Ms. Hillary Clinton or Mr. Donald Trump, Mr. Narendra Modi or Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu or Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, whichever pair fights, the victorious bosses enjoy shares of spoils and luxuries, and the people get injuries and death. It is the leaders who rampage the wealth of the losers. It is the people who become fools, though they may get some leftovers.

Context: Mahabharata's Kurukshetra war had ended. (covered by Volumes 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11). Millions is an exaggerated number. But thousands of soldiers, elephants, horses perished in the war.

Now, the time has come to share the spoils of the war i.e. the wealth which is left out. The Emperor YudhishThira alloted big buildings in the Capital Hastina pura, which were earlier occupied by Kaurava Princes,-- to Pandava Princes.

This verse in the Telugu prosody sIsam consisting of a main body consisting of four feet, and a supplementary verse of four feet, describes the palace of Suyodhana (derogatively referred to by priests and discoursers as dur-yOdhana).

bahu ratna maya ghana prAsAda manDapa = A complex of grand palaces, and canopies, embedded with precious stones.

dAsa dAsI janOd bhAsitambu = splendorously glowing with male and female servants (probably includes slaves).

tat tulya vaibhava = equivalent glories

tat adhika dhana dhAnya mukha vastu samcaya sukha karambu = greater than those glories, heaps and collections of abundant with comforts, treasures, food grains and pulses,

kinnara vallabha griha samAnatva mahA vibhUti sphuraNAncitambu = having attributes and glories equal to the Lord of Kinnaras (a Class of Demy Gods, symbolising prosperity),

sarva sampat sphUrti cAru vAmAkshI pracAra samSObhita sthala cayambu = having places filled with resplendent damsels moving within, glowing with all indicators of Great Wealth,

aina vAni rArAju illu anilajunaku = house having all these, the house of the King of Kings (i.e. SuyOdhana),

the Emperor YudhishThira gave to Bhima, the second Eldest among the PanDava Princes.

Tikkana seems to have been tired of describing the houses allotted to the Pandava Princes Arjuna, Nakula and Sahadeva. He, simply, completes the allotment process in short sentences. The third PanDava i.e. Arjuna got, the Palace of DussasEna (also called duSSAsana). The twins Nakula and SahadEva got , respectively the palaces of DurmarshaNa and Durmukha.

DussAsana is an important brother among the 100 Kaurava Brothers. He notoreity lies in trying to disrobe uni-robe clad Draupadi in DhritarAshTra's Open Court, after the YudhiShThira lost everything in a fraudulent game of Dice.

We have to write about Capital House of U.S.A., All India Palace Allotment Politics, and of course, the Capital Battles of Andhra Pradesh, shortly.

The bitter obnoxious fight which is going on between Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of the Residual Andhra Pradesh, and AP's elected Opposition Leader Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy of YSRCP, cannot be ignored, even by people of other States.

Just as the stakes in the PanDava - Kaurava Game of Dice, were of very large in magnitude, the Stakes in the Capital Politics of Andhra Pradesh are also extremely large, even by international currency exchange rates standards. This is because places like Shanghai, Las Vegas, Makao, Singapore, Hongkong, probably even London, Paris, Tokyo, and New York, are reaching their saturation levels, and there is an international need to spread tentacles into New FINANCIAL COLONIES (in the 17th and Centuries they were Imperial Colonies), to be built by Multi National Infrastructure Developers, of course with Indian Funds only, borrowing funds from Indian Banks, and of course, at the risk and responsibility of Indian Banks if the Constructions become NPAs, as the borrowing MNCs will be safe abroad, protected by foreign laws.

It is not that International Developers are not interested in Amaravati; the main hindrance seems to be the Kickbacks and Money Laundering needed to be negotiated into. The Greater and Greater, is the eagerness displayed by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the meagerer and the meagerer will be the pretended RELUCTANCE SHOWN BY OVERSEAS INVESTORS.

The trigger for this particular blog post has come from the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Session of 14th March 2016, how Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu tried to isolate and insult Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, because Mr. Naidu has numbers, the support of the biased Speaker Mr. Kodela Siva Prasada Rao, Ministers and MLAs who are his slaves.

