1104 Online Clickable MCQ Test No. 942662 for Multipurposes

1034 (Part 2/5 series) What are the definitions of Hindi words 'uch (higher)' and 'nIch (lower)'? Who are to express this attribute?

This is in continuation of Post No. 1031 at this blog: Click if you wish to start from problemsoftelugus.blogspot.com/search/label/1031. Recapitulation: In the heat of Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017, Mr. Mani Shankar Aiyar, a Former Congress Central Minister and MP, in his speeches, referred to Mr. Narendra Modi, Hon. Prime Minister of India, as 'nIch kism'. The two top meanings of the word 'kism' was discussed by us in the post 1031, the first meaning being 'type, kind' i.e. nIch kism = lowly type, lowly kind, in essence a bad/wicked person. The second meaning of kism was 'breed' with reference to khAndAn (family), nasl(caste) of a person, nIch kism, then means a person of a lowly family caste. Mr. Narendra Modi, Hon. Prime Minister, in his speeches took the meaning that Mr. Aiyar referred to his (Mr. Modi's) Backward Caste. Mr. Aiyar, under pressure, claimed that he referred to 'type, kind' of person, NOT TO THE CASTE OF MR. MODI, and that as he belonged to South India, who are not expected to be conversant with the nuances of Hindi language, sought that his utterance may be excused/ignored/condoned.

This is a controversial delicate subject, which is to be handled very carefully even during discussions and reviews. Hence, I request my Readers to bear and forbear with me. I have no malice towards either Hon. Modi, or Mr. Aiyar. I shall try to be impartial.

What are the definitions of the Hindi words 'uch' and 'nIch'

Uch and nIch are attributive adjectives, i.e. adjectives placed before Nouns to denote 'high, higher', 'low, lower' respectively. Different dictionaries may have different meanings, depending upon the predilections-penchants-preferances of the Compilers of the Dictionaries. Dictionaries are not like 'single-monopolistic' sacred scriptures of some religions, which insist upon that only one specific scripture should be adhered to. Most Indian languages are not monopolistic, bigot-ic languages (My personal view: Religions may be bigotic and monopolistic, but languages are not expected to be bigotic and monopolistic).

Again another subjective view from me, that Valmiki Ramayan is not a primary Religious Scripture, in spite of numerous interpolations and insertions into it by Temple Preachers at the instance of Kings

We shall take an example from Sanskrit Valmiki Ramayan, where the word 'nIch' has been used to mean a 'nIch mAnav lowly person-human' i.e. to the kism='kind, type' interpretation, and not 'breed, caste, family' interpretation.

Valmiki Ramayan, Book 3 (Aranya kAnDa=Book of Forests), sarge 53= Chapter 53, SlOka 3 =Verse 3. 3-53-3.
In DevanAgari Script

In Roman Script
na vyap taraasE nIch karmaNA anEna rAvaNa
gnAtvA virahitam, yO mAm cOrayitvA palAyasE.

Word to word meanings and English gist. Source courtesy: Click here to go to http://valmikiramayan.net/utf8/aranya/sarga53/aranya_53_frame.htm, if you wish to see the verse.

niica raavaNa = knave, Ravana; GYaatvaa = on knowing; vi rahitaam = without, someone - my aloneness; yaH = you who are; maam corayitvaa palaayase = me, on thieving, you took to flight; anena karmaNaa = by this, act [subterfuge]; na vyapatrapase [vi apa tarpase] = not, [very, lowly, ashamed] = are you not ashamed in the least.

"You knave Ravana, you are taking flight on thieving me after prowling about my loneliness, such as you are, are you not ashamed in the least for this subterfuge.

Context in the Valmiki Ramayana: The Demon Ravana abducted Rama's wife Sita, when Sita, Rama, Lakshmanas were in Forest Exile. Sita was denouncing Ravana for his stealthy mischievous act of taking her away through lowly methods. Valmiki (through Sita's wails) used 24 verses, almost the entire Chapter 53, to denounce Ravana, for his knave act.

In the above word-to-word meanings given at Respected above source vAlmikiramayan website, the two words 'nIca' and 'rAvaNa' were taken as one phrase, calling the Demon 'knave Ravana'.

I personally view that: this word 'nIch=knave' has been used in the Meanings as attribute to describe rAvaNa, and placed before the word rAvaNa. A better way of placing this attribute nIch knave will be, before kArmENa. nIch karmENa = by knave, stealthy actions. Here, nIch are the actions of RavaNa, and not Ravana himself. But, by derivation, automatically, indirectly, a person who performs knave acts (nIch karm) becomes nIch=knave. Anyway, the ultimately we can say that Sita called Ravana knave, because Ravana stole her performing knave acts.

Meaning of 'knave' , as per Click to go to http://www.dictionary.com/browse/knave.

knave [neyv] an unprincipled, untrustworthy, or dishonest person.
Archaic. a male servant. a man of humble position.

Synonyms: 1. blackguard, villain, scamp, scapegrace. Knave, rascal, rogue, scoundrel are disparaging terms applied to persons considered base, dishonest, or worthless. Knave, which formerly meant merely a boy or servant, in modern use emphasizes baseness of nature and intention: a dishonest and swindling knave. Rascal suggests shrewdness and trickery in dishonesty: a plausible rascal.A rogue is a worthless fellow who sometimes preys extensively upon the community by fraud: photographs of criminals in a rogues' gallery.A scoundrel is a blackguard and rogue of the worst sort: a thorough scoundrel. Rascal and rogue are often used affectionately or humorously ( an entertaining rascal; a saucy rogue), but knave and scoundrel are not.

yb's personal view: I have already pointed out in Post No. 1031, the word kism has two meanings, one referring to the type of person, and the other referring to the breed of the person. Here also, for the word nIch=knave person, we are again getting two meanings, the first is the active meaning of 'type of person'. The second refers to the archaic meaning of 'servant, person of humble position'.

Who must say/evaluate that somebody is 'uch (highly rated person)', and some other person is a 'nIch (lowly rated/type of person)' ? Who are the persons to say uch/nIch about our Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi?

