Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Union Minister for Urban Development, is a very Senior BJP Leader, and a Former President of BJP. He has a very sharp tongue. It may help him to occupy cushy positions, and his party for creating hurtful noises against its opponents. It does not help the Nation in any way. It does not reflect the character of an All India level intellectual. Of course, sometimes, it may have some nuissance value, like the writings of this ybrao-a-donkey.

In 1984, BJP was also a single digit party with in Lok Sabha, with just two MPs. Fortunes of Parties vary depending upon on a number of factors. The manner in which Indian Economy is being managed, even BJP can become a single digit party by 2019. In fact it is the dissatisfaction of the People of India with the Economic Management of this Nation by the UPA, they have taught a lesson to Congress by bringing BJP to power. This does not mean that BJP and its allies will be voted to power for ever. As a Senior leader, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu ought to realise this.

In India, elections involve spending of billions. Left Parties cannot mobilise such billions. Unless damn sure that Left Parties are going to win, Industrialists will not fund Left Parties. It will be a harakiri for Left Parties to accept funds from Industrialists. Such an act goes against the very basic philosophy of Socialism and Marxism.

Besides, people have a fetish for bourgeoisie parties. Indian voters are corrupt and lazy. Yet, a day may come when people realise their mistakes. In reality, there should be competition among Left Parties to win over Indian voters. Sadly enough, Left Parties in India today have become "tails" of bourgeoisie Parties.

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu hails from Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. How many seats does his party get in Residual Andhra Pradesh in Telangana? In both the States it rode piggy-back on Telugu Desam Party. What advice will he give to ABVP Leaders of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, because BJP is a single DIGIT Party in both the States? Even in Delhi, BJP is a single digit Party!!!

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu himself migrated to neighboring Karnataka, to get a Rajya Sabha seat. Now, BJP leaders are said to be thinking of exporting him to Madhya Pradesh.

The role of Mr. Venkaiah Naidu in helping Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Arun Jaitley, to ditch the stalwarts of BJP, Mr. L.K. Advani and Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi is well-known.

The role of Mr. Venkaiah Naidu in the forced bisection of the United State of Andhra Pradesh, by making false promises of Special Status, Railway Zone, Polavaram Project, Fillingup budget revenue deficit, New Railway Zone, etc. etc. are well known. For all those never-realised promises, he accepted some felicitations also, funded by industrialists.

MINDSET OF LEADERS BOURGEOISIE PARTIES

Leaders of "Land-lord" Parties, and "Industrialist" Parties, can never understand the problems of the Deprived Sections and Classes. Apart from our leaders, most of our bureaucrats, judges, professionals, business persons, hail from LANDLORD and INDUSRIALIST Sections. They will joyfully co-operate with politicians, in continuing the oppression of poorer Sections in the Society.

Evils of the Society, are just seeping into the Universities. If the evils of the Society, outside the Universities can be rectified, there will be an automatic change in the environment of our Universities.

Mr. Kanhaya Kumar is in his youth. He does not know what is what. He needs guidance. But, the problem with today's youth is, they do not tolerate any guidance from others. Consequently, they will believe whatever they want to believe. 99% do not realise the consequences of what they do and what they canvass. By the time they realise that their perceptions were false, their physical activity slows down.

All the leaders apart from BJP and Congress bosses, including MPs and CMs of Regional Parties, knew at the time of bifurcation, it was not possilble to grant SPECIAL STATUS to Andhra Pradesh. They also knew that other States have a genuine claim, some of them are really more backward than A.P., to demand Special Status for themselves. But, the question, is why did they all allow the United A.P. to be cut into two, ignoring consequences? Why did the Regional Parties remain silent spectators?

When leaders make false promises, without knowing that they were making false promises, it becomes only misrepresentation.  But if leaders make false promises knowing pretty well that it is not possible (Not possible because other States will object, and because giving Special Status to one State, just for the sake of bifurcation), then it becomes a fraud, and the leaders will be guilty of cheating.  Mr. Venkaiah Naidu and Mr. Arun Jaitley are advocates and professionals.  They must know, when they make impossible promises.



