పేరుకే మూడు రాజధానులు.. పాలనంతా విశాఖ నుంచే: ధర్మాన పేరుకు మూడు రాజధానులు అని చెప్పినా.. పాలన అంతా విశాఖ నుంచే సాగుతుందని ఏపీ మంత్రి ధర్మాన ప్రసాదరావు అన్నారు.

మంత్రి శ్రీ ధర్మాన ప్రసాదరావు గారు , స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు.

పాలన అంతా విశాఖనుండే చేయాలనుకుంటున్నప్పుడు , ఇంక నాటకాలూ దాగుడుమూతలు ఎందుకు ? ముఖ్యమంత్రి కూడ ఇదే విషయం తన మనసులో ఉంటే దానిని తేటతెల్లం చేసి శాసనసభలో ఒక ప్రకటన చేస్తే బాగుంటుంది.

ఈలోపల నేను కొన్ని నా వ్యక్తిగత అభిప్రాయాలను వ్రాస్తాను. వీటిని ఎవరిపై రుద్దను.

ప్రశ్న- మూడు రాజధానుల వల్ల మూడు ప్రాంతాలూ సమంగా అభివృధ్ధి చెందుతాయని వైఎస్ ఆర్ మంత్రులు, వైఎస్ ఆర్ శాసనసభ్యులు అంటున్నారు కదా ?

జవాబు-- గ్రామాలూ , మండలాలూ అభివృధ్ధి చెందాలనే కోరిక ఉంటేనే మూడు రాజధానులు అయినా ఒక రాజధాని యైనా , సాధ్యం అవుతుంది. నేడున్న వ్యవస్థలో భూకులాలు అంటే భారీగా భూములు కలిగి ఉన్న కులాల వారు (కులాల పేర్లు వ్రాయటం న్యాయంకాదు) పట్టణాలకు నివాసాలను మార్చుకున్నారు. భూములను ఒకటి రెండు ఎకరాలను అమ్మి, మిగిలిన వాటిని కౌలుకిచ్చి పట్టణాలలో అపార్టుమెంటుల్లోకి మారి పిల్లలకు కార్పోరేట్ విద్యను, తమకు కార్పోరేట్ వైద్యాన్ని పొందుతున్నారు. తమకౌలు తమకు ముట్టుతున్నంత కాలం, భూరికార్డులలో తమపేర్లు కొనసాగుతున్నంత కాలం ప్రభుత్వం రైతులకు ఇచ్చే సకల ప్రోత్సాహకాలను తాము స్వీకరిస్తూ, కౌలు రైతులను పీడిస్తున్నారు. తీరిక సమయంలో పట్టణాలలో వ్యాపారాలు చేసుకుంటూ , మైనింగు మొ. పరిశ్రమ లను నడుపుకుంటూ, కంట్రాక్టులు చేస్తూ, విద్యా సంస్థలను కార్పోరేట్ హాస్పిటల్సును నడుపుకుంటా, వాటిని రక్షించుకోటానికి, పెంచుకోటానికీ, రాజకీయవాదులుగా మారి భూబకాసురులుగా అవతరించారు. ఈతరహా పాలెగాళ్ళు రాయలసీమలోనూ, కృష్ణా గోదావరులలోనూ ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తుంది. ఎక్డడున్న వాళ్ళైతేనేం, భూకులాల వారే రాజకీయ వ్యాపారాలు, భూవ్యాపారాలు చేయగలరు. దీనికి అదనంగా, వీరి కొడుకులు, కూతుళ్లు, బంధువులే అమెరికాలో, యూరప్ లో ఉద్యోగాలూ, వ్యాపారాలూ చేస్తూ, అక్డడ భూబకాసురులుగా మారారు. వారు పంపే డబ్బుతో ఇక్కడ బంధుబకాసురులు భూమూలు కొనుగోలు చేస్తూ , రాష్ట్రం మొత్తాన్ని వాళ్ళ గుప్పిటలో పెట్టు కున్నారు. డబ్బులు పారేసి వోట్లు కొనే శక్తి వారికే ఉంది. సామాన్య ప్రజల దారిద్ర్య నిర్మూలనకు , బ్రతుకుతెరువుకూ సంబంధించి, ఒక రాజధానియైనా , మూడూరాజధానులైనా ఒకటే. మూడు గోడలకు తల బాదుకోటమా, ఒకే గోడకు తలబాదుకోటమా అనే దాని ఫలితం, ఎంత గట్టిగా తలబాదుకుంటున్నాము అనేదాని బట్టి ఉంటుంది.

దూరం సంగతి ఏమిటి

ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో హైదరాబాదు రాజధానిగా ఉన్నప్డుడు శ్రీకాకుళంవారు , తడ వారూ, హిందూపురం వారూ హైదరాబాదు వెళ్ళటానికి నానాబాధలు పడ్డారు. అయినా తెలుగు వారంతా ఒకటే అనే మైకంలో వారు హైదరాబాదు వెళ్ళి కూలీలుగా పనిచేసారు. ఇదే తెలుగు కూలీలను మనం ఓడలను తుక్కుగా చితక్కొట్టే గుజరాత్ లోని అలాంగ్ రేవులోనూ చూడచ్చు. ముంబాయిలో ఆకాశ హర్మ్యాల నిర్మాణంలోనూ రాళ్ళెత్తేది తెలుగు కూలీలే. విశాఖ, అమరావతి లేక కర్నూలలో ఎక్కడ రాజధాని ఉన్నా, కూలీ పనులు చేసేది బెంగాలీ , ఒరియా , బీహారీ కూలీలే. మన కూలీలు గల్ఫులోనూ, గుజరాత్ లోనూ, ముంబాయిలోనూ పనిచేస్తారు.

శ్రీ ధర్మాన గారు చెప్పినట్లుగా మూడురాజధానులు అని చెప్పినప్పటికీ పరిపాలన అంతా విశాఖనుండి కొనసాగితే, హిందూ పురం వారు , సూళ్ళూరు పేట వారూ, విశాఖ వెళ్ళటానికి సుమారు ఏడు వందల కిలోమీటర్లు ప్రయాణించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

ప్రశ్న-- శ్రీజగన్ గారు ౨౦౧౯ ఎన్నికల ముందే, తనకు అమరావతి రాజధాని ఇష్టం లేదని అసెంబ్లీలో, బయట చెప్పి ఉంటే బాగుండేది కదా?