The excess zeal shown by the Ministers and MLAs supporting Mr. Naidu, and the rude words used by Mr. Naidu, will boomrerang against him. It will increase the sympathy of people and voters towards Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, which Mr. Reddy does not deserve. The difference of votes between TDP and YSRCP in the 2014 Election was only 5,00,000. Fortunately or unfortunately, for the people of Andhra Pradesh, the votes of Mr. Reddy were concentrated only in few Districts instead of balanced dispersal along all the 13 Districts.

Note: I am not a supporter of Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, popularly known as Jagan.

Guntur City is reeling under water shortage today. गुंटूर शहर, पीने की पानी की कमी तीव्र रीती में बाधित हो रहा है। గుంటూరు నగరం తీవ్ర తాగునీటి కొరతతో బాధ పడుతున్నది. Though situated on the banks of the River Krishna, Vijayawada City (ONLY FOOLS will think that there is no water shortage in Vijayawada విజయవాడ నగరంలో నీటి కొరత లేదని కేవలం మూర్ఖులు మాత్రమే అనుకుంటారు.) too suffers from drinking water shortages in its outskirts. In many Apartment Complexes borewells have dried down, and the residents are experiencing shortage of water even for bathing and toilets. The influx of migrants from all the seventeen Districts of Residual Andhra Pradesh, (earlier the migrants used to flock to Hyderabad City) are now flooding Vijayawada and Guntur Cities.

Migrants from North Andhra Pradesh from Srikakulam to Krishna Districts try to settle down in Vijayawada. Migrants from Royala Seema and South Circar Districts try to settle down in Guntur City. Mangalagiri will become another migration point in near future. The cumulative effect of all these settlements is going to be drinking water shortage, and drying up of borewells for toilet waters. Govt. and Municipal Corporations can always taken an excuse, pointing out at this year's low rainfall, drought conditions, and drying up of Srisailam and Nagarjuna Sagar Reservoirs. That excuse is only partly true.

Predicting that water levels of Prakasam Barrage will fall so drastically, that drinking water will not flow with gravitation into Guntur Channel is not difficult. Arranging for pumping of water from Krishna River using Electric Motors should have been planned in advance, apart from getting additional drinking water released from Nagarjuna Sagar. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu now camps on the Southern Bank of the Krishna River. Yet he did not bother to caution the officials and guide them to fix the motors well in advance. He cannot bother because he is too busy with Japan, China, Singapore, Chambers of Commerce, Bauxite Mining, and what not.

In reality, KRISHNA RIVER can be compared to Colarado River in United States, in the sense that every drop of water in these rivers are used up so fully that there will only be mud and swamps left out. Consequently, as a tail-end Region Krishna-Guntur Area is going to suffer from great thirst. One additional factor which has assumed serious dimension is, now Krishna Guntur Region is going to be dependent on the mercy of KCR & Co. even for drinking water. Krishna River Water Distribution Authority can only pass orders. But the execution is to be done by the Engineers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. If the Engineers of Telangana do not co-operate, the Engineers from Andhra side cannot fight quarrel everyday.

The problem gets exacerbated because both KCR and CBN are cunning, secretive and vindictive persons. They howl at one another on one day and embrace one another on some other day. Now that, there is a bon homie between K Chandra Sekhara Rao and CB Naidu, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu may not seriously press KCR for release of drinking water to downstream villages and towns.

Predicting all these problems last year itself even before Capital of Andhra Pradesh was decided, I suggested in my numerous blog posts that, the new Capital of Residual Andhra Pradesh should be located at Nagarjuna Sagar South Bank, popularly called South Vijayapuri and its upstream Launch Boarding point to Nandi konda. If A.P. Capital is built on this barren land (free, forest waste land with thorny bushes and snake pits, with not much agriculture taking place), A.P. Capital could have drawn its drinking water from Nagarjuna Sagar Reservoir. Central Government would have easily permitted some 30 tmcs water to be drawn from Nagarjuna Sagar Reservoir upstream without depending on the Irrigation Canals or Power Generation Channels.

