Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu seems to have deliberately omitted to ask for "Special Status" and prayed for "Special Package". He now says that it was an inadvertant error. Ok. Let the Telugu People now ask him to write a Special letter to Prime Minister, correcting the oversight. IN the letter, he can also seek both Special Status and Special Package.

ప్రత్యేక హోదాతో సహా అన్నీ సాధిస్తాం.. హోదా బదులు పొరపాటుగా ప్యాకేజీ అన్నాను	Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu says that he has inadvertantly asked for "Package" instead of "Special Status", and that they are going to all, including "Special Status". This seems to be a deliberate error. This error would not have taken place, had he ascended the dais with a printed speech and adhered to it, though there could have been minor deviations for flexibility reasons. He ought to have told the media, that printed speech is to be treated as final. He seems to be changing his tongue to calm down Telugu people. If Special Status is not really possible, he should try to convince the people that it is not possible, owing to a similar demand being raised by other States and that there will be unrest in the country. Nothing wrong in telling a fact as fact. It will be better to tell the truth, and be cursed by people in short run, rather than misleading people with false promises, and ultimately ending up with a zero. Now, will Mr. Naidu send a modification letter to Mr. Modi, seeking Special Status and Package? Both Special Status and Special Package can be asked. Special Status was promised in the Parliament, in the presence and with the support of the erstwhile BJP leaders like Sushma Swaraj, Venkaiah Naidu and Arun Jaitley. If the promise is not fulfilled, it will be a dishonor to Parliament. If Ms. Swsaraj, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, Mr. Jaitley were not in favour of Special Status to A.P. then and there in both the HOuses they should have opposed, and voted against the Bill. About Special Package, Mr. Modi has promised Rs. 125,000 crore (Rs. 1.25 trillion ) to Bihar. He can throw at least 40% of that to Residual Andhra Pradesh.

Nobody can sympathise with the people of the Residual Andhra Pradesh. They have elected a bad ruling Party, a bad Principal Opposition Party. Other parties are also rotten. Employees, in competition with KCR, he does not bother about obtaining the right type of work from them in a right manner. They are just made to slog for many unnecessary futile adventures of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. We should not call it Mohd. Bin Tuglak's rule. It will be insulting to Tuglak.

Because I am pointing out the errors of Mr. Naidu's governance, I request my readers not to think that I am a supporter of Mr. Jagan or Ms. Sonia Gandhi. They will be irrelevant till 2018 end.

Life is too precious to lay down at the alter of special status for the State of Andhra Pradesh. Here is a news item from DC dated 22-9-15 which says that CPI workers have started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh. Special Status to Andhra Pradesh is too flimsy a demand to sacrifice lives. The benefits of Special Status are too ephemeral and volatile, and anyway they will benefit only industrialists and businesses, in the form of subsidies, incentives and tax concessions. For example, when A.P. State Govt. sometime back released Rs. 1200 crore (Rs. 12 billion) or $ 200 million approx. as some Capital Subsidies to industries such as Spinning Mills, who benefitted? Cabinet member of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, - Shri Prattipati Pulla Rao was benefitted by Rs. 30 crore. Did any of these spinning mills or some other mills, pass on at least a small part of the concessions they received from the State and Central Governments to their workers who toil to enrich the mill owners? That the Spinning Mill and other Mill owners should tell !!

GUNTUR: CPI workers Kota Malyadri, Budala Srinivas, Ch. Ramakrishna and 15 other members on Monday started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh.

Party state secretary K. Ramakrishna demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce the SCS to the state immediately and warned of intensifying the protest if the demands were not met.

Mr Ramakrishna launched the protest organised by Guntur CPI unit in front of the district collectorate. He accused Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of touring Singapore instead of taking up the issue of special category status with the Centre.

Mr Ramakrishna warned that the party would organise state-wide protests from October 2.

It will do good for Mr. K. Ramakrishna, A.P. State Secretary of CPI, and the Communist Party of INDIA POLIT BUREAU to realise that Communism / Marxism / Total Socialism cannot have anything to do with Regional / Linguistic / Religious / Casteist aspirations. The above news says that CPI workers have started a fast unto-death demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. I view that the lives of CPI workers are too valuable to sacrifice at the alter of the bourgeoisie parties to fulfil their deceptive, elusive, fake promises which were made with no intention to fulfil. Special Status demand is too flimsy a ground to lay down lives. Of course, the 21st Century fasts unto-death may not have a really serious intent to continue it until death, if the demands are not fulfilled, and that there is always a foresight that Police will interrupt it in the middle , admit the fast-makers into hospitals, and inject saline. This has been proved numerous times. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu knew it when he did it in New Delhi. KCR knew it. Jagan knows it. But, still, let us give a benefit of doubt to the CPI workers that they are serious and sincere in their fasting. They seem to have been misguided by somebody to convince them to undertake the misadventure. Funniest part is, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is worried about the life of Jagan, but not worried about the value of the lives of CPI Workers. Why? Only he should tell. Are CPI Workers flies and mosquitos to be brushed aside?

Encouraging Regionalism, Casteism, Communalism, etc. create practical problems for All India Parties. For example, all the 29 States of India may want Special Status for their respective States. Will the CPI Central Committee support and allow their 29 State level Committees to start agitations to pursue their goals? Suppose, if all the 29 State CPI Units want their workers to start fast-unto-death, there will be disintegration of India. Chasing with the hounds and fleeing-running with the hares will be foolish and not possible. CPI Secretary Mr. Narayana has already done sufficient injustice to the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh, and to the cause of Communism and Working Classes of both Telangana and Sesh Andhra areas, when he sided with TRS and sailed with KCR & Company demanding separate Telangana. Mr. Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy owes a duty to explain to the people of India to explain how their support to separate Telangana Movement benefited the Workers of Telangana, or Sesh Andhra, or the Working Classes of India.

