I thought I am the first person criticising the above Calvin Hobbes Cartoon. But, I am not. In fact, I am one of the devoted aficionados and fans of the Calvin-Hobbes. For laughing purposes,the above cartoon is Okay. But for reality analysis purposes, we have to take a different view. Do Communists force people to sleep? Do Communists prevent people from sleeping?

Absolute freedom for a person to do anything he-she-likes, (In Telugu language, spoken by 100 million people across the world, the word used is 'svEchcha', whereas 'svatantram' = freedom, independence is not absolute freedom in its perfectness), IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS EARTH IN ANY SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE, not to speak of Democracy and Communism.

Constitutions of different countries guarantee different degrees of personal freedoms, but none of them grant 100% svEchcha in the truest meaning of the word. Indian Constitution also has numerous provisions for protection of freedoms, under various Articles of Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles of State Policy. Most of these Constitutional Articles, in 1950 we might have started on a clean slate, but since then countless Constitutional Amendments by the Governments, Supreme Court Rulings have added many exceptions and limitations to the freedoms envisaged in Indian Constitution. Thus, our personal freedoms in today's world are only delusive, elusive, and illusive.

LOSS OF PERSONAL FREEDOMS IN THE ERSTWHILE COMMUNIST COUNTRIES SUCH AS ERSTWHILE USSR, China, East European Countries, Cuba etc.

I do not know what field level problems which Lenin-Stalin-Trotsky, Mao-Ze-Dong, Castro faced. But, in the name of fighting the bourgeoisie and the kulaks (landlords), and inducting and enforcing egalitarian socities , personal freedoms were given goodbye, causing grief and misery to thousands of familiies. Though it was probably expected at that time that, the loss of personal freedom would be temporary, and that the lost freedoms will be restored once normalcy is brought back, it never happened. Finally, the Communist countries got dissolved, and Capitalism-s + democracies took their place. Dis the lost personal freedoms come back? I have doubts.

What is the % of personal freedoms in our Great Icon of Liberty: United States of America? UK? France? Only citizens of those countries will have to say.

Imagined Personal Freedoms in Democracies- one example

Suppose a person inherits a billion dollar estate from his parents. Suppose he-she gets assured income of some millions of bucks from some fishy money markets. Now, can we say that he-she has a right of personal freedom to spend all his life booze-binge-ing, gambling, or just lazily lying down on a couch, watching or without watching (lazy even to watch a TV), while making sure that his inherited wealth is well-protected and consuming only the 'usufruct' i.e. income part?

On the other hand, I have seen many persons toiling for their two square meals, right from the day, they attain an age of five years as a child. And that drudgery they have been doing 24/7/365. Is that real freedom? Or a delusive freedom?

Something seems to be wrong with me. Either my expectations are too high, or Socialist Dreams tend to be unrealistic. The deeper and deeper I go into the manner in which Lenin led the organisation of the Communist Society/Governance, in the post Bolshevik Revolution 1917 (Also October Revolution 1917), I am getting more and more disappointed. However, these disappointments do not make me to drift to conclude that Marxism is un-experiment-ible. Nothing can be condemned as unexperimentible as long as such experiments do not lead to grave consequences and catastrophies such as genocides, massacres and extreme misery(ies) to the poorest. We know too well the monstrasities of Capitalism, and the World has been experiencing them for the last several Centuries. True, Communism too has contributed many-a-horror, but we have to keep in mind that, it had never started in any country, in its true form. Only labels were made. Only appearances were made. May be deliberately or intentionally. Or Communism/Marxism were not properly understood by their leaders. They were venerated. Huge Statues of theirs were erected. Cities were named after them (Leningrad, Stalingrad). Whether historic errors were realised or not, contrition took place or not. Statues were destroyed, Severed heads rolled.

Many questions rack our minds. First of all why the statues were erected? And why the statues were rolled down, like packs of card or heaps of bricks?

True, we have to concede that perfection is never attainable. But, there cannot be a volte-face in goals. There can be no U-Turn. There can be no flip-flops. Zig-zag paths and road maps may become necessary.

The complete nationalization of industry, established during the period of War Communism, was partially revoked and a system of mixed economy was introduced, which allowed private individuals to own small enterprises,[3] while the state continued to control banks, foreign trade, and large industries.[4] In addition, the NEP abolished prodrazvyorstka (forced grain requisition)[3] and introduced prodnalog: a tax on farmers, payable in the form of raw agricultural product.[5] The Bolshevik government adopted the NEP in the course of the 10th Congress of the All-Russian Communist Party (March 1921) and promulgated it by a decree on 21 March 1921 "On the Replacement of Prodrazvyorstka by Prodnalog". Further decrees refined the policy.

Other policies included the monetary reform (1922–1924) and the attraction of foreign capital.

The NEP policy created a new category of people called NEPmen (нэпманы), nouveau riches due to NEP.

Joseph Stalin abolished the New Economic Policy in 1928.

958 (Part 1/10) Capitalism will not go anywhere!!! It is we, who are going to dissolve into this Earth's Atmosphere.

One of our learned friends has sent me a link to an article by Renowned Journalist Mr. Paul Mason, at THE_GUARDIAN, Click here to go to https://www.theguardian.com/books/2015/jul/17/postcapitalism-end-of-capitalism-begun?CMP=share_btn_fb. I am sharing the link, for the benefit of our Readers. We may always have to keep in mind that this world will be more prepared to allocate more time and resources to Religion and Capitalism, when compared to Marxism. This may continue for some more Centuries to come, because both Bourgeoisie and Proletariat do not at present like to spend their time on something which requires greater accommodative spirit, and less selfishness and voracious greed to accumulate possessions both immovable, and movable, tangible and intangible.

I am very optimistic about technology helping the workers (proletariat) by gradually eliminating drudgeries into their tasks. Initially, we may get an impression "(Telugu language)yantra bhUtamula kOralu tOmE" English-approx. Engaged in polishing the fangs of the ghosts of 'machines'. I observe and experience this phenomenon on our streets in India, and also at other places of the globe, through web. We can see that machines (including computers, drones, robots, cars, steamers, aircraft) have reduced the 24/7/365 slogging of the sweat-workers. Earlier workers were serving at the feet of their masters. Now, they are serving at the feet of their machines.

862 (1st of 10 series) No need to celebrate or mourn Bolshevik Revolution in Russia,Oct. 1917. We need to analyse where we have gone wrong!

Once bitten, twice shy. Thus says the traditional English idiom. 100 years have passed since Bolshevik Revolution took place in Czarist Russia of 1917. The Bolshevik Revolution was violent, and in the upheaval, the last Tsar Emperor of Russia Nicholas II or Nikolai I, was killed by Bolshevik Troup led by Yakov Yurovsky. The advent of U.S.S.R. (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics) took place, and Lenin became the undisputed Leader of the geographically the most expansive Nation of the World.

In 1991, when Gorbachev was at the helm of U.S.S.R., it broke into splinters. About the 74 years existence (1917 to 1991) of U.S.S.R., superficially as a Communist / Socialist Nation, there are divergent opinions. According to the Capitalist Press, Communism was a total failure. According to them, it is beyond redemption. They say that, we, should now, mourn, the Bolshevik Revolution and the Communism. Lenin might have implemented his brand of Communism, rather boorishly and with procacity. It may be true, that erstwhile USSR went through harrowing and gruesome tales of mass-killings, ferocious persecution, in the hands of succeeding cruel dictators. Their oppression might have, really been brutal.

The defunct Soviet Union might not have been either a paradise or, - a hell as is made out now, from hindsight.

