The first International Yoga Day, marks the dawn of a “new era” to bring peace and harmony in the world.

There is no link between world peace and the International Yoga Day. World Peace is a function of numerous factors, which have nothing to do with Yoga. PM's declaration is only a rhetoric. Will Yoga pacify and deter China from declaring that Arunachal Pradesh is not their territory? Will Yoga deter China from using Karakoram Highway, Ladakh and POK for accessing Arabian Ports? Will Yoga dissuade China from provoking its neighbors on the South China Sea? Never.

Will Yoga stop Christian Missionaries using the Western Financial Clout to induce and convert innocent poor people into Christianity, under a guise of running hospitals and schools? Never.

Will Yoga sufficiently motivate the American Presidents, and the Governors to initiate corrective steps to reduce the number of attacks by Racialist White Youth and White Police on the accursed Black youth in United States?

Will Yoga dissuade the Developed Western World, Australia, Canada and China, from running Tax Havens and Casinos?

Will Yoga stop the Chicago abettoires

Mr. Ban-ki-Moon, the Secretary General of the UNO is said to have said to Ms. Sushma Swaraj, India's Foreign Minister:

"...I am also very much excited. (There is) a lot of enthusiasm. We have been observing many international days on something but this one (yoga day) is unprecedented, most exciting. ..."

What futorological predictions, we can make for India?

The UNO is hard-pressed for funds. Mr. Ban-ki-Moon and UNO are expecting India to double or substantially raise its contribution (subscription) to UNO. The Capitalist World of the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe are no longer interested to sufficiently fund the UNO. According to them, China, India, etc. are also affluent enough to raise their subscriptions to UNO.

Mr. Ban-ki-Moon's Quid-pro-quo will, therefore, be telephoning Mr. Narendra Modi, one fine morning, and ask him to raise India's subscription/contribution/donations to UNO.

Did n't Karl Marx, say that "All Human Relations are financial relations" !

Ms. Sushma Swaraj, External Affairs Minister, is reported to have said:

"...Yoga Day a platform to unite world..."

Let us not worry about Yoga uniting the world. Will it, at least unite India? Will it at least united BJP? Will it at least cement the chasm between Mr. L.K. Advani, Mr. Murali Manohar Joshi, and the Prime Minister? Mr. Advani is reported to have expressed his apprehensions about the possibility of imposition of emergency in India. Will there be no need for such emergency, because BJP is going to teach Yoga to Messrs. Advani and Joshi?

People would have greatly appreciated if our beloved Prime Minister has been working for the chaiwalahs (tea sellers and tiffin cart workers as he himself claimed to be one of such persons) or for dishwaters in hotels (Ms. Smriti Irani's claim of her past working).

Prime Minister Modi met the top business tycoons of China and pitched the 'Make in India' initiative.

I have studied this speech. It is a routine type of speech written by his speech-makers, may be in PMO, or may be in MEA, or may be in Ministry of Commerce. Whatever it is, there is nothing special in it. Any PMoI might have used the same speech. Had it been a Hindi speech addressed to some NRIs/PIOs, he might, while speaking, have added some body language, gestures, modulations, to make it like a Late Shivaji Ganesan's speech in the film Karna or Veer Pandya Katta bomman, or the speech of Late N.T. Rama Rao in the film Dana Veera Sura Karna.

We are fortunate in one thing. He has not made a promise to bring out more labor reforms. So far so good. Yet, my mind gets stung up whenever I see/hear our rulers inviting foreign Corporates to "make in India" or "invest in India". It is because our rulers do not read history or learn from history, or at least learn from folk tales and legends.

STORY OF KING OF FROGS

There used to be a king of frogs. Once an intelligent serpant appraoched the king of frogs. The snake offered the royal frog, to carry him, his queens and friends, on his (snake's) back. The F'king rejoiced. Once on the back of the snake, F'king forgot the fear of snakes. After a few days, the snake pretended to be emaciated and week. F'king enquired from the snake, why he was so weak. The snake said it was hungry, and was unable to get any food. The F'king, addicted to being carried by the snake in royal jubilation, authorised the snake to eat two frogs every day. The snake used the F'king's authority to devor more frogs (who will count???) and finished all the frogs in the kingdom. When no menial hoi polloi frogs were available, the snake ate away the King, Queens, royal kith and kin.