If truth must prevail, we have to recognise that it will not be just to grant Special Status only to Andhra Pradesh, ignoring the claims of all other States. If Special Status is granted to every State, then the meaning of Special Status will be lost. In Telugu, we have a proverb: ' mandi ekkuvaitE majjiga palca baDatAyi. मंदि ऎक्कुवयिते मज्जिग पल्च बडतायि. మంది ఎక్కువైతే మజ్జిగ పల్చ బడతాయి. ' English meaning: If number of people (to share) goes up, the buttermilk (served to them) will become thin, i.e. water will have to be added. हिंदी मतलब: (पीने वाले ) लोग ज्यादा हो गये तो लस्सी भी पतला हो जाय । (मतलब - पीने वाले लोग ज्यादा हो गये तो, लस्सी में पानी जोडना अवश्य हो जायॆगा।

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu knows that sustainable self-development is more important than sustainable development of Nation or State. In the end, people will get sethAri on their head.

The post of Mr. Parakala Prabhakar, Special Advisor to A.P. Government, costs a lot for the starving exchequer of the State of Andhra Pradesh. A.P. Government should abolish this post immediately and save approx. Rs. 5 million per annum to the people of Andhra Pradesh. While appointing Mr. Prabhakar as Special Advisor, Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu might have had great expectations. I do not find fault with Ms. Sitaraman and Mr. Prabhakar; they are too small a cog in the BJP machine.

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Urban Development Minister, is reported to have said toa delegation of farmers, led by Krishna Delta Parirakshana Samithi leader Kolanukonda Sivaji and Rayapudi farmers' leader Mallela Seshagiri Rao, who came to submit a representation to him.

This is nothing but blackmailing of the farmers who approached him for relief.  This is nothing but an indirect threat.  Who has really complicated the Capital issue?  It is the duo of Naidus i.e. Chandra Babu and Venkaiah. 

अपने पास उपशमन के लिये आए हुए किसानों को ब्लाकमैल करने से यह कम नहीं है।  उपशमन नहीं दे सकना अलग बात है, धमकना अलग बात है।  यह परोक्ष रीती में भयादोहन करना ही है।  राजधानी समस्या को कौन संक्लिष्ट कर रहा है. ?  किसान ?  या नायुडू द्वयम-- चंद्रबाबु और वॆंकय्या ?

ప్రజలకి కావాల్సింది తిండి, బట్ట, ఉండటానికి చిన్న గూడు, విద్య, వైద్యం.  దీనికి రాజధానికీ సంబంధం ఏముంది ?  వెంకయ్యగారు,  ఎవరో సంక్లిష్టం చేయకండి అని రైతులను అన్నారు.  సంక్లిష్టం చేస్తున్నది ఎవరు ?  భూములను కోల్పోబోతున్న రైతులా  ? (వాళ్ళను రబీ పంట వేసుకోవద్దని ప్రభుత్వం అన్నది).  సంక్లిష్టం చేస్తున్నది నాయుడు ద్వయం, చంద్రయ్య, వెంకయ్య.  వీళ్ళిద్దరికి, ఆజగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి వోట్లేసి, ప్రజలు తమ తలలను తామే నరుక్కున్నట్లయింది.

In the first instance itself, they should have chosen a place, where Government land is available aplenty (I have suggested South Vijayapuri -South bank of Nagarjunasagar Dam for the purpose).  They should have started with small sheds for locating the State Capital.  They should have decentralised all State level directorates across the 13 District Headquarters and easily accessible towns on Highways, though they may not be District Headquarters.

What were the special circumstances under which they (BJP) got passed the most unjust AP Reorganisation Bill (full of loop holes according to him)? Had BJP not prodded Congress to push through the bill, it would not have gone ahead with the bill. Even assuming that Congress went ahead with the bill adamantly and vehemently, what prevented BJP from voting against the bill, stating its stand very clearly that it would present a defect-free amicable reorganisation bill after coming into power in the 2014 May General election, which was not far away? Why did BJP drive Congress so rashly and rudely? Assuming that BJP supported small states, then why it did not support the cause of Statehood for Vidarbha? Is Vidarbha's cause not worth taking up?

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu used the proverb: dunnapOtu InindanTE dUDanu kaTTEyamannaTlu kondaru mATlADutunnAru. Approx. English for this: Some people are speaking as though they were asking the people to tie the calf to the pole, when they were told that a male-buffalo gave birth to the calf.

This proverb actually applies to BJP itself. BJP and Congress have colluded in cutting the throats of SImAndhra people, so as to derive political benefit in Telangana. While the strategy backfired on Congress, BJP made itself cosy, cuddling with Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu in Residual A.P. In Telangana, BJP's hopes went awry (गडबड, टेढा हो गया).

