శ్రీ వీ.వీ. లక్ష్మీనారాయణ, విశ్రాంత ఐపీఎస్ అధికారి గారు జనసేన పార్టీలో చేరారు. జనసేన పార్టీవారి నాలుగవ లిస్టు ప్రకారం, శ్రీవారు విశాఖపట్నం నుండి లోక్ సభకు పోటీచేస్తున్నారు. గతంలో నెట్ లో, పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన వార్తలను బట్టి శ్రీవారు స్వామీవివేకానందకు వీరాభిమాని. కొన్ని శ్రీరామకృష్ణ మఠ్ వారి కార్యక్రమాలలో కూడ శ్రీవారు ప్రసంగించటం కూడ జరిగింది. ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీనరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు కూడ స్వామీ వివేకానందకు వీరాభిమాని కాబట్టి శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణసార్ బిజెపిలో చేరతారని భావించటం జరిగింది. బిజెపీ వారు సార్ ని తమ పార్టీలోకి ఆహ్వానించినట్లుగా వార్తలు కూడ వచ్చాయి. కానీ సార్ బిజెపీ లో చేరలేదు. తదుపరి, సారే స్వంతంగా పార్టీ పెడతారని వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. అదీ జరగలేదు. తరువాత సార్ టీడీపీలో చేరతారని వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ సార్ టీడీపీలో చేరలేదు. ఈసందర్భంగా నా గాడిద బుద్ధి ఊరుకోదు కాబట్టి కొన్ని ఊహలను , ఆలోచనలను , విశ్లేషణలను వ్రాయటం తప్పుకాదనుకుంటాను. నాకు సార్ పై గానీ, శ్రీ పవన్ పై గానీ ప్రేమ గానీ, శతృత్వంగానీ లేదని స్పష్టం చేస్తున్నాను. అంతే కాక నా అభిప్రాయాలను పాఠకులపై ఉద్దేశ్యం నాకులేదని చెప్పక తప్పదు. ఒక వేళ నేను రుద్దాలనుకున్నా పాఠకులు రుద్దించుకోరు. కనుక, నేను ఇక్కడ వ్రాస్తున్నది ఒక్కింత విశాల హృదయంతో, లేక హాస్య దృష్టితో చదవండి.

సార్ బిజెపీలో ఎందుకు చేరలేదు?

జవాబు: బిజెపికి ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో ఠికాణా లేదు. ఐఏఎస్ ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులకు విజయ కాంక్ష ఎక్కువ. సార్, ట్రైచేస్తే ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లాంటి రాష్ట్రంలో బిజెపీ టికెట్ దొరికేదేమో, వారే ఆయనను యూపీలో గెలిపించి ఉండేవారేమో. ఒకవేళ యూపీలో ఓడిపోయినా, లేక టికెట్ దొరక్కపోయినా, శ్రీ వెంకయ్యనాయుడు గారిని, జీవీఎల్ గారినీ పంపినట్లు, బహుశా లక్ష్మీనారాయణ సార్ ను కూడ రాజ్యసభకు పంపే వాళ్ళేమో. బహుశా, కేంద్రంలో బిజెపీ మరల అధికారంలోకి రాకపోవచ్చని సార్ కు ఏమైనా ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ సమాచారం అందిందేమో తెలియదు. బిజెపీ కేంద్రంలో అధికారంలోకి రాకపోతే, తాను కలలు కన్నట్లుగా వ్యవసాయమంత్రి అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉండదు. అదేకాదు. సార్ కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయమంత్రి అవ్వాలనుకున్నారో లేక ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయ మంత్రి అవాలనుకున్నారో తెలియదు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో జనసేనకన్నా, టీడీపీకి విజయావకాశాలు బాగా ఉన్నాయి, ఈనాటికి నిజం. కానీ సార్ టీడీపీలో ఎందుకు చేరలేదు?

జవాబు- విశాఖనుండి టీడీపీ నుండి పోటీ చేస్తున్న గీతం విశ్వవిద్యాలయాధిపతి శ్రీ భరత్ ఆర్ధికంగా మహా బలశాలి. సార్ కోరిక విశాఖనుండి పోటీ చేయటమే అయితే శ్రీ చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారు శ్రీభరత్ ను ప్రక్కన పెట్టాల్సి వస్తుంది. శ్రీ భరత్ గారు శ్రీచంద్రబాబు వియ్యంకుండైన శ్రీ బాలకృష్ణగారికి చిన్నల్లుడట. అట్లగుచో తన సామాజిక వర్గానికే చెందిన, తనబంధువర్గానికి చెందిన, డబ్బు కుమ్మరించంగల శ్రీ భరత్ ను శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు ఎందుకు వదులుకుంటారు? జరగని పని.

ఒకవేళ టీడీపీ టికెట్ లభించి, సార్ లోక్ సభకు ఎన్నికయ్యాక కేంద్రంలో శ్రీ మోడీ ప్రధానమంత్రి అయ్యి, రాష్ట్రంలో శ్రీచంద్రబాబు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయితే, టీడీపీ ఎమ్ పీ లందరూ ఢిల్లీ లో గాంధీగారి బొమ్మముందో లేక జంతర్ మంతర్ దగ్గరో, రోజూ ధర్నా చేయాల్సి రావచ్చు. పైగా, తెలుగు దేశం నేతలపై ఐటీ దాడులు పెరగచ్చు.