Capitalist writers forget the hells created by Imperialism, Colonialism, and Corporate Multi Nationalism. Of course, two wrongs may not make one 'right'. Like slow poison, industrial and agricultural exploitation too took its toll, making people undeclared slaves, before the pulpit of "CASH".

The second time I stayed in a small Moscow apartment belonging to an old Russian widow, who for a small dollar price agreed to part with her state-allotted home for a few days. The flat, a few kilometres away from the Indian embassy at Ulitza Obhuka, was as tiny as they come. The bedroom had enough place for just a single bed. The living room was of the same size and had a sofa-cum-bed. The kitchen was tiny and bare. The bathroom was not much bigger than a train toilet. Food was not available for love or money but there was a lot of love available for food or money. In the small store that stood outside the Indian embassy the shelves were bare, as were the shelves in Moscow’s famous GUM store facing the Kremlin. I wanted to experience typical Russian life and got plenty of it. The ruble was officially on par with the US dollar, but on the street the dollar fetched a dozen rubles at least. And for a carton of Marlboro cigarettes (then $8 in Delhi’s duty-free) cabbies would drive you all over Moscow for as long as one wanted. Such was the plight of the other superpower.

Ans: First of all, there will be no private property. Government will show work to all able-bodied healthy persons, and allot FREE residential quarters at the places of their work, or at the places nearest to their work. If they are transferred to some other place, they will have to vacate the quarters they occupy at present, and shift to the new FREE quarters which will be allotted to them at the new place of work. When they reach an age of retirement or become incapacitated to work, separate FREE quarters will be allotted to them, along with others who are similarly placed, and they will be permitted to live there, till their death. At all these places, free cooked food will be supplied to the free quarters, and there will be no need for them to toil themselves for cooking.

AnsWhat are being proposed or dreamt of, are only bare essentials. They are not high class comforts or luxuries. Does Communism promise an Audi or Benz Car? No. When Sonia Gandhi, Narendra Modi, Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, Chandra Babu Naidu and KCR & Co., promised so many things, people believed. Whatever they have promised or done are just mEna mAma cevilO venTrukalu molipincaTam (A Telugu proverb which literally means germinating /sprouting hair in the ear-lobes of maternal uncle. Story behind that: Telugu people believe that, if hair sprouts on the ear lobes of maternal uncle, the nephew will get a fortune of wealth. A God appeared before a devotee and asked him to choose a boon. The devotee ought to have directly asked the God for a boon of great fortune and prosperity. Instead, he asked the God to sprout hair on the ear lobes of his maternal uncle. The God okayed it, hair sprouted on the maternal uncle's ear lobes. But the nephew didn't get the fortune. This proverb was used very effectively by Late Bapu, Mullapudi Venkata Ramana, Rao Gopala Rao, Allu Ramalingaiah in the Telugu film MutyAla muggu. True Socialism with Proletarian Rule will not be of that illusive type.

जिस प्रतिपादन हम कर रहे हैं , या जिस स्वप्न हम दिखा रहे हैं, वे सब सर्व सामान्य आवश्यक वस्तु हैं। कम्यूनिजम या श्रामिक राज्य जनता को आदी कार या बॆंज कार को स्वप्नों में नहीं दिखाते। जब इंदिरा गांधी, राजीव गांधी, सोनिया गांधी, नरेंद्र मोदी, वै यस्. राजशेखर रॆड्डी , चंद्रबाबू नायुडू, कॆसीआर् & को, मुलायम, लालू, नितीश, ममता, आदी सब नेता वादा करते, लोग सत्तर साल से मान रहे हैं, और अपने वोटों को उनको स्वर्ण थाळियों में रख कर देते थे, दे रहे हैं। उनहोंने क्या किया था, कर रहे हैं ? एक तॆलुगु लोकोक्ति है , जिस के अनुसार जब मामा के कानों पर बाल अंकुरित होते हैं, तब भतीजे को सौभाग्य संपत्ती मिलेगा। इस मुहावर की एक कहानी है। भगवान एक भक्त के सम्मुख प्रत्यक्ष हुआ और उसको वर पूछने के लिये अनुग्रह किया। वह भक्त भगवान को, सीदा सौभाग्य और संपत्ती पूछना था । लेकिन, वह मूर्ख रीती में भगवान को पूछा कि : मेरे मामा के कान पर बाल अंकुर करने के वरदान मुझे दीजिये। तथास्तु कह कर भगवान अंतर्धान हुआ। उस भक्त के मामा के कानों पर बाल पैदा हुआ। फिर भी, भक्त को लक्ष्मी नहीं मिली। इस कहावत को, स्वर्गीय बापू, मुळ्ळपूडि वॆंकट रमणा, रावु गोपाल राव, अल्लु रामलिंगय्या, तॆलुगु फिल्म मुत्याल मुग्गु (हिन्दी अर्ध - मोती की रंगोली) में बहुत हास जनक ढंग और विनोद दायक शैलि में उपयोग किये थे। श्रामिक राज्य या संपूर्ण सोषलिजम में वैसे मिथ्या मार्ग नहीं चाहते या आचरण में लाते।

Communist Parties cannot behave like Regional Bourgeoisie parties. Bourgeoisie Parties may make false and impossible promises and come to power. But Communist Parties are not expected to do similar gimmicks. If Communist Parties encourage Regional demands, they will be working at conflicting goals. State Units will come up with Regional demands, which All India Polit Bureaus will be compelled to accept.

In what way Communism and Communist Parties are concerned with Special Status for a State? It is a Regional Issue. Today, as far as my knowledge goes, CPI is only a Regional Party. Does CPI want to take up Regional Issues and settle down as a Regional Party in mutually conflicting States like Telangana and Residual Andhra Pradesh. Suppose Tamil Nadu CPI, Maharashtra CPI, Bengal CPI, Karnataka CPI want Special Status for their respective States will, All India Polit Bureau of CPI support their demands?

कम्यूनिजम और कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस को, राज्यों के स्पॆषल स्टेटस से क्या तालूक होता है? वह एक प्रांतीय समस्या और मुद्दा है। जहाँ तग मेरा ज्ञान है, सीपीऐ आज एक प्रांतीय दल है। क्या सीपीऐ प्रांतीय मुद्दों पर आंदोलन चला कर, परस्पर विरुध्ध संघर्ष करनेवाले आंध्र प्रदेश और तॆलंगाणा जैसे राज्यों में सीपीऐ यूनिट्स परस्पर विरुध्ध आंदोलनों को समर्धन करने से, अपने प्रांतीय पार्टी स्टेटस को शाश्वत करना चाहता है? सोचेंगे कि, अगर तमिल नाडू सीपीऐ, महाराष्ट्र सीपीऐ, बॆंगाल सीपीऐ, कर्नाटक सीपीऐ, अपने अपने राज्यों को स्पॆषल् स्टेटस मांगते हैं, तो सीपीऐ के अखिल भारत पोलिट ब्यूरो किस्को समर्धन करना पडेगा?

Communist Parties should have an All India focus and All India Vision. They should concentrate on bringing into the Society the basic Communism or total Socialism and the rule of the Working Class. They should not haggle on cheap instigative issues like Special Category Status to individual States, though bourgeoisie parties have come to power, promising such impossible thing.

कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस को अखिल भारतीय केंद्र बिंदु और दृष्टि कोण को हमेशा अपने विचक्षण में लेना। वे समाज में सिर्फ कम्यूनिजम या संपूर्ण समाज वाद और श्रामिक वर्गं के सत्ते लाने के लिये कोशिश करना होगा। वे स्पॆशल केटगिरी जैसे छोटे और दुरुत्साहन और भडकाने विषयों पर चिक-चिक नहीं करना चाहिये। बूर्जुवा दलों वैसे असाध्य वादे करके अधिकार में आये होगा, परन्तू वाम पक्षीय दलों को वैसे झूटे काम अनुचित होगा।

In my donkey's view point, Communist Parties should not contest Assembly or Municipal elections. Reason: By winning Municipalities and Corporations, or by forming Governments at State level, Communist Parties cannot bring any radical changes like removal of Right of Property, Removal of Right of Inheritance, Scrapping of Internal Currency System, Closure of Stock Markets, Closing prayer houses etc. For the purpose, they need at least 2/3 majority, in Parliament's both Houses. For securing 2/3 majority in the Upper House i.e. Rajya Sabha, the Communist Parties can take up contesting Assembly elections at a later stage, after conquering Lok Sabha.

मेरे गधे के दृष्टिकोण से यह मुझे दिख रहा है कि, कम्यूनिस्ट पार्टीस असेंब्ली या पुरपालक-नगरपालक-पंचायत चुनावों में भाग लेने से फायिदा नहीं रहेगा। कारण: पुरपालिकाओं, नगरपालिकाओं, पंचायतों के जीतने से , वाम पक्षीय दलों संपत्ति अधिकार निर्मूलन, वारस्तव हक निर्मूलन, अंतर्गत करॆन्सी को निकाल देना, स्टाक मार्कॆट्स् को बंद करना, प्रार्धनालयों को बंद करना जैसे, बडे फेर बदलों जन सम्मती से नहीं ला सकते। वैसे संस्करणों को लाने केलिये, वाम पक्ष दलों को पार्लमॆंट में २/३ मॆजारिटी साधन करना चाहिये। उच्च सदन, मतलब राज्य सभा में २/३ मॆजारिटी पाने के लिये लोक सभा को जीतने के बाद, राज्य शासन सभाओं को जीतने के लिये प्रत्येक कोशिश करना पडेगा।

474 విశాఖలో జరుగుతున్న సీపీఎమ్ వారి 21వ కాంగ్రెస్ సందర్భంగా On the occasion of the 21st Congress of CPM (CPIM) taking place at Visakhapatnam

ఈ వ్యాసం షుమారు రెండేళ్ళ క్రితం జనవరి 201౩ లో వ్రాసినది.   దీనిని ఒక దిన పత్రిక వారికి పంపగా, వారి ప్రాధాన్యతలకు సరిపోలేదో ఏమో, ప్రచురణకు నోచుకోలేదు.  వేరే కాగితాలకొరకు వెతుకుతుంటే ఇది కనిపించింది.   కొంత చెత్త తొలగించి, సవరించి, దీనిని నెట్ లో పెట్టటంలో ఉద్దేశ్యం,  మన పర్ సెప్షన్సు  (మన చుట్టూ ఉన్న పరిస్థితులను, సంఘటనలను మనం ఎలా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటాం),  రాబోయే కాలాన్ని ఎలా అంచనా వేసుకుంటాం, రెండేళ్ళ తరువాత చూసుకుంటే అవి ఎంత మేరకు నిజమయ్యాయి, పోల్చి చూసుకోటం.    అనుకున్న వన్నీ నిజంకావు, అలాగని ఘోరంగా ఫెయిల్ కావు.

ఇప్పటి 2015  నేపథ్యానికి పోల్చుకోవాల్సిన అంశాలు: 
1. ఆధార్ కార్డులను బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం  2. ఎన్నో రకాల అసమానతలను వదిలేసి, ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు దేశంలో అంతా సంపన్న వర్గాలున్నట్లు, గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ల మీద వేల కొద్ది రూపాయల సబ్సిడీ ఇస్తున్నట్లు, దానిని వదులుకోమని సంపన్న వర్గాలను అడుగుతున్నట్లు కనపడుతున్నా ప్రజలందరి వెంటబడటం.  3. రాష్ట్రంలో జపాన్ లో లాగా వృధ్ధులసంఖ్య పెరిగిపోతున్నదని, పిల్లలను కనమని శేషాంధ్రులను శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రబోధించటం.  4.  విశాఖ పట్టణంలో జరగనున్న  సీపీఎమ్ వారి  21వ కాంగ్రెస్ లో పాడనున్న పాతపాటలు. 


ఆధార్ కార్డుల నరకం
ఆధార్ కార్డుల జారీ ఒక  చెత్త కుండీ లా తయారయింది.  గ్యాస్ డీలర్లు, వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల వాళ్ళు ఏడిపిస్తూ ఉండటంతో,  85ఏళ్ళ వృధ్ధులు కూడ  వృధ్ధ పత్నిని వెంటేసుకుని ఆధార్ జారీ కేంద్రాలచుట్టూ తిరగాల్సి వస్తున్నది.   క్యూలో నిల్చో లేరు.  వినపడదు.  కనపడదు.  భూలోకనరకం, వాళ్ళ స్వంతం.

ఇదే సందర్భంలో, జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని, ప్రస్తుత జపాన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి, శ్రీ ఆసో చేసిన వ్యాఖ్య, ఆయన దేశప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి చేసినదే అయినప్పటికీ, ఎంతో ఆవేదన కలిగించింది.  ఎందుకంటే, అది మన దేశప్రజలకి కూడ, ఈ రోజు కాకపోయినా, 2020 లోపుగానే , వర్తించ బోతున్నది.   అంతే కాదు,  2014 లో ఎన్నికలు కాగానే, ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్, కాంగ్రెస్ గెల్చినా, గెలవకపోయినా, మాజీగా మారబోతున్నారు.  జపాన్ లో మాజీ ప్రధాని తరువాత ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అయినట్లుగా, భారత మాజీ ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అవతారం ఎత్తినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరం లేదు.

జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని ఆసో గారేమన్నారు ?
జపాన్ లో ని వృధ్ధ జనాభా ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకోవటమే మేలు.  లేదా ప్రభుత్వమే వారిని మరణింప నివ్వాలి | మరణింప చేయాలిట.   జపాన్ వృధ్ధులకు ఆరోగ్య సేవలనందించటం, జపాన్ జాతికి భారంగా పరిణమించిందిట.  ముక్కుతూ మూలుగుతూ పడకపై పడి ఉండి, రకరకాల వైద్య యంత్రాల నాళాలతో, సూదులతో, గుచ్చబడి, చిత్రహింసను అనుభవించే కన్నా,  జీవితాన్ని ముగించటమే మేలని ఆసో గారి భావం.  మీడియా గుచ్చి ప్రశ్నించగా, ఆ భావాలు తాను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఉద్దేశించి చేసుకున్నవని, తన మరణం అలా జరగాలని తాను కోరుకున్నట్లు, ఆసో గారు సర్దేసుకున్నారు.

మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ జీ, ఇటువంటి విషయాన్ని నీళ్ళు నములుతూనే, కుండ బద్దలు కొట్టినట్లు చెప్ప గలరు.  ఇది వరకే ఆయన  "ఫ్రీ లంచ్ లు అయిపోయినాయోచ్ " అని ప్రకటించారు.    సార్ కి మొహమాటాలు ఫిక్కీ, సీఐఐ, అస్సోచాం, టాటా, అంబానీ, జిందాల్ వంటి వాళ్ళతోనే తప్ప, భారతీయ పేదలతో కానీ, వృధ్ధులతో కానీ, వంటఇంటి మహిళలతో కానీ లేవు, లేనే లేవు, ఉండవు.    ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పథకాన్ని, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నెత్తిన వేసుకుంది కానీ, ఢిల్లీ సుల్తానులు, సుల్తానాలు, వేసుకోలేదు.