There is also another proverb which applies to BJP: 'tADi ceTTu endukekkAvurA anTE, dUDa gaDDi kOsam annADuTa.' English purport: A person climbed a toddy palm (presumably for toddy). He replied that, he climbed it, to gather grass for a calf.

BJP, now, wants to renege back (वायिदा करके मुकर जाना) from its promise of giving special status to Andhra Pradesh, as promised by them at the time of separation, whatever be the reasons. In the new proposed amendments to A.P. Reorganisation Act, they will include some escape clauses to avoid the grant of special status to backward areas of A.P., and substitute it with some other vague promises.

Alloting Andhra MP to TS and Telangana MP to A.P. is just a lame excuse and noose.

"We have no objection to stop the amendments if people object." --Mr. Venkaiah Naidu should have done it at the time of forced separation, when the United Andhra Pradesh Assembly objected to it.

People of A.P. would not have objected to division of A.P., if it was done amicably, using fool-proof bill. Both BJP and Congress wanted to embrace KCR by pleasing him. He used them (like concubines-- this may be an unparliamentary phrase and may even insult professional sex workers. Hence I am not using it.), and abandoned them like garbage. Now, because of the dictatorial and whimsical ways of both Mr. K.C.R. and Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, people of both Telangana and Residual Andhra Pradesh are being boiled like little rabbits caught in a washerman's cauldron (हंडा, कडाई).

Now, that Mr. Venkaiah Naidu has received back his cherished Cabinet post, he can leave the people of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to their own choices, instead of agonising them everyday with his words.

Where are the Rs. 1,000 crore (and another Rs. 1,000 crore to release after going back to Delhi) promised by Mr. Narendra Modi, our beloved Prime Minister, during his inspection of the Hudhud Cyclone catastrophe?  We hear that only Rs. 400 crore has been released.  Mr. Narendra Modi wants Indians to believe every word he says.   Shall we believe this word?

Clarification

I am not a politician. I have nothing to do with Congress or BJP or any other party. I am writing this only out of genuine concern about the manner in which our rulers for their selfish purposes are making fools of people of India, (and of course people of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh).

Observations of ybrao a donkey बैवीराव गधे का विनम्र राय వైబీరావ్ గాడిద వినమ్ర వ్యాఖ్య 1. AP Reorganisation Bill was passed in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha in 2014 after shutting up Lok Sabha TV channel, after effectively coercing the M.P.s of all parties belonging to Coastal Andhra and Rayala Seema.

2. B.J.P.'s role in this coercion is well-known. BJP prodded UPA rulers to push through the bill. Unable to bear the torture from TRS and BJP, and for its selfish political reasons, Congress went ahead with the defective ReOrganisation Bill in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. BJP took credit for pushing through the bill in Parliament. Mr. Arun Jaitley, Ms. Sushma Swaraj, and Mr. Venkaiah Naidu bloated and boasted themselves with inflated claims of their achievement in bestowing Statehood to Telangana, without taking care of the genuine concerns of the people of the Seemandhra.

3. Mr. Narendra Modi was already a PM candidate when the A.P. Reorganisation Bill was passed in Parliament. It was true that he was not an MP when the bill was passed. But at the same time, as a key member in the decision making organs of BJP, he had a responsibility to oversee that BJP supported it only if the Bill was free of loopholes. He knew that granting "special status" and "special packages" to Andhra Pradesh would be objected to by other States, particularly other backward States. Their objections will also be genuine because many States in India are as backward as or , more backward than Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Giving special packages and special statuses to A.P. and Telangana was not possible. For understanding this, no special acumen or IQ is necessary. In his election speeches in both States, Mr. Narendra Modi made lofty promises, though, of course, he did not make an express promise of special status. It would have been very honest and sincere on the part of Mr. Narendra Modi to tell his colleagues Ms. Sushma Swaraj, Mr. Arun Jaitley and Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, not to make false promises, and also not to drive Chidambaram-Jairam Ramesh-Manmohan Singh Company make false and vague promises, make vague provisions such as Governor's supervision on law and order in Hyderabad. Consequently, both NDA and UPA made false promises and pushed through the bill, though it may not be with absolute dishonesty, but with near-dishonesty.