పార్టీ వర్కర్లైనా, కాకపోయినా శ్రామికుల ప్రాణాలు చాలా విలువైనవి. వాటిని రాష్ట్రానికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా అనే ఛోటా డిమాండ్ కొరకు బలి ఇవ్వటం బుధ్ధిమాన్ పనికాదు. సీపీఐ వర్కర్లను ఎవరు ఈ పనికి ప్రేరేపించారో తెలియదు. ప్రత్యేక హోదా వల్ల రాష్ట్రాలకు లభించే లాభాలు తాత్కాలికమైనవి, ఆవిరైపోయేవి, ఏది ఏమైనా, అవి వ్యాపారులకు, పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకు లాభం చేకూర్చేవే తప్ప శ్రామికులకు లాభం చేసేవి కాదు. సమైక్య ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ను కసాయి వాళ్ళలాగా బిజెపీ మరియు కాంగ్రెస్ కలిసి లోక్ సభలో అతి అవమాన కరమైన పధ్ధతిలో తలుపులు వేసి, టీవీఛానెల్ ను క్లోజ్ చేసి, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఎమ్ పీ లను కొట్టుకుంటూ చేసినపుడు , ఆపార్టీలు అమలు చేసే ఉద్దేశ్యం లేకుండా చేసిన దొంగ వాగ్దానమే తప్ప మరేమీ కాదు. దీనికి శిక్షను కాంగ్రెస్ ఇప్పటికే అనుభవించి నామరూపాలు లేకుండా పోయింది. బిజెపీకి తెలుగు వాళ్ళు శిక్ష విధించటానికి ఆపార్టీ కి ఇక్కడ అస్థిత్వమే లేదు. ఇంక మిగిలిన రెండు బూర్జువా పార్టీలు టీడీపీ మరియు వైయస్ ఆర్ పీ లు ప్రజలను మభ్య పెట్టటానికి రకరకాల మాటలు చెప్తూ కాలక్షేపం చేస్తున్నాయి. ఈ బురదలోకి వామపక్షాలు దిగటం వల్ల తమ ప్రాథమిక లక్ష్యం అయిన శ్రామిక రాజ్యం అనే దాన్ని మర్చిపోయే ప్రమాదం ఉంది. వామపక్షాలు పంచాయితీలకు, మునిసిపాలిటీలకు, కార్పోరేషన్ లకు, శాసనసభలకు, శాసనమండళ్ళకు పోటీ చేయటం వల్ల తాము స్థాపించవలసిన కార్మిక రాజ్యాన్ని నెలకొల్పటానికి కావాల్సిన అధికారాలను సాధించలేవు. పైగా, పంచాయితీలకు, మునిసిపాలిటీలకు, కార్పోరేషన్ లకు, శాసనసభలకు, శాసనమండళ్ళలో వామ పక్షాలు బలాన్ని పొందినా, అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినా చేయకలిగేది ఏమీ లేదు. బెంగాల్లో , కేరళలో జరుగుతున్నది ఇదే. అలాగని మావోయిస్టు మార్గమైన హింసావాదాన్ని (మావోయిస్టులు దీనిని రాజ్య హింసకు ప్రతిహింస అంటారు) ఎంచుకోటం ప్రమాదకరం. ఎన్ని కష్టాలు పడైనా ప్రజల ఆదరణను నిజాయితీతో కూడిన పధ్ధతిలో చూరగొనాల్సిందే. ఇంకో దారిలేదు. పైగా జరగాల్సింది అఖిల భారత స్థాయిలోనే అంటే నూట ఇరవయికోట్ల భారతీయులను ప్రభావితం చేయాల్సిందే.

కొడితే ఏనుగు కుంభ స్థలాన్నే కొట్టాలి. ఏ ఉదాత్త లక్ష్యాలూ లేని నరేంద్ర మోడీయే, ఏనుగు కుంభ స్థలాన్ని కొట్టినపుడు, ఎంతో చరిత్ర కలిగిన పార్టీలైన కమ్యూనిస్టులు ఆపనిని ఎందుకు చేయలేవు. అయితే శ్రీమోడీకి పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తల అండ ఉన్నది, మాకు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నది అని వామ పక్షాలు అనవచ్చు. దీనికి జవాబు ఏమిటంటే, వోటు వేసేది శ్రామిక వర్గాల వారా లేక పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలా. మోడీని అందలం పైకి ఎక్కించటానికి పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు ఎంత తాపత్రయపడినా ఆపని చేసింది శ్రామిక వర్గాల ప్రజలే. (భారతీయులలో 80% మంది శ్రామికులే. ఐటీ ఉద్యోగులు కూడా శ్రామికులే, అయితే వారికా అంతర్ జ్ఞానం లేదు.). కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు శ్రామిక వర్గాల ఆదరణ పొందటానికి కృషిచేయాలే తప్ప ప్రాంతీయ దురభిమానాలను రెచ్చకొట్టటం ప్రమాదకరం.

గతంలో రంగనాయకమ్మ గారు ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతిలో వ్రాశారు. కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ పత్రికకు విశాలాంధ్ర అనే పేరు సరియైనది కాదు. అది ప్రాంతీయ దురభిమానాలను రేకెత్తించేదిగా ఉంది. ఈవిషయం కమ్యూనిస్టు నేతలు లోతుగా ఆలోచిస్తే అర్ధం అవుతుంది. ఎన్నో ఏళ్ళ బట్టి ఆపేరు ఉంది కాబట్టి కొనసాగాలనటం కూడ సరికాదు. విశాలాంధ్రకు శ్రమ శక్తి అని నామకరణం చేయటం ఉత్తమం అని నా గాడిద వాణి చెప్తున్నది.

Communist Parties cannot behave like Regional Bourgeoisie parties. Bourgeoisie Parties may make false and impossible promises and come to power. But Communist Parties are not expected to do similar gimmicks. If Communist Parties encourage Regional demands, they will be working at conflicting goals. State Units will come up with Regional demands, which All India Polit Bureaus will be compelled to accept.

In what way Communism and Communist Parties are concerned with Special Status for a State? It is a Regional Issue. Today, as far as my knowledge goes, CPI is only a Regional Party. Does CPI want to take up Regional Issues and settle down as a Regional Party in mutually conflicting States like Telangana and Residual Andhra Pradesh. Suppose Tamil Nadu CPI, Maharashtra CPI, Bengal CPI, Karnataka CPI want Special Status for their respective States will, All India Polit Bureau of CPI support their demands?

Communist Parties should have an All India focus and All India Vision. They should concentrate on bringing into the Society the basic Communism or total Socialism and the rule of the Working Class. They should not haggle on cheap instigative issues like Special Category Status to individual States, though bourgeoisie parties have come to power, promising such impossible thing.

कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस को अखिल भारतीय केंद्र बिंदु और दृष्टि कोण को हमेशा अपने विचक्षण में लेना। वे समाज में सिर्फ कम्यूनिजम या संपूर्ण समाज वाद और श्रामिक वर्गं के सत्ते लाने के लिये कोशिश करना होगा। वे स्पॆशल केटगिरी जैसे छोटे और दुरुत्साहन और भडकाने विषयों पर चिक-चिक नहीं करना चाहिये। बूर्जुवा दलों वैसे असाध्य वादे करके अधिकार में आये होगा, परन्तू वाम पक्षीय दलों को वैसे झूटे काम अनुचित होगा।

In my donkey's view point, Communist Parties should not contest Assembly or Municipal elections. Reason: By winning Municipalities and Corporations, or by forming Governments at State level, Communist Parties cannot bring any radical changes like removal of Right of Property, Removal of Right of Inheritance, Scrapping of Internal Currency System, Closure of Stock Markets, Closing prayer houses etc. For the purpose, they need at least 2/3 majority, in Parliament's both Houses. For securing 2/3 majority in the Upper House i.e. Rajya Sabha, the Communist Parties can take up contesting Assembly elections at a later stage, after conquering Lok Sabha.

554 Will the State Govt. drive out the residents of the three vilages by neck now? क्या अभी आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सर्कार, उन तीन गाँवओं के निवासियों, को गर्दन से फौरान हटा देते ? ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, ఇపుడు ఆ మూడు గ్రామాల ప్రజలను మెడ బట్టి గెంటి వేయబోతున్నదా ?

Will the Andhra Pradesh Government drive away the Residents of Uddandarayapalem, Tallayapalem, and Velagapudi villages, which have to be erased for building the Capital for the new State of Residual Andhra Pradesh? Can the Government do it without bloodshed? Can AP Chief Minister do it, before he gets arrested in the Cash for Vote Scam by the Telangana Govt.? Can the AP CM get the Telangana CM arrested in the Phone Tapping case, before KCr does the same thing to Mr. CBN? We need a thousand Sherlock Holmes and Watsons to break this cruel game of mutual acrimony.

As per the plan for Seed Capital prepared by the Singapore Government, and if the A.P. Government wants to get the Foundation Stone for A.P. State Capital laid by the Hon. Prime Minister of India in Oct. 2015, the A.P. Government will have to evict the Residents of the three villages and raze the houses to ground, for laying roads etc. Of course, for facilitating this, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, will have to make another garland of promises to the Residents of these villages, such as alloting them high value luxury 3BR flats in the Capital City! They have to show some rainbow like dreams for the unfortunate villagers.

One of the earlier promises made by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and his Committee members is that villages, streets, and dwelling houses, in the Capital Area will not be disturbed.

These three villages may be tiny in size. But they are all historical villages of the Kakatiya and Vijayanagara heritage.

Assuming that Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, and his successors continue this orgy upto the year 2050, (may be Jagan, may be Congress, may be BJP, may be some Pavan's Jana Sena, may be some other coalition Govt.), what will be the fate of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and the People ruled by it?

Let us assume that the farmers who have surrendered their agricultural farms and the dwelling villages to the Capital, get their Commercial plots, Residential plots, Apartments, on a golden plate (this may not happen because the Private Developers who take up mega projects have knack cheating, and demand international arbitration, if any dispute arises. So, await, some global commercial disputes and arbitration, intervention of Governments.). We must learn from the demands made by the European lenders and lending countries on the Government of Greece in the recent bailout negotiations?

Let us dream that Japanese or Singapore or some XYZ foreign developers spend billions of Rupees and Dollars from their kitty (this also may not really happen. Remember the Dhabol Power Project Disaster! Foreign Developers will also borrow from Indian Banks for meeting their Project costs. Hence, all risks, in essence will be borne by the lending Indian Banks, may be Public Sector Banks, even if Private Sector Banks- depositors for the Indian Private Banks are also Indian public.).

Then, what will be the fate of the A.P. Government? Most of the Residents of Apartments in Andhra Pradesh and India know paying what are known as Monthly Maintenance charges. Even for a small apartment of 600 sqft., our apartment-residents pay about Rs. 2,000 per maintenance charges. If the foreign private Developers allot some floors in their skyscrapers to A.P. Government, what will be the Monthly Maintenance Charges the Developers levy on the A.P. Government? After all, the Foreign Developers run their businesses for profit, they are not philanthropic organisations.

Government of Andhra Pradesh wasted nearly Rs. 20 billion (2,000 crore) on conducting the Godavari Pushkaras bathing festival in East and West Godavari Districts. Instead of that, had the Government made it a simpler Rs. 5 billion (500 crore) affair, the remaining Rs. 15 billion (1,500 crore) could have been used to build a small, vanilla Administrative Building Complex of 1 + 2 floors on Government lands wherever they are available READILY and DISPUTE FREE, without a need to DISLOCATE PEOPLE. If the Central Government gives another Rs. 5,000 crore (@ Rs. 1,000 crore every year), over a period of five years, we could have had a reasonably decent Capital (Not the Singapore type!).

Even now, it is not too late! The A.P. Government is going to spend another Rs. 2,000 crore on the Krishna Pushkaras (Krishna River bathing festival) in 2016. The A.P. Government can limit the festival to just Rs. 500 crore, use the remaining Rs. 1,500 crore for raising 1+2 (Ground Flour + two stairs) complexes.

Even now, I suggest that Residual Andhra Pradesh should initially build a small vanilla 1+2 or 1+5 floor Administrative Capital at small places like Nagarjuna Sagar, Nandikotkur, Atmakur, Donakonda, Jangareddigudem (where enough Govt. land is available, with nearby rivers for drinking water). Note: I do not own any plots at these places.. As a medium-term plan for 2050, we can have three Capitals one each in North Andhra, South Andhra and Rayala Seema. Cost of each can be within an upper limit of Rs. 5,000 crore each, @ Rs. 1,000 crore per annum to be collected from the Central Government.

