1131 MCQ Test, Current Affairs, and Dead Labor exploiting Live Labor

MUSINGS OF A DONKEY-- ♞: ✔Terrorists can become Rulers. And Rulers can become Terrorists.♝ ✔Terrorists Rulers, sometimes, tend to co-ordinate with one another. And sometimes, they war with one another.♝ ✔Terrorist Rulers, very rarely lay down their lives. Their subjects have to lay down their lives.♝ ✔Terrorist Rulers can, sometimes, show aesthetic appreciations. The same Rulers can, sometimes, ruthlessly oppress aesthetics. Their vicissitudes are difficult to gauge.♝ ✔What is Terrorism and what is not Terrorism, depend on subjectivities and proclivities of those who have the authority to identify.♝
♛Capital is dead labour, which, vampire-like, lives only by sucking living labour, and lives the more, the more labour it sucks.♝

ybrao a donkey's explanation in Telugu Language:

EURACANZ (Europe, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): Are they fighting a war against China, in Hong Kong?

:
♛The present unrest in Hongkong started when the Hongkong Government introduced a bill for extraditing criminal-accused-persons to Mainland China. The Hongkong Administration withdrew the Extradition Bill. But the Unrest in Hongkong is continuing, and aggravating. Why? ♝
♛According to ybrao-a-donkey's perception, the latent reason appears to be a September 2019 attempt of Hongkong and China, to purchase the London Stock Exchange for $39 billion. ♝
♛Unable to bear this Financial Markets invasion, EURACANZ countries seem to be instigating the Hongkong Street Demonstrators to rebel, by providing financial support, and by misleading Youth. This is only a suspicion.♝
♛If Hongkong and China are going to succeed in their capturing the London Stock Exchange, next on the guillotine will be New York Stock Exchange.♝
♛Chinese Rulers may have poor memory. But, the Rest of the World should not have a poor memory. In October 1962, Chinese Army pounced at midnight on the Unsuspecting Indian Territories of Ladakh and NEFA (now Arunachal Pradesh) and occupied approx. 36,000 sq.km. of Indian Territory. If China is going to prefer a Financial Invasion on India, instead of a military Invasion, Hongkong Stock Exchange may try to buy out BSE or NSE. (91003)♝

YSRC PARTY, the Ruling Party in Andhra Pradesh seems to be repeating the mistakes of its Predecessor Telugu Desam Party.

:
♛YSRCP MLA from Rural Nellore Constituency Shri Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy is alleged to have abused Ms. Sarala, Mandal Parishad Development Officer of Venkatachalam Mandal.♝
♛He is alleged to have in a drunken state, along with YSRCP Official Spokesperson Shrikanth Reddy visited the house of Ms. Sarala when she was not at her home, and threatened her mother of dire consequences.♝
♛They are reported to have got her electric meter disconnected, and water pipeline. ♝
♛Ms. Sarala is reported to have gone to Nellore Rural Police Station that night. As there was only one constable at the Station, she had to wait there for five years, just for booking an FIR. ♝
♛People are recalling the TDP Rule days, when Denduluru MLA Mr. Chintamaneni Prabhakar was reported to have manhandled a Lady Mandal Revenue Officer of Kaikaluru Mandal, and the TDP Govt. dilly dallied.♝

BANGLA DESH unlikely TO ACCEPT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS FROM THEIR COUNTRY. NRC IN ASSAM WILL BE A WILD GOOSE CHASE

:
♛HASINA TAKES UP NRC WITH MODI, news Headlines indicate.♝
♛Common Sense also indicates that no country, howsoever friendly its relations with its neighbor may be, will accept "return" of illegal immigrants even if the illegal immigrants belong to their own religion.♝
♛Bangla Desh would have not accepted even ROHINGYAS from India, had India tried to send the Burmese (Former Bangla Deshi) Rohingyas to Bangla Desh, even if Rohingyas are Muslims.♝
♛This unwillingness of countries to take back illegal immigrants highlights one important basic principle: COUNTRIES CANNOT BE FORMED AND/OR RUN ON THE BASIS OF RELIGION.♝
♛Mr. DONAL TRUMP, howsoever, noble or cruel he may be, apparently knows this. Hence Mr. Trump wants to divert every fund for construction of a wall on Amercian Boundary with Mexico. ♝
♛As a Marxist, I can only say that "Workers of all countries Unite. For workers, there can be no boundaries.♝