Now saying that A.P. Reorganisation Act 2014 is full of loopholes, is nothing but sheer opportunism. All the four (dushta?) chatushtayam (Mr. Narendra Modi, Ms. Sushma Swaraj, Mr. Arun Jaitley, and Mr. Venkaiah Naidu + Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu) have a duty to apologise to the people of Andhra Pradesh.

Congress need not apologise, because it is already in the dustbin. Nobody cares for it.

Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy was very much right, that he predicted that there would be serious problems in forced unamicable division.

శ్రీ వెంకయ్య నాయుడు గారు నిర్మాణ్ భవన్ ను మొదటి సారిగా జూన్ 12 నాడు తనిఖీ చేశారుట. ఇపుడు జులై 28 నాడు ఉదయం 9.10 గంటలకు తిరిగి మరల తనిఖీచేశారు. కొందరు దిగువ స్థాయి ఉద్యోగులు ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చారుట. పదిహేను నిమిషాల కన్నా ఎక్కువ లేట్ గా వచ్చే వారికి ఆరోజు జీతం కట్ చేయమనిఆజ్ఞాపించారుట. భశుం.

శ్రీవెంకయ్య నాయుడుగారు కానీ,శ్రీ నరేంద్రమోడీ గారు గానీ,శ్రీరాహుల్ గాంధీ గారు గానీ, ఇంకోళ్ళు గానీ తమ ఎన్నికల నామినేషన్ అఫిడవిట్లలో డిస్ క్లోజ్ చేసే ఆస్తులను బట్టి వారిని వాణిజ్యవేత్తలు గాగానీ, పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలుగా గానీ వర్గీకరించలేము. ఎందుకంటే , వాటిల్లో విదేశాల్లోని రహస్య ఖాతాల వివరాలు ఉండవు. స్వదేశంలోని బినామీ ఆస్తుల వివరాలు కూడ ఉండవు.

కేంద్ర మంత్రిగారు 28.07.2014 నాడు నిర్మాణ్ భవన్ కి ఉదయం 9.10 కి వెళ్ళారు, బాగానే ఉంది. మరి రోజూ వెళ్ళి గేటు దగ్గర కాపలా కాస్తారా? ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చిన వారికి జీతాలు కట్ చేయమని ఆదేశాలిచ్చారు. బాగానే ఉంది, ఎన్నాళ్ళని కట్ చేస్తారు? ఒకమనిషి ఆలస్యంగా రావటానికి, అతడామె చేతిలో లేని కారణాలు కూడ ఉంటాయి. బస్సులు, రైళ్ళు సరిగా నడవకపోవచ్చు. ట్రాఫిక్ ను క్లియర్ చేసుకుంటూ లాఠీకర్రలతో కొట్టుకుంటూ ముందుకు వెళ్ళటానికి, అందరికీ పోలీసు కన్వాయిలు, పైలెట్ కార్లూ ఉండవు. ఇంటి దగ్గర ఎంత ముందుగా బయలు దేరినా, ఎక్కడో అక్కడ బ్రేకులు పడుతూ ఉంటాయి. దీనర్ధం ఉద్యోగులు రోజూ లేటుగా రావచ్చని కాదు, లేదా వారు లేటుగా రావటాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించమనీ కాదు. ఒకవేళ ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చే ఉద్యోగిని తీసేసి ఇంకొకరిని నియమించినా, ఆకొత్తవాడు కూడ ఆలస్యంగా రావచ్చు. మన నగరాల్లో ఎవడు ఎపుడు జులుస్ తీస్తాడో, రాస్తారోకో చేస్తాడో తెలియదు. కర్మ కాలి, మంత్రిగారు లేఖ ఉన్నతాధికారి తనిఖీకి వచ్చిన రోజే , ఉద్యోగి ట్రాఫిక్ జామ్ లో ఇరుక్కు పోవచ్చు. రోజు చక్కగా కార్యాలయానికి వస్తూ, తనకు కేటాయించిన పనిని సరియైన పరిమాణంలో నాణ్యతతో పూర్తిచేసే ఒక ఉద్యోగి ఆతనిఖీలో చిక్కి ఒకరోజు జీతాన్న్ని కోల్పోతే ఆతడి మనస్థితి ఎలా ఉంటుంది? భవిష్యత్ లో అతడు టైమ్ డిసిప్లెయిన్, డ్రెస్ డిసిప్లెయిన్ గల యాంత్రికమైన పనివాడుగా మారితే మారవచ్చు గానీ, అతడినుండి మనం ఉత్సాహం, నిజాయితీ తోకూడిన పనిని మనం ఆశించలేం.

