A Nation or a Province / Prefecture / State / County which wastes its resources can never prosper.

Most States in India are extremely impoverished, where people can never LIVE nor can DIE. It is an existence of bondage, misery, starvation and suffering. Yet, people in India never feel sad about their deprivation.

Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, in India, has last month spent nearly Rs. 25 billion (Rs. 2,500 crore), on a River Water Festival called 'krishNa pushkarAlu', a twelve year bathing ritual in the River Krishna. Though some of the amount was spent on Public Works on the River Banks, such as for restoring ghats (rows of stairs), etc. , much of the amount was wasted. A rich country like Australia, Canada, Denmark or Norway-Sweden, does it, we need not grudge.

To understand the condition of poor in India, one or two examples of August 2016 will serve as a live demonstration:

Residual Andhra Pradesh does not lag behind in this type of live examples. Mostly, they do not get reported, because Media in Andhra Pradesh are engaged in blowing trumpets to the Ruling Party, with a hope that the Government will allocate them a few thousand yards/few acres of land in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region. There is an exception, Sakshi TV Channel, and Sakshi Telugu Daily. But, they are on the other extremity. Their promoters themselves are facing CBI Investigation for massive corruption.

According to News Reports Residual Andhra Pradesh State Government has sought permission of Government of India , for seeking a World Bank Loan of Rs. 7,000 crore (Rs. 70 billion or nearly $1.2 billion). But it appears that the Central Government has permitted Govt. of A.P., to apply only for Rs. 3,500 crore ($600 million).

Mr. Narendra Modi's Generosity to Vietnam

During his recent visit to Vietnam, the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi is reported to have offered a loan of $500 million to Vietnam, as a friendly gesture. Vietnam has long back parted away from the path of Communism. Its citizens, a la the Citizens of India, have developed / are getting trained in Western habits of Conspicuous Consumption, such as eating MCDowels Foods, as if they are fed up with local foods.

Had Mr. Narendra Modi given this $500 million to Residual Andhra Pradesh, and carefully monitored the proper end use of funds, by opening an escrow account with Reserve Bank of India, to be operated jointly by the Central and State Governments, there will not have been, any need for Andhra Pradesh to run to World Bank.

India and China seem to be suffering from a misconception that Nations can be tempted to join their bandwagon by offering loans. China and India seem to be competing with one another. China's situation is different. India's situation is different. India does not have a strong BOT, BOP. India is not a strong Nation in Exports of Goods. It has already fallen in a foreign investment trap (just like external debt trap). It is temporarily enjoying peace of mind, owing to depressed crude prices. Once the OPEC countries resolve their disputes and start curtailing Oil production, and the Oil pricees firm up, India will again run into difficulties.

Nobody knows, what were the hidden considerations which went into the deal. Now, one Shri Pacha Muttu, the Promoter of that SRM University is facing probe in Tamil Nadu for collecting nearly a billion Rupees promising Medical Seats.

683 Part 1 of : Government of India and Supreme Court should intervene suo motu in the Capital Land Scams of Residual Andhra Pradesh

There is a proverb in Telugu language. "oka donganu maroka donga tElikagA paTTukunTADu". English: "A thief can be caught by another thief easiy". Hence, there is no wonder that YSRCP Founder and President Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and his pocket Newspaper "Sakshi" and TV Channel "Sakshi", 'cooed' some truths sweetly, and 'cawed' in an exaggerated manner. This land-grab kite was sent into AIR by Jagan to counter the "AyAram gAyaRAm" Campaign of launched by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, to desert YSRC Party. But Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu seems to have a sharper and stronger mAnzA (special thread for flying kites, and cutting enemy kites, twined with glass dust, glued together effectively), and he is manipulating his kites mercilessly, like a Machiavelli.

The "Ayaram gAyARAm" Campaign originally Jagan seems to have wanted to switch on by buying some 30 TDP MLAs, probably with the blessings of a Visakha Swamiji. The famous GirISam dialogue of KanyA Sulkam drama of Late Gurajada Appa Rao, "dAmn it, katha aDDam tirigindi !" flashed in the sky. The Telugu dialogue means: "Let it be damned (in disappointment and exasperation). The story has turned upside down or topsy-turvy". (Plans have gone haywire). Jagan's position became like that of Boris Spassky against Bobby Fischer, the Chess Legend. Before Jagan could say "Check", Mr. Naidu "checked" him.

