Thus a synergetic relationship forms between individuals and the society in which s/he is a member. The concept of Total Socialism tries to implement this synergetic relationship between individuals and societies.

If Leftist Parties and their candidates go into the people repeatedly, how long can voters can ignore the Leftists?

Leftist parties, Marxist Parties, Total Socialist Parties should always try to contest and win only in Lok Sabha (Lower House of INdian Parliament) and Rajya Sabha (Upper House of Indian Parliament). As far as possible they should aim to get 2/3 majority in both the Houses. Else, they cannot truly implement the Marxist Reforms of Removal of Private Property, Removal of Monetary System, Compulsorisation of physical labor at least for three hours to the so-called mind-working and intellectual (It is a self-claim) classes who shy away physical work.

Life is too precious to lay down at the alter of special status for the State of Andhra Pradesh. Here is a news item from DC dated 22-9-15 which says that CPI workers have started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh. Special Status to Andhra Pradesh is too flimsy a demand to sacrifice lives. The benefits of Special Status are too ephemeral and volatile, and anyway they will benefit only industrialists and businesses, in the form of subsidies, incentives and tax concessions. For example, when A.P. State Govt. sometime back released Rs. 1200 crore (Rs. 12 billion) or $ 200 million approx. as some Capital Subsidies to industries such as Spinning Mills, who benefitted? Cabinet member of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, - Shri Prattipati Pulla Rao was benefitted by Rs. 30 crore. Did any of these spinning mills or some other mills, pass on at least a small part of the concessions they received from the State and Central Governments to their workers who toil to enrich the mill owners? That the Spinning Mill and other Mill owners should tell !!

GUNTUR: CPI workers Kota Malyadri, Budala Srinivas, Ch. Ramakrishna and 15 other members on Monday started a fast-unto-death demanding special category status to Andhra Pradesh.

Party state secretary K. Ramakrishna demanded Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce the SCS to the state immediately and warned of intensifying the protest if the demands were not met.

Mr Ramakrishna launched the protest organised by Guntur CPI unit in front of the district collectorate. He accused Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of touring Singapore instead of taking up the issue of special category status with the Centre.

Mr Ramakrishna warned that the party would organise state-wide protests from October 2.

It will do good for Mr. K. Ramakrishna, A.P. The above news says that CPI workers have started a fast unto-death demanding special status for Andhra Pradesh. I view that the lives of CPI workers are too valuable to sacrifice at the alter of the bourgeoisie parties to fulfil their deceptive, elusive, fake promises which were made with no intention to fulfil. Special Status demand is too flimsy a ground to lay down lives. Of course, the 21st Century fasts unto-death may not have a really serious intent to continue it until death, if the demands are not fulfilled, and that there is always a foresight that Police will interrupt it in the middle , admit the fast-makers into hospitals, and inject saline. This has been proved numerous times. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu knew it when he did it in New Delhi. KCR knew it. Jagan knows it. But, still, let us give a benefit of doubt to the CPI workers that they are serious and sincere in their fasting. They seem to have been misguided by somebody to convince them to undertake the misadventure. Funniest part is, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is worried about the life of Jagan, but not worried about the value of the lives of CPI Workers. Why? Only he should tell. Are CPI Workers flies and mosquitos to be brushed aside?

Encouraging Regionalism, Casteism, Communalism, etc. create practical problems for All India Parties. For example, all the 29 States of India may want Special Status for their respective States. Will the CPI Central Committee support and allow their 29 State level Committees to start agitations to pursue their goals? Suppose, if all the 29 State CPI Units want their workers to start fast-unto-death, there will be disintegration of India. Chasing with the hounds and fleeing-running with the hares will be foolish and not possible. CPI Secretary Mr. Narayana has already done sufficient injustice to the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh, and to the cause of Communism and Working Classes of both Telangana and Sesh Andhra areas, when he sided with TRS and sailed with KCR & Company demanding separate Telangana. Mr. Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy owes a duty to explain to the people of India to explain how their support to separate Telangana Movement benefited the Workers of Telangana, or Sesh Andhra, or the Working Classes of India.

కొడితే ఏనుగు కుంభ స్థలాన్నే కొట్టాలి. ఏ ఉదాత్త లక్ష్యాలూ లేని నరేంద్ర మోడీయే, ఏనుగు కుంభ స్థలాన్ని కొట్టినపుడు, ఎంతో చరిత్ర కలిగిన పార్టీలైన కమ్యూనిస్టులు ఆపనిని ఎందుకు చేయలేవు. అయితే శ్రీమోడీకి పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తల అండ ఉన్నది, మాకు ఎక్కడ ఉన్నది అని వామ పక్షాలు అనవచ్చు. దీనికి జవాబు ఏమిటంటే, వోటు వేసేది శ్రామిక వర్గాల వారా లేక పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలా. మోడీని అందలం పైకి ఎక్కించటానికి పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు ఎంత తాపత్రయపడినా ఆపని చేసింది శ్రామిక వర్గాల ప్రజలే. (భారతీయులలో 80% మంది శ్రామికులే. ఐటీ ఉద్యోగులు కూడా శ్రామికులే, అయితే వారికా అంతర్ జ్ఞానం లేదు.). కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు శ్రామిక వర్గాల ఆదరణ పొందటానికి కృషిచేయాలే తప్ప ప్రాంతీయ దురభిమానాలను రెచ్చకొట్టటం ప్రమాదకరం.