నేను ఒకసారి ఒక మిత్రుడు జెంషెడ్ పూర్ (ఝార్ ఖండ్) లో సీరియస్ గా ఉండి వైద్యశాల ఐసీయులో ఉండగా వెళ్ళాల్సి వచ్చింది. చెన్నై కోల్ కత్తా మార్గంలో బెంగాల్లోని భద్రక్ అనే స్టేషన్ వద్ద రోజంతా రైలును ఆపేశారు. ఏంటయ్యా అంటే కారణం, అక్కడి అధికార పార్టీ, ప్రతిపక్షపార్టీ ఇరువురు పోటాపోటీగా ఇచ్చిన బంద్. (ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో బంద్ లు ఎక్కువగా ఒంటి పూట బంద్ లు. సాయంత్రానికి ప్రదర్శకులు అందరూ మందు కొట్టి సినిమాలకు వెళ్తారు.) ఫలితంగా జెంషెడ్ పూర్ కి 18 గంటలు ఆలస్యంగా వెళ్ళాను. అదృష్ట వశాత్తు, ఆమిత్రుడి ఆరోగ్యం కుదుట పడింది.

ఉద్యోగులనుండి పనితీసుకునే సరియైన పధ్ధతి

quantity + quality मात्रा और गुणवत्ता పరిమాణం మరియు నాణ్యతపై దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. కనీస పరిమాణం & నాణ్యత మరియు గరిష్ఠ పరిమాణం & నాణ్యత ల మధ్య సగటు ఉత్పత్తిని మనం సగటు ఉద్యోగి నుండి ఆశించ వచ్చు. అది కనుక రాకపోతే, కారణాలను అన్వేషించాలి. నైపుణ్యాలు లేక పోతే, శిక్షణ ఇప్పించాల్సి వస్తుంది. పనిస్థలం, పని సాధనాలు సరియైనవి లేకపోతే, సరియైన వాటిని సమకూర్చాల్సి ఉంటుంది. వీలైనంత వరకు ఉద్యోగులు స్వయం చోదితులు కావాలే తప్ప ఎద్దులను ములుగర్రతో పొడిచినట్లుగా , వారు ఇతరుల చేత పొడువబడే పరిస్థితులు రాకూడదు. ఎవరైనా ఒక ఉద్యోగి మానసిక స్థితి సరిగా లేకపోతే,అతడిక మానసిక చికిత్స చేయించ వచ్చు. ఇతరులను చూచి సోమరులయ్యే వారు ఒక పది శాతం మంది, స్వతహాగా సోమరులైనా వారు ఒక పది శాతం మంది ఉండ వచ్చు. వీరిపైన ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టి పనిని రాబట్టుకోవటం జాతి క్షేమం దృష్ట్యా అవసరమే, కానీ దానికి మనం శాస్త్రీయ పరిస్థితులను ఉపయోగించాలి. బెదిరింపులకు గురియైనపుడు ఉద్యోగులు, కార్మికులు, తాము శిక్షనుండి తప్పించుకోవటానికి ఏరకమైన ప్రవర్తనను చూపించాలో, ఆప్రవర్తనను చూపిస్తారే కానీ, పని చేయరు. అలా ప్రవర్తించినవారు పనిష్ మెంటును తప్పించు కోటమే కాక, రివార్డులు కూడ పొందుతారు. కానీ పరిమాణం, నాణ్యత మెరుగు పడవు. బయోమెట్రిక్ అటెండెన్సు సిస్టం పెట్టినా మొదట్లో కొంత అభివృధ్ధి కనిపించినా, తరువాత మెషిన్ల దృష్టిలో పడకుండా, పని ఎగవేత జరగదనా?

