660 CBI Investigation should be ordered to trace miscreants who burnt the Rathnachal Express at Tuni.

On 8th Nov. 2015 from his Kirlapudi residence, Mr. Mudragada Padmanabham gave advance information to Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, about the intensity of the Kapu agitation. But Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu was busy with his own preoccupations and did not take Mr. Mudragada seriously.

CLARIFICATION AND REQUEST TO READERS
I am not a supporter of Mr. Y. Jaganmohan Reddy or Mr. Mudragada Padmanabham or somebody else. When they occupy seats of Government, even they will not be left out. It is the fault of majority of the voters of Residual Andhra Pradesh that they elected many rotten politicians as Chief Minister, Ministers, Opposition Leaders, M.L.As. We can only hope at least in the 2019 elections, a new batch will be ushered into, though they may be worse than this 2014 election rotten batches.

Enforcement Directorate, CBI, and the Courts owe a duty to Nation, and the people of Telangana, Residual Andhra Pradesh, to EXPEDITE trials of Corruption cases going on against Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy. Politicians delay trials with the help of Influential Advocates by getting frequent adjournments, by filing numerous frivolous petitions and making repeated appeals in the Court Hierarchy upto Supreme Court. Cases assume the role of a "Foot Ball" or a "Tennis Ball" kicked or shunted by opposing players, from one court to another on some flimsy ground. Supreme Court has to find out an effective solution for the "delays" created by politicians to gain time, win elections in the meantime, dilute the prosecution process by changing Prosecutors, or not filing appeals when required. Pending cases will have to be tried on day-to-day basis. Wherever, deliberate delays by counsels and judges, are noticed they should be warned, and cases are to be brought to their logical conclusion. If this is done, innocent politicians who are caught up in false cases will also get some relief. What is the use of prolonged and procrastinative litigations?

What we are concerned about is "Facts" and "Truths" and nothing else. Though I am a supporter of Atheism and Marxism-Communism-Socialism-Equalism at this blog post, I have never hesitated to criticise even the Left Parties when they went wrong.

Mr. Mudragada Padmanabham was reported to have given an advance information to Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, on 8th Nov. 2015 speaking from Kirlampudi (Kakinada), his residence. Some of the sayings which have been attributed to Mr. Padmanabham:
"...1984లో ఎన్టీఆర్‌ను పదవీచ్యుతుడిని చేసినపుడు రామకృష్ణ స్టూడియోలో చంద్రబాబు రాత్రింబవళ్లు కూర్చొని బస్సులు, రైళ్లు, కార్యాలయాలు, బ్యాంకులను తగులబెట్టించేలా రెచ్చగొట్టి మరీ చేయించిన ఆందోళనను మరచిపోరాదు. ..."

Approx. English gist: We should not forget the agitation launched by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu sitting day and night in Ramakrishna Studio, instigating in such a way that buses, trains, Offices, Banks , in 1984, when NTR was displaced from his Post.

"...చంద్రబాబు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కుర్చీలో కూర్చోవడానికి కారణం కాపుల మద్దతే అన్న సంగతిని విస్మరిస్తే భవిష్యత్తులో తీవ్ర పరిణామాలు తప్పవు..."

Approx. gist in English
"...There will be serious consequences in future, if Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu forgets that it was the support of KApUs which was the main reason. for Mr. Chandra Babu's sitting in the Chief Minister's chair. ..."

"...కాపు కులస్తులను బీసీల్లో చేర్చి ఏటా రూ.వెయ్యి కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తామన్న హామీని నిలుపుకోవడమా లేక కాపు జాతిని రోడ్డుపైకి లాగడమా అనే విషయంలో నిర్ణయం మీ చేతుల్లోనే ఉంది ..."

Approx. English Gist: "...It is in your hands to decide whether to honor your promise of admitting kApU caste persons into BCs, and allocate Rs. 1,000 crore (Rs. 10 billion), or to pull the kApU jAti on-to-the Roads. ..."

Mr. Mudragada Padmanabham was also reported to have written an open letter to Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu in this respect.

ybrao-a-donkey's humble comments. You have every right to differ with me. I respect your right. * CBI Investigation should be ordered exclusively to investigate into the incident of Ratnachal Express by miscreants at Ratnachal Express, at Tuni Railway Station, in South Central Railway. Leaving aside the direct loss of Rs. 25 crore , and the indirect loss of Rs. 100 crore incurred by SCR, the more alarming news that the micreants threatened to bolt the bogies locking the passengers inside and torch them alive. Fortunately, all the passengers could get down before the inferno caught up. Besides, the alert action of the train driver in getting the Electricity supply to the train stopped, saved thousands of innocent lives.

