SUPERSTITIONS IN TAKING DELIVERY AND ACTIVATING OF PURCHASED AIRCRAFT

:

✔Continuing Superstitions in 21st Century is a Universal Problem. It is not just limited to India. Whenever superstitious incidents take place, we can only derive some happiness, from audio-visuals they distribute to us.♝
✔It appears that Websites, TVs and Newspapers from Islamic countries such as Khaleej Times have tried to highlight the News of India's Defence Minister performing a traditional worship while taking delivery of the first Rafale Aircraft, as if he has committed some sacrilege. (Note: I am not a BJP supporter).
✔While many Indians have shifted to a relatively non-violence procedures by offering fruits and vegetables to Gods/goddesses instead of goats, sheep and cattle, Islamic and Christian countries still continue their barbaric ways.♝
✔Indian shift to milder propitiations of God(desse)s may be as a result of shift to Buddhism from North European, South European and Persian Aryanism.♝

✔Anyway, that is an improvement from a larger savage of beheading wailing sheep and goats. So, what is the use of pinpointing the errors of neighbor countries by the Islamic Media, when the Islamic countries themselves have relatively more savageous superstitions?♝
✔Buddhism, a better religion is more ancient when compared to both Christianity and Islam. I am not a Buddhist. Nor am I, its propagandist. Buddhism had/has its own flaws. ♝

✔Yet, if at all religions and customs are absolutely unavoidable, probably Buddhism seems to be a better choice. For this reason only, probably late B.R. Ambedkar might have shifted to Buddhism.♝ ✔Nevertheless, I sincerely wish that Islamic Media do some introspection. (9aa)♝

MUSINGS OF A DONKEY--

:

✔Terrorists can become Rulers. And Rulers can become Terrorists.♝

✔Terrorists Rulers, sometimes, tend to co-ordinate with one another. And sometimes, they war with one another.♝

✔Terrorist Rulers, very rarely lay down their lives. Their subjects have to lay down their lives.♝

✔Terrorist Rulers can, sometimes, show aesthetic appreciations. The same Rulers can, sometimes, ruthlessly oppress aesthetics. Their vicissitudes are difficult to gauge.♝

✔What is Terrorism and what is not Terrorism, depend on subjectivities and proclivities of those who have the authority to identify.♝

POLAVARAM PROJECT REVERSE TENDERS : How can a Contractor who cannot build something for Rs. 2.9 billion, build it for Rs. 2.3 billion?

:

♛The People of Residual Andhra Pradesh State in India seem to have fallen from pan to oven. Chandra Babu Naidu the former Chief Minister was the Pan. The New CM Jaganmohan Reddy is the Oven.♝

♛There were allegations against the previous TDP Government that massive corruption took place in Polavaram Contracts. Some of these allegations may be true. Solution for that problem ought to have been to initiate a CBI Inquiry or some other Independent Inquiry. There is also a need to identify the accounts to which the bribes and kickbacks had gone and attach/confiscate them.♝

♛Instead of doing that Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's Government chose to cancel the existing contracts and go for new Reverse Tenders. In Indian Bazars, prices double every five years. Hence, in India, cancelling existing contracts and calling for fresh tenders should normally lead to price escalations and not savings.♝

♛Addressing a Rally at Rajahmundry, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi was reported to have said on 2nd April 2019. http://www.newindianexpress.com/states/andhra-pradesh/2019/apr/02/polavaram-an-atm-for-babu-bhallala-pm-1959137.html

♛"...The TDP government, however, does not want to complete Polavaram and is not spending the allotted money properly... As a result, the project cost escalated. ... Polavaram is the lifeline of farmers and quenches people's thirst. However, for the U-turn Babu and TDP, Polavaram is an ATM. They draw money from it...". Prime Minister also compared the then Chief Minister as Babu Bhallala.♝

♛Now, Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's Government claimed that they saved Rs.0.58 billion, by giving the Polavaram Left Connectivity Project Contract to some Max Infra Company for Rs. 2.31 billion. Earlier the same Company was said to have got the same Contract for Rs. 2.92 billion; thus leaving a Savings of Rs. .58 billion. Those who want details can read https://www.aninews.in/news/national/general-news/public-money-amounting-rs-58-crore-saved-in-polavaram-project-reverse-tender-andhra-cm20190921010347/

♛What is not known is: How a Company which could not complete the work for Rs.2.92 billion earlier, can complete it for Rs. 2.31 billion. Only CMO can explain. ♝

YSRC PARTY, the Ruling Party in Andhra Pradesh seems to be repeating the mistakes of its Predecessor Telugu Desam Party.