SUPERSTITIONS IN TAKING DELIVERY AND ACTIVATING OF PURCHASED AIRCRAFT

:

✔Continuing Superstitions in 21st Century is a Universal Problem. It is not just limited to India. Whenever superstitious incidents take place, we can only derive some happiness, from audio-visuals they distribute to us.♝
✔It appears that Websites, TVs and Newspapers from Islamic countries such as Khaleej Times have tried to highlight the News of India's Defence Minister performing a traditional worship while taking delivery of the first Rafale Aircraft, as if he has committed some sacrilege. (Note: I am not a BJP supporter).
✔While many Indians have shifted to a relatively non-violence procedures by offering fruits and vegetables to Gods/goddesses instead of goats, sheep and cattle, Islamic and Christian countries still continue their barbaric ways.♝
✔Indian shift to milder propitiations of God(desse)s may be as a result of shift to Buddhism from North European, South European and Persian Aryanism.♝

✔Anyway, that is an improvement from a larger savage of beheading wailing sheep and goats. So, what is the use of pinpointing the errors of neighbor countries by the Islamic Media, when the Islamic countries themselves have relatively more savageous superstitions?♝
✔Buddhism, a better religion is more ancient when compared to both Christianity and Islam. I am not a Buddhist. Nor am I, its propagandist. Buddhism had/has its own flaws. ♝

✔Yet, if at all religions and customs are absolutely unavoidable, probably Buddhism seems to be a better choice. For this reason only, probably late B.R. Ambedkar might have shifted to Buddhism.♝ ✔Nevertheless, I sincerely wish that Islamic Media do some introspection. (9aa)♝

SHRI SHAKTIKANTA DAS, RBI GOVERNOR

:
♛Mr. ShaktiKanta Das 2019 RBI Governor is reported to have said: "...Academic qualification of the head of the central bank is not relevant, but what matters is his/her grip on the economy, general awareness about the issues facing the economy and professional experience..."♝
♛Reserve Bank of India has placed on the Operations of the PMC Bank (Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank) for a six months period. As per the instructions, PMC Bank's customers cannot withdraw more than Rs.1,000/- per day.♝
♛RBI is reported to have revised the maximum withdrawal limit today 26.9.2019, to Rs. 10,000/-.♝
♛PMC Customers seem to be suffering a lot. I do not know whether Mr. Shaktikanta Das explored the possibility of extending some Overdraft against funds maintained by PMC Bank in its CRR Current account.♝
♛It is also not clear whether RBI has examined the possibility of extending some interim ad hoc loan to PMC Bank against the security of the SLR Securities invested by the PMC Bank. The very object of maintaining CRR Current Account, and the purchase of SLR Securities is to tide over Customer-Runs on Banks when there are some bad news. It is also not clear whether RBI has made available some Repos to the PMC Bank against SLR Securities. ♝
♛If Banks respond to Customer Demands and Customer Runs, in case of Bank news, Banks can retain Public Confidence and Trust in Banks. After the Crises Runs are over, RBI can find an appropriate solution for the Liquidity/Solvency Crises in the Bank. If RBI by placing rigid and severe restrictions on customers' withdrawals (like how it happened during 2016 Demonetisation days), customers lose their Trust not only in Private and Coperative Banks, but also in Public Sector Banks. Loss of Confidence in Banks will raise the Liquidity Preference of the People, and Banks will enter into larger loops and soups. (9926)♝

