1. Clarification: I am not a supporter/hater of BJP or Pseudo Hindutva. Nor am I, a supporter of Congress or Regional Parties. As an atheist and Marxist, both of the tenets which I fancy in my mind, are not implementable today's Indian or even Global environment, on this Earth. There, will, therefore just be, some rantings, to release my steam from my stressed mind. This is one special essay which I am publishing in Public Interest. Views expressed herein are my personal views. They are not intended to be imposed on others. If any is hurt with what I have written here, he-she can write their comments in the Comments window. I hope this Special Unbiased Essay will help aspirants who prepare for Competitive Examinations.
2. Prima facie, if properly implemented, there is nothing to oppose the CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act 2019). Reason: Indian Sub-continent was split into three pieces Pakisthan, East Pakisthan, and India. As Mohd. Ali Jinna and his Mohammedan supporters resorted to extensive and intensive violence between 1940 and 1948 demanding a separate country for people practising Islam. British Rulers encouraged them, because it suited the European Colonial Rulers to "Divide and Rule".


3. Forming countries on the basis of particular Religion, whether it is Islam or Christianity or Hinduism or some other religion, the very idea goes against Human Rights. What will happen for the People practising other Religions? Should they commit suicide? If they do not commit suicide, the Rulers would kill them, by their oppressive Policies. Besides, because British Rulers conceded a request for Islamic-Indians because they were afraid of being persecuted by Hindu Majority, it does not mean that Pakisthan is intended exclusively for Muslims. Just as Hindu Majority in India cannot persecute Indian Muslims in India, Pakisthan cannot persecute Pakistani non-Muslims.


4. But, unfortunately, the Islamic Fanatics and Bigots in Pakisthan, and their Military Generals did not have this Wisdom. The History has proved that Pakisthan went into Army Rule / Army Controlled Democratic Rule several times, and declared itself as an Islamic country, and persecuted the minorities in such a way that either they convert or they flee Pakisthan. This persecution in Afghanisthan, Pakisthan, East Pakisthan (Persecution in Bangla Desh is somewhat less, though it still continues) has compelled the Non-Muslims in those countries to India.


5. The dominating persecution by West Punjab Islamic Rulers, of Islamic peoples in other provinces such as Baluchisthan, Sindh, and East Pakisthan has also resulted in flight of some Muslims from those Provinces of Pakisthan to India. While in the past Decades, India preferred Industrial Development, Education, modern medical facilities, when compared to Religious bigotry and fanatism, India became a favored destination not only for Hindu-Buddhist-Jain-Sikh Refugees, but also for Islamic Migrants.


6. Before we proceed further, we have to look into History of Partition of Indian Sub-Continent. During the freedom struggle, there is not adequate evidence to believe that Hindu Militant Organisations, by whatever name they are called, have actively participated in the Freedom Movement. Instead, they seemed to have preferred to co-operate with the British Rulers. Had the Hindu Militant Organisations of 1940s participated in the Freedom Movement actively, they would have definitely either opposed the Partition of India on RELIGION BASIS for a particular Religion, or led a Movement for a separate India exclusively for Hindus-Buddhists-Jains-Sikhs-and-other-Hindu-shades. That they have not done probably because, they did not want to oppose British Rulers and face lathis and jails.


7. Some Hindu leaders in Pre-Freedom Congress Party might have wanted a separate country for People of Hindu-Cultural-shades also. But, the top Leaders of the Pre-Freedom Congress Party and other Freedom Fighting Groups seemed to have been thoroughly tired of indefinitely and continuously participating in Movements, because already 90 years (from 1857 First Freedom Battle- to 1947) have already elapsed. People, freedom fighters, volunteers might have become RESTIVE for Freedom. Besides, if freedom is not taken by Indians in 1946-47, when British might have found that Ruling Agitating India was unprofitable and monetarily unviable (We should not forget, the Britishers have a sobriquet "A country of Traders") and the Income from India was not commensurate with the Expenses and Efforts involved in ruling the vast swaths of difficult terrains, there was an apprehension that the British Rulers might change their minds and refuse it later. Naturally, the adage "to strike while the iron is hot" might have worked as a Piece of Wisdom. Another proverb "A bird in hand, is worth two in Bush", might have influenced their thinking. Besides, Sardar Patel, Rajendra Prasad, etc. though they were sincere practitioners of Hinduist Culture, they were not Hindu fanatics; they were not bigots. Consequently, they could work in Consensus with other Leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru, Maulana Kalam Azad, B.R. Ambedkar, for a Multi-Religious India, where people practising different religions could live in harmony.


8. But, Indian Constitution ought to have included some daring and Progressive Provisions to prevent Interference of Religious Preachers of all Religions into the Personal and Social Lives of Indians. A common Civil Code for all the Citizens irrespective of their Religions, Law against Religious Conversions, Compulsory Family Planning for Citizens of all Religions, Ban on practice of Excessive-Religious-Rituals in Public Places etc., forming Casteist, Communal and Religious Socieites, Organisations, Political Parties etc. would have gone a long way in making MultiReligious India a Livable and Tolerant Place.


9. Failure of Constitution makers in these areas has led to the dislocation of the Demographic-Religious-Balance i.e. Mix of share of different Religions in the Population of India, owing to indiscriminate conversions through monetary inducements, false promises of miraculous cure for fatal and chronic diseases. Boundless floods of Foreign Contributions and Inward Remittances to Religious Preachers in the name of running Schools and Hospitals linking the size of the amounts of Donations and Gifts to No. of people converted have played havoc with Indian Society. Innocent People fell prey to the Propaganda of the Unscrupulous Preachers.


10. Though India has been formed as a Multi Religious Country, and not as an exclusively Hindu country, definitely it is not intended to be an Asylum and Shelter for Islamic Refugees. Reason: The Practitioners of Islam wanted a separate country for themselves, and they had it in the name of Pakisthan, conceded by the British Rulers. By opting for a separate country, they have forfeited their right to request for a shelter in India. Besides, there are also other Islamic countries which love Islam. Then those Fraternal Islamic countries should invite Migrants from Pakisthan. Those Oil-Rich Islamic countries, instead of encouraging Islamic Terrorism, by providing secret funds to cross-border-terrorists, and exacerbating Global Terrorism scenario, should shelter unemployed Laborers from their Fraternal Islamic Countries.


