In case of simple planning, we contemplate on what we intend to do on a particular date, or at a future point of time. This will be slightly better and practical, than dreaming. Strategic Planning not only plans on what is to be done on a future date, but also gets ready to meet the possible future situations halfway-ahead.

सादा सीदा प्रणालिकाओं में हम, भविष्य में क्या, कैसा करना पर ध्यान देकर एक नक्शा और याक्षन प्लान बनाते हैं। यह स्वप्न से थोडा आगे है। परन्तु, व्यूहात्मिक प्रणालिका रचना में हम प्रणालका रचना के साथ साथ, भविष्य में आने वाले परिस्थितियों को , और समस्याओं को अंचना करते हैं, और उस समस्याओं को सही ढंग से परिष्कार करने के लिये तयार होते हैं।

We shoud not forget that dissatisfaction is brewing in North Andhra and Rayala Seema that the entire development is taking place only in Capital Region of Krishna & Guntur Districts, and thousands of crores of Rupees are being poured in that fist like small place.  By 2019 elections, there will be  Regional movements and parties in North Andhra and Rayalaseema.  We should foresee that contingency and meet it halfway ahead now.


There is a need to decentralise administration and development.  We should not hesitate to get ready with strategic planning for smaller States.   The size of our three States should be such, that there should not be any need for Governors, CM and Ministers to use helicopters.  They should be able to reach every place by train / car / commercial flights followed by car journeys.


If the Central Office of APSRTC is located in Capital Region, it will add to the crowding and congestion in Capital Region.

All the resources will be spent only on develoopment of one Mega City.

We have to disperse the accounts, buses, buildings, employees, to the three Regions.

1. North Coastal RTC.

2. South Coastal RTC.

3. Rayala Seema RTC.

All the three State RTCs should be exempted from all types of permits and taxes.

All the three State RTCs should be free to run their services all over Residual A.P.

Whenever Residual AP Govt. releases funds support, identical fund support should be given to all the three RTCs. Absolute equality should be shown.

Right now, as far as possible, all the should be sent to their choice Regions.

Employees of the three RTC Corporations can have their own unions. Not one combined Union for all the three Corporations.

The Corporations should have freedom to fix their own fares, depending on competition.

The Corporations should have freedom to fix their own salaries and wages, depending on market conditions, their own profitability.

All the three Public Sector RTCs should compete with one another without inhibitions. They should not enter into cartel arrangements, and fix uniform fares.