557 Part 2 of Communist Parties cannot behave like Regional and Bourgeoisie Parties. क्म्यूनिस्ट दलों, प्रांतीय दलों और बूर्जुवा दलों के जैसे प्रवर्तन नहीं कर सकते। కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు ప్రాంతీయ మరియు బూర్జువా పార్టీలలాగా ప్రవర్తించ లేవు, ప్రవర్తించ కూడదు.

Communist Parties cannot behave like Regional Bourgeoisie parties. Bourgeoisie Parties may make false and impossible promises and come to power. But Communist Parties are not expected to do similar gimmicks. If Communist Parties encourage Regional demands, they will be working at conflicting goals. State Units will come up with Regional demands, which All India Polit Bureaus will be compelled to accept.

In what way Communism and Communist Parties are concerned with Special Status for a State? It is a Regional Issue. Today, as far as my knowledge goes, CPI is only a Regional Party. Does CPI want to take up Regional Issues and settle down as a Regional Party in mutually conflicting States like Telangana and Residual Andhra Pradesh. Suppose Tamil Nadu CPI, Maharashtra CPI, Bengal CPI, Karnataka CPI want Special Status for their respective States will, All India Polit Bureau of CPI support their demands?

कम्यूनिजम और कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस को, राज्यों के स्पॆषल स्टेटस से क्या तालूक होता है? वह एक प्रांतीय समस्या और मुद्दा है। जहाँ तग मेरा ज्ञान है, सीपीऐ आज एक प्रांतीय दल है। क्या सीपीऐ प्रांतीय मुद्दों पर आंदोलन चला कर, परस्पर विरुध्ध संघर्ष करनेवाले आंध्र प्रदेश और तॆलंगाणा जैसे राज्यों में सीपीऐ यूनिट्स परस्पर विरुध्ध आंदोलनों को समर्धन करने से, अपने प्रांतीय पार्टी स्टेटस को शाश्वत करना चाहता है? सोचेंगे कि, अगर तमिल नाडू सीपीऐ, महाराष्ट्र सीपीऐ, बॆंगाल सीपीऐ, कर्नाटक सीपीऐ, अपने अपने राज्यों को स्पॆषल् स्टेटस मांगते हैं, तो सीपीऐ के अखिल भारत पोलिट ब्यूरो किस्को समर्धन करना पडेगा?

Communist Parties should have an All India focus and All India Vision. They should concentrate on bringing into the Society the basic Communism or total Socialism and the rule of the Working Class. They should not haggle on cheap instigative issues like Special Category Status to individual States, though bourgeoisie parties have come to power, promising such impossible thing.

कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस को अखिल भारतीय केंद्र बिंदु और दृष्टि कोण को हमेशा अपने विचक्षण में लेना। वे समाज में सिर्फ कम्यूनिजम या संपूर्ण समाज वाद और श्रामिक वर्गं के सत्ते लाने के लिये कोशिश करना होगा। वे स्पॆशल केटगिरी जैसे छोटे और दुरुत्साहन और भडकाने विषयों पर चिक-चिक नहीं करना चाहिये। बूर्जुवा दलों वैसे असाध्य वादे करके अधिकार में आये होगा, परन्तू वाम पक्षीय दलों को वैसे झूटे काम अनुचित होगा।

In my donkey's view point, Communist Parties should not contest Assembly or Municipal elections. Reason: By winning Municipalities and Corporations, or by forming Governments at State level, Communist Parties cannot bring any radical changes like removal of Right of Property, Removal of Right of Inheritance, Scrapping of Internal Currency System, Closure of Stock Markets, Closing prayer houses etc. For the purpose, they need at least 2/3 majority, in Parliament's both Houses. For securing 2/3 majority in the Upper House i.e. Rajya Sabha, the Communist Parties can take up contesting Assembly elections at a later stage, after conquering Lok Sabha.

मेरे गधे के दृष्टिकोण से यह मुझे दिख रहा है कि, कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस असेंब्ली या पुरपालक-नगरपालक-पंचायत चुनावों में भाग लेने से फायिदा नहीं रहेगा। कारण: पुरपालिकाओं, नगरपालिकाओं, पंचायतों के जीतने से , वाम पक्षीय दलों संपत्ति अधिकार निर्मूलन, वारस्तव हक निर्मूलन, अंतर्गत करॆन्सी को निकाल देना, स्टाक मार्कॆट्स् को बंद करना, प्रार्धनालयों को बंद करना जैसे, बडे फेर बदलों जन सम्मती से नहीं ला सकते। वैसे संस्करणों को लाने केलिये, वाम पक्ष दलों को पार्लमॆंट में २/३ मॆजारिटी साधन करना चाहिये। उच्च सदन, मतलब राज्य सभा में २/३ मॆजारिटी पाने के लिये लोक सभा को जीतने के बाद, राज्य शासन सभाओं को जीतने के लिये प्रत्येक कोशिश करना पडेगा।

CPI is a party of great past. सीपीऐ एक महा ऐतिहासिक दल है। సీపీఐ ఒక గొప్ప గత చరిత్ర గల పార్టీ.

