Telangana State Government has announced a Cash Reward of Rs. 50 million for her winning a Silver Medal at 2016 Rio Olympics. This Rs. 50 million is almost equal to the gold ornaments worth Rs. 56 million presented by the Telangana State Chief Minister to Lord Venkateswara, at the expense of PUblic Exchequer, for facilitating the formation of separate Telangana State. Thus, in the eyes of KCR, the achievement of a silver medal of a badminton player is equal to the benevolence of Lord Venkateswara in bestowing Statehood to 50 million people of Telangana.

The Government of Residual Andhra Pradesh, has awarded Ms. P.V. Sindhu, a Cash Prize of Rs. 30 million (Rs. 3 crore). A.P. Government is in a Competition-Race with Telangana Government. It might have awarded more than that Rs. 30 million, or even more than the Rs. 50 million awarded by the Telangana Government, had Mr. Naidu known that KCR is going to award Rs. 50 million. Mr. Naidu was unlucky in the race, and he lost to KCR.

Delhi Government gave another Rs. 20 million to Ms. P.V. Sindhu. Thus, total cash she got summed upto Rs. 100 million (Rs. 10 million). These Rs. 100 million would have taken care of her Tour Expenses for her lifetime. With Rs. 100 million, not only she and her family, but also 10 other persons, can live a happy life even without doing anything further.

As far as day-to-day work is concerned, Sport persons are "white elephants", wherever they work i.e. Private Sector, Public Sector, State Government, Central Government. They do not attend Offices, but they draw their salaries. If no other person is appointed to work in the place of the Sports persons, the entire salary will be unproductive, and the other Employees in those Offices have to work extra to compensate for the expenditure burden on account of Sports Fellows. The idea that they will be brand ambassadors, they will participate in Public Relations, image of the Government will improve, all these ideas are INTANGIBLE, IMAGINARY, benefits.

Andhra Pradesh is a very poor State which huge budget deficit, huge debt burden. It is eking out its existence by making Excise Department and the Wine Shops, Bars to sell more liquor to the Population of the State. Every House in Andhra Pradesh, has at least one alcoholic husband to beat his wife or, son to beat his mother. It must be a matter of shame for Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, to allow and encourage this sort of State of Affairs in his Government. But unfortunately, he has no sense of Shame or Ethics.

Ans: First of all, Russia and China are / were not Communist-Marxist-TotallySocialist countries in true sense. They were/are also bourgeoisie countries, ruled by dictators. In true Communism/Marxism/TotalSocialism, Proletariat Class cannot slog to feed the idle classes such as Priests-pastors-mullahs, Sports persons like Cricketers, Tennis Fellows, Badminton Fellows, Boxers, Basket Ballers etc. In Proletarian Philosophy and Rule, people cannot be lazy or idle, except when they are physically sick or suffer decrepit old age.

THERE CAN'T BE FULL TIME WHITE COLOR JOBS

One suggestion which was repeatedly given in these blog posts is: there cannot be full time white color occupations. If proletarian rule is to induct equality, everybody will have to share even the physical-sometimes-even-considered-menial work burden. That means a Dy. The First God of the Trinity Lord Brahma, called 'caturmukha - brahma' (Approx. Engli: The Spirit-God of Four Heads, the Creator) has been spared by Priests, both from heavy ornamentation-s and profuse bathing-s. Indian High Class Society Ladies love gold and diamond ornaments, notwithstanding their weight, whereas Indian Women as a common-genre do not wear gold, except in their 'mangaLa sUtrams' (approx. Though Mr. Donald Trump (or probably we can call him Mr. Tronald Dump) may be a ruler 2017-21 of a very big country like U.S.A., and Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, the Chief Minister 2014-19 of a very small State like Telangana (India), they have many similarities. Of course, we may not be able say that Mr. Trump learnt his skills of trade from Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao, as Mr. KCR is too small to become a world role-model. But thirst for power, craze to dump family members on people, instigate regional sentiments, behave like modern Khalifas, impose bizarre personal beliefs on people, behaving like wolves and crying like wolves at the same-time make them twins whose genes have been strewn across continents. Both owe their existence to their great capabilities of arousing hatred against their bete noire, called SETTLERS, who are depicted by them as alien ROBBERS and THIEVES in native eyes.

We know that in the Current American Environment, Mr. Trump is facing lot of criticism for his Executive Orders, which were issued by him with an imagined vengeance against those whom he suspects as guys responsible for Native White Americans losing their jobs, and Terrorism entering United States. Both his illusions and nightmares have been hallucinative exaggerations.

MEXICO WALL - ANDHRA WALL

Just as Trump wants to build a long-tall wall on the USA-Mexico borders, to prevent manual job-seekers from Mexico entering U.S.A., Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao too might have wanted to build a wall between Residual Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, to prevent his bete noire Andhra Job-seekers and Settlers from Rayala Seema and Coastal Andhra Pradesh entering Telangana.

We now see that Mr. Trump is fiddling with the Visa Rules and Regulations. Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao and his family might have wanted to introduce a visa / passport system for people from Rayala Sima and Coastal Andhra Pradesh to enter Telangana. They might have temporarily postponed that idea, as they wanted votes of Citizens from Coast who settled in Hyderabad and Secunderabad Cities. But the minds of KCR & Co. will be restlessly working out methods to launch their vengeance against the job-seekers from Coast.

TRUMP WILL BLAME MIGRANTS FOR EVERY ILL OF UNITED STATES

Mr. Trump seems to be getting his cues from Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao. For every of ill of the Telangana State, KCR and his family will blame the migrants from Rayala Sima and Coastal Andhra, calling them AndhrOLLu, settlers, and thieves. Mr. Trump will blame the migrants from Asia, for every ill and problems of the United States.

821 Mr. Donald Trump ought to have taken the assistance of Mr. KCR for his Campaigning and Debating

I am unable to determine whether to write in a lighter vein or in a serious tone about this. I write in a way as it comes, whether it is really worth it, or not worth it. At the end of the high-falutin and bloviating campaign talks of Mr. Donald Trump and Ms. Hillary Clinton, and the three high voltage TV debates between them which indicate that Ms. Clinton has won (at least in lashing the tongue), suddenly a feeling crept in me that Mr. Trump has not obtained the right type of assistance to secure a victory in the billion dollar each campaigns.

The fierce fight for Presidency, between two Multi Billionnaires is nothing new in United States. The Presidential canddidates are only proxies, for the business empires who were pumping them with Campaign Funds, with a view to collect their investments back later. We must also not forget that some Business Empires may be backing both the candidates covertly, so that they can reap a win-win sitution.

Question: Do you mean to say that American voters are fools, or will be fooled?

Ans: Voter foolishness, in a clearer perspective, is to be taken as global foolishness. We cannot have a narrow view that it is American Foolishness. The American voters, were fooled in the past, are being fooled, and will be fooled in future also. Just as in OOP (Object Oriented Programming) in Information Technology there are inheritances of objects, in the Technologies of Democracies are there are inheritances, Voter Foolishness is one among them.

