1077 People of Residual Andhra Pradesh should be fortunate, and the People of Telangana State may have tumultous days ahead!

As anticipated by everybody, Swami Paripoornananda, a self-declared pIThAdhipati, has joined Bharatiya Janata Party. He, seems to own, the Bharat Today Telugu T.V. Channel, which has since its inception been giving him more than adequate publicity. It is also reported that Swami Paripoornananda is going to contest to Telangana State Assembly with BJP Ticket. Journos have predicted long back that Swami Paripoornanda is going to be another Yogi Adityanath. It is the fortune of the Residual Andhra Pradesh State that Swami Paripoornanda is not going to contest from A.P. State. TRS Supremo and the Chief Minister of Telangana State Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao has already tried to reign the Swamiji, by getting him expelled from Telangana State. Of course, it is a different thing, Swamiji obtained Court Orders lifting the ban. It is well-known that KCR is a devotee of Swamijis, and is full of superstitions. And, Mr. KCR will not spare anybody whom he sees as challengers to his supremacy. Readers may remember that Mr. KCR called the Former Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh-- a chaprasi. Mr. KCR called Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Former Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, a THIEF. Now, we have to see, what he is going to call Swami Paripoornanda Saraswati. Swamiji has so far excelled in abusing People of other Religions and incurred their wrath. Now, we have to see, how Swamiji is going to tackle Mr. Kaluvakolanu Chandrasekhara Rao.

1075 What is happening in Goa?

What is happening in Goa? Goa Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Parrikar himself is sick. Recently, he visited United States for treatment of his pancreatic ailment and came back. Goa's Urban Development Minister, Mr. Francis D'Souza is reported to be undergoing treatment in United States. Goa's Power Minister Shri Panduranga Madkakikar is reported to have suffered a brain stroke, and is receiving treatment in Mumbai. Any humane Chief Minister or Prime Minister, in these special circumstances would have visited the respective Hospitals personally, or at least sent some responsible person to the Hospitals to console the Ailing Ministers. Or at least, sent some other transparent Communication, praying for their early recovery.

BJP seems to have different cultures at National Level and at State Levels.

AT National Level, when Mr. Arun Jaitley and Ms. Sushma Swaraj underwent kidney transplantation, temporary alternative arrangements were made. Mr. Piyush Goyal , Railway Minister, was given an additional Charge of the Finance Ministry. Minister of State for External Affairs, looked after the Port folio of Ms. Swaraj, till she reported back.

Why this practice is not followed in Goa?

In Goa, the Ailing Chief Minister, Shri Manohar Parrikar, ignoring his own sickness, sacked his Ailing Ministers Messrs. Francis D'Souza and Mr. Panduranga Madkaikar, citing their sicknesses.

In this context, we can refer to a beautiful Telugu verse from Tikkana's Mahabharata's Vidura nIti (Ethics of Vidura).

Delicate Issues are to be handled with Greater Delicacies

English gist: The first word 'mUlakari' in the first line of the verse appears to be erroneous. It may be 'mAlakari'. Meaning: A garland maker. mAla=garland. kari=maker.

DhritarashTra's step brother Vidura, also a Minister of his, was counselling the King on how an Executive/Manager will attain his goals and tasks.

pushamulu kOyu mADki: Just as a garland maker who gently plucks flowers from a branch

puvvu tEniya krOleDu pOlki: just as a honey been delicately sucks nectar from a flower

modalu kandakunDa konunani kArya phalamu: The resulting outputs of an Act are to be collected in such a way that the Basic Cause is not lost (principal should not be lost, while the entreprenur collects his dividends, or in other words dividends are not declared from principal Capital),

4th line: boggulaku bOle modalanTa poDuva janadu: We should not uproot a tree from its roots, as though we are axing it for making charcoal.

Summary: Gentleness is needed.

Another Telugu verse of Vidura from Udyoga Parva is contextual

English Gist

celli yunDiyu sairaNa sEyu ataDu= Person who forbears (exercises self-restraint) at a time when he can act punitively

pEda vaDiyu arthiki priyamu tODa= This second line means, a person who even after becoming poor, bestows charity to needy seekers to the best of his ability, with love (not grudgingly)

4th line: purushu lani ceppiri Aryulu kuru varENya= Oh the Best of Kurus, (the above two persons) are regarded as Virtuous persons. Thus Aryans said.

1071 It may not be sufficient to have a strong ITCH to prove that somebody is corrupt!

Shri G.V.L. Narasimha Rao, hailing from Residual A.P., Rajya Sabha B.J.P. Member elected from Uttar Pradesh, appears to be a person in a hurry to prove that Shri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and the Ruling Telugu Desam Party are corrupt, and are to be dislodged immediately. Shri Naidu may, or may not be corrupt. In fact, how many Chief Ministers and Ruling Parties of the 29 States in India can genuinely escape the taint of "Corruption" ? I get an impression that somebody from behind is prodding him from behind to show his mettle, so as to justify his anointment to Rajya Sabha (Upper House of Parliament in India).

This post is incomplete. Shall try to complete shortly.

1065 I appeal to our BJP Leaders to study Vriksha-Ayurveda thoroughly and popularise it, apart from their other Principal Goals and Sub goals such as popularising Indian Culture Universally, making Communal (dis??? as per some critics) harmonies.

Trigger for writing this particular blogpost:--Eight hours back Deccan Chronicle News Report that Shri VaishNav, 21year old 3rd Year MBBS Student son of Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, Former Union Minister, and present M.P.,-- passed away in a Corporate Hospital, Musheerabad, Hyderabad City, Telangana State, India. Click here to go to: https://www.deccanchronicle.com/nation/current-affairs/240518/former-bjp-mp-bandaru-dattatreyas-son-21-dies-of-heart-attack-in.html. My heart-felt condolences for the boy's untimely passing away at so early an age as just 21 years. Losing such youth will be a National Loss, because in the next 40 years a 21 years youth can be very productive and contribute to Nation, while we (royal we for this blogger) rotten old persons do very little, because we are already past our golden prime. My deep sympathies to Shri Dattatreya for his bereavement. Loss of a loving son will be unbearable. May he find courage and strength to move forward.

I quote below from the Deccan Chronicle Report, a few sentences which drew may attention:

Hyderabad: Former union minister BJP MP Bandaru Dattatreya’s only son Vaishnav died of a massive heart attack in the early hours of Wednesday.

Vaishnav, 21, who was doing MBBS third year, collapsed while having dinner with his family at their Ramnagar residence in Hyderabad on Tuesday night.

He was rushed to a nearby private hospital in Musheerabad, where he was declared dead at around 12.30 am.

Family sources said Vaishnav had gained weight a few months back, and was dieting. He used to have food outside frequently earlier, but had stopped it. Mr Dattatreya is also a heart patient.

According to family sources, Vaishnav complained of slight pain in the chest while he was having dinner along with his parents at about 10 pm on Tuesday. Mr Dattatreya advised him to have curd rice, which he did. Soon after, Vaishnav experienced severe sweating. Mr Dattatreya rushed him to a nearby corporate hospital in Musheerabad.

ybrao-a-donkey's personal humble view, which is not intended to be imposed on others:

Most Indians, by giving very strong majority to the BJP have also indirectly endorsed their CREEDS AND FAITHS, whether RATIONAL OR IRRATIONAL. One important such creed is that, India has taught the whole World "Civilisation" when the whole world is in neck deep immersed in Ignorance and Inertness (I came across one Telugu song often sung by an old RSS friend of mine: "jagattu sarvam tamassu lOpala, talabanTi lOtulO muningi napuDu"). Another associated faith is: Everything is in our Vedas. Foreign Rulers have stolen our secrets and used them in making modern scientific inventions, gadgets, weapons, etc. etc. Anyway, I do not want to dispute it, because such disputes will be futile.

What I am more worried about is, we are not bothering about one vEda of ours, which can help the poor humans on the Street who do not have moneys to pay to Super Speciality Hospitals, or who do not have Health Insurance Policies, or who do not meet the requirements of Govt. funded Super Speciality Health Care such as ArogyaShri, or who do not have generous-paternalistic employers for reimbursing super speciality medical expenses, or who do not have fertile acres fetching good price to sell for paying hospital bills, or who do not own ready-demand urban properties to sell and deposit in Hospitals whenever they may a demand to pay. And that vEda is vriksha AyurvEda-- Herbal science of healing. Fortunately, our ancestors have recorded summaries of experiences of theirs, when they ate different foods. Some of their summarisations may be wrong. Yet many of them seem to be prima facie correct, notwithstanding whatever the modern medical sciences may say.

Andhrajyothy.com Telugu daily, has a more detailed report of the efforts made by Modern Medical Doctors to revive the collapsed heart of Shri VaishNav, s/o Shri Dattatreya. Reference: http://www.andhrajyothy.com/artical?SID=582892. Approximate English gist has been added by me, side by side.