People of Andhra Pradesh should know the reasons for Singapore's apparent prosperity. Singapore like other World Commercial Centres and Tax Havens of the World thrives on secret funds circulating in the Global Financial World. Everybody knows that these Funds are not clean! Though the people of such Global Financial Cities look wealthy and leading luxurious life, they will be undergoing great mental stress and agony, in their day-to-day manoeures to survive in the Shark-eats-man Financial Seas. Though the people of Andhra Pradesh suffered a thousand years of turmoil under Muslim invasions, colonial European rulers, attacks from Pindaris and Thugs, all those sufferings will be miniscule when compared to the stress of living in Global Financial Havens. It will be worse than the nuclear radiation emitted by leaks from CHERNOBYL or FUKUSHIMA reactors.

People of Residual Andhra Pradesh should work hard, to identify new independent Candidates, and probably some candidates from parties like CPI and CPM, for the 2019 elections. A promise should also be obtained from them that they will decentralise administration to all the three Regions, and that they will concentrate more on reviving our villages which are rotting due to Governmental and public neglect.

Shri Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is a seasoned and veteran Senior Parliament Member. Unfortunately, in Sept. 2014, he demoted himself to a level of celebrating and cutting cakes for a youthful film star like Pavan Kalyan. This is like "kunjara yUdhambu dOma kuttuka jocchen" (Elephant entering into the throat of a mosquito).

Shri Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad, a former Minister in the United A.P. Govt. is a disciple of Shri Rayapati. When Mr. Rayapati deserted Congress before 2014 Elections, Shri Dokka could not jump. He might have been regretting his decision now. His guru Shri Rayapati might have convinced him saying "Better late than, never.". Mr. Prasad used to cut cakes for his guru's birthday. We can hope that he will now continue his custom.

I read Ramayana Visha Vriksham of Ranganayakamma about 30 years back. I recollect at one place, she pointed out Shri Rama, may be for joke and irony, that Shri Rama always preferred to walk behind Lakshmana , Sita and himself at the tail, in a single filament. Her view might have been Shri Rama was more conscious about his own safety than the safety of Lakshmana in the forefront. Context: Lakshmana, Sita and Rama entered the forest as a part of their 14 year exile and they were walking towards ChitrakUTa Hills. In forests, of those days, or even now, when people walk on single-line paths with trees on both sides, there is a danger of wild animals, demons, robbers attacking the first person in the forefront. As far as I can remember, she seems to have expressed a view, may be for generating laughter, that Rama wanted to flee if there was such real danger to life. That perspective may not be correct, because Rama fought courageously with the demon Ravana in Yuddha kAnDa.

Similarly our Respectable Rayapati Sambasiva Rao may be keen on standing behind.

Neither Mr. Pavan Kalyan nor Mr. Sambasiva Rao may not take up an adventure of leading from forefront, prima facie, they are in activities of making some millions of Rupees, may be through acting in films, contracts such as Polavaram, tobacco and cotton spinning, so on, so forth.

For those who want proof about Shri Rama walking at the tail end, here is the relevant quote from Valmiki Ramayana.

English gist: Sita will enter forest, where population density will be thin, and devoid of houses and fields. Terrain will be difficult. We shall enter a rough forest.

Hearing Rama's words, LakshmaNa stood in the forefront. Sita followed him. Then Raghava followed.

Hindi Gist: शीता अबी दुर्गम अरण्य प्रवेश कर रही है, जिस में जन संचार कम होती, व्यवसाय क्शेत्र और मकान कम रहते, और रास्ता दुष्कर रहेगा।

श्रीराम के वचन सुनकर, लक्ष्मण अग्र भाग में चलना शुरू किया। उसके पीछे सीता चली। उसकी पीछे श्रीराम निकल गया।

Telugu gist: ఇపుడు సీత ఇళ్ళు, పొలాలు, జన సంచారం లేని దుర్గమారణ్యం లోకి ప్రవేశిస్తున్నది.

శ్రీరాముడి మాటలు విన్న లక్ష్మణుడు అగ్రభాగంలో నడవటం ప్రారంభించాడు. అతడి వెనకాల సీత నడవటం మొదలు పెట్టింది. ఆ వెనకాల శ్రీరాముడు నడిచాడు.

CPI is a party of great past. सीपीऐ एक महा ऐतिहासिक दल है। సీపీఐ ఒక గొప్ప గత చరిత్ర గల పార్టీ.

Great founders of Communist movement, like M.N. Roy worked with it. कई महानु पुरुष ऎम. ऎन. राय जैसे महा व्यक्ति कम्यूनिस्ट उद्यम में भाग लिये थे। స్వర్గీయ ఎమ్. ఎన్. రాయ్ వంటి అంతర్జాతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టు ఉద్యమ స్థాపకులు భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టు ఉద్యమానికి స్ఫూర్తినిచ్చారు.

Post-independence, upto 1962, INdian Communists wasted their time, trying to get funds and support from dictatorships like U.S.S.R. and China. स्वराज् के अनंतर, १९६२ तक, भारतीय कम्यूनिस्ट्स रष्या, चैना, जैसे बाहर कम्यूनिस्ट धारण करनेवाले नियंतृत्व देशों से निधियों और सपोर्ट को पाने के लिये कोशिश करते करते , समय व्यर्ध किये। స్వాతంత్ర్యం వచ్చిన దగ్గరనుండి, 1962 చైనా దండయాత్ర వరకు, భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టులు-- కమ్యూనిస్టు ముసుగు వేసుకున్న రష్యా, చైనా వంటి నియంతృత్వ దేశాలనుండి నిధులను, మద్దతును సంపాదించటానికి అటూ ఇటూ తిరుగుతూ కాలాన్ని వృధా చేశారు.

When China invaded INdia, Communists got divided into CPI and CPIM, on the question of "whether to continue to derive inspiration from China" or "condemn China for its Imperialist designs". CPI chose to sail with Russia and CPIM with China. जब चैना भारत सीमा पर चढाई किया, कम्यूनिस्ट्स दो टुकडों में छिद्र हुऎ। सीपीऐ रष्या मार्ग को चुन लिया। सीपीऐ ऎम् चैना मार्ग को चुन लिया। చైనా 36000 కిలోమీటర్ల భారత భూభాగాన్ని ఆక్రమించాక, భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టులు , సీపీఐ రష్యా అనుకూలురు గానూ, సీపీఐఎమ్ చైనా అనుకూలురు గానూ చీలిపోయారు.