Today, for the existing population itself, Krishna River water is not adequate even for drinking needs of the two Cities. The Great Claimer of being a Great Builder Chandra Babu has projected that A.P. Capital City will have a population of 15 million (1.5 crore). If he is unable to supply drinking water for a population of about 1.5 million in Vijayavada and 1 million in Guntur, how is he going to arrange for drinking water for 15 million ? Of course he may not continue after 2019 ! Yet, whoever will be at helm of AP Capital, be it Lokesh or Jagan or Pawan Kalyan or Congress or Kiran Kumar's Party, are going to face a Herculean Problem. Wisdom lies in forecasting the forebodings, and initiate corrective action, meeting the risks half-way in advance. It is the dIrghadarSi method of living suggested in Indian Epic Mahabharata.



Even now, it is not too late. Better to shift the Capital of Andhra Pradesh to Upstream of South Vijayapuri and install pumps for drawing drinking water from Nagarjuna SAgar Reservoir for the requirements of AP's Capital. As there is no shortage of waste land in that area southwards upto Donakonda, Eastwards upto Macharla, Govt. can get rid of all the Headaches of Land Pooling for Capital. Straightaway, the Govt. can return all the LPS lands to the respective farmers and just apologise to them, for whatever has happened.

If Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is secretly indebted to Chinese / Japanese / Singaporean / South Korean / ... Corporates, he can still ask them to compete for building a Capital at Nagarjuna Sagar. Of course, all of them will shy away, because they want to induct the Citizens of Vijayawada - Guntur - Tenali into Gambling Dens and Licensed Prostitution Houses they are going to build, with liberal freehold and lease lands from Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. If they want to go back, they can be allowed to go back. We can then build our own Capital with indigenous resources.

From what Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu tells everyday and what he does regularly, we have to infer that he is hell-bent on and hopeful of getting some dirty money from Singapore. It seems he want to build another Makav in India. It will be better, if people try to gauge his goals.

Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu pompously conducted a site-worship ceremony at Mandadam village, for construction of State Capital to the Residual Andhra Pradesh. This seems to be a family affair, participated only by his caste persons.

आंध्र प्रदेश मुख्य मंत्रि श्री चंद्रबाबु नायुडु से, अति आडंबरपूर्ण ढंग से मंदडं गाँव मे , राजधानी निर्माण के लिये किया हुआ भूमि पूजा , एक कूटुंब व्यवहार के जैसा दिख रहा है।  उन के रिस्तेदार, जाती, वर्ग, गोत्र के लोगों के लिये उद्देशित व्यवहार दिख रहा है।  अन्य लोगों से कुछ तालूक नहीं है क्या ?

Since the ceremony was conducted with State funds, people expect that all the MLAs, MLCs, MPs, Government employees and Officers, people, other stakeholders will be invited with proper courtesies. This does not appear to be the case.

इस  औपचारिक समारंभ, राज्य के धन राशी खर्च पर, किया हुआ है।  अतः, लोग आशा करते है कि, सभी विधान सभा समस्य, विधान मंडल सदस्य, संसद सदस्य, सरकारी कर्मचारी-अधिकारी, नागरिक, हित धारक, श्रेयोभिलाषी , सभी को सही ढंग में आह्वान भेज कर, उन के मंगळकर सान्निथ्य में इस कार्यक्रम को माननीय पध्धती में सफल करना चाहिए।  परन्तु, ऐसा हुआ नहीं दिख रहा है।

ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఖర్చుతో నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు కాబట్టి, ప్రజలు ఆశించేది ఏమిటంటే శాసన సభ్యులనందరిని, శాసనమండలి సభ్యులనందరిని, పార్లమెంటు సభ్యులనందరిని, ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులను, అధికారులను, ప్రజా బాహుళ్యాన్ని, ఇతర స్టేక్ హోల్డర్లను, అందరిని సరియైన తూతూ మంత్రంగా కాకుండా సరియైన పధ్ధతిలో ఆహ్వానించాలి. కానీ అలా జరిగినట్లు కనిపించటంలేదు.