ఒకవేళ కేంద్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి, అమరావతిలో టీడీపీ ఓడిపోతే, జగన్ రాజ్యమే వస్తే , శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణకు ప్రతికూల పరిస్థితులు వస్తాయి. కాబట్టి టీడీపీలో చేరటం ప్రమాదం. అంతేకాక, శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణ టీడీపీలో చేరి ఉంటే ఆయన చంద్రబాబు తొత్తు , బాబుతో కుమ్మక్కయ్యాడు అనే ఆరోపణకి గురయ్యేవాడు. కనుకు టీడీపీలో చేరి ఉండక పోవచ్చు.

సార్ విశాఖనుండి గెలుస్తారా?

జవాబు- ఈప్రశ్నకు జవాబు, శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ ఎన్ని కోట్లు ఖర్చుచేస్తారు అనేదానిపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. శ్రీ పవన్ కల్యాణ్ సినీహీరో జీవితానికి అలవాటు పడ్డవాడు. సినీహీరో లెపుడూ, తాము పదికోట్లు తీసుకున్నా, తమ ఖర్చులను నిర్మాతలపై తోయటానికి ఇష్టపడతారు. సినిమాలు ఫెయిలయినపుడు ఒకరిద్దరు హీరోలు, దర్శకులు తమ పారితోషికంలో కొంతభాగాన్ని నిర్మాతలకు, పంపిణీదారులకు వెనక్కి ఇచ్చి వారిని ఆదుకున్నట్లు వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ, శ్రీపవన్ కల్యాణ్ సినిమాలు బాక్స్ ఆఫీస్ లో పల్టీ కొట్టినపుడు, ఆయన ఇలాంటి ఔదార్యాన్ని స్వల్పంగా అయినా చూపినట్లు కనపడదు. కనుక విశాఖపట్నం లోక్ సభ ఎన్నికలలో జనసేన పార్టీ శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ ఖర్చులను భరిస్తుంది అని ఆశించటం పేరాశే అవుతుంది.

డబ్బులు ఖర్చు చేయని, లేక చేయలేని అభ్యర్ధులను ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రజలు గెలిపించటం ఇరవై ఒకటో శతాబ్దంలో జరగటం మనం కనం వినం. ఆంధ్రకేసరి టంగుటూరి ప్రకాశంగారు తన చివరిరోజులలో మైలాపూర్ నుండి ఓడిపోటం బహుశా డబ్బు ఖర్చుచేయక పోటం వల్లే జరిగుండచ్చు. స్వర్గీయ వావిలాల గోపాలకృ,ష్ణయ్యగారు కూడ డబ్బులు అతి తక్కువ ఖర్చుచేసి నాలుగుసార్లు శాసనసభకు ఎన్నికైనా, పోలింగ్ బూతులలో కూర్చునే ఏజంట్లకు రోజు ఖర్చుకి రూ. 60 చొప్పున ఇవ్వలేక పోటీచేయటం మానేసారని నేను విన్నాను. కాబట్టి శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణ గారు ఎంత ఖర్చు చేయబోతున్నారు?

పవన్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అవుతే శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ వ్యవసాయమంత్రి అవుతారా?

స్వామీ వివేకానందా గారిలాగా యువతకు శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలని, వందలాది మంది స్వామీ వివేకానందాలుగా తయారుచేయాలని కదా శ్రీవారి కోరిక. లోక్ సభకు ఎన్నికైతే అది నెరవేరుతుందా?

1062 Problems of Farmers of India - Problems of Farmers of the World - I wish Shri V.V. LakshmiNarayana will accomplish what Lenin and Mao could not solve in their countries

When some new breeze comes we have to welcome it. Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana, IPS, Retd. Addl. Director General of Police, Maharashtra, - Retd. CBI JD, Hyderabad, has resigned his job, and come back to Telugu Lands. I greatly appreciate his sacrifice, because he might have forgone at least a small part of his Retirement Benefits, which he would have got substantially more, had he continued to the end. A few days back, I saw him speaking at a Villagers' Meeting at Yajali (also spelt as Yazali), near Karlapalem-Bapatla, Guntur District, Residual Andhra Pradesh. In that TV news bit, the audience were sitting on chairs. There may be some audience standing behind, and squatting on sides, but I could not see them. I may be wrong, but it looked to me, as though he was addressing the 'farmers' of Yazali. He was also reported to having said: "...The farmer is next only to God as he provides food and has the lion’s heart of a king. I also greatly appreciate his noble sentiments, and his nobler objectives. A little bit of comparison between Shri Lakshminarayana and Shri I.Y.R. Krishna Rao, I.A.S., Retired Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, may not be odious or objectionable. While Shri Lakshminarayana has foregone nearly seven years of service benefits, howsoever small or sizable they may be, Shri I.Y.R. Krishna Rao, sipped them upto the sediment.

I suggest that Shri Lakshmi Narayana will please visit Yajali village, and get some concrete information on the following aspects:

1(a). Names, and photos of farmers in the village who are medium and big farmers, who are land-owners. Criterion: During a Normal Harvest and Normal Market year, their agricultural income will be above their family maintenance expenses.

1(b). Names, and photos of farmers in the village who are medium and big farmers, who are land-owners. Criterion: During a Normal Harvest and Normal Market year, their agricultural income will be above their family maintenance expenses. Whether they cultivate the lands by personally tilling the soil, while taking help from laborers. White collared farmers who will not enter the fields, without umbrella and shoes will come into this list.

2. Names, and photos of farmers who are small farmers. Criterion: During a Normal Harvest and Normal Market year, their agricultural income willl be just sufficient to meet their family maintenance.