This initially sent Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh into a defensive shell. Later, true to his nature, Mr. Naidu launched a counter-offensive by giving some statistics, and by threatening the Sakshi Media. There are, now, hounds on both sides, barking at one another ferociously.

There is another proverb in Telugu. "nippu lEnidE poga rAdu". English: Smoke will not emerge, unless there is a fire at the spot". The "insider trading" indulged in by the benamis of Mr. Narayana may not be 3,129 acres as reported by SAkshi, but the extent of benami lands purchsaed are to be investigated by an independent Agency like CBI, or a Sitting Judge of Supreme Court. Considering the magnitude of the allegation, the Government of India, should have intervened "suo motu". But they have not done it, nor will they do, unless Mr. Naidu revolts against Mr. Narendra Modi. At present, the hands of Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Amit Shaw are full with elections in Five States.

The case is also fit enough for Supreme Court to intervene "suo motu" and order a Sitting Judge Inquiry or appoint a Special Investigation Team. One gets an impression that after staying the National Judicial Appointments Commission, the Supreme Court seems to have mellowed down. It seems to be adopting a slow and steady middle path.

The battles which are going on between Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, are just the squirmishes between two bourgeoisie parties. In Telugu language, there is a proverb: "pilli pOru, pilli pOru, kOti tIrcinaTlu". English: "Like a monkey adjudging the wrangling of the two cats (for a piece of bread)". When two cats were fighting for a bread, a monkey came in between them, offered to adjudicate their dispute, brought a balance (weighing scales) to weigh and divide the bread equally. Every time the monkey found that a pan of the scales was heavier, and to cut the bigger piece it started eating a part of it. The monkey continued the process till it could eat the entire bread.

Now, the whole thing, i.e. the scam of billions of Rupees, might have gone to the notice of All India Rulers. We have to see, whether the All India Rulers are going to allow the cats to fight between themselves? No. They may want their own pound of flesh. We have to wait and see.



"What is wrong in purchasing lands?" looks like an innocent Statement, but it is not. But it is not innocent, at least when it is spoken by self-claiming "Efficient" Chief Minister. Reasons:

1. Land is very scarce in India. It is extremely scarce in the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh. People, unable to purchase a 100 sq. yards or 60 sq. yds. piece of a house site in Vijayawada are living on hill-tops by raising huts. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu claims that he walked every inch of Andhra Pradesh. But, why then, didn't he climb the Gundadala or Tadepalli Hills to understand the gravity of the scarcity of house sites! He can go to any Canal Bund in Vijayawada, Mr. Naidu will see huts amidst garbage and mosquitoes, and dirty waters of the Canals.

2. In 1953 when Andhra State was separated from the Composite Madras State, and Capital was formed at Kurnool, the Speculators went on a land buying spree. But the then Government was said to have halted all Registrations till Speculation was brought under control in Kurnool. On the other hand, we now see, the Residual Andhra Pradesh Government is itself encouraging land speculation.

3. It is the responsibility of any Civilised Government to ensure that income and wealth disparities are eradicated, and at least prevent birth of new equalities. When an acre costing Rs. 1 million becomes Rs. 15 million in just five months, and if a person becomes a nouveau riche (Telugu for this: naDa mantrapu siri नड मंत्रपु सिरि నడ మంత్రపు సిరి) while sleeping in his bed, what should we call this? And then, the Government itself encourages land grabbers to buy land from innocent farmers, without disclosing full information, threatening them, what should we call it? For this type of robberies encouraged by our TDP rulers, if they themselves have not participated in it (sins of Rajasekhara REddy and Jagan should be viewed separately, because the Courts, Enforcement Directorate, CBI are looking into them), should open the eyes of the Telugu People !

The land scams in A.P. Capital Region of Amaravati, have generated huge sums of black unaccounted money, which INdian Income Tax Department may, never be able to trace, before it is too late. Some of the money, might have even been cyphoned of to London, Singapore, Caveman Islands, what not.

The people whose lands have appreciated 15 times, and those who have sold at least one acre of that, are going on a binge of spending. This is the reaon for huge purchases in gold, luxury cars, apartments, bikes, note counting machines, ready made garments. This is the reason for the birth of new Malls in Vijayawada and Guntur. House Rents have gone up in Vijayawada and Guntur (Mr. Naidu himself appealed to House owners of Vijayawada to reduce rents).

