేర్చుకోవాల్సింది చాల ఉన్నది.    అమ్మకు ఎవరి యందైనా  "కినుక" ఉంటే దానిని బయటకు పొక్కనివ్వదు.  సరియైన సమయం చూసి నొక్కేస్తుంది.  ఆమె తానుగా ఏమీ  మాట్లాడకుండా ఇతరుల చేత చెప్పిస్తుంది.

దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతీయ సామంతులు, సర్దారులు,  తమకిష్టులైన వాళ్ళని ఢిల్లీ సింహాసనం పై కూర్చుండ పెట్టి తోలుబొమ్మలాటలాడించటం ఘోరీ కాలం నుండి బహదూర్ షా జాఫర్ కాలం వరకే కాక,   స్వాతంత్ర్యానంతర భారత్ లో కూడ జరిగింది.

నేడు మూలాయం, కరుణ, నితీష్, జయ , చంద్రబాబు, కెసీఆర్, మాయావతి, మమతా దీదీ, జయలలిత లు, నిర్వహించాలనుకునే పాత్రలు కూడ  పప్పెట్రీలే.  బెంగాల్, కేరళ లను కోల్పోయిన వామపక్షాలు, రెక్కలు తెగిన జటాయువుల లాగా అరుస్తున్నాయి.  వామపక్షాలు వాగ్దానం చేసే తాయిలాల నన్నిటినీ, ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీలు, అఖిల భారత మితవాద, మధ్యేవాద పార్టీలు ఇప్పటికే ఇచ్చేశాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు వామి పక్షాలుగా, వాము పక్షాలుగా మారిపోయాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు, తాయిలాల గురించి కాక,  మార్క్సిజం లో కీలక అంశాలయిన ప్రైవేటు ప్రాపర్టీ నిర్మూలన, కరెన్సీ రద్దు,  ప్రతి పౌరుడికీ తిండీ ,గుట్ట ,  యూనిఫారం బట్ట ,   సమానత్వాన్ని ప్రతిబింబించే ఇళ్ళు, విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం సంపూర్ణంగా ఉచితమే కాక, పనిచేయగలిగే శక్తి ఉన్నవారందరికీ, ఉద్యోగహామీ, నిర్బంధ ఎనిమిది గంటల పని, బంగారం రద్దు,   సంపూర్ణ ఉచిత రవాణా వంటి విషయాలను ఎందుకు ప్రస్తావించవు ?

ఈ కోట్ , పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన దాని ప్రకారమే.  శ్రీ జస్టిస్ చంద్రకుమార్ తన ప్రసంగాన్ని మార్చుకుంటారని అనుకోటం లేదు.


వామపక్షాల పెర్ఫార్ మెన్సు, పరిశీలన

కేరళ , త్రిపుర, బెంగాల్ లలో వామపక్షాలు రాజ్యం చేసినప్పటికీ, అవి మిగిలిన రాజకీయ పార్టీల వలెనే ప్రవర్తించాయి తప్ప, సోషలిజాన్ని భారత్ లో చిత్త శుధ్ధితో ,  100 కి 100 శాతం కాకపోయినా, కనీసం 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టటానికి కార్యదీక్షితులైన పార్టీల లాగా ప్రవర్తించలేదు.  కొన్ని సార్లు అవి అధమస్థాయి  బూర్జువా పార్టీల కన్నా తక్కువ స్థాయికి పడిపోయి, ప్రజలను విపరీతంగా వేధించాయి.  అభివృధ్ది చేశామనో,  ఇంకోటి చేశామనో, జనాలను నమ్మించటానికి, నిరూపించుకోటానికి, రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య ఉండే పోటీ  ఈ పతనానికి కారణం అయి ఉండవచ్చు.  వామపక్షాల ప్రధాన అవగాహనా వైఫల్యం ఏమిటంటే, రాష్ట్రాల్లో, మునిసిపాలిటీల్లో అధికారంలోకి రావటం ద్వారా, తాము నిజమైన సోషలిజాన్ని తేలేమని అవి గ్రహించక పోవటం.   ముందు ఉట్టికెక్కితేకదా, స్వర్గాని కెక్కేది, అని వారనచ్చు.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు, నగర పురపాలక సంఘాలకు, మోయలేనన్ని బాధ్యతలు ఉన్నాయి.   నిథుల సేకరణా వనరులు పరిమితం.   అధికారాలు అంతంత మాత్రం.   అవసరం అయిన దానికి కేంద్రం జోక్యం చేసుకోకపోటమే కాక  "సప్పంబు పడగనీడన కప్ప వసించిన విధంబు అన్నట్లుగా"  తప్పులు పట్టటం,  అవసరం అయినపుడు చూడనట్లు, విననట్లు నటించటం, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు పరిపాటి.  ఏబూర్జువా పార్టీ ఢిల్లీలో అధికారంలో ఉన్నా ఇదే జరుగుతుంది. 