430 Who is complicating the matters? Leaders or the Farmers?

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Urban Development Minister, is reported to have said toa delegation of farmers, led by Krishna Delta Parirakshana Samithi leader Kolanukonda Sivaji and Rayapudi farmers' leader Mallela Seshagiri Rao, who came to submit a representation to him.

"...It is up to you. The capital will go to Nuzvidu area if you keep on complicating the issue...  "

This is nothing but blackmailing of the farmers who approached him for relief.  This is nothing but an indirect threat.  Who has really complicated the Capital issue?  It is the duo of Naidus i.e. Chandra Babu and Venkaiah. 

अपने पास उपशमन के लिये आए हुए किसानों को ब्लाकमैल करने से यह कम नहीं है।  उपशमन नहीं दे सकना अलग बात है, धमकना अलग बात है।  यह परोक्ष रीती में भयादोहन करना ही है।  राजधानी समस्या को कौन संक्लिष्ट कर रहा है. ?  किसान ?  या नायुडू द्वयम-- चंद्रबाबु और वॆंकय्या ?


ఇది రైతులను బెదిరించటం, పరోక్షంగా బ్లాక్ మెయిల్ చేయటం తప్ప మరేమీ కాదు.  ఉపశమనం కోరుతున్న రైతులకు ఉపశమనం కలిగించలేక పోతే, అదే మృదువుగా చెప్ప వచ్చు.  బెదిరించాల్సిన అవసరం, రాజధాని నూజివీడుకో ఇంకో చోటికో వెళ్తుంది అని భయపెట్టాల్సిన పనిలేదు. 

ప్రజలకి కావాల్సింది తిండి, బట్ట, ఉండటానికి చిన్న గూడు, విద్య, వైద్యం.  దీనికి రాజధానికీ సంబంధం ఏముంది ?  వెంకయ్యగారు,  ఎవరో సంక్లిష్టం చేయకండి అని రైతులను అన్నారు.  సంక్లిష్టం చేస్తున్నది ఎవరు ?  భూములను కోల్పోబోతున్న రైతులా  ? (వాళ్ళను రబీ పంట వేసుకోవద్దని ప్రభుత్వం అన్నది).  సంక్లిష్టం చేస్తున్నది నాయుడు ద్వయం, చంద్రయ్య, వెంకయ్య.  వీళ్ళిద్దరికి, ఆజగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి వోట్లేసి, ప్రజలు తమ తలలను తామే నరుక్కున్నట్లయింది.

In the first instance itself, they should have chosen a place, where Government land is available aplenty (I have suggested South Vijayapuri -South bank of Nagarjunasagar Dam for the purpose).  They should have started with small sheds for locating the State Capital.  They should have decentralised all State level directorates across the 13 District Headquarters and easily accessible towns on Highways, though they may not be District Headquarters.

प्रथम दशा में ही पालक वर्ग, उस जगह को चुनना था, जहाँ सरकारी भूमी, अटवी वेस्ट भूमी पुष्कल मिलेगा  ?  उन लोग जाकर गुंटूर, विजयवाडा शहरों को सब्जी, फल, आहार, पुष्प देने वाले स्थान में कांक्रीट जंगिल बनाने के लिये, किसानों के भूमी लेने के लिये उन को सता रहे हैं।  और किसानों को धमक रहे हैं  ? 

ప్రథమ దశలోనే వాళ్ళిద్దరూ, ప్రభుత్వ భూమి, అటవీ భూమి పుష్కలంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాన్ని రాజధానిగా ఎంపిక చేసుకుని ఉండాల్సింది.  పోయిపోయి వ్యవసాయంగా అభివృధ్ధి చెంది గుంటూరు, విజయవాడ నగరాలకు కూరలు, పండ్లు, పుష్పాలను, ఆహార పదార్ధాలను అందించే చోట కాంక్రీట్ అడవులను నిర్మిస్తామనటం ఎందుకు ?  ఇప్పటికే రబీ పంట వేసుకోవద్దని సలహా కూడ ఇచ్చారు.