Great founders of Communist movement, like M.N. Roy worked with it. कई महानु पुरुष ऎम. ऎन. राय जैसे महा व्यक्ति कम्यूनिस्ट उद्यम में भाग लिये थे। స్వర్గీయ ఎమ్. ఎన్. రాయ్ వంటి అంతర్జాతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టు ఉద్యమ స్థాపకులు భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టు ఉద్యమానికి స్ఫూర్తినిచ్చారు.

Post-independence, upto 1962, INdian Communists wasted their time, trying to get funds and support from dictatorships like U.S.S.R. and China. स्वराज् के अनंतर, १९६२ तक, भारतीय कम्यूनिस्ट्स रष्या, चैना, जैसे बाहर कम्यूनिस्ट धारण करनेवाले नियंतृत्व देशों से निधियों और सपोर्ट को पाने के लिये कोशिश करते करते , समय व्यर्ध किये। స్వాతంత్ర్యం వచ్చిన దగ్గరనుండి, 1962 చైనా దండయాత్ర వరకు, భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టులు-- కమ్యూనిస్టు ముసుగు వేసుకున్న రష్యా, చైనా వంటి నియంతృత్వ దేశాలనుండి నిధులను, మద్దతును సంపాదించటానికి అటూ ఇటూ తిరుగుతూ కాలాన్ని వృధా చేశారు.

When China invaded INdia, Communists got divided into CPI and CPIM, on the question of "whether to continue to derive inspiration from China" or "condemn China for its Imperialist designs". CPI chose to sail with Russia and CPIM with China. जब चैना भारत सीमा पर चढाई किया, कम्यूनिस्ट्स दो टुकडों में छिद्र हुऎ। सीपीऐ रष्या मार्ग को चुन लिया। सीपीऐ ऎम् चैना मार्ग को चुन लिया। చైనా 36000 కిలోమీటర్ల భారత భూభాగాన్ని ఆక్రమించాక, భారతీయ కమ్యూనిస్టులు , సీపీఐ రష్యా అనుకూలురు గానూ, సీపీఐఎమ్ చైనా అనుకూలురు గానూ చీలిపోయారు.

At All INdia level, since 1967, CPI preferred to support Ms. Indira Gandhi and the Congress Party, and became their satellite. अखिल भारत स्थायी में, १९६७ से, सीपीऐ इंदिरा गांधी को और उनकी कांग्रॆस पार्टी को समर्धन करने के मोह में गिर गया और उनके उपग्रह बन गया। అఖిల భారత స్థాయిలో 1967 నుండి, సీపీఐ స్వర్గీయ ఇందిరా గాంధీని, ఆమె నియంతృత్వంలో ఉన్న కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీని సమర్ధించాలని నిర్ణయించుకుని, ఆపార్టీకి ఉపగ్రహంగా మారిపోయింది.

I recollect having read in Andhra Jyothi, an article by the Great Marxist writer Ranganayakamma, that from 1956 Communists by taking up the theme of "VisAlAndhra" have deviated towards a Regional outlook, parting from the goal of Marxism. मुझे याद है कि महा रचयित्रि एक बार आंध्र ज्योति में लिखी थी, कि १९५६ से आंध्रप्रदेश में कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टी विशालांध्र के नाम पर कम्यूनिस्ट सिध्धांतों के विरुध्ध प्रांतीय तत्व अपने शिर पर लिये। మహా రచయిత్రి రంగనాయకమ్మ గారు ఆంధ్రజ్యోతిలో వ్రాసినట్లు నాకు గుర్తు. 1956 నుండి విశాలాంధ్ర అనే ప్రాంతీయ తత్వాన్ని కూడ కమ్యూనిస్టులు నెత్తినేసుకున్నారు.

In 1983, at Andhra Pradesh level, CPI started supporting NTR and TDP. NTR used the left parties to his own benefit. संयुक्त पुराने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य स्थायी में, १९८३ से, सीपीऐ ऎन टी आर् को समर्धऩ करना शुरू किया। ऎन् टी आर्, वाम पक्षों को, अपने स्वार्धों के लिये उपयोग किया।

In the name of fighting with (Hindu?) communalism, and preventing BJP from coming to power, CPI went on supporting Congress, U.P.A., other bourgeoisie parties at Regional level. Finally, it lost its existence. It failed to open its account in 2014 elections. मततत्ववाद नियंत्रण के नाम पर, और बीजेपी को सत्ते में लानो के रोकने के लिये, सीपीऐ कांग्रॆस् को, यूपीए को, राज्य स्थाई में अन्य प्रांतीय पार्टियों को समर्धऩ देते गया। अंत में सीपीऐ के अस्तित्व ही प्रश्नार्धक हो गया। २०१४ चुनाव में सीपीऐ खाता खोलने में विफल हुआ। మత తత్వాన్ని అరికట్టాలి, బిజెపీని అధికారంలోకి రానివ్వకూడదు అనే మిషతో, సీపీఐ కాంగ్రెస్ ను, యూపీఏను, రాష్ట్రాల స్థాయిలో ఇతర బూర్జువా పార్టీలనూ సమర్ధఇంచుకుంటూ వెళ్ళింది. చివరికి సీపీఐ తన ఉనికినే కోల్పోయింది. 2014 ఎన్నికలలో లోక్ సభలో ఖాతా తెరవలేక చతికిల పడిపోయింది.

