954 Allegations made by Mr. Naramalli Siva Prasad, Member of Parliament against Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, appear to be reasonable

2013photo of United AP Bifurcation Samaikyandhra Movement.
Dr. Naramalli Siva Prasad, Telugu Desam Party Member of Parliament from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh has, recently on the Dr. Ambedkar's 126th Birth Day, made some comments, detailing the injustices done by Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu to SCs and STs in Andhraq Pradesh. Three sequential videos are available on youtube.com, and are to be seen, to analyse and gauge the allegations and counter-allegations. Everybody knows that in the recent reshuffle of the Cabinet of the Residual Andhra Pradesh State, Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu acted like a dictator. Arrogance, nepotism, Favorable bias towards landed castes, disdain towards the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes can, clearly, be seen. For making these observations, one need not be a supporter of YSRCP Party or, a pet dog of Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy (also known as Jagan), or a hater of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. In resentment, many of Mr. Naidu's Partymen came out openly with their indignation, and Mr. Naidu cajoled them or threatened them, making them to close their mouths.

DR. SIVA PRASAD SEEMS TO BE A PERSON OF DIFFERENT METAL / METTLE

Mr. Siva Prasad appears to be a person of a slightly different metal and mettle. He has not only raised many valid points, but also, when Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu attributed the Revolt of Mr. Siva Prasad to his not getting a piece of Hathiram Math land in Tirupati, and brandished him in the presence of recently baptised Ayaram Minister from Chittoor District Mr. Adinarayana Reddy, blaming Mr. Siva Prasad for everything, Mr. Siva Prasad has come forward with a fitting reply.

Views of yb-a-donkey, not intended to be imposed on others

Nepotism: Mr. Naidu gave to his own son Lokesh who is a novice, MLC ticket, ignoring many deserving seniors and sincere party workers.
Mr. Naidu inducted his own son, who is a babe into his Cabinet, ignoring deserving seniors and devoted workers.
Mr. Naidu entrusted three important portfolios to Mr. Lokesh who is still a toddler: 1. Information Technology 2. Panchayat Raj 3. Rural Development.
Compare this to what Mr. Nakka Ananda Babu, who is entering into Cabinet for the second time: Social and Tribal Welfare.
This is a common disease, suffered by all the 29 State Cabinets in India, and the Union Cabinet. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Ministers are entrusted ONLY WITH SC WELFARE, ST WELFARE. It is very very rare, important portfolios like FINANCE are entrusted to them. Why can't they be given some key Ministry? By and large, CMs and PMs seem to believe that SC, ST, Minority candidates do not have any utility value, and they should be used like 'kari vepAku' (curry leaf) in a recipe. [Just use, and throw away, purpose].

DISCRIMINATION IN LAND/HOUSE-SITE ALLOTMENTS BETWEEN LANDED CASTES AND SC/STs

If landed castes occupy Government / Temple Lands, Bourgeoisie Governments regularise the encroachments by collecting some nominal amounts, without fuss, and without NOISE. If SC/STs request allotment / regularisation for something which they have been using for several decades, all sorts of rules and regulations are quoted to prevent benefits to SC STs. This problem gets compounded if some other LANDED CASTE PERSONS are interested to capture the same land, which may acquire some commercial value during the intervening period of DILLY-DALLAYING. The landed-caste rival claimants are given opportunities and time to go to courts, and get injunctions. What the SC/STs may get at the end may be some lathi blows. This feeling, Mr. Siva Prasad seems to have expressed. Anyway, the full conversations of his TV interviews are to be converted into digital texts, to get confirmation.

In case of Hathi Ram Math Lands, if legal position has changed owing to Court Judgements, and conversion of Tirupati Municpality into a Corporation, steep rise of commercial value of the land (in this case to approx. Rs. 29 crore), making transfer/sale of Endowment Lands IMPOSSIBLE, what could have been a right solution?

Ans: 1. An Independent Commission headed by a Retd. High Court Judge should have been appointed to suggest solutions, and their recommendations ought to have been implemented.

2. A fresh application ought to have been filed in High Court, explaining the peculiar sitution, seeking their fresh approval/instructions.