జవాబు-- అలా చెప్తే ఎంతో బాగుండేది. అంత్య నిష్ఠూరం కన్నా ఆది నిష్ఠూరం మేలు అని ఒక సామెత ఉంది. అలాగే తోటకూర దొంగిలించి నపుడే తల్లి మందలించి ఉంటే కొడుకు పెద్ద దొంగ అయ్యేవాడు కాదు అని కూడ ఒక కథ ఉంది. ఒకవేళ చంద్రబాబు రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారానికి భారీ పథకం వేసి ఉంటే , శ్రీజగన్ ౨౦౧౯ ముందే దానిని అడ్డుకుని ఉండేవాడు.

ప్రశ్న-- అమరావతిలో ఇన్ సైడర్ ట్రేడింగ్ జరగలేదంటారా ?

ఎందుకు జరగలేదు ? తప్పకుండా జరిగింది. అయితే ఇన్ సైడర్ ట్రేడింగు అనే సమాసం, స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజిలలో గుర్పింపు పొందింది. భూబకాసరుల లావాదేవీలలో, దీనిని కోర్టులు గుర్తించలేదు. కనుకు విశ్వాస ఘాతుకం --బ్రీచ్ ఆఫ్ ట్రస్ట్ ను కోర్టులలో నిరూపించి నేరాలకు శిక్ష వేయించటం కష్ట మయ్యింది. ఇపుడైనా వైఎస్ ఆర్ ప్రభుత్వం సరియైన ఉద్యోగులను, అధికారులను నియోగించి సాక్ష్యాలను సరిగా సేకరించి, హైకోర్టులో సరియైన వాదనలు చేస్తే కొందరికైనా శిక్షలు పడేవి. ఆలస్యం అయినా సరిగా కృషి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

ప్రశ్న-- ౩౪౦౦౦ ఎకరాలు ఇచ్చిన ౨౫౦౦౦ రైతులూ బినామీలంటారా ?

జవాబు-- ఎన్నటికీ కాదు. సుమారు ఒక వేయిమంది బినామీలను తీసేస్తే మిగిలిన భూదాతలు అందరూ సన్న, చిన్న, అన్ని కులాలకు చెందిన రైతులే. వాళ్లలో పలువురు అధికారుల, నాయకుల మోసపూరిత వాగ్దానాలను నమ్మి తమ , తమ భూముల విలువలు పెరుగుతాయని ఆశపడి వాటిని ప్రభుత్వానికి ఇచ్చారు. పలువురు రైతులు బెదిరింపులకు లోనయ్యారు. తెలుగుసినిమా పాట ఒకటి ఉంది. --మబ్బుల్లో నీళ్ళు చూసి ముంత ఒలక పోసుకోనా-- అని. ఆశ, దురాశి, భయం అనే మూడిటి మధ్య అమరావతి ప్రజలు నలిగి పోయారు. అయితే వారు ఊహించని ఒక పరిణామం వారి జీవితాలను మార్చేసింది. అదే, చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం పోయి శ్రీ జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం రావటం. కేంద్రంలో బీజెపీ ప్రభుత్వం నిమ్మకు నీరెత్తినట్లుగా ఉండటంతో, అమరావతి ప్రజలకు పుండు మీద కారం చల్లనట్లయింది.

ప్రశ్-- శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు గెలిచి ఉంటే , ఏమి జరిగి ఉండేదీ ?

జవాబు-- శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు గెలిచి ఉంటే, సింగపూర్ కంపెనీ లును కానీ, లేక వేరే ఇతర విదేశీ కార్పొరేట్లకు అమరావతి భూములను దీర్ఘ కాలిక లీజులుగా నైవేద్యం పేట్టి, మిగిలిన అమరావతి భూములను అభివృధ్ధి చేసి ఉండే వాడు. దీని వల్ల అమరావతి ప్రజలకు భారీ ప్రయోజనాలు లభించినా లభించకవోయినా కనీసం ఎంతో కొంత గిట్టుబాటు అయ్యేది. అలా జరగనందు వల్ల, మరియు శ్రీజగన్ ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే చేసిన నిర్మాణాలను పాడుకాకుండా చూసుకుంటూ, ప్రతి సంవత్సరం, భారీగా కాకపోయినా, ఎంతో కొంత అభివృధ్ధి పనులను చేసుకుంటూ పోతే, రాష్ట్రం ప్రస్తుతం తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులను ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి వచ్చేది కాదు. అనవసరం కోర్టు దావాలు, ఉద్యమాలు తప్పేవి. దీనిని మనం స్టేటస్ కో యాంటీ అనచ్చు. యథాతథ స్థితి కొనసాగింపు అనచ్చు.

ప్రశ్న-- యథాతథ స్థితి వల్ల ఉత్తరాంధ్ర విశాఖ, రాయలసీమ కర్నూలు ఎలా అభివృధ్ధి అవుతాయి ?

జవాబు-- ప్రతి జిల్లాకేంద్రంలోనూ , ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఉప కార్యాలయం (రాష్ట్ర మెయిన్ సచివాలయం కాదు) అంటే సీఎమ్ ఓ శాఖలను ఏర్పాటు చేయవచ్చు. ఇపుడంతా కంప్యూటర్ల మయం. అంతా డిజిటాలే. అమరావతి సచివాలయం, ముమకార్యాలయం సర్వర్ల నోడ్ లను జిల్లా కేంద్రాలలో ఏర్పాటు చేసి ముమకార్యాలయ అధికారులను అక్కడ పోస్టుచేసి అమరావతిలో చేయాల్సిన పనులనే జిల్లా కేంద్రాలలో చేయించవచ్చు. ప్రతిపాదనలను --ఓకే-- చెప్పటమే అమరావతి సీఎమ్ సర్వర్ నుండి, శాఖా మంత్రుల సర్వర్లనుండి జరుగుతుంది. ఇలా చేసేటపుడు మంత్రుల అధికారాలకు, వారి --పాత్రలకు-- భంగం కలగకుండా చూసుకోవాలి.

వృక్షంలో జైలం నాళాల ద్వారా వ్రేళ్ళనుండి నీరు ఆకుల దాకా చేరుతుంది. అక్కడ కిరణ జన్య సంయోగ క్రియ జరిగి, తయారియన ఆహారం, క్రిందిదాకా చేరాలి. మూలాలు నీటిని పీల్చుకోక పోతే మొక్క ఎండిపోతుంది. ఆకులు ఆహారం తయారు చేసి క్రిందికి పంపకో పోయినా ఇదే జరుగుతుంది.