From all these experiences, CPI should have learnt a lesson that befriending bourgeoisie parties will raise suspicions in the minds of people about the sincerity of Communist leaders. इन सभी अनुभवों से, सीपीऐ एक पाठ सीखना था कि, बूर्जुवा दलों से मिल जुल कर काम करने से, आम जनता के मस्तिष्कों में कम्यूनिस्टों के विश्वसनीयता पर संकोच उठेगा और लोगों को दिलों में कम्यूनिस्टों को सपोर्ट करने और बूर्जुवा पार्टियों को सपोर्ट करने में फरक अंतर्धान हो जायेगा। लोग शोचते है, कम्यूनिस्टों के मध्य वर्तित्व क्यों, हम बूर्जुवा पार्टियों से ही काम करवायेंगे। ఈ అనుభవాలన్నిటిలోంచి కమ్యూనిస్టులు ఒక పాఠం నేర్చుకుని ఉండాల్సింది. అదేమిటంటే, బూర్జువా పార్టీలతో అంటకాగినందువల్ల, కమ్యూనిస్టుల విశ్వసనీయత పై సామాన్య , బలహీన వర్గాల ప్రజల లో సందేహం ఏర్పడుతుంది. ఎవరితోనైతే పోరాడాలో, వారితోనే షేక్ హ్యాండ్ లు ఇచ్చుకుంటూ, వారిని కౌగలించుకుంటుంటే, ఈ కమ్యూనిస్టుల మధ్య వర్తిత్వం మనకెందుకు, మనకు కావలసిన పనులను ఆ బూర్జువా పార్టీలతో నే చేయించుకుంటే పోలేదా అని ప్రజలు వారికే వోట్లు వేస్తారు.

Another problem with Communist Parties, like other bourgeoisie parties, is they do not have internal democracy. अन्य बूर्जुवा दलों के तरह, कम्यूनिस्ट दलों में भी, अंतरंग प्रजास्वाम्य नहीं है। ఇతర బూర్జువా పార్టీలలో వలెనే, కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలలో కూడ అంతరంగిక ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లేదనేది అందరికీ తెలిసింది.

Getting Special Status for Residual Andhra Pradesh, Enforcement of Sec. 8 in Hyderabad City are Regional Issues which are in no way connected to proletariat or Marxism which Centre around ending the rule of the Bourgeoisie parties. If CPI, CPIM or other Left parties take up Regional issues, they lose track of the main goal. शेषीभूत आंध् प्रदेश को प्रत्येक स्थायी लाना, हैदराबाद शहर में बैफरकेशन् याक्ट के सॆक्षन् ८ लागू करना, ये सब प्रांतीय समस्या और साम्यवाद सिध्धांतों से इनको तालूक नहीं है। अगर सीपीऐ, सीपीऐ ऎम् आदी वाम पक्षीय दल, प्रांतीय समस्याओं के अपने शिर पल लिये तो, उन के प्रथम प्राथान्य लक्ष्य को विघात हो जायेगा।



Question, प्रश्न, ప్రశ్న: Before requesting Mr. Pavan Kalyan to jointly work with CPI, did its State level Office-bearers, obtain the opinions of the party workers in different Districts? Did they discuss it in State level Executive Committee Meetings? Did they inform CPI Headquarters in Delhi? श्री पवन कल्याण को मिल जुलने के आह्वान भेजने के पहले क्या सीपीऐ , जिला केंद्रों से पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं के मनो भावों के बारे में पूछताच किये क्या ? स्टेट लॆवॆल् कार्य समिति में चर्चा किये ? दिल्ली हॆड् क्वार्टर्स को समाचार भेजे क्या ? శ్రీ పవన్ కల్యాణ్ గారిని తమతో కలిసి పనిచేయమని ఆహ్వానించ పోయే ముందు, సీపీఐ రాష్ట్ర కార్య వర్గంలో చర్చ జరిగిందా ? జిల్లా కార్యాలయాలనుండి, తమ క్రియాశీలక కార్యకర్తల అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించారా ? ఢిల్లీ లోని పార్టీ కేంద్ర కార్యాలయానికి సమాచారాన్ని పంపారా ?

Ans जवाब జవాబుNOTHING of that sort seems to have taken place. वैसे चीज नहीं हुआ दिख रहे है। అలాటివేమీ జరిగినట్లేమీ లేదు.

Working together does not mean just shouting slogans and burning effigies. शामिल हो कर काम करने के मतलब, सिर्फ जोर जोर तडक भडक निनाद देना, कचरे पुतलों को बनाकर दहन करना नहीं है। కలిసి పనిచేయటం అంటే కేవలం ఊరేగింపుల్లో పెద్ద గొంతులతో నినాదాలు ఇవ్వటం, దిష్టి బొమ్మలను తగలేయటం మాత్రమే కాదు.