While taking dinner with his parents, Vaishnav got "polamarindi" (aspiration of food (sucking food into the airways when inhaling, or similar propulsion problem). Then he got fits, and fell down from the chair. In a few minutes, he lost his consciousness and went into coma. Immediately, information was given to Dattatreya's near relative Dr. Satyam, Family Doctor Avula Ramachandra Rao, and some other Doctors. Dattatreya's co-brother's daughter son-in-law (both doctors), rushed in and provided first-aid. As there was no change, he was shifted to Care Hospital in Mushirabad. Doctors informed that, by that time, his pulse rate and blood pressure fell, and that there were no heart-beats. As there were no heart beats, he was immediately provided Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Treatment. Even after one hour's effort, as there was no change in the health, as an additional effort, they shifted him to Catho-Lab and fixed with Pace-Maker. Ventilator was also arranged. 13 doctors of Care (Hospital), Dattatreya's Co-brother's daughter, son-in-law, all together 15 doctors, tried for two hours, but VaishNav's health did not improve. Doctors announced that he died of cardiac arrest at 12.30 a.m., midnight. With that, Dattatreya's family got plunged into a Sea of Grief. Dattatreya's daughter was only recently married to a Doctor. Vaishnav was studying M.B.B.S. third year in Medicity Medical College.

For the benefit of those who do not know Telugu langauge, I also append an apporx. English translation of the Verses and the Comments.

Telugu language gist, of the above Sanskrit Verses, with a very profound in depth analysis and commentary, I believe, by the Sanskrit to Telugu Translator of the Publisher Vavilla Ramasastrulu Sons, Chennai.

Yogurt comes with acidic assimilation, and sour test. Sanskrit maxim for the meaning of "stambhanam" not clear. This maxim-verse will be attended to later. But the comment is clear: By the words 'grAhi', yogurt causes solidification of faeces etc. and obstruct it, leading to constipation. Yogurt will be heavy in stomach, difficult to digest, and heat-generating in temperament (heat here probably means produces symptoms like thirst, hot and/or yellow eurine, raise in skin temperature etc). It reduces vitiation of vAta (air-gas-humor). Produces fat, semen, strength, phlegm, bile-ish blood, promotes appetite, inflammations-swellings. Generates relish for food. As it reduces lack of appetite-taste, yogurt will be desirable (pathyam) in instances of lack of appetite. As yogurt produces appetite and relish to eat, it produces desire to eat yogurt, in those persons who are already satiated with various types of savories, meats, semi-conslidated curd (manDakam) etc. Hence, we are eating yogurt at the end. Yogurt comes with coolness. Beneficial in case of vAtaja (vitiated wind humor) fevers, cold, urinary disorders, etc.

Thus, yoghurt will be beneficial in case of dysentry, diarrhoea.

Curd is not to be eaten during nights.

And the curd which is heated with fire (roasted, boiled etc.) is not to be eaten. That means, soups etc. made with curds, become taboo.

Not to be eaten during Spring, Summer and Autumn (Sarat or Sarad ritu). (ybrao-a-donkey: Then what will be left? Rains and Winter!)

Not to be eaten without adding boiled green-gram lentils, or other boiled lentils etc., honey, clarified butter, white sugar, gooseberries.

Not to be eaten every day.

When eaten every day, it will remain in body, and produce ailments later.

Curd tends to come with extreme blemish, and cold character.

For this reason only, with the words "kilATa, dadhi, kUrchikA iti-Adi" words , in the diet and regimen of food and drinks, curd has been barred. KilATam and kUrchika may probably refer to spilt milk, and yet-to-consolidate curd.

Incompletely set curd is not to be eaten. (This is called "manDakam"). Reason: Mandakam contains oily substance (fat, butter etc.). Hence, after assimilation, it gets stuck to "pathways and channels" (called srOtas in Sanskrit) and obstruct movements). (ybrao-a-donkey's view: srOtas'ses can include blood vessels).

Curd eaten in violation of Sciences, can cause fever, green-blood-bile-vitiations (ybrao-a-donkey's perception: liver problems), Eczema, leprosy, anaemia, hallucinations etc. ailments.

It has been said that curd can increase semen, strength.

All those substances, which tend to increase semen, strength, tend to be heavy (heavy in stomach or difficult to digest). A doubt, may therefore, arise as to how, curd which increases semen, becomes 'appetizer'. This is owing to the sentence 'Amla pAka rasam' = Acidic assimilation, sour taste. Charaka Acharya has also said that curd has acidic assimilation and sour taste.

Another doubt may also arise. Most Substances which have acidic assimilations, and sour tastes, often tend to be destroyers of semen. Hence calling curd-- a semen increaser, becomes inappropriate.

However,

"కిం చిద్రసేన కురుతే కర్మ పాకేన చాపరమ్, గుణాంతరేణ వీర్యేణ, ప్రభావేనైన కించన. (This verse is to be studied in depth, but its effect is pointed out in the following lines "

When one substance by its taste does one thing, by its assimilation does another thing, by its heat-generating-soothing-quality (vIryam) does some other thing, curd in spite of being a substance of acidic assimilation, sour tste, can have a quality of generating body-heat (ushNa vIryam) and hence it can become an appetizer.

In the same manner, as curd's qualities are mentioned as viscous (oily, fatty), air-vitiation-ameliorator (vAta haram), strengthening-toning, then, it may be appropriate to say that it increases semen.

And substances, which strengthen-toneup, which are viscous-oily, heavy-to-digest, body-heat-generating, can by themselves be air-vitiation-ameliorators.

Hence, some people may get a doubt, because curd is considered as containing strengthening etc. qualities, --then calling curd 'vAtajit" (air-vitiation-ameliorator) will be inappropriate. However,

"వక్తవో వాతలా వృష్యా రూక్షా బలకరాశ్చ తే, హర్షమ్ ఊర్జ ప్రదం, పుష్టిం, ఆరోగ్యం, పౌరుషం, పరమ్, యుక్త్యా పీఠం కరోతి ఆశు మద్యం" Roman Script: vaktavO vAtalA vrishyA rUkshA balakarAscha tE, harsham, Urja pradam, pushTim, ArOgyam, paurusham, param, yuktyA pITham karOti ASu madyam".
"కటు తిక్తాతి రూక్ష శీతల లఘూని" Roman Script: kaTu, tikTa ati rUksha SItala laghUni
"వాతాతపో భయం శోక హేతుర్, వాతా అర్శసామ్" vAtapO bhayam SOka hEtun, vAtA arSasAm
"త్రిదోషం మందకం మతం" tridOsham manDakam matam.

Hence, it becomes appropriate to say that curd is 'vAta jit' (Eliminator of the blemish of vitiation of wind-humor).

When milk gets set into curd (yogurt), it undergoes three stages: 1. anabhivyaktA Amla (Un-Expressed Acid. Characteristics of an acid are not fully manifest), 2. abhivyaktA Amla (Characteristics of Acid fully manifest), 3. atyA Amla or ati AmlA (Excessive acid features). The first semi-set stage of curd is called 'mandakam'.

Excessively set into consolidated pebbles, curd wtth substantial sour liquid is called atyAmla or atijAta.

anabhivyakta amlam (semi set, not yet ready curd) vitiates all the three humors of vAta (wind), kapha (phlegm) and pitta (fire).
The characteristics described in the basic verses in the above image, apply only to abhivyakta Amla, i.e. Fully Expressive (Lactic) Acid.
atyAmla curd (Excess set i.e. sour curd) will be less qualitative than the above said abhivyakta curd.

Well-set curd, over-sour curd, contain an upper layer called 'saram', and the remaining lower layer called 'manDam'.
"త్రిదోషం మండకం జాతం, వాతఘ్నం, దధి శుక్రలమ్
సరః శ్లేష్మా అనిల ఘ్నన్తు, మండ స్రోతో విశోధనః. "

కొంచెముగా పేరి యుండు పెరుగు, వాతమును పోగొట్టును. శుక్రమును వృధ్ధి చేయును.

సరం అనునది శ్లేష్మ వాతములను పోగొట్టును. Saram reduces phlegm and wind vitiations.

మండం స్రోతస్సులను శుధ్ధి చేయును. manDam cleanses pathways in body. Thus described Charakacharya, while describing manDa's qualities.

So as to minimise the negative effects of consuming curd, it has been suggested that greengram lentils etc. should be added to the curd, and then be consumed.

In addition, so as to indicate the blemishes a person may accumulate through inappropriate consumptions of curd, in the top basic verses, the phrase 'nainAdyAt', comes with several 'na' kArams (ybrao-a-donkey notes: na kAram is an Indo European Prototype language prefix, with meaning na=no, and nakAram=negative. The phrase 'nainAdyAn niSi' used in the verse, leads to an inference that 'because curd cannot be consumed during nights', it can be consumed during mid-day.

ybrao-a-donkey's additional personal autobiographical observations

Curds when made from whole milks, can contain lot of fat. Probably, EURANZamca (Europe, Auztralia, New Zealand, America, Canada) markets may have abundant supplies of whole milks and fatty curds (yoghurts). But, with 1.3 billion population, India cannot have that luxury.