Question: You seem to be biased against American Democracy?

Ans: My bias is not against American Democracy. My bias is against the monster of Capitalism. Otherwise how will you explain this situation? There are news reports that, in his last American Presidential Campaign, Mr. Barrack Obama has spent US$ 1 billion, which is not by an means a mean amount. There were jubilations that a "Blackman" was for the first time elected as American President. American Blacks were supposed to be poor. It must have been a dream for an ordinary American Black to mobilise a Billion bucks for spending in elections. Then, was Obama an extra-ordinary American Black, that American Business Empires condescended to pour in a billion greenbacks for Election Campaigns? Now, that gush and verve of electing a Black President is gone, this time there is going to be a euphoria of electing a first American Woman President. In this euphoria, reasoning will be lost.

What Reasoning?

Whether first American Black President, or the first American Woman President, or some other President, as long as they continue to be proxy and puppet Presidents in the hands of business empires, there is not going to be much change in the trials and tribulations of the American Havenots and American Unemployed/under-employed.

Question: Do you support or sympathise with Donald Trump and his misdemeanours and transgressions?

There is not much difference between Donald Trump and Ms. Hillar Clinton. Ms. Clinton looks more polished, and talks in a more refined manner. Whatever be his utterances on stage in his last talk during third Debate on TV, Mr. Trump has not only grossly mismanaged his campaigns, but also, in the process, spoiled the opportunities of his other Republican Rivals.

SOMETHING IN LIGHTER VEIN

There are news reports that the Telugu film Hero Akhil s/o Nagarjuna will be participating in Donald Trump's fund raising campaigns. Mr. Akhil may be in Cloud 9s for getting the unique opportunity, which no other Telugu Hero seems to have got. It is not clear, how much he is being paid for his appearance, but definitely it may not be FREE, even if free flight tickets both sides, free accommodation etc. are given. We shall have a 'no comment' about this.

Mr. Trump's principal hope for success appears to rest on the 'dissatisfaction' of the American White Unemployed and UnderEmpoloyed Persons whose jobs have been knocked away/ ARE BEING KNOCKED AWAY (as per their perceptions) by Chinese, Indians, Mexicans, and other coloreds. But, I believe that Trump might have failed to build a solid voter support base from this most important segment of American Democracy. It is not my intent to say that Mr. Trump is a novice or that he is naive. He ought to have taken the assistance of stalvarts in this field of proven expertise, the Emperor among whom is Mr. Kaluvakunta Chandrasekhara Rao, popularly called KCR, and KCR & Co. inclusive of his kith and kin KTR, Harish Rao, Ms. Kavita etc. He is at present the Chief Minister of Telangana State in India, which has a population of about 40 million.

People of Telangana have nursed a grievance that, emigrants from the Coastal Districts of Andhra Pradesh were knocking away their jobs. Rama Rao, and Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, by making him an M.L.A., and a Minister. Subsequently, there were dissensions between KCR and Mr. Naidu, the then Chief Minister of the erstwhile United Andhra Pradesh State , presumably over the sharing of spoils of corruption and pelf.

Mr. Naidu did not, in his Cabinet, give a place to KCR. That infuriated KCR. He ignited the dormant Telangana dis-satisfaction of the people of Telangana, that Coastal Andhra Emigrants were knocking away their jobs, and stealing River Waters. In the process of running his movement, KCR specialised in his art of enflaming the hurt sentiments of Telangana People, and perfecting the art of throwing invectives and pouring profanities on the Emigrants from Coastal Andhra. Consequently, they have become aliens in their own country. KCR in his abuses and insults did not leave even the then Prime Minister of India, Mr. Manmohan Singh, whom KCR called a chaprasi. KCR's ENFLAMING CAMPAIGNS became so successful that All India Party Bosses of all Parties, wanted to satisfy his vanities. He spoke as though he wanted to create a Mini Pakisthan in INdia, by supporting the Nizam Navab. People of Telangana were not allowing the Telangana Leaders of other parties, Other State Leaders of other parties to enter Telangana. So much so, the MPs of all Parties of Telangana blocked the functioning of Indian Parliament for several days. Finally, both BJP-NDA, and the Congress-UPA surrendered to his dictums and wills. In 2014 elections, KCR's Party swept the polls and came to power. We need not say, KCR ditched both BJP and Congress.

So, what is the lesson?

Had Mr. Donald Trump invited KCR to design and address his Campaigns, KCR could have scaled new heights in throwing abuses, invectives, profanities, and created the right climate of HATRED required for capturing the votes of Unemployed and UnderEmployed of all Hues. True, that Trump was quite outspoken. But that may not be sufficient to create and garner HATE-BASED votes. After his success in American Presidential Elections 2014, KCR would have expanded his strategies to all Elections in Europe, Canada, and ANZ.

After all, what for- life is, except to lose opportunities?

Question: What will you say about the allegations of groping, philandering, and serenading attempts of Mr. Trump?

SOCIO-POLITICAL CULTURAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN U.S. AND INDIA

Ans:- These things of expectations of personal character and family behaviors / behaviors towards women, from the aspiring Presidential candidates, may be of some special interest to the American voters. But in India nobody cares about the character or characteristics of politicians, particularly the top bosses. Sexual Relationships were never election issues in India.

The issue of extra-marital relationships of Members of Legislative Assembly, as far as I could remember, once came for discussion in the Assembly of United Andhra Pradesh State. At that time, the then Speaker of A.P. Assembly Mr. Suresh Reddy, constituted a House-Committee to study the seriousness of the problem. What happened? Nothing happened.

In India, more concubines and more paramours for a wealthy person, means more masculinity. The concubines and paramours of wealthy persons, are not looked down upon.

Context: People of India, and the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, know very well that BJP Party prodded the Congress to hastily, coercively, unjustly bifurcate Andhra Pradesh, causing financial hurt, physical inconvenience, and mental agony to the people of the Residual Andhra Pradesh. In 2014, if BJP was seriously and truly interested in doing 'justice' to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, it should have opposed the Bifurcation Bill, and tried to work out settlement between the People residing in Telangana, and People residing in Residual Andhra Pradesh. Instead, BJP preferred to pierce Congress till it divided United A.P.

Both BJP and Congress wanted to take political advantage, by the undue benefit they were giving to Telangana. Mr. Arun Jaitley, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, Ms. Sushma Swaraj (all of them may be, probably acting with the silent consent of Mr. Narendra Modi who was not a member of either Lok Sabha, or Rajya Sabha at that time) played a key role in the forced bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, by making Manmohan Singh the-then Prime Minister to make a promise of Special Status to Andhra Pradesh. As if that was not sufficient, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu asked for 10 years of Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.