(దీనికి నేను ఒక ఉదాహరణగా,  దక్షిణ విజయపురి నాగార్జున సాగర్ ప్రాజెక్టు కృష్ణానది దక్షిణ తీరాన్ని నేను సూచించి ఉన్నాను.  భూమి కొరత నీటికొరత ఉండని ప్రదేశం.  రాష్ట్రస్థాయి కార్యాలయాలనన్నిటినీ ౧౩ జిల్లాలలోనూ ఒక్కో జిల్లాకు రెండు మూడు శాఖల చొప్పున కేంద్రీకరించుకోవాలనీ ఒక పరిష్కారాన్ని సూచించాను.    శివరామకృష్ణన్ కమీటీ కూడ ఇంచుమించుగా ఇలాటి సలహానే ఇచ్చింది.). 

అంతే కాక, భవిష్యత్ ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగా ఉత్తరాంధ్ర , దక్షిణాంధ్ర, రాయలసీమ మూడు చిన్నరాష్ట్రాల కొరకు కృషి చేసుకోవాలని కూడ వ్రాసుకున్నాము.

ఇదంతా ప్రజల కర్మ. డబ్బులు తీసుకొని వోట్లు వేసినందుకు ప్రజలకు వివిధ పధ్ధతులలో క్షవర కల్యాణం తప్పదు.

C.R.D.A. (Capital Region Development Authority) of Andhra Pradesh State, Commissioner Mr. Srikanth Nagulapalli is reported to have said:

The standing crops would be final as per the land-pooling orders and no new crop would be allowed.
The farmers would be allowed to harvest the standing crops in all the identified 30,000 acres spread over 29 villages. The CRDA would complete the target of pooling the 30,000 acres of land within the scheduled time of February 6.

30,000 acres.  Assuming that a farmer can produce an average of 10 quintals per acre (Actually output will be more), even in a single cropping scenario, for 30,000 acres, the output will come to 300,000 quintals or 30,000,000 kilos (thirty million kilos).  From now onwards, A.P. will not get this output.

What a shameful waste!  Chandra Babu Naidu is ditching agriculture, for reasons known only to him.  From the very beginning, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu evinced scant concern or respect for agriculture.

౧. ప్రతి రెండేళ్ళకు కర్నూలు, విశాఖ, వి-గుం-తె, కర్నూలు మధ్య రాజధానిని రొటేట్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ప్రస్తుతం కాశ్మీరులో ఎండకాలం రాజధాని శ్రీనగర్ లోను, చలికాలం రాజధాని జమ్ములోను పెట్టుకుంటు ప్రతి ఆరునెలలకు ఒకసారి దస్త్రాలను తరలించుకు పోతున్నారు. మంచుకొండలలోనే వారు ప్రతి ఆరు నెలలకొకసారి వారా పని చేయగలుగుతున్నపుడు మనం రెండేళ్ళకొకసారి తరలించుకు వెళ్ళలేమా. గవర్నర్ కు తాను ఎక్కడ కావాలంటే అక్కడ ఉండే స్వేఛ్ఛనివ్వ వచ్చు. ఎందుకంటే ఆయన కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ బంట్రోతు కాబట్టి ఆయన రాజభవన్ ఎక్కడుండాలో కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం, ఆయన నిర్ణయించుకుంటారు. హైకోర్టు విషయంలో ఒక మెయిన్ హైకోర్టు, రెండు బెంచీలు సంపాదించుకో గలిగితే బాగుంటుంది. మెయిన్ హైకోర్టు ఎక్కడుండాలా అనే విషయాన్ని సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు వదలి వేయవచ్చు.

2018, 2019 క్యాలండర్ సంవత్సరాలు: 2018 జనవరి నుండి 2019 డిసెంబర్ వరకు: రాయలసీమ నేత ముఖ్యమంత్రి. ఏపార్టీ గెలిచినా ఏరియా రిజర్వేషన్ ను మరచి పోరాదు.