As I have already written, there are no definitions for the words 'uch' and nIch'. They are all approximates of attributes. Besides, nobody can be perfect 'uch' or perfect 'nIch'. We, humans, are all complex characters, with 'dvandva pravrittis= dual conflicting traits'. That means a person can be 'uch' at some places, and 'nich' at some other places (Place variance). A person can be 'uch' at a certain time, and 'nich' at some other time, even on the same day, within a gap of a few seconds/minutes/hours. This beautiful Place-fluctuating gyrations, and the Time-gyrations between 'uch' and 'nIch' behaviors of the same person, has been demonstrated in a fantas-tic legend called 'simhAsana dvAtrimsikam' connected with the Lives of Emperors Vikramarka and Bhoja rAja. That story I shall narrate some other time.

Period of Experience - or personal interactions with the 'person under study' can also throw a brighter-denser focus on ways of behaviors-conducts-dialogs-movements of persons.

For example, the People of Gujarat have experinced Mr. Narendra Modi, as an RSS/BJP Worker for about 13 years, and as Chief Minister for about 15 years. Whereas People of India were exposed to the Rule of Hon. Narendra Modi only for about four years. That means people of Gujarat were 'more intense subjects and objects of Mr. Narendra Modi's predilections, when compared to the People of India.

If Mr. Narendra Modi is to be given 'stars' at personal level, Ms. Jashoda Ben i.e. Mrs. Narendra Modi will be the right person to star him.

If Mr. Narendra Modi is to be given 'stars' at political level, the most Competent Evaluators, may be Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shri Lal Krishna Advani, and Shri Murali Manohar Joshi, who received his Services, and who encouraged him to become the Chief Minister of Gujarat.

Something autobiographical from my youth-hood experience, in my career

1033 Rahul Gandhi seems to have blundered in siding with Hardik Patel, and promising nearly Impossible Reservations

Mr. Rahul Gandhi, the 2017 de jurie Congress President, seems to have erred in getting support of Mr. Hardik Patel, the Casteist Leader of Gujarat, and its landed Caste Patidars, by making nearly an impossible promise of Reservations to them, as Reservations in Excess of 50% are extremely difficult in the light of Supreme Court Judgements, especially when it is clear that Central Government led by Mr. Narendra Modi is not going to co-operate, as satisfying one caste in one State, will lead to series of agitations in other States. Rahul Gandhi ought to have seen beyond gaining temporary political advantage. He must have realised that help can be given to poorer Sections of the Society, whatever caste they may belong to, even without caste-based, religion-based Reservations. I am not a supporter of Hon. Narendra Modi, or his BJP Party (nor its hater). Nor, am I writing with hind sight, after seeing the Gujarat Election Results.

Mr. Hardik Patel has already started his wicked politics. He has tried to tempt the Gujarat's Dy. Chief Minister, Nitin Patel, to ditch his own party and join Congress, with 10 legislators and form Government with support from Congress.

Mr. Rahul Gandhi cannot be a Replacement for Mr. Narendra Modi

People have rejected Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, and her-proxy Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh,as they were tired of the misrule by Congress. Now, Mr. Narendra Modi and Arun Jaitley are proving to be excelling in their misrule, as they seem to want to outdo Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Singh. But, it does not mean that Prince Rahul Gandhi, who is a dynastic successor in the Nehru Dynasty will be an automatic Replacement for Mr. Narendra Modi. What is the Service Record of Mr. Rahul Gandhi? As MP from Amethi, what is his Performance? Waiting on the Wings, did he ever try to point out the undesirable features in the Misrule of Ms. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Manmohan Singh?

By hastily expelling Mr. Mani Shankar Ayyar, Former Union Minister, and a long-time reliable friend of Late Rajiv Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi has proved himself to be a 'wilting panicky' and 'weak-spined' leader.

During his Election Campaigns in Gujarat Elections 2017, Mr. Rahul Gandhi conducted himself like any other bourgeoisie politician a la Mr. Narendra Modi. Example:-Here is a link to a TimesofIndia.com Report which indicates that Congress tried to rope in Mrs. Jashoda Ben (w/o Shri Narendra Modi) to contest in recently completed Gujarat Assembly Elections, and that she refused. Click here to go to https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/jaipur/bjp-to-win-over-130-seats-in-guj-jashodaben/articleshow/61954509.cms, and study the TimesofIndia Report.

"...Jashodaben's sister-in-law, however, said that the Congress party had contacted the family and they wanted Jashodaben to contest in Gujarat elections but she refused. ..."

This is is such an important matter, that Congress Leaders might have obtained Mr. Rahul Gandhi's permission, before making an offer to Mrs. Jashoda Ben. In that case, it will be very petty on the part of Mr. Rahul Gandhi to bring in an estranged wife as a Political Contestant and Opponent. Fortunately, Mrs. Jashoda Ben is (reported to have) rejected the Offer. It will be a different thing, if she, on her volition approaches any Political Party to contest any Election.

Excess Publicity by Media to Mr. Rahul Gandhi's Gujarat Campaigns

My perception of Gujarat Assembly Elections 2017 is that both BJP and Congress have spent heavily. But both Print and Election Media seem to have ignored the Role of Money in Gujarat Elections. (But the same Media, how could they report huge moneys spent in RK Nagar Assembly Constituency in Tamil Nadu?) Media's silence about Role of Money in Gujarat Elections definitely can give an impression that they too received some payments from both the National Parties, to keep mum. What is important here is, Industrialists and Business Houses may happily come forward to fund the Ruling Party. But the Billion Dollar Question is "Who funded Congress?". Did Congress repatriate some funds stashed abroad by its Dynasty? Or did the same industrialists and business houses who financed the Ruling Party, wanted to play safe, by hedging their risks and supporting both the Parties, albeit they might have given Congress somewhat less funds say 60% of what are given to the Ruling Party?

Whether there are elements of Religion and Caste which played their Roles or not, in India nobody can win Elections without Moolah. This applies even to CPI and CPI-M.

Only 5% completed. To come back and continue adding / deleting / modifying.

976 Musings on Indian Cricketers, Indian Communism

The above picture shows a banner purportedly on behalf of Bharat Army (Indian Army) thanking Mr. Sachin Tendulkar, an Indian Cricketer Star, for his staying with them for 24 years. It is not clear whether the banner carries the approval from an appropriate authority from Indian Army. It will be for the Indian Army to accept it or to deny it. Occasion: Mr. Sachin Tendulkar was promoting his film in London. In the London City, apart from promoting his film, Mr. Tendulkar also received a Fellowship Award to celebrate "Excellence in Global Asian Community" whatever it may mean. It is also not clear whether the promoters of the Award benefit from the presence of Mr. Tendulkar, or-- Mr. Tendulkar benefits from being conferred the Award, or there will be mutual benefits. Anyway, I do not think, citizens of India will not benefit from their celebrations. During the celebrations, Shri Tendulkar expressed some "His Majestic" intentions, and Expression of Interest. Of course, no MOUs were signed.