During the years 1968 to 1978, I lived in Twin Cities (Hyderabad + Secunderabad). I may not be a great observer, yet to my layman's eyes it appeared that many people in Telangana were avoiding consumption of yogurt on the ground that it will cause 'sardi' i.e. cold, and cough. In semi-south-Indian Model Hotels such as Tajmahal Hotel Koti, Himayatnagar, Dvaraka Hotel, Kamat Hotel, Shanti Bhavan, Bombay Ananda Bhavan, Svagat Hotel, though they used to serve curd with meal, quantitatively it was too meagre, and qualitatively it is devoid of true milk fats, as creams are removed from milks before making curds. Hence, there is no question of people accumulating cholesterol, getting heart attacks etc. for the reason of curd or dairy production consumption by eating in Hyderabad Hotels.
,br />However, situations may differ in rich homes, where curds are made aplenty, and stored in refrigerators 'eveready' to eat. In the days of ashTAnga hridaya (3rd Century AD circa), there were no refrigerators. What will be the effect of refrigeration on the medical, nutritional qualities of curd? This requires a thorough review from the point of Ayurveda. We do not require rats to study this.

Question: What is your personal experience with curd/yogurt?

Ans: I may be wrong, yet, I believe that our bodies know what is good, what is average, what is bad for their (bodies') wellbeing. In my childhood (baby to 5 years age), I remember-recall that I was resisting my paternal grandfather's attempt to feed me with curd, cream-cheese, butter, and clarified butter. I used to resist all the four substances. He used to hide small balls of these substances in a bolus-cud of boiled jowar and force-feed me. I used to immediately spit them. However, I was fond of boiled milk and milk-added-coffee.

From 6th year to 19th year of my childhood and adolescence, we could not buy curds, cheeses, butter, clarified butter. Only thin buttermilk, we could feed on.

From 20th year of my youth to this 67th year of my life: About my experiences in Hyderabad, I wrote in the above paragraphs. At present also, though I do not have any marked resistance to curds/yogurt/cheese/butter/clarified butter, occasionally, I feel the side-effects, some of which have been enumerated in the ashtanga sangraha verses above. As far as milk and coffee are concerned, I feel very comfortable. In fact, I am surviving only on them, because I am allergic to many fruits.

I am writing all these above things not because I want publicity, but because, it help medical researchers to study traits of individuals, habits of children, and people change their habits when they grow up, then the Geographical Regional variations, Cultural variations and influences (caste, religion, vegetarianism, omnivorous traits) etc. etc.

1046 New Round up First Fornight February 2018

News Reports indicate that Leaders of the Communist Party of India are trying to prevent split of the Party, on the question of whether to have Alliance with Indian National Congress, or not. While the Former General Secretary Shri Sitaram Yechuri favors an Alliance with Congress, on the ground that it is essential to overcome the Communal Forces and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ruling India, the present General Secretary and his Supporters insist that the Party has to maintain distance both from Congress and the BJP. Personally, ybrao-a-donkey views that it will be better if CPIM splits, and both the new Offsprings become Active so as to be ready to face the 2019 Elections.

Splits are not new to Communist Movements in India

Ever since the major first split of 1964, when the United Communist Party of India got split into CPI and CPI (Marxist), on the question of whether to support USSR & Mrs. Indira Gandhi on one side, or to support China and Mao de Zong on the other side, the Indian Communist Movement had undergone several splits.

CPI preferred to support the USSR (Russia) and Mrs. Indira Gandhi. CPIM preferred to support China and Mao, and relatively more militant approach. CPIM had strength in West Bengal, Kerala and Tripura. CPI's strength was geographically scattered in the entire India, and consequently, it could not come into power in any State, except as a Member of a Left Front. Gradually, with the death of veteran members and with few new Youth Admissions into the Party taking place, CPI lost its strength.

CPIM ruled West Bengal for three decades, and during the period it became more bourgeoisie and lost its Leftist Spirit. Finally, it surrendered itself to the demands of Industrial Houses like Tatas, started harassing small farmers in the name of Industrial Development, while its Opponent Ms. Mamta Banerjee's Trinamul Congress wooed the Peasants and Laborers, and routed out the Left Front from Bengal.

Since the 1964, during the five decades, more militant members of CPIM left it, to form further more militant, somewhat violent outfit Movements such as Naxals, Maoists, of various hues. They believed that Communist Revolution can be brought into India only with the barrel of a Gun. They mobilised Funds from Forest and Other Contractors, purchased Arms, attracted innocent Tribals into their Movements, killed some landlords, killed more Villagers in the name of Informers, and gunned down / blasted out hundreds of Policemen. Finally what happened? Central and State Governments were made to spend billions of Rupees on Police Forces, Vehicles, Copters and Helipads, Arms and Ammunition, Payments to Informers. Police too killed thousands of Naxals, Maoists, and Villagers on various pretexts during genuine and fake Encounters. Did the Professed Revolution come? Na. Could the Government annihilate the Naxals and Maoists completely? Na.

Are the CPI and CPIM truly self-introspective?

When compared to the Bourgeoisie Parties, Communal Parties, Dynastic Parties, Regional Parties, the CPI and CPIM may be more self-introspective. But it is only partially true. Both the CPI and CPIM do not have adequate internal democracies. They just make semblances of Introspection. But, real introspection never takes place.

Example: Was it a blunder, not to permit Late Jyothi Basu become Prime Minister of India, when a slight and vague opportunity arose in 1990s?

That step could not be termed as a blunder. At the most, it might have been a minor error. May be a minor error, which might have been based on foreseeabilities of ponderables. Had Late Jyothi Basu formed a Government at Centre, and become Prime Minister, believing that Congress would genuinely support him, he might have been disposed off, quicker than the time taken for the disposal of Messrs. Charan Singh, Deve Gowda, I.K. Gujral and Chandrasekhar. Reason: Congress and BJP were never accustomed to play a second fiddle for long periods. They are like maneaters which having tasted human blood will never compromise for anything lower. Congress and BJP want power at any cost. Mr. Jyothi Basu and the CPIM might have had to face disappointments and humiliations. All those ignominies were averted by the CPIM of that time, and Jyothi Basu was saved from his catastrophic political collapse.

Question: If CPI and CPIM do not, in unison with Congress and Regional Parties, make a United Fight against BJP, in the 2019 General Election, BJP will again come to Power.

This may happen. But, it can also happen even if Left Front supports Congress. Besides, after winning, Congress may continue with Soft Hindutva exhibited by Rahul Gandhi recently, old habit of appeasing Minorities, the same bourgeoisie policies and practices of the Congress-BJP ilk Crony-Capitalism. CPIM should not forget that Manmohan Singh, Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Congress ditched the CPIM in 2009.

Question: Do you want perpetuate the Rule of Mr. Narendra Modi?

Ans: Though it is by-and-large true that People of India and its States are vexed with both Congress, BJP, and Regional Parties like Samajvadi, BSP, RJD, Anna DMK, TDP, YSRCP, TRS etc. etc., they do not see CPI or CPIM as alternatives for the bourgeoisie Parties. They still prefer the Bourgeoisie Parties to the Left. May be because Bourgeoisie Paries throw more Currency Notes, more liquor, and cater more to their demands like Ration Cards, House sites, Health Cards, Reservations. Not to lag behind, Left Parties too tried these offers, but they could not match with he bourgeoisie parties.

Left Parties erroneously believe that their votes can be transferred in favor of Congress, and vice versa. But it is wrong. If Left Parties ask their sympathizers to vote for Congress in Constituency 'X', expecting that Congress will ask their Voters in Constituency 'Y' to vote for CPIM, will it really happen? A true Left sympathizer may not take money for his Vote. Yet, he may not vote for Congress. Such voter may not go to the Polling Station at all, or may prefer NOTA. A Bourgeoisie Party's Voters can get tempted because they do not have any ideological compulsions. Even Religious Beliefs cannot work as glue to bind them to their Parties. Consequently, Congress Voters can sell their votes for money, and vote for the Candidate whoever pays them.

Question: Do you mean to say that Left Parties should not Unite?