At All INdia level, since 1967, CPI preferred to support Ms. Indira Gandhi and the Congress Party, and became their satellite. अखिल भारत स्थायी में, १९६७ से, सीपीऐ इंदिरा गांधी को और उनकी कांग्रॆस पार्टी को समर्धन करने के मोह में गिर गया और उनके उपग्रह बन गया। అఖిల భారత స్థాయిలో 1967 నుండి, సీపీఐ స్వర్గీయ ఇందిరా గాంధీని, ఆమె నియంతృత్వంలో ఉన్న కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీని సమర్ధించాలని నిర్ణయించుకుని, ఆపార్టీకి ఉపగ్రహంగా మారిపోయింది.

I recollect having read in Andhra Jyothi, an article by the Great Marxist writer Ranganayakamma, that from 1956 Communists by taking up the theme of "VisAlAndhra" have deviated towards a Regional outlook, parting from the goal of Marxism. मुझे याद है कि महा रचयित्रि एक बार आंध्र ज्योति में लिखी थी, कि १९५६ से आंध्रप्रदेश में कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टी विशालांध्र के नाम पर कम्यूनिस्ट सिध्धांतों के विरुध्ध प्रांतीय तत्व अपने शिर पर लिये। మహా రచయిత్రి రంగనాయకమ్మ గారు ఆంధ్రజ్యోతిలో వ్రాసినట్లు నాకు గుర్తు. 1956 నుండి విశాలాంధ్ర అనే ప్రాంతీయ తత్వాన్ని కూడ కమ్యూనిస్టులు నెత్తినేసుకున్నారు.

In 1983, at Andhra Pradesh level, CPI started supporting NTR and TDP. NTR used the left parties to his own benefit. संयुक्त पुराने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य स्थायी में, १९८३ से, सीपीऐ ऎन टी आर् को समर्धऩ करना शुरू किया। ऎन् टी आर्, वाम पक्षों को, अपने स्वार्धों के लिये उपयोग किया।

In the name of fighting with (Hindu?) communalism, and preventing BJP from coming to power, CPI went on supporting Congress, U.P.A., other bourgeoisie parties at Regional level. Finally, it lost its existence. It failed to open its account in 2014 elections. मततत्ववाद नियंत्रण के नाम पर, और बीजेपी को सत्ते में लानो के रोकने के लिये, सीपीऐ कांग्रॆस् को, यूपीए को, राज्य स्थाई में अन्य प्रांतीय पार्टियों को समर्धऩ देते गया। अंत में सीपीऐ के अस्तित्व ही प्रश्नार्धक हो गया। २०१४ चुनाव में सीपीऐ खाता खोलने में विफल हुआ। మత తత్వాన్ని అరికట్టాలి, బిజెపీని అధికారంలోకి రానివ్వకూడదు అనే మిషతో, సీపీఐ కాంగ్రెస్ ను, యూపీఏను, రాష్ట్రాల స్థాయిలో ఇతర బూర్జువా పార్టీలనూ సమర్ధఇంచుకుంటూ వెళ్ళింది. చివరికి సీపీఐ తన ఉనికినే కోల్పోయింది. 2014 ఎన్నికలలో లోక్ సభలో ఖాతా తెరవలేక చతికిల పడిపోయింది.

From all these experiences, CPI should have learnt a lesson that befriending bourgeoisie parties will raise suspicions in the minds of people about the sincerity of Communist leaders. इन सभी अनुभवों से, सीपीऐ एक पाठ सीखना था कि, बूर्जुवा दलों से मिल जुल कर काम करने से, आम जनता के मस्तिष्कों में कम्यूनिस्टों के विश्वसनीयता पर संकोच उठेगा और लोगों को दिलों में कम्यूनिस्टों को सपोर्ट करने और बूर्जुवा पार्टियों को सपोर्ट करने में फरक अंतर्धान हो जायेगा। लोग शोचते है, कम्यूनिस्टों के मध्य वर्तित्व क्यों, हम बूर्जुवा पार्टियों से ही काम करवायेंगे। ఈ అనుభవాలన్నిటిలోంచి కమ్యూనిస్టులు ఒక పాఠం నేర్చుకుని ఉండాల్సింది. అదేమిటంటే, బూర్జువా పార్టీలతో అంటకాగినందువల్ల, కమ్యూనిస్టుల విశ్వసనీయత పై సామాన్య , బలహీన వర్గాల ప్రజల లో సందేహం ఏర్పడుతుంది. ఎవరితోనైతే పోరాడాలో, వారితోనే షేక్ హ్యాండ్ లు ఇచ్చుకుంటూ, వారిని కౌగలించుకుంటుంటే, ఈ కమ్యూనిస్టుల మధ్య వర్తిత్వం మనకెందుకు, మనకు కావలసిన పనులను ఆ బూర్జువా పార్టీలతో నే చేయించుకుంటే పోలేదా అని ప్రజలు వారికే వోట్లు వేస్తారు.

Another problem with Communist Parties, like other bourgeoisie parties, is they do not have internal democracy. अन्य बूर्जुवा दलों के तरह, कम्यूनिस्ट दलों में भी, अंतरंग प्रजास्वाम्य नहीं है। ఇతర బూర్జువా పార్టీలలో వలెనే, కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలలో కూడ అంతరంగిక ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లేదనేది అందరికీ తెలిసింది.

Getting Special Status for Residual Andhra Pradesh, Enforcement of Sec. 8 in Hyderabad City are Regional Issues which are in no way connected to proletariat or Marxism which Centre around ending the rule of the Bourgeoisie parties. If CPI, CPIM or other Left parties take up Regional issues, they lose track of the main goal. शेषीभूत आंध् प्रदेश को प्रत्येक स्थायी लाना, हैदराबाद शहर में बैफरकेशन् याक्ट के सॆक्षन् ८ लागू करना, ये सब प्रांतीय समस्या और साम्यवाद सिध्धांतों से इनको तालूक नहीं है। अगर सीपीऐ, सीपीऐ ऎम् आदी वाम पक्षीय दल, प्रांतीय समस्याओं के अपने शिर पल लिये तो, उन के प्रथम प्राथान्य लक्ष्य को विघात हो जायेगा।