3. Names and photos of farmers, who are marginal farmers. Criterion: During a Normal Harvest and Normal Market year, their agricultural income willl NOT BE sufficient to meet their family maintenance. They have to do some other work such as agriculture LABOR on others' fields or do some other service/vending, for supplementing their income.

The main question which occurred to me while writing this Part 7/10 of the Review of the Speech made by Respectable Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana garu hosted by Shri Ramakrishna Math, is: "Was he aware that Shri Ramakrishna Mission pleaded in a Writ Petition before Supreme Court that theirs was a separate Religion, distinct from Hinduism, and was entitled to claim protection as a minority religion under articles 30/1 and 26/1 of Indian Constitution?

Question: Why this is important?

Ans: This is important because our Shri Lakshmi Narayana ji wants to train youth as Vivekanandas. Will the Vivekanandas trained by Shri Lakshmi Narayana garu, also claim that they belong to a separate religious denomination, and want to claim rights of minority religions? Will they demand reservations in jobs for their Sect? Will they demand setting up of a separate Minority Corporation for their Welfare? .

Sikhism, Buddhism, and Ramakrishna Religion have some similarities. All worship their Gurus. Successors of Gurus are usually appointed by Senior Gurus themselves, and administer their Prayer Houses. Sikhism has already claimed, and got the protection of a Minority Religion. Modern Jainism also worships Gurus. They too are expecting status of a Minority Religion.

Ramakrishna Mission and its organs seem to believe that Ramakrishna Religion based on the preachings of Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Gurudeva and Swami Vivekananda as a religion different from Hinduism. The Mission has claimed protection as a religious minority under articles 30/1 and 26 of Indian Constitution. The purpose was to have control over the appointment of Principal of a College run by the Mission. The College was built with Government funds and every year the College receives grants from the Govt. for payment of salaries and maintenance.

I have no intention to blame the Ramakrishna Mission for its claiming to be a different religion and minority institution, just for the sake of controlling a College funded by the Govt.

Even today it may be receiving about 44% of income, or some other percentage of its income from Government grants, like numerous other Non-Government-Organisations which receive Govt. support. I wish to only point out that in a Capitalist set up where money rules the roost, individuals and institutions behave in a diametrically opposite direction to the principal avowed goals.

Till the end of his life Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa worshipped Goddess Kali / Durga, and followed customs of Hindu Religion. In the same way, his principal disciple Swami Vivekananda too till the end of his life worshipped Goddess Durga (Just six months before his death Vivkananda wrote to Ms. Christina Greenstidel that they sacrificed a goat during Durga Pooja, and lighted fireworks on the occasion).

Nowhere, neither Ramakrishna nor Vivekananda expressed a view or spread an information that they were establishing a separate Religion, distinct from Hindu Religion, in which they were born. Then, how was it that Ramakrishna Mission could represent in the Supreme Court that theirs was a minority religion, distinct from the Hindu Religion?

Every institution wants Government grants and support. At the same time, they want "Minority Religion protection" to avoid compliance with Rules of Government Aid, Grants and Support. They want only authority and support, without any responsibility or accountability. Have the cake, and eat it too !!!

Question: Are you writing a HATE BLOG of Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana (present A.D.G.P., Maharashtra, and the Former J.D., C.B.I.) ? Or, are you writing a hateblog of Swami Vivekananda?

Answer: Neither. I hate nobody. My goal is only True and Complete Socialism.

Question: If hating is not your job, or purpose, how do these 10 blog posts will really help the cause of your idio-syncratic fad- True and Complete Socialism?

Answer: Our Respectable A.D.G.P. Sir, is aiming to produce hundreds and thousands of Vivekanandas from Indian Youth, while every political party in this country, worth its salt, is endeavouring to use Ambedkar's name, and his 125th Birth Anniversary for capturing and maintaining Dalit Vote Banks. If they are not idiosyncratic-fads, how can True Complete Socialism alone become a fad? I am again tempted to repeat what I wrote in my earlier posts, that Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana Garu has to study Swami Vivekananda in greater depth, before he ventures to produce large number of Vivekanandas in India.

While Rev. Barrows, the No. 2 of the World Congress of Religions, seemed to have wanted to use Swami Vivekananda for spreading Christianity in India, Vivekananda wanted to spread the Ramakrishna Cult in U.S.A. and convert Americans. Vivekananda also wanted to make Dollars, by engaging Lecture Promotion Companies (like the Event Management Companies of 2016), who gave wide publicity for his lectures making them attractive, while trying to impress upon the Aristocratic Women, that he had powers which he could transfer to them through meditative processes. While promoting his brand of Hinduism and Yoga in USA, Swami Vivekananda did not bother to tell the American and European Women about the discipline which meditation and contemplation on Advaita philosophy required on their part. During his first visit to USA's Chicago Congress of religions, he overstayed upto 1897, with the lecturing pursuits, and collected substantial funds 1) his own personal earnings on lectures 2) donations for raising a Memorial for his Guru Ramakrishna, in Kolkata, India. When his donors insisted on accounts , he had to admit that he used a part of the funds for his personal purpose, while conceding that he had spent his personal money as he liked.