Ans: Communist Parties believe that there should be one United Leftist Party, fighting numerous Bourgeoisie Parties. On the other hand, I believe that there should be at least two very Active Leftist Parties contesting Elections with one another in every Constituency, relegating bourgeoisie parties to oblivion. That means CPI and CPIM can contest with one another. Similarly if CPIM splits, CPIM(1) can contest with CPIM(2). Voters should have choices in selecting and electing a Communist / Marxist / Socialist Party. If Communist Parties artificially unite, this will not happen. Voters will have One Communist Party and numerous Bourgeoisie Parties in the arena. Then those voters who are unhappy with the Monopolyist Artificial Communist Party will vote for the bourgeoisie party. Hence, let there be Natural competition among Leftist Parties in the Election. In fact, this is the meaning of 'Dictatorship of Proletariat'. The essence of this idea is: If all the Communist Parties belong to the Working Class, electing Working Class Persons as their Leaders, and bulk of the Population believes that they belong to the Working Class, then a true Ballot Revolution will take place. This may appear to be Utopian. Whether Utopian or not, correct things have to take place. In Telugu language, there is a proverb 'navvina nApa cElu panDavA?' (English meaning: While onlookers continue laughing, even stony soils will yield good harvest [provided hard work is done]).

1037 I am sad that BJP and its bosses have avoided a more secular and safer way of rescuing innocent women being got ridden of by some unscrupulous husbands

Many Indians seem to believe that BJP Rulers of India, have got the Instant Triple Talaq Prohibition bill accepted in Lok Sabha, as they have great compassion towards the suffering Muslim Women abandoned by their unscrupulous husbands using the Custom of Triple Talaq. May be true, they have Great Compassion, which Ms. Sonia Gandhi and her crony Prime Minister, Hon. Manmohan Singh lacked. But, let us see what Mr. Vijay Rupani said on about 11th Sept. 2017 i.e. before Gujarat Elections, to Shri Shashi Bhushan, of DeccanChronicle.Com. Link to study that interview: Click to go to :

"...Are you confident of carrying out Mr Shah’s goal for 150 of 182 Assembly seats? ..."

"...The BJP is going to record a historic win. We will get over 150 seats. When Modiji was chief minister, he got 122 seats in the 2012 Assembly polls. This time we are confident of getting over 150 seats. There will be division of votes in the Muslim community because of our fight against triple talaq, and we expect Muslim women to vote for the BJP. It happened in Uttar Pradesh. When Prime Minister Narendra Bhai talks of 6.5 crore Gujaratis, it also includes Muslims. ..."

Question: In the title of this Blog Post, you say that 'there is a more secular and safer way of designing this bill. What is that?

Ans: These are my personal views which I do not want to impose on others. By the word 'Secular', I mean that State shall not be concerned with the religions / castes of its Citizens. In case of divorces, a Secular State shall not be concerned about the Religion - caste of the Persons in a marriage. In such case, a Secular Law can have clauses on following lines:

"...Irrespective of the Religion/Irreligion/Caste/Lack of caste of Persons in Marriage, irrespective of Grounds on which Divorces are sought, the Divorces can become effective / valid / enforceable only through an Order issued by a Civil / Criminal Court of Appropriate-Competent Jurisdiction in India. Under no circumstances Divorces / Abandoning Wives-husbands should be allowed to be done by spouses through processes outside India's Laws and Courts...."

"... The Courts deciding Applications for Divorces, can hear and decide them on Merits and Circumstances, Documents, Evidences, available to them, if there are no clear-cut Statutory Provisions. ..."

"..Such decrees can be challenged in appeal in Higher Courts, as per the extant Legal Provisions, like any other Civil, Criminal Cases, and the Higher Courts can decide the Appeals on Merits.

BJP Rulers in their hurry to create a Muslim-Women Vote-Bank exclusively for themselves, seems to have opened a Pandora's Box. Haste will always be perilous. Consultation with Opposition Parties, at least trying to obtain a Consensus- if not full waiting for Consensus can help the country in avoiding / preventing complex situations, such as Communal Conflicts, Internal Civil Wars.

A verse by the Great Ancient Sanskrit poet 'bhAravi':
सहसा विदधीत न क्रियाम्

Approx. Gist: 1. Nothing should be done in haste/hurry. (There is also a reverse maxim: Alasyam amritam visham. Meaning: When delayed, nectar can become poison).

2. Indiscretion can become a cause for great dangers/hardships and troubles.

3. Good Results and glory accomplished with virtuosity, prefer those who exercise discretion. In other words, an approximate inference. (subject to revision): Only those who exercise discretion can alone gain virtuosity, and good results.

Question: You seem to hate BJP Rulers. Why don't you criticise Mr. Rahul Gandhi?

Prince Rahul Gandhi, seems to be immature. He is going around Temples because somebody in Congress Coteries advised him to do so, and in the recent Gujarat Elections, like a Parrot he has repeated the Dialogues his Counsellers. Anyway, he is not in Power today. Because Congress and Hon. Manmohan Singh failed miserably, people gave an opportunity to BJP Rulers. The BJP Rulers are committing the same Mistakes which their Congress Predecessors had committed.

Mr. Rahul Gandhi seems to have fallen in the trap of Hardik Patel

Mr. Rahul Gandhi, by promising to meet the demands of Mr. Hardik Patel, the Spear-head of Patidar Andolan, seems to have fallen in his trap. Now, Mr. Hardik Patel is trying to switch on the "AyA Ram GayA Ram Culture", by calling Mr. Nitin Patel to defect with 10 MLAs, within one month of Gujarat Election Result:--

If Gujarat Deputy CM #NitinPatel along with 10 MLAs is ready to leave BJP, then will talk to Congress to get him a good position. If BJP does not respect him, he should leave the party: Hardik Patel in Gujarat's Sarangpur pic.twitter.com/cFlORE7Yqu

970 How can there be sleep if there are still some Unvanquished enemies? How can there be happiness in sexual intercourse when thornies enemies still persist?

It is a happy news that Bharatiya Janata Party through the Information and Broadcasting Minister Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, has clarified that there will be no early General Elections in 2018, instead of the scheduled 2019. They seem to prefer to have such 'combined' General Elections for the 29 State Assemblies and the Lok Sabha (Lower House of the Parliament) in 2024, for which some extensions to the lives of State Assemblies may be necessary to synchronize all the elections. They have also questioned 'where-from the rumors have come?". From wherever the rumors might have come, both the Chief Ministers of the Telugu land- i.e. Shri KCR and Shri Chandra Babu Naidu have alerted their party MLAs and MPs to get ready for the 2018 (or 2019) Elections, and appointed Special Task persons to start working.

How can BJP leaders have sleep as long as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Bengal, Bihar, Karnataka remain unconquered?

Shall add more, today or tomorrow.

928 By 2019, Yogi Adityanath may become what Mr. Narendra Modi has become to L.K. Advani in 2014 !

Triggers for this particular blog post: 1. Elevation of Yogi Adityanath as New Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, for the five year term 2017-22. (Click here to study the biodata of Yogi Adityanath at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yogi_Adityanath . 2. Andhrajyothy.Com's lengthy in-depth intensive-extensive Editorial, on the methodology of working of Shri Narendra Modi. (Click to go to) http://www.andhrajyothy.com/artical?SID=384174. To start with: Yogi Adityanath's Elevation to the Chief Ministership of Uttar Pradesh, by the BJP Party and RSS, is not unforeseen. Earlier, we were having a duet of Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Amit Shah. Now onwards, we shall have a triple-trumpet of Mr. Modi, Mr. Shah, and Mr. Adityanath. But the rise and admission of Shri Yogi Adityanath into the triplet, may not end there. It is a sort of 'history repeats', in the sense that in 2002 what Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee (the then BJP's Prime Minister), and Mr. L.K. Advani (the then Dy. Prime Minister, and the alter ego of Mr. Vajpayee) have done to Mr. Narendra Modi by elevating him as Chief Minister of Gujarat, now, the twins of Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Amit Shah are doing to Yogi Adityanath.

Thanks and suggestions to AndhraJyothy.com, with no malice to them

Their Editorial will have National and Global Editorial value, if their Editorial is translated into English, and text version / audio-visual versions are placed on internet. It is high time that Andhrajyothy.com employs an English translator (or acquire a suitable software) to translate their key Editorials into English language, and posting them on Net.

Views of ybrao-a-donkey which are not intended to be imposed on others, and with no malice towards AndhraJyothy, Mr. Narendra Modi, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, and Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy.

Some of the points observed in the Andhra Jyothy's Editorial, I shall vent-out, when I get some time in future. Right now, I shall take up the chief observation made by the Editorial, at its top:

Approx. English gist of the above:
BJP's top leadership is eager that it should consolidate itself on its own, though its ally Telugu Desam Party is in power, in Andhra Pradesh. It transpired that, BJP is carrying out negotiations behind the screen, with YCP (YSR Congress Party of Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, popularly called Jagan).

It transpired that when a condition was made (to Jagan & Co.) that Jaganmohan Reddy should merge his party in BJP, if he wants to get liberation from cases against him (inference: Quid pro quo cases against him filed by CBI, for his disproportionate assets), Jagan & Co. was said to have explained to BJP that if he does it first (merges his party into BJP), Muslims and Christians with him- will move away, and that will cause loss. One important leader belonging to YCP has confirmed that it was true that negotiations took place.

Why should Mr. Modi have any hesitation in respect of Jagan in A.P. (towards allying with Jagan), when Mr. Modi had got ready to join his hands with Sasikala, who was the Chief pioneer-director for corruption in Tamil Nadu?