Let us see what Mr. Tendulkar plans

*...Planning to support charities and various initiatives to help the under-privileged people in the second innings of life. ..."

"...Providing solar lights to poor people in India was one of them. ..."

ybrao-a-donkey's personal views, not intended to be imposed on others

Is Mr. Tendulkar over-privileged, or under-privileged?

Who benefited more? Did the Indian Army benefit by appointing Mr. Tendulkar as its Brand Ambassador? Or did Mr. Tendulkar benefit from his getting appointed as Army's Brand Ambassador?

Mr. Tendulkar is already 44. He is still mooting. He is still thinking of "supporting charities and various initiatives". What are those initiatives? Somebody has to collect funds, buy some goodies such as solar lanterns, arrange functions, he will come late waving his hands, and then distribute the khilone (toys) to those so called under-privileged, amidst Television glares. And that too, if he gets time, after servicing his "Endorsement Marketers" and completing his "short-film shootings". To thank him again for all these, we have to institute a New Award larger than "Bharat Ratna".

Vocabulary help: 'Mute', 'Moot' difference. Both can be used as attributive adjectives. They can also be placed at the end of sentences

MUTE MOOT
Refraining from speech or temporarily speechless. *(of a person) lacking the faculty of speech. *(of a letter) not pronounced. *Subject to debate, dispute, or uncertainty. *Having little or no practical relevance.
Moot can also be used as verb, noun. Moot, as verb: raise, airing ideas.

Last time we wrote of Respectable Shri D. Raja, the Rajya Sabha Member from Tamil Nadu, was on 30th Nov. 2015. It was in our post No. 619. Click here to go to our post No. 619 and study our criticism of Shri D. Raja.. It was about his getting inspiration from China, and Vietnam as Beacons for Indian Communism.
Today, our subject will be, his interview to DeccanChronicle.com, on 7th May 2017. Click here to go to http://www.deccanchronicle.com/opinion/op-ed/070517/sunday-interview-there-needs-to-be-a-movement-to-counter-the-modi-shah-duo.html, and study D. Raja's interview. The title of the interview is "...There needs to be a movement to counter the Modi-Shah duo...". It has mainly dealt with Opposition Unit, for the Election of the President of India, 2017. Two important quotes from the interview are particularly interesting:--

"...I have met Congress president Sonia Gandhi. She is concerned with the current situation. The Sangh Parivar is vitiating the atmosphere. When I told her that there needs to be a broadest possible alliance, she agreed. She also agreed to my view that there needs to be a people’s movement to counter the Modi-Shah duo. ..."

"... All said and done, the Congress is a pan-Indian secular party. The regional parties have their own pulls and pressures. However, no leadership has been discussed as of now. We will talk about it only after the presidential polls. We are not discussing any political alliance as of now. As far as Mr Gandhi is concerned, the Opposition parties have to understand that times are changing. I don’t think blaming Mr Gandhi for everything makes sense. ..."

"...At present, we are interested in a people’s movement. We have to resist the politics of the Sangh Parivar. As of now, this movement should not be linked to electoral politics. ..."
yb-a-donkey's view (not intended to be imposed on others): The history of CPI shows, that the principal reason for its downfall is, its hanging around Congress Party, before the 1962 CPI split, and after the 1962 split.

Is Congress a pan-Indian Party? Is Congress a Secular Party? Is CPI not a pan Indian Secular Party? Only Mr. Raja should explain the Secular character of Congress !!!

During Mrs. Indira Gandhi's days, CPI did not want blame her. Instead, it wanted to hang around her. 2017, CPI does not want to blame Mr. Rahul Gandhi. If Congress is really a pan-Indian Party, and if its Crown Prince Rahul Gandhi is a pan Indian National Leader, then, there should be nothing wrong in blaming Mr. Rahul Gandhi, for his incapability to compete with Mr. Narendra Modi.

About Mr. Raja's idea of People's Movement to counter the Sangh Parivar
1. This falls under one important Communist dilemma/enigma. Which is to be opposed first? Communalism? Or Capitalism? In the name of preventing communalism, Left Parties became soldiers of Congress. In spite of that, finally power went into the hands of Communalists. And the Communalists also seem to be moderating and mending themselves, or at least making facades of shifting themselves,as a balancing act, as they might have found from experience that with only Hindu votes alone, they cannot capture all the States, and at all times.

2. People do not have much time to participate in movements, carry Sickle Flags, get beaten by police lathis, being pushed into police vans, unless some 'wages' are paid for participation, or some alternative money/property benefits are shown. Gone are the days of 'nishkAma karma', English: working without expecting results. Besides, some of the things which CPI and CPIM are promising, are also being offered by BJP, Congress, Regional Paries, who else not?

3. Why CPI and CPM are unable to promise something more drastic?
CPI can promise something like 'Removal of Private Property', 'Nationalisation of all Occupations and Businesses', 'Treating every citizen as a Government Employee', 'Removal of currency system, paper or digital'?

4. When getting defeated in Presidential Elections is 100% predictable, why waste time in selecting some person as a Joint Opposition Candidate? And why should CPI, CPM participate in useless negotiations with the likes of Deve Gowda, Sharad Yadav, Lalu Yadav, Mulayam Yadav? All the resources such as time, money, workers, vehicles, are very precious. Why waste them? They can be spent on communicating to the Workers and the Poorest, instead of hassling and bickering with the likes of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

915 Mr. Narendra Modi may have to realise that today's "listening ears" may not last for ever

Every one in the world has his-her own set of idio-syncrasies. These syncrasies of individuals add upto local syncrasies, Regional syncrasies, National syncrasies, Global syncrasies, Religio-syncrasies in different permutations and combinations. Ridiculing someone else's syncrasies does not help a person, to raise his own dignity level. Temporarily, such ridiculer may be able to impress others, gain some votes, make some bucks, attract some Twitter-likes, wows, haha-s, hoho-s. The trigger for this yb-a-donkey's observation is from some wisecracks ( चुटकुला, फ़ब्ती , लतीफा , फ़ब्ती कसना, क्षिप्र उक्ति) of our honored Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, who has been elected for a term of five years from 2014 to 2019. Of course, he may get re-elected repeatedly every five years in future, like his Gujarat successes as its Chief Minister. As on date, however, everything is ephemeral. In Telugu language, there is a proverb, and also a verse from Sumati Satakam (A 14th Century circa book of 100 verses on Ethics intended for children, but equally applicable to adults, not only of India, but also to the adults of the worlds in general.)

