  5. Today, if we buy a biscuit packet, with Unit price of Rs. 101 per kg, we have to pay GST @ 18%. And, we are not sure whether the Biscuit Manufacturer will remit that 18% to Government or not. Is a biscuit packet with a Unit price of Rs. 101 per kg. a luxury? And one large Biscuit Company paid a dividend of 1500% during 2018-19! Of course, one can always say that the share price of that Company is Rs. 2,867/-, and the effective yield is only 0.52%. Who asked the foolish Investors to push the Share Price to Rs. 2,867/-, of the Company's share which has a face value of Rs. 1/-? Owing to artificial uplift of share prices, though the divident rate is 15 times the face value, effective return appears low! Those foolish Investors should have started their own Biscuit Manufacturing Company! They do not start. This is the bane of India.

  2. The Police officials know that Confessional Statements obtained from Accused, using coercive methods do not really serve as valid evidence in Courts.

1109 Corruption is a Natural Trait of bourgeoisie parties in Capitalist System, & Online Clickable MCQ Test No. 95655 in General Awareness

9556b8. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is not a person who will remain silent when his Rivals attack him with Allegations and Insinuations of Corruption. Educated Indians know that Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Congress President is very very vociferous about the Role of Prime Minister and his PMO in the Rafale Aircrafts Deal with France, where prices were increased, number of aircrafts were reduced, Public Sector HAL was removed as Offset Indian Vehicle, and Anil Ambani's 10 day old Company was benefited with a Contract of thousands of crores of Rupees. Public knows that Anil Ambani~s Companies are in doldrums, but PMO seems to have deliberately overlooked it. While Mr. Narendra Modi called himself Chowkidar (WatchGuard) for the Nation, Mr. Rahul Gandhi sloganeered ~Chowkidar Chor hai~.

Now, Mr. Narendra Modi cannot remain silent. He has dug up a Submarine Deal with France, in which Mr. Rahul Gandhi~s Business Partner Mr.

Outlookindia.com News Report link is here, which quotes what Mr. Narendra Modi said, speaking at an Election Rally in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, on 5th May 2019:--

He (Rahul Gandhi) owned a company called Backops in England which was shut in 2009. But in 2011, a partner in the company got a submarine deal contract. The government was of the Congress. How did the Backops partner get the deal, what was his experience in defence contract?

ybrao a donkey~s personal views, not intended to be imposed on others: 1. Both BJP and Congress are bourgeoisie parties. 2. Both need donations to spend in Elections.

2a. Earlier, State Units of National Parties used to collect donations from Business Houses and Industrialists, and send Suit Cases to Delhi. Now, Regional Parties rule the roust in State Capitals, they collect donations from Business Houses, and Industrial Houses, and use them for their own Election Expenses, and personal aggrandizement of Regional Party Chief Ministers. E.g. Ms. Mamta Banerjee, Mr. KCR, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Mr. Kumara Swami. Consequently, National Parties started resorting to Kickbacks on Defense Purchase Contracts.

3. Corruption is totally unavoidable. 4. Mr. Rahul Gandhi has expressed his willingness to face inquiry and undergo punishment. Mr. Narendra Modi can take the challenge and send Mr. Rahul Gandhi to jail,if BJP comes into power in the 2019 May Election.

Had Mr. Narendra Modi done this in May 2014, soon after getting annointed as PMOI, by this time, Mr. Rahul Gandhi would have been running around Courts. Mr. Narendra Modi ought to have acted swiftly from 2014 to May 2019. Mr. Narendra Modi, has wasted five years visiting foreign countries on special aircraft and hugging World Leaders, instead of concentrating on foreign accounts of Corrupt Politicians, Industrialists, and Business Houses. Had he tried sincerely to trace ill-gotten funds accounts of Politicians and Industrialists stashed abroad, and had even if two or three countries co-operated, he could have caught some politicians and Industrialists. Now, if Congress comes into Power in the 2019 Election, the Corruption in the Submarine Deal will be wiped off. To initiate action against Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Modi may have to wait till 2024.