3. Alternate lands with reasonable value ought to have been offered.

If Mr. Siva Prasad jumps to YSRCP Party, will it help the SC/STs?

Definitely not. If Mr. Siva Prasad is really sincere to do justice to SC / STs , he may have to stay independent or join some Left Party. Or else, he must start his own party.

766 Are Temples taking advantage of donations received from Sinners? Does anybody become mad if there are no temples, mosques, and churches?

Just as the weakness of Mr. ybrao-a-donkey is computer keyboard, the pastime of Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh is -speak and speak endlessly. The Readers of ybrao-a-donkey are free to avoid his blogs. But, the listeners of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu cannot escape. For example, the Secretaries and Collectors, probably District Superintendents of Police etc., who attended the Collectors Conference dated 25th May 2016 held in Vijayawada, received their Sermon on the Mount, and the Ten Commandments. Grinning or clapping, all the Senior and Junior I.A.S. and I.P.S. Officers present in the Conference have received them with awe and glee. Here is a Financial Express News Report, which contains some vignettes of his advice to the bureaucrats. Click here to go to Financial Express. . Alternatively there is another DC Report: Click here to go to Deccan Chronicle.com Report.

"...Income of temples in Andhra Pradesh has grown by 27 per cent in a year ..."

"...growing sins and increased troubles ..." of people.

"...People would go mad without temples, churches and mosques. ..."

"...People are committing sins. Some are facing troubles and to get rid of them they are going to temples and praying. If they are facing more troubles and committing more sins, they are coming to temples and offering money. It’s a fact. ..."

"... Not just temples, people are visiting churches and mosques for solace. Many people would have gone mad if there are no temples, churches or mosques. ..."

Not to lag behind, TV9 has broadcast a panel discussion at approx. 7 p.m., on 26th May 2016, in which Swami Paripoornanda Saraswati and others participated. The stress of the discussion seems to be 'whether temples are being used by sinners to cleanse their sins by donating cash and gold. Whether temples can take such tainted money?' . A link to this discussion is not yet available on the Net.

761 So, the Workers of Residual Andhra Pradesh and India ! Get ready to live in Capsule Hotels of our Second Tokyo City!

Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh, India, seems to live in Clouds, day-in and day-out. He wants the Japanese Government, and the Japanese Companies, to make his Capital City AMARAVATHI into Tokyo No. 2. Perhaps, our Hon. Chief Minister may not be knowing how the ordinary people of Tokyo live. Or he may be pretending to NOT KNOW, how the people of Vijayawada live on the hill-slopes of Gunadala Hills, and the people of Tadepalli live on the hill-slopes of Eastern Ghats, with lives threatened during rainy season by the falling boulders.

Here is a beautiful link, to know how the people with low/average incomes live in Tokyo:

"...Go to bed when the sun goes down and get up when it rises. Hey, back to nature—-Thoreau did it, why not you? It’s just like Walden Pond, only surrounded by miles of concrete. To reach the outside world, you can wander the streets with your foreign cellphone looking for hotspots. That’s called exercise. Think of all the money you’ll save on gym memberships. For weekend entertainment, go to the corner park and sit on the swing-set drinking 100-yen cups of shochu. Forget about dating, unless that guy sleeping in the cardboard box takes a shine to you. And he probably will. ..."

VISITORS TO AMARAVATI, VIJAYAWADA, GUNTUR,-- GET READY FOR BUNKER BEDS AND CAPSULE HOTELS

Here is a Wikipedia.Org link which describes a typical Capsule Hotel. Wikipedia about Capsule Hotels.

One sample from the above Wikipedia link:--

The guest room is a modular plastic or fiberglass block roughly 2 by 1 by 1.25 m (6 ft 7 in by 3 ft 3 in by 4 ft 1 in). Facilities differ, but most include a television, an electronic console, and wireless internet connection. The capsules are stacked side-by-side, two units high, with steps providing access to the second level rooms, leading to comparisons to corpse drawers in a morgue. The open end of the capsule can be closed, for privacy, with a curtain or a fibreglass door. Luggage is stored in a locker; and washrooms are communal. Guests are asked not to smoke or eat in the capsules. Some hotels also provide restaurants (or at least vending machines), pools, and other entertainment facilities.[3] Capsule hotels vary in size, from fifty or so capsules to 700, and they are used primarily by men. Some capsule hotels offer separate sections for male and female guests. Clothes and shoes are sometimes exchanged for a yukata and slippers on entry. A towel may also be provided.