The Ramakrishna Institutions started by Swami Vivekananda flourished during the last 119 years, mobilising donations from abroad, donations from Rich Indians, Grants from Government, etc. Their main activities centred primarily around: Organising Speeches on Ramakrishna and Vivekananda philosophies, hagiographies, running prayer houses, monasteries, orphanages, schools, etc. Some of them have done great service indeed. The brother-disciples of Swami Vivekananda, and Nivedita did substantial hard work in the service, at field-level, including Plague-relief work. Between 1897 and 1899, i.e. from the time SV returned from his first visit to USA-Europe, to the time again he went to USA in his quest of cures for his many-an-ailment, Vivekananda was only instructing his brother disciples and Nivedita, to do this and to do that. He always loved Cool Centres i.e. summar Hill resorts like Ooty, Almorah, Kashmir. He hated Kolkata because it was Malarial.

Today, we shall take, for example the neglected issue of Ms. Henrietta Muller (also spelt as Henrietta Mueller).

Who is Ms. Henrietta Muller?

Ms. Henrietta Muller is the principal donor for purchase of the BelurMath site. Her name has nothing to do with Prof. Max Muller whose name also we come across with Vivekananda. She was one of the team of Theosophists who represented Theosophism at the World Congress of Religions at Chicago in 1893. (Also called World Parliament of Religions). After the World Congress of Religions, she came under the influence of Swami Vivekananda, and helped him financially in purchasing the Belur Math land. In 1897, she visited India, along with other Europeans associated with Swami Vivekananda.

It also appears that Ms. Henrietta Muller, also adopted a Bengal boy as her son, may be on the advice of Swami Vivekananda. Later she seems to have lost interest in the boy, and let her estate to pass on to her sister, after her death.

The culmination of Ms. Henrietta Muller's disappointment with Vivekananda can be seen from an extract dated 15th May 1899, of an American Newspaper by name "Naugatek Daily News". A scan of this clipping can be seen at: Click to go to Vivekananda.net newsclippings page. .

This clipping is very important.

The following sentence in the clipping, is very very important.

"... She is now reported as saying in a Bombay newspaper that she is face to face with the unavoidable conclusion that it is utterly rotten and corrupt from beginning to end, and full of danger to the unhappy people who place their faith in it. She will henceforth have no more to do with Vivekananda. ..."

This sentence attributed to Ms. Henrietta Mueller is a serious sentence. What were the circumstances which have led to her UNAVOIDABLE CONCLUSION? What was UTTERLY ROTTEN AND CORRUPT FROM BEGINNING TO END AND FULL OF DANGE TO THE UNHAPPY PEOPLE WHO PLACE THEIR FAITH IN IT. We may probably get at least an incomplete answer to this question, if we can trace out the News in Bombay Newspapers of April and May 1899.

Respectable Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana garu can do a yeomen service to India. He is now working in Mumbai. He can either personally visit (or depute his personal assistants for the purpose) some Libraries in Mumbai, and if those newspapers are still "alive", visit those Newspaper Offices and trace out in their archives, the Statement of Ms. Henrietta Muller.

Swami Vivekananda knew that Ms. Muller was unhappy with him. There are three or four relevant letters which dealt with this issue. We shall discuss them, if we get some time.

Ms. Henrietta Muller went back to London. There, she seems to have appraised her dissatisfaction to Mr. E.H. Sturdy, a renowned Sanskrit Scholar, and Vivekananda's Agent for Publication of his books in London. When Vivekananda stayed in London, Mr. Sturdy gave accommodation in his own house, with Mrs. Sturdy as Vivekananda's host. One letter which was exchanged between Mr. Sturdy and Vivekananda about CIGARS is worth studying.

Ms. Muller seems to have enlightened the Aristocratic American Women also about her unhappiness. Prof. Harrier (who earlier praised Swami Vivekananda to very great levels) seems to have enquired about it. The reply letter sent by Vivekananda is also worth noting.

All these things seem to have had an adverse impact on the FINANCIAL VIABILITY of the second visit of Swami Vivekananda to USA. For example, he wanted American Women to contribute $100 each for instituting a Special Fund for his personal maintenance. It appears that very few persons or nobody had come forward. This seems to have frustrated Swamiji. Some of his letters to Ms. Ole Bull (his 'Goddess-Mother' in U.S.A.,) Ms. Christina Greenstidel, and others clearly indicate this frustration.

Question: You have not convincingly answered how all these things are relevant to True Complete Socialism, your fad!

Answer: Worldwide which includes India, Capitalist Media and Writers, Business persons like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, shout from rooftops that they are allocating billions of Dollars as charity. I wish to say that CHARITY IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR TRUE AND COMPLETE SOCIALISM. Charity delays true and COMPLETE SOCIALISM, because it misleads people that something is happening, whereas very little and meagre things take place.

Besides, there is the cost of intermediation by the institutions implementing the Charity. The Presidents and Vice Presidents of the so called NGOs move in AC cars, frequently use Air Transportation. Monasteries also use Air Conditioners, Expensive Furniture, Granite Panels, etc. When assets accrue over long years, top bosses of NGOs live in luxury, forcing new entrant disciples to slave day and night ! Bring water, cook food, clean utensils, fold bedsheets of Gurus, etc. etc. This is a sort of modern slavery obtained from youth in the name of service. Though there is nothing wrong in doing physical labor for noble causes, this physical labor also will have to be shared both by the top bosses and the new entrants. This SHARING will be missing. Instead, rigid structures with long vertical hierarchial ladders will be enforced.

From the donations and grants received from abroad, India, and from the Governments, after deducting all these intermediation expenses, how much will reach the ultimate beneficiaries, nobody knows.

1. It is a custom among Indian Temples and Maths, to display the lists/names of principal donors, on stone plaques showing the nature of their gift to the Temples and Maths. BelurMath does not seem to have such custom. Doesn't Ms. Henrietta Muller deserve a place in the Math premises, though Vivekananda and she parted ways ?