ఇంటిముందు పేడకళ్ళు కూడ ఎం.ఎల్.ఎ.నో, మునిసిపల్ ఛెయిర్మనో వచ్చి తీయాలని, ప్రజలు ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. ఆపరిస్థితి తెచ్చింది రాజకీయ పార్టీలే. అన్నీ మేమే చేస్తామని రాజకీయపార్టీలు ఒకదాంతోఒకటి పోటీపడి ప్రజలను చెడగొడ్తున్నాయి. అన్నీ ఉచితంగా ఇస్తామని పోటీలుపడి హామీలు ఇస్తున్నాయి. మా నాన్న హయాంలో గ్రామాల్లో వానాకాలానికి ముందు, చెరువులు కాలువలు రైతులంతా కలసి బాగుచేసుకునే వాళ్ళు. నా హయాం వచ్చే సరికి ఆఊసే ఎవరూ ఎత్తటం లేదు. అన్నీ ఉచితంగా చివరికి పంచె మిగులుతుంది. న్యాయంగా రాబట్టుకోవాల్సిన ఆదాయం కూడ రాబట్టుకోకుండా ప్రతివాళ్ళూ పైనున్న వారి వద్దకు నిథుల కొరకు పరుగెత్తుతున్నారు. డబ్బులేకుండా అభివృధ్ధి చేయలేం. అభివృధ్ధితోపాటు సంక్షేమాన్ని కూడ సమతౌల్యం చేసుకోవాలి. ఆదాయం రాబట్టుకోవాలి. పేదల అవసరాలు తీర్చాలి.

ఈవిషయం శ్రీ వెంకయ్యనాయుడు గారు ఎన్నికలముందు తన ప్రెస్ కాన్ఫరెన్సులలో, ఎన్నికల ప్రచార సభలలో చెప్తే ఎంత బాగుండేది. కరపత్రాలు వేసి పంచి పెట్తే ఎంత బాగుండేది. శ్రీచంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, శ్రీనరేంద్రమోడీగారు కూడ ఈపేడకళ్ళ విషయాన్ని ఎన్నికల ముందు ఎక్కడా చెప్పలేదు.

విశాఖపట్నాన్ని లాస్ ఏంజల్స్ చేస్తామని వాగ్దానం చేసింది ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ బిజెపి యేనా కాదా?? విశాఖను లాస్ ఏంజలిస్ చేయగల బిజెపి మహామాంత్రికులు, పరిసరాలను పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచేలా పంచాయితీలను, పురపాలకసంఘాలను, నడపలేరా? తగిన సమయంలో చెరువులను రిపేరు చేయించలేరా? మహాత్మాగాంధీ గ్రామీణ ఉపాధిపథకం నిధులున్నాయిగా?

శ్రీవారికి కేంద్రం పట్టణాభివృధ్ధి శాఖా మంత్రిగా కేంద్రం ఢిల్లీలో ఒక పెద్ద బంగళాను ఇస్తుంది. ఈబంగళా ముందు పేడకళ్ళను ఎవరు తీస్తున్నారు? అయ్యగారు కర్నాటక తరఫునరాజ్యసభకు ఎన్నికయి ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహిస్తున్నారు. కాబట్టి బెంగుళూరులో కూడ ఒకబంగళా ఉండి ఉండాలి. ఆబంగళా గేటు ముందు వీధిలోని పేడకళ్ళను ఎవరు తీస్తున్నారు. శ్రీమాన్ జీ కి హైదరాబాదులో కూడ ఒక బంగళా ఉండి ఉండవచ్చు. కెసీఆర్ దృష్టిలో శ్రీమాన్ వెంకయ్య నాయుడు గారు ఆంధ్రోడు కాబట్టి, ఆయన బంగళాముందు పేడకళ్ళను తీయవద్దని కెసీఆర్ ఆజ్ఞాపించకపోతే , అక్కడి పేడకళ్ళను కూడ మునిసిపల్ వారే తీస్తూ ఉండాలి. ఇన్ని బంగళాలముందు పేడకళ్ళను ప్రభుత్వం తీయించగలుగుతున్నపుడు, గ్రామ ప్రజల ఇళ్ళు చేసిన నేరమేమిటి?

పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు 10 సంవత్సరాల టాక్సు మినహాయింపు ఇస్తామని వాగ్దానం చేసింది ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ బిజేపీ యేకదా. సామాన్యుడు ఎండు మిరపకాయలు కొంటే, వాడి దగ్గర నాలుగు శాతం వ్యాట్ వసూలుచేసే ఈప్రభుత్వం పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలకు 10 సంవత్సరాలపాటు టాక్సు ను కట్టక్కరలేదు, అంటే ఉచితంగా ఇచ్చినట్లేకదా. అపుడు శ్రీమాన్ జీ వెంకయ్య నాయుడు గారికి పంచె మిగులుతుందా, పోతుందా?