శ్రీ వీ.వీ. లక్ష్మీనారాయణ, విశ్రాంత ఐపీఎస్ అధికారి గారు జనసేన పార్టీలో చేరారు. జనసేన పార్టీవారి నాలుగవ లిస్టు ప్రకారం, శ్రీవారు విశాఖపట్నం నుండి లోక్ సభకు పోటీచేస్తున్నారు. గతంలో నెట్ లో, పత్రికలలో వచ్చిన వార్తలను బట్టి శ్రీవారు స్వామీవివేకానందకు వీరాభిమాని. కొన్ని శ్రీరామకృష్ణ మఠ్ వారి కార్యక్రమాలలో కూడ శ్రీవారు ప్రసంగించటం కూడ జరిగింది. ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీనరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు కూడ స్వామీ వివేకానందకు వీరాభిమాని కాబట్టి శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణసార్ బిజెపిలో చేరతారని భావించటం జరిగింది. బిజెపీ వారు సార్ ని తమ పార్టీలోకి ఆహ్వానించినట్లుగా వార్తలు కూడ వచ్చాయి. కానీ సార్ బిజెపీ లో చేరలేదు. తదుపరి, సారే స్వంతంగా పార్టీ పెడతారని వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. అదీ జరగలేదు. తరువాత సార్ టీడీపీలో చేరతారని వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ సార్ టీడీపీలో చేరలేదు. ఈసందర్భంగా నా గాడిద బుద్ధి ఊరుకోదు కాబట్టి కొన్ని ఊహలను , ఆలోచనలను , విశ్లేషణలను వ్రాయటం తప్పుకాదనుకుంటాను. నాకు సార్ పై గానీ, శ్రీ పవన్ పై గానీ ప్రేమ గానీ, శతృత్వంగానీ లేదని స్పష్టం చేస్తున్నాను. అంతే కాక నా అభిప్రాయాలను పాఠకులపై ఉద్దేశ్యం నాకులేదని చెప్పక తప్పదు. ఒక వేళ నేను రుద్దాలనుకున్నా పాఠకులు రుద్దించుకోరు. కనుక, నేను ఇక్కడ వ్రాస్తున్నది ఒక్కింత విశాల హృదయంతో, లేక హాస్య దృష్టితో చదవండి.

సార్ బిజెపీలో ఎందుకు చేరలేదు?

జవాబు: బిజెపికి ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో ఠికాణా లేదు. ఐఏఎస్ ఐపీఎస్ అధికారులకు విజయ కాంక్ష ఎక్కువ. సార్, ట్రైచేస్తే ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ లాంటి రాష్ట్రంలో బిజెపీ టికెట్ దొరికేదేమో, వారే ఆయనను యూపీలో గెలిపించి ఉండేవారేమో. ఒకవేళ యూపీలో ఓడిపోయినా, లేక టికెట్ దొరక్కపోయినా, శ్రీ వెంకయ్యనాయుడు గారిని, జీవీఎల్ గారినీ పంపినట్లు, బహుశా లక్ష్మీనారాయణ సార్ ను కూడ రాజ్యసభకు పంపే వాళ్ళేమో. బహుశా, కేంద్రంలో బిజెపీ మరల అధికారంలోకి రాకపోవచ్చని సార్ కు ఏమైనా ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ సమాచారం అందిందేమో తెలియదు. బిజెపీ కేంద్రంలో అధికారంలోకి రాకపోతే, తాను కలలు కన్నట్లుగా వ్యవసాయమంత్రి అయ్యే అవకాశం ఉండదు. అదేకాదు. సార్ కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయమంత్రి అవ్వాలనుకున్నారో లేక ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయ మంత్రి అవాలనుకున్నారో తెలియదు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో జనసేనకన్నా, టీడీపీకి విజయావకాశాలు బాగా ఉన్నాయి, ఈనాటికి నిజం. కానీ సార్ టీడీపీలో ఎందుకు చేరలేదు?

జవాబు- విశాఖనుండి టీడీపీ నుండి పోటీ చేస్తున్న గీతం విశ్వవిద్యాలయాధిపతి శ్రీ భరత్ ఆర్ధికంగా మహా బలశాలి. సార్ కోరిక విశాఖనుండి పోటీ చేయటమే అయితే శ్రీ చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారు శ్రీభరత్ ను ప్రక్కన పెట్టాల్సి వస్తుంది. శ్రీ భరత్ గారు శ్రీచంద్రబాబు వియ్యంకుండైన శ్రీ బాలకృష్ణగారికి చిన్నల్లుడట. అట్లగుచో తన సామాజిక వర్గానికే చెందిన, తనబంధువర్గానికి చెందిన, డబ్బు కుమ్మరించంగల శ్రీ భరత్ ను శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు ఎందుకు వదులుకుంటారు? జరగని పని.

ఒకవేళ టీడీపీ టికెట్ లభించి, సార్ లోక్ సభకు ఎన్నికయ్యాక కేంద్రంలో శ్రీ మోడీ ప్రధానమంత్రి అయ్యి, రాష్ట్రంలో శ్రీచంద్రబాబు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయితే, టీడీపీ ఎమ్ పీ లందరూ ఢిల్లీ లో గాంధీగారి బొమ్మముందో లేక జంతర్ మంతర్ దగ్గరో, రోజూ ధర్నా చేయాల్సి రావచ్చు. పైగా, తెలుగు దేశం నేతలపై ఐటీ దాడులు పెరగచ్చు.

ఒకవేళ కేంద్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి, అమరావతిలో టీడీపీ ఓడిపోతే, జగన్ రాజ్యమే వస్తే , శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణకు ప్రతికూల పరిస్థితులు వస్తాయి. కాబట్టి టీడీపీలో చేరటం ప్రమాదం. అంతేకాక, శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణ టీడీపీలో చేరి ఉంటే ఆయన చంద్రబాబు తొత్తు , బాబుతో కుమ్మక్కయ్యాడు అనే ఆరోపణకి గురయ్యేవాడు. కనుకు టీడీపీలో చేరి ఉండక పోవచ్చు.

సార్ విశాఖనుండి గెలుస్తారా?

జవాబు- ఈప్రశ్నకు జవాబు, శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ ఎన్ని కోట్లు ఖర్చుచేస్తారు అనేదానిపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. శ్రీ పవన్ కల్యాణ్ సినీహీరో జీవితానికి అలవాటు పడ్డవాడు. సినీహీరో లెపుడూ, తాము పదికోట్లు తీసుకున్నా, తమ ఖర్చులను నిర్మాతలపై తోయటానికి ఇష్టపడతారు. సినిమాలు ఫెయిలయినపుడు ఒకరిద్దరు హీరోలు, దర్శకులు తమ పారితోషికంలో కొంతభాగాన్ని నిర్మాతలకు, పంపిణీదారులకు వెనక్కి ఇచ్చి వారిని ఆదుకున్నట్లు వార్తలు వచ్చాయి. కానీ, శ్రీపవన్ కల్యాణ్ సినిమాలు బాక్స్ ఆఫీస్ లో పల్టీ కొట్టినపుడు, ఆయన ఇలాంటి ఔదార్యాన్ని స్వల్పంగా అయినా చూపినట్లు కనపడదు. కనుక విశాఖపట్నం లోక్ సభ ఎన్నికలలో జనసేన పార్టీ శ్రీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ ఖర్చులను భరిస్తుంది అని ఆశించటం పేరాశే అవుతుంది.