11. This right of seeking Shelter and Citizenship can only be claimed by Hindu-Buddhist-Jain-Sikh-other-Hindu-shade sufferers, because they have no country to go to. EURAANZCA (Europe, America, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc.) have their own Anti-Migrationist policies. In an Ideal World, the principle of "Workers of All Countries Unite" and there should be no barriers on the movement of Laborers across the World. And this Freedom should be available irrespective of body color, race, Religion, Language, etc. of the Laborers. But, it is not happening. When Global Marxism, when and if at all it materialise, can probably work on this ideal. Right now, it is only a Dream, like Atheism and Marxism.


12. The problem of India-today is it is already Over-populated, in relation to its Natural Resources. Shortly, it is going to become the World's Highest Populated Nation, overtaking China. Therefore, India cannot accommodate Islamic Migrants from Afghanisthan, Pakisthan, and Bangla Desh.


13. In the light of the above backdrop, the Enactment of Citizenship Amendment Act 2019 (CAA) by the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA , providing for Citizenship only to Hindu-Buddhist-Jain-Sikh-other-similar-shade Refugees , becomes justifiable.


14. Then, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ILLEGAL ISLAMIC OVERSTAYERS FROM AFGHANISTAN, PAKISTHAN, AND BANGLA DESH, LIVING TODAY IN INDIAN STATES?


15. Theoretically, they have to be traced, and repatriated back to their MotherLand countries, with the consent of their countries. But, viewed from a practical point, proving their Nationality as that of Aghanistan/Pakisthan/Bangla-Desh and their Religion as Non-Hindu-Shade is not going to be easy. Though Bangla Desh seems to be offering some co-operation in this regard, of taking back its Bangla Desh Nationals illegally living in India, how far will that promise materialise into a Large Scale Reality is to be waited and seen. Government of India has to do substantial diplomatic exercise. Afghanistan may also co-operate to some extent. But, definitely Pakistan will not co-operate. In fact, as Pakisthan is formed on "Religious Basis" , albeit an unwise decision by British Rulers, Pakistan must love its Islamic Citizens who fled into India from Pakistan, for whatever be the reason. If Pakistan does not invite them back, India will be free to take any Action against Illegal Immigrants from Pakisthan, as per International Laws. Therefore, in its own interest, Pakistan should invite back its its Illegal Emigrants and Infiltrators into India, by offering them some incentives. After all, they are their own brethren.


16. Tracing out Illegal Emigrants, Overstayers and Infiltrators from Pakisthan from a haystak of 1.30 billions of Indians need a Herculian Effort. And that effort and expense may divert the attention of our present Rulers from our priorities. 1. Poverty and Hunger. 2. Inequalities of income and Wealth. 3. Illiteracy. 4. Unemployment. 5. Stagnating Exports, BOT and BOP. 6. Population Control. 7. Raise in Crimes against Children and Women. 8. Existence of Virtual Slavery in Private Sector in the absence of Enforcement of Labor Laws. 9. Stagnation of Tiny and Small Scale Industries and Small Businesses. 10. Unrest among Indian Youth and Middle Aged as they do not have ideas/skills/resources/favorable-environment to produce and market goods and services required by Domestic India and the World Markets.


17. Existing Islamic Infiltrators in India, with the exception of some, may be working as laborers and producing goods and services, along with other Indian Citizens/Workers. This will be more productive contribution from the Infiltrators, when compared to keeping them in Detention Camps/Jails, because feeding them will require Outlays from Union Budget.


18. This does not mean, that we should totally abandon the task of Preventing Infiltrations and Tracing out Infiltrators. Continuous conscious efforts/campaigns to to trace out Infiltrators will discourage new Infiltrators from endeavoring tresspassing into India, or overstaying in India beyond their Visa periods. But these campaigns should not cause massive hardships to the remaining 1.30 billion Indian Citizens partiularly children, women and aged persons. Unilateral Improperly planned implementation of NRC and NPR can cause hardships to the 1.30 billion Indian Citizens, when they are asked to show documents to prove their ancestry. Millions of Farmers and Laborers etc. being illiterate and semi-literate might not have preserved their certificates, documents, pay slips, voter cards, ration cards, electricity bills, tax receipts, school identity cards, TCs, Marks Lists, etc. as they might not have foreseen that their Rulers were going to ask them to produce such papers in future. This lack of documents will cause great mental agony to Millions of genuine Indian Citizens who are not in any way connected with the Infiltrators.


19. Continuous unrest in the country can hamper development. This retardation, we can already see in the retardation of the GDP growth, which we are witnessing in this country.


20. Where changes cannot be brought and corrections cannot be made without extreme unrest, we cannot avoid status-quo-ante . Assuming that the existing non-militant-non-terrorist migrant infiltrators into the country who are nothing but laborers, it may be better to continue them without any citizenship benefits to them and without arresting them for keeping in Detention Houses. If they breed any children, probably such children may assimilate into Indian Culture, and become Indian Citizens, while the Infiltrators can die as aliens. Then, stress should be more on correcting the pores of the Indian Borders, and on raising the Surveillance by Police Stations in every Indian village, town and City.


21. Instead, the Government can try some Focused Solutions, some of which I list below, as they occur to my mind:


22. Establishment of Central Police Stations at every place where there is a State Government Police Station.


23. Both the State Government and Central Police Stations are to be advised to maintain INDEPENDENTLY OF ONE ANOTHER, Population Registers/NRCs in their Areas. Whenever New persons enter their Area of Operations, and there are reasons to believe that they are staying for more than six months, the Central and State Police Stations should inquire secretly and openly at their discretion, and make sure that their settlement in their Police Station Area is legitimate. Then, the Police Stations should make an intimation to the Police Station in which those Settlers were residing earlier, so that the Population Registers/NRCs in those previous-residence Police Stations are marked/amended suitably.