IMRAN KHAN, PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN HAS TO FREE HIMSELF FROM TALIBAN TERRORISM

:
♛On 13.9.2019, speaking at Muzaffarabad in POK, Mr. Imran Khan, President of Pakistan is reported to have said:
♛"I want to tell India that, by detaining thousands of people, you are pushing people into extremism. People will rise against India, and it is not just about Indian Muslims, there are 1.25 billion Muslims around the world. They all are watching this."
♛By instigating Muslims all over the World, Mr. Imran Khan like the al qaeeda's founder Osama Bin Laden seems to be leading the World Muslims towards mass self-destruction and annihilation.
♛There is a Sanskrit saying "ajAnAn dAhAtmyA patatu SalabhAs tIvra-dahanE". English: Moths fall in fire, being unaware of the combustive nature of the fire.
♛Like other World Religions, Islam too has its own strengths and weaknesses. It has a long way to go help people who feel that they need it and cherish it. Religious bigots who have unduly enlarged images of their own religion, should not drive gullible lay persons to enter into suicidal campaigns. Essentially Religions are expected to be Private encounters and rendezvous between an individual and his-her supposedly existent God. (991418)

TALIBAN -AMERICAN PEACE DEAL worked out after nine rounds of talks, US SECRETARY OF STATE REFUSING TO SIGN

:

♛Mr. Mike Pompeo, US Secretary of State, is reported to have refused to sign.
♛Reason, said to have been given by him: It does not guarantee the continued presence of US counter terrorism forces to battle al-Quaeda, the survival of the pro US Government in Kabul, or even an to fighting in Afghanistan.
♛Initiating nine rounds of talks with extreme militant Organisations like Talibans, and working out peace deals with them, make no sense. It goes against common sense.
♛Talibans seem to get their finances from Saudi Arabia. As long as Saudi Arabia supports them, Talibans will not relent for any sort of Peace Deals which go against the very purpose of their existence.
♛Of course, if Mr. Trump is eager for an Afxit so as to show it as his achievement for the 2020 Presidential Campaign , he may force Mike Pompeo to sign some deal with Taliban, and threaten to sack him, if he refuses. (99621).

Is Shri Rama, a worshippable human?

:

♛If Shri Rama is Supreme God-head itself, there is no problem.
♛All religions have their own Supreme God-heads.
♛It can become a crime of blasphemy to criticise Supreme God-heads of any religion.
♛If Shri Rama is regarded only as a human incarnation of the Supreme God-head, with birth days, birth places, some searching for history may become necessary.
♛Some of his worshippable qualities may become discussible, provided there is a climate of tolerance in the country. (98319)

PAKISTHAN PRESIDENT has to explain

:
♛Pakisthan President has to explain why the population of Non-Muslims in Pakisthan fell from 23% in 1947 to 1.5% in 2019? Assuming that Freedom Struggle and Independence of East Pakistan which has a slightly higher rate of non-Muslims, into Bangla Desh in 1971, has caused the fall in New Pakistan, it can't go down to as low as 1.5%. The drastic fall shows that Non-Muslims in Pakistan were forced to convert to Islam or leave the country, through disincentives, discriminatory treatment, and harassment. The Hindu population in Bangla Desh too dwindled owing to persecution and harassment.♝
♛While some Indian rulers seem to yearn divide India into Hindu and non-Hindus, Mr. Imran Khan itches to divide the World into Muslims and Non Muslims.♝
♛EURACANZ (Europe+ America, Canada, Australia+ Newzealand) seems to make the entire Earth a Christian Planet. Attempts of the EURACANZ Missionaries in the name of Service, to convert non-Christians into Christianity through monetary inducement and fallacious propaganda, has resulted in generation of insecurity in the Non-Christian World. Islamic World took it seriously and just as a tortoise tries to hide itself within its shells, Islamic people were made to hide themselves behind the preachings of Islamic Clerics and Mullahs.♝
♛India was never a Martial Country. Indians were never war-mongerers. In fact, their love for non-violence, probably owing to the precepts of Gautama Buddha and Vardhaman Mahavira, Indians did not evolve themselves into bellegerence. Consequently for thousands of years they faced invasions from numerous races from Arabia, Persia, Turkey, South Europe, North Europe, Baltics and Central Asia. Though suffering various degrees of slavery from these races, Indians every invader-race-tribe into the country, and evolved into a Newer Nation. Of course, it also resulted in birth of an obnoxious Caste System.♝
♛The entry of the two grossly greedy proselytizing Religions having their Headquarters in Mecca, Rome, England (&Europe,America) brought a sweeping change in the Social Structure of India. (9930) ♝