డబ్బులు ఖర్చు చేయని, లేక చేయలేని అభ్యర్ధులను ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రజలు గెలిపించటం ఇరవై ఒకటో శతాబ్దంలో జరగటం మనం కనం వినం. ఆంధ్రకేసరి టంగుటూరి ప్రకాశంగారు తన చివరిరోజులలో మైలాపూర్ నుండి ఓడిపోటం బహుశా డబ్బు ఖర్చుచేయక పోటం వల్లే జరిగుండచ్చు. స్వర్గీయ వావిలాల గోపాలకృ,ష్ణయ్యగారు కూడ డబ్బులు అతి తక్కువ ఖర్చుచేసి నాలుగుసార్లు శాసనసభకు ఎన్నికైనా, పోలింగ్ బూతులలో కూర్చునే ఏజంట్లకు రోజు ఖర్చుకి రూ. 60 చొప్పున ఇవ్వలేక పోటీచేయటం మానేసారని నేను విన్నాను. కాబట్టి శ్రీలక్ష్మీనారాయణ గారు ఎంత ఖర్చు చేయబోతున్నారు?

753 Is Shirdi Sai Baba a God? क्या षिर्दी शाई बाबा भगवान है ? क्या उलको हिन्दु मंदिरों में पूजा कर सकते हैं ? శ్రీ షిర్దీ శాయిబాబా దేవుడా ? ఆయన విగ్రహాలను హిందూ దేవాలయాలలో పూజించ వచ్చా.

Is Shirdi Sai Baba a God? Can he be worshipped in Hindu Temples, or in separate special temples? This burning question is doing rounds in the Telugu TV Channels. Every day, some saffron-clad monk is invited to the Studio, and interrogated by the anchors to obtain categorical replies. It appears that Shri Paripoornanda Saraswati of Kakinada seem to be a devotee of Satya Sai Baba. Both the Swaroopanandendra Saraswatis of Dwaraka and Visakhapatnam seem to question Shirdi Sai Baba's worship in Hindu Temples. There is also a mention of some Meeting of Monks taking place at Ujjain Kumbh Mela of Kshipra River, to discuss threadbare the whole thing and decide on the issue.

Tell categorically, without behaving like a cat-on-wall, whether Shirdi Sai Baba is a God?

1. There is no definition of a God(dess).

2. There is no clarity whether humans can be worshipped as Gods, simply because they have performed some miracles during their life time, or they have made some silly sacrifices or unintended forced sacrifices. There is also no acceptable evidence of the performance of such miracles. They are only HEARSAY stories. Persons surrounding God persons, create stories, magnify them out of proportions, with a view to maintain the popularity of the pilgrim centre, and often they themselves have / had vested interests in maintaining the GOD status of the God person.

3. Innocent people, greedy people, timid people may accept anything under the sky as God(dess), without questioning. Stone, Plants, Animals, Rivers, Wall facing Arabia, Pulpits, humans, everything is prayer-worthy, as long as they get a mistaken impression that their desires are being fulfilled, that their fears are being allayed, that there is an alround perception of protection.

4. People, particularly proletariat (working class), non-sweating working class, need intellectual upgradation. They have to start using their brains and minds independently.

5. In blog-post No.701 (Click here to if you wish to study 701) , we have recalled how in erstwhile Soviet Union, soon after the Bolshevik Revolution, people converted their Churches into potato warehouses.

If true complete socialism is brought out by Indian Proletariat voters through their votes in General Elections to Indian Parliament, and if ballot revolutions take place repeatedly over at least 4 general elections continuously in two decades, probably our proletariat workers may also decide to decide proper roles for our prayer-houses of all religions. Of course, this is a dream and a fantasy.

6. Shirdi Sai Baba was just a human. He might have had some qualities of love etc. But, basically he was a person, who did not perform any work for his livelihood. In that sense, he was a burden on the society of those days. Besides, he misled gullible people into superstitiously believing him that he was a God.

7. Today, millions of Indians believe that Shirdi Sai Baba was a God, impressed by stories woven around him by fanatics or those who do the business of "God and the Religion". It will be very difficult to wean them away from their superstitious beliefs. Only an enlightened proletariat can do it.

In true complete socialism, the risks, fears, uncertainties, hardships which people face will be removed through Socialist Economies and Socialist Societies. Then there will be no need of CRUTCHES of Gods and God persons.

8. In the mean time, hundreds of thousands of Sai Temples have been built in India, occupying roads, adding congestion to the traffic. Sai Temples have become a source of livelihood to priests, traders, and mendicants.

9. There may not be anything wrong if Hindu Temples remove the idols and photos of Shirdi Sai Baba, being worshipped in their premises, NOT BECAUSE SAI BABA WAS A MUSLIM, but because, Shirdi Sai Baba was a human who lived only in 20th Century. He was just a mortal. It is immaterial whether he has performed, or not performed some miracles. Worshippers of Shirdi Sai Baba can either build separate temples for their perceived-God, or probably worship him with greater devotion in their homes, without much noise. Ultimately, in true complete socialism, all prayers and worships may have to be confined to homes, if proletariat repeatedly elected Parliament decides to convert prayer houses of ALL RELIGIONS into POTATO GODOWNS or RICE GODOWNS.

734 (Part 3/100) of DILEMMAS AND ENIGMAS OF INDIAN ECONOMY - Review of One Eyed King Statement of Shri Raghuram Rajan - Frog Kings on Joy-rides

This is in continuation of our blog posts Click to go to post 724 (part 1/100), and Click to go to post 732 (part 2/100), of India's Economic and Financial Dilemmas and Enigmas, a sequel of comment by RBI Governor Shri Raghuram Rajan, that India is like 'a one-eyed king', whereas the world is full of blindness. We are, now, taking up the part 3/100. India's Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers, Chief Ministers of State, People's Representatives, everybody 24/7/365 assure people that foreigners will start new industries in India and give employment to thousands of people. Prompted by these assurances, people day-dream that by becoming employees of Multi National Companies (MNCs) they can have all comforts and luxuries in the world. We shall, now see, one live example of one such Employment Generator called Brandix Apparel City in Achyutapuram, near Visakhapatnam.

Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, has allocated 1000 acres land to the Brandix Apparel City, on a lease of Re. 1 per acre. That means, the Brandix Apparel City will be paying Rs. 1,000/- as rent for 1000 acres. This is nothing but giving 1000 acres FREE.