ODalu banDlunu vaccunu,
ODalu A banDla pai oppuga vaccun,
ODalunu A banDlan vale
vADambaDu kalimi lEmi vasudhanu sumatI.

Approx. Engl. gist: First line: Ships, and carts come.
Second line: Ships come on carts, gloriously.
Third line: Ships are used like those carts (somewhat menially),
fourthline: when there is dearth of wealth, on this Earth. SumatI= O wise person!

We shall now see some of the "subhAshitams" (wise sayings) of Shri Narendra Modi. Link to see the news report: Click here to go to EconomicTimes.Indiatimes.com.
"... Hard work is more powerful than Harvard ..."

"...As the latest GDP data shows demonetisation did not affect growth rate, rather the figures improved. ..."

"... On the one hand are those (critics of note ban) who talk of what people at Harvard say and on the other hand is a poor man's son who through his hard work is trying to improve the economy ..."

"In fact, hard work is much more powerful than Harvard".

Mr. Modi's remark came against the backdrop of Professor of Economics and Philosophy at Harvard University and Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen terming "...demonetisation as a despotic action that has struck at the root of economy based on trust ...".

(Economic Times news part): The government had yesterday pegged GDP growth at a higher-than-expected 7.1 per cent for 2016-17 despite the cash blues, which was higher than China's 6.8 per cent for Oct-Dec period of 2016, making India retain the tag of the world's fastest growing economy.

Harvard Education has its own strengths and weaknesses.
Harvard Economists have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Nobel Laureates of Economics have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Hardwork is like an arrow or a bullet. Arrows and Bullets will hit their targets only when they have accurate direction, and magnitude (minimum force required to reach the target). Besides, Business Environmental Changes should work favorably, or at least not work adversely. Example: International Crude prices can have a strong impact favourable impact or a dangerous impact on a country's economy which depends on Oil imports, or oil exports. During the last three years, India has been experiencing favourable low prices of oil.
If there is no proper direction and magnitude, hardwork may fail, leaving only a 'vrishaNAla prayAsa'. vrishaNAla prayAsa is a Telugu language phrase which refers to the 'exhaustion-fatigue of testicles' when they are used in a sexual intercourse which neither aims at begetting babies, or derive orgasmic pleasure.

EXAMPLE OF INCREASE OF imported CRUDE OIL AND LPG PRICES ON PEOPLE'S LIVES

This linked news report from Deccan Chronicle shows that Government has raised the prices of LPG cooking gas cylinders by Rs. 90/- Click to go to http://www.deccanchronicle.com/nation/current-affairs/020317/lpg-hiked-by-rs-90-centre-to-bear-cost.html. Of course, the Government is partly subsidising the increase. But everybody knows that someday or other, Government wants to totally scrap the cooking gas subsidy. It is only a question of time, before the tiger will leap. Even till then also, when the GST (Goods and Services Tax) comes into force, there will be increase, eventually.

“...LPG is like a yarn but the cylinder is like a cloth. Since GST is imposed on the end-product, we expect the price to increase further when GST is rolled out from July,” ---D. Ashok Kumar, president of the LPG Dealers’ Association.

Growth is a product of several factors. Hard work of our poorman's son "a poor man's son who through his hard work is trying to improve the economy" (The Prime Minister is referring to himself as the poorman's son working hard to improve the economy, in a sort of self-boast.), is one among several factors which concurrently and simultaneously affect the performance of an Economy. This applies to every country in the world including the Trump's United States, Teresa May's U.K., Angela Merkel's Germany, Hollande's France, Shibu Abe's Japan, Xi Jinping's China, or Mozambique or Namibia or Kenya, or Somalia.

Some people believe that GDP Growth Rate percentages of India are fudged by the previous UPA Government and the present NDA Government. Anyway, I do not want to doubt the honesty and integrity of this Government or the previous Governments, though there are some valid reasons to doubt the correctness of the GDP Growth Rate announcements.

India's GDP Growth Rate figures whether fudged or not, are going to be reasonably good for some more years to come, irrespective of whichever party may be in power, because
*population of India is continuously rising
*millions of youth are being added to the work force
*even while unemployed, they DO SOME WORK, to fill their belly and live on subsistence.
*India's demands for goods and services, will continuously rise, owing to poppulation increase.
*Owing to 'rich becoming filthy rich' and 'filthy rich becoming billionnaires', demand for goods and services produced by Euro-American Multi Nationals will also rise. E.g. Audi and Benz cars.

This is a 1000 page subject to write about. But, I shall venture to write on Mr. Amartya Sen's observation: "...demonetisation as a despotic action that has struck at the root of economy based on trust ...".

*People of India from 1947 to 2016 Nov., trusted Reserve Bank of India's currency notes, which are nothing but Demand Promissory NOtes issued by RBI, payable to bearer.

*For the first time, on a monstrous scale, a situation arose in Nov. 2016, when a blunt insensitive attack was made by the Government on this people trust, when people were forced to stand in Bank queues for surrendering the paper money. To start with there is only a Devil, and no deep sea. Deposit the notes in Banks, and wait in queues like a beggar, for a Rs. 2,000 note which one may get, or may not get at the end of the queue.

*In November 2016 itself, many people might have pledged within themselves, to withdraw their entire money from banks, and keep in homes, even if it exposes them to risks of thieves and robbers.

*In November 2016 itself, many people might have pledged within themselves, not to keep large amounts even in the form of currency notes, and convert their moneys into gold gradually, as they have lost trust even on currency notes.

Before 1947, Indian Economy was a barter economy. There was very less monetisation for various reasons.