The principal beneficiaries from all this messwork done by BJP, in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, were K. Chandrasekhara Rao & Family in Telangana, and Nara Chandra Babu Naidu Family in Andhra Pradesh.



The nearly corruption-tainted, facing-prosecution, Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy too benefited from the hurt-sentiment of the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, by becoming the Principal Opposition Party in Residual Andhra Pradesh [His YSRC got just 500,000 votes less than Mr. Naidu's Party TDP]. While Congress was wiped out in Residual Andhra Pradesh (only 2 Congress Candidates could get back their Election Deposits), BJP made a few seats sitting on the piggyback of TDP.



The numerous hardships and troubles created by K. Chandrasekhara Rao & Co. in Telangana, to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, from vantageous position of sitting in the City of Hyderabad with the composite funds of Govt. of India + funds of Telangana Rural Districts + Residual Andhra Pradesh Districts, have injured the people of Residual of Andhra Pradesh, enormously. In Telugu language, there is a proverb, "moguDu koTTADani kAdu, tODi kODalu navvindani". Approx. English: It is not that husband bet, but because the sister (wife of husband's brother) laughed. In India, traditionaly, wives bore when husbands bet them (the situation is changing now), but they felt more hurt and aggrieved when the tODi kODalu laughted. Here, the husband is the Central Government. Wife is the Residual Andhra Pradesh. Laughing Sister is KCR & Co. Before bifurcation, the Telangana Congress leaders, the Telangana BJP leaders were very supportive of Mr. KCR, in the name of Regional Unity. When KCR & Co. abused the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, the Telangana Congress and Telangana BJP Leaders danced with joy. Now, they themselves are tasting the KCR's 'vAtalu' (branding with hot iron).

In Tirupati meeting, on the eve of 2014 General Elections, Mr. Narendra Modi has nearly promised to make Andhra Pradesh, a virtual Heaven.

After coming to power at Centre, with a clear majority, suddenly Mr. Narendra Modi found that he no longer needed the support of either the Telangana MPs or the Residual Andhra Pradesh MPs. It is just like a married man losing interest in his wife, after completion of all the rituals, and formalities of a valid marriage. Since then, the travails of the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh started.

One gets an impression that BJP top leadership wanted to shower all the benefits on States which were/are likely to face elections since 2014. Mr. Modi promised nearly 1,75,000 crore special package to Bihar, before elections in Bihar. True, Bihar is a backward State, and it deserves support. But, why then packages should be declared just before elections, and dumped after the Elections? Doesn't the recommendations of the Finance Commissions and Niti Aayog come into picture, when Special Package was announced for Bihar?

The so-called Special Package announced by the Centre for Residual Andhra Pradesh, a few days back, is not a package at all. They have listed out the schemes which would have routinely been allocated as a part of All India Development Programmes. Space at this blog post will not be sufficient to discuss everything. Some other time.

The quality of "Honesty and Sincerity" can soothe people who are being subjected to injustice. It will be in the fitness of things, if the Trinity (Mr. Modi, Mr. Jaitley, and Mr. Venkaiah Naidu) apologise to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, for whatever promises they have made and broke, and request them to 'forgive'.



Mr. Venkaiah Naidu may be eyeing the post of 'Rashtrapati' (President of India), the elections for which are to take place shortly. By doing that, he will be obstructing the path of aspirants like Mr. L.K. Advani, Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Ms. Sumitra Mahajan. For whatever he has done, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu should express his remorse, resign to the post of the Cabinet Minister at Centre, and retire from active politics, particularly the politics of Residual Andhra Pradesh. He can shift his residence to Jaipur-Rajasthan, which sent him to Rajya Sabha.



Ms. D. Purandeswari, former Union Minister of State, another Congress Leader, who migrated to BJP with great hopes, seem to be dreaming at least of a Governorship or a Lieutenant Governorship. It may not materialise, considering the competition involved from the Senior Members of BJP, in other States.



It will be better if all the MLAs and MPs of all parties, of Residual Andhra Pradesh, resign en-masse, including the YSRCP MLAs and MPs. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and his Cabinet, should also resign. Nobody should come forward to form a new Government. Nobody should contest Mid Term Elections. This is one way of expressing true resentment in a non-violent manner. If the Central Government imposes a Presidential (Governor's) Rule, people of RAP are not going to be worse off, than what they are today in Sept. 2016.



IT is hightime, people of Residual Andhra Pradesh search for new leaders, and new parties.


Mr. Pavan Kalyan or Mr. Lokesh is not a solution. We cannot, any longer, have TDP, YSRCP, Congress, and BJP. Unfortunately the Left Parties are not ready.


If Andhra Pradesh comes under Presidential Rule, the Land Speculation which is going on in the Capital Region of Amaravati, can be controlled.



Central Rule will also help, ordering of a CBI Investigation into the Tuni Ratnachal Train Burning Incident, and punish the really guilty, to whichever party or caste, they may belong to.

783 A.P. High Court should be immediately established at Tirupati-Renigunta

Central Ministers in India, whether of UPA, NDA or Congress or BJP genre, have one typical habit of washing off their hands from problems, by passing on the buck to somebody else, and exacerbating the problems by neglect. There is also another tribe of Ministers and Chief Ministers in States, who allow things to decay for some years, suddenly wake up, and push everybody on the field to extremities. One such example of the first tribe is Mr. Sadananda Gowda, Union Law Minister. The example for the second type is Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

The problems of Residual Andhra Pradesh, the Union Government should have viewed and tried to solve with special attention, because it is the BJP and the Congress which have forcibly divided the United Andhra Pradesh, by passing Bifurcation BIll in Lok Sabha closing its doors, and TV Channel, and in Rajya Sabha, by making impractical assurances.

Neither the Lok Sabha Members nor the Rajya Sabha Members of both BJP and Congress seem to have read the contents of the Bifurcation Bill, but they chose to thrust it on the throats of the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh.

Having bifurcated the State in such China-butchery style, Congress has escaped from all its responsibilities, by losing power and by not getting the status of Recognised Opposition Party in Lok Sabha. BJP having come to power with full majority, now have an ethical if not legal duty to do justice to Residual Andhra Pradesh.

ABOUT BIFURCATION OF HIGH COURTS

BJP and the Central Govt. should have done the facilitating and follow-up work. Immediately after bifurcation became a reality, they should have requested the Supreme Court to take up the bifurcation of combined High Court, by separately allocating them funds of say Rs. 500 crore for construction of buildings, purchase of equipment, furniture, computer hardware and software, etc. etc. This they should have taken up on a war footing, and advised Mr. Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, to take up construction of temporary HIgh Court Buildings at Tirupati, pending his long term dreams of Singapore, China, Japan, London, World Bank, what not investors coming and building some World Class Hell at Amaravati.