♛The Mahabharata, Book 3: Vana Parva: Markandeya-Samasya Parva♝

♛Janamejaya said, "It behoveth you to narrate to me in full the greatness ♝

♛of the Brahmanas even as the mighty ascetic Markandeya had expounded it to the sons of Pandu.♝

♛" Vaisampayana said, 'The eldest son of Pandu had asked Markandeya saying, 'It behoveth you to expound to me the greatness of Brahmanas.♝

♛Markandeya answered him saying, 'Hear, O king, about the behaviour of Brahmanas in days of old.♝

♛"And Markandeya continued, 'There was a king, by name Parikshit in Ayodhya and belonging to the race of Ikshvaku.♝

♛ And once upon a time Parikshit went a-hunting.♝

♛ And as he was riding alone on a horse chasing deer, the animal led him to a great distance (from the habitations of men).♝

♛ And fatigued by the distance he had ridden and afflicted with hunger and thirst he beheld in that part of the country whither he had been led, a dark and dense forest, and the king, beholding that forest, entered it and seeing a delightful tank within the forest, both the rider and the horse bathed in it, and refreshed by the bath and placing before his horse some stalks and fibres of the lotus, the king sat by the side of the tank.♝

♛ And while he was lying by the side of the tank, he heard certain sweet strains of music, and hearing those strains, he reflected, 'I do not see here the foot-prints of men.♝

♛ Whose and whence then these strains?' And the king soon beheld a maiden of great beauty gathering flowers singing all the while, and the maiden soon came before the king, and the king thereupon asked her, 'Blessed one, who art thou and whose?' And she replied, 'I am a maiden.♝

♛And the king said, 'I ask you to be mine.♝

♛And the maiden answered, 'Give me a pledge, for then only I can be thine, else not.♝

♛And the king then asked about the pledge and the girl answered.♝

♛ 'Thou wilt never make me cast my eyes on water', and the king saying, 'So be it,' married her, and king Parikshit having married her sported (with her) in great joy, and sat with her in silence, and while the king was staying there, his troops reached the spot, and those troops beholding the monarch stood surrounding him, and cheered by the presence of troops, the king entered a handsome vehicle accompanied by his (newly) wedded wife.♝

♛ And having arrived at his capital he began to live with her in privacy.♝

♛ And persons that were even near enough to the king could not obtain any interview with him and the minister-in-chief enquired of those females that waited upon the king, asking, 'What do ye do here?' And those women replied, 'We behold here a female of unrivalled beauty.♝

♛ And the king sporteth with her, having married her with a pledge that he would never show her water.♝

♛And hearing those words, the minister-in-chief caused an artificial forest to be created, consisting of many trees with abundant flowers and fruits, and he caused to be excavated within that forest and towards one of its sides a large tank, placed in a secluded spot and full of water that was sweet as Amrita.♝

♛ The tank was well covered with a net of pearls.♝

835 Mr. Bill Gates would not have said that, had Government of India graduallyinducted Linux as O.S in all Govt. Offices & Public Sector Organisations

Mr. Bill Gates, the $82.3 billion said-tobe-self-made-tycoon, would not have said that, had Government of India, and State Governments taken steps to gradually introduce Linux OS in all Govt. Offices, and Public Sector Organisations. What did Mr. Bill Gates say: Click to go to dnaindia.com to study what Mr. Bill Gates said at Niti Ayog's Meeting at New Delhi, on 16th Nov. 2016.. Had measures been taken to introduce Linux O.S., and OpenOffice/LibreOffice in the place of MS Office, he would have declared the measure as a "timid protective step". He might have gone to World Bank and W.T.O., to pull his levers. Of course, Mr. Narendra Modi, Mr. Arun Jaitley and Mr. Aravind Pangaria will not like to be 'marked' as 'timid, protective'.

We shall have some quotes from what MR. Bill Gates said:
"...Prime Minister's bold move to demonetize high-value denominations and replace with new notes with high security features is an important step to deflate India's shadow economy."

"... India has all the pieces in place for a compelling vision for digital financial inclusion. Aadhaar will convert a cumbersome, paper-based account opening process into a 30-second, all-digital system. ..."

"...Aadhaar will also create a centralised data repository. ..."