861 PRIME MINISTER IS HEAD OF GOVERNMENT. HE IS TO SPEAK WITH DIGNITY. HE IS NOT A CLOWN

Prime Minister's Post, world wide, is regarded as HEAD OF GOVERNMENT, and is honored with GREAT RESPECT. Conversely, people of any Nation expect their Prime Minister to speak with dignity. He is not a clown or joker. This expectation of Great Dignity on the part of a Prime Minister, does not as much apply to an Opposition Leader. The job of the Opposition is to criticize and make allegations. They too are expected to maintain the dignity expected of their position, but not as much as the Prime Minister. This is because 1. Prime Ministers have global exposures. 2. Usually for any country, there will be maximum one or two Prime Ministers. But, a country can have any number of opposition leaders, depending on the number of parties.

Recently, we have seen in 2016 American Presidential Elections, both the candidates have, occasionally, spoken like clowns, and they were appearing as though they were participating in a CLOWNERY CONTEST. Comparatively, between Ms. Hillary Clinton and Mr. Donald Trump, as far as CLOWNISHNESS is concerned, Mr. Trump looked like a larger clown, though factually, there may not be much difference between them.

CONTEXT
Forthcoming Elections in Uttar Pradesh. Election Rallies are in full swing. Rivals are shooting their darts against one another. Mr. Rahul Gandhi took out a damp squib of an allegation of corruption against Mr. Narendra Modi, which Mr. Prashant Bhushan, a Senior Supreme Court Advocate and Swaraj Abhiyan Party leader tried to convert into a PIL in Supreme Court. Unfortunately for Mr. Bhushan, Supreme Court did not accept the writ petition, and he was asked to produce some solid substantive evidence. Same allegation, Mr. Rahul Gandhi tried to reignite, adding some attributes like "There will be an earthquake if I speak". He wanted to speak in Parliament, but he could not get. There were demands on him to disclose the earthquake outside. What Rahul Gandhi has finally come out with were two diary notes in Sahara, and Aditya Groups, which mentioned that amounts aggrgating approx. Rs. 40 crore (Rs. 400 million) were paid to Mr. Narendra Modi, in 2013 and 2014. These were payments before the Lok Sabha Elections 2014, when Mr. Narendra Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat, and he was rehearsing himself to be a Prime Ministerial candidate on behalf of BJP Party.

FUN OR RIDICULE CANNOT BE AN ANSWER TO WHAT RAHUL GANDHI SAID

For those readers who wish to see the Rahul-mocking speech of Mr. Narendra Modi, here is a link: Click to go to Youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acIkSd-RzKc.

For those readers, who wish to study the news report, here is the link: Click to open http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/politics-and-nation/how-narendra-modi-took-down-manmohan-rahul-and-chidambaram-in-his-bhu-speech/articleshow/56115566.cms.

Some tit-bits from the sarcastic speech of Mr. Narendra Modi:

"...They have a young leader who is just learning to give speeches. Since the time he’s learnt to speak, there’s no limit to my happiness. ..."

"... He (Rahul Gandhi) had been going around threatening that when he will speak, there will be an earthquake. If he hadn’t spoken, there could have been an earthquake. It would have been an earthquake that people would have had to deal with for 10 years. ..."

"... There is no chance of an earthquake now that he has spoken. We can be rest assured that there is no danger of the natural calamity in sight. ..."

"...He (Gandhi) may not have realised that he has admitted the failure of the long reign of his own party, ..."

"...I wonder whether he (Singh) was giving his own report card by admitting the dismal (poverty) situation…After all, he has been prime minister for two terms and a finance minister previously. Since the 1970s he has been holding key positions. ..."

yb-a-donkey's views, which cannot be imposed on Readers:

*Important reasons for success of BJP and Mr. Modi, in 2014 Lok Sabha Elections: Not only the so called charisma of Mr. Narndra Modi, but also 1. Mr. Rahul Gandhi's & his mother's failures. 2. Failures of Mr. Manmohan Singh and Congress. 3. Religious fanatism of SOME LARGE CHUNK of people in Varanasi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. This fanatism still continues.

Nobody can say that India has not done substantial progress during the last 60 years, which includes rule by Congress, Janata 1977 experiment in which BJP too participated, Indira-Rajiv-VPSingh-PV Narasimha Rao, DeveGowda-Gujral United Front Rule, Vajpayee-Advani Rule, Manmohan Singh Rule. Notwithstanding corruption, everybody have done their best. Owing to tripling/quadrupling of population from 360 million to 1.3 billion between 1947 and 2016, all our efforts and achievements have gone in vain. Besides, spiralling of oil prices have escalated our difficulties. We have ben compelled to spend a sizable share of our budget on Defence, as we had to defend our borders against invasions and infiltrations by Pakisthan and China.

One happy feature for Mr. Narendra Modi's Government is, oil prices have touched rock bottom during the last 2 1/2 years. Now, they are again farming up because OPEC countries, Russia, and Saudi Arabia seem to gradually patch up their differences, and restrict oil production and supplies. Now, this is time for Mr. Narendra Modi to get ready for meeting RISING OIL PRICES. There is also a SERIOUS DANGER OF TERRORIST ATTACKS FROM ISIS, continuous-continual squirmishes both from China and Pakisthan.

Sometimes, it may be easy and satisfying for a leader to shake hands in peculiar ways, modulate voice in peculiar ways, and generate laughter and claps from people. But, these things are reserved for street-level (basti level) politicians. Shri Narendra Modi is a venerated R.S.S. worker, as a person endowed with great discipline. Besides, he is Prime Minister. His personality and behavior ought to become 'jewels' for the designation of the 'Prime Minister' and serve as an example to emulate for future Prime Ministers. Else, some other leader from BJP itself may arise, resort to similar gestures and speaking style, but outsmart the pioneer Shri Narendra Modi. The Prime Minister post may come and go. But, Shri Narendra Modi, should be remembered by the Nation, as INIMITABLE.

