1073 How did our Hon. Prime Minister satisfy himself about the 'Masla' (Problem) of the Security Threat posed to India by Aadhar?

In April 2014, Mr. Narendra Modi, at that time our BJP-Prospective-Prime Minister opposed the imposition of Aadhar Cards on the Nation by Mr. Manmohan Singh, on the ground Aadhar posed Security Threats and sought Clarifications from the pre-2014-May-Congress Prime Minister. Proof: above Tweet from Mr. Narendra Modi. Fair enough. I greatly appreciate him. But the same Hon. Narendra Modi, after becoming Prime Minister, got the "Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, benefits and services) Act, 2016" passed in Parliament as a Money Bill.

What worries me so much?

I am neither a sympathizer of Mr. Narendra Modi or Mr. Manmohan Singh. What worries me the most is that People elected Mr. Narendra Modi in 2014, with Great Hopes. But, Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Arun Jaitley are continuing the same policies of Mr. Manmohan Singh, are creating a situation where People will bring back Congress to Power. It leaves the question: "Do they want to commit harakiri, like mythological Suyodhana and Duhsasana of Mahabharata fame?"

Resurrection of Congress and Nehru Dynasty, happened at trice in the past. 1984, 1991 and 2004.

BJP's contribution to Failure of Janata Experiment 1977

First, there was disappointments with the Janata Experiment of 1977, where Late Morarjee Desai, Jagjivan ram, and Charan Singh played their politics and brought back Mrs. INdira Gandhi to power in 1980. On the Economic Front they could not do much because Mr. Morarjee Desai had a bureaucratic mindset, with his antennae not directed towards people, unlike his predecessor Mrs. Gandhi, who knew how to win over People.

Late Vajpayee was Foreign Minister. Shri L.K. Advani was Information and BroadCasting Minister. R.S.S. became the Point of Contention among the Old Janata Partners. Cohesive Coordinated Working became impossible. The Erstwhile Jana Sangh was revived with new name "Bharatiya Janata Party".

In 1980, Mrs. Gandhi rode back to Power. She might have continued her dynasty with the help of her elder son Rajeev Gandhi and her own coterie , in spite of the demise of her younger son Sanjay Gandhi in Aeronautic Acrobatics, but for her Assassination in 1984.

Second Resurrection of Nehru Dynasty in 1991

Second: The disappointment was with Mr. V.P. Singh. He wanted to stay afloat by embracing Mandal Commission Report and tried to play BC Card. Finally, he lost. Mr. Rajiv Gandhi might have replaced him, but for the Assassination of Mr. Rajeev Gandhi at Shri Perambudur, Tamil Nadu, during an Election Campaign. His Assassination resulted in Congress coming back to Power, and led to the Anointment of Late P.V. Narasimha Rao as Prime Minister, and Mr. Manmohan Singh as Finance Minister. Then started, series of Economic Reforms, with the Acronym "LPG" (Liberalisation, Privatisation, and Globalisation).

FOREIGN INWARD INVESTMENTS, NOT A REAL SOLUTION FOR THE CHRONIC PROBLEM OF INDIA'S BALANCE OF PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES, AND DETERIORATING INDIAN RUPEE

The Reforms initiated by Mr. Manmohan Singh, temporarily ameliorated the problem of India's dwindling Foreign Exchange Reserves position which during Mr. Narasimha Rao's predecessor Mr. Chandra Sekhar's tenure, to India's exporting its gold to London. This amelioration was not by Export Promotion through sincere serious stubborn efforts, but by receiving Foreign Investments into the country, exposing India's to volatilities of International Markets.

India found a "Soft, No pains Solution" to the problem of Balance of Trade Adversity, Balance of Payment Current Dis-Equilibrium, Mobilising Funds for Defence Purchases, apart from working as Allauddin Magic Lamp to rub day in and out, for making payments towards Oil imports, Electronic Imports, Sport Cars, Private Planes, Italian Marbles, Furniture (Indian Imports of Furniture during 2017: $472.3 million), and what not.