Whether he is corrupt or not, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu has done great dis-service to the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh. This truth will not change, even if Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu succeeds in raising some mansions in Amaravathi, with the help of Foreign Capitalists. This truth will not change even if Mr. Naidu attracts some industries to the State. Guntur- Vijayawada Region has already lost crops worth at least Rs. 3 billion per annum, owing to conversion of fertile fields into barren house sites, besides great damage done to the Environment.

4. If TDP Supremo and his sons, their cronies are innocent, Okay. Let them invite a CBI investigation or a Supreme Court Sitting Judge Inquiry Commission. If there is any effective and REsponsible Central Government and Supreme Court in India, they have to act suo motu.

Around 1992 the suffering women of Andhra Pradesh participated in a big movement for enforcing "Prohibition in Andhra Pradesh". Late Shri N.T. Rama Rao, who was out of power at that time promised "Prohibition" and recaptured his power. Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, his younger son in law sabotaged him and became Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh. He ditched the PROHIBITION in 1997, saying that State was in financial difficulties.

Does Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu know the sufferings of mothers and wives, children of alcoholics? Alcoholic husbands beat their wives every day and kill them when money is not given for liquor. Alcoholic sons beat their mothers everyday and murder them when money is not given every day. Alcoholic fathers beat adolescent children everyday and send them as child laborers and bonded laborers, borrowing money from unscrupulous money lenders. Alcoholic fathers take advance moneys from householders in cities like Hyderabad, offering their minor children as domestic workers in the homes of Government Officials, Industrialists, Professionals, politicians etc.

Why does Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu need suggestions from rickshaw pullers? He can disguise himself, go to some homes of Government Officials, Industrialists, Professionals, politicians etc. and see for himself, how children are beaten, branded with hot rods, sexually abused.

Which rickshaw puller Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu consult, before deciding that Amaravati should be Capital of Residual Andhra Pradesh !!! Which rickshaw-puller or auto driver did he consult, before threatening the farmers of Amaravati villages that their lands will be acquired forcibly and make them to fall in the trap of Land Pooling, by creating false hopes in their minds about Amaravati as a future Singapore? Which rickshaw puller or auto driver did he seek good suggestion from, before handing over the preparation of Master plan of Amaravati to Singapore firms? Knowingly or unknowingly he has created a big Real Estate Scam in Amaravati Capital Region involving billions of Rupees.

What is a good suggestion in his view?

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is not leaving even poor children of Government Schools. His Government is reported to have instructed the Headmasters and Teachers to collect Rs. 10 from each pupil, as contribution for construction of the New Capital of the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh.

As a result, in India, at Central level the Prime Minister, and at the level of States, Chief Ministers have become virtual, effective dictators. Though President / Governors administer oath(s) to the Ministers, he-she is regarded as a rubber-stamp in the hands of P.M., though President of India, unlike the British Queen, is elected by a larger electorate consisting both of Parliament and the State Assemblies. British Queen's assension to throne is hereditary. In true sense, she is not a representative of democracy. Over Centuries of British history, there were conflicts between monarchs and the Parliaments & Prime Ministers. For establishing the de facto supremacy of the Parliament & PM and his Cabinet, over the British monarchs, British Queens and Kings had to become decorative Heads of State. There should be no need for Indian Presidents to be compliant and submissive to the Prime Minister & his-her Cabinet, as much as the British Monarchs. As Governors of States are just appointees and not elected by any Constituency, they cannot have this advantage.

However, in respect of Governors, the situation is somewhat different. Governors are not elected by people. They are like Clerks. Actually, it should be the otherway round. M.L.As elect the CM (unanimity which we commonly see in the elctions of Indian Prime Ministers, State Chief Ministers, is bogus.). M.L.A. vote in No Confidence Motions (No Confidence Motions in India, rarely reach voting Stage). C.M. is only a representative of all the M.L.A.s in the Assembly, at least theoretically. Hence, it should be M.L.A.s who should evaluate the performance of the Chief Minister they elected earlier, and decide whether to continue him or not, or decide on whether a new leader is to be elected and Governor and Speaker Assembly informed accordingly.