సామాన్య ప్రజలు రూ. 3.5 కోట్ల ఖరీదు చేసే లంబార్డో కారు ఉచితంగా ఇప్పించమని అడుగుతున్నారా? ఎంపీలకు చేయిస్తున్నట్లుగా , ప్రత్యేక విమానాల్లో తీసుకెళ్ళి విదేశాల్లో సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ వైద్యం చేయించమని అడుగుతున్నారా? మంత్రులు, ఎంపీలు, ఉన్నతాధికారులు, మతప్రచారకులు, స్టార్లు, క్రికెటర్లు, ఘరానా లాయర్లు, ఘరానా డాక్టర్లు పోగు చేసుకున్న కిలోల కొద్దీ బంగారాన్ని తలా ఒక గ్రాము చొ|| ఉచితంగా పంచి పెట్టమని అడుగుతున్నారా? లేదే? ఇంకెందుకు నేతలకు పంచెలు ఊడిపోతాయి?

ప్రశ్న: మీరు అతిగా విమర్శిస్తున్నారు. ఈసమస్యను మీరు, మార్క్సిజంలో ఎలా పరిష్కరిస్తారో చెప్పండి.

జవాబు: అది సమస్య కానే కాదు. మార్క్సిజం లో ప్రజలకు అవసరమైనది ప్రతిదీ ఉచితమే. అవసరం లేని లంబార్డీ కార్లను, ప్రైవేటు జెట్లను, వ్యక్తిగత హెలికాప్టర్లను ఉత్పత్తి చేసే ప్రసక్తి లేనేలేదు. మార్కెట్ లో క్యాష్ ఉన్నవాడు, క్యాష్ ను భారీగా విసిరి పారేయటానికి సిధ్ధపడి, కొండమీద కోతి కావాలంటే, మార్కెట్ ఇకానమీ తెచ్చిస్తుంది. అలాంటి దైన్యం మార్క్సిజానికి ఎన్నటికీ ఉండదు.

మార్క్సిజాన్ని సరిగా అమలు చేయాలంటే ప్రైవేటు ప్రాపర్టీని రద్దు చేయక తప్పదు. ఉదాహరణకి ఒక సినిమా స్టూడియో యజమాని పుత్రుడు, సినిమా నిర్మాతగా, డిస్ట్రిబ్యూటర్ గా మారి, థియేటర్లను కాప్చర్ చేసి, తెలుగు సినీ సామ్రాజ్యాన్ని దున్నేసిందే కాక, ఇంకో స్టూడియోను సిధ్ధం చేసుకోవటానికి 3,000 ఎకరాల భూమి కొన్నాడంటే ఏమనాలి? అదే 3000 ఎకరాలను ప్రజలసంపదగా మారిస్తే, ప్రజలకు అన్నీ సమకూరవా? పంచెలు మిగిలే పరిస్థితి ఎందుకు వస్తుంది?

మార్క్సిజమూ, నియంతృత్వమూ ఒకటి కాదు. గతంలో రష్యా, ఈస్టు యూరప్, చైనా, క్యూబా, నార్త్ కొరియాలలో కమ్యూనిజం పేరుతో జనం నెత్తిన టోపీ పెట్టింది నియంతృత్వం. మార్క్సిజానికీ ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికీ వైరుధ్యం లేదు. మార్క్సిజం ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి అదనమే తప్ప, దానికి బదులుగా కాదు. Marxism is supplementary to democracy. मार्क्सवाद लोकतंत्र के लिए पूरक है. Marxism is not a substitute for democracy. मार्क्सवाद लोकतंत्र के लिए एक विकल्प नहीं है.

ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో, నేతలను అదుపులో పెట్టుకునే బాధ్యత ప్రజలకు ఉన్నట్లే, మార్క్సిజంలో కూడ ఆబాధ్యత ఉంటుంది. ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో ప్రస్తుతం ఇది సరిగా జరగకపోటానికి ముఖ్యకారణం, ప్రజలు పెట్టుబడిదారీ విధనానికి దాసులు కావటం. సరియైన వ్యక్తులను తమ ప్రతినిథులుగా ఎన్నుకోవాలనే తమ బాధ్యతను సరిగా నిర్వర్తించక పోవటం. ఎన్నికలకు ముందు చెప్పని విషయాలను తరువాత చెప్పటం, చెప్పిన విషయాలను ఏదో ఒక వంకతో నిర్వర్తించకపోవటాన్ని ప్రజలు ఒకసారి మన్నించి తిరిగి వారిని గెలిపిస్తే ఏదోలే ప్రజలు క్షమించారులే అనుకోవచ్చు. కానీ మరల మరల అవకాశాలు ఇచ్చుకుంటూ పోతుంటే, వంచించపడేది వాళ్ళే.