24. On an experimental basis, in one or two States, Present Aadhar Cards can be converted into Domestic Passport Smart Cards with Pin. Whenever people move from one State to another State, they can be asked to insert their Smart Cards into Special Machines similar to ATMs, at State Boundary Check-posts. If this method of monitoring InterState Movements succeeds, it can be extended to other States.


25. State Govt. and Central Police Stations can be asked to record their Entries and Exits of Citizens staying for more than six months in their Area, in a National Website, which can be perused by Govt. Departments which monitor Crimes and Infiltrations.


26. Employers of New Recruits, and New Recruits themselves can be asked to report the details of New Entrants, to the State Government and Central Police Stations in their Area, for entering into the Police Station Records.


27. There are news reports which indicate that Central Government wants to accord Citizenships under CAA, through an Online Website, as some State Governments are not likely to co-operate. But this seems to be a risky idea. Reason: Police Station Records of respective State Governments are to be searched, if the applicants have any Criminal / terrorist background or they have any other defects which make them unfit for Indian Citizenship. In fact, there is a need to have an All INDIA Criminal Record Register for every person in India, whether he is an alien or an Indian Citizen. The Central Government should first try to build that exhaustive All-India Database, before bypassing State Government Police Stations. Establishing Central Government Police Stations at all Semi Urban Towns will help the Central Government not only to conduct investigations into violations of Central Laws, but also to initiate independent investigations/Data building wherever and whenever State Governments take non-co-operative stances for political reasons.


28. SOME OVER-ZEALOUS PSEUDO-HINDUTVA LEADERS SEEM TO BE TELLING PEOPLE THAT ALL INFILTRATORS WILL BE DRIVEN OUT FROM INDIA. This seems to be practically impossible, while corrective measures need continuous planning and execution. This cannot be done with threats.


29. Hence, it may be necessary for top Pseudo-Hindutva Leaders and Government Rulers to counsel their bureaucrats and Ruling Party Leaders to be discreet in their Comments and Speeches. After all, barking dogs do not bite. Biting dogs do not bark.

As properties were not expected to be owned by monks (true monks), they were expected to live on alms, collecting them by moving from house to house. There was also a limit on the "time" they can wait before a house, on the quantum of food they can collect from any single household.


7. In INdia, Monastic-Monks do not hesitate to collect donations from Tax Evaders, Smugglers, Bootleggers, Blackmarketers, and who else not? Many Monastic Monks also seem to believe that they can make and UNMAKE Governments.

935 Russian Diaries of the period 1917-53 can help in identifying what might happened during and after the Bolshevik Revolution 1917

Though I am not a blind admirer of Bolshevik Revolution 1917, as a believer in the benefits of True Complete Socialism, having identified it for examination as a possible alternative for the stupid Capitalism, I am trying to write here a few blog posts on why the World 2017 is viewing the Russian Revolution 1917 and its experiments with Communism / Marxism / Socialism as total failures. For this purpose only, I have downloaded 45 volumes of the Collected Works of Vladimir Lenin the main leader of the Bolshevik Revolution 1917. I have examined some of the Volumes. I shall put through here, some of my observations / feelings / impressions. In the meantime, it will be worthwhile, to provide a link to a news item, that historians are trying to place diaries of the Soviet Citizens of that crucial period of World History online. I perceive that when compared to the Collective Works of Lenin, the diaries of USSR/Russian Citizens of the period 1917-1953, however obscure individuals those Citizens may be, their recordings will become more reliable, primarily because Lenin's Collected Works published by the Soviet Govt. Agencies of those days, might have, sufficiently been, sanitised by a need to hagiographically eulogize Lenin and Stalin. The Russian Citizens of those years, might have had some fears of persecution if their diaries were to be caught by the Stalin's Agents. Hence, I have decided to try compare Lenin's writings with what the Russian Citizens 1917-1953 wrote, privately for themselves and their families, with no intent to publish them.

About congested accommodation

Though the accommodation provided by Lenin-Stalin-Trotsky Triumvirate during 1917-1953 to their Citizens might have been 'meagre', 'overcrowded' we may have to accept it as an unavoidable reality because 'accommodations' for an entire Nation of impoverished and deprived Population, cannot be created overnight or in a few years. This problem of scant, crowded, and unaffordable accommodation exists even in countries of 2017 which are considered as most Prosperous, such as Japan and United States. In Japan, many workers live in rented spaces what are known as bunker beds. Senior Citizens of Japan, are reported to be preferring to commit minor crimes so as to go to jails which in their view are better than the dungeons outside. In our Great World Ruling country of Uncle Sam, we find its citizens living under fly- overs, living in subways, living in their own cars/station wagons, living in Churches. Of course, two wrongs cannot make one right. Failures of Capitalism, cannot justify the failure of Bolshevik Leaders.

Let my readers compare the following two scenarios:

Socialist Sharing of Poverty	Capitalist Overeating
Citizens sharing hunger of fellow-citizens, though involuntarily, for a limited period, till circumstances improve, can be considered as something noble.	In 2017, we have several countries, which have scenarios, where 10% rich and super-rich overeat, do little exercise and suffer from metabolic diseases like diabetes, obesity etc., and 90% of their citizens lead a life of precarious existence, unable to earn two square meals a day.
It is not clear whether erstwhile USSR was able to solve this problem between 1954 and 1991.	After 1991 Soviet Union disintegrated, and its Constituents turned to Capitalism. Is there any largE scale improvement either in Accommodation or in availability of food? I do not think in Putin's Russia 2017, there is ample food OR adequate uncrowded accommodation for all its Citizens.