In Telugu language (my mother tongue), ther is a proverb. "kukka tOkanu ADistundA, lEka tOka kukkan ADistunda?". Approx. English purport: Whether a dog wags its tail? Or a tail wags the dog? Everybody knows that it is the dog which has got to wag its tail, and not vice versa. But the M.L.A.s of Residual Andhra Pradesh do not know. They allow themselves to be evaluated by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, as if they were students and Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is their teacher.

The poet of SumatI Satakam (100 verses addressed to a noble-minded person), Baddena belonged to Kakatiya period which ruled Telangana State and Residual Andhra Pradesh during 12th to 14th Centuries CE.

Baddena's views might have been true, in the context of the Kakatiya period. It is said that the last ruler of Kakatiya dynasty, Pratapa Rudra-2 lost his war with invading Turkish-Muslims, only because his Velama caste army chieftains and Reddy caste army chieftains did not come forward unitedly, at the same time to fight on his behalf. Consequently, the Turkish-Muslim invaders vanquished him. While he was being taken as a prisoner to Delhi, while crossing the Narmada river in a boat, he was said to have jumped from the boat and committed suicide. That was, in spite of his having a very large army of 900,000 soldiers (this number may be a hyperbole, exaggeration), but, definitely, he had a large army. Orgugal (present Warangal) and its surroundings might not have had a large population base to facilitate recruit an army of 900,000 soldiers. Anyway, lack of friendship among the landed and warring castes Velama and Reddys of those days, might have been one of the reasons for the downfall of PR-2.

Flat generalisations can be dangerous. We cannot determine quality(ies) of friendships, on the basis of castes of friends). Unbelievability and unreliability of "friendship" we cannot attribute to any single caste, be it Velama caste or some other caste.

We shall take the example of the friendship of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, a top TDP leader for about 32 years, CM for about 10 years, and Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao his trusted friend for at least 17 years i.e. 1983 to 2001. Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao was a member of Mr. Naidu's Cabinet. According to Mr. Naidu's side, Mr. KCR was dissatisfied and disgruntled after Mr. Naidu failed to accommodate him in the Cabinet, at some point, and offered him only Dy. Speakership. Mr. Naidu and Mr. KCR were good friends when they along with others, backstabbed Late Mr. N.T. Rama Rao and ousted him from his CM post in a very insulting manner.

Readers know the castes of Mr. CBN and Mr. KCR. Mr. Naidu, it is said, belongs to Kamma Caste. There is an impression that Kamma caste dominates the politics of the Residual Andhra Pradesh. Mr. KCR belongs to Velama Caste. In Telangana State, the top two dominate castes are said to be: Velama and Reddy.

If we apply the yardstick of "unreliable" quality of friendship between Mr. Naidu and Mr. KCR, what should be the deduction? Friendship with a Velama friend is unreliable? Conversely (Vice Versa) Friendship with a Kamma friend is unreliable?

Or can we apply the Marxist methods? Friendship between/among bourgeoisie persons is not reliable.. How about friendship between one bourgeoisie person and a working class person? How about friendship between two working class persons?

English Gist in Roman Script The poet has used the example of milk and water, to depict an exemplary friendshp. Milk gave shared its qualities with water, when water was added to it. Water got anxious when milk started suffering (when heated). Water entered fire, unable to bear the agony of its friend milk. The Sanskrit poet Bhartruhari, Telugu translator Enugu LakshmaNa kavi compare the friendship between wicked persons, with shadows of morning. Morning shadows will be long initially. They gradually shorten and by noon, they become zero.

On the other hand, friendship between virtuous persons is compared to Afternoon-shadows. At noon, shadows will be zero. They gradually elongate and optimise by evening.

Now how should we compare the friendships of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. KCR. Are they virtuous? Are they wicked? Back to Baddena's Sumati Satakam

Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu pompously conducted a site-worship ceremony at Mandadam village, for construction of State Capital to the Residual Andhra Pradesh. This seems to be a family affair, participated only by his caste persons.

Since the ceremony was conducted with State funds, people expect that all the MLAs, MLCs, MPs, Government employees and Officers, people, other stakeholders will be invited with proper courtesies. This does not appear to be the case.