* Our politicians fight today, and embrace tomorrow. In the circumstances, though Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu says that every guilty miscreant will be punished, he will withdraw all cases, once a compromise is arrived with Mudragada Padmanabham, other kApu leaders. Our CM cannot be relied upon.

* Though CBI is also noted for its servitude to the Central Rulers, relatively, we can expect better results from it. Of course, CBI is burdened with heavy workload, coupled with paucity of Staff. But, the same applies even to the Police of Residual Andhra Pradesh.

* Right from the days of the United Andhra Pradesh, the Ruling Governments were from time to time ignoring the "criminalisation of East and West Godavari Districts", particularly from along Railway line from Anaparti to Narsipatnam. Some Police Officials at all levels seem to be in connivance with local politicians and criminals. The role of Fake currency circulation, smuggling of gold, brewing of illicit liquor, sand mining, etc. should also be simultaneously investigated, at least as far as those which are connected with the train burning incident, because the torching of the train also may be the handiwork of the same criminal mafia.

In India of Today, almost all politicians turn a blind eye to miscreants burning buses, trains, police vehicles, Govt. Offices, etc. public property. In their view, such incidents are needed to prove that their agitation was a success. Even if cases are registered against miscreants on the basis of some video evidence, they will be withdrawn later.

Mr. Mudragada in his Nov. 2015 utterances quoted above, apparently has pointed out his finger at Mr. Naidu's encouraging violent agitations by sitting in Ramakrishna Studio. If Mr. Mudragada made a false allegation, Mr. Naidu should have taken that very seriously and initiated action against him for making false allegation.

As far as I can recollect, from what I read in Telugu Newspapers of 2004-2009 days, that Mr. Daggubati Venkateswara Rao, the shaDDakudu (in Indian English we call co-son-in-law) of Shri Chandra Babu Naidu, was reported to have alleged in A.P. Assembly, that Mr. Naidu sent Kerosene cans for a bandh in Twin Cities. I am unable to recollect whether the Congress Speaker of those days, allowed the allegation to be kept in Assembly Records or not. Only Mr. Daggubati Venkateswara Rao will be able to tell, whether his alleging in the Assembly, was correct or not. Alternatively, some Telugu Reader or Journalist, who has old news papers of those days has to confirm whether such allegation was made or not. As far as I can remember, it was on the first page itself. If date is available, we could have searched archives of that period.

The problem with Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is, he makes nearly-impossible promises, knowing pretty well such promises may create problems for the State. Mr. Naidu may be knowing pretty well, when he was speaking in 2014 Election Meetings that, Supreme Court guidelines do not allow Reservations to cross the 50% ceiling. The 69% Reservations in Tamil Nadu may be an exception, probably because nobody has approached High / Supreme Court, or for some other lacuna. He also knew pretty well that BCs in A.P. will not like to be clubbed with kApUs, as BC share gets diluted.

GRIEVANCE OF MRPS

Mr. Manda Krishna Madiga of Madiga Reservation Porata Samiti (MRPS) is reported to have said at Repalle on 4.2.2016.
"...Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu had earlier promised categorisation of SC reservations to benefit Madiga community. But he never tried to do so, and deceived the Madiga Community. Similarly Mr. Naidu promised BC reservations to Kapu community during the elections to win the elections with the help of Kapu Community. ..."

MR. NAIDU'S PROMISE TO DALIT CHRISTIANS

Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, on 24th Dec. 2015, while laying foundation stone for Christian Bhavan at Guntur, and participating in Semi-Christmas Celebrations, promised to daLit Christians (SCs who converted into Christianity and lost their SC Status), that he will get them SC Status.

There is a proverb in Telugu language: "Only some people, at some places, can be misled on some occasions. But all the people cannot be misled at all places and at all times." This proverb applies not only to Chandra Babu Naidu, but also to Mr. Narendra Modi, Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, Mr. Rahul Gandhi.

Adding Hindi and Telugu versions of this post is pending. Hope to add as early as possible. or may not be able to add, because subjects/topics to write about are accumulating with me. My head is getting congested.

To continue and revise this, with more proof..