707 Part 3/10 of Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji's Impact Speech on Leadership, Swami Vivekananda

This is in continuation of our blog posts 704, and 706. Our Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji, in his Vibrant India Speech, Click link to download an mp3 of the speech in Telugu, if you have not already done) like a good samaritan, wishes that our youth should stay away from vices (Telugu: vyasanams వ్యసనాలు). In his speech he has also referred to youth standing before counters of wineshops. It is a great thing that our Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji gave a timely advice to our youth not to enter into addictions and obsessions. Our rulers (M.L.As., M.Ps., State Ministers and Central Ministers) also should have done that, but they prefer to drench our Citizens, particularly youth with alcohol. In alcohol consumption, Andhra Pradesh is one of the top States in India. We shall, now , see the GRAY AREA No. 2 from our Role Model Shri Swami Vivekananda. Let us not forget that our Shri Lakshmi Narayana GAru wants to produce a number of Vivekanandas.

GRAY AREA 2 from the Life of Swami Vivekananda: Consumption of Alcohol

PROOF 1

The following is a quote from Swami Vivekananda's biography by Sister Gargi (Marie Lousie Burke), born 1912. (Burke IV: 283-288) refers to Vol. 4, pages 283-288. (Notes: We should not confuse ourselves with Sister Gargi- Ms. Marie Louise Burke, with Swami Abhayananda Ms. Marie Louise. Abhayananda was first Lady Swami, initiated by Vivekananda into Hinduism. She was not his biographer. Ms. Marie Lousie Burke also called Sister Gargi, born ten years after demise of Swamiji (10 years from 1902 i.e. 1912) was his biographer.

Context: Swami Vivekananda was visiting Switzerland, to see Alps. While in Switzerland, he met Prof. Deussen, a noted Sanskrit Scholar. The general impression among Europeans and Americans at that time was Indian Hindu Monks do not smoke or consume meat or alcohol. They are jitendriyas (those who conquered their senses and themselves). Swami Vivekananda's ease with smoking and alcohol surprised Prof. Deussen. Hence, this conversation.

Prof. Deussen : "...You seem to be a queer sort of saint....You eat well, you drink well, you smoke all day, and you deprive yourself of nothing.

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA : "I observe my vows."

PROF. DEUSSEN : "And what consists of your vows?"

SWAMI VIVEKANANDA : "They require me simply Kama Kanchana Viraha, to renounce sex and gold" (Burke IV: 283-288)."

About kAma kAnchana viraham (Staying away from lust and gold), we shall take up separately.

PROOF 2

Mrs. Ole Bull, was the wife of a famous American violinist (deceased). She has great appreciation and respect for Swami Vivekananda. Swamiji called her "Mother", and addressed her as Mother, in several of his letters. When Swami Vivekananda was found to be quite at ease with liquor and smoking, there was some tumult. Mrs. Ole Bull, in reply to such criticisms, gave her this view. She wrote to Lady Henry Somerset:-

"... The fact that V. has smoked for years and has at lunches and dinners a few times tasted wine (not with men alone) with the impulsive combative nature of the man -- in large part his own fault as I tell him -- and in part the prejudice of creed and custom against any oriental not a converted Christian, have contributed to this prejudice which had reached me before I knew him ..."

Whatever be the outlook of Swami Vivekananda towards Wine, whatever be the inspirational speeches of our great orator Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana garu, Indian youth are already on a trajectory path of ALCOHOLISM towards the sky. It is unlikely that Indian youth will restrain themselves from them. This is irrespective of whether 3000 condoms, 3000 beer cans, 2000 indian foreign liquor bottles, reported to have been found at Jawaharlal Nehru University as alleged by a BJP M.L.A. Why JNU alone? Why only Universities? Alcohol is ubiquitous in India.

As, our admirers of Swami Vivekananda (includes our beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Our Urban Development Minister Shri Venkaiah Naidu whether they may be knowing about ease of Swamiji with alcohol, or not), have apparently given exemption to our 19th Century Swami Vivekananda, for consumption of alcohol, and made him the Preceptor and the Role Model for the Nation, will our Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji also give some concessions to our modern Indian Vivekanandas of 21st Century?

Next Gray Area which we may have to discuss "cigars" and Swamiji.

704 Part 1/10: India can probably change with Atheism and True Socialism, and not with Swami Vivekananda Models. In Capitalism, India can never become vibrant.

Writing impartial articles, blogs, criticisms, disquisitions- is not easy. It is, a "కత్తి మీద సాము katti mIda sAmu(a Telugu proverb, approx. English meaning: A fight from standing on the sharp edge of a sword.)". There is a danger of our criticism, howsoever, well-intentioned it may be, and in spite of much care, turning into malicious gossip विद्वेषपूर्ण लांछन. The dividing line between calumnising-scandalising and principles-practices based criticism, is very thing. I , therefore, appeal to my Readers, to keep in their minds, this risk which I am taking, while writing this particular blog post, and request them to kindly bear with me, even if they find something which is unpalatable. Welcome, even to harsh criticism. However, I appeal to my readers with delicate heads and hearts, not to proceed with reading this.

The speech is very clear. It is very very organised, naturally because it is prepared by an I.A.S. Topper. It is a good pep talk. It can create great impressions on innocent youth-listeners. There were lot of claps of applause. There were also laughs of applause. But, when subjected to analyses, many items covered in the speech do not stand test of reason.