The benefit of these hotels is convenience and low price, usually around ¥2000-4000 (USD 19-38) a night. They provide an alternative for those who (especially on weeknights) may be too drunk to return home safely, or too embarrassed to face their spouses. With continued recession in Japan, as of early 2010, more and more guests - roughly 30% at the Capsule Hotel Shinjuku 510 in Tokyo - were unemployed or underemployed and were renting capsules by the month. This style of hotel has not gained wide popularity outside Japan, although Western variants known as "pod hotels"[7] have been developed, with larger accommodations and often private baths.

Soon after becoming Chief Minister for the third time in 2014, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu visited Japan. Did he care to just make an enquiry with Indian Embassy in Japan, about how and where the Japanese Workers live in Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama, Kobe etc. ? Did he visit any Capsule Hotel in Japan?

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, India may not know how the people of Tokyo live, or how the people of Vijayawada live!

VERY IMPORTANT
ybrao-a-donkey does not intend to belittle Japanese Working Class (Proletariat). We have a lot to learn from the Japan's Working Class. It is neither correct nor possible to compare Japanese workers with Indian Workers.

WHAT HAPPENED FOR SINGAPORE?

Earlier Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu used to beat the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh with his speeches that Singapore is going to build Amaravathi, his Capital. Then he shifted to inviting British Wealth Funds, and then some China Songs. Now, he seems to prefer Japan for hammering the people.

Question: Why do you compare the dreams and fantasies, genuine efforts of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, to hammering?

Prior to bifurcation of United Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu started with the song that he would build the Capital of Residual Andhra Pradesh, if Centre gives Rs. 500,000 crore. With that big figure in his mind, he suddenly found that Mr. Narendra Modi as a Great friend of Telugu people, forgetting what happened in 2002. Mr. Modi too has, during his election speeches in Tirupati, and Mangalagiri promised to bring heaven to earth. All those dreams have gone to where?

So, workers of Residual Andhra Pradesh and India! Get Ready for the Second Tokyo.

To continue. सशेष. ఇంకా ఉంది.

704 Part 1/10: India can probably change with Atheism and True Socialism, and not with Swami Vivekananda Models. In Capitalism, India can never become vibrant.

Writing impartial articles, blogs, criticisms, disquisitions- is not easy. It is, a "కత్తి మీద సాము katti mIda sAmu(a Telugu proverb, approx. English meaning: A fight from standing on the sharp edge of a sword.)". There is a danger of our criticism, howsoever, well-intentioned it may be, and in spite of much care, turning into malicious gossip विद्वेषपूर्ण लांछन. The dividing line between calumnising-scandalising and principles-practices based criticism, is very thing. I , therefore, appeal to my Readers, to keep in their minds, this risk which I am taking, while writing this particular blog post, and request them to kindly bear with me, even if they find something which is unpalatable. Welcome, even to harsh criticism. However, I appeal to my readers with delicate heads and hearts, not to proceed with reading this.

Link: (Click to go to). Wikipedia.org applauds Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana as

"...A great motivational speaker and thinker giving inspiring speeches to the youth. He always thinks to transform our INDIA to a great nation among all other countries. Being a follower of Swami Vivekananda, he wishes to create a mass of Vivekanandas from his own school after his retirement. He is ahead in a line for giving help to the youth through his speeches all over Andhra Pradesh state. ..."

Triggers for this blog-post:

Trigger 1: 1. A re-telecast of a lecture by Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana, Former Joint Director, Central Bureau of Investigation, Andhra Pradesh, Former Joint Commissioner, Thane (Mumbai) Police, and 2016 Additional Director General of Police,(A.D.G.P.), Maharashtra Police. Channel: Citi News. Retelecast Date: Approx. 17th April 2016. Subject: Impact Speeches. Youth Leadership for a Vibrant India at Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad.