Third Resurrection of Congress (indirectly Nehru Dynasty) in 2004

I am sad that Vajpayee and his Finance Ministers 1999-2004 did not take to the "Swadeshi" Route. Instead, they continued the same Policies of Manmohan Singh Reforms, while trying to get accolades from Euro American Countries for Opening Gates of India , to Indiscriminate Imports. Foreign Exchange Regulation Act FERA 1973 was replaced by a lenient Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999 (came into force on 1st June 2000). This, in my view was a major blunder.

The Five years 1999-2004 were spent by Shri Vajpayee and Shri Advani, not in solving the major problems of India, especially Population Control, Poverty Alleviation, Promotion of Exports, Prevention of un-needed Luxury Imports, Productivity Uplift in Agriculture. Consequent natural result is , in spite of "Shining India" Campaign, in 2004 Outings, Congress wasresurrected.

What lessons did the BJP Leaders learn from all these Upheavals?

Mr. Narendra Modi may be thinking that, like the People of Gujarat who crowned him trice believing his Religious, Caste and Nationalist Appeals, the People of India will also repeat their gifts to BJP. In India, anything is possible.

There is nothing wrong in recognising one's own mistakes, revising one's own views, if a Politician recognises that he erred. Then, as a Public Functionary, he has to apologise to people, and explain the circumstances under which he has revised his stance. Politicians can't simply, twist their tongues as if nothing happened.

Mr. Bill Gates, the $82.3 billion said-tobe-self-made-tycoon, would not have said that, had Government of India, and State Governments taken steps to gradually introduce Linux OS in all Govt. Had measures been taken to introduce Linux O.S., and OpenOffice/LibreOffice in the place of MS Office, he would have declared the measure as a "timid protective step". He might have gone to World Bank and W.T.O., to pull his levers. Of course, Mr. Narendra Modi, Mr. Arun Jaitley and Mr. Aravind Pangaria will not like to be 'marked' as 'timid, protective'.

1. Mr. Bill Gates wants a Microsoft monopoly on all the Digital Systems and Sub-Systems of India, so that he can become a Trillionnaire.

2. Linux OS, and its forks and flavors are free of cost. India need not pay even a single Dollar to anybody for using Linux. I also understand that India has developed a BharatOS based on Linux, but it seems to have been placed in some cold storage, in the vaults of the Government.

3. Linux is open source. That means, Government's software engineers can change the designs, interfaces, depending on the Security needs of India. Whenever there is a snag, there will be no need to beg the Software Engineers of Microsoft, to set them right.

4. The world knows that Windows OS, MS Office, and windows based software packages are susceptible to virus attacks and hackings. Though Linux is not absolutely safe, it is relatively safe, particularly as long as the Administrators of System do not compromise with their passwords by allowing themselves to be phished.

Why does Mr. Bill Gate visit India frequently, in the guise of Charity and funding Health Schemes? Why did he appoint Mr. Satyam Nadendla, a person of Indian Origin as his CEO?

Ans: Mr. Gates wants India to be in his grips, because INdia has good purchasing power and substantial foreign exchange reserves to buy the monopoly commercial products of Microsoft. Some States like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat are more vulnerable to the plans of Mr. Bill Gates.

5. Unfortunately, the designers and distributors of Linux Packages do not send their representatives to India, to curry favor INdian Presidents, Prime Ministers, Central Ministers, Chief Ministers of States because, by distributing Linux, much money cannot be earned. No Financial Imperial empires can be built by distributing Linux. It is supposed to be free. At the most, they may insist on terms of GNU Public License. Most Linux designers and distributors live on advertisement revenue, donations and probably crowd funding. Not enough incentive, to go on World Tours. Besides, as there will be no kickbacks, Heads of States and Heads of Governments will not welcome and embrace them.