Some of my Readers seem to feel, and also I seem to have given an impression to my Readers, that I am not sufficiently criticising Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, the Opposition in Leader in Andhra Pradesh, for his numerous failures and shorcomings. I owe an explanation for this, I had done it earlier, I am repeating again:

Reasons for my not being able to cover Mr. Jagan's drawbacks adequately: 1. Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy is not in power today. 2. His future will be decided by Courts. Only wish is, that they should decide it before 2019 Elections. 3. My focus and stress are more on bourgeoisie behaviors, which is a part of my aim of promoting true total socialism in India, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana. From the point of view of Total True Socialism, all the rulers of World Today, all the rulers of India Today, and all the Rulers of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana today, fall in similar categories. ONLY SHADES differ by some small hex-numbers. (Computers colors which can be displayed on screen are estimated to have maximum limit of 256 x 256 x 256 red, green, blue, starting with 000000 for black, and ending up with ffffff for white, totalling 16,777,216 colors). All our rulers from Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin, Narendra Modi to Jaganmohan Reddy, Chandra Babu Naidu, Yodi Adityanath have their colors and shades within this spectrum of 000000-ffffff. Sometimes bureaucrats and politicians may change their colors like chameleones, with astonishing and exceptional speeds.

Andhra Jyothy, one of the top newspapers&TV channels of Telugu language, seems to have a reputation of being the mouthpiece of the Ruling Telugu Desam Party, and its leader Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. This impression (may- or maynot be misplaced) among Readers/Viewers, it is hightime, that the MediaHouse tries to wipe out gradually.

As a result of this impression that AndhraJyothy.com is the mouthpiece of Mr. Naidu, a further impression may arise, that Andhrajyothy , suddenly felt an urgency to write a long editorial about Mr. Modi's ways of compromising with ethics, in an attempt to consolidate BJP in non-BJP ruled States, got momentum only at the instance of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. All these 2 1/2 years, almost all the newspapers/channels in Andhra Pradesh have been singing praises of Mr. Modi, even during Demonetization.

It will give a great relief if AndhraJyothy raises all the questions about Mr. Modi's unethical ways, independently, consistently. Mr. Chandra Babu did not have any qualms in supporting Mr. Modi, all these 30 months (2014 -2017), and he has become a HMV (His Master Voice) of Mr. Narendra Modi. Jagan too, so as to save himself from CBI cases, wanted to be HMV of Mr. Modi. Thus, it has become an eternal triangle of Hollywood/Bollywood/Kollywood/Tollywood Cinema, with "two beloveds and one lover hero". Then automatically jealousies might have stepped in.

855 BJP Lok Sabha Members have a greater duty to the people of this Nation, and the people of their Constituencies, than to BJP Leadership who may be their benefactors

About 75% of BJP Members of Lok Sabha appear to be Crorepatis, who might have spent some millions of Rupees for getting themselves elected to Lok Sabha. It will, therefore, be natural for them, to be afraid of facing a fresh bout of Mid Term Elections to Lok Sabha. Same was the case with the Members of Lok Sabha, of the previous Houses, whether they belong to BJP, Congress, Regional Parties, CPI, and to some extent even CPIM. Not that Mid Term Elections to Lok Sabha are in the offing, around. Such ideas are only hypothetical fantasies and hallucinations of dissatisfied. Yet, this SHYNESS ON THE PART OF MPS OF ANY PARTY, TO FACE MID TERM ELECTIONS, is a relevant question, because because of that shyness, MPs become SHY TO ASK INCONVENIENT QUESTIONS TO THEIR LEADERS, WHOM THEY ELECTED WITH GREAT EXPECTATIONS.

A LITTLE COURAGE, IS BETTER THAN, NO COURAGE

Here is a link to an article by Ms. Anita Katyal, who writes her column at DeccanChronicle.Com: Click to go to: http://www.deccanchronicle.com/opinion/columnists/181216/political-gup-shup-behind-closed-door-meetings.html. This article can also be read in the print Edition of 18.12.2016, Editorial Page, Deccan Chronicle..

Shri Amit Shah is reported to have instructed the aggrieved BJP MPs:

"... This is not a Manmohan Singh government... this is a Narendra Modi government and once he takes a decision, there’s no going back on it. ..."

"... The MPs were instructed that instead of complaining, they should convince their voters about the merits of demonetisation. ..."

It can be observed that BJP Members of Parliament, from Uttar Pradesh State started showing some candidness in airing the grievances of the people who were suffering owing to the cash crisis ignited by BJP. Though 50 days from 8th Dec. 2016, and 31st Dec. 2016 are expected to be the last days for the sufferings of people, solution may not be so easy or so certain, owing to numerous instances of corruption which are taking place in movement and distribution of new currency notes. While people in the long ATM queues and Bank queues are clamoring just for a piece of Rs. 2,000 currency note, dons like Mr. Sekhar Reddy and Gali Janarda Reddy are able to get millions of Rupees through backdoors of Reserve Bank of India, and, Banks.

There is also a news report in Andhrajyothy.com, about Mr. Amit Shah, BJP President, chiding BJP MPs for their feedback about the dissatisfaction of people, with demonetization.

BJP LOK SABHA MPS HAVE TO CONSIDER THAT "IT IS THEY WHO ELECT THEIR LEADERS AND ADVISE THEM WHAT TO DO , AND WHAT NOT TO DO. NOT VICE VERSA.

A tendency can be seen among most of the MPs of all Parties, to which BJP MPs are not exceptions, to regard themselves that they are inferior servants to their Leaders. At the same-time, the same MPs seem to posture themselves as the bosses and overlords of common people of India, who voted them to power. The MPs have their briefs from the people of their Constituencies, and not their Party Leaders.

AUDACITY AND CONDESCENSION

Recently, news reports have come, indicating that BJP Leadership wants to run prasikshaN (प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम) training programs for their party MPs. Here, a pertinent question should be, Who should train whom? MPs have to train the leaders, not vice versa. MPs of all parties, not only BJP, have to shed their servitudes to their leaders, and make clear to their leaders, that they were appointed by them i.e. the MPs, at the instance of the People of India. The MPs should make clear, that INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD ORIGINATE AT BOTTOM, AND MOVE UPWARDS TO THE APEX. If leaders fail, in fulfilling the ambitions of MPs, then MPs should not hesitate to replace them with more dynamic leaders, of course, following the traditions of morality, uprightness, values etc. of the Party, and the Parliament.

HIGH TIME WE HAVE A RIGHT OF RECALL OF MPs and MLAs., at least MID TERM AFTER 2 1/2 YEARS

Unfortunately, for Indian voters, there is no provision for RIGHT OF RECALL. Though we cannot expect that everyday, voters of a constituency should think of recalling their representatives (MLAs and MPs), at least after 2 1/2 years, there should be a referendum, and feedback exercise on the performance of MPs, MLAs elected by people.

Alternatively, we can also think of having a FOUR year Elections, like the United States of America.

847 Top Ten Questions which Mr. Lal Krishna Advani, the BhIshmAchArya of BJP may care to answer in the context of his outpoared anguish in Lok Sabha on the conduct of proceedings of Indian Parliament

This is in continuation of our blog post No. 595 at this blog Click to go to blog-post No. 595, dated 10th Nov. 2015, wherein we have discussed the unfortunate fate and predicament of the BhIshmAchArya of BJP (BhIshmAchArya = Grandsire of PAnDavAs and kauravAs in the Indian Epic Mahabharata of 115,000 Sanskrit verses, revered greatly by millions of Indians who know about Bhishma). The above picture shows the retweet said to have been made by Shri Lal Krishna Advani, after he was sidelined by Shri Narendra Modi, the present beloved Prime Minister of India, citing reasons of OLD AGE of the Senior Leader. Our readers may recall that Shri Advani was pushed upward (the word kicked upward will be unparliamentary, and hence is not being used), by an appointment to the MARG DARSAK MANDAL OF BJP Party (the Ruling Party in India 2014May-2016). For the benefit of readers who do not know Hindi, and the meaning of Marg Darsak Mandal: Marg = Path. Marg Darsak = One who shows the path / way (probable equivalent friend, philosopher and guide), manDal = Council. Marg Darsak Mandal = Guiding Council.

We shall now see what Shri Lal Krishna Advani is reported to have said about the conduct of proceedings in Indian Parliament (Lok Sabha = Lower House, & Rajya Sabha = Upper House.). Shri Advani is at present member of the Lower House, Lok Sabha.

The Official Twitter address of Shri LK Advani as per my Google search is: Click to go to SAID-TO-BE / APPARENT TWITTER ADDRESS OF SHRI L.K. Advani.. According to this Twitter address, Shri Advani joined there in June 2013. The last Tweet in the account was made in Nov. 2014. Here is a quote of that Tweet.