ప్రస్తుతం తెల్ల కార్డులేని దిగువ మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు, ఆధార్ కార్డ్ యొక్క అవసరం, గ్యాస్ బండల కొరకే.    ఈ మాత్రం దానికైనా వారు,  400 లేక 500 సమర్పించుకొని, ఆధార్ కార్డును  సంపాదించి , దానిని చూసుకుంటూ మురిసిపోవాల్సిందే.  సర్కార్ వారు, గ్యాస్ బండల ధరలను విపరీతంగా పెంచేసి, సబ్సిడీని ఉపసంహరిస్తే, రెండు మూడేళ్ళలో ఆధార్ నిరాధార్ కాక తప్పదు.

ఆధార్ ను జనంపై బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం వెనుక అమెరికా , యూరప్ ల వత్తిడి ఉందని అనుమానించక తప్పదు.  భారత పౌరుల కనుగుడ్లు (ఐరిస్ లు), చేతివేళ్ళ ముద్రలు , ఫొటోలు, జీవిత చరిత్రలు, అన్నీ, అమెరికన్ నిఘా సంస్థల పరిశీలనకు వెళ్ళ వలసినదే.    ఇస్లామిక్ తీవ్ర వాదుల ఏరివేత, ఉగ్రవాదం పై పోరాటం, అనే నెపాలు, ఈ డేటా బదిలీకి ఉపయోగిస్తాయి. 

తమకి సబ్సిడీలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు ఇవ్వటం లేదు,   అన్నిటినీ ఢిల్లీ సుల్తాన్ లు, సుల్తానాలు, మాత్రమే ఇస్తున్నారు అనే విషయం జనాల మెదళ్ళలోకి ఇంజెక్టు చేయటానికి,  కేంద్రం లోని అధికార పార్టీ పడుతున్న దుగ్ధ,  పిల్లికి చెలగాటం, ఎలుకకు ప్రాణ సంకటం లాగా,  వృధ్ధులకు, రెక్కాడితే గానీ డొక్కాడని ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగులకు,  కూలీలకు,  చేతిపని వారికీ, వీధులలో తిరిగి అమ్ముకునే వాళ్లకీ,  ఒక పీడగా మారింది.

తొమ్మిదేళ్ళ యూపీఏ పాలనలో ప్రజలు విసిగి వేసారి పోయారు.  రెండవ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం లాగా కనిపించే బీజేపీ,  కాంగ్రెస్ కి ప్రతిబింబం లాగా తయారయింది తప్ప,  స్వతంత్ర , భిన్నమైన సిధ్ధాంతాలను , ఆచరణలను ప్రతిపాదించలేక పోతున్నది. 

బీజేపీ అధ్యక్షుడు శ్రీ నితీన్ గడ్కారీ, చివరికి ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులనే బెదిరించే స్థాయికి దిగజారి పోయారు.  ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులు, రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం, నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ప్రవర్తించ వలసి ఉన్నప్పటికీ,  తమ ప్రస్తుత యజమానుల ఆగ్రహానికి గురికాకుండా ఆత్మ రక్షణ చేసుకోటం కొరకు, కొంత అతిగా పరిశోధనలు చేస్తూ ఉండవచ్చు.    2014లో ప్రధాన మంత్రో కేంద్ర మంత్రో కావాలనుకుంటున్న శ్రీ గడ్కారీ,  నేడే  ప్రధానో, కేంద్ర హోమ్  మంత్రో అయినట్లుగా కలగంటున్నారు.  బిజెపీ అధికారం లోకి రాగానే తనను బాధించిన వాళ్ళను వేధించి వాళ్ళ తాట ఒలవటానికి సిధ్ధమవుతున్నారు.

గడ్కారీ గారు, సోనియా మాత నుండి నేర్చుకోవాల్సింది చాల ఉన్నది.    అమ్మకు ఎవరి యందైనా  "కినుక" ఉంటే దానిని బయటకు పొక్కనివ్వదు.  సరియైన సమయం చూసి నొక్కేస్తుంది.  ఆమె తానుగా ఏమీ  మాట్లాడకుండా ఇతరుల చేత చెప్పిస్తుంది.

దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతీయ సామంతులు, సర్దారులు,  తమకిష్టులైన వాళ్ళని ఢిల్లీ సింహాసనం పై కూర్చుండ పెట్టి తోలుబొమ్మలాటలాడించటం ఘోరీ కాలం నుండి బహదూర్ షా జాఫర్ కాలం వరకే కాక,   స్వాతంత్ర్యానంతర భారత్ లో కూడ జరిగింది.

నేడు మూలాయం, కరుణ, నితీష్, జయ , చంద్రబాబు, కెసీఆర్, మాయావతి, మమతా దీదీ, జయలలిత లు, నిర్వహించాలనుకునే పాత్రలు కూడ  పప్పెట్రీలే.  బెంగాల్, కేరళ లను కోల్పోయిన వామపక్షాలు, రెక్కలు తెగిన జటాయువుల లాగా అరుస్తున్నాయి.  వామపక్షాలు వాగ్దానం చేసే తాయిలాల నన్నిటినీ, ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీలు, అఖిల భారత మితవాద, మధ్యేవాద పార్టీలు ఇప్పటికే ఇచ్చేశాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు వామి పక్షాలుగా, వాము పక్షాలుగా మారిపోయాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు, తాయిలాల గురించి కాక,  మార్క్సిజం లో కీలక అంశాలయిన ప్రైవేటు ప్రాపర్టీ నిర్మూలన, కరెన్సీ రద్దు,  ప్రతి పౌరుడికీ తిండీ ,గుట్ట ,  యూనిఫారం బట్ట ,   సమానత్వాన్ని ప్రతిబింబించే ఇళ్ళు, విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం సంపూర్ణంగా ఉచితమే కాక, పనిచేయగలిగే శక్తి ఉన్నవారందరికీ, ఉద్యోగహామీ, నిర్బంధ ఎనిమిది గంటల పని, బంగారం రద్దు,   సంపూర్ణ ఉచిత రవాణా వంటి విషయాలను ఎందుకు ప్రస్తావించవు ?

ఈ కోట్ , పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన దాని ప్రకారమే.  శ్రీ జస్టిస్ చంద్రకుమార్ తన ప్రసంగాన్ని మార్చుకుంటారని అనుకోటం లేదు.


వామపక్షాల పెర్ఫార్ మెన్సు, పరిశీలన

కేరళ , త్రిపుర, బెంగాల్ లలో వామపక్షాలు రాజ్యం చేసినప్పటికీ, అవి మిగిలిన రాజకీయ పార్టీల వలెనే ప్రవర్తించాయి తప్ప, సోషలిజాన్ని భారత్ లో చిత్త శుధ్ధితో ,  100 కి 100 శాతం కాకపోయినా, కనీసం 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టటానికి కార్యదీక్షితులైన పార్టీల లాగా ప్రవర్తించలేదు.  కొన్ని సార్లు అవి అధమస్థాయి  బూర్జువా పార్టీల కన్నా తక్కువ స్థాయికి పడిపోయి, ప్రజలను విపరీతంగా వేధించాయి.  అభివృధ్ది చేశామనో,  ఇంకోటి చేశామనో, జనాలను నమ్మించటానికి, నిరూపించుకోటానికి, రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య ఉండే పోటీ  ఈ పతనానికి కారణం అయి ఉండవచ్చు.  వామపక్షాల ప్రధాన అవగాహనా వైఫల్యం ఏమిటంటే, రాష్ట్రాల్లో, మునిసిపాలిటీల్లో అధికారంలోకి రావటం ద్వారా, తాము నిజమైన సోషలిజాన్ని తేలేమని అవి గ్రహించక పోవటం.   ముందు ఉట్టికెక్కితేకదా, స్వర్గాని కెక్కేది, అని వారనచ్చు.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు, నగర పురపాలక సంఘాలకు, మోయలేనన్ని బాధ్యతలు ఉన్నాయి.   నిథుల సేకరణా వనరులు పరిమితం.   అధికారాలు అంతంత మాత్రం.   అవసరం అయిన దానికి కేంద్రం జోక్యం చేసుకోకపోటమే కాక  "సప్పంబు పడగనీడన కప్ప వసించిన విధంబు అన్నట్లుగా"  తప్పులు పట్టటం,  అవసరం అయినపుడు చూడనట్లు, విననట్లు నటించటం, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు పరిపాటి.  ఏబూర్జువా పార్టీ ఢిల్లీలో అధికారంలో ఉన్నా ఇదే జరుగుతుంది. 