474 విశాఖలో జరుగుతున్న సీపీఎమ్ వారి 21వ కాంగ్రెస్ సందర్భంగా On the occasion of the 21st Congress of CPM (CPIM) taking place at Visakhapatnam

ఈ వ్యాసం షుమారు రెండేళ్ళ క్రితం జనవరి 201౩ లో వ్రాసినది.   దీనిని ఒక దిన పత్రిక వారికి పంపగా, వారి ప్రాధాన్యతలకు సరిపోలేదో ఏమో, ప్రచురణకు నోచుకోలేదు.  వేరే కాగితాలకొరకు వెతుకుతుంటే ఇది కనిపించింది.   కొంత చెత్త తొలగించి, సవరించి, దీనిని నెట్ లో పెట్టటంలో ఉద్దేశ్యం,  మన పర్ సెప్షన్సు  (మన చుట్టూ ఉన్న పరిస్థితులను, సంఘటనలను మనం ఎలా అర్ధం చేసుకుంటాం),  రాబోయే కాలాన్ని ఎలా అంచనా వేసుకుంటాం, రెండేళ్ళ తరువాత చూసుకుంటే అవి ఎంత మేరకు నిజమయ్యాయి, పోల్చి చూసుకోటం.    అనుకున్న వన్నీ నిజంకావు, అలాగని ఘోరంగా ఫెయిల్ కావు.

ఇప్పటి 2015  నేపథ్యానికి పోల్చుకోవాల్సిన అంశాలు: 
1. ఆధార్ కార్డులను బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం  2. ఎన్నో రకాల అసమానతలను వదిలేసి, ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు దేశంలో అంతా సంపన్న వర్గాలున్నట్లు, గ్యాస్ సిలిండర్ల మీద వేల కొద్ది రూపాయల సబ్సిడీ ఇస్తున్నట్లు, దానిని వదులుకోమని సంపన్న వర్గాలను అడుగుతున్నట్లు కనపడుతున్నా ప్రజలందరి వెంటబడటం.  3. రాష్ట్రంలో జపాన్ లో లాగా వృధ్ధులసంఖ్య పెరిగిపోతున్నదని, పిల్లలను కనమని శేషాంధ్రులను శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రబోధించటం.  4.  విశాఖ పట్టణంలో జరగనున్న  సీపీఎమ్ వారి  21వ కాంగ్రెస్ లో పాడనున్న పాతపాటలు. 


ఆధార్ కార్డుల నరకం
ఆధార్ కార్డుల జారీ ఒక  చెత్త కుండీ లా తయారయింది.  గ్యాస్ డీలర్లు, వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థల వాళ్ళు ఏడిపిస్తూ ఉండటంతో,  85ఏళ్ళ వృధ్ధులు కూడ  వృధ్ధ పత్నిని వెంటేసుకుని ఆధార్ జారీ కేంద్రాలచుట్టూ తిరగాల్సి వస్తున్నది.   క్యూలో నిల్చో లేరు.  వినపడదు.  కనపడదు.  భూలోకనరకం, వాళ్ళ స్వంతం.

ఇదే సందర్భంలో, జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని, ప్రస్తుత జపాన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి, శ్రీ ఆసో చేసిన వ్యాఖ్య, ఆయన దేశప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి చేసినదే అయినప్పటికీ, ఎంతో ఆవేదన కలిగించింది.  ఎందుకంటే, అది మన దేశప్రజలకి కూడ, ఈ రోజు కాకపోయినా, 2020 లోపుగానే , వర్తించ బోతున్నది.   అంతే కాదు,  2014 లో ఎన్నికలు కాగానే, ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్, కాంగ్రెస్ గెల్చినా, గెలవకపోయినా, మాజీగా మారబోతున్నారు.  జపాన్ లో మాజీ ప్రధాని తరువాత ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అయినట్లుగా, భారత మాజీ ప్రధాని మన్మోహన్ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రి అవతారం ఎత్తినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరం లేదు.

జపాన్ మాజీ ప్రధాని ఆసో గారేమన్నారు ?
జపాన్ లో ని వృధ్ధ జనాభా ఆత్మహత్యలు చేసుకోవటమే మేలు.  లేదా ప్రభుత్వమే వారిని మరణింప నివ్వాలి | మరణింప చేయాలిట.   జపాన్ వృధ్ధులకు ఆరోగ్య సేవలనందించటం, జపాన్ జాతికి భారంగా పరిణమించిందిట.  ముక్కుతూ మూలుగుతూ పడకపై పడి ఉండి, రకరకాల వైద్య యంత్రాల నాళాలతో, సూదులతో, గుచ్చబడి, చిత్రహింసను అనుభవించే కన్నా,  జీవితాన్ని ముగించటమే మేలని ఆసో గారి భావం.  మీడియా గుచ్చి ప్రశ్నించగా, ఆ భావాలు తాను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఉద్దేశించి చేసుకున్నవని, తన మరణం అలా జరగాలని తాను కోరుకున్నట్లు, ఆసో గారు సర్దేసుకున్నారు.

మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ జీ, ఇటువంటి విషయాన్ని నీళ్ళు నములుతూనే, కుండ బద్దలు కొట్టినట్లు చెప్ప గలరు.  ఇది వరకే ఆయన  "ఫ్రీ లంచ్ లు అయిపోయినాయోచ్ " అని ప్రకటించారు.    సార్ కి మొహమాటాలు ఫిక్కీ, సీఐఐ, అస్సోచాం, టాటా, అంబానీ, జిందాల్ వంటి వాళ్ళతోనే తప్ప, భారతీయ పేదలతో కానీ, వృధ్ధులతో కానీ, వంటఇంటి మహిళలతో కానీ లేవు, లేనే లేవు, ఉండవు.    ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ పథకాన్ని, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నెత్తిన వేసుకుంది కానీ, ఢిల్లీ సుల్తానులు, సుల్తానాలు, వేసుకోలేదు.

ప్రస్తుతం తెల్ల కార్డులేని దిగువ మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాలకు, ఆధార్ కార్డ్ యొక్క అవసరం, గ్యాస్ బండల కొరకే.    ఈ మాత్రం దానికైనా వారు,  400 లేక 500 సమర్పించుకొని, ఆధార్ కార్డును  సంపాదించి , దానిని చూసుకుంటూ మురిసిపోవాల్సిందే.  సర్కార్ వారు, గ్యాస్ బండల ధరలను విపరీతంగా పెంచేసి, సబ్సిడీని ఉపసంహరిస్తే, రెండు మూడేళ్ళలో ఆధార్ నిరాధార్ కాక తప్పదు.