The speech can be, vertically, classified into two columns. 1) Those which preach (Do this, Do this type). 2) Persons, events, incidents, given as examples. Discussing every item in the speech, using the whetting stone of "Reason", will need more than a 1,000 pages, and my life will not be sufficient. Besides, even if I write a thousand pages, Readers will not bother. This is because, today's readers and speakers may not have inclination, time, energies to read a thousand pages, unless a thousand bucks are paid to them as incentives, which I do not have. I leave it to Readers to explore deeply into those items, search for facts.

Whenever, an occasion arises, I shall cover some of the items spoken in the above oration, with supporting proof(s). In the meantime, I pray my readers to deeply study the speech which is very very impressive. When I give a different view point in these blog posts, then they can compare to what is spoken in the oration, and of course, bang me.

Trigger 2: Series of Arguments between Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, supported by Mr. Yenamala Ramakrishnudu, Finance Minister, backed by the Speaker himself on one side -- , and the Opposition Leader Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. The controversial topic was an allegation made by Mr. YS Jagan, about "management of 'vyavasthalu (systems & organisations)' ", said to have been by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. This view of mine is being written by me, on the basis of what has been seen by me on TV Channels on that day and next day. Hundreds of thousands of Telugu people might have seen these arguments on TVs, from their homes.

The problem with Mr. Y. Jaganmohan Reddy, is he is throwing stones from a glass house. He himself is facing allegations of amassing nearly Rs. 1,00,000 crore (trillion Rupees), using quid pro quo of his father Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's position as Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh. The matter is sub-judice. CBI, ED, Courts are in the process of exploring and establishing truth(s). Now, this Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's errors and guilts are not in our arena.

The problem of disproportionate assets of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, has not received adequate attention. Mr. Naidu is reported to have started as a farmer owning just two acres of land. In 1987, he is reported to have declared an annual income of Rs. 36,000/- (works out to approx. Rs. 3,000/- per month). A general impression among the people is Shri Naidu has accumulated assets worth about Rs. 3,000 crore (30 billion approx.$500m). Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, every year, declares his own assets, assets of his family members. His family members inheriting huge assets from the Estate of Late N.T. Rama Rao, first Non-Congress Chief of Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, and a big movie star "NaTa Ratna (Gem of Actors)" , is understandable.

The rise of a 2 acre farmer, and a Rs.36,000 p.a. income person, to a very affluent person, prima facie is bound to give rise to doubts, about the means used for the UPLIFTMENT of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. Sufficient Government investigation either by Government of Andhra Pradesh or the Government of India, about the disproportionate assets of Mr. Naidu has not taken place. This investigation ought to have taken place when Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy was in power from 2004 to 2010. The reason for the Government of India not bothering about it is also not known.

Somehow, the people of United Andhra Pradesh, or the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh were not interested in the history of asset build-up of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu. In respect of the asset-build-up of Late Mr. Rajasekhara Reddy and his son Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, some people view that revolt of Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy against Congress High Command, after the demise of his father to succeed to the Kingdom of Andhra Pradesh being Prince Heir Apparent, has prompted top Leaders to motivate a local Congress Leader in Hyderabad, to file a case in Hyderabad seeking CBI inquiry. Following that petition, as per Court orders, CBI inquiry was taken up against Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy. Two Telugu news papers, which during his lifetime Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy despised, took extra-ordinary interest in persuing and publicising the CBI Investigation details. At this juncture, we had Shri V.V. Lakshmi Narayana, Joint Director, CBI, Hyderabad took special interest in the case and brought investigation against Mr. Jagan to some concrete shape.

During the period, as a common citizen, I sincerely felt, if it were not for Shri Lakshmi Narayanaji of CBI, Hyderabad, the investigation would not have moved forward to a reasonably enforceable case, supported by bundles of documents. Hats off to him.

Question: What is the link between the Trigger 2 above, and Shri Lakshmi Narayana?

Ans: Though in 2003 some Congress leaders approached courts for investigation of asset-build-up of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, it failed owing to some technical reasons.

Peculiar problem is, whoever was approaching authorities/courts seeking investigations into the Disproportionate Assets of Mr. Naidu, have some reason or other, to have antagonism against him. This weakened the cases.

For example, Ms. Lakshmi Parvati w/o Late N.T. Rama Rao, approached in 2004, the ACB, Andhra Pradesh, and ACB Court, complaining against Shri Naidu. Everybody knows that Ms. Lakshmi Parvati and Mr. Naidu were at loggerheads for various reasons. In 2005, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu approached AP High Court, through a Writ Petition, for a stay of proceedings in respect of the case filed by Ms. Lakshmi Parvati. A Single Judge seems to have issued an interim Stay, stopping the proceedings. Against "Single Judge" decision, she has appealed in the same HC, which seems to have dismissed her appeal, and directed the Single Judge to continue for a final decision.

Now, that the investigations by CBI at the instance of Court, have picked up Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy's asset-build-up, his mother, naturally ought to get agitated and aggrieved. His mother Smt. Vijayamma, approached Andhra Pradesh High Court, seeking investigation against the asset-build-up of Shri Naidu.

High Court to decide within 15 days !! about the representation made by 12 persons, which includes Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Mr. Ramoji Rao, Reliance Company et al.

A three-judge bench of justices Dalveer Bhandari, T S Thakur and Dipak Mishra, while declining to stay or grant status quo, requested the High Court to dispose off within 15 days the application, if any, moved by Naidu and others for modification/vacating the November 14 interim order of the high court.