WHY THE URGENCY

Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao, his nephew Harish Rao, his son K. Taraka Rama Rao, his daughter Kavita have a nasty habit of making all sorts rabble-rousing comments about Prime Ministers, Union Ministers, Andhra Pradesh Leaders, his own Opposition Leaders in Telangana. The previous Congress Government at Centre failed to check them, and in fact helped them to introduce their family dynasty in Telangana State. BJP Government at Centre, and its supported common Governor for both the States, failed to rein in the KCR family, probably because BJP was hoping for an alliance with TRS, which did not anyway materialise.

The lawyers and Judges of Telangana State have grievances, some of which may be genuine. For example, in combined HIgh Court of both States in Hyderabad, 18 judges were said to be from Andhra Region and just 3 judges were said to be from Telangana Region.

KCR family has habit of igniting and enflaming REGIONAL HATRED, which can be as harmful as COMMUNAL HATRED. Once people get REGIONAL HATRED injected into their heads, even the instigating leaders will not be able to control them. The only solution for removing the Regional Hatred is, to eliminate Regional Injustices which might have arisen owing to faulty system of recruitments, selections, appointments, at various levels.

Mr. Sadananda Gowda, cannot just blame the Independence of Judiciary and the Collegium System for REGIONAL IMBALANCES, CASTE IMBALANCES, RELIGIOUS IMBALANCES, DIRECT RECRUITMENT VS. PROMOTION IMBALANCES etc. which might have arisen during recruitments and promotions owing to corruption and nepotism in State Governments, Central Government, Judiciary and Collegiums.

ROLE OF MR. CHANDRA BABU NAIDU

He is unnecessarily linking the establishment of A.P. High Court with the construction of World Class A.P. Capital by some Singapore Crocodile or Vulture.

On 19th Oct. 2014 i.e. about two years back, in our blog post No. 376 Click here, if you wish to go to 376 , we have suggested as under:-

Our Governors, Supreme Court Judges, High Court Judges, Central Ministers, State Ministers, Scientists of the Satellite Launching Complex, one and all, visit Tirumala and take a VIP/VVIP vision of Lord's darSan, at the earliest, immediately after getting their first appointment or promotion. I do not find fault with this, as I am too small a fry to do it and incur the wrath of Indians and Telugu people. After all, what for , we have an airport at RENigunTa (Tirupati)?

Yet, at the same time, won't it be apt that the Governor's Palace (rAj bhavan) of the Andhra Pradesh State, the new High Court of the State of Andhra Pradesh, if possible a South Indian Bench of the Supreme Court of India are established at RENi gunTa (Tirupati)?

On 3rd Oct. 2015 in post No. 577 we have again highlighted this "... If A.P. High Court and Raj Bhavan are established at Tirupati (Governors and Supreme Court Judges, High Court Judges love Tirupati), it would have saved millions of Rupees. ...".

A.P. State Government could have taken on lease in Tirupati a building of S.V. University or TTD for temporarily locating the A.P. High Court. Then, A.P. Govt. should have allocated some Govt. land for construction of permanent buildings for A.P. High Court, and requested in 2014 itself the Central Govt. to release funds for TEMPORARY Buildings, and for PERMANENT BUILDINGS.

After completion of World Class Capital at Amaravati Capital Region as per the dreams of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu somewhere in 2025, the A.P. Government should have considered shifting of A.P. High Court to Amaravati, IF AT ALL NEEDED.

Tirupati-Renigunta though situated at a corner of the State, the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh visit the City regularly for having the vision of Lord Venkateswara. This is apart from Supreme Court , High Court, Lower Judiciary Judges, Governors, IAS-IPS Officers, Industrialists, Film Stars, Cricketers, who not? Location of High Court at Tirupati, might have to some extent satisfied the people of Rayala Seema who seem to have a feeling that injustice is being done to them by Chandra Babu Naidu though he belongs to Rayala Seema. Same High Court Buildings can be used for the needs of Rayala Seema State, when a separate Rayala Seema State is formed.

EVEN NOW IT IS NOT TOO LATE

A.P. Government can get on lease, a building from Sri Venkateswara University or T.T.D. for temporary location of A.P. High Court. Then, it should request Central Government , Supreme Court, the Chief Justice of Combined Hyderabad High Court to form the Residual A.P. High Court immediately, and shift it to Tirupati, new Temporary Campus. Simultaneously, A.P. Govt. should request Central Govt. for Rs. 500 crore for permanent A.P. High Court Buildings in Tirupati, and start their construction immediately.

NEED FOR TRIFURCATION OF RESIDUAL ANDHRA PRADESH

I have earlier suggested that Residual Andhra Pradesh should be divided into three smaller States for administrative convenience, to save expenditure on hiring helicopters, chartered aircraft, and also bring Government to the doorsteps of the people. Several States in North East, Himachal Pradesh, etc. will be smaller than Rayala Seema, North Andhra, South Andhra.

Central Govt. cannot evade its fecilitative role, because it is the BJP and Congress, it is the Central Government, it is the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, which have imposed the punishment of bifurcation on the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh.

NEED FOR LEFTIST ALTERNATIVES

Somehow, I get an inescapable feeling that both Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy are in the grip of Realtors, and land sharks. They are irreparable. By 2019, the people of Andhra Pradesh should explore Leftist Alternatives.

Vijayalakshmi, a very talented danseuse. When people in his kingdom were haunted and hunted by wild animals which were foraging into villages and devoring people, the king NTR did not bother. People who came to represent their grievances to the Main Gate of his Fortess, his guards pushed them and drive them away.

(Everyday, some class women or workers come to the gates of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu's Camp Office in Vijayawada, and are beaten and chased by the Police mercilessly. The guards of Paramanandayya's NTR's fort might have been more considerate and compassionate than the Police of Vijayawada.

The King was also a great devotee of Lord Shiva. Of course, Phallus worship was and is common in India. At last he found a nipple of the breast of his paramour L. Vijayalakshmi, and treating it as Lord MahadEva, NTR carries on his worship. Subsequently, there was a dance contest between the danseuse L. Vijayalakshmi and the Heroine of the film K.R. Vijaya (as far as I could recollect, the dance-song was in rAg hindOLam), whom NTR rescued from a forest.

There is an Aristotlean tragedy drama term called "Catharsis" familiar to English Literature students. In tragedies, as per Aristotle's conception, the Protagonist (Hero) should commit a mistake, for which he undergoes misery and suffering. If possible, the Hero has to shed tears in remorse. The tears of the Hero should evoke empathies and sympathies from the spectators. In Shakespeare's drama Hamlet, we see this type of Catharsis for Hamlet. Similar Catharses we can find not only in the film "Paramanandaiah Sishyula Katha", but also in Telugu films like mahAmantri Timmarusu (King Krishna dEva rAya- NTR, by a mis-judgement orders the blinding of his mentor and Prime Minister Timmarusu. Later truth comes out that Timmarusu was innocent, and then Krishna dEva rAya repents). Same way, we have catharsis in ANR films Vipranarayana (loves a danseuse, gets wrongly accused of Royal jewels etc.), dEvadAs (could not take a daring step at the crucial moment of his beloved Parvati's marriage with somebody else), mahAkavi kALidAsu (loses his memory and fails to recognise his own wife). We have a sort of limited Catharsis for Rama (NTR) in the film Lavakusa.

