821 Mr. Donald Trump ought to have taken the assistance of Mr. KCR for his Campaigning and Debating

I am unable to determine whether to write in a lighter vein or in a serious tone about this. I write in a way as it comes, whether it is really worth it, or not worth it. At the end of the high-falutin and bloviating campaign talks of Mr. Donald Trump and Ms. Hillary Clinton, and the three high voltage TV debates between them which indicate that Ms. Clinton has won (at least in lashing the tongue), suddenly a feeling crept in me that Mr. Trump has not obtained the right type of assistance to secure a victory in the billion dollar each campaigns.

The fierce fight for Presidency, between two Multi Billionnaires is nothing new in United States. The Presidential canddidates are only proxies, for the business empires who were pumping them with Campaign Funds, with a view to collect their investments back later. We must also not forget that some Business Empires may be backing both the candidates covertly, so that they can reap a win-win sitution.

Question: Do you mean to say that American voters are fools, or will be fooled?

Ans: Voter foolishness, in a clearer perspective, is to be taken as global foolishness. We cannot have a narrow view that it is American Foolishness. The American voters, were fooled in the past, are being fooled, and will be fooled in future also. Just as in OOP (Object Oriented Programming) in Information Technology there are inheritances of objects, in the Technologies of Democracies are there are inheritances, Voter Foolishness is one among them.

Question: You seem to be biased against American Democracy?

Ans: My bias is not against American Democracy. My bias is against the monster of Capitalism. Otherwise how will you explain this situation? There are news reports that, in his last American Presidential Campaign, Mr. Barrack Obama has spent US$ 1 billion, which is not by an means a mean amount. There were jubilations that a "Blackman" was for the first time elected as American President. American Blacks were supposed to be poor. It must have been a dream for an ordinary American Black to mobilise a Billion bucks for spending in elections. Then, was Obama an extra-ordinary American Black, that American Business Empires condescended to pour in a billion greenbacks for Election Campaigns? Now, that gush and verve of electing a Black President is gone, this time there is going to be a euphoria of electing a first American Woman President. In this euphoria, reasoning will be lost.

What Reasoning?

Whether first American Black President, or the first American Woman President, or some other President, as long as they continue to be proxy and puppet Presidents in the hands of business empires, there is not going to be much change in the trials and tribulations of the American Havenots and American Unemployed/under-employed.

Question: Do you support or sympathise with Donald Trump and his misdemeanours and transgressions?

There is not much difference between Donald Trump and Ms. Hillar Clinton. Ms. Clinton looks more polished, and talks in a more refined manner. Whatever be his utterances on stage in his last talk during third Debate on TV, Mr. Trump has not only grossly mismanaged his campaigns, but also, in the process, spoiled the opportunities of his other Republican Rivals.

SOMETHING IN LIGHTER VEIN

There are news reports that the Telugu film Hero Akhil s/o Nagarjuna will be participating in Donald Trump's fund raising campaigns. Mr. Akhil may be in Cloud 9s for getting the unique opportunity, which no other Telugu Hero seems to have got. It is not clear, how much he is being paid for his appearance, but definitely it may not be FREE, even if free flight tickets both sides, free accommodation etc. are given. We shall have a 'no comment' about this.

Mr. Trump's principal hope for success appears to rest on the 'dissatisfaction' of the American White Unemployed and UnderEmpoloyed Persons whose jobs have been knocked away/ ARE BEING KNOCKED AWAY (as per their perceptions) by Chinese, Indians, Mexicans, and other coloreds. But, I believe that Trump might have failed to build a solid voter support base from this most important segment of American Democracy. It is not my intent to say that Mr. Trump is a novice or that he is naive. He ought to have taken the assistance of stalvarts in this field of proven expertise, the Emperor among whom is Mr. Kaluvakunta Chandrasekhara Rao, popularly called KCR, and KCR & Co. inclusive of his kith and kin KTR, Harish Rao, Ms. Kavita etc. He is at present the Chief Minister of Telangana State in India, which has a population of about 40 million.

People of Telangana have nursed a grievance that, emigrants from the Coastal Districts of Andhra Pradesh were knocking away their jobs. Mr. KCR who might have been a shepherd in Karimnagar (as per the comments of his enemy politicians) was encouraged by Late N.T. Rama Rao, and Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, by making him an M.L.A., and a Minister. Subsequently, there were dissensions between KCR and Mr. Naidu, the then Chief Minister of the erstwhile United Andhra Pradesh State , presumably over the sharing of spoils of corruption and pelf.