Impending roll-out of payment banks and the ubiquity of mobile phones can enable access for all Indians to digital accounts connected to a fraud-resistant inter-operable payment system.

1. Mr. Bill Gates wants a Microsoft monopoly on all the Digital Systems and Sub-Systems of India, so that he can become a Trillionnaire.

2. Linux OS, and its forks and flavors are free of cost. India need not pay even a single Dollar to anybody for using Linux. I also understand that India has developed a BharatOS based on Linux, but it seems to have been placed in some cold storage, in the vaults of the Government.

3. Linux is open source. That means, Government's software engineers can change the designs, interfaces, depending on the Security needs of India. Whenever there is a snag, there will be no need to beg the Software Engineers of Microsoft, to set them right.

4. The world knows that Windows OS, MS Office, and windows based software packages are susceptible to virus attacks and hackings. Though Linux is not absolutely safe, it is relatively safe, particularly as long as the Administrators of System do not compromise with their passwords by allowing themselves to be phished.

Why does Mr. Bill Gate visit India frequently, in the guise of Charity and funding Health Schemes? Why did he appoint Mr. Satyam Nadendla, a person of Indian Origin as his CEO?

Ans: Mr. Gates wants India to be in his grips, because INdia has good purchasing power and substantial foreign exchange reserves to buy the monopoly commercial products of Microsoft. Some States like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat are more vulnerable to the plans of Mr. Bill Gates.

5. Unfortunately, the designers and distributors of Linux Packages do not send their representatives to India, to curry favor INdian Presidents, Prime Ministers, Central Ministers, Chief Ministers of States because, by distributing Linux, much money cannot be earned. No Financial Imperial empires can be built by distributing Linux. It is supposed to be free. At the most, they may insist on terms of GNU Public License. Most Linux designers and distributors live on advertisement revenue, donations and probably crowd funding. Not enough incentive, to go on World Tours. Besides, as there will be no kickbacks, Heads of States and Heads of Governments will not welcome and embrace them.

To continue.

643 American Police are the Role-Models for the Police of all Nations.

This is a sad day for me. Belated of course, today (7th Jan. 2016) I have come to know that Mr. Ian Murdock, a doyen of OpenSource Computer Software, co-founder of DEBIAN flavor of LINUX Operating Systems, died on 31st Dec. 2015 (approx.), in the hands of San Francisco Police. For those who wish to read a very detailed news report about the mysterious death of Ian Murdock , here is the link: Click to go to mirror.co.uk website which contains the detailed news report. .
I am unable to recollect having seen any news reports published by Indian Newspapers English or Telugu from 31st Dec. 2015 to 7th Jan. 2016. If Deepika Padukone acts in a Hollywood Movie, it becomes a great breaking news for our Newspapers and TV Channels. But if a Great Freedom Fighter in the World of Computers passes away, Indian News Papers and Channels SEEM TO IGNORE, as if some dog or rat died. chI ! chI ! I may be wrong or blind. I have checked in newspapers like Deccan Chronicle, The Hindu, Times of India, and Telugu Papers like Eenadu, Andhra Jyothy, Sakshi.

The greatness of Ian Murdock, I cannot describe in one blog post. Of course, Mr. Murdock might have had some negative qualities not known to the outside world. But, yet, his contribution to the World of Computers, will entitle him to get at least a little condonation for lighter lapses like drunkenness, some civil mis-behaviors when inebriated. Definitely such negativities do not make him fit for police brutalities.

I may need at least 10 blog posts to write about his worth and contribution. I hope to do it after doing sufficient research.

Indians do not realise that Linux stands for FREEDOM in the INTERNET skies. Linux flavored Operating Systems, have by and large succeeded in breaking the monopoly of Bill Gates and Microsoft on the Computer World and the Internet. Poor countries like India should have been grateful for this great favour by Linus Torvalds (Founder of Linux) and his associates who are fighters for Free and OpenSource Software. We must recognise but for their presence, Mr. Bill Gates of Microsoft, and numerous others working on Windows, might have extorted billions of Dollars from Government of India, State Governments in India, Indian Corporates, Common People in India (Not that, they are not extracting now. They are relatively on a controlled scale because of the fear of Linux).