ఆధార్ ను జనంపై బలవంతంగా రుద్దటం వెనుక అమెరికా , యూరప్ ల వత్తిడి ఉందని అనుమానించక తప్పదు.  భారత పౌరుల కనుగుడ్లు (ఐరిస్ లు), చేతివేళ్ళ ముద్రలు , ఫొటోలు, జీవిత చరిత్రలు, అన్నీ, అమెరికన్ నిఘా సంస్థల పరిశీలనకు వెళ్ళ వలసినదే.    ఇస్లామిక్ తీవ్ర వాదుల ఏరివేత, ఉగ్రవాదం పై పోరాటం, అనే నెపాలు, ఈ డేటా బదిలీకి ఉపయోగిస్తాయి. 

తమకి సబ్సిడీలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు ఇవ్వటం లేదు,   అన్నిటినీ ఢిల్లీ సుల్తాన్ లు, సుల్తానాలు, మాత్రమే ఇస్తున్నారు అనే విషయం జనాల మెదళ్ళలోకి ఇంజెక్టు చేయటానికి,  కేంద్రం లోని అధికార పార్టీ పడుతున్న దుగ్ధ,  పిల్లికి చెలగాటం, ఎలుకకు ప్రాణ సంకటం లాగా,  వృధ్ధులకు, రెక్కాడితే గానీ డొక్కాడని ప్రైవేటు ఉద్యోగులకు,  కూలీలకు,  చేతిపని వారికీ, వీధులలో తిరిగి అమ్ముకునే వాళ్లకీ,  ఒక పీడగా మారింది.

వామ పక్ష ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఒక్కటే ప్రత్యామ్నాయం
తృతీయ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం ఆవశ్యకత

తొమ్మిదేళ్ళ యూపీఏ పాలనలో ప్రజలు విసిగి వేసారి పోయారు.  రెండవ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం లాగా కనిపించే బీజేపీ,  కాంగ్రెస్ కి ప్రతిబింబం లాగా తయారయింది తప్ప,  స్వతంత్ర , భిన్నమైన సిధ్ధాంతాలను , ఆచరణలను ప్రతిపాదించలేక పోతున్నది. 

బీజేపీ అధ్యక్షుడు శ్రీ నితీన్ గడ్కారీ, చివరికి ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులనే బెదిరించే స్థాయికి దిగజారి పోయారు.  ఆదాయపు పన్ను అధికారులు, రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం, నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ప్రవర్తించ వలసి ఉన్నప్పటికీ,  తమ ప్రస్తుత యజమానుల ఆగ్రహానికి గురికాకుండా ఆత్మ రక్షణ చేసుకోటం కొరకు, కొంత అతిగా పరిశోధనలు చేస్తూ ఉండవచ్చు.    2014లో ప్రధాన మంత్రో కేంద్ర మంత్రో కావాలనుకుంటున్న శ్రీ గడ్కారీ,  నేడే  ప్రధానో, కేంద్ర హోమ్  మంత్రో అయినట్లుగా కలగంటున్నారు.  బిజెపీ అధికారం లోకి రాగానే తనను బాధించిన వాళ్ళను వేధించి వాళ్ళ తాట ఒలవటానికి సిధ్ధమవుతున్నారు.

గడ్కారీ గారు, సోనియా మాత నుండి నేర్చుకోవాల్సింది చాల ఉన్నది.    అమ్మకు ఎవరి యందైనా  "కినుక" ఉంటే దానిని బయటకు పొక్కనివ్వదు.  సరియైన సమయం చూసి నొక్కేస్తుంది.  ఆమె తానుగా ఏమీ  మాట్లాడకుండా ఇతరుల చేత చెప్పిస్తుంది.

దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతీయ సామంతులు, సర్దారులు,  తమకిష్టులైన వాళ్ళని ఢిల్లీ సింహాసనం పై కూర్చుండ పెట్టి తోలుబొమ్మలాటలాడించటం ఘోరీ కాలం నుండి బహదూర్ షా జాఫర్ కాలం వరకే కాక,   స్వాతంత్ర్యానంతర భారత్ లో కూడ జరిగింది.

నేడు మూలాయం, కరుణ, నితీష్, జయ , చంద్రబాబు, కెసీఆర్, మాయావతి, మమతా దీదీ, జయలలిత లు, నిర్వహించాలనుకునే పాత్రలు కూడ  పప్పెట్రీలే.  బెంగాల్, కేరళ లను కోల్పోయిన వామపక్షాలు, రెక్కలు తెగిన జటాయువుల లాగా అరుస్తున్నాయి.  వామపక్షాలు వాగ్దానం చేసే తాయిలాల నన్నిటినీ, ప్రాంతీయ పార్టీలు, అఖిల భారత మితవాద, మధ్యేవాద పార్టీలు ఇప్పటికే ఇచ్చేశాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు వామి పక్షాలుగా, వాము పక్షాలుగా మారిపోయాయి.  వామ పక్షాలు, తాయిలాల గురించి కాక,  మార్క్సిజం లో కీలక అంశాలయిన ప్రైవేటు ప్రాపర్టీ నిర్మూలన, కరెన్సీ రద్దు,  ప్రతి పౌరుడికీ తిండీ ,గుట్ట ,  యూనిఫారం బట్ట ,   సమానత్వాన్ని ప్రతిబింబించే ఇళ్ళు, విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం సంపూర్ణంగా ఉచితమే కాక, పనిచేయగలిగే శక్తి ఉన్నవారందరికీ, ఉద్యోగహామీ, నిర్బంధ ఎనిమిది గంటల పని, బంగారం రద్దు,   సంపూర్ణ ఉచిత రవాణా వంటి విషయాలను ఎందుకు ప్రస్తావించవు ?