Lal Krishna Advani ‏@LKAdvaniBJP 12 Nov 2014

"...What Raman Singh is doing, I am neither party to him nor support him. #Chhattisgarh 43 replies 11 retweets 36 likes. ...".

Sample of another Tweet of same Nov. 2014:

"...Lal Krishna Advani ‏@LKAdvaniBJP 2 Nov 2014

Jo dusro ke #MannKiBaat ka ijjat karte hai; wohi #MannKiBaat bole to acha hoga.

Another Tweet of Shri LK Advani (said to be his):

Lal Krishna Advani ‏@LKAdvaniBJP 20 Mar 2014

"... Those who think they have hijacked BJP, should be taught a lesson. BJP is above everyone. ..."

The account is inactive since Nov. 2014. It is not clear, whether Shri Advaniji has opened another Twitter account. Reason for discontinuing this account is also not clear.

When I wrote post No. 595,(link given above), Shri Advani had a blog site. Link: Click to go to the blog of Shri L.K. Advani.. At present, this blog-site is not opening. I get the following error message:

Here is a link to FinancialExpress.Com, dated 7th Dec. 2016 which reported the anguish of Shri L.K. Advani (Former Deputy. Prime Minister of India): Click here to go to Financial Express.

Senior Bhartiya Janata Party leader Lal Krishna Advani was reportedly visibly upset in the Lok Sabha today over the continuing disruption in the House for the last three weeks. Reports said that Advani expressed his angst against the way proceedings in the Lok Sabha have been conducted during the ongoing Winter session of Parliament to the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar.

PTI reported that a “visibly agitated” Advani was heard telling Kumar ahead of the lunch break that neither the speaker nor the Parliamentary Affairs Minister is running the House. Advani said this amidst sloganeering by the Congress and the TMC.

"... I am going to tell the Speaker that she is not running the House … I am going to say it publicly. Both sides are a party to this..", the report quoted Advani as saying while Kumar was seen pacifying the senior BJP Lok Sabha member.

ybrao-a-donkey's views which are not intended to be imposed on others

TOP TEN QUESTIONS WHICH SHRI L.K. ADVANIJI MAY CARE TO ANSWER, IN THE INTEREST OF THE FUTURE WELFARE OF BJP PARTY, AND THE INDIAN DEMOCRACY

1. Shri L.K. Advaniji is the Member of the Marg Darsak Mandal (Guiding Council) of BJP Party. Now, can he clarify whether any one of these great leaders Prime Minister / Finance Minister / BJP All India President / Home Minister [who is said to be a great pacifier of Shri Advaniji], at any time between 9th May 2016 and 9th December 2016, CONSULTED HIM about demonetisation? Shri A.B. Vajpayee, Bharat Ratna cannot reply to this question because he is too sick, physically. The other two members Shri Murali Manohar Joshi, Shri Yashvant Sinha can also reply to this question. But, I believe that as a part of their own strategies, they will not come forward to reply to this question.

2. The website bjp.org Click to go to BJP.org website also mentions that Shri Shyam Prasad Mukherjee, Shri Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, Shri A.B. Vajpayee, and Shri L.K. Advani are its guiding lights. Out of these, first two, are not with us. Shri Vajpayee though present physically amidst us, is unable to speak, because of illness. Now, the only guiding light who can speak out is Shri L.K. Advani. Now, can Shri Advaniji tell, as a guiding light, whether he was consulted by any of the top party leaders, about such an important step as DEMONETIZATION, before / after November 8, 2016?

3. If he (Shri Advaniji) was not consulted, can he say, whether he volunteered to advise any of the top BJP Leaders, about the pros and cons of demonetization, precautions to be taken while implementing such a drastic reform?

4. Shri Advaniji is welcome to clarify whether he is WITHIN or OUTSIDE THE SECRET CIRCLE OF THE PARTY, for planning and implementing the Demonetization Programme ?

5. Shri Advaniji, if he was consulted before/after demonetization, should now reveal, what advice he gave them? Did he alert them about THE POSSIBILITY OF LOW STOCKS OF RS. 100 DENOMINATION CURRENCY NOTES? Did he ever suggest to them to import currency notes from abroad, for tiding over currency crisis?

6. Shri Advaniji, will please clarify, other than expressing his anguish to Shri Ananta Kumar on 7th Dec. 2016 (reported above), whether he has sought the permission of the Lok Sabha Speaker, to express his opinion about the sufferings of 1.2 billion people all over India, in the context of demonetisation?

7. Shri Advaniji, should categorically say, whether he talked / not talked about the grim currency position in the country, with Shri Murali Manohar Joshi, or with Shri Yaswant Sinha, who are other members of the Guiding Council?

8. Shri Advaniji, may please clarify, whether he has spoken-- privately on one-to-one basis or in groups, to any BJP Members of Parliament, particularly the Members of the Lower House, about the current State of Demonetized India? What did they say? Shri Advaniji can re-open his blog and report what has happened. He can also mention in his blog, whether people of his Lok Sabha Constituency (Gandhi Nagar, Ahmedabad?) have approached him as People's Representative, with their difficulties of getting cash for their day-to-day work? If so, what did he tell them? Did he visit his Constituency, to elicit people's problems at grass root level? Did he attend any RSS sAkha to know the feelings of RSS Workers in his Constituency?

9. Shri Advaniji, may please publish his speech at BJP Parliamentary Party, made at any time between 1st Nov. 2016 and 9th Dec. 2016.

10. Shri Advaniji, has a duty to the Nation, to explain HIS reason FOR NOT COUNSELLING BJP, as a GUIDING LIGHT.

.

WHAT IS THE USE OF SULKING THAT "Disruptions are so disappointing that I wonder if I should resign from the Lok Sabha"?

Click here to go to Economic Times news item..

yb-donkey: This remark, Shri Advani is reported to have made to Ms. Smriti Irani, Textiles Minister. But, alas, Ms. Irani has already, along with sarvashri Jaitley, Venkaiah Naidu, Rajnath Singh, Sumitra Mahajan, shifted her loyalties to the duo of Messrs. Modi and Shah. Shri Advani, now, is only a persona-non-grata both in his Party and in Lok Sabha. Instead of sulking in exasperation, Shri Advani, ought to have asked in writing the Speaker of Lok Sabha, to permit him to make a written statement in Lok Sabha, and when permitted, he should have read out his statement, and distributed xerox copies to the Members , with the permission of the chair. After coming out, he could have distributed some copies to Media. In addition, if he has any bridge of communications, he should have approached the RSS bosses, with his written statement or else whatever he had to say. The problem is, Shri Advani is also a politician, of the ordinary type, Except in age, it is difficult to find much differences / distinctions among Shri Narendra Modi / Rahul Gandhi / L.K. Advani and Shri A.B. Vajpayee.

BETTER TO honestly APOLOGISE TO THE SUFFERERS, THAN TO MAKE DECEPTIVE OFFERS

Context: People of India, and the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, know very well that BJP Party prodded the Congress to hastily, coercively, unjustly bifurcate Andhra Pradesh, causing financial hurt, physical inconvenience, and mental agony to the people of the Residual Andhra Pradesh. In 2014, if BJP was seriously and truly interested in doing 'justice' to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, it should have opposed the Bifurcation Bill, and tried to work out settlement between the People residing in Telangana, and People residing in Residual Andhra Pradesh. Instead, BJP preferred to pierce Congress till it divided United A.P.

Both BJP and Congress wanted to take political advantage, by the undue benefit they were giving to Telangana. Mr. Arun Jaitley, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, Ms. Sushma Swaraj (all of them may be, probably acting with the silent consent of Mr. Narendra Modi who was not a member of either Lok Sabha, or Rajya Sabha at that time) played a key role in the forced bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, by making Manmohan Singh the-then Prime Minister to make a promise of Special Status to Andhra Pradesh. As if that was not sufficient, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu asked for 10 years of Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.

The principal beneficiaries from all this messwork done by BJP, in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, were K. Chandrasekhara Rao & Family in Telangana, and Nara Chandra Babu Naidu Family in Andhra Pradesh.

The nearly corruption-tainted, facing-prosecution, Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy too benefited from the hurt-sentiment of the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, by becoming the Principal Opposition Party in Residual Andhra Pradesh [His YSRC got just 500,000 votes less than Mr. Naidu's Party TDP]. While Congress was wiped out in Residual Andhra Pradesh (only 2 Congress Candidates could get back their Election Deposits), BJP made a few seats sitting on the piggyback of TDP.