:
♛YSRCP MLA from Rural Nellore Constituency Shri Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy is alleged to have abused Ms. Sarala, Mandal Parishad Development Officer of Venkatachalam Mandal.♝
♛He is alleged to have in a drunken state, along with YSRCP Official Spokesperson Shrikanth Reddy visited the house of Ms. Sarala when she was not at her home, and threatened her mother of dire consequences.♝
♛They are reported to have got her electric meter disconnected, and water pipeline. ♝
♛Ms. Sarala is reported to have gone to Nellore Rural Police Station that night. As there was only one constable at the Station, she had to wait there for five years, just for booking an FIR. ♝
♛People are recalling the TDP Rule days, when Denduluru MLA Mr. Chintamaneni Prabhakar was reported to have manhandled a Lady Mandal Revenue Officer of Kaikaluru Mandal, and the TDP Govt. dilly dallied.♝

BREXIT- Is USA instigating Mr. Boris Johnson on a No-Deal?

:

♛Mr. Trump is reported to have said about Mr. Boris Johnson: 'He knows now to win. ... My friend is going to be okay. ... Boris is a friend of mine, and he is going at it. There is no question about it. ... I watched him this morning. He is in there fighting. He knows how to win. Don't worry about him. He is going to be okay. (AFP).
♛Brexit seems to have become a shadow war between USA and EU. Britain and its Prime Ministers seems to have become pawns in the Chess.
♛If UK comes out of EU, how will USA benefit? US strategy seems to be, to weaken EU, and not strengthen Britain.
♛If Britain leaves EU on its own, or is forced to leave with No Deal, will US help Britain substantially? Did British Prime Ministers get any concrete promises from the Trump Administration to this effect?
♛After losing all its Colonies, Britain seems to have become an Economic Skeleton. It lost its markets. It lost its cheap raw material sources. UK has to rescue itself from this abyss by great and sincere efforts towards Export Promotion. (99620).

JUDICIAL AFFAIRS: Resignation of Chief Justice of Madras High Court

:

♛As Supreme Court Collegium has rejected the representation of Ms. Vijaya Tahilramani, Chief Justice of Madras High Court, is reported to have decided to resign in protest.
♛If it is the intention of the Collegium that there should be rotation of Judges and Chief Justices between good centers and bad centers, then the Collegium has to design a Transfer Policy of Rotation and adhere to it meticulously. What is the Collegium's Transfer Policy?
♛Mrs. Vijaya Tahilramani is reported to be the Seniormost Chief Justice of all the High Courts. She is reported to have about only 1.5 years of service, for her retirement.
♛Collegium's reply is said to be 'it is not possible to accede to her request'. At least, the ratio decidendi for the decision ought to have been communicated to her, at least confidentially.
♛It is an established Judicial Principle that Transfers cannot be used as disguised punishments. If there are any serious allegations against Justice Vijaya Tahilramani, Supreme Court can inquire into the nature and veracity of the allegations. Thereafter, it can send a Report to the President for further Constitutional Review. Transfer is not a solution.

♛ VirahE api sangamaha khalu
parasparam sangatam manO yEshAm,
Hridayam api vighaTitam cEt
sangO viraham viSEshayati.♝

♛Here, the poet is defining the real union and real separation. When the lovers are bodily separated, if they think of one another, they will still be united. Couples with estranged minds, will remain divided, even after body union.♝

TODAY'S UNTRIVIA: :

■ Why does Hon. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi love to invite Bollywood Stars for selfies? ♞:

▲In 2018, Hon. Narendra Modi invited for a talk on "Thank you for reducing GST", a set of Bollywood stars he liked. Sarvashri Karan Johar, Alia Bhat, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh , Vicky Kaushal, Imtiaz Ali, Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, Rohit Shetty and Rajkumar Rao, Ekta Kapoor, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari were reported to be some among them. ▼