इस  औपचारिक समारंभ, राज्य के धन राशी खर्च पर, किया हुआ है।  अतः, लोग आशा करते है कि, सभी विधान सभा समस्य, विधान मंडल सदस्य, संसद सदस्य, सरकारी कर्मचारी-अधिकारी, नागरिक, हित धारक, श्रेयोभिलाषी , सभी को सही ढंग में आह्वान भेज कर, उन के मंगळकर सान्निथ्य में इस कार्यक्रम को माननीय पध्धती में सफल करना चाहिए।  परन्तु, ऐसा हुआ नहीं दिख रहा है।

ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఖర్చుతో నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు కాబట్టి, ప్రజలు ఆశించేది ఏమిటంటే శాసన సభ్యులనందరిని, శాసనమండలి సభ్యులనందరిని, పార్లమెంటు సభ్యులనందరిని, ప్రభుత్వోద్యోగులను, అధికారులను, ప్రజా బాహుళ్యాన్ని, ఇతర స్టేక్ హోల్డర్లను, అందరిని సరియైన తూతూ మంత్రంగా కాకుండా సరియైన పధ్ధతిలో ఆహ్వానించాలి. కానీ అలా జరిగినట్లు కనిపించటంలేదు.

"...If elections come now, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu will not get even deposits. For his sins, God deliver cuffs and raps with His (God's) knuckles. He (Mr. Naidu) will get pushed into Bay of Bengal by the waves from the people's hearts (arising from people's agonies and anger). If Chandra Babu has courage, he should set aside his security and move among people in villages. People are upset with great anger and emotions by his false promises. If there is no security, they will beat him with stones..."

1. Politicians, better they stop, speaking ex tempore, and start reading out from signed-written speeches, copies of which may be distributed to those present. రాజకీయ నేతలు అప్పటికప్పుడు నోటికి వచ్చినది మాట్లాడటం మానేసి, ముందుగా వ్రాసుకున్న ప్రసంగాలను చదవటం మంచిది. వాటి సంతకం చేసిన కాపీలను , అక్కడ ఉన్నవారికి పంచి పెట్తే బాగుంటుంది.

2. It may be better to test politicians with breath-analysers, for presence of alcohol. I do not wish to say that Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy was speaking under the influence of alcohol. But, introduction of some good practices will help in cleaning the political climate and environment, which is very much vitiated. స్టేజీ ఎక్కబోయే ముందు రాజకీయ వాదులను, నేతలను, బ్రీత్ ఎనలైజర్లతో , ఆల్కాహాల్ నిర్ధారణకై పరీక్షించటం మేలేమో. శ్రీ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డిగారు తాగి మాట్లాడుతున్నారు అనటం నా ఉద్దేశ్యం కాదు. ప్రస్తుతం కలుషితమై ఉన్న రాజకీయ వాతావరణంలో, కొన్ని మంచి ఆచారాలను ప్రవేశపెట్టటం వల్ల ప్రజలకే కాక రాజకీయ నేతలకు కూడ మేలు జరుగుతుంది.

౩. Getting deposits or losing deposits in elections is a function of numerous factors, one of which may be fulfilment of election promises. If elections are held today, even Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's party can lose deposits. ఎన్నికలలో డిపాజిట్లను పొందటం, కోల్పోటం అనేది ఎన్నో కారణాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. ఇప్పుడు ఎన్నికలు జరిగితే, శ్రీజగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారి పార్టీ కూడ డిపాజిట్లను కోల్పోవచ్చు.

4. There is no proof for God punishing politicians for their sins. దేవుడు, రాజకీయ వాదులు చేసే పాపాలకు వారిని శిక్షిస్తాడనటానికి సాక్ష్యాధారాలు లేవు. Making such cause and effect links does not seem to be tenable. For example, if Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy f/o Shri Jaganmohan Reddy, was killed in helicopter crash, should we say that God punished Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy, for his sins? Absolutely not. అలా కార్య కారణ సంబంధాలను అంటకట్టటం, పరిశీలనకు నిలవదు. ఉదాహరణకి, శ్రీ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి గారు హెలీ కాప్టర్ ప్రమాదంలో మరణించారు కాబట్టి, దేవుడు శ్రీ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి గారి పాపాలకు ఆయనని శిక్షించాడని అనాలా ? అది కుదరదు.