పొత్తులు,బయటనుండి మద్దతులు అవసరమైన కాలంలో,  కేంద్రం లో కొన్ని అనుమతులు, కొన్ని నిథులు, వంటివి వేగంగా వచ్చినా,    "29 రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులలో వామ పక్షాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు ముగ్గురే."

సోషలిజాన్ని 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టాలన్నా రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చాలి.   మీడియా సహకరించదు.   పెట్టుబడిదారులు, కార్పోరేట్లు తమ సంపదను జాతీయం చేయటానికి ఒప్పుకోవు.  లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నావాళ్ళు కోట్లు పారేసి, ఎమ్ పీ లను కొని,  వామ పక్ష ప్రభుత్వాలను కూలగొట్టాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  అమెరికా, ఇంగ్లండు, ఫ్రాన్సు రాయబారులను ఆశ్రయిస్తారు.  దేశం యొక్క విదేశ మారక నిధులను స్థంభింప చేయించాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  ఆంక్షలను విధింప చేయిస్తారు.  అమాయక ప్రజలను రెచ్చగొడ్తారు.  కొంత విధ్వంసం జరుగుతుంది.   జెయిళ్ళలోకి తోయటం, ఎన్ కౌంటర్లను చేయటం ఉంటుంది.

శ్రామిక వర్గం సోషలిజంలో భాగంగా ప్రార్ధనాలయాలను మూసివేయాల్సి రావచ్చు.   అన్ని రకాల ఉద్వేగాలను, రాగ ద్వేషాలను, అధిగమించే లాగా,  ప్రజలను తయారు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది.   వారసత్వాలను రద్దుచేయాల్సి వస్తుంది.   ఆరోగ్య వంతుడైన ప్రతి వ్యక్తికీ రోజుకి మూడుగంటల మేర, పనిలో శరీర శ్రమను కూడ చేర్చాల్సి ఉంటుంది.  ప్రైవేటు కార్లు, హెలీ కాప్టర్లు, బంగారం, వజ్రాలు, బాండ్లు, షేర్లు అన్నిటినీ సంపన్నుల నుండి గుంజుకోవాల్సి రావచ్చు.   వీటన్నిటినీ చేయటం కష్టమే కానీ అసాధ్యం కాదు.

భారత్ లో కమ్యూనిజం , సోషలిజం, మార్క్సిజం, రాకపోటానికి కేవలం వామ పక్షాలను తప్పు పట్టలేము.   ఈ వైఫల్యం బుధ్ధి జీవులందరిదీ.   తిలా పాపం తలా పిడికెడు అన్నట్లుగా,   ప్రజలను మార్క్సిజానికి సిధ్ధం చేసుకో లేక పోటం వల్లనే, దేశంలో  మావోయిజం ప్రబలింది.   ఇంకా విచిత్రమేమిటంటే, చైనా ఆరాధ్యమైన మావో గారు,  తన జీవిత కాలంలోనే పెట్టుబడిదారీ ఆకర్షణకు గురి అయ్యారు.   ఈ విషయం పలువురు మావోయిస్టులకే తెలియదు.  కొందరు సీపీఐ, సీపీఎమ్ నేతలకు,  నేటికి కూడ మావో ఆరాధ్య దైవమే.