Question: What additional concessions / freebees are given to SEZs?

Concessional income tax rate of 20% for a period of 15 years from the date of commencement of commercial production as against present corporate tax 32.45%.

Units can import goods without payment of duty for manufacturing and operation purpose.

Services tax is exempt.

Procurement of goods from Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) without payment of duty.

DTA sales are permissible (subject to duty), provided net foreign exchange earner.

50% exemption on Stamp Duty, Registration Fee on transfer of lands meant for Industrial use in the Special Economic Zone area.

Complete exemption of stamp duty and registration fee for loan agreements, credit deeds, mortgages and hypothecation deeds executed by the SEZ Units for assets in the SEZ in favour of banks or financial institutions.

Other state taxes including sales tax, VAT, luxury tax and entertainment tax and state duties on transactions within SEZ. Sale tax and other State Taxes on inputs (goods and services) made to SEZ units from Off Zone suppliers within the State.

The State exempts Power in SEZ from Electricity Duty and Tax.

Captive Power will be allowed in SEZ. Exemption from wheeling charges and grid protection charges levied on Captive Power.

NO requirement of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) approval.

After giving numerous concessions in a gold platter, how should an SEZ function?

As per the MOU the Brandixapparelcity entered into with the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, the SEZ has to provide employment to about 60,000 persons. But, it is reported to have provided employment only to about 16,000 persons. Leaving aside the quantity of employment generation, the "quality of employment" also warrants attention of the Law Enforcing Authorities in INdia, and the State Andhra Pradesh.





I.L.O. = International Labor Organisation. Its organ, International Labor Office, has an ILO Bureau for Workers’ Activities (ACTRAV). In March 2012, they have got a report prepared by Pallavi Mansingh, Suneetha Eluri and Sreejesh N.P., Centre for Education and Communication (CEC), New Delhi. It contains not only Brandix SEZ, Achyutapuram, but also other SEZs in India. ‎

Here is an extract from the ILO Study, Page 50 of the total 56 pages, which shows the State of Affairs, apparently prevailing at Achyutapuram SEZ.

3. Atchutapuram SEZ, AP: Yet another SEZ under operation in Visakhapatnam is at Achutapuram; 9200 acres of land were acquired for this SEZ alone. There are 20 units, which employ a young workforce between the ages of 20 and 40 years. Brandix India Apparel, which is a textile factory, employs 16,000 workers in this SEZ.

Most of the workers are women and they are forced to work continuously for eight hours in a standing posture. Several cases of harassment have been reported to CITU. There are restrictions over women workers even going to toilets. Women workers are asked to attend the call of nature within a stipulated time of 5 minutes. If any worker fails to report back in the said time, male supervisors bang on the toilet doors. Several cases of sexual harassment are reported from here and women workers are not allowed maternity benefits.

Whenever workers revolted, the management used to file false cases against them. The police resorted to intense repression in many instances. Once, when CITU leaders asked the police why there was this kind of an unusual response to workers, they responded by saying, “What can we do? The orders are directly coming from CM’s office!” Even the police is helpless as there are strict orders from higher offices to curb the struggle by all means.

In spite of the huge repression, CITU has been able to register unions in some of the SEZ units. But there are several restrictions: no pamphlet can be taken inside the gate, no one can distribute pamphlets at the gate, and no trade union leader is allowed within one kilometre of the SEZ. Workers come to work from distant places, even 30 to 40 kilometres away. The company arranges their transport in order to prevent workers from interacting with anyone. Buses pick up the workers from their homes and directly drop them at the company door. All these workers are paid very less. This company releases polluted water with chemicals into the sea. There is a direct pipeline from the factory to the sea. Because of this polluted water, the fisherfolk of Pudimadaka are losing their livelihood as the contaminated water is killing the fish. When the fisher community of that area raised this issue, the company entered into an agreement with them. As per the agreement, the company has to employ 3,000 fishermen who lost their livelihood. So far, though, only about 600 fishermen have been given work in the factory. Management pays them Rs 70 to Rs 80 per day, whereas they used to earn Rs 300 to Rs 400 per day as fishermen. When they demanded a wage increase, all of them were retrenched. The agreement is null and void now.

If the above was the situation prevailing in 2012, the situation ought to have improved by 2016. But, apparently not. Now, the situation has culminated, to a strike by its Women Workers.

It appears that the Employers at the ApparelsCity seem to be paying THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY LAW (MINIMUM WAGES ACT or whatever else it is), OR something slightly above it, so as to avoid prosecution. Branded Apparels command premium prices in the world, not to speak of India. That means, the Manufacturers in the SEZ should have been earning super-profits by charging high prices to the consumers, and paying low wages to the Laborers. The Manufacturers are also swallowing all the concessions given by Central and the State Governments.

Karl Marx's Theory of Value should immediately come to our mind. According to the Theory of Value, the "Value Addition" made by the Workers to the merchandise, and recovered from the consumers by charging Skimming Prices from them, are knocked away by Manufacturers.

"Male Supervisors banging on the toilet doors of the Women's Toilets" !!! Even prisons may not have this type of conditions. We cannot blame the Male Superviors themselves personaly because, they might have been acting under the orders of the Manufacturers and the SEZ Owners. Like the oggresses who were entrusted the duty of guarding Sita in Ashoka Gardens by the Ten Headed Ravana, the Male Supervisors who banged the doors of the female toilets must be under direct or indirect pressure from their employers.

The ILO's Report clearly shows the helplessness of the Police, because they get direct orders from CMO (Chief Minister's Office).

Now, our readers can appreciate why our Rulers can be compared to "Frog-Kings". India is not a "one-eyed king" as made out by Mr. Raghuram Rajan, RBI Governor. Our Rulers are the FROG-KINGS who are taking joy-rides on the FOREIGN INVESTOR SERPANTS.

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh will be performing the House Warming Ceremony of the Temporary Secretariat Building of the Andhra Pradesh Government, at Velagapudi Amaravati Capital Region, on the early morning of 25th April 2016. Why such a hurry? The State was separated in 2014. The Government slept upto Oct. 2015 without deciding on setting up a temporary Secretariat in a leased building, or constructing a temporary Secretariat building.

Hurrying up the builders to speed up construction, if done beyond a limit, can be extremely dangerous. They may compromise on quality. They may compromise on "minimum waiting period" required at different stages. If floors are raised on "raw - moist" pillars / foundations, scaffoldings may collapse. When Cement Concrete Mixtures are used, minimum time and curing is to be given for the chemical reactions which have to take place between limestone and sand. Engineers to oblige Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, may say "yes" every wish of his, and his astrologers.

But, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is under an addiction of conforming to the dictates of self-styled astrologers.