Mr. Naidu did not, in his Cabinet, give a place to KCR. That infuriated KCR. He ignited the dormant Telangana dis-satisfaction of the people of Telangana, that Coastal Andhra Emigrants were knocking away their jobs, and stealing River Waters. In the process of running his movement, KCR specialised in his art of enflaming the hurt sentiments of Telangana People, and perfecting the art of throwing invectives and pouring profanities on the Emigrants from Coastal Andhra. Consequently, they have become aliens in their own country. KCR in his abuses and insults did not leave even the then Prime Minister of India, Mr. Manmohan Singh, whom KCR called a chaprasi. KCR's ENFLAMING CAMPAIGNS became so successful that All India Party Bosses of all Parties, wanted to satisfy his vanities. He spoke as though he wanted to create a Mini Pakisthan in INdia, by supporting the Nizam Navab. People of Telangana were not allowing the Telangana Leaders of other parties, Other State Leaders of other parties to enter Telangana. So much so, the MPs of all Parties of Telangana blocked the functioning of Indian Parliament for several days. Finally, both BJP-NDA, and the Congress-UPA surrendered to his dictums and wills. In 2014 elections, KCR's Party swept the polls and came to power. We need not say, KCR ditched both BJP and Congress.

So, what is the lesson?

Had Mr. Donald Trump invited KCR to design and address his Campaigns, KCR could have scaled new heights in throwing abuses, invectives, profanities, and created the right climate of HATRED required for capturing the votes of Unemployed and UnderEmployed of all Hues. True, that Trump was quite outspoken. But that may not be sufficient to create and garner HATE-BASED votes. After his success in American Presidential Elections 2014, KCR would have expanded his strategies to all Elections in Europe, Canada, and ANZ.

After all, what for- life is, except to lose opportunities?

Question: What will you say about the allegations of groping, philandering, and serenading attempts of Mr. Trump?

SOCIO-POLITICAL CULTURAL DIFFERENCES BETWEEN U.S. AND INDIA

Ans:- These things of expectations of personal character and family behaviors / behaviors towards women, from the aspiring Presidential candidates, may be of some special interest to the American voters. But in India nobody cares about the character or characteristics of politicians, particularly the top bosses. Sexual Relationships were never election issues in India.

The issue of extra-marital relationships of Members of Legislative Assembly, as far as I could remember, once came for discussion in the Assembly of United Andhra Pradesh State. At that time, the then Speaker of A.P. Assembly Mr. Suresh Reddy, constituted a House-Committee to study the seriousness of the problem. What happened? Nothing happened.

In India, more concubines and more paramours for a wealthy person, means more masculinity. The concubines and paramours of wealthy persons, are not looked down upon.

In the context of the current fiercely contested American Presidential Elections 2016, my readers are well aware that both the Democratic and Republican Candidates are vying with one another in promising to dish out the heavenly nectars from the sky. We have already seen the eight years rule of Mr. Barack Obama, the present charismatic President of the United States, every one knows what he has dished out to the common citizens in United States.

It also claims that 100 million Americans have already been covered. Well, I do not want to support or dispute it. Reason: "Coverage on paper" is different from "Actual Coverage" or "Field-level coverage" .

HEALTH CARE IN CAPITALIST ECONOMIES, AND THE PLAY OF CAPITALIST MEDICO-ECONOMICS

It will be sufficient to know from experience and history, that all the Capitalist Economics, and its branch the Capitalist Medico-Economics, all is trash. We can leave the American Citizens to believe that they live in a Medical Heaven, and let the American Presidential Candidates make them to believe that their Medical Heaven is being refurbished and renovated from time to time at least on a four year basis. Anyway, the U.S.A., the Europe, ANZ (Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania etc.) are all (relatively) under-populated countries, and probably the Capitalist Economy may suit them.

But the problems of overpopulated countries are totally different. I dare to include both Japan and China also in this list of countries of sufferers. Japan might have accumulated some large foreign exchange reserves by its export and industrial culture, but one gets an impression that the benefits of their development have not trickled down to their lowest strata. China may also be glossing over its accumulated huge foreign exchange reserves earned by making Global Monopolist Monstrous Octopus like Foreign Corporates and Foreign Institutional Investors, to spread their tentacles deep into China, and own Chinese swathes of land and build industrial empires. The end result is ghettos proliferating around sweatshops. We must always remember that though China professes to be a Communist / Socialist / Marxist country, it is none of them. We should not expect any Socialist Health Care System there which serves the ordinary citizens there.