Anyway, Telugu people very rarely remember the theme of Paramanandayya Sishyula Katha (The story of disciples of a Preceptor by name ParamAnandayya). Of course, they remember NTR every year at least twice on his birth anniversary and death anniversary, and more whenever they see his films, or when politicians go begging for votes in streets.

We shall, now come to our current Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, and the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu. We have, actually, instead of electing Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers, elected "Event Managers". For them, Events come readily, be they elections in some nook and corner of India, some birth Anniversary or some death Anniversary, or visit of some Foreign Head of State (Presidents etc.) or the Head of Government (Prime Ministers).

For our Prime Ministers, Presidents, Chief Ministers, et al, a la their counterparts in other countries, there is no question of any Catharsis. Of course, sometimes, they may feign some heart-throb (Remember Mr. Narendra Modi's belated tears about the suicide of University of Hyderabad student Rohit Vemula). But they are all more of a ritual, rather than an effervescence (बुदबुदाहट , उबाँल, పొంగి వచ్చే ) of genuine grief. Again, it is also true, that if they experience genuine compassion / empathy / sympathy, then, they can't rule even for one day, or they can't live long. Like plants shedding their leaves in autumn and winter, some amount of shrugging off shoulders, and going ahead with the Event Management Bonanza, becomes unavoidable for politicians. Telugu language can supply to the World dictionaries, one idiomatic gerund for this term "dulipEsukOTam" (దులిపేసుకోటం).

Here, Telugu language can supply one word to English, and their top World Dictionaries such as Cambridge, Oxford, Webster, Chambers, Collins, etc. etc. That word is "lampaTam". LampaTam is addiction and obsession. LampaTuDU is the person who is addicted to and obsessed with "LampaTams". Now, in our Paramanandayya Sishyula Katha 1966 Telugu film, our Hero NTR was a vEsyA lampaTuDu.

Everybody knows that Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, is the bete noir and the Thorn in Flesh of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Recently when Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. KCR embraced one another, some gullible innocent people might have thought that there is real truce between them. Such AsAni sE dhOka khAnE vAlE , bhOla bhAle may have to regret later. Those embraces are just like "intermissions" between one battle and another battle, in a World War.

Mr. KCR in his Election Meeting has tried drive the nail, straight into the coffin, without mincing words.

Mr. Narendra Modi ought to have spoken like a Statesman. He spoke like a Street politician.

Facts: For the unjust division of A.P., both Congress and BJP should take equal responsibility. BJP pushed Congress to the wall, prodding it to bifurcate. Unable to bear the torture, Congress with the help of BJP divided A.P. in a very very unjust manner. Both wanted to derive political advantage in Telangana as their benefactors. Sushma Swaraj, the then BJP PP leader in Lok Sabha wanted to be loved as "Chinnamma" (younger maternal aunt) by the Telangana people, while she allowed Sonia Gandhi to be "peddamma" (elder maternal aunt).

When the AP Division Bill was accepted in LOk Sabha and Rajya Sabha, though Mr. Modi was not an MP, he was very much a top leader of BJP, and was one of its principal policy formulators and strategiest, if not the sole monarch of BJP, after sidelining Advani and Murali Manohar Joshi. Now, how can he feign ignorance and innocence?

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is also a sort of conspirator, who stabbed (politically) his own father-in-law Late NTR. Mr. Naidu has properties to be saved in Hyderabad. He has his eyes in capturing Telangana. Hence, the stage show will only become a farce.

Mr. Revanth Reddy for his corrupt and selfish reasons became a pawn in the hands of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, and consequently landed into the cage of the Cash for Vote Scam. Now, will the law take its own course in Cash for Vote Scam? Will Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu save himself first or will he try to save Revanth first? KCR is like a crocodile. Will he release anybody?

Both KCR and Naidu need money support from Centre. Unfortunately, BJP does not need any support from Telangana or Andhra, unless its Bihar outings prove disastrous. Hence both KCR and NCBN have to continue their curry-favouring work with Mr. Narendra Modi.