పిల్లికి చెలగాటం, ఎలుకకు ప్రాణ సంకటం అన్నట్లుగా నాయకుల నోటి దురద, గ్రాండియోస్ దురద, తయారయింది. గండిపేట మహానాడు ముగిసింది. మహానేత చంద్రబాబు గారి నోటి దురద కొంతమేరకు తీరింది. విరాళాలూ భారీగానే సమకూరాయి. ధర్మరాజుగారి మయసభలాగా గ్రాండియోస్ కోరిక కూడ తీరింది.

కానీ కోరికలు అగ్ని శిఖలలాంటివి. మనం నెయ్యి పోస్తున్నకొద్దీ అవి విజృంభిస్తాయి. చివరికి అవి మనల్నే కబళించినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరంలేదు.

ఇపుడు చంద్రబాబుగారి కోరిక ఏమిటంటే తన సామంతరాజ్య పట్టాభిషేక మహోత్సవం అంగరంగ వైభవంగా జరగాలి. దానికి మోడీ చక్రవర్తి హాజరు కావాలి. పాలెగాళ్ళు, పరివార జనం కైవారాలు చేయాలి.

నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ఎదురు స్థలంలో జూన్ 8 వ తారీకున తలపెట్టిన ఐదు లక్షల జనాన్ని పోగు చేస్తున్న పట్టాభిషేక మహోత్సవం కూడ ఈతరగతికి చెందినదే. అసలే కోతి, కల్లు తాగింది. నిప్పు తొక్కింది, అన్నట్లుగా చంద్రయ్యగారికి వెంకయ్య కూడా తోడయ్యాడు. ఇంక రాజు తలుచుకుంటేదెబ్బలకు కొదువనా అన్నట్లుగా పోలీసులు, కలెక్టర్లు, ఎస్ పీలు, ఏర్పాట్లు చేయలేక చస్తున్నారు. పాపం, ఈమధ్యనే నిద్రాహారాలు మానేసి ఎన్నికలను పూర్తిచేసి మన ప్రజాస్వామ్యరథాన్ని బాగానే ముందుకు తోసారు. ఇపుడు మరల ఎండలో చావాల్సి వస్తున్నది.

ఇపుడు పులి మీద పుట్రలా రాలీలు, సభలు. కుక్కలను తీసుకువెళ్ళి నేలను వాసన చూపించటం. గ్రౌండు చదును చేయించటం. చలువ పందిళ్ళు వేయించటం. శ్రీరామ పట్టాభిషేకం కోసం నాటి అయోధ్య పౌరులు, దశరధుడి మంత్రులు చేసిన హడావిడి కన్నా ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నది. దీనంతటికి కనీసం ఒక రెండు కోట్లు ఖర్చయినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనక్కరలేదు.

చివరికి నాయకుడు గారు ఏమి చెప్తాడు? వడ్లగింజలో బియ్యపు గింజ. విగుంతే ని సింగపూరు చేస్తాం. మెట్రోరైలు మీ ఇంటి ముందుకే వస్తుంది.

ఈలోగా విగుంతే రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారులు ఇదిగో పులి అంటే అదిగో తోకలాగా విగుంతే భూములను కొని పారేస్తున్నారు, అమ్మి పారేస్తున్నారు.

నాయకులు గారు తాము చెప్పదలుచుకున్న దానిని, ఒక ఏ 5 కాగితం పై అచ్చు వేయించి, పాల ప్యాకెట్ లను అందులో ర్యాప్ చేయిస్తే , వారు అందించ దలుచుకున్న సందేశం ప్రజలకు చేరుతుంది. కాక పోతే, ప్రజలలో పోయిన చదవటం అనే అలవాటును పునరుధ్ధరించటం ఎలా అనేదే కీలక ప్రశ్న అవుతుంది.