In Telugu language, there is a proverb: 'tADi nekku vAnini tala tannu vADu unTADu'. Approx. English gist: "A person felt elated when he climbed a palm tree, and was at the top. But his joy didn't last long. Some other person reached slightly higher than him, and kicked the first person's head from above." The purport of this proverb is, there is no permanent place for anybody at the top. Next person will come, and overshadow. There were days, when I believed that Mr. Polly Umrighar and Ajit Wadekar were at the top of the Indian Cricket. When things were looking hopeless, Mr. Sunil Gavaskar came-- a great contributor to Indian Cricket. Several records were set. I thought that he would be invincible and unbeatable. Then, Messrs. Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Sehvag, Dhoni, Bedi, Prasanna, et al came and rewrote some records. Now the turns of Kohli, Asvin, Karun Nair et al have come. Simultaneously, there may be one or two persons who get excess awards, credits, fame, moola, fan-following, State-recognition etc. Mr. Tendulkar got his Bharat Ratna, for whatever be the undisclosed extraneous reasons. There may be unsung heroes also. Then, there may be fate-forsaken, God-forsaken (as an atheist I should not use these phrases) talented persons like Vinod Kambli, who get lost in the middle. Even in politics we see this: Mr. L.K. Advani could not reach the No. 1 level. Mr. Pranab Mukherjee too aspired for the No. 1 level. He has to satisfy with No. 1-A sort, though may be as per protocol the Supreme Commander and Head of State, still his true ambitions to become PMOI seem unfulfilled. In Capitalism, there can be no link/relationship direct or indirect, proportionate or disproportionate between talents, performances, and accomplishments.

Vocabulary notes:

The word UNIMITABLE is also correct as per Click to go to https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/unimitable. But UNIMITABLE seems to be archaic and anachronistic.

853 Speaker of Lower House of Indian Parliamnt ought to have asked PM of India, and the Vice President of Congress to make their written statements on Demonetization

Our beloved Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, seems to have successfully avoided explaining his side of "the defence" of his action of demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currency notes, before the India's Highest Temple of Democracy, LOK SABHA. Even if, Opposition Parties, (hypothetically) were to relent, and do relent on their demand that Shri Modi should apologise for his speech of casting aspersions on the Opposition, there is a possibility that he might not have condescended to explain his position to the Parliament. Now, unnecessarily, the Opposition Parties have to share a blame that they have obstructed the smooth functioning of Parliament. In fact, there are ways other than rushing to well of Speaker, raising slogans at the top of their voices, dancing, performing gymnastics, breaking mics, to Hon. Members to forcefully express their dissent, resentment, disappointments. Example: They can tie black hand-curchiefs / black scarfs around their mouths and sit silently in their seats. In fact, isn't SILENCE THE BEST FORM OF EXPRESSION / MUSIC ?

BIASED / INEPT MANNER IN WHICH LOK SABHA SPEAKER MS. SUMITRA MAHAJAN CONDUCTED 2016 WINTER SESSION OF LOK SABHA

Earlier in 'krita yuga' of Indian democracy, in India, we had a custom of Lok Sabha Speakers resigning to their Political Parties, to indicate their earnestness in conducting the proceedings of the House in a dignified, unbiased manner. Speakers in those days, might have considered themselves, to have reached the pinnacle of their accomplishments, though "President of India" and "Prime Minister of India" are two positions which seemed to enjoy greater public exposure, public glamour, and global prestige. Even in terms of protocol, unfortunately, Speakership of Lok Sabha, has a lower status. Legitimately, Lok Sabha Speakership ought to have an equal status with the President of India, and ABOVE THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA, and on par with the CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA, and the PRESIDENT.

2016 SPEAKERS OF LOK SABHA & RAJYA SABHA

They do not resign to their Political Parties. They do have Presidential and Prime Ministerial ambitions. They neither act impartially, nor at least beam rays of acting impartially. Most of their bias is pretty open. Consequntly, whenever Houses go berserk and become unmanageable, they express their unhappiness, which does not and cannot evoke sympathy from the House or Media or the Citizens. In the process, the Speakers themselves become laughing stocks, apart from the Ruling Party, and the Opposition. This does not augur well for the future of Indian Democracy. We have just completed about 70 years of our democracy. We have several Centuries to go and several Light Years of stellar distances to traverse into the cosmos, in our tryst with our destiny.

MRS. SUMITRA MAHAJAN, LOK SABHA SPEAKER, OUGHT TO HAVE ASKED THE PRIME MINISTER TO READ OUT HIS STATEMENT OF EXPLANATION ON DEMONETIZATION, IGNORING ALL DISTURBANCES AND SLOGANS

Speaker of Lok Sabha ought to have asked the Prime Minister to read out a written statement of whatever he wanted to say in Parliament about Demonetization. If that was not possible for any reason, owing to disruptions, the Speaker could have asked the Prime Minister to place his statement on Speaker's Table, or if that too is not possible, she should have come down to PM's seat to collect his statement, or if that too is not possible, she could have asked an Official of the Lok Sabha in her well to collect the statement from PM, or if that is also not possible, she could have asked the Marshalls to collect the Statement from PM, and thereafter, she should have got about 1000 xerox copies of it made with Lok Sabha Speaker's staff, arranged for distribution to all the Members, and then declare it as having been read. Where there is a will, there will be a way.

Making statement in Lok Sabha is different, from making speeches before a Coldplay Rock Concert. In spite of slogan shouting, and squirmishes, speaking before the Great House of Lok Sabha will certainly be more honorable than ritualistically congratulating and praising Hugh Evans, Shiv Khemka, Gauri Easwaran, Poonam Mahajan, and making a reference to a previous personal presence in the same Festival of New York.

For those readers of mine, who wish to study the Video Conferencing speech FULL TEXT of Shri Narendra Modi, at Coldplay Concert here is the link:-

To make public policy Cool, is no mean task!

Thank you guys for having me over.

You have been smart in asking me to only address the gathering, and not sing.

Else, I am pretty sure your audience would be asking you for their money back.

And that too in 100 rupee notes.

Then the Revered PM shifted to Hindi and "garibi" (poverty in India).

yb-a-donkey's views: In what way the likes of Hugh Evans, Shiv Khemka, Gauri Easwaran, Poonam Mahajan, will be interested in "garibi" ? Probably, our Respectable PM might not have been able to call our distressed formers in Kurnool Market Yard, Andhra Pradesh, "Thank you GUYS". He could not have told the hungry and worried farmers "Else, I am pretty sure your audience would be asking you for their money back. And that too in 100 rupee notes". Our Hon. Prime Minister, ought to have had a Video Conference with farmers in Kurnool Market Yard or some Khammam Market Yard in Telangana State. Thousands of videos / news reports are available on the internet which depict the miserable condition of people, particularly farmers and agricultural laborers. Mr. Modi could have conducted with any of the awfully suffering farmers with the help of local TV News Channels and Reports, apart from local BJP Party Units. I am not writing this with cynicism. I am writing this with a firm belief, that Mr. Modi speaking direct to the suffering farmers, might have assuaged some of their hurt feelings, apart from leading to receipt of suggestions for solving the grave currency crisis. Of course, it may not be as glossy or as prestigious or as comfortable as addressing Hugh Evans, Shiv Khemka.