5. Even Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy is using security-- both the security provided by the Govt. and the security provided by himself for himself, with the help of bouncers. Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy should first get the Government provided security withdrawn (if necessary by getting a court order), and cancel his own private security arrangements. శ్రీ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారు కూడ భద్రతను వాడుతున్నారు కదా. == ప్రభుత్వం వారిచ్చిన భద్రత, తాను ప్రైవేటు గా ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్న భద్రత. ముందు శ్రీ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిగారు ప్రభుత్వ భద్రతను తిరస్కరించటం, తన ప్రైవేటు భద్రతను ఉపసంహరించుకోటం చేయాలి.

6. Though it is partly true that people are upset with Mr. Naidu's broken promises, people have not yet started believing Congress and YSRCP. Everything will depend on court verdicts in Jaganmohan Reddy's pending 16 cases. ప్రజలు శ్రీచంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారి వాగ్దాన భంగాలతో నిరాశ చెందటం, ఖిన్నులవటం జరిగనప్పటికీ, వాళ్ళు ఇంకా కాంగ్రెస్ ను కానీ, వైయస్ ఆర్ సీ పీ ని గానీ నమ్మటం ప్రారంభించలేదు. శ్రీ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డిగారిపై ఉన్న బలమైన పదహారు కేసులలో కోర్టులు ఎలాటి తీర్పులు ఇస్తాయి అనేదానిబట్టి భవిష్యత్ ప్రజా నిర్ణయాలు ఉంటాయి.

7. There is a danger of Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy is being convicted and sent to jail. Of course his lawyers, will get him bail. But Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy should also get some training in pretending illnesses in such a way even to convince doctors that he is suffering from cardiological, diabetical, arryhthmical ailments. Soon after his likely arrest, lawyers will have to represent to court that he is suffering from thsoe illnesses and get five-star hospital treatment at Government expense. శ్రీ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారికి కోర్టు తీర్పుల వల్ల జైలు పాలయ్యే ప్రమాదం కనిపిస్తున్నది. ఆయన లాయర్లు ఆయనకు అపీల్ విచారణ జరిగే లోగా బెయిల్ ఇప్పిస్తారనుకోండి. ఖానీ అవసరమైతే, డాక్టర్లను నమ్మించగలిగే స్థాయిలో, తనకు ఏ గుండె జబ్బు ఉన్నదనో, చక్కెర వ్యాధి ఉన్నదనో, మెదడు రక్తనాళాల వ్యాధి ఉన్నదనో, నటించటం నేర్చుకోవాలి. ప్రస్తుతం ఇది రాజకీయవాదులందరికీ అవసరమైన విద్య. ఒకవేళ బెయిల్ దొరక్కపోతే, కనీసం లాయర్లు తమ క్లయింటు అనారోగ్యంతో బాధపడుతున్నారని చెప్పి, ఐదు నక్షత్రాల వైద్యశాలల్లో చికిత్స ఏర్పాటు చేయించవచ్చు.

If we see the methods of thinking of TRS leaders and TS Govt., a conclusion becomes inevitable that Mr. Naidu may also be arrested as an abettor in the case against Mr. Revanth Reddy and presented before a Magistrate. Of course, lawyers will help Mr. Naidu a bail. The Governor of Andhra Pradesh and the Chief Minister are not only great devotees of Gods of all religions, but also Great wedding blessers.

आंध् प्रदेश के राज्यपाल, और मुख्यमंत्री दोनों सिर्फ सभी धर्मों के भगवानों के महानु भक्त नहीं है, वे बहुत बडा विवाह आशीर्वचन दाता भी हैं।

ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ గవర్నర్, ముఖ్యమంత్రి, అన్ని మతాల దేవుళ్ళ గొప్ప దైవ భక్తులే కాక, ఇంకా మహా మహా వివాహ ఆశీర్వచన దాతలు కూడాను.

We shall presume that our VVIPs are one thousand times more diligent, efficient, effective, hard-working, perseverent, in every respect, including skin, bones, blood, brain, liver, heart, kidneys, etc. when compared to us. We do not go to prayer houses everyday or, attend every marriage we get invitation, because we have to attend our office.

But definitely, we can not accept that they are as energetic as Great Lord Hanuman, and that we are Kumbha karNas.