The history is going to repeat for India. Of course, I do not know whether I am going to live longer than another ten years to see it, but for Indians, it is going to the tryst with the destiny.

We shall quote from the Andhrula sAhitya by Late Suravaram Pratapa Reddy.

Chapter relating to the period 1757 to 1857. Page 357.

స్ట్రాసీ అను నతడు అదే విచారణ సమితి ఎదుట యిట్లు చెప్పెను. "మనము హిందూస్థానీ పరిశ్రమల నాశనం చేసినాము. ఇప్పుడు భరతదేశము కేవలము భూమి పైననే ఆధారపడినది. నేటికిని (౧౮౧౩లో) ఇండియా పట్టు నూలు బట్టలు ఇంగ్లండులో మన సరకుల కంటే ౬౦ పాళ్ళు తక్కువ ధరలకు అమ్మును. అందుచేత మన ప్రభుత్వము వాటిపై (పేజీ ౩౫౭ లోకి) నూటికి ౭౦ లేక ౮౦ పాళ్ళ సుంకము వేసియో లేక అమ్మకుండా నిషేధించియో వారిని నష్టపెట్టుచున్నది. ఇట్లు చేయకుండిన మన మిల్లులు మూతబడి యుండెడివి. "

మన్రో ఇట్లనెను. "మద్రాసు సూబాలో కంపెనీ వారు సాలె వాండ్లను పిలిచి బలవంతముగా కారుచౌకగా తమకు బట్టలు నేసి యిచ్చునట్లు బాధించి ఒప్పందములు చేసిరి. వారు బట్టలు నేయుటలో ఆలస్యము చేసిన కంపెనీ నౌకర్లు వారిపై కావలి యెక్కి దినము ఒక అణా జుల్మానాను తీసుకొని పైగా బెత్తాలతో సాలె వారిని కొట్టి బాధించెడి వారు. "

ఇంగ్లీషు వారు ప్లాసీ యుధ్ధములో బెంగాలును 1760 లో వండి వాష్ యుధ్ధములో మద్రాసు సుబాను ఆక్రమించుకున్న తరువాత కూడ హిందూ స్థానము నుండి భారతీయులు తమ సరకులను ఇంగ్లండుకు అమ్ముటకై తమ ఓడలలో తీసుకొని పోయిరి. అప్పుడు తేమ్సు నదిలో మన ఓడలలో ఇంగ్లీషు వారు చూచి థేమ్సుకు నిప్పంటుకొనెనా అన్నట్లు రిచ్చ పడి మన యోడలను చూచిరట! భారతీయులే ____మన బానిసలే_____మన దేశములోనే మనకు పోటీగా వ్యాపారం చేస్తారా ? అన్న ఆగ్రహము కలుగగా కొన్ని యేండ్లలో మన ఓడలు, మన పరిశ్రమలు, మన సంపదలు అన్నియు మాయమై పోయెను. జనులకు భూములే మిగిలెను. కానీ వాటి ఫలితములో సగము అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ పన్నుల పేరుతో కంపెనీ వారు లాగుకొని పోయిరి.

Approximate English gist:
A person named Strassey said before the same Enquiry Committee: "..We have destroyed the industries of India. Now, India depends only on land. Even now (1813) Indian Silk, cotton clothes sell 60 times (may be 60%) cheaper than our goods. Hence, our Govt. is levying a duty of 60 or 70%, or by prohibiting imports from India, overcoming them.

Manro said: "... In Madras Province, Company has called the weavers and forcibly obtained agreements from them that they would very cheaply weave cloth(es) and deliver to them. When they delayed in weaving, Company's servants went watching them, recovered a penalty of one anna per day, and inflict them body injuries with canes. ..."

"English even after occupying Bengal in the Battle of Plassey in 1760, and the Madras Province in the Vandivash Battle, Indians went on ships to England, to sell goods. Then, when the English saw the ships, they got frightened as if the Thames River got engulfed in fires! Indians, __ our slaves ___will they trade in our country, competing with us? This anger was followed by the disappearance of our ships, our industries, and our wealth in a few years. Only lands were left for the people. But in the output from them (i.e. lands), more than half, was being snatched away by the Company , in the name of taxes. ..."

Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's "dharmapatni" (Western Civilisation does not know this culture, or this term.  Hence there is no English word for this.  Hence I am unable to use it), Mrs. Jashoda Ben's travails, when we read in newspapers, our hearts get filled with anxiety, if not grief.

हमारे प्रियतम प्रधानी महोदय श्री नरेंद्र मोडी महाशय के धर्मपत्नी की चिंतांओं को हम अखबारों में पढने कॆ समय में,  हमारे दिल और मस्तिष्क दोनों व्याकुल होने का संभावना मुझे आ रहा है।


మన ప్రియతమ ప్రధాని శ్రీరామచంద్రతుల్యుడు శ్రీ నరేంద్రమోడీ గారి ధర్మపత్ని శ్రీమతి జశోదా బెన్ గారి బాధలు చూస్తుంటే, గుండెలు తరుక్కుపోతున్నాయి.

1.  The problem of Mrs. Jashoda Ben appears more to be ethical, rather than legal.  Somebody seems to have misdirected her to RTI.  May be some legal-minded fellow.   Though, nobody can predict with cent percent exactitude what can happen to anybody in future, whether security is made available or not, I personally feel that her life is not endangered.  I may be wrong.  Reason:  She worked as a teacher in  remote Muslim dominated villages, and locals knew that she was wife of Mr. Narendra Modi, the then Chief Minister of Gujarat.  There were no security guard arrangements for her life which were openly known, as the wife of the CM, while there were bulletproof cars and Chambers for her husband, Mr. Narendra Modi.    She lived in a one room tenement without a toilet.  She shaped many poor young children into future fruitful citizens.  She was respected by villagers.  At no point of time, there was no threat to her life.

Her, reported doubt now expressed that, just as Ms. Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her own guards, she could have a life risk from her guards, seem to be not on sound lines.  Hence, approaching Supdt. of Police with RTI application does not appear to serve any meaningful purpose.

The only restriction on her seemed to be that she should not speak to Media.  She had got very very rare opportunities to speak to media.  Somebody was apparently preventing her from approaching Media to ventilate her miseries.

Her grievance that while her guards move on cars, while she has to use public transport despite being PM's wife, does not seem to help her case.  If she were (is?) really interested in cars and luxuries, she could have raised this question in 2002 itself, when her husband became the Chief Minister of Gujarat.  Already 12 years have elapsed, without any Chief Ministerial luxuries.  Now, there will be no logic craving for cars, as prime period of life was already past (we do not have a right to call it 'wasted').

I personally feel that there is a strong need for her to write her autobiography.  Nowadays, even if she does not have skills of an author, it does not really matter.  What skills does Mr. Sachin Tendulkar have to write his autobiography.  It will be suffice if she narrates, and co-author will write.  But she may have to study the draft thoroughly and prevent  the prospective co-author and the publishers from sensationalising the issue for making quick bucks.   She can at least start her own blog.

3.  Admirers of Mr. Narendra Modi say that his patriotism and commitment to the RSS was the reason for his keeping aloof from his wife.  Let us join them in admiration.   But one question, still lurks.

Freedom fighters of pre-1947 neglected their families in their anxiety to serve the Nation.  My own maternal grandfather did it and lost 60 acres of fertile land in the process.  He died before freedom.  My maternal grand mother fended their three daughters and three sons left by the husband, by working as a kitchen servant in the houses of rich persons, as she could not get a freedom-fighter's pension, as my grandfather did not go to jail.

When we come to the cases of those freedom fighters who were alive after freedom, if they and their wives survived in spite of deprivation and hardships, after the freedom, -- they lived happy family lives, whether as poor or as rich (depending on their financial position and Govt. support etc. etc.).   That means a conjugal reunion, rejuvenated  their joy.  A similar event should be possible even in case of Mr. Narendra Modi.  Now that he has become P.M., and is reportedly piloting this country into the cosmic trajectory of development, a reunion will definitely help both the case of Mr. Narendra Modi and the Indian Nation. 