The numerous hardships and troubles created by K. Chandrasekhara Rao & Co. in Telangana, to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, from vantageous position of sitting in the City of Hyderabad with the composite funds of Govt. of India + funds of Telangana Rural Districts + Residual Andhra Pradesh Districts, have injured the people of Residual of Andhra Pradesh, enormously. In Telugu language, there is a proverb, "moguDu koTTADani kAdu, tODi kODalu navvindani". Approx. English: It is not that husband bet, but because the sister (wife of husband's brother) laughed. In India, traditionaly, wives bore when husbands bet them (the situation is changing now), but they felt more hurt and aggrieved when the tODi kODalu laughted. Here, the husband is the Central Government. Wife is the Residual Andhra Pradesh. Laughing Sister is KCR & Co. Before bifurcation, the Telangana Congress leaders, the Telangana BJP leaders were very supportive of Mr. KCR, in the name of Regional Unity. When KCR & Co. abused the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, the Telangana Congress and Telangana BJP Leaders danced with joy. Now, they themselves are tasting the KCR's 'vAtalu' (branding with hot iron).

In Tirupati meeting, on the eve of 2014 General Elections, Mr. Narendra Modi has nearly promised to make Andhra Pradesh, a virtual Heaven.

After coming to power at Centre, with a clear majority, suddenly Mr. Narendra Modi found that he no longer needed the support of either the Telangana MPs or the Residual Andhra Pradesh MPs. It is just like a married man losing interest in his wife, after completion of all the rituals, and formalities of a valid marriage. Since then, the travails of the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh started.

One gets an impression that BJP top leadership wanted to shower all the benefits on States which were/are likely to face elections since 2014. Mr. Modi promised nearly 1,75,000 crore special package to Bihar, before elections in Bihar. True, Bihar is a backward State, and it deserves support. But, why then packages should be declared just before elections, and dumped after the Elections? Doesn't the recommendations of the Finance Commissions and Niti Aayog come into picture, when Special Package was announced for Bihar?

The so-called Special Package announced by the Centre for Residual Andhra Pradesh, a few days back, is not a package at all. They have listed out the schemes which would have routinely been allocated as a part of All India Development Programmes. Space at this blog post will not be sufficient to discuss everything. Some other time.

The quality of "Honesty and Sincerity" can soothe people who are being subjected to injustice. It will be in the fitness of things, if the Trinity (Mr. Modi, Mr. Jaitley, and Mr. Venkaiah Naidu) apologise to the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh, for whatever promises they have made and broke, and request them to 'forgive'.

Mr. Venkaiah Naidu may be eyeing the post of 'Rashtrapati' (President of India), the elections for which are to take place shortly. By doing that, he will be obstructing the path of aspirants like Mr. L.K. Advani, Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi, Ms. Sumitra Mahajan. For whatever he has done, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu should express his remorse, resign to the post of the Cabinet Minister at Centre, and retire from active politics, particularly the politics of Residual Andhra Pradesh. He can shift his residence to Jaipur-Rajasthan, which sent him to Rajya Sabha.

Ms. D. Purandeswari, former Union Minister of State, another Congress Leader, who migrated to BJP with great hopes, seem to be dreaming at least of a Governorship or a Lieutenant Governorship. It may not materialise, considering the competition involved from the Senior Members of BJP, in other States.

It will be better if all the MLAs and MPs of all parties, of Residual Andhra Pradesh, resign en-masse, including the YSRCP MLAs and MPs. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and his Cabinet, should also resign. Nobody should come forward to form a new Government. Nobody should contest Mid Term Elections. This is one way of expressing true resentment in a non-violent manner. If the Central Government imposes a Presidential (Governor's) Rule, people of RAP are not going to be worse off, than what they are today in Sept. 2016.

IT is hightime, people of Residual Andhra Pradesh search for new leaders, and new parties.

Mr. Pavan Kalyan or Mr. Lokesh is not a solution. We cannot, any longer, have TDP, YSRCP, Congress, and BJP. Unfortunately the Left Parties are not ready.

If Andhra Pradesh comes under Presidential Rule, the Land Speculation which is going on in the Capital Region of Amaravati, can be controlled.

Central Rule will also help, ordering of a CBI Investigation into the Tuni Ratnachal Train Burning Incident, and punish the really guilty, to whichever party or caste, they may belong to.

738 The VikarNa of the 2016 India.

Mr. Bhola Singh, 77 year old BJP Member of Parliament from Begu Sarai Constituency, Bihar, looks like a courageous person. By virtue of his age, or by virtue of his Seniority (8 times M.L.A., and Former Home Minister of Bihar), or by virtue of his Educational Qualifications (A Ph.D), he might have picked up this courage. Mr. Narendra Modi might not have had a prior knowledge of his courage or outspokenness. Else, he might have dumped Mr. Bhola Singh also to the Old Age Home, like other Seniors and Stalvarts like Shri L.K. Advani and Shri Murali Manohar Joshi. Here is a DeccanChronicle.Com webpage dated 26th Apr. 2016 reporting how Mr. Bhola Singh spoke in Lok Sabha, pointing out the seriousness of our trade deficit with China, and questioning the Govt. why we could not ban imports from China.Click to go to Deccan Chronicle.com.
"...That country (China) is the reason for all of our problems, and, yet, the government is pursuing good friendly relations. Trade deficit is mounting, while our industries have been destroyed. ..."

"...Why India should not ban Chinese imports? ...".

This is not the first time that Mr. Bhola Singh is showing his courage. We can compare Lok Sabha-outspoken Mr. Bhola Singh to the Kaurava Prince Vikarna, who raised his voice in Kaurava Court, when PanDava Queen Draupadi was dragged and derobed in Dhritaqrashtra's court, after Yudhishthira lost in the deceptive Game of Dice.

We shall take up some golden sayings of Mr. Bhola Singh, reported to have been said by him in Nov. 2015, after the loss of BJP in Bihar Assembly elections. For those who wish to see the full report, here is the link: Click to go to indileak.com. .
"...Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “unparliamentary language” during the election campaign was one of the reasons why the BJP lost the Bihar battle..."

"...Top party leaders including Modi are responsible for it (defeat)...".

"...The BJP was not defeated in Bihar, it committed suicide. ...".

"...During the campaign, local BJP leaders were sidelined and ignored...".

"...There was no logic to raise issues such as beef and that firecrackers would be burst in Pakistan if the BJP loses. All this resulted in our defeat...".

"...party failed to make ‘roti-rozi’ the main campaign issue though it spoke of economic development as its top agenda...".

For his qualifications (Ph.D.), experience (8 times elected MLA, and former Home Minister of Bihar), Mr. Bhola Singh should have been made the HRD Minister of India. What Ms. Smriti Irani is doing now? Though Duryodhana trusted Karna as his dearest friend, he made Bhishma the Supreme Commander of the Kaurava Forces. But, Mr. Narendra Modi does not seem to know such courtesies. If Ms. Smriti Irani is performing better than Mr. Bhola Singh, we need not grudge. It is not happening.
About Mr. Bhola Singh's comment that we should ban impors from China:

We should do this coolly, without trumpeting.

Mr. Bhola Singh may not get his BJP ticket in 2019.

Shall finish shortly.

684 Costs of organising POlitical Rallies and Meetings

Mr. Amit Shah, the National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, said at Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry, Residual Andhra Pradesh, India) on 6th March 2016, that Congress had not done anything for INdia. It seems to be an audacious, exaggerated claim. During the last 65 years, Congress has, definitely, something for India. But it might not have been enough, both in terms of quantity or quality. Then a question arises, during its five years rule of 1999-2004, what did BJP do for India? Okay, five years is too short a time in the history of any country. We shall wait and see if BJP will do anything by 2019? Or at least by 2014? Or at least 2019?

Mr. Amit Shah has ignored the impact of population growth on the development of India. India's population was around 360 million in 1947. It is, today, around 1.3 billion. Post 1977 set back to the Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi, after the latter's misadventurism and over-zealousness in incorrectly implementing the Family Planning, Governments at Centre and in States, whatever the party they may belong to, including the BJP, neglected Population Control. Consequently, whatever is produced in the country is not enough, even for domestic consumption. This resulted in slow growth of exports, leading to Balance of Trade Deficit, Balance of Payment Crises or Imbalances.

In the post Economic Reforms era, both the Congress and BJP lifted the gates for imports, removed physical controls on unnecessary imports. Besides, what we could produce within the country, we started importing from our own Friction-crazy Neighbors like China.

COSTS OF RALLIES AND MEETINGS

Mr. Amit Shah is reported to have come from Delhi to Rajahmundry on a Chartered flight. This might have cost BJP, at least something like Rs. 25,00,000/-. Saffron Party cannot behave like an Italian Dynastic Party. Are we not supposed to be monks and super-Relinquishers ! (sarva sanga parti-tyAgIs?)

According to News Reports, Party Workers were sent from Guntur to Rajahmundry in about 80 hired Buses. Assuming that the fare from Guntur to Rajahmundry is Rs. 330, to-and-from Rs. 660/-, and that a bus has 50 seats, hire for a bus comes to about Rs. 15,000/-. For 80 buses, it works out to Rs. 12,00,000/-.

Similar number of buses might have been hired from Visakhapatnam, Kakinada, Eluru, Vijayavada, Ongole, Nellore, Tirupati, to Rajahmundry. What would have been the total transport costs?

