735 At last two persons have mustered courage to express dissent.

At last, for reasons known only to them, the two i.e. Mr. Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Finance Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh State, and Mr. Satya Prakash Tucker, Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh, have shown some courage. Deccan Chronicle Print edition dated 23rd April 2016, published a news item on first page (not appearing in web edition), titled "Land Sale to GMR blocked". Our Readers should greatly appreciate the courage of both the Finance Minister, and the Chief Secretary, in doing something which is a rare incident. We should also thank the DeccanChronicle.Com for their courage in doing their duty.

Chief Secretaries, usually will be in the last leg of their service. If they do not have courage to call a spade, a spade, how can Junior Officials show such courage? Can we now expect that the CEO of A.P. Capital Region, Guntur District Collector, Krishna District Collector, the Municipal Commissioners of both Vijayavada and Guntur, will show similar courage in the days to come?

Why the top two Telugu Dailies could not publish this news? Didn't their Reporters show the required courage to collect the news? Sakshi paper, owned by Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, seems to have published this News.

There is also another news report that Mr. Yanamala Ramakrishnudu felt disturbed when newspersons inquired about the Role of Mr. Lokesh. There is a danger of the Prince of the Residual Andhra Pradesh getting annoyed. Mr. Yanamala Ramakrishnadu is a Senior, seasoned, veteran politician. He may be knowing that in India, both State and Central Governments have become sole trading firms, where the mantle is passed on across the dynasties.