ఈ ఏరియా రిజర్వేషన్ లలోనే బీసీ, ఎస్ సీ, ఎస్ టీ లకు కూడ కొంత రిజర్వేషను చేసుకోవచ్చు.

మంత్రి పదవుల పంపిణీ

రాష్ట్రానికి గరిష్ఠంగా ౩0 మంది మంత్రులు ఉండవచ్చు అనుకుంటే ప్రతి ప్రాంతానికీ పది చొప్పున. ప్రతి ప్రాంతంలో బీసీ, ఎస్ సీ, ఏస్ టీ రిజర్వేషన్ లను మరువరాదు.

శాఖల కేటాయింపులు

శాఖలను ప్రాధాన్యతలు బట్టి A,B,C లుగా వర్గీకరించుకోవాలి. ఉదా: మొత్తం ౩0 శాఖలలో 9 A కేటగిరి శాఖలు, 9 B కేటగిరి శాఖలు, 12 సీ కేటగిరి శాఖలు ఉన్నాయనుకుందాం.
రాయలసీమ: ౩A, 3B, 4C శాఖలు పొందుతుంది. ఈ శాఖల సెట్ ను గులాబి అందాం.

Mr. Kishore Chandra Dev is Union Cabinet Minister for Tribal Welfare and Panchayat Raj, in 2009-14 UPA2 Government. He is from the State of United Andhra Pradesh. He wanted Capital of Residual Andhra Pradesh, to be located at Visakhapatnam City, which is near to his Constituency, "Araku". According to him, the Capital of a State need not be in the Centre of its territory, geographically. This idea does not appear to be correct. But our Minister is an intelligent person. కేంద్ర మంత్రి కిషోర్ చంద్రదేవ్ గారు తమ లేఖలో ప్రస్తావించారని చెప్పబడుతున్న రెండు మూడు విషయాలు మనం తప్పక చర్చించ వలసినవి:--

సీమాంధ్రుల మధ్య అత్యంత కలహకారకమైనది: రాజధాని ఎక్కడ అనే ప్రశ్న.

కిషోర్ చంద్రదేవ్ గారి ప్రకారం రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని రాష్ట్రం మధ్యలో ఉండనవసరం లేదు. ఈభావం సరి యైనది కాదు. రాష్ట్ర రాజధానులైనా, దేశరాజధానులైనా, వీలైనంత వరకు, భౌగోళికంగా మధ్యలో ఉండి, రవాణా సౌకర్యాల కలిగి ఉండాలి.

ఎందుకంటే సామాన్య ప్రజలకు కార్లు, హెలికాప్టర్లు అందుబాటులో ఉండవు. వారు బస్సుల్లో, రైళ్ళల్లో తిరగాలి. వీలైనంత వరకు రాజధానిలో అదేరోజు పనిని పూర్తి చేసుకొని రాత్రి 11 గంటలలోపున కనీసం తన స్వంత మండల కేంద్రానికి వచ్చిపడి, అక్కడ ఏమడత మంచమో అద్దెకు తీసుకొని తెల్లారి లేచి తన పొలం లోకి పనికి వెళ్ళ గలగాలి. గ్రామీణులు, నగరాల్లో హోటళ్ళగదుల కిరాయిలను భరించ లేరు.

అనంతపురం వారికి విశాఖ షుమారు 700 km. వారు నల్లమల అడవులలో బడి విశాఖ వెళ్ళేదెలా, తిరిగి వచ్చేదెలా. అందు వల్ల రాయలసీమ ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం తప్పనిసరి.

కేంద్ర మంత్రిణిలు పురందరేశ్వరి, పనబాక లక్ష్మి మొ|| విజయవాడ, గుంటూరు మధ్య రాజధాని పాట అందుకున్నారు. గుంటూరు విజయవాడ నగరాలు ఇప్పటికే అతిగా పెరిగి భూకబ్జాలకు అడ్డాలుగా మారాయి. ఇంక అక్కడ రాజధానిని నెలకొల్పితే, ఆహా సొగసు చూడతరమా!