LOK SABHA SPEAKER OUGHT TO HAVE ASKED THE MP, AND THE VICE PRESIDENT OF CONGRESS PARTY TO READ OUT HIS STATEMENT OF ALLEGATION OF CORRUPTION AGAINST MR. NARENDRA MODI

Whether with evidence or without evidence, whatever it is worth, Mr. Rahul Gandhi ought to have been asked to read out a statement of his version of corruption against Mr. Modi. If that was not possible for any reason, owing to disruptions, the Speaker could have asked Rahul Gandhi to place his statement on Speaker's Table, or if that too is not possible, she should have come down to Rahul Gandhi's seat to collect his statement, or if that too is not possible, she could have asked an Official of the Lok Sabha in her well to collect the statement from Rahul Gandhi, or if that is also not possible, she could have asked the Marshalls to collect the Statement from Mr. Rahul Gandhi, and thereafter, she should have got about 1000 xerox copies of it, arranged for distribution to all the Members, and then declare it as having been read. Where there is a will, there will be a way.

If Mr. Rahul Gandhi speaks out with vague allegations, then the MPs present there, and the Nation would have evaluated it, and made any meaningful deductions if such deductions are possible.

SPEAKER COULD HAVE INVITED (OR AT LEAST ASKED FINANCE MINISTER TO INVITE) SOME INDEPENDENT BANKING/FINANCIAL EXPERTS TO GIVE some constructive, practical SUGGESTIONS FOR TIDING OVER THE CURRENCY CRISIS

If Lok Sabha speaker could not invite experts to speak in Lok Sabha, the President of India ought to have advised the Lok Sabha Speaker to ponder over such realistic ideas.

To continue.

664 Both Central and State Govt. Police Stations should be established in all Indian Universities and Big Colleges

The visuals which we see on TV Channels, about the anti-National slogans given on the premises of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, on 8th Feb. 2016, in support of Afzal Guru, who was convicted by every Court from Trial level to the Supreme Court, for attack on the INdian Parliament, give a clear indication that alien Anti-National Conspirators are instigating the JNU Students. It is really a matter of shame for INdia, that this incident took place on a day, when the Nation was deeply distressed about the demise of the brave soldier Hanumantappa, struck by an avalanche on the Siachen Glacier. More so, because a few km. away from the JNU Student Union Meeting Place, a State Mourning was taking place for Hanumanthappa.

Mr. Rajnath Singh, Home Minister of India, is right when he said:
"...Protesting is a right, raising anti India slogans is not. ..."

It is strange that Mr. Sitaram Yechury, Mr. Raja, and Mr. Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy are supporting causes which have nothing to do Marxism or Socialism or Leftism, or even True Secularism. If their Student Union Leader Mr. Kanhayakumar has given Anti-National Slogans, under coercion, they should have explained the samething to Mr. Rajnath Singh, tendered an apology to the Government of India, on behalf of the erring Student Leader, and got him released. They should also have counselled the erring Student Leader.

If it is not the Leftist Student Leaders who have raised the anti-National Slogans, the Communist Leaders can ask for a high level Judicial Inquiry and an N.I.A. Investigation into the whole affair, because some L.E.T or ISIS or ISI Agents might have joined the crowd and hyjacked the whole Meeting, because the matter is very serious and danger to National Security and Integrity is involved. Even now, it is not too late. Left Leaders can make inquiries, and find out facts.

In this incident, there is a Lesson for students who have Sympathies towards True Socialism: When large-gatherings take place, alien unscrupulous elements may surreptiously join the crowd, and take control of the whole Meeting.

Lesson 1: Students with carefully checked "identity cards" should alone have been allowed into the Meeting.

Lesson 2: A Leaflet ought to have been distributed to all the participants, containing "Dos" and "Don'ts".

Lesson 3: "A Card of Warning" to the participants, those who violate Indian Penal Code, may undergo a risk of Criminal Prosecution under appropriate Sections.

Some suggestions to stem the ROT which has creeped into Indian Universities and Colleges.

1. Degree level, PG Degree level, and Ph.D. level courses need not be full time. Though at present most Colleges work only for 3 or 4 hrs. a day, remaining time is wasted by many students in unconcerned pursuits. Books are opened only during Exam. Season.

2. There is no need to give Scholarships to any student of any Course, any Section, caste, religion. Instead, all the students whether of Private Colleges or Govt. Colleges, should be given part-time work in a nearby Public Sector Undertaking / Organisation (as far as possible), or where it is not at all possible, at least a Private Sector Company. Hourly wages or piece-rate wages should be paid to them. This brings into the Students, a sense of dignity of labor, sense of pride and responsibility. They will not become parasites on the exchequer. The wages can be adjusted towards Fees, Hostel Charges, Library Charges, Uniforms, Cosmetics, Books, Tablets and Laptops etc. etc., and if any surplus is left can be paid to the Students at the end of the Course.

In this respect, we must keep in mind that India is a poor country. It will be immaterial for us what the Universities and Colleges in Rich Countries do.

3. If the students do not have skills to work at the Public Sector or the Private Sector Company, such skills should be imparted by engaging trainers.

4. The Part-time work given to the students should not only involve "mental labor", but also "physical labor".

MENTAL LABOR On the days Universities/Colleges function, they may get the minimum quota of "mental labor". On the days Universities/Colleges are closed, Mental Labor will have to be induced. The compulsory mental labor will enable the "brain cells" to absorb all the direct sugars consumed by the Students, and entering their blood stream.

PHYSICAL LABOR Works such as Mechanical Lathe work, Erection of Solar Panels, Erection of Wind Mills, Construction of Government Buildings, Flyovers, Roads, not entrusted to Contractors, etc. can be entrusted. The physical labor will enable the "muscle tissues" to absorb all the indirect sugars which starches and faty foods may contain. The students will live a healthy life, free from metabolic diseases like diabetes, high B.P. etc. They will get good sleep at the end of the day. They will not get addicted to alcohol or drugs.