భారత ప్రజాస్వామ్య వామ పక్షాలలో, ఆంతరంగిక ప్రజాస్వామ్యం, లుప్తం.    అద్ధాల్లో చూసుకుంటే,  పరిస్థితి అర్ధం అవుతుంది.   పార్టీల్లో జరిగే ఎన్నికలు కేవలం తూతూ మంత్రంగా ఉండటం, కుట్రలు, కుతంత్రాలు ఎక్కువై, సిధ్ధాంతాలు మూల పడటం గమనార్హం.

On 23rd Jan. 2014, we see news reports in Media, that a woman named Ms. Kavya Rao filed a dowry harassment case against Justice Chandra Kumar and his son Ramachandran , alleging that her father paid Rs. 43.50 lakhs to her in-laws as dowry, and that further demands of Rs. 50 lakhs were being made.  For those who want to read this news report:

There is no use of blaming individuals.  వ్యక్తులను నిందించి ప్రయోజనం లేదు.

Monies make manishies moneyshies.  In Telugu language manishies = humans.  moneyshies = humans who live for money or made of money.

Human behaviors are cruelly monstracized by Money.

For removing the role of money, we have to demonetize our economies, nationalise private properties totally.  Democratic Communism is the solution for this problem of dehumanized human behaviors.

Seeking alternative solutions, amused, bewildered and confused, I have spent several months searching for analyses of human behaviors, from piles of books in libraries and thousands of websites, blogsites, facebook pages and twitter messages.

I have started doing this searching for true reasons behind "human asses becoming unclean" even before my learned reader friend 'rEsu gurram' (Race Horse) raised the invaluable question of "Wash your ass (nI gudam nIvu kaDukkO)".

Study of human behaviors need not necessarily be confined to search habits, purchase habits, lifestyle habits (which all these social media websites like Google, Twitter, Facebook do anyway with or without the consent of netizens).  They can go far, far, beyond.

For example, Human Behavior at Work (Organizational Behavior OB) by John W. Newstrom, Keith Davis. studies in depth one facet of human behaviors in service and work environment.   Inter alia, there are many great studies in behavioral arena by greats like Peter Drucker, B.F. Skinner, Frederick Taylor, Herzberg, Koontz and O'Donnel, Abraham Maslow.

But human cravings need not necessarily be limited to money, and work place recognition or job-satisfaction or honors in the surroundings.

The human cravings stretch much beyond.

Human sexual activities, behaviors, contradictions, dystrophies, emotions and fantasies can be as important as human adulations and frustrations in the money market and socio-economic environment.

One fortunate development which we are endowed with in the process of development  of internet is millions of webpages, and videos expressly demonstrating and discussing the hitherto frowned and tabooed sexual activities condemned as 'porno'.

According to some web research, number of porno sites outweigh the number of  other web pages in the ratio of 3 : 1.   That is for every single ordinary web page, there will be three expressly openly communicating sexual intercourse pages.


These sex-related porno web text pages and videos, some of which I had the fortune of perusing, have made the world very very transparent, just as  Global Real Time Money Settlement Systems have made the monetary world a small Global Financial Village.  

What I mean to say ultimately at this juncture?

Marxism,  implemented through methods of Democratic Communism, can help us finding solutions not only for problems of inequalities of income, and wealth, but also revolutionise the sexual relations, family relationships, upbringing of children, consumption habits, daily domestic and municipal chores,  educational systems, health systems and what not.

These changes which Marxism can bring, through Democratic Communist Methods, and enlightened citizen behaviors,  can be rated at about 8 on a 10 point scale of their far-reaching-ness when compared to industrial revolution which in my subjective view can be placed at 3, and computer+internet revolution which can be placed at 5 on a 10 point scale.

In my forthcoming blog posts, I shall discuss some of these enlightening prospects.