పొత్తులు,బయటనుండి మద్దతులు అవసరమైన కాలంలో,  కేంద్రం లో కొన్ని అనుమతులు, కొన్ని నిథులు, వంటివి వేగంగా వచ్చినా,    "29 రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులలో వామ పక్షాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు ముగ్గురే."

సోషలిజాన్ని 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టాలన్నా రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చాలి.   మీడియా సహకరించదు.   పెట్టుబడిదారులు, కార్పోరేట్లు తమ సంపదను జాతీయం చేయటానికి ఒప్పుకోవు.  లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నావాళ్ళు కోట్లు పారేసి, ఎమ్ పీ లను కొని,  వామ పక్ష ప్రభుత్వాలను కూలగొట్టాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  అమెరికా, ఇంగ్లండు, ఫ్రాన్సు రాయబారులను ఆశ్రయిస్తారు.  దేశం యొక్క విదేశ మారక నిధులను స్థంభింప చేయించాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  ఆంక్షలను విధింప చేయిస్తారు.  అమాయక ప్రజలను రెచ్చగొడ్తారు.  కొంత విధ్వంసం జరుగుతుంది.   జెయిళ్ళలోకి తోయటం, ఎన్ కౌంటర్లను చేయటం ఉంటుంది.

శ్రామిక వర్గం సోషలిజంలో భాగంగా ప్రార్ధనాలయాలను మూసివేయాల్సి రావచ్చు.   అన్ని రకాల ఉద్వేగాలను, రాగ ద్వేషాలను, అధిగమించే లాగా,  ప్రజలను తయారు చేసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది.   వారసత్వాలను రద్దుచేయాల్సి వస్తుంది.   ఆరోగ్య వంతుడైన ప్రతి వ్యక్తికీ రోజుకి మూడుగంటల మేర, పనిలో శరీర శ్రమను కూడ చేర్చాల్సి ఉంటుంది.  ప్రైవేటు కార్లు, హెలీ కాప్టర్లు, బంగారం, వజ్రాలు, బాండ్లు, షేర్లు అన్నిటినీ సంపన్నుల నుండి గుంజుకోవాల్సి రావచ్చు.   వీటన్నిటినీ చేయటం కష్టమే కానీ అసాధ్యం కాదు.

భారత్ లో కమ్యూనిజం , సోషలిజం, మార్క్సిజం, రాకపోటానికి కేవలం వామ పక్షాలను తప్పు పట్టలేము.   ఈ వైఫల్యం బుధ్ధి జీవులందరిదీ.   తిలా పాపం తలా పిడికెడు అన్నట్లుగా,   ప్రజలను మార్క్సిజానికి సిధ్ధం చేసుకో లేక పోటం వల్లనే, దేశంలో  మావోయిజం ప్రబలింది.   ఇంకా విచిత్రమేమిటంటే, చైనా ఆరాధ్యమైన మావో గారు,  తన జీవిత కాలంలోనే పెట్టుబడిదారీ ఆకర్షణకు గురి అయ్యారు.   ఈ విషయం పలువురు మావోయిస్టులకే తెలియదు.  కొందరు సీపీఐ, సీపీఎమ్ నేతలకు,  నేటికి కూడ మావో ఆరాధ్య దైవమే.

భారత ప్రజాస్వామ్య వామ పక్షాలలో, ఆంతరంగిక ప్రజాస్వామ్యం, లుప్తం.    అద్ధాల్లో చూసుకుంటే,  పరిస్థితి అర్ధం అవుతుంది.   పార్టీల్లో జరిగే ఎన్నికలు కేవలం తూతూ మంత్రంగా ఉండటం, కుట్రలు, కుతంత్రాలు ఎక్కువై, సిధ్ధాంతాలు మూల పడటం గమనార్హం.

There is no use of blaming individuals.  వ్యక్తులను నిందించి ప్రయోజనం లేదు.

Monies make manishies moneyshies.  In Telugu language manishies = humans.  moneyshies = humans who live for money or made of money.

Human behaviors are cruelly monstracized by Money.

For removing the role of money, we have to demonetize our economies, nationalise private properties totally.  Democratic Communism is the solution for this problem of dehumanized human behaviors.

Seeking alternative solutions, amused, bewildered and confused, I have spent several months searching for analyses of human behaviors, from piles of books in libraries and thousands of websites, blogsites, facebook pages and twitter messages.

I have started doing this searching for true reasons behind "human asses becoming unclean" even before my learned reader friend 'rEsu gurram' (Race Horse) raised the invaluable question of "Wash your ass (nI gudam nIvu kaDukkO)".

Study of human behaviors need not necessarily be confined to search habits, purchase habits, lifestyle habits (which all these social media websites like Google, Twitter, Facebook do anyway with or without the consent of netizens).  They can go far, far, beyond.

For example, Human Behavior at Work (Organizational Behavior OB) by John W. Newstrom, Keith Davis. studies in depth one facet of human behaviors in service and work environment.   Inter alia, there are many great studies in behavioral arena by greats like Peter Drucker, B.F. Skinner, Frederick Taylor, Herzberg, Koontz and O'Donnel, Abraham Maslow.

But human cravings need not necessarily be limited to money, and work place recognition or job-satisfaction or honors in the surroundings.

The human cravings stretch much beyond.

Human sexual activities, behaviors, contradictions, dystrophies, emotions and fantasies can be as important as human adulations and frustrations in the money market and socio-economic environment.

One fortunate development which we are endowed with in the process of development  of internet is millions of webpages, and videos expressly demonstrating and discussing the hitherto frowned and tabooed sexual activities condemned as 'porno'.

According to some web research, number of porno sites outweigh the number of  other web pages in the ratio of 3 : 1.   That is for every single ordinary web page, there will be three expressly openly communicating sexual intercourse pages.


These sex-related porno web text pages and videos, some of which I had the fortune of perusing, have made the world very very transparent, just as  Global Real Time Money Settlement Systems have made the monetary world a small Global Financial Village.  

What I mean to say ultimately at this juncture?

Marxism,  implemented through methods of Democratic Communism, can help us finding solutions not only for problems of inequalities of income, and wealth, but also revolutionise the sexual relations, family relationships, upbringing of children, consumption habits, daily domestic and municipal chores,  educational systems, health systems and what not.

These changes which Marxism can bring, through Democratic Communist Methods, and enlightened citizen behaviors,  can be rated at about 8 on a 10 point scale of their far-reaching-ness when compared to industrial revolution which in my subjective view can be placed at 3, and computer+internet revolution which can be placed at 5 on a 10 point scale.

In my forthcoming blog posts, I shall discuss some of these enlightening prospects.

Current Indian electoral and political scenario has some peculiar volatility, although not altogether unpredictable.