కెసీఆర్: ఇవాళ ఎవరండీ ఫీజు కట్టమని అడిగేటోళ్ళు. ఆంధ్రా పిల్లలు? వాళ్ళ నాయన ఈడకొచ్చిండు ఆనాడు, నా ఉద్యోగం పోయింది. నాకొచ్చే అవకాశం పోయింది. ఈయాల నేను ఆయన లోకలని ఒప్పుకొని ఫీజు కడతా. ఇయాలనే నువ్వు ఫీజుకు లైన్లో ఉంటే, రేపు ఉద్యోగం కోసం లైన్లో ఉండవా? తెలంగాణ బిడ్డల భవిష్యత్ ను నేను కుదువ పెట్టాల్నా? మార్టిగేజ్ చేయాల్నా? ఫీజు రీయింబర్సుమెంటు విషయంలో మీకు కూడా కొంత మందికి అర్ధం కాకపోవచ్చు. నేను స్టబర్న్ గా ఉంటున్నా. లోకల్ నాన్ లోకల్ సర్టిఫికెట్లు మీరు ఇస్యూ చేసేటపుడు కూడ విచక్షణతో చేయండి. తెలంగాణ సమాజంలో కలవని జాతి ఒకటే. ఆంధ్రోళ్ళు. ఇక్కడున్న గుజరాతోళ్ళంతా ఎప్పుడో కలిసిపోయిండ్రు. ఇదంతా మాది అంటారు వాళ్ళు. వాళ్ళ గురించి అబ్జెక్షనే లేదిక్కడ. కలవకుండా ఉండి తెలంగాణ నెత్తి మీది ఎక్కి సవారీ చేసి తెలంగాణను అవమానం చేసి ఈ రోజు కూడా అహంకార పూరితంగా ప్రవర్తిస్తున్నది ఆంధ్రోళ్ళు ఒక్కళ్ళే. నిజంగా కూడా మనకు ఇష్యూ క్రియేట్ చేస్తున్నది కూడ వీళ్ళొక్కళ్లే. హైదరాబాదులో మరి అందరున్నరు. ఎవళ్ళకీ లేని బాధ ఒక్ఖ ఆంధ్రోళ్ళకే ఎందుకైతున్నది? వీళ్ళు కావాలనే మనతో పంచాయితీ పెట్టుకుంటున్నరు. ఇపుడు కొన్ని విషయాలు చెప్పాలి మీకు. మొన్న మేం లెక్కలు తీసినం. ఆంధ్రా కలెక్టర్లు ఎంతమంది ఉన్నరు? తీసి పక్కన బెట్టేసినం. ఆంధ్రా ఎమ్మార్వోలు ఎందుకున్నరు. ఎంతమంది ఉన్నరు. పక్కన బెట్టేసినం. ఈరోజు ఈ మీటింగ్ కు రావ్దని చెప్పి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లకను రిక్వెస్ట్ చేసి పక్కా తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళను మాత్రమే వచ్చేలా చేయమని ఇన్స్ ట్రక్షన్స్ ఇచ్చాను. మనం 1956 అన్నం. ఎందుకన్నం. డెఫినెట్లీ నిజాం సాగర్ కింద ఎపుడో జమానాలో వచ్చిండ్రు వాళ్ళు. వరంగల్ జిల్లా ప్రాంతంలో ప్రాంతంలో వాళ్ళంతా ఎప్పుడో జమానాలో వచ్చిన్రు. చాలమంది ఉన్నారు. వాళ్లు సమస్యకాదు. అందుకే నేను ఏమంటున్నానంటే , మీకు ఈజీగా ఐడియా వస్తది. పెద్ద సమస్య కాదు. కొద్దిగా మేటర్ ఆఫ్ కామన్ సెన్స్. కొద్దిగా మనం మైండ్ అప్లై చేస్తే తెలిసి పోతుంది. తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళు కూడ కొంతమంది ప్రూవ్ చేసుకోవటానికి వాళ్ళ దగ్గర ఏమీ లేక పోవచ్చు. 1956 అన్నప్పుడు దానికి కమిటీలు పెడుతున్నం. లోకల్ ఎంక్వయిరీ. జీనియాలజీ అంటారు దాన్ని. వాళ్ళ తాతెవరు? ముత్తాతెవరు, ఈజీగా తెలిసి పోతుంది. పెద్ద ఇష్యూ కాదు. ఇంకా, ఒకటేంది. మనకు ఇయాల కార్పోరేషన్లలో కానీ, సెక్రటేరియట్ లో కానీ, హెచ్ఓడీ లలో కానీ, కనీసం లక్షనుండి లక్షా 25 వేల మందిని ఆనాటి నుండి ఈనాటి వరకు అక్రమంగా వాళ్ళు ఉద్యోగులను నింపుకున్నారు. కొన్ని కొన్ని కార్పోరేషన్లలో ఇద్దరు, ముగ్గురు, నలుగురు మాత్రమే తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళుంటరు. కడమోళ్ళంతా ఆంధ్రా ప్రాంతం వాళ్ళే ఉంటరు. అంతా స్ట్రిక్టు చేసినట్లయితే టైట్ చేసినట్లయితే ఇక్కడ మనకు సాగదురా నాయనా అని సెపరేట్ గా మన దారి మనం చూసుకుందమని డిస్కరేజ్ అయితరన్నది ఐడియా. మన దారి మనం పడదమని వాడు పడితే మనం సాఫయితమని ఐడియా. గిదంతా కూడ బజార్లో పెట్టి చెప్పాల్సినపుడు నేను మీరన్నీ తెలిసినోళ్ళు అవగాహన ఉన్నోళ్ళు ఉద్యమాల్లో పాల్గొన్నోళ్ళు. నోయింగ్ ఫుల్లీ వెల్ దీన్ని మనం ఎందుకు కన్ఫ్యూజ్ చేయాల? ఇపుడే కలెక్టర్ శ్రీధర్ గారూ మేమూ డిస్కస్ చేసినం. రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాకు, హైదరాబాదు జిల్లాకు ఒక ప్రత్యేక స్ట్రాటజీ పెట్టుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించినం. రాబోయే ఒకటి రెండ్రోజుల్లో ఛీఫ్ సెక్రటరీ గారు ప్రత్యేకంగా మన రేమండ్ పీటర్ గారు ఇతర సెక్రటరీస్ రెండు జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు మీనా గారు, శ్రీధర్ గారిని పిలిపించుకొని, అవసరమైతే క్లోజ్డ్ డోర్ మీటింగ్ మీతో అక్కడే సెక్రటేరియట్ లో పిలిపించుకుంటరు. రంగారెడ్డి అండ్ హైదరాబాద్ ఎంఆర్వోస్ ను. మీకు స్పెషల్ స్ట్రాటజీ డిజైన్ చేస్తం కాబట్టి మీరు కన్ ఫ్యూజ్ కాకండి దయచేసి. సమస్య ఉన్నదంతా ఆడనే ఉంది. మీ రంగారెడ్డి హైదరాబాద్ తోనే ఈ బొబ్బంతా ఈ డూప్లికేట్ గాల్లు ఉన్నదే అక్కడ!!

Shri T. Harish Rao, nephew of Telangana Khalifa Shri KCR, does not know the Constitution of India, which entitles any Indian to be a leader in any Indian State, not to speak of an A.P. leader being a leader in Telangana or Hyderabad. In today's world, NRIs and PIOs abroad are developing ambitions to be Presidents of U.S.A. or Prime Ministers of U.K.  Even in the last Century, Mr. M.N. Roy (Manavendra Nath Roy) from India, became a global level Communist leader in Soviet Russia.


Mr. Harish Rao seems to be suffering from hallucinations that he is ruling an IS State or Pakisthan, and that Hyderabad is Islamabad. Hyderabad is not Islamabad. Mr. T. Harish Rao does not know what will be his own fate in Telangana, when Mr. KCR becomes old or passes away. Who will succeed him? K.T.R., Kavita or Harish Rao? What happened to Shiv Sena after the demise of Bal Thakre in Maharashtra? Uddhav Thakre succeeded Mr. Bal Thakre and not Raj Thakre. It is not a single instance. It is not only an Indian practice. It is a global practice, that sons when they succeed their fathers, may kick off Uncles and Cousins, as they are suspected as Challengers for the dictatorship at any time. It happened in North Korea, very recently.

Telangana leaders of Congress, BJP, CPI, and CPM Parties have a moral duty to correct the HATE LANGUAGE of KCR & Company, while the Union Home Ministry has a legal duty to counsel the Telangana Government.

If Home Ministry neglects its legal duty because of lethargy, or for some other political reasons, then it will be guilty of creating another Bhindranwale or Hitler in Telangana.

If leaders of other parties in Telangana State, neglect their moral duty of discouraging political propaganda of creating Regional Hatred, then they will in future be at receiving end of some other Hatred Campaign from the same KCR & Co.

By this time, leaders of non TRS parties ought to have learnt sufficient number of lessons of the consequences of encouraging KCR & Co's Regional Hatred Campaigns.


Tomorrow KCR & Co. can say that all Reddy leaders or all Kuruma leaders have to quit Telangana.

 Some other day, KCR & Co. can say that all SCs and ST leadrs should leave Telangana.

On another day they can say that only leaders from Siddhipet or Mahaboobnagar or Karimnagar should be CMs and people from Nalgonda or Khammam, should not be CMs.