4. Now, Mr. Modi has grown to a gigantic size, so patagonian and titanic, that nobody can dare to advise him, on delicate matters like this.  Even in the earlier avtars also, I am not sure, whether he had any personal advice or counseling from elders like RSS SarSanghchalak, or Mr. Vajpayee or Mr. Advani - the advice they might have given on their own volition or when sought by Mr. Narendra Modi.

Only AkASh VANi (Not All India Radio) should counsel him, just as the Voice from the sky guided Dushyanta, Shri Ramachandra et al making them to reconsider their decisions.


4. Supreme Court may have to suo motu  take up the task of issuing appropriate guidelines for the physical and emotional protection of Mrs. Jashoda Ben, as a part of protecting Indian women from perceived apprehensions and real fears.  This cannot be left to executive decisions at District, State and Central levels, because they have to decide on the security of a person of the 3rd highest level in the protocol (After President of India, Vice President, --PM and his family come third).   We cannot expect the Prime Minister himself to decide on this because there will be a conflict of interest.  Central Cabinet cannot decide on it because they are not independent in the true sense of the word 'independent authority', because the appointments of Cabinet Ministers are at the mercy and prerogative of the Prime Minister himself.

Supreme Court can take assistance from psychologists, psychiatrists, amicus curiae, Special Investigation Teams, CBI, etc.

5.  It will be reasonable for Indian Citizens to expect that Mr. Narendra Modi has to make a rethinking on the status of Mrs. Prime Minister and the third citizen of India (she is not just a retired Govt. teacher, and a woman abandoned by her husband to her fate and to the whims of bureaucrats).   It will be reasonable to expect that he will not treat her as an avoidable nuisance, howsoever busy he may be visiting great countries of the world and, meeting great leaders of the world, hosting and being hosted by them, meeting great industrialists, film stars, cricketers and who else not of this country.

This is just some loud wishful thinking.

We shall not doubt the sincerity of Mr. Narendra Modi.  At the sametime, we shall see how his promise of bringing back black money stashed abroad to India?

हम श्री नरेंद्र मोदी महोदय के सिन्सियारिटी (श्रध्धाळुता) को संदेह / शंका या संशय नहीं करेंगे।  इसी समय में हम विदेशों में छिपा हुआ निधियों को कैसा भारत लाना सोचना होगा।

మనం శ్రీనరేంద్ర మోడీ గారి నిజాయితీని శంకించన్ పని లేదు.  అదే సమయంలో విదేశాలలో దాచబడిన నల్ల లేక అవినీతి డబ్బును వెనక్కి తేవటం సాధ్యమా , సాధ్యమే అయితే, అది బిజెపీ మరియు శ్రీమోడీ గారు వాగ్దానం చేసినట్లుగా ఆరునెలలలో కాకపోయినా, ఐదేళ్ళ లోపల, వచ్చే 2019 లోక్ సభ జనరల్ ఎన్నికలలోపల ఎలా సాధించటం, అనే దాన్ని పరిశీలించాలి.

We shall first see the promise made by Mr. Narendra Modi in his Mann ki bAat speech.  पहले हम, श्री नरेंद्र मोदी साब से अपने मन की बात भाषण में दिये हुऎ वादा को आकलन करेंगे।  ముందుగా మనం శ్రీనరేంద్ర మోడీ మహోదయ్ తన మన్ కీ బాత్ (మనసు లోని మాట) ప్రసంగంలో చేసిన వాగ్దానాన్ని ఒకసారి చూద్దాము.


"We don't know how much money has really gone abroad," ...  "Nobody, not this government, not you, not the previous government, knows exactly how much black money is stashed abroad," ... "I don't want to get into the figures. Whether it is two rupees or five rupees or crores, I'm committed to getting that money back."

"I will not compromise anywhere. Please trust this Pradhan Sevak. The issue is an article of faith for me,"

"From what I understand and based on the information I have, I am telling you that we are (moving) in the right direction,"

"किसी को पता नहीं है कि देश का कितना काला धन बाहर है. लेकिन वादा करता हूं कि भारत के गरीबों का पैसा जो बाहर गया है, उसका मैं पाई-पाई वापस ले आऊंगा."