"... We are not inclined to interfere with the High Court order. The petitioners are granted liberty to move the High Court for modification or vacating the interim order", the apex court had said.

...The counsel for Naidu had submitted to the apex court that the direction by the High Court was in "violation" of the apex court`s earlier rulings that no such order can be passed without giving an opportunity to the other side. ...

Here, Shri Lakshmi Narayana of CBI enters into picture.

Link: Hindu.Com dated 26th Nov. 2011 shows that Shri Lakshmi Narayana Joint Director, CBI, A.P. collected voluminous documents submitted by Ms. Vijayamma, from A.P. High Court, for investigation.

"...CBI Joint Director V.V. Lakshmi Narayana collected from the A.P. High Court on Friday the voluminous documents submitted by Y.S. Vijayamma, MLA, in connection with the petition she filed seeking a probe against former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his associates for various irregularities allegedly committed by them. ...

Ms. Vijayamma, in her petition, had alleged that Mr. Naidu had committed offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, A.P. Land Grabbing Act and the Benami Transactions (Prohibition) Act.

In a brief chat with reporters, Mr. Lakshmi Narayana said that a preliminary inquiry would be registered and the investigation completed in three months in accordance with the court order.

The High Court, while admitting the petition on November 14, had directed the CBI, the Enforcement Directorate and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to investigate into the allegations and submit a report within three months in a sealed cover. The Supreme Court declined to stay High Court's interim order directing the CBI to investigate. While dismissing three SLPs filed by TDP leader C.M. Ramesh and MP, N. Nageswara Rao, the apex court, however, gave them liberty to file applications for vacating the interim order in the High Court. ..."

"...In a major relief to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu, the Andhra Pradesh high court in its interim orders on Tuesday stayed the preliminary probe by the Central Bureau of Investigations into his alleged disproportionate assets.

A division bench comprising of Justice G Rohini and Justice Asutosh Mohunta stayed the preliminary inquiry by the CBI as well as the Enforcement Directorate into Naidu's assets and his many other associates, including media baron Ramoji Rao, member of Parliament Nama Nageshwara Rao, industrialists C M Ramesh and B Y Choudhary.

...The orders were passed on the vacation petitions filed by Naidu, Ramoji Rao and Nama Nageshwara Rao challenging the orders of the high court passed on November 14 on a petition filed by YSR Congress president and MLA Vijayalakshmi, widow of former chief minister Y S Rajashekhar Reddy.

Naidu and others have sought the stay on the ground that the petition of Vijayalakshmi was politically motivated and it had no public interest involved. Naidu also pointed out that several petitions in the past on the similar grounds were dismissed by the court and even the government headed by YS Rajasekhar Reddy, husband of the petitioner, had not found any thing against him.

...Later on, one more judge V Eswaraiah recused himself following Vijayalakshmi's counsel Sushil Kumar raising doubts about the judge's credibility. He alleged that the family members of Justice Eshwaraih had links with the Telugu Desam Party. ...

...The case was then referred to a bench comprising of Justice G Rohini and Justice Asutosh Mohunta. Again Vijayalakshmi's counsel raised doubts about Justice Rohini, saying the judge had heard three different cases where the verdicts were given in favour of Naidu. ...

...Vijayalakshmi has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking the case against Naidu be transferred to the Supreme Court or the high court of some other state. ..."

"...The Supreme Court today dismissed a plea for a CBI probe into the alleged disproportionate assets owned by Andhra Pradesh former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

A bench of justices T S Thakur and Ibrhahim Kalifulla while refusing to interfere with the Andhra Pradesh High Court order, however, granted liberty to petitioner Y S Vijayamma, wife of state's late Chief Minister Y S Rajashekar Reddy, to approach the "competent court or authority" with her plea.

While acknowledging that the petitioner had the political rivalry with Naidu, presently the Leader of Opposition in the state's assembly, the apex court, however, made it clear that it was not going into the merits of her allegations.

The state high court had earlier dismissed Vijayamma's plea saying it was politically motivated as several similar petitions had been filed earlier against Naidu.

The high court earlier, in an interim order, had directed a CBI probe against Naidu, who subsequently approached the Supreme Court arguing it was an ex-parte order passed without hearing him.

The apex court on November 23 last year, while declining to interfere with the high court order, however, had asked him to approach the high court to challenge the interim order.

The high court subsequently had set aside its order for the CBI probe against Naidu, upon which Vijayamma had filed the present SLP.

In the A.P. Assembly March 2016 proceedings of discussion on No-Confidence Motion, every effort was made by the Ruling Party to coerce / compel Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy to admit that he made an adverse comment against Judiciary, when he said that "vyavasthalu (systems and organisations)" were managed in getting Court Stays against inquiries against Shri Chandra Babu Naidu. Of course, Mr. Jagan might have been advised by his lawyers, he has stubbornly refused to admit that he made any adverse remarks against Judiciary.

Though Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy has ostensibly not admitted that he had made any adverse comments against Judiciary on that day, there are hidden meanings.

What is interesting here? !!!

26th Nov. 2011, Hindu report shows: Shri Lakshmi Narayana collected docs. from High Court, for investigation.

13th Dec. 2011, Rediff.com report shows: A.P. High Court stayed the C.B.I. Investigation.

23rd July. 2012 Economictimes.Indiatimes. shows: Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of Ms. Vijayamma. Supreme Court has also said "...that it was not going into the merits of her allegations ..."

Now, it is clear that Supreme Court has not, and is not going into the allegations against Shri Naidu. The same Supreme Court in Nov. 2011, gave just 15 days to the High Court to decide on the Writ of Shri Naidu (and 11 persons).