According to astrologer, there are no auspicious days ahead in the year, for performing house warming ceremonies and entering new buildings. Next six months, there are not going to be any marriages performed in Andhra Pradesh.

International Fleet Review 2016 of Indian Navy, saluted to by President of India Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, and the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, has at last been completed. But ybrao-a-donkey's mind is deeply agitated about the cost of this extravaganza. I estimate it at Rs. 1,000 crore (Rs. 10 billion) minimum.

Who said that India is a poor country? If anybody sees the IFR 2016 which was completed recently at Visakhapatnam, either in person or on TV, the dazzling lights, fireworks, the moving ships and submarines, dances, trumpets, drums, special aircrafts bringing VVIPs, police force employed, photos and videos, this and that, --all the hallucinations of living in a poor country like INdia, in which people walk miles to fetch a pot of water to quench their thrist, will vanish into thin year. After the IFR 2016, India may not be viewed as a Nation of Snake Charmers! But then India is what-Charmer?

Question: you seem to be negatively motivated. You are a cynic and a pessimist. You can't see this country topping the world.

Answer: First thing to be kept in mind is: "All that glitters is not gold". And then, "Glitters do not last long."

Appearances of India's growth are nothing but swellings, and not real strengths. When population of a country goes up from 36 crore to 130 crore, automatically demands for necessities, comforts and luxuries go up. It is the reason, why India's Markets have become the second largest in the World after China.

Question: When population rises, the purchasing power should fall, or the total purchasing power of the Nation should remain STATIC. How is it that India's Markets remain dynamic, when the entire World is reeling under depression? .

Answer: Consequent to opening up of Indian Stock Markets to both institutional and individual speculators abroad, India has sold out controlling interests in its Corporates which own swathes of valuable land, and Real Estate. These Corporates also control the supply of goods and services to Indians. In other words, what East India Company could do in three Centuries using "guns and treacherous conspiracies", the Investing Foreign Corporates have done in just 24 years (1991 to 2015), with just mouse-clicks.

In early 90's there was serious scarcity of foreign exchange to meet payment of imports, and India had to export and mortgage gold in London, when Mr. Chandra Sekhar was Prime Minister. Did India's exports cross its imports since then? No, not. By selling shares in our Corporates, we are getting some Foreign Exchange. We are spending such Foreign Exchange Reserves lavishly on non-productive ventures, without any foresight that the Foreign Investors may withdraw them in future.

Question: How can you say that organising a Great Fleet Review of Navies of 50 countries is a lavish non-productive ceremony? You are ignoring that this IFR will build a great glorious prestigious image for India. After viewing our Navy's strengths, countries like China will be hesitating to attack us through Oceans.

Answer: If China attacks us through Oceans, how many Navies of these 50 countries are going to come to our rescue is a question for military experts to answer.

2. Can we at least say, that India is going to get some orders from South Asian countries for building commercial or war ships?

3. Will our neighbors, hereafter, trust that India is not a baron or boss of the area, but a dependable helpful neighbor?

పోనీ వాటిల్లో ఇళ్ళన్నా నిర్మిస్తున్నారా అంటే అదీ లేదు. ఎప్పుడో భారీగా రేట్లు పెరుగుతాయని , ఆ భూములను అలా పెట్టుకు కూర్చున్నారు. వృధ్ధ రాజు దగ్గర ఐదువేల మంది రాణులు తృతీయ ప్రకృతి వారి చేత కాపలా చేయబడుతున్నట్లుగా ఆభూములు దిగజారి పోయాయి. రాజు ఆ 5000 రాణులను ఎలా గైతే అనుభవించలేడో, ఇతరులను అనుభవించనివ్వడో, అలాగే నగరాలనుండి యాభియి కిలోమీటర్ల లోపు ఉండే భూములన్నీ సమాధి రాళ్ళులాగా ప్లాట్ల సరిహద్దు రాళ్ళతో నిండి పోయాయి. ఎవడన్నా పేదవాడు , ఈ నగరాల్లో నివసించే వాడు ఒక వంద గజాలు కొనుక్కుని చిన్న రేకుల షెడ్ వేసుకుందామన్నా జానెడు స్థలం దొరకట్లేదు.

లంచావతారాలు అయిన ప్రభుత్వాధికారులు, రాజకీయ నేతలు బినామీ పేర్లతో కొంటే కొని ఉండవచ్చు. నాకు ఒక మిత్రుడు చెప్పాడు. ఒక ప్రభుత్వాధికారి తన పెళ్ళాం పిల్లల పేర్లతో 70 ప్లాట్లు కొనిపారేసాడు. పోతూపోతూ, వాటిని స్వర్గానికి తీసుకెళ్ళలేడు కాబట్టి, మన రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డిగారి లాగానే అన్ని ఈ భూమి పైనే వదిలేసి అమరుడయ్యాడు. అయితే మన స్వర్గస్థ స్మార్ట్ అధికారి గారి పుత్రుడు స్మార్ట్ సాఫ్టువేర్ ఇంజనీరు కావటంతో లండన్ పోయి బ్రిటీష్ వాళ్ళు వద్దంటున్నా వాళ్ళకు టాయ్ లెట్ పేపర్లతో వాళ్ళ ముడ్డి తుడుస్తూ, తన ముడ్డి తుడుచుకోటానికి తీరికలేక బాధ పడుతున్నాడు. ఇలాటి పరిస్థితులలో, తండ్రి వదిలేసి పోయిన 70 ప్లాట్లను వెతికి పట్టుకుని, వాటిని అమ్మి సొమ్ము చేసుకుని, ఆ డబ్బును హవాలాలో లండన్ పంపించుకునే, అక్కడ ఒక ఇల్లు కొనుక్కోవాలనే అతగాడి కోరిక నెరవేరటం లేదు.