Question, प्रश्न, ప్రశ్న: Before requesting Mr. Pavan Kalyan to jointly work with CPI, did its State level Office-bearers, obtain the opinions of the party workers in different Districts? Did they discuss it in State level Executive Committee Meetings? Did they inform CPI Headquarters in Delhi? श्री पवन कल्याण को मिल जुलने के आह्वान भेजने के पहले क्या सीपीऐ , जिला केंद्रों से पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं के मनो भावों के बारे में पूछताच किये क्या ? स्टेट लॆवॆल् कार्य समिति में चर्चा किये ? दिल्ली हॆड् क्वार्टर्स को समाचार भेजे क्या ? శ్రీ పవన్ కల్యాణ్ గారిని తమతో కలిసి పనిచేయమని ఆహ్వానించ పోయే ముందు, సీపీఐ రాష్ట్ర కార్య వర్గంలో చర్చ జరిగిందా ? జిల్లా కార్యాలయాలనుండి, తమ క్రియాశీలక కార్యకర్తల అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించారా ? ఢిల్లీ లోని పార్టీ కేంద్ర కార్యాలయానికి సమాచారాన్ని పంపారా ?

Ans जवाब జవాబుNOTHING of that sort seems to have taken place. वैसे चीज नहीं हुआ दिख रहे है। అలాటివేమీ జరిగినట్లేమీ లేదు.

Working together does not mean just shouting slogans and burning effigies. शामिल हो कर काम करने के मतलब, सिर्फ जोर जोर तडक भडक निनाद देना, कचरे पुतलों को बनाकर दहन करना नहीं है। కలిసి పనిచేయటం అంటే కేవలం ఊరేగింపుల్లో పెద్ద గొంతులతో నినాదాలు ఇవ్వటం, దిష్టి బొమ్మలను తగలేయటం మాత్రమే కాదు.

Working together should be preceded by the exchange of principles and goals. What goals does Pavan Kalyan have? Did he study the economic problems of INdia in depth? Does he know about Marxism? Does he know about dielectical materialism? Does he know about Class Struggles which go on in Capitalist Economies? To which class does he belong, being an actor who takes millions of bucks for some meaningless dances and fights? Does he know that all his crores and wealth is robbed from poor people by showing them Escapist stuff? What efforts he has made to cleanse the Telugu Film INdustry? Can he reconcile with the idea of removing private property? What are his views about removing the Currency System and the Market Economy? What are his views about the present problems faced by Greece? (Even CPI leaders may not have any views on Greece). How will he tackle if a similar problem crops up for India? Will he prefer foreign investments or funds from World Bank? What are his views about privatisation? ON so many issues, Mr. Pavan Kalyan has a duty to reveal his mind to the people.

Why did CPI leaders forget that Pavan Kalyan canvassed for BJP in 2014 elections? Why didn't he canvass for Left Parties?

As pointed out by TDP leaders, Mr. Pavan Kalyan seems to wake up every six months, say some mumbo-jumbo, and again retreat to his nest, like the Magic Music Clock in the Salarjung Museum. As he has already earned sufficient amounts in millions of Rupees, what prevents him to take up politics full time?

Context and Gist: In Mahabharata Epic, Pandava Princes, though they were conquerers of enemies, lost their kingdom in a deceitful game of dice with Kauravas aided by Sakuni. As a part of the commitments under the betting, they had to dwell in forests for twelve years, and spend the thirteenth year incognito. If caught during the period of incognito, they will have to repeat the 13 year cycle of forest exile, and incognito existence.

In Telugu language, "samasyA pUraNam" (completion of the problem) is a great literary exercise requiring substantial capabilities and skills. Asu samasyA pUraNam (instantaneous completion of the problem) is more difficult and only accomplished poets who have the grace of Goddess Saraswati, it is believed, can alone do it. In samasyA pUraNam, the testers give the participating poet, the fourth line of a four-line verse. This fourth line will definitely have a clear meter of prosody to comply with. The poet has to furnish the first three lines for the verse, in a meaningful manner.

IN the above verse Tenali Rama was given the fourth line as "kunjara yUdhambu dOma kuttuka jochchen" which literally meant "Hoards of elephants entered the throat of a mosquito". Instantaneously, Tenali Rama supplied the first three lines of the verse "ranjana ceDi pAnDavulari bhanjanulai....vidhi nEmandunu".

The three lines filled in by Tenali Rama, depicted the pitiful condition of the invincible Pandavas who were rendered into domestic servants in the court and the gynaesium of a feudatory baron of Pandavas, by name "ViraTa". Kolvu means "court". "Kunjaras" are elephants. "dOma" is mosquito in Telugu language.

BACK TO OUR INDIAN COMMUNISTS: The INdian Communists had great past. Before 1962, they were the principal challengers to the INdian National Congress and the Jawaharlal Nehru's semi-Socialist Government. By 2015, they have been rendered into beggars at the feet of a film star. Even Communists have started depending on filmy glamor to mobilise public support.

There is another verse in Telugu language which describes downfall of persons, institutions, Governments! The simile used in that verse is River Ganges. According to INdian legends, River Ganga originally rested on Lord Shiva's (Shankara or mahAdEva) head, and at the feet of Lord VishNu. King Bhagiratha did great penance to please Lord Shiva, with inimitable and unmatched perseverance. Goal of the penance was to take River Ganges to Earth. Lord Shiva fulfilled Bhagiratha's desire, and Ganga ran to the ground from North to South East of INdia, till it melted down into the Bay of Bengal.

During its journey in North INdia through the States of Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal, country Bangla Desh, the River Ganges collects all types of garbage, sewer waters, dead bodies, this and that, and becomes totally filthy by the time it reaches the Sea. The poet (I believe it is yEnugu lakshmaNa kavi) uses this condescension and decay of Ganga to the downfall of a wise person who surrenders to and degenerates to abject debasement under pressures of temptations and addictions.

శ్లోకంబైన హిమాద్రి నుండి భువి, భూలోకంబునందుండి య
స్తోకాంబోధిఁ, బయోధి నుండి పవనాంథోలోకముం జేరె గం
గాకూలంకష! పెక్కు భంగులు వివేకభ్రష్ఠ సంపాతముల్!


AkASambu nunDi Sambhuni Siramb, andunDi SItAdri, su-
SlOkambaina himAdri nunDi bhuvi, bhUlOkambu nandunDi ya-
stOkAmbOdhi, payOdhi nunDi pavanAndhO lokamun cEre gan-
gA kUlankasha! pekku bhangulu vivEka bhrashTha sampAtamul.