Working together should be preceded by the exchange of principles and goals. What goals does Pavan Kalyan have? Did he study the economic problems of INdia in depth? Does he know about Marxism? Does he know about dielectical materialism? Does he know about Class Struggles which go on in Capitalist Economies? To which class does he belong, being an actor who takes millions of bucks for some meaningless dances and fights? Does he know that all his crores and wealth is robbed from poor people by showing them Escapist stuff? What efforts he has made to cleanse the Telugu Film INdustry? Can he reconcile with the idea of removing private property? What are his views about removing the Currency System and the Market Economy? What are his views about the present problems faced by Greece? (Even CPI leaders may not have any views on Greece). How will he tackle if a similar problem crops up for India? Will he prefer foreign investments or funds from World Bank? What are his views about privatisation? ON so many issues, Mr. Pavan Kalyan has a duty to reveal his mind to the people.

Why did CPI leaders forget that Pavan Kalyan canvassed for BJP in 2014 elections? Why didn't he canvass for Left Parties?

As pointed out by TDP leaders, Mr. Pavan Kalyan seems to wake up every six months, say some mumbo-jumbo, and again retreat to his nest, like the Magic Music Clock in the Salarjung Museum. As he has already earned sufficient amounts in millions of Rupees, what prevents him to take up politics full time?

Context and Gist: In Mahabharata Epic, Pandava Princes, though they were conquerers of enemies, lost their kingdom in a deceitful game of dice with Kauravas aided by Sakuni. As a part of the commitments under the betting, they had to dwell in forests for twelve years, and spend the thirteenth year incognito. If caught during the period of incognito, they will have to repeat the 13 year cycle of forest exile, and incognito existence.

In Telugu language, "samasyA pUraNam" (completion of the problem) is a great literary exercise requiring substantial capabilities and skills. Asu samasyA pUraNam (instantaneous completion of the problem) is more difficult and only accomplished poets who have the grace of Goddess Saraswati, it is believed, can alone do it. In samasyA pUraNam, the testers give the participating poet, the fourth line of a four-line verse. This fourth line will definitely have a clear meter of prosody to comply with. The poet has to furnish the first three lines for the verse, in a meaningful manner.

IN the above verse Tenali Rama was given the fourth line as "kunjara yUdhambu dOma kuttuka jochchen" which literally meant "Hoards of elephants entered the throat of a mosquito". Instantaneously, Tenali Rama supplied the first three lines of the verse "ranjana ceDi pAnDavulari bhanjanulai....vidhi nEmandunu".

The three lines filled in by Tenali Rama, depicted the pitiful condition of the invincible Pandavas who were rendered into domestic servants in the court and the gynaesium of a feudatory baron of Pandavas, by name "ViraTa". Kolvu means "court". "Kunjaras" are elephants. "dOma" is mosquito in Telugu language.

BACK TO OUR INDIAN COMMUNISTS: The INdian Communists had great past. Before 1962, they were the principal challengers to the INdian National Congress and the Jawaharlal Nehru's semi-Socialist Government. By 2015, they have been rendered into beggars at the feet of a film star. Even Communists have started depending on filmy glamor to mobilise public support.

There is another verse in Telugu language which describes downfall of persons, institutions, Governments! The simile used in that verse is River Ganges. According to INdian legends, River Ganga originally rested on Lord Shiva's (Shankara or mahAdEva) head, and at the feet of Lord VishNu. King Bhagiratha did great penance to please Lord Shiva, with inimitable and unmatched perseverance. Goal of the penance was to take River Ganges to Earth. Lord Shiva fulfilled Bhagiratha's desire, and Ganga ran to the ground from North to South East of INdia, till it melted down into the Bay of Bengal.

During its journey in North INdia through the States of Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal, country Bangla Desh, the River Ganges collects all types of garbage, sewer waters, dead bodies, this and that, and becomes totally filthy by the time it reaches the Sea. The poet (I believe it is yEnugu lakshmaNa kavi) uses this condescension and decay of Ganga to the downfall of a wise person who surrenders to and degenerates to abject debasement under pressures of temptations and addictions.

The last line is the key. Ganga kUlankasha. kUlankasha is the attributive adjective for the River Ganga, depicting her as cleanser of all sins. "pekku bhangulu" is Telugu phrase for "different types". Different types of what? "vivEka bhrashTha" Telugu phrase means person who has downfallen from Virtuosity. "pAtamu" itself means falling. "sam" prefix magnifies the intensity of the downfall. The downfall is not ordinary. It is a compounded downfall.
Akasambu nundi = from the sky. (This verse is silent about Ganga River emanating from the feet of LOrd VishNu).
Sambhuni Sirambu = the manes of Lord Shiva.
andunDi SItAdri = from there to the Hills of the Snow i.e. Himalayas.
SuSlOkambu is again attributive adjective for the Himalayas.
bhuvi is the Earth.
From the Earthly world to the boundless Ocean.
From the Depths of the Sea to the Nether World.