How about costs of Bike Rallies?

How about costs of Lighting and Stage Arrangements, Flower Pots, Carpets, barricades.

Costs of Tiffins, meals to the Workers and Leaders?

In these days of astronomical prices, unable to bear the strains and stresses, my mind unstoppably goes into a tragectory (trajectoire, trayectoria, प्रक्षेप पथ) from Earth to Sun, like the Seeker's (sAdhaka's) Intellect climbs a trajectory across a path of Rainbow colors in Aurobindo's Magnum Opus "sAvitri". I lose my balance of my mind, in this poor country called India.

Now, there are no Elections in Andhra Pradesh. There is no urgency to come on Chartered Flights. Mr. Amit Shah could have come on a Commercial Flight. If he is too busy with his Election work in Five States, he could have sent his representative to Rajamahendravaram, for conveying PM's and his (Shah's) messages, and also to answer queries from A.P. BJP leaders. Why waste money? -- Simply, because some Industrial Tycoons उद्योग पतीयों are bearing the expenses.

There are also other dead-cheap viable alternatives like sending printed booklets, SMSes, Email Messages, Facebook Posts, apart from the most favorite of Mr. Narendra Modi-- the Twitter Tweets.

What did Mr. Amit Shaw communicate at Rajahmundry on 6th March 2016, anyway? Of course may not be cunAvi jumla.

BJP coerced Congress to perform a surgery on the United Andhra Pradesh, against the wishes of the People of Residual Andhra Pradesh, without their consent. There is an imperative need to at least partly compensate the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh for their sufferings. Last two years were wasted away both by the BJP and its partner Telugu Desam Party. The amount of Rs. 1.40 lakh crore, which Mr. Amit Shah said, that the Central Govt. has released during the year, they are the routine releases in a Dining Hall along with the other 28 States.

TAIL PIECE

As can be seen from the photos of Rajahmundry meeting in newspapers, there is a "long gap of distance" between the mike-stand before which Mr. Amit Shah is standing, and the from rows of the people who were listening to him at the Arts College Grounds, with the intervening space occupied by Green Carpet, flower pots, etc. etc.

This gap might have been kept very long, owing, probably to Z Category Security Needs. Okay. But, in the process, leaders will become inaccessible to hoi polloi.

Life risk is an occupational hazard for all politicians, just as a Cement Factory worker becomes prone to Astma. It has amply been proved in case of Late Rajiv Gandhi who lost his life in Sri Perumbudur, while trying to come closer to people. But, according to Mahabhagavata, King Parikshit tried to protect himself from Karkotaka / Takshaka by staying in an inpenetrable sealed tower. Nevertheless, the Karkotaka came in the guise of a small worm, hiding himself in a fruit brought by a Brahmin and gifted to the King. King lost his life, unable to escape death, but he went to VishNu's abode, having heard to Suka and Bhagavata Purana.

Late Ms. Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her own Trusted Body Guard in her own Residence at an internal gate.

Saffron Leaders are supposed to be greatly influenced by our Sacred books like Bhagavata PuraNa. All of us have great respect for the words of Suka. There is also the question why only Top Saffron Leaders deserve Security, and why a Grass Root BJP Worker is left in the lurch to fight with his two fists? Top Saffron Leaders can set an example, by curtailing some of their Security, even if it may mean, sacrificing their lives, if they truly believe in the Gita maxim "jAtasya maraNam dhrivam".

In any party, including Congress, it is NOT the case that Top Leaders are indispensible, whether they have trained their offsprings to take over reins immediately after their death, or not. That mundane task of Taking Over the reins, they will try to do, and the sycophant followers will compel them to do, anyway.

The Greatest wonder of this Human Civilisation and Evolution is, there will be somebody or other to take over. After 1962 and before May 1964, many people wondered, "After Nehru what? After Nehru who?", forgetting that Time and Tide wait for none. Did the Time and Tide wait?

Something personal, semi-philosophical and insignificant from ybrao-a-donkey

In my last career incarnation (in a way gata janma गत जन्म గత జన్మ ), when I retired from my Bank Job eight years ahead of its due date, knowing pretty well that there would-will be some financial loss which I felt was worth taking, with a goal of taking up my own self-set goals of spreading the messages of Atheism and Marxism, a few of my colleagues, just to console me, said "We do not bother about your personal gains or losses. By losing you, the Bank will lose something. Don't go".

I stoically replied, using a Telugu proverb: "Sata kOTi bicca gALLAlO oka bODi bochche gADu unTE nEm, pOtE nEmi? శత కోటి బిచ్చ గాళ్ళలో ఒక బిచ్చగాడు ఉంటేనేం, పోతేనేం?". English: If among a 100 crore beggars, it will immaterial whether one beggar stays or leaves. Don't worry. It is out of your love for me, you are trying to make me happy. Unemployed persons are eagerly waiting for jobs. Nobody is indispensible. (Note: The original proverb has caste connotation. Hence I have substituted that caste word with "beggars = biccha gALLu". But, even beggars may feel hurt. Hence no injury intended to our Street beggars.

But, I use the word "beggars" with a very very broad meaning. When Mr. Narendra Modi, Mr. Arun Jaitley, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, numerous Central Ministers, Chief Ministers of States, go to London, Singapore, Davos, Basel, etc. with begging bowls for foreign investments, are they not beggars? In that respect, even DAvid Cameroon, Barack Obama, are beggars.

This attributive adjective Sata kOTi to beggars, refers to the population of India, which was 100 crore at that time. Now, we are 130 crore (1.3 billion). We have to change the proverb.

The idea of writing this personal experience is not for boasting. The idea is to point out the truth: "Considering the magnitude of INdia's population we are all like just 'nano's. I can't use the unParliamentary phrase "kaun-kiska goTTams" a vulgar Telugu phrase which refers to persona non grata. I have got the courage to use this now, because the American Presidential Candidates are coming out with their open pants and ******s.

Back to VVIP Love for their own Lives

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh, a deprived and impoverished State as per his own words, is reported to have spent Rs. 3.6 million for bullet-proofing his Jubilee Hills Camp in Hyderabad. As Mr. Naidu is spending most of his time in Vijayawada at Lingamaneni Estates, spending Rs. 720 million for renovating it, he ought to have gone soft on Hyderabad Camp. Mr. Naidu, occasionally promises even to sacrifice his life for the sake of the people.

The problem with my donkey's mind is, it always thinks un-naturally. Once in conversation with a Police Constable who frequently changes places in his Guard and Sentry duties, I came to know that many Superintendents of Police in States like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chattisgadh, Odissa, have a force of about 60 constables at their Residences, to save themselves from Maoists. Okay, let them have any number. But who will guard the grass-root POlice Personnel in Rural Police Stations, located at inaccessible places, infested by Maoists? This problem existed even during Mahabharata Kurukshetra Battle days. YudhishThira and SuyOdhana will be surrounded by dozens of soldiers, cavaliers, chariot-knights, archers. But who will protect the thousands of common soldiers, fighting in the same battle? Why top lives are protect-worthy and why bottom-lives are throw-worthy?

I do not mean to say that VVIPs should risk their lives, by foregoing security. Similarly, they need not expose the Institutions of State to various security risks. What the VVIPs can do then? When the VVIPs get a feeling that their lives are very important, and that they need adequate protection, they should voluntarily step down from their posts, and invite others, who may not be so much concerned about their lives, to take over their posts and serve the country.

Whatever has been written here applies not only to BJP leaders, it also applies to Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Ms. Sonia Gandhi, and Living Retired Presidents.

Question: You are giving a foolish suggestion.

Ans: What can be done? At least 35% of our Police Force in India are being used by us for VIPs' PERSONAL SECURITY spending taxes collected from people, without even sparing rice and chillies. Top to bottom, significant POlice Resources and time are being spent on personal security of our MLAs, MPs, Ministers, Governors, Collectors, Police Superintendents, Judges, Film Stars, Industrialists. Everything else, including Preservation of National INtegrity is neglected.

Mr. Winston Churchill, Former Prime Minister of England, once predicted:

"..Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues and freebooters. All Indian leaders will be of low caliber and men of straw. They will have sweet tongues and silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air and water would be taxed.

India is merely a geographical expression. It is no more a single country than the equator.

Mr. Arun Jaitley, the Finance Minister of INdia is facing difficulties, to find NEW TARGETS to IMPOSE NEW TAXES and INCREASE TAX RATES. Either everything has been satiated, saturated and exhausted upto sediment. Even if there are any under-taxed small gaps here and there, the Pressure Groups have become so powerful that they can make or unmake Governments, Presidents and Prime Ministers.

Of course, other countries, including colonial and slave-trade enriched countries of Europe, including even the Native land of Mr. Winston Churchil, are all facing a similar situation. Only thing is, they are not openly acknowledging it, while in India, at least some of us acknowledge it. (To continue.