After all KCR & Co. is famous for changing and twisting its tongue in several ways at lightning speeds. For example, Mr. K.C.R. promised to make a Dalit Leader, the First Chief Minister of Telangana. What did he do? He made himself CM, made his son Minister for a key Department, nephew another Minister in another key Department, made his own daughter an M.P. Got rid of one original TRS Dalit leader on some pretext, invited a TDP traitor into Cabinet and made him Dy. Chief Minister. The job of a Dy. Chief Minister has become worse than a petty clerk.

Another example: KCR promised to merge TRS in Congress, if Sonia Gandhi gave Telangana State.  He ditched her, after she gave Telangana.


Telangana people elected as Chief Minister only for five years.  They have not yet made him a Life Time Chief Minister.   After four years, what will happen in Telangana, nobody knows.  Even a Marathi person or Mr. Owaisi can get elected as Chief Minister.  In this mundane world, only CHANGE IS PERMANENT.  EVERYTHING ELSE IS TRANSIENT.

Besides, the prosperity of Hyderabad developed with the combined efforts and funds of Central Government, people of India, people living in and around Hyderabad, can be only transient, as already said CHANGE IS PERMANENT.  EVERYTHING ELSE IS TRANSIENT.  Now, Hyderabad will have floating population only from 10 Districts instead of 23 Districts.  That means gradually, VAT collection will go down.  Markets will get contracted.  Growth will not be as steep as it used to be.   What is happening to the City of Detroit, the Great Centre of Car Making in USA?  There are no buyers for large Real Estates in Detroit and the Municipal Corporation has become bankrupt.


Hence, it will be in the fitness of things if Messrs. KCR, KTR, Kavita, Harish Rao, shed their hatred of people living in bordering Districts.   They should also shed their arrogance.  Reasons:  It harms the people, particularly the POOR PEOPLE OF TELANGANA.   The real Campaign ought to have been: Workers of all States, Unite!  Not : People of Telangana, Hate people from your neighboring Districts.

గతంలో ప్రెస్ కౌన్సిల్ సూచించినట్లుగా పత్రికలు, టీవీ ఛానెళ్ళు వార్తలను యథాతథంగా ప్రచురించి, ఆ వార్తలపై తమ వ్యాఖ్యలను విడిగా బాక్స్ కట్టి ప్రచురించటమో, ఒక అడ్డగీత గీసిన తరువాత విడిగా ఇంకో రంగు సిరాతో లేక ఇటాలిక్స్ లో లేక చిన్న ఫాంట్ లేక భిన్నమైన ఫాంట్ లో ప్రచురిస్తే , ప్రజలకు వాస్తవాలు ఏవో, పత్రికాధిపతుల స్వంత అభిప్రాయాలు ఏవో స్పష్టంగా అర్ధం అయ్యేది. హైదరాబాద్ నుండి వచ్చే రెండు అగ్ర దినపత్రికలు అక్కడ స్థిర పడ్డ ఆంధ్ర యజమానుల చేతిలో ఉండటంతో వారు తమ కార్యాలయాలను, ఇతర వ్యాపారాలను, ఆస్తులను, కెసీ ఆర్ చేత రెచ్చగొట్ట బడ్డ గుంపులనుండి రక్షించుకోటానికి, తాము నిష్పక్షపాతంగా ఉన్నట్లుగా నిరూపించుకోటానికి , ఆ రెండు పత్రికలో తమ పల్లకిలో ఒక పక్క కెసీఆర్ ను, ఇంకో పక్క కోదండరాం నూ కూర్చో పెట్టుకుని, పెళ్ళికొడుకునూ, పెళ్ళికూతురునూ, పల్లకీలో కూర్చోపెట్టి ఊరేగించినట్లుగా, తాము బోయీలుగా మారి మోసాయి. పత్రికలు ఉచితంగా మోస్తామంటే వారెందుకు కాదంటారు ?

కెసీఆర్ & కో, కోదండ రాంలు, గద్దర్, కేశవరావు మొ|| నేతలు తెలంగాణ ప్రజలను వివిధ పధ్ధతులలో రెచ్చకొడుతున్నప్పుడు, వారు చేస్తున్నది తప్పని ఆరెండు పత్రికలు ఎందుకు వారికి చెప్పలేకపోయాయి. వాళ్ళ మెహర్బానీల కోసం తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమంలో జరిగిన అక్రమాలను, తప్పుడు వ్యాఖ్యలను, దాడులను, హింసలను అన్నిటినీ యథాతథంగా రిపోర్టు చేసి, తమ అభిప్రాయమేదో విడిగా ప్రత్యేక కాలంలలో లేక ప్రత్యేక పేజీలలో, పత్రికలు తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు తెలియ చెప్పకుండా, కెసీఆర్ తమని ఆలింగనం చేసుకోగానే ముఖాన్ని చేటంత చేసుకోటం, కెసీఆర్ చెప్పేవాటిని ప్రజలు నమ్మేలాగా చేయటంలో తాము కూడ భాగస్వాములు కావటం, నాటి పత్రికల స్వార్ధ పూరిత వైఖరికి నిదర్శనం. తమ వ్యాపార ప్రయోజనాలు పత్రికాధిపతులు చూసుకుంటే, తమ అధికార ప్రయోజనాలు తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ నేతలు చూసుకున్నారు. అయితే ఈ విషయంలో నేను వారిని తప్పు పట్ట తలుచుకోలేదు. తమ మనుగడ కోసం వారీ పని చేయటం అనివార్యం.

ఫలితంగా నష్టపోయింది ఎవరంటే, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలు. హైదరాబాదులో ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వాలు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం, పెట్టిన పెట్టుబడులను అన్నిటినీ తెలంగాణ నేతలు తమ హస్తగతం చేసుకోటానికి ఆరెండు పత్రికలు తోడ్పడినట్లయింది. దుర్యోధనుడికి కర్ణుడు చూపిన స్వామి భక్తినే ఆరెండు పత్రికలూ చూపాయి, చూపిస్తున్నాయి, ఇంక ముందు కూడ చూపించబోతున్నాయి. కెసీఆర్ అనుగ్రహం కోసం ఆ పత్రికాధిపతులు పరితపించి పోతున్నారు. ఈసందర్భంగా పరస్పర కుచమర్దనాలు జరిగాయి కానీ, అప్పుడప్పుడైనా జరగాల్సిన సంభోగాలే జరగటం లేదు. అవి జరిగితే కొంత కాలమైనా వారికి సంభోగానంతర సుఖ సంతోషాలు లభిస్తాయి. అదే జరగటం లేదు.

పెట్టుబడిదారీ విధానంలో, తమకు ఏది లాభసాటిగా కనిపించి, ఏది తమ ఆస్తుల విధ్వంసానికి దారితీయదో దానిని పెట్టుబడిదారులు చేయటం అది ఒక పెట్టుబడిదారీ మీడియా వికారం. పెట్టుబడిదారీ విధానాన్ని నిర్మూలించినప్పుడు పెట్టుబడిదారీ పత్రికలను తీసివేయటం జరిగేదాకా మనకి పెట్టుబడిదారీ పత్రికల బెడద తప్పదు.

తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా నాటి పత్రికలు , టీవీలు ప్రచారం చేసి ఉండాలని నేను వ్రాయటం లేదు. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని సమర్ధిస్తూ, విడిగా ప్రత్యేక వ్యాసాలు | సంపాదకీయాల్లో సక్రమ మార్గంలో తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం నడవటానికి పత్రికలు, టీవీలు తగిన సలహాలు ఇచ్చి ఉంటే, రాష్ట్ర విభజన మెరుగైన పధ్ధతులలో జరిగి ఉండేది. అపుడు సెక్షన్ 8 యొక్క అవసరమే ఉండేది కాదు. హైదరాబాదులోని సంస్థల విభజనపై ఇంత ఘోరమైన కుమ్ములాటలు జరిగేవి కావు. ఆ రెండు పత్రికలు, పనిగట్టుకొని కెసీఆర్ ను అతిగా సమర్ధించినందు వల్ల, తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు, తెలంగాణ టీడీపీ నేతలు, బీజేపీ నేతలు, తాము అసమర్ధులైన మితవాదులులాగా, వాజమ్మలలాగా కనపడకూడదనుకొని, వారు కెసీఆర్ తో సమానంగా సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలను తిట్టటం ద్వారా తాము తెలంగాణ ప్రజల మెప్పును కెసీఆర్ కన్నా అధికంగా పొందవచ్చనుకుని అందరూ వోవర్ యాక్షన్ లోకి దిగారు.

ఫలితంగా కేంద్రంలోని అఖిల భారత నేతలకు కూడ దిక్కుతోచని పరిస్థితులు ఏర్పడ్డాయి. వారు కూడ అత్యుత్సాహం చూపించి, తమ రాజకీయ స్వార్ధాలకు అనుగుణంగా, లోక్ సభలో దౌర్జన్యకర పధ్ధతుల ద్వారా విభజన బిల్లుకి ఆమోదం పొందారు. రాజ్యసభలో తప్పుడు హామీలను గుప్పించారు. దురదృష్ట వశాత్తు సీమాంధ్ర నేతల అనైక్యత వల్ల, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలు అత్యధికంగా నష్టపోయారు.

ఆరెండు తెలుగు పత్రికల మెయిన్ పేజీలు, ఇతర ముఖ్య తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీషు అన్ని పత్రికల మెయిన్ పేజీలు, హైదరాబాదులో కంపోజ్ అవుతూ ఉండటంతో, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజల తరఫున వాదించే మీడియానే లేకపోయింది. 1966 కు ముందు ఉన్నట్లుగా , తెలుగు దిన పత్రికల ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాలు, మెయిన్ పేజీలు విజయవాడలో కంపోజ్ అయి ఉంటే, తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని వీపున పెట్టుకుని మోసేవాళ్ళా. పత్రికలు, ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాలు హైదరాబాదుకు తరలి వెళ్ళటం, టీవీ ఛానెళ్ళన్నీ హైదరాబాద్ లోనే ప్రారంభం అయ్యి అక్కడే కేంద్రీకృతమై ఉండటం, వాళ్ళ ఆస్తులు, పెట్టుబడులు అన్నీ హైదరాబాదులో ఉండటం, ఇవి అన్నీ సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజల దౌర్భాగ్యానికి కారణం.

అదే సంపాదకీయం, తరువాత లైన్లలో.

"...నిజానికి ఏ మీడియా కూడా ఒక ప్రాంత ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాలకు విరుద్ధంగా వ్యవహరించలేదు. వ్యవహరిస్తే మనుగడ సాగించలేదు..."

తాము తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమాన్ని కెసీఆర్ ను, కోదండ రామ్ ను, గద్దర్ ను వీపు మీద పెట్టుకుని మోస్తున్నప్పడు, తాము తెలంగాణ ప్రాంత ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాలకు అనుకూలంగానూ, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాలకు విరుధ్ధంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నట్లు ఈ పత్రికలు, ఛానెళ్ళు ఎందుకు గ్రహించలేదు ?

తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం యొక్క మూలాలు హైదరాబాదులో ఖాళీ స్థలాలకోసం, విలువైన రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ ఆస్తులకొరకు, తెలంగాణ పెట్టుబడిదారులకు, సీమాంధ్ర పెట్టుబడిదారులకు, ఇతరరాష్ట్రాల పెట్టుబడిదారులకు, ప్రవాస ఎన్ ఆర్ అయి పీఐఓ పెట్టుబడిదారులకు, మరియు విదేశీ పెట్టుబడిదారులకు జరిగిన కుమ్ములాట అని పత్రికలు, మీడియాకు తెలిసి కూడ, తెలంగాణ ప్రజలకు, సీమాంధ్ర ప్రజలకు, సత్యాన్ని ఎందుకు చెప్పలేదు ? ఎందుకంటే, తాము కూడ తిలా పాపం తలా పిడికెడు అన్నట్లుగా ఆ పాప ఫలాలను తింటున్నారు కనుక.

ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితులు కేవలం హైదరాబాదులోనే కాదు దేశంలో పెద్దనగరాలన్నిటిలో రాబోతున్నాయి. నగరాలకు అతిప్రధాన్యం ఇచ్చి, స్మార్ట్ సిటీలు, మెగా సిటీలు మొ|| పేర్లు పెట్టి వాటిని అతిగా అభివృధ్ధి చేస్తున్నంత కాలం నిరుద్యోగులు అక్కడికి వలసపోక తప్పదు. వారు ఏదో ఒక బ్రతుకు తెరువును సంపాదించుకున్నాక చిన్న చిన్న ఇళ్ళను , అపార్టుమెంట్లను కొనటానికి ప్రయత్నించక తప్పదు. ఇది ఒక మానవ హక్కు. దీనిని శివసేన వాళ్ళు కానీ, తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళు గానీ , ఇంకోళ్ళు గానీ, ఇంకోళ్ళుగానీ ఆపటానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తే దేశ విభజనకే దారితీసే పరిస్థితులు ఏర్పడతాయి.

మేము నగరాలను అభివృధ్ధి చేయటం మానం, గ్రామాలను, చిన్న పట్టణాలను పాడు పెట్టటం మానం, అని బూర్జువా పార్టీలు అనుకుంటే, కేంద్ర పాలకులైన బూర్జువా పార్టీలు 20 లక్షలు దాటిన ప్రతి నగరాన్నీ కేంద్ర పాలిత ప్రాంతంగా ప్రకటించటమే, వెర్రితలలు వేస్తున్న ప్రాంతీయవాదానికి విరుగుడు.