ఒంగోలు లో కూడా భూధంధాలు మొదలయ్యాయి.

కర్నూలును మొత్తం సీమాంధ్ర రాజధానిగా పెట్టటంలోనూ రెండు ప్రధాన సమస్యలు వస్తాయి.

మొదటిది. గుంటూరు కర్నూలు రోడ్, రైలుమార్గం దుస్థితి.

రెండవది. కర్నూలు లోకి కోస్తాంధ్రుల వలసలు తప్పదు. దీనికి తట్టుకోలేక రాయలసీమ ప్రజలు కూడా భవిష్యత్ లో ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రాన్ని కోరవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఆ పనేదో ఇప్పుడు చేయటం లాభం. క్రొత్త రాష్ట్రాలను ఏర్పాటు చేయటం, రాష్ట్రాలను విడదీయటం అనేది రోజూ జరగవు. 10 ఏళ్ళకో, 25 ఏళ్ళకో గానీ ఆఅవకాశాలు రావు. ముద్దొచ్చినప్పుడే చంకకెక్కాలి. వీలైనన్ని ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రాలను రాబట్టుకోవాలి. వీలైనన్ని ప్రత్యేక ప్యాకేజీలను, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థలను రాబట్టుకోవాలి.

ఒక చివర ఉండటాన విశాఖ కోస్తాంధ్ర మొత్తం రాష్ట్రానికి రాజధానిగా పనికి రాదు. అలాగని మనం ఉత్తరాంధ్ర వారి న్యాయపూరితమైన కోరికలను త్రోసిపారేయకూడదు. విశాఖ, విజయనగరం, అనకాపల్లి, రాజమండ్రి, వంటి ప్రదేశాలు కేంద్రంగా ఉత్తరాంధ్ర ప్రత్యేక రాష్ట్రం గా అవతరించటం అభిలషణీయం.

ఒంగోలు కేంద్రంగా దక్షిణాంధ్ర కూడ వాంఛనీయమే.

పెద్ద నగరాలు ఉగ్రవాద పేలుళ్ళకు స్థావరాలుగా మారుతున్న విషయం మనకు ఆఖరు సారిగా పాట్నా గాంధి మైదానం పేలుళ్ళు రుచితో తెలిసింది. కేంద్రం ఇంటెలిజెన్సు సమాచారం పంపించామంటుంది. రాష్ట్రాలు అందలేదంటాయి. 15 లక్షలు జనాభా దాటిన నగరాల నన్నిటిని కేంద్రం తన అధీనంలోకి తీసుకొని, ప్రత్యేక పోలీసు, నిఘా, దర్యాప్తు సంస్థలను ఏర్పరుచు కోవటం అవసరం. ఈవిధానంలో భాగంగా, హైదరాబాదును UT గా మార్చి తెలంగాణాకు వరంగల్ లేక సంగారెడ్డి లను రాజధానిగా పెట్తే, నగర వివాదం పరిష్కారం అవుతుంది.

రాష్ట్రాన్ని పలు చిన్నరాష్ట్రాలుగా విభజించే విషయాన్ని నేను సీమాంధ్ర ఎంపీలు పలువురికి ఈమెయిళ్ళుగా పంపాను. దురదృష్ట వశాత్తు వారినుండి ఏ స్పందనా లేదు.

చిన్న రాష్ట్రాలను ఏర్పరచేటపుడు, కనీస వైశాల్యం, కనీస జనాభా ఎంతఉండాలి అనే విషయాలపై శాస్త్రీయ అధ్యయనాలు అవసరం.

తెలుగు వాళ్ళకు ఇంకో 50 సంవత్సరాల అశాంతి పొంచి ఉన్నట్లే కనిపిస్తుంది. ఇదంతా చెన్నారెడ్డి, ఇందిర, సోనియా, కెసీఆర్, రాజశేఖర్, జగన్, బాబు, చిరు , వంటి నేతల స్వార్ధ రాజకీయాల ఫలితమే కాదా?
