977 There is nothing to jubiliate or regret, with the Election of Centrist Emmanuel Macron, in French Election 2017

There is nothing to jubilate or regret, with the Election of Centrist Emmanuel Macron as French President, in French Election 2017. Status quo ante will continue. The outcome can mean two things. First: Monsieur Emmanuel Macron may succeed in 'holding on to the Current State of French Economics, Unemployment, Inequalities, susceptibilities to suffer from Terrorist Attacks,' in spite of noble declarations and intentions to the contrary. Further deterioration may retard. Right from, 1900 the advent of the 20th Century, world wide, the tendencies are to elect 'centrists'. Exceptions had taken place only when there were some violent upheavals like in the Bolshevik Revolutions 1917, which have not DONE really substantial to raise the morale of the Poor, and Middles.

This is a 1000 page subject, which has to start from the examination of the question "Did the French really benefit from their 1789 French Revolution"?
Shall try to cover some important questions relating to True Complete Socialism, Communism, Marxism, the problems of the Proletariat (Working Class).

971 How can the fate of 650 Members of House of Commons, elected by millions of Citizens be dissolved at the whims and fancies of Prime Ministers?

Britain has already gone through a tedious process of Referendum on "to , or not to Exit from EU". Howsoever, narrow it may be, the British Citizens have made a choice to Brexit. Now, it will be for the existing British Parliament and the British Cabinet to put into effect the Mandate of the British Citizens. For that purpose, what is the need of dissolving the House of Commons, and going for fresh Elections? If the British Cabinet considers that Citizens might have changed their minds during the intervening period, or if some difficulties are foreseen, a fresh Referendum can be tried, explaining the newly emerging consequences of Brexit, and obtain Citizen's Mandate. For that, Elections to Parliament will not be necessary, because Elections can be more cumbersome, time-consuming, attention-diverting, people's choice depending upon myriad factors not necessarily Brexit related issues. Worldwide, Elections tend to be expensive not only to the Nations-countries-Governments, but also to the Political Parties and the contesting candidates. Elections involve mobilisation of funds amounting to millions/billions of bucks, not only from small donations from common people, but also from Business and Industrial Houses.

People's Representatives are elected for fixed terms.

People's Representatives are elected for fixed terms, of say 4/5/6 years, varying from country to country. How can their terms be terminated PREMATURELY at the whims and fancies of the Prime Ministers, Cabinets, and Presidents/Monarchs. Such terminations can tantamount to infringements and violation of People's Mandate and Will, especially when termination is done at the instance of only half of the House (i.e. the Strength of the Ruling Party, which will be approximately half of the Strength of the House). Strangely, terminations are done in some countries, without any Resolution in Parliament, Presidents/Monarchs doing it on the recommendations of the Cabinet. In countries following the British Model of Democracy, the Presidents/Monarchs are regarded as rubber stamps, with a custom of their signing bills/acts/ordinances/decrees/orders just based on the recommendations of the Cabinets.

Now, 650 British MPs, and the People of their Constituencies suffer, because of the dissolution of the House of Commons

Now, 650 British MPs, and the People of their Constituencies suffer, because of the dissolution of the House of Commons, simply because Ms. Theresa May, the incumbent Prime Minister wishes to establish herself firmly.

"...I think what we’ve seen recently is that at times these negotiations are going to be tough. During the Conservative Party leadership campaign, I was described by one of my colleagues as a bloody difficult woman. And I said at the time the next person to find that out will be Jean-Claude Juncker..." --Ms. Theresa May.

"...Some have created the illusion that Brexit would have no material impact on our lives or that negotiations can be concluded quickly and painlessly. This is not the case ..." -- (EU's Chief Brexit Negotiator, Michel Barnier.