 "...అన్నా హజారే అయినా, అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్ అయినా,  ఆవేశంతో తీసుకునే నిర్ణయాలు, సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారాలు చూపవు.  అన్నా వద్ద సమస్యలకు శాస్త్రీయ పరిష్కారాలు లేవు.   ఆయనకు ధరలు ఎందుకు పెరుగుతాయో,  అవినీతి ఎలా పోతుందో తెలియదు.   కొద్ది మంది దగ్గరే డబ్బు పోగై ఉన్నన్ని నాళ్ళు, ఒక వ్యక్తి దగ్గరే లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నంత కాలం, లోక్ పాల్ వంటి ఎన్ని బిల్లులు వచ్చినా సమస్యలు పరిష్కారం కావు.   ఇటువంటి పరిస్థితులలో సోషలిస్టు ప్రభుత్వాలు తీసుకువచ్చే వాళ్ళు రావాల్సి ఉంది.  దేశానికి వామ పక్ష ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఒకటే ప్రత్యామ్నాయం..."

ఈ కోట్ , పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన దాని ప్రకారమే.  శ్రీ జస్టిస్ చంద్రకుమార్ తన ప్రసంగాన్ని మార్చుకుంటారని అనుకోటం లేదు.


వామపక్షాల పెర్ఫార్ మెన్సు, పరిశీలన

కేరళ , త్రిపుర, బెంగాల్ లలో వామపక్షాలు రాజ్యం చేసినప్పటికీ, అవి మిగిలిన రాజకీయ పార్టీల వలెనే ప్రవర్తించాయి తప్ప, సోషలిజాన్ని భారత్ లో చిత్త శుధ్ధితో ,  100 కి 100 శాతం కాకపోయినా, కనీసం 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టటానికి కార్యదీక్షితులైన పార్టీల లాగా ప్రవర్తించలేదు.  కొన్ని సార్లు అవి అధమస్థాయి  బూర్జువా పార్టీల కన్నా తక్కువ స్థాయికి పడిపోయి, ప్రజలను విపరీతంగా వేధించాయి.  అభివృధ్ది చేశామనో,  ఇంకోటి చేశామనో, జనాలను నమ్మించటానికి, నిరూపించుకోటానికి, రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య ఉండే పోటీ  ఈ పతనానికి కారణం అయి ఉండవచ్చు.  వామపక్షాల ప్రధాన అవగాహనా వైఫల్యం ఏమిటంటే, రాష్ట్రాల్లో, మునిసిపాలిటీల్లో అధికారంలోకి రావటం ద్వారా, తాము నిజమైన సోషలిజాన్ని తేలేమని అవి గ్రహించక పోవటం.   ముందు ఉట్టికెక్కితేకదా, స్వర్గాని కెక్కేది, అని వారనచ్చు.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు, నగర పురపాలక సంఘాలకు, మోయలేనన్ని బాధ్యతలు ఉన్నాయి.   నిథుల సేకరణా వనరులు పరిమితం.   అధికారాలు అంతంత మాత్రం.   అవసరం అయిన దానికి కేంద్రం జోక్యం చేసుకోకపోటమే కాక  "సప్పంబు పడగనీడన కప్ప వసించిన విధంబు అన్నట్లుగా"  తప్పులు పట్టటం,  అవసరం అయినపుడు చూడనట్లు, విననట్లు నటించటం, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు పరిపాటి.  ఏబూర్జువా పార్టీ ఢిల్లీలో అధికారంలో ఉన్నా ఇదే జరుగుతుంది. 

పొత్తులు,బయటనుండి మద్దతులు అవసరమైన కాలంలో,  కేంద్రం లో కొన్ని అనుమతులు, కొన్ని నిథులు, వంటివి వేగంగా వచ్చినా,    "29 రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులలో వామ పక్షాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు ముగ్గురే."

సోషలిజాన్ని 80 శాతం ప్రవేశ పెట్టాలన్నా రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చాలి.   మీడియా సహకరించదు.   పెట్టుబడిదారులు, కార్పోరేట్లు తమ సంపదను జాతీయం చేయటానికి ఒప్పుకోవు.  లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నావాళ్ళు కోట్లు పారేసి, ఎమ్ పీ లను కొని,  వామ పక్ష ప్రభుత్వాలను కూలగొట్టాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  అమెరికా, ఇంగ్లండు, ఫ్రాన్సు రాయబారులను ఆశ్రయిస్తారు.  దేశం యొక్క విదేశ మారక నిధులను స్థంభింప చేయించాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తారు.  ఆంక్షలను విధింప చేయిస్తారు.  అమాయక ప్రజలను రెచ్చగొడ్తారు.  కొంత విధ్వంసం జరుగుతుంది.   జెయిళ్ళలోకి తోయటం, ఎన్ కౌంటర్లను చేయటం ఉంటుంది.

Human behaviors are cruelly monstracized by Money.

For removing the role of money, we have to demonetize our economies, nationalise private properties totally.  Democratic Communism is the solution for this problem of dehumanized human behaviors.

Seeking alternative solutions, amused, bewildered and confused, I have spent several months searching for analyses of human behaviors, from piles of books in libraries and thousands of websites, blogsites, facebook pages and twitter messages.

I have started doing this searching for true reasons behind "human asses becoming unclean" even before my learned reader friend 'rEsu gurram' (Race Horse) raised the invaluable question of "Wash your ass (nI gudam nIvu kaDukkO)".

Study of human behaviors need not necessarily be confined to search habits, purchase habits, lifestyle habits (which all these social media websites like Google, Twitter, Facebook do anyway with or without the consent of netizens).  They can go far, far, beyond.

For example, Human Behavior at Work (Organizational Behavior OB) by John W. Newstrom, Keith Davis. studies in depth one facet of human behaviors in service and work environment.   Inter alia, there are many great studies in behavioral arena by greats like Peter Drucker, B.F. Skinner, Frederick Taylor, Herzberg, Koontz and O'Donnel, Abraham Maslow.

But human cravings need not necessarily be limited to money, and work place recognition or job-satisfaction or honors in the surroundings.

The human cravings stretch much beyond.

Human sexual activities, behaviors, contradictions, dystrophies, emotions and fantasies can be as important as human adulations and frustrations in the money market and socio-economic environment.

