If people of Bihar are unhappy with BJP, Congress, Laloo, Nitish, Pasvan, Manjhi, then they should elect independents. Learning lessons from pitfalls of others can save several debacles.
Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, speaking at Parivartan Ralley at Muzaffarpur, Bihar, on 25th July 2015, promised as under:--
"...Bihar would get a package bigger than Rs. 50,000 crore for its welfare and Centre has been working on the same. ..."
Shri Narendra Modi gave a similar assurance to the people of Andhra Pradesh, while speaking at Bharat Vijay Ralley, Tirupati, on 30th April 2014.

Here are some assurances made by Mr. Narendra Modi:-
"Look what these fraud Gandhis have done to Andhra Pradesh. We wanted both Telangana and Seemandhra to thrive, but the Congress is a doctor that believes in killing the mother while delivering a child."
"Congress wants to divide and increase their vote-bank, but Telangana has been created because of the sacrifices of hundreds of people, not because of Congress. Seemandhra is also a part of India but the government at the Centre has orphaned it."
"Congress knows it won't get anything in Seemandhra, so, they have left the region to fend for itself. This is wrong."
"...Vote bank and corruption politics are the identity of the Congress. ..."
"The Congress Party's identity is vote bank politics, corruption politics and dynasty politics. Even Fali Nariman has resigned from a government panel, this is a proof of Congress' corrupt politics...".
"Congress politics is politics of divide and rule. They make people fight, while they enjoy themselves in Delhi. They break the country, states, and hearts."
"But we are not like them. This rally venue may be small to today but Modi's heart is big. There may not be place for you on this ground, but there will always be place for you in my heart."

People of Residual Andhra Pradesh feel cheated both by BJP, Congress, TDP and YSR Congress. आंध्र प्रदेश के जनता बिजॆपी, कांग्रॆस, टीडीपी, और वैयस् आर् पी के बेइमानी से थक गया है।
If people of Bihar are tired with BJP, Congress, Lalu's Party RJD, Nitish Kumar's Party, Ram Bilas Pasvan's Party, Manjhi's party, then they have to search for new parties. Some of the best independents can also be elected. अगर बिहार के जनता बीजेपी, कांग्रॆस, लालू यादव पार्टी, नितीश पार्टी, राम बिलास पश्वान पार्टी, माँझी के पार्टी से थक गये तो, वें नये पार्टीयों के लिये खोजना. स्वतंत् उम्मीदवारों में कुछ अछ्छे लोगों को चुन सकते है। బీహార్ ప్రజలు బీజెపీ, కాంగ్రెస్,లాలూ పార్టీ, నితీష్ కుమార్ పార్టీ, రామ్ బిలాస్ పశ్వాన్ , మాంఝీ పార్టీలతో అలసిపోయి ఉంటే వాళ్ళు కొత్త పార్టీల కొరకు వెతుక్కోవాలి. అవసరమైతే బీహార్ ప్రజలు స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్ధులలో మంచి వారిని ఎన్నుకోటం ఉత్తమం.
If Mr. Narendra Modi Govt. allocates Rs. 50,000 crore to Bihar, other States will object. Not only States ruled by Non-BJP Parties, even BJP ruled States can object. This promise is an impossible promise, because if implemented, it can lead to agitations in other parts of the country.
अगर नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार, बीहार विकास केलिये रू. ५०,००० करोड अनुदान सच्चा किये तो, अन्य राज्य को लोग खामोश नहीं रहेगे। अन्य राज्यों में आंदोलन शुरू हो जायेगे, और पूरे देश अशांतिपूर्ण हो जायेगा।
నరేంద్ర మోడీ ప్రభుత్వం, బీహార్ అభివృధ్ధికి నిజంగా 50,౦౦౦ కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తే ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల వాళ్ళు ఊరుకోరు. ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలలో ఆందోళనలు మొదలయ్యి, దేశం అశాంతి నిలయంగా మారుతుంది.
BOth Shri MODI and Rahul Gandhi lack a long term view. Lacking this foresight, they made a promise of Special Status to Residual Andhra Pradesh, and ditched them.
श्री मोदी और राहुल गांधी दोनों को दीर्घ कालिक दृक्पथ नहीँ है। इसलिये उनहोंने परिशिष्ट आंध्र प्रदेश को स प्रत्येक प्रतिपत्ति असाध्य वाग्दान करके, अन्याय पूरित विभजन किये। आंध्र प्रदेश जनता को धोका दिये।
శ్రీ మోడీ మరియు శ్రీ రాహుల్ గాంధీ ఇరువురికి దీర్ఘకాలిక దృష్టిలేదు. అందుకే వారు, అసాధ్యమైన ప్రత్యేక ప్రతిపత్తి వాగ్దానాన్ని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కు చేసి, ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ను అన్యాయమైన పధ్ధతిలో విభజించి, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రజలను అనాధులిగా చేశారు.
People of Bihar should not fall in the same ditch in which people of Andhra Pradesh fell.
For people of India, true solution lies in Total Socialism or Marxism. Not in fake Rs. 50,000 crore promises.
भारतीय गरीब जनता के लिये सच्चे परिष्करा संपूर्ण साम्य वाद और प्रजास्वामिक मार्क्सिम, मतलब श्रामिकस्वाम्य में ही मिलेगा। रू. ५०,००० करोड वादा में नहीं मिलेगा।
భారతీయ పేదలకు సరియైన పరిష్కారం సంపూర్ణ సోషలిజం లేక మార్క్సిజం లేక శ్రామికస్వామ్యం లో మాత్రమే దొరుకుతుంది. రూ. 50,000 కోట్లు ఇస్తాము అనే మాటలు వట్టి కోతలు.