No wonder, Indian newspapers and TV Channels are blind to Linux.

Back to Late Ian Murdock: I use Ubuntu Operating System based on Linux. But Ubuntu is just a fork of Debian (i.e. OS obtained from Debian is modified by Ubuntu, under the OpenSource System, made more user-friendly). Debian OS is also excellent, but it is less-user-friendly in the sense that it is more scientific when compared to Ubuntu. Debian OS is also available free on internet. But somewhat larger in size, when compared to Ubuntu.

There are numerous linux distros on internet which are forks of Debian and Ubuntu. Murdock's another contribution to the Computer World is "deb" system of packing and distributing software through repositories. Debian Organisation itself is run with contributions and participation from software volunteers, and of course donations from users and people.

Whenever I go to Linux Repositories / websites such as SourceFourge to download some software FREE without donating anything, occasionally I feel ashamed for my inability to either donate monetarily or through participating in building software, except greatly appreciating them within myself, for their generosity.

I personally do not believe that souls exist. Hence, I am unable to say that "May the soul of Late Ian Murdock rest in peace".

Question: What will you say about the brutality of San Francisco police, which led to the mysterious death of Ian Murdock?

Ans: First of all, I wish to make certain things clear.

1. American Police and European Police are role models to Indian Police at least in the arena of brutality. But, Indian Police beat the American and European Police in one respect: Indian Police show their brutality only against poor people. They handle millionnaires and billionnaires with velvet gloves, provided the millies and the billies throw big bucks throughout the path. In case of Murdock, he was a millionnaire, if not a billionnaire. It is not clear, why the San Francisco Police were so brutal to him. Did they expect him to throw greenbacks? Didn't he throw?

2. Drunkenness is common in U.S. Whites and Blacks misbehaving while drunken, is also common. But, the American Police are notorious for ignoring the inebriated Whites, and showing their valor only on the Blacks and the Colored. Why did they show so much brutality against Ian Murdock, in spite of his being a White, and a milli-billi.

3. Of course, both the Democratic and Republican hopefuls for the American Presidency may ignore the brutality which was dished out to Ian Murdock, by the San Francisco Police.

4. The excuses given by the San Francisco Police for the possible death of Late Ian Murdock-- "he was drunk at the time of his arrest, and was injured when he banged his head accidentally", "...police received reports of a man trying to break into a house...." , "...injury happened when Murdock banged his head whilst struggling with officers in the back of a police car. ..." , "...hauled out of the car "to keep him from harming himself... " , "...banging on a neighbour's door, before being locked in jail...", -- are similar to the stories which Indian Police concoct when people die in Police Station Locksup, or when they shot criminals while being taken to courts for trials.

5. In his Tweets, Late Murdock was reported to have posted that Police have told him: "we're the police and we always win.". I do not know whether there are any Mutual-Exchange Training Programs between the Indian Police Officers and the American Police Officers. These words strikingly sound Indian. Anyway, we learnt all our methods during the last three Centuries only from our White Masters.

6. What do these tweets say:
"The female officer ripped off my underwear,"
"I guess that's not considered rape if you're not a woman being raped."
.

These two tweets indicate that something serious took place when Murdock was in Police Custody.

7. I (ybrao-a-donkey) do not wish to say that entire guilt should rest with the San Francisco Police, but there may be STRONG reasons to believe that their hands are not TOTALLY CLEAN.

We have to wait till the hidden truths emerge out.

In the meantime, somebody has to pray the Non-Existent God, for my early recovery from this catastrophe.

To continue.

419 Anywhere a brother-in-law, but not in a brinjal-garden!!! Explain this proverb!!!

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh State, India, met Mr. Bill Gates at  W.E.O. Davos meet 2015, and said that Mr. Bill Gates was his friend, and a narrated his first encounter with him of some years back.  Ok.  Welcome.

But one question,

We have a proverb in Telugu langauge.  Anywhere a brother-in-law, but not in a brinjal-garden!!!  We shall now explain this proverb!!!

There is a custom in some villages of their residents calling one another with relationship names like brothers, brother-in-laws, sisters, sister-in-laws, mothers, mother-in-laws, aunts, uncles, what not.