One fortunate development which we are endowed with in the process of development  of internet is millions of webpages, and videos expressly demonstrating and discussing the hitherto frowned and tabooed sexual activities condemned as 'porno'.

According to some web research, number of porno sites outweigh the number of  other web pages in the ratio of 3 : 1.   That is for every single ordinary web page, there will be three expressly openly communicating sexual intercourse pages.


These sex-related porno web text pages and videos, some of which I had the fortune of perusing, have made the world very very transparent, just as  Global Real Time Money Settlement Systems have made the monetary world a small Global Financial Village.  

What I mean to say ultimately at this juncture?

Marxism,  implemented through methods of Democratic Communism, can help us finding solutions not only for problems of inequalities of income, and wealth, but also revolutionise the sexual relations, family relationships, upbringing of children, consumption habits, daily domestic and municipal chores,  educational systems, health systems and what not.

These changes which Marxism can bring, through Democratic Communist Methods, and enlightened citizen behaviors,  can be rated at about 8 on a 10 point scale of their far-reaching-ness when compared to industrial revolution which in my subjective view can be placed at 3, and computer+internet revolution which can be placed at 5 on a 10 point scale.

In my forthcoming blog posts, I shall discuss some of these enlightening prospects.

         Residual Andhra Pradesh is already an overpopulated State, in relation to its resources.   Fortunately, at least some people have realised that most of our problems are caused by overpopulation, scarcity of land, disguised unemployment.  Such people are gradually adopting family planning methods, and to that extent,  Residual Andhra Pradesh is making at least a slow progress.

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu should have consulted population experts, before urging people, to breed more children.   Though some developed countries like Japan, Canada, Russia, Germany are facing problem of aging population, they have not come to a final conclusion that breeding more children is the only solution.   Breeding more children, may be one among several solutions.

On the other hand, India, and Residual Andhra Pradesh, are not only facing the problem of over-population, but also, India is going to become the largest populated country in the world, going beyond even China, which is today Population No. 1.

We can write a thousand pages on the poverty, inequalities of income and wealth of Andhra Pradesh, price rise, unemployment,  for which over-population is the major contributor.

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu has already spoiled the Banking and Institutional Credit System in Andhra Pradesh, by advising people not to pay Bank loans as he was going to bring Agricultural Debt Relief, if made Chief Minister again.


Bourgeoisie Capitalists like Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, may be worried that they will have difficulty in getting cheap labour for their factories and businesses, if there are not enough starving youth to work only daily wages or as contract laborers for a pittance.


Filthy money getting bureaucrats, business persons, landlords, industrialists, professionals in this country, keep dozens of domestic servants in their homes.  The bourgeoisie live vulgarly luxurious lives wallowing in riches in such a way that domestic servants are tempted to steal some gold jewellery or currency.

Some times, in spite of so much enticement and so many temptations, servants do not steal.  The family members of the masters themselves steal.  Yet, the masters and the police suspect the domestic servants and beat them violently in police lockup rooms to extract admissions and recoveries.


Some unfortunate Godforsaken men and women have tried their luck in Gulf countries.  There the situation was far worse than the domestic scenario.  In Telugu language (my mother tongue), we have a proverb:  "penam mIda nunDi poyyilO paDDaTlu" (English approx. gist: Falling from the hotplate (frying pan) into the raging stove.   Frying pan itself tends to be extremely hot.  To escape from it, if the food stuff jumps from the hotplate, it may fall into the burning fires.  That will be a nightmare.



Since 1947, people of Andhra Pradesh and India have been ruled by political parties of different hues.  They include Telugu Desam founded by NTR, the father-in-law of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, TD-2 hyjacked Telugu Desam led by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu himself.  Funnily, Late Mr. N.T. Rama Rao was also not a supporter of family planning.  He himself had bred eleven children, at a time when Central Government was trying to popularise Family Planning with 'two or three children' norm.  His stubbornness or obstinateness in begetting more children might have been based on the 'Optimum Theory of Population' or probably on  an overconfidence that he was able to make some millions in film industry, acting as a hero.  But, fact remains that everybody cannot become a hero or charge millions.  A hero has to set a good example.  But unfortunately, NTR Sr. had set a very bad example, as far as family planning is concerned.

బ్రిక్ దేశాలకు ఒక బ్యాంకు ఉండాలని శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీగారు కోరుకోటం తప్పుకాదు కానీ, ఇవన్నీ విష్ ఫుల్ థింకింగ్ తరగతి లోకి వస్తాయి. చైనా వద్ద విదేశమారక నిధులు భారీగా ఉన్నాయి. అది తన నిధులన్నిటినీ, అమెరికన్, యూరోపియన్ బ్యాంకులలో పెట్టటానికి వెనుకాడుతున్నది. చైనా తన విదేశీ నిధులను బ్రిక్ దేశాల బ్యాంకుకు పెట్టుబడిగా కానీ, డిపాజిట్ గా కానీ సమకూరిస్తే, ఆనంద కరమే కానీ, దేశాలు ప్రాధమికంగా తమకు ఏది లాభమో చూసుకుంటాయి గానీ, స్నేహానికి పెద్ద విలువ ఇవ్వవు.

ఇది ఇలా ఉంటే, ఇపుడు అసలు సమస్యకి వద్దాము.

భారత జనాభా 129 కోట్లకు చేరుకుంది. మన సమస్యలు ఆహార కొరత, దారిద్ర్యం, ధరల పెరుగుదల, తారాస్థాయికి చేరుకున్నాయి. ఇదికాక పదవులకోసం, నిధులకోసం, సప్లై కాంట్రాక్టుల కోసం పీక్కుతినేవాళ్ళు చుట్టుముట్టుతూ ఉంటారు. ఈఉక్కకు, ఉష్ణానికి తట్టుకోలేక గతంలో మన్మోహన్ సింగు గారు, నేడు శ్రీమోడీగారు విదేశాలంబటి తిరుగుతున్నారా అనే అనుమానం కలుగక మానదు.