Video of the above speech is available on Youtube.Com. An mp3 is also available at the following link: Click to go to Archive.org for downloading mp3 of speech of Shri Lakshmi Narayana.

The speech is very clear. It is very very organised, naturally because it is prepared by an I.A.S. Topper. It is a good pep talk. It can create great impressions on innocent youth-listeners. There were lot of claps of applause. There were also laughs of applause. But, when subjected to analyses, many items covered in the speech do not stand test of reason.

The speech can be, vertically, classified into two columns. 1) Those which preach (Do this, Do this type). 2) Persons, events, incidents, given as examples. Discussing every item in the speech, using the whetting stone of "Reason", will need more than a 1,000 pages, and my life will not be sufficient. Besides, even if I write a thousand pages, Readers will not bother. This is because, today's readers and speakers may not have inclination, time, energies to read a thousand pages, unless a thousand bucks are paid to them as incentives, which I do not have. I leave it to Readers to explore deeply into those items, search for facts.

Whenever, an occasion arises, I shall cover some of the items spoken in the above oration, with supporting proof(s). In the meantime, I pray my readers to deeply study the speech which is very very impressive. When I give a different view point in these blog posts, then they can compare to what is spoken in the oration, and of course, bang me.

Trigger 2: Series of Arguments between Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, supported by Mr. Yenamala Ramakrishnudu, Finance Minister, backed by the Speaker himself on one side -- , and the Opposition Leader Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. The controversial topic was an allegation made by Mr. YS Jagan, about "management of 'vyavasthalu (systems & organisations)' ", said to have been by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. This view of mine is being written by me, on the basis of what has been seen by me on TV Channels on that day and next day. Hundreds of thousands of Telugu people might have seen these arguments on TVs, from their homes.

The problem with Mr. Y. Jaganmohan Reddy, is he is throwing stones from a glass house. He himself is facing allegations of amassing nearly Rs. 1,00,000 crore (trillion Rupees), using quid pro quo of his father Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's position as Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh. The matter is sub-judice. CBI, ED, Courts are in the process of exploring and establishing truth(s). Now, this Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's errors and guilts are not in our arena.

The problem of disproportionate assets of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, has not received adequate attention. Mr. Naidu is reported to have started as a farmer owning just two acres of land. In 1987, he is reported to have declared an annual income of Rs. 36,000/- (works out to approx. Rs. 3,000/- per month). A general impression among the people is Shri Naidu has accumulated assets worth about Rs. 3,000 crore (30 billion approx.$500m). Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, every year, declares his own assets, assets of his family members. His family members inheriting huge assets from the Estate of Late N.T. Rama Rao, first Non-Congress Chief of Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, and a big movie star "NaTa Ratna (Gem of Actors)" , is understandable.

The rise of a 2 acre farmer, and a Rs.36,000 p.a. income person, to a very affluent person, prima facie is bound to give rise to doubts, about the means used for the UPLIFTMENT of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. Sufficient Government investigation either by Government of Andhra Pradesh or the Government of India, about the disproportionate assets of Mr. Naidu has not taken place. This investigation ought to have taken place when Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy was in power from 2004 to 2010. The reason for the Government of India not bothering about it is also not known.

Somehow, the people of United Andhra Pradesh, or the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh were not interested in the history of asset build-up of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu. In respect of the asset-build-up of Late Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy and his son Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, some people view that revolt of Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy against Congress High Command, after the demise of his father to succeed to the Kingdom of Andhra Pradesh being Prince Heir Apparent, has prompted top Leaders to motivate a local Congress Leader in Hyderabad, to file a case in Hyderabad seeking CBI inquiry. Following that petition, as per Court orders, CBI inquiry was taken up against Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy. Two Telugu news papers, which during his lifetime Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy despised, took extra-ordinary interest in persuing and publicising the CBI Investigation details. At this juncture, we had Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana, Joint Director, CBI, Hyderabad took special interest in the case and brought investigation against Mr. Jagan to some concrete shape.