▲Notwithstanding, what these stars have got to do with Mahatma Gandhi, his beliefs and philosophies, his practices and precepts, all these people seems to be elited to get an invite and recognition from PMO. ▼

▲Does PM get benefit of Publicity from Bollywood Stars? Or will the Bollywood Stars get fame and prestige from being in the august presence of the Hon. PMOI? There seems to be some synergy?▼

▲How about millions of Indians, such as Indian Unemployed Youth, Indian Workers, Indian Agricultural Laborers, particularly the last three layers of the Society, who too seem to have passionately voted for the PM, his party BJP?▼

TODAY'S QUOTE FROM KARL MARX: :

Karl Marx & ENGELS , The Communist Manifesto♞:
♛La classe des ouvriers modernes, qui ne vivent qu'à la condition de trouver du travail, et qui n'en trouvent plus dès que leur travail cesse d'agrandir le capital. Les ouvriers, contraints de se vendre au jour le jour, sont une marchandise comme tout autre article de commerce ; ils subissent, par conséquent, toutes les vicissitudes de la concurrence, toutes fluctuations du marché.♝

♛English : The class of modern workers, who live only on condition of finding work, and who do not find any more as soon as their work ceases to enlarge the capital. The workmen, forced to sell from day to day, are a commodity like any other article of commerce; they suffer, therefore, all the vicissitudes of competition, all fluctuations of the market.♝

TODAY'S QUOTE FROM VYASA MAHABHARATA ENGL. TRANSL.: :

■VYASA MAHABHARATA TRANSLATED BY Ganguli, BOOK3, BOOK OF FOREST/m03273.♞:

♛The Mahabharata, Book 3: Vana Parva: Draupadi-harana Parva♝

Story of Ramayana in Mahabharata. Markandeya was narrating to Yudhishthira. Vishnu was asked to incarnate as Shri Rama on Earth! (ybrao-a-donkey's feeling:Why all the incarnations were ordained on-in-to India?)

♛"Markandeya said, 'Then the Brahmarshis, the Siddhas and the Devarshis, with Havyavaha as their spokesman, sought the protection of Brahma.♝

♛ And Agni said, 'That powerful son of Visrava, the Ten- headed cannot be slain on account of your boon! Endued with great might he oppresseth in every possible way the creatures of the earth.♝

♛ Protect us, therefore, O adorable one! There is none else save you to protect us!' ♝

♛"Brahma said, 'O Agni, he cannot be conquered in battle by either the gods or the Asurasl I have already ordained that which is needful for that purpose.♝

♛ Indeed his death is near! Urged by me, the four-headed God hath already been incarnate for that object.♝

♛ Even Vishnu, that foremost of smiters will achieve that object!' ♝

♛"Markandeya continued, 'Then the Grandsire also asked SAKRA (INDRA) , in their presence, 'Be thou, with all the celestials, born on earth! And beget ye on monkeys and bears, heroic sons possessed of great strength and capable of assuming any form at will as allies of Vishnu!' And at this, the gods, the Gandharvas and the Danavas quickly assembled to take counsel as to how they should be born on earth according to their respective parts.♝

♛ And in their presence the boon-giving god commanded a Gandharvi, by name Dundubhi saying, 'Go there for accomplishing this object!' And Dundubhi hearing these words of the Grandsire was born in the world of men as the hunchbacked Manthara.♝

♛ And all the principal celestials, with SAKRA (INDRA) and others begot offspring upon the wives of the foremost of monkeys and bears.♝

♛ And those sons equalled their sires in strength and fame.♝

♛ And they were capable of splitting mountain peaks and their weapons were stones and trees of the Sala and the Tola species.♝

♛ And their bodies were hard as adamant, and they ♝

♛were possessed of very great strength.♝

♛ And they were all skilled in war and capable of mustering any measure of energy at will.♝

♛ And they were equal to a thousand elephants in might, and they resembled the wind in speed.♝

♛ And some of them lived wherever they liked, while others lived in forests.♝

♛ And the adorable Creator of the Universe, having ordained all this, instructed Manthara as to what she would have to do.♝

♛ And Manthara quick as thought, understood all his words, and went hither and thither ever engaged in fomenting quarrels.♝