आकसंबु नुंडि शंभुनि शिरंबु, अंदुंडि शीताद्रि, सु-
श्लोकंबैन हिमाद्रि नुंडि भुवि, भूलोकंबु नंदुंडि अ-
स्तोकांबोधि, पयोधि नुंडि पवनांधो लोकमुन् चेरॆ गं-
गा कूलंकष, पॆक्कु भंगुलु विवेक भ्रष्ठ संपातमुल्।

The last line is the key. Ganga kUlankasha. kUlankasha is the attributive adjective for the River Ganga, depicting her as cleanser of all sins. "pekku bhangulu" is Telugu phrase for "different types". Different types of what? "vivEka bhrashTha" Telugu phrase means person who has downfallen from Virtuosity. "pAtamu" itself means falling. "sam" prefix magnifies the intensity of the downfall. The downfall is not ordinary. It is a compounded downfall.
Akasambu nundi = from the sky. (This verse is silent about Ganga River emanating from the feet of LOrd VishNu).
Sambhuni Sirambu = the manes of Lord Shiva.
andunDi SItAdri = from there to the Hills of the Snow i.e. Himalayas.
SuSlOkambu is again attributive adjective for the Himalayas.
bhuvi is the Earth.
From the Earthly world to the boundless Ocean.
From the Depths of the Sea to the Nether World.

The downfall of the Brave and Wise Indian Communists is not unknown to Indian Citizens. Indians have accepted it as something which is an integral part of their total post-independence mess arising from corrosion of the INdian Society from the Market Economy and its monetisation. When Indian Communists collect donations from liquor contractors and when Maoists collect donations from Forest and Mining Contracts, Indians do not frown. Indian people have a tendency to accept everything as a part of their karma (Fruits of accumulated sins of past and present births).

Honestly speaking or writing, Telangana or Residual Andhra Pradesh are not States which deserve a Special Status, like the Arunachal Pradesh. Telangana and Residual A.P. States fall in the average category of development. If the claims of T and AP are to be entertained, out of 29 States in India, 20 States deserve to be given Special Status, in which case the very objective of giving Special Status will be defeated. Of course, for political reasons the previous UPA Govt. might have granted Special Status to one or two undeserving States. Removing their special status is also not practicable because such removals will lead to claims of triggering political vendetta. It will also engulf new flames of Regional Politics. Best thing seems to be, to continue Status quo ante.

The people of Residual Andhra Pradesh also, originally did not ask for Special Status. Offering Special Status to Residual A.P., without closely examining whether it is really possible without harming national integration, was the conspiracy of the BJP and Congress, both of whom were intent to win over Telangana. All the National BJP leaders claimed credit for successfully dissecting United Andhra Pradesh, by providing for Special Status to Residual A.P. In the process, they not only ditched the people of Residual A.P., but also fell into a ditch dug by KCR & Co.

People of Residual A.P. were not against the bifurcation of the State. Mainly, for this reason only Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy could not win his 2014 elections, with the Samaikyandhra slogan. The People of Residual A.P. were against the unjust Division imposed on A.P. The unjustness arose because Hyderabad City was developed using billions of Rupees of both Central and State funds, apart from the private funds of people of both the areas. In other words, Hyderabad City is a National Asset and not the Private Asset of Residents of Hyderabad or Karimnagar or Warangal. The people of Residual A.P. correctly foresaw (Kiran Kumar Reddy too) that KCR & Co. was going to win, and that he was going to unleash series of steps to drive out people of Residual A.P. from Hyderabad City. Events subsequent to the Division also prove that these apprehensions were not unfounded. How the Big Goddess and the Small God fell in the ditch dug by KCR!

Leaders of Residual A.P. met Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi several times (some times they could get an interview of the big Goddess and small God, and sometimes, they could not get). The big Goddess and the small God, simply became deaf and blind. They wanted to satisfy only T Congress leaders, and merge TRS into Congress, even if people of Residual A.P. are condemned to hell. It is how the Big Goddess and the Small God fell in the ditch dug by KCR & Co. Did KCR merge TRS in Congress? No! To satisfy KCR, they sacrificed the goat i.e. Seemandhra, through a butcherous bifurcation.

Dynastic Prince Rahul Gandhi forgot about democracy!

Today, Rahul Gandhi, is trying to trace the coins he lost on the grounds of Residual A.P. Without knowing his blunderous callousness, he is blaming that he made Kiran Kumar Reddy as CM by mistake! Rahul's real mistake was imposing a CM from Delhi. Democracy requires that M.L.As have to elect their leaders in their own Legislative Party Meeting. Had Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi allowed the Congress M.L.As. to elect their own leader in a secret ballot, today, this need for fake remorse would not have arisen.

Of course, Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi with their 40 MPs cannot bring Special Status to Residual Andhra Pradesh, while their ex MLAs and ex MPs at field level make some noise.

When it comes to the leaders of Residual A.P., there is little to be said because most of them have turned out to be realtors and businessmen, engaged in money-making, obtaining co-operation from the TDP and Central BJP. Their role was always that of serfs to Delhi bosses, even before separation.

Now, Hero Shivaji has ventured on a fast-unto-death, which lasted about four days as expected, after which the Police broke it and got him admitted in Hospital, everything happened as expected. In the process, Mr. Shivaji also got some publicity.

We know that Center will not move an inch, even if all the parties in Residual A.P. start a movement. At the most, they will design more deceptive plans and impose on the people.


WASTE OF RESOURCES, STAFF AND TIME ON A FUTILE ADVENTURE

What should concern us the most, are the- waste of Police time, Revenue time, and the Media time, Hospital Doctors' precious time, by Hero Shivaji's fast. For attending to an unnecessarily become-sick patient Mr. Shivaji, Doctors have to neglect at least ten genuine patients, or handicap / partially close some OP Dept., or some other ward. Police, instead of using their time on preventing crimes, had to spend their time guarding Mr. Shivaji, and controlling his crowds. Media instead of collecting more serious news relating to poverty, drought, agricultural marketing etc. had to attend on the progress reports of Mr. Shivaji's health.

There is actually no need for indefinite fasts-unto-death now, which are anyway going to be halted by Police.

Such fasts had great value, in the freedom movement, because at that time, there was a need to employ every possible weapon to irk the British rulers. Now, there is no such dire need.

