Telangana State Govt., Telangana leaders, encourage Telangana lawyers to hate the lawyers of Residual Andhra Pradesh. At any point of time, violent squirmishes are possible between the two sides, a la the lathi battle which took place between Telangana POlice and the Residual A.P. Police at Nagarjuna Sagar Dam.

442 Who is outsider, who is insider in India, which is supposed to be one Nation?

We should know what Shri B.V. Raghavulu , Polit Bureau member of Communist Party of India Marxist (CPIM or CPM) is reported to have  said in Visakhapatnam on 8th March  2015.

Here is a link to a report by the Hindu daily, which contains a report with the title OUTSIDE LEADERS TO BLAME FOR BACKWARDNESS -CPIM. http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-andhrapradesh/outside-leaders-to-blame-for-backwardness-cpim/article6968812.ece

Lack of political awareness among local people and apathy of ‘outside’ political leaders elected from Visakhapatnam are responsible for the backwardness of north Andhra.

The lack of announcement of railway zone headquarters in Visakhapatnam in the railway budget despite assurances by elected representatives was an indication of their sincerity in the development of Visakhapatnam-- (CPIM State Secretariat Member, Shri Narasinga Rao).

YBRAO-A-DONKEY'S humble views वैबीराव गधे के विनम्र राय వైబీరావు గాడిద వినమ్ర అభిప్రాయాలు

CPIM's 21st All India Mahasabha is scheduled to be held at Visakhapatnam on 13th March 2015, Friday.

It is normally bourgeoisie parties which stroke and thrive on flames of regional discontent.   Now, an All India Party like CPIM, we can see is arousing regional sentiments in North Andhra.  Basically, there is no difference between the philosophies and strategies of Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, the Nawab of Telangana and the acclaimed father of the sub-Nation of Telangana -- and the philosophies and strategies which are going to be employed by the CPIM in North Andhra.

One straight question which CPIM leadership has to answer:  Who are outsiders in a country?  Who are insiders?

Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao used the terminology 'AndhrOLLu', 'Andhra dongalu' (and similar phrases) throughout his Telangana Movement days to create hatred against Andhra people in Telangana.

Like terrorists, exploiters have no Region, Caste, Religion, Language, Tribe, etc.  Exploiters have only one goal, make money.  These exploiters can be anybody from Srikakulam, Vizianagram, Visaskhapatnam, East Godavari Districts, or coastal Andhra , or Rayala Seema , or Telangana, or Gujarat, or Bengal, or any other place in the country, or from any country in the world with any caste, religion, langauge, background.  We cannot draw a dividing line of 'outsider' or 'insider'.  We cannot brand people with descriptive labels like 'ousiders', 'insiders' with hot iron rods, as is done for cattle in American ranches, or staple ear-tags to ears of people, a la as is done by Banking and Insurance Companies for insured cattle.

CPIM's goals, and goal-oriented-behaviors ought be to spread the benefits of the system of Marxism or Communism or Equalism which envisages removal of private property, nationalisation of all resources required for production, demonetisation of market economy, razing down all sorts of inequalities, so on so forth.

People expect Communist Parties to be different from bourgeoisie parties.  Horses have to behave like horses, and pigs have to behave like pigs.  Horses cannot behave like pigs, and we should not expect pigs to behave like horses.

018 Feedback to feedbacktogom-mha[at]nic[dot]in ప్రజల నుండి తీసుకున్న ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ తో ఏమి చేశారు? చెత్త కుండీలో పారేశారు. లేక పకోడీలు పొట్లాం కట్టుకున్నారు.

STOP THIS HASTY UNILATERAL IMPOSED DIVISION OF ANDHRA PRADESH. Pl. come up with amicable choices and allow people of both telangANa and SImAndhra to select.

New Capital for residual A.P. is going to be a very serious problem. Nallamala Hill Ghats on Guntur Kurnool Highway with hundreds of dilapidated culverts, robbers, wild animals will cause great trouble both to people of RAyala SIma and Coastal Andhra.

SImAndhra needs at least three States: Uttara Andhra (Visakhapatnam area), dakshiN Andhra (Vijayavada-Guntur Area), rAyala SIma.

Telangana needs division into uttara telangANa and dakshiNa telangANA.

Proposed States will compare favorably in area and population with kErala, and himAcal.

All these States will be bigger than North Eastern seven States.

These are to be decided by people of Andhra Pradesh. Not you and me.

Pl. PREPARE 3 TO 5 ALTERNATIVE SEPARATION PLANS AND SEND TO AP ASSEMBLY FOR THEIR CHOICE. GIVE FREEDOM TO THEM TO SEND MODIFIED ALTERNATIVE CHOICES.

PEOPLE OF AP HAVE TO DECIDE. NOT YOU.

If you still consider that your dictatorship should prevail over the feelings of people of AP, please foresee with vision of this part of India in the next 50 years to come:

Continuous strikes, bands, agitations, suicides for the next 50 years.

People may start a non-cooperation movement and refuse to pay taxes, particularly Central taxes.

People may rush to international fora for justice.

People will flood courts with writs, and you may have to face strictures from courts.

National Integration and the concept of United India will be severely endangered.

I can't foresee 100%. But, you have wiser heads. You must foresee.

Hence, please think like statesmen, and work hard for amicable solution. Pl. forget that you are slaves of Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Rahul Gandhi or even Congress Working Committee.

Just as Prime Minister and President cannot be slaves of Congress President, Cabinets and GOMs should not be slaves-to-slaves of Prime Minister.

Your doing justice to telangANa should not result in injustice to SImAndhra.

What did the Central Government do with the feedback obtained from the people of Residual Andhra Pradesh? Everything was a drama.