The downfall of the Brave and Wise Indian Communists is not unknown to Indian Citizens. Indians have accepted it as something which is an integral part of their total post-independence mess arising from corrosion of the INdian Society from the Market Economy and its monetisation. ఊహించినట్లే అయ్యింది. 168లో వామపక్షాల నేతలు ప్రైవేటు వైద్యకళాశాలలను నడపటం గురించి వ్రాశాను.

ఇపుడు పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన వార్తలను బట్టి శ్రీకమ్యూనిస్టునేత గారు నడుపుతున్న వైద్య కళాశాలలో మద్యం సీసాలను, క్రికెట్ కిట్లను పోలీసులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారని ఇవి ఖమ్మం కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్ధి తరఫున పంచి పెట్టేందుకు సిధ్ధం చేసుకున్నవని అర్ధం అవుతున్నది. ఈకాంగ్రెస్ నేతగారు శ్రీ కమ్యూనిస్టునేత గారి పుత్రరత్నం కదా. సిపిఐకి చెందిన జితేందర్ రెడ్డి అనేవారు ఆ రోడ్డులోనే నగదు పంచుతుండగా చిక్కారు, అని ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి లో వచ్చింది.

సీపీఐ కాంగ్రెస్ తో సంధిచేసుకోగా, సీపీఎమ్ తెరాసతోనూ, వైఎస్ఆర్పీ తోనూ సంధి చేసుకోటం తెలంగాణలో జరిగిన విచిత్రం.

ఎవరికైనా బూర్జువా పార్టీలుగా మారే హక్కు, బూర్జువాలు లాగా ప్రవర్తించే హక్కు ఉంటుంది. కమ్యూనిస్టులు అనే లేబుల్, వామపక్షాలు అనే లేబుల్ తగిలించుకొని బూర్జువాలలాగా ప్రవర్తించే కన్నా పార్టీపేరునే మార్చుకోటం మేలుగా ఉంటుందేమో.

నాకు ఖమ్మం నగరం పై ప్రత్యేక అభిమానం ఉంది. 1975 లో నా వివాహం ఖమ్మం పట్టణంలో జరిగింది. ఆతరువాత ఖమ్మం పట్టణాన్ని దర్శించే భాగ్యం 2014 దాకా దొరకలేదు. ఒక బంధువు ఖమ్మంలో ఉన్న వైద్యకళాశాల హాస్పిటల్ లో ఉంటే పరామర్శించటానికి వెళ్ళవలసి వచ్చింది. ఖమ్మంలో జరిగిన అభివృధ్ధి నాకు ఎంతో ఆనందాన్ని ఇచ్చింది. కానీ ఇడ్లీ, మొ|| తినుబండారాల ధరలే నాకు కళ్ళనీళ్ళు తెప్పించాయి. వైద్యకళాశాలకు అనుబంధంగా ఉన్న ఆహాస్పిటల్ రిసెప్షన్ హాల్లోకి ప్రవేశించగానే మొదట కనిపించింది శ్రీకమ్యూనిస్టునేతగారి పెద్ద రంగుల ఫొటోనే. స్ఫూర్తిదాత మొ|| పదాలతో సుందరంగా వర్ణించారు. ఆయన ఆకళాశాలకి, ఆవైద్యశాలకి చాలా సహాయం చేశారు కాబోలు, అందుకే కృతజ్ఞతతో ఆఫొటో పెట్టారు కాబోలు అనుకున్నాను. ఎంత బాధ్యతాయుతమైన ప్రతినిథియో కదా అనుకున్నాను. కానీ నా గాడిద బుధ్ధి స్కెప్టిసిజానికి, సినిసిజానికీ అలవాటు పడటాన, మనసు కొంత ఆందోళితంగా ఉండగానే, తిరుగు ప్రయాణానికి రైలెక్కాను.

రైల్లో ఒక పిజి వైద్యవిద్యార్ధితో యాదృఛ్ఛికంగా వైద్యవిద్య, నేటి వ్యాపారంగా మారిన వైద్యం గురించి మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. అతడు తాను ఖమ్మం నేటివ్ నని చెప్పాడు. అక్కడే వైద్య విద్య నభ్యసించానని చెప్పాడు. నేను ఉండబట్టలేక అక్కడ రిసెప్షనలో చూసిన శ్రీకమ్యూనిస్టునేత ఫొటోగురించి చెప్పి ఎంత గొప్ప సేవచేసారో కదా, ఆవైద్యకళాశాల వారు శ్రీకమ్యూనిస్టునేతగారి ఫొటో పెట్టారు, అన్నాను.

అతడాశ్చర్యపోయి, ఫొటో ఎందుకుండదు, ఆకాలేజీ , ఆహాస్పిటల్, ఆయనవే అన్నాడు.

ఆయనవే అంటే ఆయన స్వంత ఆస్తా అని నేను అడిగాను. అతడు తలఊపాడు.

శ్రీకమ్యూనిస్టునేతగారి సంగతి అలా వదిలేద్దాం.

రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడ చూచినా ఇంజనీరింగు కళాశాలలు, వైద్యకళాశాలలు, బియీడీ కళాశాలలు, పాలీటెక్నిక్కులు, మొ|| సర్వ విధ విద్యాసంస్థలు ఫీజు రీయింబర్సుమెంటులతో వ్యాపారం చేసుకుంటూ లక్షలు లేక కోట్లు గడిస్తున్నాయి. వీటికి బహుశా ఆదాయపన్ను మినహాయింపు ఉండి ఉంటుంది. ఎందుకంటే వీటిని సొసైటీల చట్టం 1860 క్రింద రిజిష్టర్ చేయటం, లేక ట్రస్టుల చట్టం క్రింద రిజిస్టర్ చేయటం జరుగుతుంది. పార్ట్నర్ షిప్ లు , లిమిటెడ్ కంపెనీలు చాలా అరుదు. అలాంటప్పుడు స్వంతం అనే ప్రసక్తి ఉండకూడదు.

శ్రీ నారాయణ, శ్రీసురవరం ల రాజ్యం వచ్చాక సీపీఐ నైతిక పతనం ఎక్కువైనట్లుగా కనిపిస్తుంది.

గతంలో సిపిఐ నేతలు, సిపిఎమ్ నేతలు పార్టీలు మారటం అనేది చాల అరుదుగా జరిగేది. అసంతృప్తిచెందిన సీపీఐ, సీపీఎమ్ నేతలు క్రొత్త కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలను స్థాపించుకునేవాళ్ళు తప్ప బూర్జువా పార్టీలలో చేరే వాళ్ళుకాదు. ఇపుడు నాగార్జునసాగర్ నుండి పోటీచేస్తున్న తెరాస అభ్యర్ధి శ్రీ ఎం. నరసింహయ్య గతంలో సిపిఎం ఎం.ఎల్.ఏ అని తెలిసినపుడు వామపక్షాభిమానులు తప్త మనస్కులు కాకతప్పదు.

సీపీఐ నారాయణ గారు సిపీఎమ్ ను కూడ బూర్జువా పార్టీలో జమ కట్టారు. తమ పార్టీ బూర్జువా పార్టీ అవునో కాదో శ్రీనారాయణ గారికి తెలియదనుకోవాలా?


విభజనానంతర సీపీఐ రాష్ట్ర కమీటీ విజయవాడ సమావేశంలో శ్రీనారాయణ గారు సీమాంధ్ర అభివృధ్ధికి ఇచ్చిన డిమాండ్ల లిస్టు హాస్యాస్పదంగా ఉంది. ఆయన ఈ డిమాండ్ల లిస్టును విభజనకు ముందు ఇవ్వాల్సింది. కొన్ని డిమాండ్లనైనా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేశాక, ఆయన విభజనకు మద్దతు ఇవ్వాల్సింది. నిన్నటి వరకు ఆయన తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతీయ నేతలాగా చిందులు తొక్కారు. నేడు సీమాంధ్ర ప్రాంతీయనేతల డిమాండ్ల పట్టీ చదువుతున్నారు. ఇదేమన్నా చిల్లర కొట్టునుండి తేవాల్సిన సరుకుల పట్టీనా? అంతా బోగస్. ఇపుడు నారాయణ గారి నేతృత్వం లేకపోయినా విజయవాడలో, సీమాంధ్రలో సీపీఐ బ్రతికే ఉంటుంది. ఎలాగో సీమాంధ్రకు, తెలంగాణకు విడివిడిగా రాష్ట్రస్థాయి కమీటీలు వస్తాయి.


ఈయన కమ్యూనిస్టేనా? ఖమ్మం సీపీఐ నేతగా సుపరిచితులైన శ్రీ పువ్వాడ నాగేశ్వర రావు గారు ఖమ్మంలో ఒక సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ హాస్పిటల్ నడుపుతున్నారు. ఇటీవల వార్తలలో వచ్చిన లిక్కర్ కుంభకోణంలో వీరి పేరు కూడ బయటకు వచ్చింది. తమకు అలాంటి లిక్కర్ సంబంధాలేమీ లేవని శ్రీవారు ఖండించారు. లేకపోతే మంచిదే.

మెడికల్ కాలేజీలను నడపటం అంటే సామాన్యం కాదు. ప్రభుత్వాలే మెడికల్ కాలేజీల ఎక్విప్ మెంటు, ప్రొఫెసర్ల జీతాల ఖర్చులు భరించలేక గుడ్లు తేలేస్తున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్ కాలేజీలలో కొన్న సౌకర్యాలు, ప్రొఫెసర్ల కొరత ఉన్నా మొత్తం మీద అవి పేద విద్యార్ధులకు భారం కావటం లేదు. మరి మన కమ్యూనిస్ట్ నేత గారి పార్టీ డొనేషన్లు భారీగా వసూలు చేస్తుందా చేయదా? ఆహాస్పిటల్లో కమ్యూనిస్టునేత గారి పెద్ద పటం పెట్టారు. తరువాత విగ్రహం పెడతారేమో. వారి మెడికల్ కాలేజీలో డొనేషన్ల రేట్ల పట్టీ కూడ పెడితే బాగుంటుంది. అక్కడ డొనేషన్లనేవి ఉన్నాయా లేవా?