MODERN SHIVAJI VS. MODERN NEHHRU

One Numerologist by name (Mr.) Nehhru B.E. (Mech) claimed on a TV channel, in his sponsored program that he advised on numerological matters to Shivaji, and advised him not to use the spelling Sivaji. We, the readers may not know, the actual spelling of the real name of Sivaji, and the correct spelling we have to use. Our apologies to him for mis-spelling his name. We do not know what spelling, the Great Maharashtrian Hero of 1674, Chatrapati Sivaji (Shivaji? or Shivajee?) would have preferred to spell his own name. Though Britishers had during Jahangir's tenure, already established their Fort in Surat, we do not know clearly the nature of interactions between Chatrapati Sivaji and the East India Company, Surat. Our TV Nehhruu B.Tech (Mech)'s Numerology is based on English spelling. Why numerology does not work on the number of Telugu letters, Marathi letters, Hindi letters in a name: శివాజీ 3 letters. Why should Telugu people change their names?

Late Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, may be turning in his grave (if souls exist and if they are imprisoned in graves-- of course, souls do not exist, to turn themselves in graves), to know that in 21st Century, there would be another Nehru with a different English spelling Nehhru , assuring gullible viewers that everything would be alright if they change the spelling of their names, or write their names 22 times everyday, or cut their names e.g. Boddapati Sundeep Kumar, just to Sundeep.

I get a feeling that I am living in ErragaDDa pAgal khAna. Of course, KCR & Co. will not allow me to stay there and get treatment, if he comes to know that I am an "AndhrODu", as he had made up his mind to reserve all the seats in the lunatic azylum, only to those who were born in Telangana before 1956.

All the leaders apart from BJP and Congress bosses, including MPs and CMs of Regional Parties, knew at the time of bifurcation, it was not possilble to grant SPECIAL STATUS to Andhra Pradesh. They also knew that other States have a genuine claim, some of them are really more backward than A.P., to demand Special Status for themselves. But, the question, is why did they all allow the United A.P. to be cut into two, ignoring consequences? Why did the Regional Parties remain silent spectators?

When leaders make false promises, without knowing that they were making false promises, it becomes only misrepresentation.  But if leaders make false promises knowing pretty well that it is not possible (Not possible because other States will object, and because giving Special Status to one State, just for the sake of bifurcation), then it becomes a fraud, and the leaders will be guilty of cheating.  Mr. Venkaiah Naidu and Mr. Arun Jaitley are advocates and professionals.  They must know, when they make impossible promises.



If truth must prevail, we have to recognise that it will not be just to grant Special Status only to Andhra Pradesh, ignoring the claims of all other States. If Special Status is granted to every State, then the meaning of Special Status will be lost. In Telugu, we have a proverb: ' mandi ekkuvaitE majjiga palca baDatAyi. मंदि ऎक्कुवयिते मज्जिग पल्च बडतायि. మంది ఎక్కువైతే మజ్జిగ పల్చ బడతాయి. ' English meaning: If number of people (to share) goes up, the buttermilk (served to them) will become thin, i.e. water will have to be added. हिंदी मतलब: (पीने वाले ) लोग ज्यादा हो गये तो लस्सी भी पतला हो जाय । (मतलब - पीने वाले लोग ज्यादा हो गये तो, लस्सी में पानी जोडना अवश्य हो जायॆगा।

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu may be building castles that he will become President of India, when the tenure of Mr. Pranab Mukherjee ends.

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu knows that sustainable self-development is more important than sustainable development of Nation or State. In the end, people will get sethAri on their head.

The post of Mr. Parakala Prabhakar, Special Advisor to A.P. Government, costs a lot for the starving exchequer of the State of Andhra Pradesh. A.P. Government should abolish this post immediately and save approx. Rs. 5 million per annum to the people of Andhra Pradesh. While appointing Mr. Prabhakar as Special Advisor, Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu might have had great expectations. I do not find fault with Ms. Sitaraman and Mr. Prabhakar; they are too small a cog in the BJP machine.

In our mother tongue Telugu, we have a Telugu saying: mEna mAma cevilO venTrukalu molistE adrishTam.  It is different that this may be a superstition.  The English approximate meaning of this proverb:  If hair sprouts in maternal uncle's ears, nephews (or nieces) will be lucky.  They will get a fortune.


This proverb has been effectively used in silver jubilee Telugu film Mutyala Muggu, in a dialogue by Rao Gopala Rao.

వెనకటికి విష్ణుమూర్తి ప్రత్యక్షమై ఏం వరం కావాలొ కోరుకోరా భక్తా అంటే మా మేన మామ చెవిలో వెంట్రుకలు మొలిపించు తత్తిమాది నే చూసుకుంటాను.  English:  Lord VishNu appeared before a hard-penancing devotee, and asked him to choose a gift.  The devotee asked VishNu:  PL. sprout hair in the ears of my maternal uncle.


Here the message is, when God appeared before the devotee and asked him to choose a boon, he could have directly sought what he wanted.  Instead, he thought that he would get a fortune, if hair sprouts in the ears of maternal uncle.  God VishNu fulfilled the devotee's wish, and there was hair in the devotee's uncle's ears.  Yet the fortune did not come.  Then the devotee again approached God with his problem.

How this is relevant to Mr. Madhu's promise and why do you compare him to the foolish devotee?

Problems of the people can be truly solved if there is Equalism, removal of private property, Marxist Democracy, Removal of Income and Wealth equalities etc. etc. in India.  It should be the ultimate goal of any Communist Party in India.

Now, our Madhu wants only a special status for the Residual State of Andhra Pradesh.  If A.P. gets special status, what will the poor people of Andhra Pradesh or India will get ?  Probably nothing.  Business persons and industrialists will get some concessions.  Probably a little employment opportunities will be open.  These are all nothing but hair in maternal uncle's ears.

And for the sake of this hair in uncle's ears, Mr. Madhu is prepared to support the bourgeoisie rule of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, as if he is a paragon of virtue.


CPI, CPM and left parties have great goals and objectives before them.  They should not stoop down to the levels of Regional Parties.  Arousing and satisfying regional sentiments will only give some temporary popularity and some thousands of votes (even that is doubtful, considering the experience of Mr. Narayana and CPI in Telangana in 2014 General elections.)