అయితే , ఈ స్పెక్యులేటర్లు అందరూ, ఈ భూములను స్వంత డబ్బులతో కొనలేదు. వ్యవసాయం, పరిశ్రమలు, వ్యాపారాలు, రకరకాల పేర్లతో , బ్యాంకులనుండి రకరకాల అప్పులను గుంజి, ఆనిధులను దారి మళ్ళించి భూముల స్పెక్యులేషన్ లో పెట్టారు. అలా కొన్న భూములను అమ్మినా బ్యాంకు లోన్లను కట్టరు. కారణమేమంటే, అమ్మినపుడు వచ్చే డబ్బులో అధిక భాగం నల్ల డబ్బే, బ్యాంకుల్లో కట్టటానికి పనికి రానిది. ఫిలితంగా భూములను అమ్మినా , అమ్మక పోయినా బ్యాంకుల అప్పులు ఎన్ పీ ఏ లు (నిరర్ధక ఆస్తులు) గా మారిపోయాయి. స్టాకుల్లేని గోడౌన్లను బ్యాంకులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని సరుకును అమ్మకానికి పెట్టలేవు. ఫలితంగా , బ్యాంకుల అధికారులు తేలుకుట్టిన దొంగల్లాగా ఊరుకుంటున్నారు. స్పెక్యులేటర్లు భూములను తెల్ల డబ్బుకు భూములను అమ్మి ఋణాలు కట్టే దాకా బ్యాంకుల అధికారులు ఏడుస్తూ కూర్చోవాల్సిందే. పై గా వారికి హామీగా ఇచ్చిన ఆస్తులను బ్యాంకులు అమ్మటానికి పూనుకున్నా, కొనుగోలుదారులు ముందుకు రాకుండా, స్పెక్యులేటర్లు చాలా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు. డీ ఆర్ టీ (డెట్ రీ కవరీ ట్రిబ్యునల్ అనే ప్రత్యేక న్యాయస్థానాలు) లకు వెళ్ళినా జాప్యమే తప్ప అప్పులు తిరిగి రావటం లేదు. ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం వారు గ్రామ కంఠం అనే పదం అర్ధాన్నే మార్చి పారేసి, గ్రామాల భూములను ఆక్రమణ దారులకు (అనగా తమ పార్టీ వారే అని వేరుగా చెప్పనవసరం లేదు.) పంచి పెడదామనుకుంటున్నట్లుగానే, నగర కంఠాలు అనే పదాన్ని సృష్టించినా ఆశ్చర్యపోనవసరం లేదు.

ఇది ఒక రకంగా, 2008 లో అమెరికాలో జరిగిన సబ్ ప్రైమ్ ఋణాల కుంభకోణం వంటిదే. 2008 లో అమెరికాలో అమెరికన్ ప్రభుత్వం, ఫెడ్రరల్ రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు కొన్ని ఉద్దీపకాలు పేరుతో వేల కోట్ల డాలర్లను ఋణాలు గా ఇచ్చి ఆబ్యాంకులను ఆదుకున్నాయి. భారత్ లో, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం, బాసెల్ త్రీ ప్రమాణాలు అనే స్విట్జర్లాండులో జరిగిన అంతర్జాతీయ బ్యాంకింగు ప్రమాణాల ఒప్పందం వల్ల తప్పనిసరి అయి ప్రభుత్వరంగ బ్యాంకులకు బడ్జెట్ ద్వారా ఎంతో కొంత పెట్టుబడులను సమకూరుస్తున్నది. ఇంక ప్రైవేటు రంగ బ్యాంకుల విషయానికి వస్తే ఆ అవకాశం ఉండదు కాబట్టి అవి ఇసుకమేడలు లాగా తయారయ్యాయి.

అక్కడ పనిచేసే వాళ్ళకు మటుకు ఆ నగరాలలో ఉండే అర్హత ఉండదు. వాళ్ళు తమ కుటుంబాలను తమ గ్రామాల్లోనే వదిలేసి రావాలి. ౧౫ రోజులకు ఒకసారి తమ గ్రామాలకు వెళ్ళి మదన కార్యాలు చేసుకుని రావాలి. పిల్లలను బుజ్జగించుకుని, బై బై చెప్పించుకుని మళ్ళీ డ్యూటీ టైముకు వెనక్కి వచ్చి వాలాలి. గ్రామీణులారా బీ స్మార్ట్ !!!

It was built at the spot where Tsar Alexander II, the man who sold Alaska to the United States, was mortally wounded in a grenade attack in 1881. The interior of the church is a virtual museum of mosaics with intricately wrought biblical themes. Closed down by the Bolsheviks for decades, the church was used as a mortuary during World War II and later as a warehouse for potatoes. Today it is more of a showpiece than a place of worship.

In India also we can have a similar scenario, when True Marxism or Total Socialism is implemented. To think that prayerhouses of all Religions (not only Indian religions, but also alien religions like Christianity and Islam) will be closed and used for storing potatos, it will be a great dream. Actually, we need not go to such extremes of closing down prayerhouses. But, prayerhouses of religions (INdians + alien religions) can be used for better socio-economic purposes, if common working class (proletariat) is given a participative role in prayerhouse managements.

Shri Swaroopanandenda Swami, Head of Shri Sarada PITh monastery, Visakhapatnam, seems to have a different view point. He seems to think that God(dess) Godavari exists only in River, and does not exist on the River Bank. If we understand the philosophy correctly at higher planes which Swamijis are supposed to wander and rejoice in , we should have the following interpretation: when we place our foot either on the River Bank, or on a stage erected in River, or even on a hillock in Rajahmundry or in Chittoor or Hollywood, we shall be placing our feet on God(dess) only! According to Indian philosophical texts, God exists even in our belly. There is no question of God(dess) residing "outside" our bodies and "inside" our bodies. We can't escape God(dess). And God(dess) cannot escape from us, even if He-She wants to. He-She are prisoners both in our bodies and outside our bodies, in this Nature and Cosmos. This is the essence of Advaitha philosophy, not invented by this ybrao a donkey.

1. I have the great pleasure in welcoming you to this 62nd Annual General Meeting of your company and share some of significant achievements during the year under review. The Directors Report, &Audited Financial Statements have already been circulated to you, with your permission, I take them as read.

2. Before I move to performance of our company, I would like to highlight the some of the issues of Global Shipbuilding vis-a-vis Indian Shipbuilding Industry.

3. Global Shipbuilding Industry continues to be dominated by China, Korea and Japan. In the interim, other countries such as Vietnam, Brazil and Philippines and Turkey have made impressive inroads. The global recession ,that severely hit the Industry in beginning 2009, is now showing signs of improvement. By end of 2014, it is hoped  that the Industry will recover and this heralds good fortunes for HSL.

Shipbuilding Scenario in India

4. India has an extensive coastline of more than 7,515 km and has a pool of trained man-power that best suits shipbuilding Industry. However, Indian shipbuilding industry has not been able to capitalize its strengths and remains far behind in the international stage.

5. As per an analysis conducted by ASSOCHAM, Indian Shipbuilding & Ship Repair Industry is likely to witness

opportunities worth Rs 25,000 Cr in coming years as over 41% of Indian ships have crossed 20 years of operations.India has a total of 1,122 ships in its fleet and 41 per cent of this fall in the age group of 20 years and more.Considering that the average life of a shipping vessel is about 26 years,  most of the existing vessels need to be replaced. An average cost of constructing a large vessel is about $100 million. Therefore, the size of this opportunity would be $3.3 billion.

 6. Commercial ship construction at Indian shipyards is dwindling and all private shipyards are now looking for share in the Defence Shipbuilding which is commercially  very attractive. There is also a trend to encourage participation of private yards in defence shipbuilding. This will throw major challenges to HSL in the coming years.