हम मान लेंगे, हमारे वीवीऐपी लोग हमारे से समर्धता, कठिन परिश्रमा, सहन, वगैरा सुलक्षणों मॆं हमारे से हजार गुण अधिक हैं। हम मानेंगे, इन वीवीऐपी लोग, त्वक, अस्थि, खून, बूध्धी, कालेय, हृदय, मूत्र पिंड, सभी चीजों में हमारे से सहस्राधिक है। परन्तु, हम दफतर जाना, स्कूल कालेजी जाना, दुकान है तो दुकान खोलना, टिफिन बंडी है तो नास्ता वगैरो के तय्यार करना, बॆचना, धोना, पानी लाना, आदी हजार काम में डुबे हुए, हम हर दिन प्रार्धनालयों को नहीं जाते। कभी कभी जाते। तीर्ध यात्रा भी बहुत कम करते। विवाहों को भी बहुत कम जाते।

लेकिन, निश्चित तौर से, मै इन वीवीऐपी लोगों को हमारे से एक लाक या करोड गुण हमारे से समर्ध मानने के लिये तयार नहीं हुँ। उनको हम ग्रेट हनुमान और हमारे को कुंभ कर्ण मानने के लिये मै संसिध्ध नहीं हूँ।

మనం మన వీవీఐపీలను మనకన్నా వేయిరెట్లు శక్తిమంతులని ఒప్పు కుందాము. సమర్ధతలో, కష్టపడి పనిచేయటంలో,టైమ్ మేనేజిమెంటులో, సహనశీలతలో, తోలులో, బొక్కల్లో, రక్తంలో, మెదడులో, కాలేయంలో, గుండెకాయలో, కిడ్నీల్లో, అన్నిట్లో మనకన్నా వారు సహస్రాధికులని అంగీకరిద్దాము. మనం ఆఫీసులకి వెళ్ళటం, స్కూల్ కాలేజీలకు వెళ్ళటం, ఫ్యాక్టరీలకు వెళ్ళటం, దుకాణాలను నడిపే వాళ్ళమో వాటిలో పనిచేసే వాళ్ళమో అయితే, ఆపనులను చేయటం, టిఫిన్ బండ్లు నడిపే వాళ్ళం అయితే సామాన్లు తెచ్చుకోటం, పిండి రుబ్బుకోటం, పచ్చళ్ళు రుబ్బుకోటం, పాత్రలు కడుక్కోటం, నీళ్ళు తెచ్చుకోటం, మొ||  అనేక నిష్ఫల నామోషీ కరమైన పనులలో ముణిగి తేలుతూ, ప్రతిరోజూ ప్రార్ధనాలయాలకు వెళ్ళం. అరుదుగా వెళ్తాం.  లేదా మనం తోసే టిఫిన్ బండి నుండే దేవుడికి మొక్కుకుంటాం.  పెళ్ళిళ్ళకు కూడ తరచుగా వెళ్ళం.

ఈ వీవీఐపీలు ఎలా వెళ్ళగలుగుతున్నారు, నాకు అర్ధం కావటం లేదు. వాళ్ళని మన కన్నా లక్ష రెట్లో కోటి రెట్లో ఎక్కువ సమర్ధులని అంగీకరించటానికి నా మనసు తిరుగుబాటు చేస్తున్నది. వాళ్ళను మహా శక్తిమాన్ హనుమాన్ లతోను , మనల్ని కుంభకర్ణులతోనూ పోల్చుకుని మనల్ని మనమే కించపరుచుకోటానికి నా మనసుతిరుగు బాటు చేస్తున్నది. నామిత్రుడు రేసుగుర్రం గారు గుర్తు చేసినట్లుగా, గుదాన్ని శుభ్రంగా ఉంచుకోటానికే సమయం చాలటం లేదు. ఇంక ప్రార్ధనలకు, వివాహిత దంపతులను దీవించటానికి సమయం ఎక్కడనుండి తేవాలి. ఫలితంగా మనమంతా బంధు మిత్రుల చేత అప్పుడప్పుడైనా తిట్లు తింటూ ఉంటాము.

It is very difficult to maintain a count of the number of prayer houses and weddings visited by them, as everyday we see their pictures in newspapers and TVs prostrating before Gods, carrying some divine cloth, or blessing newly wed couple offsprings of some VIPs.