Britain’s Brexit minister David Davis warned Wednesday that it would not be bullied in upcoming negotiations with the EU, and rejected a report that its exit bill could reach 100 billion euros. The Financial Times suggested Britain must settle bills of up to 100 billion euros before leaving.

yb-a-donkey's views not intended to be imposed on others

European Union looks like a 'Polyandric-Polygynic MARRIAGE'. When a partner in a marriage has to leave, he-she has to shell down some dosh depending on their paying capacity, and the fancies of the lawyers and the courts. Getting wedded with European Union, looks like a PADMA vyUham' (A Lotus shaped Military Formation, tried by Drona in the Kurukshetra Battle), entering and leaving which can be financially catastrophic. In the Mahabharata War, Prince Abhimanyu dared to enter into the Lotus Formation, after getting assurances from his four Pandava Uncles that they will protect him. They could not protect him. Consequently, Prince Abhimanyu met with a very pathetic death in the hands of Kauravas. Interested Readers can google for 'Abhimanyu' and 'Padma VyUham'.

After losing its resourceful colonies like Indian Sub-Continent, England has become substantially weak, particularly financially. It is getting along, by running Tax Havens such as Island of Mann, giving shelter to Foreign Tax Evaders and Economic Offenders with State Honours (e.g. Shri Vijay Mallya, Indian Industrialist who owes about Rs. 80 billion to Indian Banks). U.K. has to do some original innovative research and become a harbinger of another Industrial Revolution, if it is to regain its past glory.

Now, the key question which may arise: Though may not be a 100 billion Pounds, how much Britain will be forced to pay for its Brexit? Where will it get the dosh to pay the EU Shylocks (I am not sure whether we can use this word), in E.U.?

Someday, France may also chose FREXIT

French Presidential Elections 2017 seem to indicate that right now France may not opt for FREXIT. But its Economy is also frail, especially with rural developmental stagnation and retardation. Someday, it may have to opt for Frexit. Then , how much will it be asked to pay? The experience of Britain may serve as a trendsetter for France. If Britain can exist cheaply and comfortably, probably France will follow suit.

DANGERS OF BLINDLY APING CUSTOMS, PRACTICES AND SYSTEMS OF OTHER COUNTRIES

By and large, India follows the Parliamentary customs and practices of its past Colonial Ruler, the U.K. In India, also there are past instances of the Lok Sabha (Lower House) and the State Assemblies getting dissolved, and fresh elections ordered at the instance of Cabinets which have support of only half or slightly more of the strength of the Houses. The Prime Ministers/Chief Ministers may even forget to (or consider it unnecessary) to obtain the approval of the Houses, with a Resolution.

This trend has somewhat slowed down recently, because sometimes even Ruling Party MPs / M.L.As oppose dissolutions and fresh elections, owing to the high cost of participating in Elections. In addition, some MPs and MLAs may be afraid of , or reluctant to approach the village heads, caste heads, religious heads, and voters again, begging for votes.

But still, we may have to recognize that the practice has NOT come to an end, because whenever Ruling Parties have a feeling of guts that they will win EARLY Election, or when the Ruling Parties are afraid of losing elections ON DUE DATE, if they wait till the end of their term, as in the meantime, Prices situation may deteriorate, they will IMPOSE EARLY ELECTIONS ON PEOPLE.

Lack of inner democracy, and Ubiquity of Sycophancy and Stooge-ism in Political Parties

Followers rarely question their Leaders in Political Parties. If they question, they may be expelled. Or they may not get nominated posts, or positions of patronage and sine cure-s. Consequently, though Political Parties may proclaim themselves as 'Democratic', they tend to be infested with leaders who behave like slaves before 'High Commands' and like Autocrats before lower rung leaders and people.

549 Left Government has let down the People of Greece.

The Left Syriza Party Government in Greece, has humiliated the verdict of the people of Greece. Timid Government and Couageous people.

Context संदर्भ సందర్భం : In a Referendum which was held a few days back, the People of Greece with a clear majority of 60% rejected the austereties and reforms unilaterally imposed by the European Union, I.M.F., European Central Bank.

The Former Finance Minister of Greece, Yanis Varoufakis Ιωάννης "Γιάνης" Βαρουφάκης, who was courageous, but who appeared somewhat cocky (This depiction is by the adverse European News media) in his arguments and bargains with the lending countries and the lending institutions, had resigned. Probably, he might have wanted that he should not become a stumbling block.

Encouraged by people's favourable verdict, in spite of their numerous hardships and trials and travails (Banks were closed, ATMs did not work, shops were empty etc.), Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras should have proceeded in his bargains with the European lenders, but he surrendered meekly and gifted Greece in a gold plate to the European lenders.

This should not have happened.