THOUGH A FANTASY, IT WILL BE WORTHWHILE TO FORESEE AND EXAMINE A SOCIALIST PROSPECTIVE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

Since, in a truly and completely socialist country, there will be no money and no private property, there can be no Hospitals which require payment of moneys. Nor should there be a need to buy some Health Insurance. CASHLESS TREATMENTS will be and should be an irreconcilable characteristic of a truly and completely Socialist Nation.

Once we concede that there will be no money, and no private property, there will be no private hospitals, no private doctors. Total Health Care should be free to all the citizens. PERFECT EQUALITY has to become the sole guiding principle in administration of Truly and Completely Socialist Health Care.

Question: India, in its Constitution declares itself to be a SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC SECULAR SOCIALIST REPUBLIC. Ostensibly, officially, India is a Socialist country. Is there any Truly and Completely Socialist Health Care System in India? How will you justify, the Special Treatment being given to Ms. Jayalalitaa, the Chief Minister of the Tamil Nadu State? Do you support the idea of a Russian Specialist being called to monitor her medical treatment?

Ans: Who said that India is Socialist? Who said that India is Secular? All that is trash. If India is truly and completely Socialist, at least as far as Health Care is concerned, the Chief Minister Jayalalitaa and a seriously ailing beggar on the streets of Chennai should get equal medical treatment. Will the Government of Tamil Nadu or the Government of India call a Russian/British/American Specialist from Moscow/London/NewYork to treat an ailing beggar? Ha! HA hA!

When Lenin ruled Russia or Stalin ruled Russia (erstwhile U.S.S.r), did the Government of U.S.S.R. extend EQUAL MEDICAL TREATMENTS TO LENIN/STALIN and the Common Russian Citizens of that Era?

It will be a Question of Facts. I do not have facts with me. I personally believe (till evidence to contrary comes to light) that U.S.S.R. might have been truly socialist for about a year after the Bolshevik Revolution. Lenin was also a sort of dictator. Kremlin was maintained, as a Royal Palace or a Royal Court, with all its appurtenances and paraphernalia of the customary Kings and Emperors. Obviously, the Russian Socialist Bosses might have received extra-special medical treatments far expensive and superior to the common Russian Workers of 1917.

There are some Telugu language proverbs worth quoting:-

1. cinta caccinA pulupu cAvadu. (Approx. English: Even after a Tamarind tree dies, its 'sour taste' does not die.).

A belief that a "Leader is supreme, above everybody, and he/she needs specialist treatment" is a Bureaucratic/Capitalist/Feudalist Relic. In a TC Socialist Society, "A Leader is first among equals, and nothing more".

If a Leader is to get treatment by bringing in a Russian Specialist, the beggar on the pavements of Mylapore or T Nagar, or Kodambakkam or Nungambakkam should also get treatment from a Russian Specialist. Or else, for none.

Question: By clamoring for anachronistic/obsolete/outdated Leftist / Communist/Marxist/Socialist systems, are you trying to flog dead horses?

Ans: Horses may die. Calf horses also get born. Even otherwise, we may innovate, and make newer bikes. If Communism / Marxism / Socialism can be treated as dead horses, what should we call Capitalism and Feudalism? Living Dragons? Chasing cobras? Hounding crocodiles? 800 "Our Revolution" organisation promoted by Mr. Bernie Sanders will it serve as a PRESSURE GROUP?

Readers may recall that Mr. Bernie Sanders, the runners'-up Chief rival claimant to the Democratic Party candidature for American Presidential Election 2016, lost his campaign. His loss is quite understandable considering the American propensities to support individualism, and individual self-confidence of citizens, sometimes reaching to heights of arrogance, as Citizens of the Policeman of the World. According to NYTimes: "...Top officials at the Democratic National Committee criticized and mocked Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont during the primary campaign, even though the organization publicly insisted that it was neutral in the race, according to committee emails made public on Friday by WikiLeaks. ...". Whatever be the reason for loss of a historic opportunity for Mr. Sanders, as anticipated by us in our previous blogposts, he has started a new organisation named "Our Revolution".