For example, after annointment of Mr. Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of India, and the inability of AAP to get more than four Lok Sabha seats, (that too in Punjab and not in its stronghold of Delhi), it appeared as though Aam Aadmi Party will not rise from the ashes again like Phoenix.  But the Delhi Assembly elections have proved that voters can take a total 180 degree about turn without blinking an eyelid.   Proof AAP securing 67 out of 70 seats.  BJP which appeared invincible, and which made Herculian efforts to capture Delhi had to cut a sorry face.


Who knows?  By 2019, Left Parties can also rise from their ashes.  Nothing is inconceivable.   Left Parties also may get some good leaders and prove their mettle before the votes.   By 2019, if people get totally fed up with the incumbent BJP, the rotten Congress,  dissensions in AAP, they may give an opportunity even to the Left.  Of course, Left will have to get ready for that King-size role.


In spite of a facade of developmental agenda, BJP is also implementing its religious agenda.

Unfortunately, Communist Parties in India, imitating the Congress, and some Regional Parties, have ended up as pseudo-secular parties catering to minority communalism which is as dangerous and perilous as majority communalism.

If Communist Parties make some real contact and impact with the masses, probably they may have to shed their left-of-the-centre economic agenda, and have to come out clear cut policy measures such as removal of private property, nationalisation of businesses and industries, non-monetisation of the society by removing currencies for use of goods and services removal of taxation, etc. etc.

If some Communist Party dares to hit the nails on the coffins, what will happen to our richest Indians, whose stake to glory is based on their mental labor, creative labor, strategic labor, anything under this Indian sky except physical labor.

At this stage we have to refer to our blog post http://problemsoftelugus.blogspot.in/search/label/440 , titled 440 "Highly paid brain workers may have to think twice before they leap into Marxism".   In this particular blog post , my candid suggestion to my Asst. Professor friends canvassing for CPM was that they may have to get ready for an absolutely equal treatment with all levels of employees at their work place, and that they should not expect special facilities as brain workers.

Now, extending that discussion, to our richest Indians Mukhesh Ambani of Reliance, Dilip Shanghwi of Sun Pharma, we have to examine whether they will be ready to accept absolute equality (it will be like an earth quake, or a bolt from the blue for them).   Of course, they will use all their resources of all kinds to prevent a true Communist Party getting elected by the people.    As on date, they are not taking our Communist Parties seriously, because they voters are not believing them.   There is a Telugu proverb: NavvagA navvagA nApa cElu panDutayi.  Approx. gist:   When people laugh and laugh at a limestony field which is believed to be barren rocky quarry, even that field will also give a good harvest.


But the election of Communist Parties has to take place so silently that the industrialists will have no predictive clues!  In other words it is to be a silent ballet revolution!

I am not here to classify the highly paid executives as vultures.  I can only say that they are birds misled from the crew.  The highly paid executives are of two types:

1) Non-owner executives : These people like Mr. Vishal Sikka, Ms. Chanda Kochhar may be drawing mainly salaries, and some nominal shares of profits.  Either way, they get amounts disproportionately large to their contributions which are overestimated by the markets and the employers.  Of course, the employers, themselves do not pay the high wages from their pockets.  They are drained from the huge pool of funds mobilised in the market, as part of business turnover.

On the other hand, equally competent CEOs like Arundhati Bhattacharya, the Chair Person of SBI, gets a pittance when compared to Ms. Chanda Kochhar of ICICI Bk.  Recently, we found that, in a recent photo, both were seated on the two sites of RBI Governor, Rajan.   Both were arm-twisted to cut down the interest rates of their banks, though cutting down interest rates greatly endangers the viability of the banks.   We can't be really sure about the efficiency of CEOs when the puppet strings are in the hands of the bigger shots.  If CEOs are like Clerks of a shop, then why the high salaries?


This bitter truth of huge salaries, dividends being paid from public funds belonging to the Nation (not belonging to promoters are employers) will come out only when the particular Corporates become no longer sustainable and manageable.  The best example for this type of unsupport-ability, we can see in the case of Kingfisher Airlines.  In that case of lavishness, whose funds are blocked?  Ans: Funds of the Public Sector Banks which lent recklessly to KIngfisher Airlines.


2) Owner executives.  These  people think that by claiming both dividends and salaries from their Corporates, they are not getting enough for the load they carry.

It will be foolish to pay huge amounts to top executives and promoters, shareholders on the pretext that they are making great contributions of mental labor, creative labor, strategic labor, this labor, that labor.  Such highly paid individuals also should not delude themselves that they are superhuman individuals with supernatural skills.  What they do, what they can do, is nothing but manipulating the market, with the help of the Government using what are called "soft skills" which are nothing but "lobbying skills".

440 Highly paid brain workers may have to think twice before they leap into Marxism (I call Equalism)

४४० अधिक वेतन कमाने वाले मस्तिष्क कर्मचारी, मार्क्सिजम में कूदने के पहले, दो बार सोचना अवश्य होगा।
౪౪౦ అధిక వేతన జీవులైన బ్రెయిన్ వర్కర్లు, మార్క్సిజం లోకి దూకబోయే ముందు ఒకటికి రెండు సార్లు ఆలోచించుకోవాలి.

Why क्यों ఎందుకు

I have nothing but appreciation, against my CPM friends, about whom I mentioned having talked to (Pl. see post No. 439 http://problemsoftelugus.blogspot.com/search/label/439  ).


This is only a word of caution from a candid and frank writer.


In ybrao-a-donkey's humble view, Marxism aims at and should entail absolute Equalism , or at least near absolute Equalism.  Familiar argument we hear against Marxism (or Equalism) is, a person's five fingers are not equal.  How can humans be equal?  Inequality of human fingers is a very bad simile, when it is compared to inequalities of income and wealth, social inequalities prevailing in Capitalist and Market Economies.


The CPM canvassers whom I met at my friend's house are good boys, working with great objectives.   Both of them said that they are Asst. Professors in Private Colleges.  They also get good salaries like Rs. 75,000 per month and Rs. 90,000/- per month.


One strong criticism against Communism or Marxism, which many persons with whom I had an opportunity to interact in the past, had used to cross examine me with, was lack of incentives for creative intellectuals, geniuses, inventors, discoverers, etc. etc.  In my view, a true Marxist cannot, will not and shall not seek incentives.   He-she should not think that they are ---one, or some layers above the others in the country or in the society.   Marxism is supposed to meet the needs of  all the individuals in the country or society in an equitable manner.   Since resources available in countries and societies are few, size of the cake will be small, and millions of people, including the so-called brain workers will have to share the meagre bits, with delight.

Assumption: One Marxist country will not exploit another Marxist country, just as One Capitalist country exploits another Capitalist country), size of the cake is small which is to be shared by millions.   Brain workers should not expect special treatment.   They also should not think that they are sacrificing something for the country, by living in a Communist country, by not migrating to Capitalist countries though opportunities are available there aplenty, or in other words they should not expect rewards (in my opinion, not even non-monetary rewards like awards, medals, prizes).


That implies, an Asst. Professor should be prepared to accept the same facilities and need-fulfilments, as a sweeper in his-er College.  Both will have equal dignity of labor.  It is nothing but division of labor in the sense that a sweeper does a task which a Professor cannot perform, and vice versa.   He-she should never think, "if I and the sweeper are equal, why I should I work."   And this philosophic courage of conviction has to stay throughout life, not just for few years.


Here it is worthwhile to recall one or two things which happened in erstwhile Soviet Union, and as far as I can recollect, in Romania.

1.  Brain workers in Soviet Union could not resist their temptation to consumer goods, consumerist style of living flamboyantly masqueraded in their neighborhood West Europe, U.S.A., Canada, ANZ.    (These small temptations were of the years 1980-1991, which have now become multifold in 2015) and they were quite eager to migrate to Europe, U.S.A., Canada and ANZ.  Gorbachev used the opportunity to break up Soviety Union, with tacit support from the West.