This proverb proves a Karl Marx dictum that all human relationships are financial-monetary-pecuniary.

Background of this proverb.

Two persons of the same village, who are in the habit of calling one another 'brother-in-law' (may have been actual marital related brothers-in-law, or may not have been), went to a brinjal garden owned by one of the  two.   Seeing the tempting brinjals hanging to the plants, one man said that the brinjals were very good.  The other person owning the garden sensed that the appreciation was intended to ask for some brinjals to carry home.   Immediately, the owner of the garden quipped:  'You can be a brother-in-law anywhere, but not in a brinjal garden.'   The implication is, you cannot have the brinjals gratis (free, gift), and that they should be paid for.

Now, how this proverb can be applied to Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu and Mr. Bill Gates?

Mr. Bill Gates is apparently not only the richest person in the world, but also has also made some facade of being a great Charitable person, claiming to donate some billions to this cause or that cause, and also asking other industrialists to contribute a percentage of their wealth to Charity.  He was also reported to have offered a grant of US$ 100 million to Andhra Pradesh for some noble purpose.  I do not know whether the funds were actually received and properly applied for that noble purpose or not.

Now, we shall examine the question:  Who needs whom?

Very simple.   Andhra Pradesh Government has launched a massive programme of E Governance.  It has hundreds of thousands of computer systems in its Secretariat, Assembly, Offices, Schools, Hospitals, numerous institutions, most of which use Windows Operating System.   I believe that all of them use genuine (not pirated)  Windows O.S., paying millions of bucks indirectly to microsoft, as a part of the price of the computers to the computer-makers and the Original Equipment Manufacturers.   Many of these systems may be using Windows XP version, which Microsoft discontinued to support.

Now, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu should ask his pal Mr. Gates for free updates to Windows 10, to all the Computer Systems installed in the Andhra Pradesh Government Departments, Institutions.

I am sure, Mr. Bill Gates will not agree.  Reason:  Anywhere a brother-in-law, but not in a brinjal garden.

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, if he has any courage of convictions, should go for Open Source Operating Systems based on Unix and Linux, such as Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Fedora, etc. etc. , most of which are free and are available including SOURCE CODE.  That means the linux based OS's can be customised and tailor made by the software experts employed by the Government to suit the needs of the poor of Andhra Pradesh.

Besides, Unix based systems are very secure, both from the point of view of viruses, and stealing of passwords-data-funds.   Everybody politician and bureaucrat steering Andhra Pradesh may not know the vulnerabilities of Windows OS and the sufferings of the using Government Departments and Organisations, owing to the prevailing gross ignorance about the merits and availability of Linux among our bureaucrats and politicians.

No need of begging Mr. Bill Gates.  Mr. Bill Gate's friendliness to Mr. Chandra Babu is a part of the marketing strategies of Bill Gates and Microsoft.  There is no true comradery.

He who moves alone, moves the fastest. Every good task, at first appears to be, impossible. Key of success is effort and perseverance. Success materialises only with concentration and dedication. The fragrance of valorous acts is fame. Fortune follows a courageous person, like his shadow. Success demands extreme efforts. Wisdom is the chief element of chivalry. Goal is attained by effort, and not by ambitions or desires or intentions. Conviction and strong commitment to conviction is the strength for a person. Howsoever powerful a gale may be, a mountain does not move by it. We have authority only to perform karmas, but we have no right to their fruits. With hard work, courage and concentration, a fantasy can become a reality. A person who has confidence in himself and his capabilities, will never fail.

Though this apparently looks like a harangue, sometimes this can motivate a person, who is hitherto unmotivated or undermotvated, because of lack of appropriate stimulus.

I failed in some subjects in exam. But my friend passed in all. Now, he is an engineer in Microsoft. And I am the owner of the Microsoft. --Bill Gates.

People of the ilk of Bill Gates may consider earning money (through just or foul means), building and running Companies, harassing common people with monopolistic tendencies, etc. as indicators of success.

Even, Companies which have been started by persons like Bill Gates also have failed. There is also no guarantee that Microsoft should not / would not fail in future.

We can take, for example, the case of the Optim Energy, owned/ founded by Mr. Bill Gates.

To continue.