అయితే ప్రధాన మంత్రులు శాశ్వత విదేశీ యాత్రికులయ్యే ఆచారం భారత్ లో ఈనాటిది కాదు. ప్రధమ ప్రధాని జవహర్ లాల్ నెహ్రూ గారి కాలం నుండీ వస్తున్నది. కొంత మేరకు లాల్ బహదూర్ శాస్త్రిగారు మినహాయింపు. ఇందిరా గాంధీ, రాజీవ్ గాంధీ, పివి నరసింహారావు, విపి సింగు, అటల్ బిహారీ వాజపేయీ, మన్ మోహన్ సింగు, వీరంతా విదేశీ పర్యటనలలో ఆరితేరిన వారే.

ఇంట్లో ఈగలమోత, బయట పల్లకీలమోత, అన్నట్లుగా ఒక్కోటి వెయ్యేసి కోట్లు ఖర్చుచేసి వివిఐపీ ల ప్రయాణాలకు ప్రత్యేక భద్రతా విమానాలను కూడ కొనుక్కున్నారు.

ఇంగ్లండు, ఫ్రాన్స్, ఆస్ట్రేలియా, సింగపూర్, చైనా, జపాన్ మొ|| దేశాల ప్రధాన మంత్రులకు-అధ్యక్షులకు, భారత ప్రధానులకు-రాష్ట్రపతులకు ముఖ్యభేదమేమిటంటే, ఆదేశాల ప్రధానమంత్రులు, అధ్యక్షులు ఏదేశంలో పర్యటించినా, తమదేశాలకు చెందిన సరుకులను అమ్మటానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తారు. వాళ్ళకు తెలుసు, ఎక్స్పోర్ట్ ఆర్ పెరిష్ అనే సూత్రం పై తమ దేశాలు బ్రతకక తప్పదు. మన ప్రధానులు రాష్ట్రపతులు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళినా దిగుమతుల ఒప్పందాలను, సాంస్కృతిక ఒప్పందాలను మూటగట్టుకొని వస్తారు. వెళ్లిన చోట, గౌరవ డాక్టరేట్లు, పౌరసత్వాలు కాక, గేటు దాక వచ్చి సాగనంపటం కాక, ఏవైనా మత్తెక్కిచ్చే పనులేమైనా చేస్తారేమో, కొన్ని సార్లు దీర్ఘకాలికంగా ఇబ్బందులు పెట్టే వాగ్దానాలను చేసి వచ్చి, ఇండియాలో అమలు పరచటానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తూ ఉంటారు. అణు ఒప్పందం పై, శ్రీమన్మోహన్ సింగు గారు, అమెరికాలో చేసి వచ్చిన వాగ్దానాలు, దీనికి చక్కని ఉదాహరణ. వాటిని భారత్ లో అమలు పరచటానికి, లోక్ సభలో నెగ్గించుకోటానికి, ఆయన పార్టీవారు చివరికి పార్లమెంటు సభ్యులను కొనుగోలు చేయవలసి వచ్చింది. అమెరికాకు తాను చేసిన వాగ్దానాన్ని నెరవేర్చటానికి, ఆయన రాజీనామా చేస్తానని బెదిరించ వలసి వచ్చింది. కాంగ్రెస్ అనవసరంగా సిపిఎమ్ వంటి నమ్మకమైన మద్దతు దారుని కోల్పోయింది. పోనీ, అమెరికాతో శ్రీ సింగు గారు చేసుకున్న అణు ఒప్పందం వల్ల మేలు ఏమైనా జరిగిందా అంటే సందేహాస్పదమే.

భారత్ కు ఇద్దరు ప్రధానులు అవసరం

129 కోట్ల జనాభా ఉన్న ఈదేశానికి ఇద్దరు ప్రధానులు ఉండటంలో తప్పులేదు. అధికార వికేంద్రీకరణ కోణంలోంచిచూసినా ఇది అవసరమే. తరచుగా ప్రధాని విదేశ పర్యటనలకు వెళ్తే , ఇక్కడ ఉన్న అసలు సమస్య అవినీతి, దరిద్రం, ఆదాయం-సంపదలలో వ్యత్యాసాలు ఈసమస్యలను ఎవరు పరిష్కరిస్తారు. మితిమీరిన అధికార కేంద్రీకరణ జరిగినందు వల్ల ప్రధాని విదేశాలకు వెళ్ళిన ప్రతిసారీ, పాలన మూలపడుతూ ఉంటుంది. మంత్రులు , బ్యూరోక్రాట్లు, ఆటవిడుపుగా భావించి , అయ్యగారు వెనక్కి వచ్చేదాకా, తాము చెయ్యాల్సింది ఏమీ లేదనుకొని, విందులు వినోదాలతో కాలక్షేపం చేస్తూ ఉంటారు.
భారత్ కు మొదటి ప్రధాని Prime Minister-External, రెండవ ప్రధాని Prime Minister-Internal అవసరం.

Prime Minister-External గారికి కొందరు కేంద్ర మంత్రులను తగిలించ వచ్చు. విదేశాంగ మంత్రి, సరిహద్దుల రక్షణ మంత్రి , రక్షణ కొనుగోళ్ళమంత్రి, విదేశ కామర్సు మంత్రి, సార్కు వ్యవహారాల మంత్రి, విదేశీ పెట్టుబడుల మంత్రి, విదేశీ టూరిజం, విదేశీ విద్య మొ|| కేవలం విదేశీ మరియు అంతర్జాతీయ పధ్ధతులయెడల సరియైన అవగాహన కావలసిన శాఖలను Prime Minister-External గారి చేత పర్యవేక్షింప చేసి ఆయనను బాధ్యుడిని చేయ వచ్చు. ఆయన 24 గంటలు విదేశీ పర్యటనలు చేసుకున్నా మనకు ఇబ్బంది ఉండదు.

భారతీయ ప్రధానుల ప్రధాన జబ్బు ఏమిటంటే, వారు అధికారాన్ని పంచుకోటంలో వారు ఏకాకులు, పరమ నియంతలు. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ, వారు తమ అధికారాన్ని షేర్ చేసుకోటానికి ఇష్టపడరు.