2.  When the dictatorial regime in Romania collapsed (we can't call it Communist Regime, though it made a facade of being a Communist country), news reports came that its Presidential Palace had gold toilet seats etc.  In other words, the so-called Communist dictatorial Governments in different countries had encouraged hierarchial luxuries, in the name of protocols, etc.  This type of pitfalls Indian Communism should not fall in it.


3.  For this reason only, the importance of decentralisation and internal democracy in Indian Communist Parties becomes a top-priority need.


4.  About this lack of democracy in Indian Communist Parties (similar to the lack of internal democracy prevailing in bourgeoisie parties, with a minor degree of variance), we may have to discuss in a separate blog post.


PARADIGM  UPWARD AND DOWNWARD SHIFTS

WHEN a Communist or Marxist country progresses,  fruits will be available to millions to share, not to just some few individuals, though the progress of that country may be from the efforts made by those few individuals.  Then, that country/society can go for an upward paradigm-shift or paradigm-lift.  Example: A Communist country which may start with only bicycles for all its share holders may promote itself to bikes for all, then small cars for all, then probably bigger cars like SUVs for all.  This may look like a distant dream.   But visualise today's miserable condition of one Bolly-wood film-star or Team India Cricketer owning ten big cars!!

439 Should there be only one Communist Party in India? Is Communist Unity compulsory?

Today evening, I had a fortune of interacting with two CPIM door-to-door canvassers, in a friend's house.   During the interaction, my friend expressed a little dis-satisfaction about disunity between the two major Communist parties, and among various Communist Parties in India.



After coming home, I had some brain-storming in my mind about unity among Communist Parties in India.  Earlier also, I had applied my mind on this particular problem.

Having only one Communist Party has its own set of problems.  1. Monopolies are dangerous.  2. If the top leaders of that single party get sold out or become adamant, there will be no alternative.  3. Healthy competition among Communist Parties will promote a healthy Communist Movement.  4. What Karl Marx envisaged, according to me, does not seem to be one party rule or one party dictatorship.  The interpretation of dictatorship of proletariat, as dictatorship one a single Communist Party, seems to be a misinterpretation which took place in U.S.S.R., East Europe, China, Cuba etc.  Such misinterpretation resulted in capturing of the Communist Parties in those countries, by unscrupulous dictators for establishing themselves as lifetime dictators.





If Karl Marx had really prescribed that there should be only one Communist Party for the entire proletariat of a country, we can safely say that he had gone wrong somewhere, and we can go for pluralist Communism (Multi party Communism).



What Marx envisaged in the phrase 'dictatorship of proletariat' appears to be that rulers should come only from working class.  It implies that, there can be any number of parties, as long as they are led by workers and working class,  distinguished from bourgeoisie and owners.



Besides, once inequalities are razed to ground, by removal of private property, and socialisation of national productive resources, the persons of bourgeoisie and owner classes will have to become workers, and there is bound to be only one class, i.e. working class or proletariat.  Dictatorship of proletariat becomes democracy of proletariat.



Next consequence will be, leaders of workers may have to contest with one another in winning the confidence of the proletariat which is nothing but the whole population and the whole electorate.  This competition among workers' leaders, will necessarily lead to more than one Communist Party.



The common argument used by those who are worried about disunity among Communist Parties, is the risk of splitting of votes.   This problem superficially looks serious because, voters sympathise bourgeoisie parties owing to numerous reasons such as voter bribing, liquor, caste, religion, landlord domination, industrialist domination etc.





If voters really understand what Communism really means, and the benefits it confers, the top two parties will be CPI and CPM (or vice versa) or some other Communist Party.  Thus, there is no risk in having more number of Communist Parties, as long as they work as 'live parties' and not end up as dormant  inert zombies.



A natural consequence, probably, of course, will be a ban of bourgeoisie parties for ever in the history of that country.

Shri Chandra Babu Naidu is reported to have said.  सूत्रों और मीडिया के अनुसार, आंध्र प्रदेश मुख्य मंत्री श्री चंद्र बाबु नायुडु ने पत्रकारों से कहा --

“The Left party wants 10 acres for a party office but expects us to construct capital in 1,000 acres; isn’t this absurd? ...”

वह वाम पक्ष अपने पार्टी कार्यालय को दस एकर जमीन चाहता है, परन्तु वही पार्टी राज्य के राजधानी को हम हजार एकर में निर्माण करना  चाहता है।  क्या यह बेतूका और असंगत नहीँ ?

Indian Communists have a weakness, a temptation for lands and buildings for party offices, with modern furniture.  (Swami Vivekananda, albeit a monk, too had this temptation for lands, buildings, and furniture).  Consequent corollary to this temptation, Communists fell a prey to support Bourgeoisie parties, simply because the Governments were allotting a few acres of land for party offices, libraries, meeting halls, libraries, research centres, memorials, etc. etc.

ఇంటిముందు పేడకళ్ళు కూడ ఎం.ఎల్.ఎ.నో, మునిసిపల్ ఛెయిర్మనో వచ్చి తీయాలని, ప్రజలు ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. ఆపరిస్థితి తెచ్చింది రాజకీయ పార్టీలే. అన్నీ మేమే చేస్తామని రాజకీయపార్టీలు ఒకదాంతోఒకటి పోటీపడి ప్రజలను చెడగొడ్తున్నాయి. అన్నీ ఉచితంగా ఇస్తామని పోటీలుపడి హామీలు ఇస్తున్నాయి. మా నాన్న హయాంలో గ్రామాల్లో వానాకాలానికి ముందు, చెరువులు కాలువలు రైతులంతా కలసి బాగుచేసుకునే వాళ్ళు. నా హయాం వచ్చే సరికి ఆఊసే ఎవరూ ఎత్తటం లేదు. అన్నీ ఉచితంగా చివరికి పంచె మిగులుతుంది. న్యాయంగా రాబట్టుకోవాల్సిన ఆదాయం కూడ రాబట్టుకోకుండా ప్రతివాళ్ళూ పైనున్న వారి వద్దకు నిథుల కొరకు పరుగెత్తుతున్నారు. డబ్బులేకుండా అభివృధ్ధి చేయలేం. అభివృధ్ధితోపాటు సంక్షేమాన్ని కూడ సమతౌల్యం చేసుకోవాలి. ఆదాయం రాబట్టుకోవాలి. పేదల అవసరాలు తీర్చాలి.

ఈవిషయం శ్రీ వెంకయ్యనాయుడు గారు ఎన్నికలముందు తన ప్రెస్ కాన్ఫరెన్సులలో, ఎన్నికల ప్రచార సభలలో చెప్తే ఎంత బాగుండేది. కరపత్రాలు వేసి పంచి పెట్తే ఎంత బాగుండేది. శ్రీచంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, శ్రీనరేంద్రమోడీగారు కూడ ఈపేడకళ్ళ విషయాన్ని ఎన్నికల ముందు ఎక్కడా చెప్పలేదు.

విశాఖపట్నాన్ని లాస్ ఏంజల్స్ చేస్తామని వాగ్దానం చేసింది ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ బిజెపి యేనా కాదా?? విశాఖను లాస్ ఏంజలిస్ చేయగల బిజెపి మహామాంత్రికులు, పరిసరాలను పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచేలా పంచాయితీలను, పురపాలకసంఘాలను, నడపలేరా? తగిన సమయంలో చెరువులను రిపేరు చేయించలేరా? మహాత్మాగాంధీ గ్రామీణ ఉపాధిపథకం నిధులున్నాయిగా?