ఎంత నల్ల డబ్బు దేశం బయట ఉందో ఎవరికీ తెలియదు.  కానీ వాగ్దానం చేస్తున్నాను, భారతీయ పేదల పైసా ఏదైతే బయటకు పోయిందో, దానిని నేను ప్రతి పైసా పైసా వెనక్కితీసుకు వస్తాను.


"काला धन देश में वापस लाने के क्या रास्ते और तरीक़े होंगे, उस पर मत भिन्नता हो सकती है लेकिन आप भरोसा रखें कि मैं अपने प्रयासों में कोई कोताही नहीं बरतूंगा. मैं काला धन लाकर रहूंगा."

Chaiwalas can never become Chief Ministers or Prime Ministers in India.  They have to prematurely end their "chaiwala avtar" (tea vendor's incarnation) and start wearing Modi kurtAs or similar garments.  Never in India, can a kucEla (person with torn or bad clothes) can become even an M.L.A. or M.P. , not to speak of becoming CM or PM.  A Chaiwala PM/CM does not require bullet-proof offices.  He-she is not scared of losing his her life..  Nor do they need Jets or Helicopters to travel.  Of course, Uddhav Thakre, being the inheritor of Bal Thakre's fortune in Mumbai, may not get an opportunity to sell teas.  Hence, he can safely become CM of Maharashtra, after stop-speaking all the nonsense.

భారత దేశంలో చాయ్ వాలాలు ఎన్నటికి ముఖ్యమంత్రులు గానీ ప్రధాన మంత్రులు గానీ కాలేరు.  వాళ్ళు ముందుగా హరాకిరీ చేసుకుని, తమ చాయ్ వాలా అవతారాన్ని చాలించి, మోడీ కుర్తాలను లేక అలాంటి డిజైనర్ బట్టలను కట్టుకోటం మొదలుపెట్టాలి.  కోట్లు సూట్లు అలవాటు చేసుకోవాలి.  భారత దేశంలో ఏనాటికీ కూడ మైలగుడ్డల వాళ్ళు శాసన సభ్యులు, ఎంపీలే కాలేరు.  ఇంక ముఖ్యమంత్రులు , ప్రధానమంత్రులు ఎలా అవుతారు.  చాయ్ వాలా అవతారంలో ఉన్నవాడు వాడి కర్మకాలి ముఖ్యమంత్రో ప్రధానమంత్రో అయితే బులెట్ ప్రూఫ్ వెస్టుల్లో, బుల్లెట్ ప్రూఫ్ ఆఫీసులో గాలాడక చస్తాడు.  వాళ్ళకి ప్రాణభయం ఉండదు కాబట్టి బులెట్ ప్రూఫ్ ఆఫీసులు, కార్లు ఎందుకు.  వాళ్ళకి అదానీల్లాంటి వాళ్ళ జెట్ విమానాలు, హెలీకాప్టర్లు అవసరం ఉండదు.  ఉధ్ధవ్ థాక్రె గారికి ముంబాయిలో తన తండ్రి సంపద వచ్చి ఉంటుంది కాబట్టి, చాయ్ అమ్ముకునే అదృష్టం పట్టదు.  కనుక ఆయన ఊకదంపుడు ఉపన్యాసాలు మానేసి, భద్రంగా మహారాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి కావటానికి ప్రయత్నించవచ్చును.