 7. Now I move ahead to the major highlights of your Company and its performance during the period under review.

Major Highlights

 8. The Major highlights of the year 2013-14 are as under

      (a) Despite severe financial crisis, the yard has delivered five vessels during the year under  review.

      (b) Some of the noteworthy achievements are as follows: 

            (i) Delivery of Second of 05 nos Inshore Patrol Vessels for Indian Coast Guard.

            (ii) Delivery of M V Good Day,fourth of 05 nos (53000 DWT) Bulk Carriers to M/s GML Chennai

            (iii) Launching & Delivery of 03 nos. 50 Ton Bollard Pull Tugs to Indian Navy

            (iv) Repair of 20 Vessels of different types for Indian Navy, DCI, ONGC and VPT etc..

            (v) The refit of INS Sindhukirti and Project VC 11184 has been put back on track.

      See the praiseworthy work done by Hindusthan Shipyard Ltd.  It is foolish for the Government to say that HSL will be closed down because it is incurring losses.   Thousands of Private Sector Units and Corporate Businesses are sick incurring millions of Rupees of losses, in turn forcing the Public Sector Banks sick.  Why doesn't the Government take coercive steps to close down such non-performing Private Sector robbers?

As can be seen above, HSL did great work for the Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Dredging Corporation of India, ONGC, Visakhapatnam Port Trust.  It has also delivered four bulk carriers.  Not a small thing.

If HSL is closed down Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, Dredging Corporation of India, ONGC, VPT will suffer.  They will be at the mercy of the Private Sector buffoons and MNC vultures.

What is the meaning of Make in India, if we close a performing Unit?  If a performing Unit incurs losses, efforts should be made to plug the loopholes.  Closing down is never a solution.  Government of India every year runs in deficit.  Should we close down the Government of India, and ask Obama or Xi Jinping to take over the ownership of India?

Blindly closing or privatising public sector units serves no purpose.  We cannot kill a sick person, simply because he-she is sick.  This is an era of organ transplantation.  If human livers, hearts, kidneys can be replaced with healthier ones, can't we find solutions for Organisations?

Problem with bourgeoisie parties is, even before coming to power, they are predetermined to close the public sector and hand them over on golden plates to private fellows and MNCs, along with the precious thousands of acres of land owned by the PSUs.

Kudos to CPIM for opposing the shut down of Hindusthan Shipyard.

When we view from the angle of 'short term', it appears as though owing to the bifurcation of United Andhra Pradesh,-- both Telangana and Residual Andhra Pradesh will lose. But when viewed from a long term perspective, both will benefit.

మూడు ప్రాంతాల గురించి ఆలోచించే బాధ తప్పుతుంది, కాబట్టి తెలంగాణ పై ఏకాగ్రతతో పని చేయచ్చు.
కొన్నాళ్ళ వరకు హైదరాబాదు ఆదాయం పెరుగుదల నెమ్మదించదు. అయితే అది 23 జిల్లాల ప్రజలతో వచ్చే floating population, floating demand, ల మార్కెట్లను కోల్పోతుంది. పాత హైదరాబాదు రాష్ట్రానికి రాయచూర్, గుల్బర్గా, నాందేడ్, పర్భానీ, బీదర్, మొదలగు కర్నాటక, విదర్భ ప్రాంతాల మార్కెట్లు ఉండేవి. 1956లో ఆజిల్లాలను తెలంగాణా కోల్పోయింది. ఇప్పుడు రాయలసీమ, కోస్తాంధ్ర మార్కెట్లను కూడా కోల్పో బోతుంది, కాబట్టి హైదరాబాదు మాల్స్, ఉస్మాన్ గంజి, బేగం బజార్, రాష్ట్రపతి రోడ్, వంటివి నిస్తేజం అవుతాయి.
అయితే హైదరాబాదు నగరంపై ట్రాఫిక్ వత్తిడి తగ్గు తుంది. నీటి సరఫరా మెరుగవుతుంది. సిటీ బస్సులు ఖాళీ అవుతాయి. ధ్వని కాలుష్యం తగ్గుతుంది. వాయు కాలుష్యం తగ్గుతుంది.

రాయలసీమకు

వాతావరణ సూచన , రాజధాని ఎక్కడ ఏర్పాటు అవుతుంది అనేదాన్ని బట్టి ఉంటుంది.

అసలు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సీమాంధ్ర రాష్ట్రం యొక్క రాజధాని ఎక్కడ అనేది పరిష్కరించ కలుగుతుందని నేను అనుకోను. ప్రస్తుతానికి నేతలందరూ గుంభనంగా ఉన్నారు. మంత్రిణులు పురందేశ్వరి, పనబాక లక్ష్మి మాత్రమే విజయవాడ అన్నారు. విజయవాడ పరిసరాల్లో భూమి కొరత తీవ్రంగా ఉన్నది. గుంటూరు_ కర్నూలు, రోడ్, రైలు మార్గాల దుస్థితిని లెక్కలోకి తీసుకుంటే , కర్నూలు_విజయవాడ_విశాఖల్లో ఏది రాజధాని అయినా రాష్ట్రప్రజలకు నరకయానం తప్పదు.

కర్నూలుని రాజధాని చేస్తే అక్కడికి కోస్తాంధ్రుల వలస తప్పని సరి అవుతుంది. అప్పుడైనా ప్రత్యేక రాయలసీమ ఉద్యమం పైకెగయక మానదు. ఆపనేదో ఇప్పుడే చేసుకుంటే అచ్చమ్మ పెళ్ళి లో బుచ్చమ్మ శోభనంలాగా, తెలంగాణాతో పాటు రాయలసీమ సమస్యలు కూడా పరిష్కార మార్గం పట్తాయి.

కోస్తాంధ్రకు

రాజధాని ఉన్నా, లేకున్నా, కోస్తాంధ్రకు ఒక్క రాష్ట్రం లేక రెండు రాష్ట్రాలు లాభదాయకం. 1.ఉత్తరాంధ్ర, విశాఖ లేక రాజమండ్రి రాజధానిగా. 2.దక్షిణాంధ్ర. విజయవాడ, గుంటూరు, ఒంగోలు, నెల్లూరు, ఏవైనా రాజధానికి అర్హమైన ప్రదేశాలే. నెల్లూరును వారు కోరితే రాయల సీమలో కలిపినా వారికి ఇబ్బంది ఉండదు.

కొత్త రాష్ట్రం అభివృధ్ధి పథంలో దూసుకు వెళ్లటం మటుకు నిశ్చయం. హైదరాబాదు చుట్టూ తిరగ వలసిన అవసరం తప్పుతుంది.