శ్రీవారికి కేంద్రం పట్టణాభివృధ్ధి శాఖా మంత్రిగా కేంద్రం ఢిల్లీలో ఒక పెద్ద బంగళాను ఇస్తుంది. ఈబంగళా ముందు పేడకళ్ళను ఎవరు తీస్తున్నారు? అయ్యగారు కర్నాటక తరఫునరాజ్యసభకు ఎన్నికయి ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహిస్తున్నారు. కాబట్టి బెంగుళూరులో కూడ ఒకబంగళా ఉండి ఉండాలి. ఆబంగళా గేటు ముందు వీధిలోని పేడకళ్ళను ఎవరు తీస్తున్నారు. శ్రీమాన్ జీ కి హైదరాబాదులో కూడ ఒక బంగళా ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు. కెసీఆర్ దృష్టిలో శ్రీమాన్ వెంకయ్య నాయుడు గారు ఆంధ్రోడు కాబట్టి, ఆయన బంగళాముందు పేడకళ్ళను తీయవద్దని కెసీఆర్ ఆజ్ఞాపించకపోతే , అక్కడి పేడకళ్ళను కూడ మునిసిపల్ వారే తీస్తూ ఉండాలి. ఇన్ని బంగళాలముందు పేడకళ్ళను ప్రభుత్వం తీయించగలుగుతున్నపుడు, గ్రామ ప్రజల ఇళ్ళు చేసిన నేరమేమిటి?

పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు 10 సంవత్సరాల టాక్సు మినహాయింపు ఇస్తామని వాగ్దానం చేసింది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ బిజేపీ యేకదా. సామాన్యుడు ఎండు మిరపకాయలు కొంటే, వాడి దగ్గర నాలుగు శాతం వ్యాట్ వసూలుచేసే ఈప్రభుత్వం పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు 10 సంవత్సరాలపాటు టాక్సు ను కట్టక్కరలేదు, అంటే ఉచితంగా ఇచ్చినట్లేకదా. అపుడు శ్రీమాన్ జీ వెంకయ్య నాయుడు గారికి పంచె మిగులుతుందా, పోతుందా?




సామాన్య ప్రజలు రూ. 3.5 కోట్ల ఖరీదు చేసే లంబార్డో కారు ఉచితంగా ఇప్పించమని అడుగుతున్నారా? ఎంపీలకు చేయిస్తున్నట్లుగా , ప్రత్యేక విమానాల్లో తీసుకెళ్ళి విదేశాల్లో సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ వైద్యం చేయించమని అడుగుతున్నారా? మంత్రులు, ఎంపీలు, ఉన్నతాధికారులు, మతప్రచారకులు, స్టార్లు, క్రికెటర్లు, ఘరానా లాయర్లు, ఘరానా డాక్టర్లు పోగు చేసుకున్న కిలోల కొద్దీ బంగారాన్ని తలా ఒక గ్రాము చొ|| ఉచితంగా పంచి పెట్టమని అడుగుతున్నారా? లేదే? ఇంకెందుకు నేతలకు పంచెలు ఊడిపోతాయి?

ప్రశ్న: మీరు అతిగా విమర్శిస్తున్నారు. ఈసమస్యను మీరు, మార్క్సిజంలో ఎలా పరిష్కరిస్తారో చెప్పండి.

జవాబు: అది సమస్య కానే కాదు. మార్క్సిజం లో ప్రజలకు అవసరమైనది ప్రతిదీ ఉచితమే. అవసరం లేని లంబార్డీ కార్లను, ప్రైవేటు జెట్లను, వ్యక్తిగత హెలికాప్టర్లను ఉత్పత్తి చేసే ప్రసక్తి లేనేలేదు. మార్కెట్ లో క్యాష్ ఉన్నవాడు, క్యాష్ ను భారీగా విసిరి పారేయటానికి సిధ్ధపడి, కొండమీద కోతి కావాలంటే, మార్కెట్ ఇకానమీ తెచ్చిస్తుంది. అలాంటి దైన్యం మార్క్సిజానికి ఎన్నటికీ ఉండదు.

మార్క్సిజాన్ని సరిగా అమలు చేయాలంటే ప్రైవేటు ప్రాపర్టీని రద్దు చేయక తప్పదు. ఉదాహరణకి ఒక సినిమా స్టూడియో యజమాని పుత్రుడు, సినిమా నిర్మాతగా, డిస్ట్రిబ్యూటర్ గా మారి, థియేటర్లను కాప్చర్ చేసి, తెలుగు సినీ సామ్రాజ్యాన్ని దున్నేసిందే కాక, ఇంకో స్టూడియోను సిధ్ధం చేసుకోవటానికి 3,000 ఎకరాల భూమి కొన్నాడంటే ఏమనాలి? అదే 3000 ఎకరాలను ప్రజలసంపదగా మారిస్తే, ప్రజలకు అన్నీ సమకూరవా? పంచెలు మిగిలే పరిస్థితి ఎందుకు వస్తుంది?

మార్క్సిజమూ, నియంతృత్వమూ ఒకటి కాదు. గతంలో రష్యా, ఈస్టు యూరప్, చైనా, క్యూబా, నార్త్ కొరియాలలో కమ్యూనిజం పేరుతో జనం నెత్తిన టోపీ పెట్టింది నియంతృత్వం. మార్క్సిజానికీ ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికీ వైరుధ్యం లేదు. మార్క్సిజం ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి అదనమే తప్ప, దానికి బదులుగా కాదు. మార్క్సిజంలో, కమ్యూనిజంలో , అన్నిటికన్నా, ప్రధాన సిధ్ధాంతం, సర్వ సమానత్వం. సంపన్నుల భోగలాలసత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా, ఆవిర్భవించింది మార్క్సిజం. భోగ లాలసులైన పాత సంపన్నుల స్థానంలో కొత్త అతిభోగలాలసులైన నేతలను ప్రతిష్ఠించటం, మార్క్సిజం, కమ్యూనిజాలలక్ష్యం కానే కాదు. అయితే ఏది భోగలాలసత్వం, అనే దానికి నిర్వచనాలు లేవు. ఒక వ్యక్తి లేదా ఒక గ్రూపు దృష్టిలో భోగంలాగా కనపడేది, మరొక వ్యక్తి లేదా బృందం దృష్టిలో అత్యవసర వస్తువుగా కనిపించవచ్చు. అయితే ఇక్కడ మనం కొన్ని యాంకర్లు లేక దారి చూపే బాణాల గుర్తు --->లాంటి వాటిని ఆసరాగా చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Suppose, everybody in the society has rolex watch on his-her hand. We need not, then, consider it as luxury. Take for example, mobile phones in India. In the past, it was a luxury, because it used to be in the hands of one or two persons, as a demonstrative exhibit of conspicuous consumption. Today, it exists in the hands of one and all. Usefulness has also expanded to a range of 'sending life-saving medical communication', to 'browsing of blue films on internet'. Hence, we can no longer call it a luxury. But, we can't say so in the case of rolex watches. If they reach a state of oversupply of becoming a commonman's item, the Manufacturing Company will immediately curtail supply and issue limited editions with skimming prices. But a watch, is like mobile, an extremely useful tool. Yet, do we need an expensive rolex? No, a vanilla watch will do. Once upon a time, India used to make HMT watches in public sector. Decent, durable and affordable, they were, but there were initial shortages. Later, they became available to everybody. But within no time, the private sector fellows entered the field, dumped and lampooned the market with all sorts of colored and fancy stuff, priced vanilla Rs. 100/-- to super-rich million bucks. Finally, they made HMT sick. Nevertheless, what we need to manage our time is just a simple vanilla type chronometer and not diamond-studded vanilla watches. These Castroes cannot understand it.