If Mr. Sanders believed what he said on the podium, he would not have contested for the Democratic Nomination to the Presidential job. He might have, in right earnest, initiated the change from the bottom. That means, he might have started the "Our Revolution" organisation first, and passed on the baton to his disciples who were to carry on the change to the next American Generation. In my mother tongue Telugu language, there is a proverb "andani drAksha panDlu pullana". Approx. English: In an Aesop's fable like Telugu folk story: A fox tried to catch hold of a bunch of grapes, but could not, as the bunch was at a height. After its attempts failed, the fox withdrew saying "Grapes which are beyond reach, tend to be sour". A true socialist cannot join and continue in a bourgeoisie party, hope for its top nomination. It is outright, a weird idea like a square peg in a round hole. Fail, then say we have to start from bottom. This seems to be inappropriate to my immature mind. Besides, if top is rotten, bottom may not be able to restore the top to health. Bottoms will have to dump the tops. It can happen even through change of hearts and ballets. But this change of hearts has to last longer. Else the changes brought out by Revolutions will be reduced to a heap of s***.

The "Our Revolution" Organization floated by Mr. Sanders ought not to try to hijack the Democratic Party which has a bourgeoisie roots, philosophical base, and which never claimed to be socialist. Mr. Sanders has to launch it either as a new Political Party with Socialist Principles, having a clear-cut SOCIALIST tag in the name itself. There can't be a via media approach for True Socialism. It must straight promise EQUALISM, removal of private property, abolition of money and monetary economy, dumping Wall Street into the Atlantic Ocean, a Marriage-less society, a secular common civil code, introduction of physical labor in addition to mental labor for all physically-fit and mentally-fit persons capable of working. Equalism and Socialism ought not to tolerate LAZY CLASSES ROLLING ON COUCHES, on the pretext of accumulated past earnings, or practising some aristocratic businesses or elite professions. Tinkering with medicare, College fees etc. have already been ineffectively tried by bourgeoisie parties. There is no use of harping the same insipid and stale tunes. I cannot resist the idea of getting an impression that the "Our Revolution" promoted by Mr. Sanders may at the most serve as a pressure group on Ms. Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Party, or on Mr. Donald Trump, if he gets elected as President. The interviewer at RT.com Mr. Ed Schultz, who talked with Mr. Cohen (Communications Manager of Mr. Sanders) seems to be right in his futuristic comment: "what might come of the movement if 'Our Revolution' doesn't get off to a great start?". Of course, nobody can expect astounding success for the 'Our Revolution' in its very first year of existence. Normally revolutions tend to be bubbles and foams of exuberant or exorbitant effervescence lasting a few years, after which some unscrupulous fellow takes over organisations and runs them as despotic tyrannies, though 'labels' may continue. This is because members lack deep-rooted convictions in their philosophies, or because the successors lack the same commitment to philosophies which the founder-members had. Uplifting of founding members to numbness by forming "marga-darsak-mandal (Council for showing path)" is also possible. The name of the organisation ought to have been "Our Evolution" (or "Our Evolution into True Socialists") instead of "Our Revolution". Revolutions tend to be cyclic. Evolutions will be irreversible, and they will have only changeable futures and not hackneyed pasts, unless there are grave reasons warranting "retrogression" an inevitable imperative.

723 Mr. Bernie Sanders should have the courage to say that he will close down Wall Street

Mr. Bernie Sanders, the Democratic Rival of Ms. Hillary Clinton, for the American Presidential Democratic Nomination 2016, declared himself a Socialist, and promised huge outlay on Health Care and Free College Education. To finance the outlay, he plans to raise taxes on Wall Street Speculators. One immediate question which arises is "Do the Wall Street Speculators remain silent if Mr. Sanders raises taxes on them?". They will play their own games to browbeat the ideas of Mr. Sanders. All over the World, Governments pay Health Care costs from pooled Tax Incomes collected from all the Citizens, which include Corporates, but does not target them specifically. Vox.Com has published a Survey Report which indicates that supporters of Mr. Bernie Sanders may not pay more than $1000 as additional taxes. The title of the Report is: "Most Bernie Sanders supporters aren't willing to pay for his revolution".