During the period, as a common citizen, I sincerely felt, if it were not for Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji of CBI, Hyderabad, the investigation would not have moved forward to a reasonably enforceable case, supported by bundles of documents. Hats off to him.

Question: What is the link between the Trigger 2 above, and Shri Lakshmi Narayana?

Ans: Though in 2003 some Congress leaders approached courts for investigation of asset-build-up of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, it failed owing to some technical reasons.

Peculiar problem is, whoever was approaching authorities/courts seeking investigations into the Disproportionate Assets of Mr. Naidu, have some reason or other, to have antagonism against him. This weakened the cases.

For example, Ms. Lakshmi Parvati w/o Late N.T. Rama Rao, approached in 2004, the ACB, Andhra Pradesh, and ACB Court, complaining against Shri Naidu. Everybody knows that Ms. Lakshmi Parvati and Mr. Naidu were at loggerheads for various reasons. In 2005, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu approached AP High Court, through a Writ Petition, for a stay of proceedings in respect of the case filed by Ms. Lakshmi Parvati. A Single Judge seems to have issued an interim Stay, stopping the proceedings. Against "Single Judge" decision, she has appealed in the same HC, which seems to have dismissed her appeal, and directed the Single Judge to continue for a final decision.

Now, that the investigations by CBI at the instance of Court, have picked up Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's asset-build-up, his mother, naturally ought to get agitated and aggrieved. His mother Smt. Vijayamma, approached Andhra Pradesh High Court, seeking investigation against the asset-build-up of Shri Naidu.

Link: http://zeenews.india.com/news/andhra-pradesh/cbi-to-probe-naidus-disproportionate-assets_744064.html dated 27th Nov. 2011 shows that Supreme Court ordered A.P. High Court to decide within 15 days !! about the representation made by 12 persons, which includes Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Mr. Ramoji Rao, Reliance Company et al.

A three-judge bench of justices Dalveer Bhandari, T S Thakur and Dipak Mishra, while declining to stay or grant status quo, requested the High Court to dispose off within 15 days the application, if any, moved by Naidu and others for modification/vacating the November 14 interim order of the high court.

"... We are not inclined to interfere with the High Court order. The petitioners are granted liberty to move the High Court for modification or vacating the interim order", the apex court had said.

...The counsel for Naidu had submitted to the apex court that the direction by the High Court was in "violation" of the apex court`s earlier rulings that no such order can be passed without giving an opportunity to the other side. ...

Here, Shri Lakshmi Narayana of CBI enters into picture.

Link: Hindu.Com dated 26th Nov. 2011 shows that Shri Lakshmi Narayana Joint Director, CBI, A.P. collected voluminous documents submitted by Ms. Vijayamma, from A.P. High Court, for investigation.

"...CBI Joint Director V.V. Lakshmi Narayana collected from the A.P. High Court on Friday the voluminous documents submitted by Y.S. Vijayamma, MLA, in connection with the petition she filed seeking a probe against former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his associates for various irregularities allegedly committed by them. ...

Ms. Vijayamma, in her petition, had alleged that Mr. Naidu had committed offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, A.P. Land Grabbing Act and the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act.

In a brief chat with reporters, Mr. Lakshmi Narayana said that a preliminary inquiry would be registered and the investigation completed in three months in accordance with the court order.

The High Court, while admitting the petition on November 14, had directed the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to investigate into the allegations and submit a report within three months in a sealed cover. The Supreme Court declined to stay High Court's interim order directing the CBI to investigate. While dismissing three SLPs filed by TDP leader C.M. Ramesh and MP, N. Nageswara Rao, the apex court, however, gave them liberty to file applications for vacating the interim order in the High Court. ..."

Link: Rediff.com 13th Dec. 2011 shows AP High Court issuing a stay against the CBI Investigation. This page contains important details of the history of this case. A quote from Rediff.com new report:

"...In a major relief to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu, the Andhra Pradesh high court in its interim orders on Tuesday stayed the preliminary probe by the Central Bureau of Investigations into his alleged disproportionate assets.