కమ్యూనిస్టు నేతలు ఎంతవరకు బూర్జువా వ్యాపారాలను చేయవచ్చు అనే విషయంలో స్పష్టత లేదు. సొసైటీలు వ్యాపారాలా అనే విషయంలో కూడ స్పష్టత రావాలి. ట్రస్టుల్లో, సొసైటీల్లో స్థాపకులు తమ, తమ కుటుంబ సభ్యుల కంట్రోల్ ని తగ్గించుకుంటూ పోతే వారి చిత్తశుధ్ధిని శంకించ వలసిన అవసరం రాదు. ప్రస్తుతం శ్రీవారి సంస్థలపై శ్రీవారికి 100 శాతం పట్టు ఉన్నట్లుగా కనిపిస్తున్నది. ఈవిషయంలో తన చిత్తశుధ్ధిని నిరూపించుకుని, సీపీఐని ఉన్నత పీఠంపై నిలబెట్టవలసిన బాధ్యత శ్రీవారి పైనే ఉంటుంది.

ఏవిషయంలో రాజీ పడచ్చు, ఏవిషయంలో రాజీ పడకూడదు అనే దానిపై సీపీఐలో అన్నిస్థాయిలలో చర్చ జరగాలి. లేదంటే బూర్జువాలు కమ్యూనిస్ట్ నేతలుగా చలామణీ అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉంది.
శ్రీ బివి రాఘవులు గారు సీపీఎమ్ నేతగా సుప్రసిధ్దులు. వీరు ఇప్పుడు తేల్చి చెప్ప వలసింది ఒకటే. లక్ష కోట్ల అవినీతికి పాల్పడ్డట్లుగా కోర్టు కేసుల నెదుర్కుంటున్న, కొన్నైనా ప్రాథిమిక ఆధారాలు బయట పడ్డ శ్రీజగన్ నేతృత్వంలోని వైయస్ ఆర్ పీ పార్టీతో ఎలా పొత్తు పెట్టుకుంటారు. పొత్తుపెట్టుకోము అని స్పష్టం చేయాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఈ సీపీఎం నేతపై ఉంది.

ఢిల్లీనుండి వారి కేంద్ర కమీటీ ఆజ్ఞాపించినా సిధ్ధాంతాలకు విరుధ్ధం కాబట్టి ఒప్పుకోకూడదు కదా. తమ పార్టీ పధ్ధతులు నచ్చకపోతే బయటకు రావలసిన బాధ్యత వీరిపై ఉండదా? ఉంటుందా?

వైఎస్ ఆర్ పీ పార్టీతో పొత్తుల కోసం సిపిఎమ్ ఖమ్మం యూనిట్ తొందర పడుతున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తుంది.

పార్టీలు నడిపేటప్పుడు తీవ్ర ఆర్దిక ఇబ్బందులు తలఎత్తినపుడు, నడపకుండా కొంత నెమ్మదించినా ఫరవాలేదు. సిధ్ధాంతాలకో రాజీ పడటం వల్ల పార్టీలు ప్రజావిశ్వాసం కోల్పోతారు. ఈవిషయంలో బూర్జువా పార్టీలకు మిగిలిన పార్టీలకు తేడ్ అవసరం. వాళ్ళు చేస్తున్నారు కాబట్టి మేము చేస్తున్నాం అనే వాదన నిలవదు.

దీని గురించి వామపక్షాలు బయటకు ఆందోళనలు చేస్తున్నా, వీరికి కూడ రెండు ప్లాట్లు ముట్టాయా అనే అనుమానాలు ప్రజలలో ఉన్నాయి. తమ నిర్దోషిత్వాన్ని నిరూపించుకోవలసిన బాధ్యత వామపక్షాలపై ఉంటుంది.

ఈ ఆరోపణ|అనుమానం చాల ముఖ్యమైనది. ఎందుకంటే, ఇతర బూర్జువా పార్టీల వలెనే వామపక్షాలకు కూడ బడా నగరాలలో బడా భవనాలు, ఫర్నీచర్లు, ఎసీలు అంటే వ్యామోహం ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తున్నది. కష్టజీవులు సమావేశం కావాలంటే ప్యాలెస్ లే అవసరం లేదు, పార్కులైనా సరిపోతాయి. భవనాలకోసం, విలువైన స్థలాలకోసం కక్కూర్తి పడి బూర్జువా పార్టీలను బయటనుండి సమర్ధించటం, పొత్తులకు దిగటం చేయనవసరం లేదు.

పట్టణాలలో, నగరాలలో స్థలం కొనుక్కోలేక పోతే కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు గ్రామాల బయట వేస్ట్ లాండ్ కొనుక్కొని రేకుల షెడ్ లలో తమ కార్యాలయాలను నడుపుకోవచ్చు. ప్రాథమికంగా కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీలు గ్రామాల పునాదిగా పనిచేయాలి కాబట్టి నగరాలలో తిష్ఠవేయటం, విమానాలలో తిరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండదు.