Where all the common people or poor people have to bear the burden of Health Care and College Costs of other American Poor who may need them, that will become only a sort of Insurance, which is based on all the people sharing the risk of some people and compensating them in case of loss. Those who undergo health loss, or those who have offsprings undertaking higher studies, will gain at the cost of others who do not suffer health loss or do not have College going children. This type of Insurance is a British and American business technique. Common people as a class will have nothing to gain through such methods.

In Telugu language, there is a proverb: "kAkulanu koTTi gaddalaku vEyaTam". Its approx. English gist is: Beat the crows, and feed the eagles. Beating somebody, and with the booty, feed somebody else.

In India, at All India level, a method similar to the above is followed: Introduce or raise some cess, on an essential commodity such as petrol / diesel, or an essential service like telecom. This Cess is called SBC Svachh Bharat Cess. It has been introduced in the 2016-17 Budget. It may come into force in November 2016. Or an additional Dividend Distribution Tax (DDT) is levied on Corporate Dividends, for those tax payers who get a dividend exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs (Rs. 1 million).

In India, at the level of States (Provinces), the State Governments usually raise Taxes on Liquors or raise Registration charges for Immovable Properties. Or raise the land value for calculation of land value, for calculation of Stamp duty and Registration Fees.

MR. SANDERS SHOULD HAVE THE COURAGE TO DECLARE THAT HE WILL CLOSE WALL STREET

Everybody knows that all Stock Exchanges are Highly Respected Gambling Houses. Stock Brokers are the sacred Bishops, Arch Bishops and Cardinals of the Religion of "World Economic Religion". Wall Street is no exception. It is the World's largest gambling house.

It is not clear, to what extent the Wall Street Speculators rob the American Citizens. Suppose, the Wall Street Speculators rob the Rest of the World Speculators, and enrich themselves, the American Citizens may not feel the pinch. If raised taxes can be collected from the Wall Street Speculators for Health Care and Free College education, the American Citizens will definitely welcome it.

ETHICAL QUESTION WILL REMAIN

"Rob the World and feed the American Citizens" cannot be called ethical, from the point of view of this World. But it can be ethical by American standards. An American President has to serve only American interests and American needs, this may, well suit to be theme for Trump but not for Sanders.

But if Mr. Sanders can take to "True and Total Socialism" to his heart, he has to take a global view of the global poor. The best thing for him to do will be, to CLOSE DOWN THE GAMBLING DENS, i.e. the Wall Street itself.

The Greatness of Mr. Bernie Sanders, can at least be found, in one thing. His capability to maintain equi-distance from both Democrats and Republicans. He, contesting as an Independent Candidate, got elected as Mayor of Burlington City Council defeating both Democratic and Republican Party Candidates. It is not clear whether American Constitution permits Independent Candidates in the Presidential Elections, apart from the Traditional Parties of Democratic and Republican Parties. If it permits, I would have wished that Mr. Sanders ought to have contested as an Independent Candidate, instead of as a Democratic Nominee.

Reason: Both Democratic and Republican Parties in United States, are bourgeosie parties. Whatever be their pretences of Liberalism, essentially they are stooges of Capitalists. In this respect, there is not much difference between Indian Political Parties and the American Political Parties. Both depend on legal and illegal secret donations from Business Tycoons and Industrialists.

Though, prima facie, the politicians both in North America and Europe, who claim to be Socialists, Social Democrats, Democratic Socialists etc., basically they are not Socialists in true sense. They are only Conservatives, at the most, with a Leftist strain, not enough to call them Socialists. This experience we have had a taste in 2015, in the Greece Economic Crisis.

But, if the political history of Bernie Sanders placed in Wikipaedia is not concocted or window-dressed by somebody who happens to be a part of his Campaign Staff / Contractors or his Sympathizers, there is enough material to show that he seems to have at least some Socialist ideas, when compared to European Socialist Claimants, including the British Labor Leader, Jeremy Corbyn.

However, the quote given be me above , taken from Wikipaedia, does not justify that deduction or inference. His words do not differ much from the words of our own bourgeoisie political leaders in India.

One probable possible reason for reluctance of Mr. Sanders to come out openly with purer, more radical and stronger views may be owing to perceived allergies of American Middle Class voters who are supposed to abhor Communism, Marxism and Socialism. About the Proletarian voters in United States and the Proletarian voters in India, they seem to have similar behaviors, beliefs, actions and reactions.