A division bench comprising of Justice G Rohini and Justice Asutosh Mohunta stayed the preliminary inquiry by the CBI as well as the Enforcement Directorate into Naidu's assets and his many other associates, including media baron Ramoji Rao, member of Parliament Nama Nageshwara Rao, industrialists C M Ramesh and B Y Choudhary.

...The orders were passed on the vacation petitions filed by Naidu, Ramoji Rao and Nama Nageshwara Rao challenging the orders of the high court passed on November 14 on a petition filed by YSR Congress president and MLA Vijayalakshmi, widow of former chief minister Y S Rajashekhar Reddy.

Naidu and others have sought the stay on the ground that the petition of Vijayalakshmi was politically motivated and it had no public interest involved. Naidu also pointed out that several petitions in the past on the similar grounds were dismissed by the court and even the government headed by YS Rajasekhar Reddy, husband of the petitioner, had not found any thing against him.

...The matter took a new turn when Reliance Industries also impleaded in the case and Chief Justice Madan Lokur rescued himself from the case on the ground that he had shares in Reliance. ...

...Later on, one more judge V Eswaraiah recused himself following Vijayalakshmi's counsel Sushil Kumar raising doubts about the judge's credibility. He alleged that the family members of Justice Eshwaraih had links with the Telugu Desam Party. ...

...The case was then referred to a bench comprising of Justice G Rohini and Justice Asutosh Mohunta. Again Vijayalakshmi's counsel raised doubts about Justice Rohini, saying the judge had heard three different cases where the verdicts were given in favour of Naidu. ...

...Vijayalakshmi has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking the case against Naidu be transferred to the Supreme Court or the high court of some other state. ..."

Link: Economictimes.indiatimes.com dated 23rd July 2012 reported that Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Ms. Vijayamma, against the High Court's Decision.
"...The Supreme Court today dismissed a plea for a CBI probe into the alleged disproportionate assets owned by Andhra Pradesh former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

A bench of justices T S Thakur and Ibrhahim Kalifulla while refusing to interfere with the Andhra Pradesh High Court order, however, granted liberty to petitioner Y S Vijayamma, wife of state's late Chief Minister Y S Rajashekar Reddy, to approach the "competent court or authority" with her plea.

While acknowledging that the petitioner had the political rivalry with Naidu, presently the Leader of Opposition in the state's assembly, the apex court, however, made it clear that it was not going into the merits of her allegations.

The state high court had earlier dismissed Vijayamma's plea saying it was politically motivated as several similar petitions had been filed earlier against Naidu.

The high court earlier, in an interim order, had directed a CBI probe against Naidu, who subsequently approached the Supreme Court arguing it was an ex-parte order passed without hearing him.

The apex court on November 23 last year, while declining to interfere with the high court order, however, had asked him to approach the high court to challenge the interim order.

The high court subsequently had set aside its order for the CBI probe against Naidu, upon which Vijayamma had filed the present SLP.

In the A.P. Assembly March 2016 proceedings of discussion on No-Confidence Motion, every effort was made by the Ruling Party to coerce / compel Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy to admit that he made an adverse comment against Judiciary, when he said that "vyavasthalu (systems and organisations)" were managed in getting Court Stays against inquiries against Shri Chandra Babu Naidu. Of course, Mr. Jagan might have been advised by his lawyers, he has stubbornly refused to admit that he made any adverse remarks against Judiciary.

Though Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy has ostensibly not admitted that he had made any adverse comments against Judiciary on that day, there are hidden meanings.

What is interesting here? !!!

27th Nov. 2011, Zeenews report shows: Supreme Court directed High Court to decide on the petition of Shri Naidu (& 11 others) within 15 days.

26th Nov. 2011, Hindu report shows: Shri Lakshmi Narayana collected docs. from High Court, for investigation.

13th Dec. 2011, Rediff.com report shows: A.P. High Court stayed the C.B.I. Investigation.

23rd July. 2012 Economictimes.Indiatimes. shows: Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Ms. Vijayamma. Supreme Court has also said "...that it was not going into the merits of her allegations ..."