23rd Nov. 2011 to 13th Dec. 2011, the HC decided in just 20 days ! Within this period of these 20 days, on 25th Nov. 2011 Shri Lakshmi Narayana, CBI, JD, Hyd. collected the VOLUMINOUS DOCUMENTS submitted by Ms. Vijayamma and presumably proceeded with his investigations. It is not clear , how far he progressed, whether A.P. High Court received his preliminary report, within 15 days. Also not clear : Whether A.P. High Court did not wait for the report of the JD., CBI.

With this High efficiency of our High Court, within 20 days, they carried out the instruction of the Supreme Court, and disposed off the whole matter of a person of 2 acres becoming a very rich person !

Without going into the merits of allegations made by Ms. Vijayamma, OF COURSE MAY BE OWING TO POLITICAL RIVALRIES, with Supreme efficiency, our Supreme Court disposed off the whole matter of a person of 2 acres becoming a very rich person.

ప్రభుత్వఉన్నతాధికారులు, ఘరానా పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు, ఘరానా వ్యాపారులు, సినీనట నటీమణులు, క్రికెటర్లు మొ|| నానా జనం కూడ బూర్జువాల కిందే లెక్క. వీళ్లు సాధారణ కార్యకర్తలుగా చేరి మెట్లు మెట్లుగా ఎదిగి పార్టీలలో లోక్ సభ, రాజ్యసభ, మంత్రులు, గవర్నర్లు మొ|| ఉన్నత పదవులనలంకరించితే అభ్యంతరం పెట్టేవారుండరు. పెద్ద పెద్దవాళ్ళు వచ్చి పెద్ద్ పెద్ద పదవులను ఎగరేసుకు పోటం, తమకు ఆజ్ఞలు ఇవ్వటం, ఉద్బోధలు చేస్తుంటే అప్పటికే పార్టీలలో ఉన్న కార్యకర్తలకి, ద్వితీయశ్రేణి నేతలకు కడుపులో మండుతూ ఉంటుంది. కొన్ని సార్లు వెంటనే తమ బాధను బయటకు వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ ఉంటారు. కొన్నిసార్లు ఆలస్యం అవుతూ ఉంటుంది. కొన్నిసార్లు అగ్ని పర్వతంలా కుములుతూ ఉంటారు. సమయం చూసుకొని బ్రద్దలు అవుతూ ఉంటారు.

బయటనుండి వచ్చే వారికి ఉన్నత పదవులను ఇచ్చే విషయంలో పార్టీలలో నియమావళులు ఉండాలి. ఇందులో నాలుగు రకాల విభాగాలను మనం చేసుకోవచ్చు.
౧. పార్టీ ఆహ్వానంపై వచ్చి, పార్టీల బలవంతం మీద పార్టీలలో చేరే వారు.
౨. తమంత తాముగా వచ్చి, పార్టీ అగ్రనేతలను బ్రతిమిలాడి , టాప్ స్థానాలను పొందే వారు.
౩. పార్టీ మరీ శైశవ దశలోనో, శిథిల దశలోనో వచ్చి పార్టీలలో చేరి పార్టీల పునరుథ్థానానికి తోడ్పడే వారు.
౪. పార్టీ విజయ పథంలో పయనిస్తున్నపుడు ఆలాభంలో షేర్ కొరకు వచ్చి చేరేవారు.

ఇంకా ఎన్నో విభాగాలను చేయవచ్చు. ఎన్ని విభాగాలను చేసుకున్నా, తమ నియమావళిలో స్పష్టంగా ప్రకటించి వెబ్ సైట్లలో పెట్టాలి. సాధారణంగా ప్రతిపార్టీ తమ అగ్రనేతలకు అపరిమితమైన అధికారాలను కట్టుబెడుతూ ఉంటుంది. వర్కింగ్ కమీటీలు, ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ కమీటీలు కూడ తమ వద్ద అపరిమితమైన అధికారాలను ఉంచుకుంటాయి. నియంతృత్వాలు ఉద్భవించటానికి అనుకూలమైన నిబంధనలన్నీ బైలాలలో పొందు పరుస్తూ ఉంటారు. దీని వల్ల పార్టీలలో అంతరంగ ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఉండదు. ఉదాహరణకి, పార్టీ అగ్రనేత వర్కింగ్ కమిటీలో సభ్యులను భారీగా నామినేట్ చేయటం, వారు కూడ వోటు హక్కును కలిగి ఉండటం. పేరుకు వర్కింగ్ కమీటీలు, ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ కమీటీలే కానీ అవి అగ్రనేతలయొక్క బంట్లతో నిండిఉంటాయి.

ఆం ఆద్మీ పార్టీ కూడ దీనికి భిన్నంగా ఉన్నట్లు కనిపించటంలేదు. ఫలితంగా ఆం ఆద్మీ పార్టీలో కూడ నియంతృత్వ లక్షణాలు బయట పడుతున్నాయి.

ప్రభుత్వ, పోలీసు అధికారులు తమ పదవులలో , అప్పటికే అధికారాలను, అవినీతిని, డబ్బును జుర్రుకొని ఉంటారు కాబట్టి మరల వారికే అవకాశాలా అని ద్వితీయ శ్రేణి నేతలు వితర్కించుకుంటూ ఉంటారు.

If Mr. Lakshmi Narayana, an Additional DGP in Indian Police Service, really has an ambition to join politics, he will probably join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and not AAP.