5. Indian Penal Code, Patho-physiology, and Pharmacology should be made compulsory subjects, irrespective of the course.

6. Every University, big College should have a Central Govt. Police Station, and a State Govt. Police Station, with jurisdiction not only on the Institution, but also in the surrounding areas, to keep a watch on alien elements such as LET, ISI , ISIS etc. There should be sufficient number of CC Cameras. Both the Central and State Police should check all the visitors into-and-out of the University. Both should maintain Computerised Records of all the students, their guardians, their visitors. Both the Stations should study the Bank Accounts of all the Students, to examine if they are getting any foreign funds. Both should function simultaneously and independent of one another, and compete with one another. If disputes arise between Central and State Govt. Police Stations, Courts can decide who is right and who is not right. PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

Till the things stabilise, all Student Unions irrespective of affailiations to political parties including NSUI, NSU, ABVP etc. etc. should be banned. They may be permitted to operate after students get sufficient self-thinking and enlightenment.

To continue and revise this, with more proof..

550 People of Bihar should not fall in the same ditch in which people of Andhra Pradesh fell.

If people of Bihar are unhappy with BJP, Congress, Laloo, Nitish, Pasvan, Manjhi, then they should elect independents. Learning lessons from pitfalls of others can save several debacles.

Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, speaking at Parivartan Ralley at Muzaffarpur, Bihar, on 25th July 2015, promised as under:--
"...Bihar would get a package bigger than Rs. 50,000 crore for its welfare and Centre has been working on the same. ..."

Shri Narendra Modi gave a similar assurance to the people of Andhra Pradesh, while speaking at Bharat Vijay Ralley, Tirupati, on 30th April 2014.
Do not get unhappy I have come here with an assurance. Mai Vaada Nahi Irada Lekar Aaya hoon: Narendra Modi

Here are some assurances made by Mr. Narendra Modi:-
"Look what these fraud Gandhis have done to Andhra Pradesh. We wanted both Telangana and Seemandhra to thrive, but the Congress is a doctor that believes in killing the mother while delivering a child."

"Congress wants to divide and increase their vote-bank, but Telangana has been created because of the sacrifices of hundreds of people, not because of Congress. Seemandhra is also a part of India but the government at the Centre has orphaned it."

"Congress knows it won't get anything in Seemandhra, so, they have left the region to fend for itself. This is wrong."

"...Vote bank and corruption politics are the identity of the Congress. ..."

"The Congress Party's identity is vote bank politics, corruption politics and dynasty politics. Even Fali Nariman has resigned from a government panel, this is a proof of Congress' corrupt politics...".

"Congress politics is politics of divide and rule. They make people fight, while they enjoy themselves in Delhi. They break the country, states, and hearts."

"But we are not like them. This rally venue may be small to today but Modi's heart is big. There may not be place for you on this ground, but there will always be place for you in my heart."

If Mr. Narendra Modi Govt. allocates Rs. 50,000 crore to Bihar, other States will object. Not only States ruled by Non-BJP Parties, even BJP ruled States can object. This promise is an impossible promise, because if implemented, it can lead to agitations in other parts of the country.

BOth Shri MODI and Rahul Gandhi lack a long term view. Lacking this foresight, they made a promise of Special Status to Residual Andhra Pradesh, and ditched them.

People of Bihar should not fall in the same ditch in which people of Andhra Pradesh fell.

For people of India, true solution lies in Total Socialism or Marxism. Not in fake Rs. 50,000 crore promises.

480 Is there any Government which is not suit-boot ki sarkar?

"Your government is for the rich people, a suit-boot ki sarkar. यह सरकार उद्योगपतियों और सूट-बूट वालों की सरकार है। మీ ప్రభుత్వం ధనవంతులది, ఒక సూట్ బూట్ ప్రభుత్వం."

"...Achhe din govt has failed the country on minimum support price and agriculture credit...మంచి రోజుల ప్రభుత్వం దేశానికి విఫలమయింది . దేశానికి కనీస మద్దతు ధరలు మరియు వ్యవసాయ ఋణాల విషయంలో ఇచ్చిన మాటలను నెరవేర్చటంలో విఫలమయింది అని భావం. "

"...Govt is for industrialists and the rich. सर्कार उद्योगपतियों और धनवान के है। ప్రభుత్వం పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలది, ధనవంతులది.”

"...India’s foundation is made up of farmers. If you believe that those corporates who drive in swanky cars are India's foundation you are mistaken...భారత్ యొక్క పునాది రైతులతో ఏర్పడింది. పడవల్లాంటి కార్లలో తిరగే కార్పోరేట్లే భారత్ యొక్క పునాది అని మిరు నమ్మితే, మీరు చాల పొరపాటు పడ్డట్లు... "

Hindi gist:

Mr. Rahul Gandhi, should have raised this question when Mr. Manmohan Singh was made PM of India, ignoring many eligible Senior leaders, enabling him to tromp through over their heads! Not only that, when Mr. Rahul Gandhi becomes PM he is certain to wear suits and boots.

Tail piece
The Guru of our Great Nation Uplifter Swami Vivekananda Paramahamsa, - Ramakrishna Parama Hamsa used to wear boots.  Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was very famous as being a devotee of Great Intensity, that people said that he swept the floors of the Dakshineswar Kali Mandir with his tuft of hairs, as if it was a broom.  Yet, in spite of all that intense devotion, he was not unintelligent.  He wore expensive dresses and boots, even during his last days.  He knew what he was doing.   Thus, we can say that suits and boots are well-cherished objects by Indians, from paramahamsas (Great Swans) to royal politicians like Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi.

This list can go upto 100 items.  For each item, we can get dozens of examples.  Today's example is reintroducing Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme (Remitting Gas Subsidy through Bank Accounts) which failed during Congress Regime and shunned by Supreme Court of India.  Another example is, Modi Govt's volte-face in disclosing the names of persons who have stashed huge amounts in foreign banks.

Rahul Gandhi's enlightenment

Topics for discussion, చర్చనీయాంశాలు : Rahul Gandhi, రాహుల్ గాంధీ, తెరాస, కెసిఆర్, TRS, KCR, నరేంద్రమోడీ, Narendra Modi

Cobras have their venom in their hoods.

Cobras have their venom in their hoods.

Scorpions have their venom in their tails.

Wicked humans have poison everywhere in their bodies.

Added on 4th Jan. 2016: People of Residual Andhra Pradesh have not learnt any lessons from the forced unjust bifurcation of United Andhra Pradesh. The People of Residual A.P. deserve this treatment.