Now, it is clear that Supreme Court has not, and is not going into the allegations against Shri Naidu. The same Supreme Court in Nov. 2011, gave just 15 days to the High Court to decide on the Writ of Shri Naidu (and 11 persons).

23rd Nov. 2011 to 13th Dec. 2011, the HC decided in just 20 days ! Within this period of these 20 days, on 25th Nov. 2011 Shri Lakshmi Narayana, CBI, JD, Hyd. collected the VOLUMINOUS DOCUMENTS submitted by Ms. Vijayamma and presumably proceeded with his investigations. It is not clear , how far he progressed, whether A.P. High Court received his preliminary report, within 15 days. Also not clear : Whether A.P. High Court did not wait for the report of the JD., CBI.

With this High efficiency of our High Court, within 20 days, they carried out the instruction of the Supreme Court, and disposed off the whole matter of a person of 2 acres becoming a very rich person !

Without going into the merits of allegations made by Ms. Vijayamma, OF COURSE MAY BE OWING TO POLITICAL RIVALRIES, with Supreme efficiency, our Supreme Court disposed off the whole matter of a person of 2 acres becoming a very rich person.

We are yet to write about Swami Vivekananda lecture given by our Shri Lakshmi Narayana Garu. May be in next blog post.

This particular blog post may need thorough revision. After seeing readers reactions, it will be revised. सशेष. సశేషం. దీనిని విజ్ఞుల అభిప్రాయాలను లెక్కలోకి తీసుకుని, తిరిగి వ్రాయవలసి రావచ్చు.

683 Part 1 of : Government of India and Supreme Court should intervene suo motu in the Capital Land Scams of Residual Andhra Pradesh

There is a proverb in Telugu language. "oka donganu maroka donga tElikagA paTTukunTADu". English: "A thief can be caught by another thief easiy". Hence, there is no wonder that YSRCP Founder and President Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and his pocket Newspaper "Sakshi" and TV Channel "Sakshi", 'cooed' some truths sweetly, and 'cawed' in an exaggerated manner. This land-grab kite was sent into AIR by Jagan to counter the "AyAram gAyaRAm" Campaign of launched by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, to desert YSRC Party. But Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu seems to have a sharper and stronger mAnzA (special thread for flying kites, and cutting enemy kites, twined with glass dust, glued together effectively), and he is manipulating his kites mercilessly, like a Machiavelli.

The "Ayaram gAyARAm" Campaign originally Jagan seems to have wanted to switch on by buying some 30 TDP MLAs, probably with the blessings of a Visakha Swamiji. The famous GirISam dialogue of KanyA Sulkam drama of Late Gurajada Appa Rao, "dAmn it, katha aDDam tirigindi !" flashed in the sky. The Telugu dialogue means: "Let it be damned (in disappointment and exasperation). The story has turned upside down or topsy-turvy". (Plans have gone haywire). Jagan's position became like that of Boris Spassky against Bobby Fischer, the Chess Legend. Before Jagan could say "Check", Mr. Naidu "checked" him.

This initially sent Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh into a defensive shell. Later, true to his nature, Mr. Naidu launched a counter-offensive by giving some statistics, and by threatening the Sakshi Media. There are, now, hounds on both sides, barking at one another ferociously.

There is another proverb in Telugu. "nippu lEnidE poga rAdu". English: Smoke will not emerge, unless there is a fire at the spot". The "insider trading" indulged in by the benamis of Mr. Narayana may not be 3,129 acres as reported by SAkshi, but the extent of benami lands purchsaed are to be investigated by an independent Agency like CBI, or a Sitting Judge of Supreme Court. Considering the magnitude of the allegation, the Government of India, should have intervened "suo motu". But they have not done it, nor will they do, unless Mr. Naidu revolts against Mr. Narendra Modi. At present, the hands of Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Amit Shaw are full with elections in Five States.

The case is also fit enough for Supreme Court to intervene "suo motu" and order a Sitting Judge Inquiry or appoint a Special Investigation Team. One gets an impression that after staying the National Judicial Appointments Commission, the Supreme Court seems to have mellowed down. It seems to be adopting a slow and steady middle path.

ybrao-a-donkey's humble comments. वैबीराव एक गधे के विनम्र राय . వైబీరావ్ గాడిద వినమ్ర వాణి. You have every right to differ with me. I respect your right. However, pl. examine this donkey's views also.