इस देश में चाय वाला कभी भी मुख्यमंत्री या प्रधान मंत्री नहीं बन सकते।  चायवाले मुख्यमंत्री या प्रधानमंत्री बनना चाहे तो, वे पहले अपने चायवाले अवतार को समाप्त करने के लीये हराकिरी करना पडेगा, और नई जन्म में मोडी कुर्ता या डिजैनर कपडे या सूट, बूट, कोट पहनना सीखना चाहिए।  भारत में एक कुचेल (कु --फटा हुआ या बूरे या मैली कपडे पहनने वाला) कभी भी एक संसद या ऎम. ऎल. ऎ. नहीं बन सकते।  वह कैसा मुख्यमंंत्री या प्रधान मंत्री बनेगा।  असाध्य।  एक चायवाला , उस के दुष्कर्म वश या दुर्भाग्य वश मुख्यंमंत्री या प्रधान मंत्री बन गया, मानो, तो वह बुलॆट् प्रूफ वॆस्ट में, या बुलॆट् प्रूफ कार में, या बुलॆट् प्रूफ महल मे, गला घोंट होकर मर जायेगा।  उस को प्राण भय नहीं रहेगा, इसीलीये उसको बुलॆट् प्रूफ या जॆड् केटगरी भद्रता नही अवश्य होता है।  उनको आदानी जैसे महा उद्योग पतीयों के जेट् प्लॆन्स या हॆलीकाप्टरों के जरुरत नही रहता।  उध्धव थाक्रे को अपने पिता बाल थाक्रे से मुबाई मे कुछ न कुछ संपत्ती मिला होगा, उस को चायवाले के काम करने के सौभाग्य नहीं मिलेगा।  फिर भी, वे अपने व्यर्ध भाषण बंद कर, मुख्य मंत्री या प्रधान मंत्री बनने के कोशिश कर सकते है।

मीडिया का यह कहना कि चुनाव के दौरान पैदा हुई कटुता का प्रभाव चुनाव के बाद भी देखने को मिलेगा, एक अतिशयोक्तिपूर्ण सोच है।

ऐसा नहीं है कि चुनावी जंग की तल्खियां राजनेताओं के आपसी रिश्ते पर हावी हो जाती है।

తెలుగు సారం: ఎన్నికల యుధ్ధంలో కనిపించిన భీకర శతృత్వం రాజకీయ నేతలలో, పరస్పర సంబంధాలలో డామినేట్ చేస్తుందని, ఏమీ లేదు.

गर्मजोशी के साथ मिलने के बाद जब वे फिर रैलियों में पहुंचते हैं तो आरोप-प्रत्यारोप का सिलसिला भी शुरू हो जाता है।

మా ముఖాలకు హాస్యం కూడానా. వ్యంగ్యం, వినోదం, అనేది రాజకీయ నేతలకి, పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలకి, బడా వ్యాపారులకి, సినీతారలకీ, క్రికెటర్లకీ, బ్యూరోక్రాట్లకి. ఈరో జు వాళ్ళు ప్రతిస్పర్ధుల్లాగా కాట్లాడుకుంటారు. దుష్మన్ లు లాగా తన్నుకుంటూ ఉంటే, మనం అభిమానులం, అవి అన్నీ నిజం అనుకొని, మనం కూడ తన్నుకొని ఒకళ్ళ నొకళ్ళు చంపుకుంటూ ఉంటాం. వాళ్ళు ఒకళ్ళు నొకళ్ళు చంపుకోరు.

అందు చేత అయ్యా ప్రజలూ, భవిష్యత్ లో ఏదో హవాయి అడ్డాలో శ్రీ ప్రియాంకా వద్రా గారు, శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు ఎదురుపడి, కరచాలనాలు చేసుకొని, సరససంభాషణలు చేసుకున్నా , మర్నాడే ప్రెస్ కాన్ఫరెన్సులు పెట్టుకుని కొట్టుకున్నా, నిజం అనుకోకండి. జడుల్లాగా ఉండటం అలవర్చుకోండి.

శ్రీ అమిత్ షా గారు గుజరాత్ రాష్ట్రానికి భూత్ పూర్వ హోం మంత్రి. శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీగారి నికట సహయోగి అంటే కుడి భుజం. శ్రీమోడీ ప్రధానమంత్రి అయితే, దేశానికి హోం మంత్రి లేక, రాజనాథ్ సింగుజీకిఅధికారికంగా హోం శాఖ ఇవ్వాల్సి వస్తే, అదే హోం శాఖకి సహాయమంత్రి కావలసిన వాడు. 2014 సాధారణ ఎన్నికలలో ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ లో బిజెపి ఎన్నికల ప్రచారానికి సారధిగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. వీరి అభిప్రాయం ప్రకారం ఇపుడు మోడీ వేవ్ , మోడీ సునామీ గా పరిణమించింది. వైరి పార్టీలను నామరూపాలను చేసేయగల శక్తిని పుంజుకుందని భావం. శ్రీమన్మోహన్ సింగు ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవిని దిగజార్చారనే అభిప్రాయం సర్వత్రా ఉన్నప్పటికి , ఇది శ్రీమోడీ అభిమానులలో అతితీవ్రంగా ఉన్నట్లు కనిపిస్తుంది.

ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవికి , పార్టీ అధ్యక్ష ప్రధవికి అధికారం కొరకు కొంత తొక్కిసలాట స్వర్గీయ జవహర్ లాల్ నెహ్రూగారి మొదటి రౌండు పాలనలోనే జరిగింది. స్వర్గీయ పురుషోత్తమదాస్ టాండన్, ఆచార్య కృపలానీ వంటివారు, ఆనాటి ప్రధానమంత్రికి ఉన్న ప్రత్యేక ఆదరణకి తట్టుకోలేక వెనక్కి తగ్గవలసిరావటమే కాక, ప్రధానమంత్రి ఒక తరహా నియంతగా మారటం ఆనాడే మొదలయింది.

స్వర్గీయ ఇందిరా గాంధీ పాలనలో నిజలింగప్ప కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షుడుగా ఉండగా, మరోసారి కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షుడు గా కామరాజ్ నాడార్ ఉండగా కూడ ఈసమస్య వచ్చి కాంగ్రెస్ నిలువుగా చీలి పోయి ప్రధానమంత్రి (ఇందిర) నియంతగా తయారు కావటం జరిగింది.

సోనియా పాలనలో ఉల్టా అయ్యింది. ప్రధాని ఆటబొమ్మ అయ్యాడు. కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షురాలు నియంతగా మారింది. ఇదే సందర్భంగా మనం గమనించాల్సిందేమిటంటే, యుపిఏ భాగస్వామ్యపక్షాల ప్రాతినిథ్య మంత్రులు, కాంగ్రెస్ మంత్రులు కూడ, ప్రధానమంత్రిని లెక్కచేయకుండా అవినీతికి పాల్పడటం, దీనిని ఆయన ప్రేక్షకుడిలాగా చూస్తూ ఊరుకోటం గమనార్హం.

ఇపుడు ఈ ఎనాలజీనీ బిజెపికి , శ్రీనరేంద్రమోడీకి అన్వయించాల్సి వస్తే రాబోయే రోజులు ఎలా ఉండబోతున్నాయి.

౧. మంత్రులు స్ట్రాంగ్ గా ఉండి వారికి ప్రధాని మధ్యలో మానసిక శృతిమేళనం (harmony and concordance) ఉంటే అది సుందరంగానే ఉంటుంది. ఉదా: శ్రీ వాజ్ పేయీ, శ్రీ అద్వానీల మధ్య ఉన్న బంధం. శ్రీ మురళీమనోహర్ జోషీ మరియు శ్రీ అద్వానీల మధ్య ఉన్న శృతిమేళనం.

౨. ఇలాంటి శృతి మేళనం శ్రీ మోడీ మరియు శ్రీ అరుణ్ జైట్లీ మధ్య, శ్రీమోడీ మరియు శ్రీమతి సుష్మా స్వరాజ్, శ్రీ మోడీ మరియు శ్రీ రాజ్ నాధ్ సింగుల మధ్య ఉంటుందా? అకాలీ దళ్, శివసేన, బహుశా టిడీపి, వంటి మిత్ర పక్షాల మంత్రులు తమశాఖలలో బానిసలుగా వ్యవహరిస్తారా, వారికేమైనా లీ - వే ఉంటుందా? అధికార వికేంద్రీకరణం అసలు జరగదా? పత్రికలలో వస్తున్నవార్తలను బట్టి బిజెపినేతలు కొందరు ఇప్పటికే కేంద్ర మంత్రివర్గ శాఖలను పంచేసుకున్నారు.

శ్రీఅమిత్ షా గారి అభిప్రాయం ప్రకారం, కేంద్ర మంత్రులు తమ శాఖలను జాగీర్లుగా మార్చుకోలేరు.

प्रत्येक व्यक्ति अपनी मिनिस्ट्री का प्रधानमंत्री बन गया था, और इसकी वजह से भ्रम की स्थिति थी।