The battles which are going on between Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, are just the squirmishes between two bourgeoisie parties. In Telugu language, there is a proverb: "pilli pOru, pilli pOru, kOti tIrcinaTlu". English: "Like a monkey adjudging the wrangling of the two cats (for a piece of bread)". When two cats were fighting for a bread, a monkey came in between them, offered to adjudicate their dispute, brought a balance (weighing scales) to weigh and divide the bread equally. Every time the monkey found that a pan of the scales was heavier, and to cut the bigger piece it started eating a part of it. The monkey continued the process till it could eat the entire bread.

Now, the whole thing, i.e. the scam of billions of Rupees, might have gone to the notice of All India Rulers. We have to see, whether the All India Rulers are going to allow the cats to fight between themselves? No. They may want their own pound of flesh. We have to wait and see.

"What is wrong in purchasing lands?" looks like an innocent Statement, but it is not. But it is not innocent, at least when it is spoken by self-claiming "Efficient" Chief Minister. Reasons:

1. Land is very scarce in India. It is extremely scarce in the State of Residual Andhra Pradesh. People, unable to purchase a 100 sq. yards or 60 sq. yds. piece of a house site in Vijayawada are living on hill-tops by raising huts. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu claims that he walked every inch of Andhra Pradesh. But, why then, didn't he climb the Gundadala or Tadepalli Hills to understand the gravity of the scarcity of house sites! He can go to any Canal Bund in Vijayawada, Mr. Naidu will see huts amidst garbage and mosquitoes, and dirty waters of the Canals.

2. In 1953 when Andhra State was separated from the Composite Madras State, and Capital was formed at Kurnool, the Speculators went on a land buying spree. But the then Government was said to have halted all Registrations till Speculation was brought under control in Kurnool. On the other hand, we now see, the Residual Andhra Pradesh Government is itself encouraging land speculation.

3. It is the responsibility of any Civilised Government to ensure that income and wealth disparities are eradicated, and at least prevent birth of new equalities. When an acre costing Rs. 1 million becomes Rs. 15 million in just five months, and if a person becomes a nouveau riche (Telugu for this: naDa mantrapu siri नड मंत्रपु सिरि నడ మంత్రపు సిరి) while sleeping in his bed, what should we call this? And then, the Government itself encourages land grabbers to buy land from innocent farmers, without disclosing full information, threatening them, what should we call it? For this type of robberies encouraged by our TDP rulers, if they themselves have not participated in it (sins of Rajasekhara REddy and Jagan should be viewed separately, because the Courts, Enforcement Directorate, CBI are looking into them), should open the eyes of the Telugu People !

The land scams in A.P. Capital Region of Amaravati, have generated huge sums of black unaccounted money, which INdian Income Tax Department may, never be able to trace, before it is too late. Some of the money, might have even been cyphoned of to London, Singapore, Caveman Islands, what not.

The people whose lands have appreciated 15 times, and those who have sold at least one acre of that, are going on a binge of spending. This is the reaon for huge purchases in gold, luxury cars, apartments, bikes, note counting machines, ready made garments. This is the reason for the birth of new Malls in Vijayawada and Guntur. House Rents have gone up in Vijayawada and Guntur (Mr. Naidu himself appealed to House owners of Vijayawada to reduce rents).

Whether he is corrupt or not, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu has done great dis-service to the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh. This truth will not change, even if Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu succeeds in raising some mansions in Amaravathi, with the help of Foreign Capitalists. This truth will not change even if Mr. Naidu attracts some industries to the State. Guntur- Vijayawada Region has already lost crops worth at least Rs. 3 billion per annum, owing to conversion of fertile fields into barren house sites, besides great damage done to the Environment.

4. If TDP Supremo and his sons, their cronies are innocent, Okay. Let them invite a CBI investigation or a Supreme Court Sitting Judge Inquiry Commission. If there is any effective and REsponsible Central Government and Supreme Court in India, they have to act suo motu.
