705 Hero becomes villain. Villain becomes a Hero. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu forgets his past. नायक खल नायक बनता है, और खल नायक हीरो बनता है. హీరో విలన్ అవుతాడు. విలన్ హీరో అవుతాడు.

The problem with most politicians is, they forget their past. They, of course, know that people who elect them i.e. voters, have a short memory. The recent ruckus which Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Residual Andhra Pradesh had with Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, YSRCP & Opposition Leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly is one such instance. In March 2016, A.P. Assembly discussed a No-Confidence Motion against the Government of Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. During the discussion, luckily we have TV channels to show us live, what is happening. The manner in which Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu spoke against Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy, is unworthy of a Senior Chief Minister. Even those who have no special sympathies towards Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, will after seeing the triumvarate of Mr. Naidu, Mr. Kodela Siva Prasada Rao -Assembly Speaker, and Mr. Yenamala Ramakrishnudu, Finance Minister, develop sympathies towards Mr. Jagan.

705 Hero becomes villain. Villain becomes a Hero. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu forgets his past.

On 2nd April 2008, the position was exactly reverse. Mr. Naidu was the Opposition Leader. Jagan's father, Late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy was the CM. Mr. K.R. Suresh Reddy was the Speaker. Mr. Rosaiah was Finance and Legislative Affairs Minister. Mr. Naidu moved a No-Confidence Motion against Mr. Rajasekhar Reddy. A long discussion spreading over about 17 hours took place. Like 2016, when YSRCP demanded an enquiry by a Sitting Judge into allegations against Mr. Naidu, in 2008- Mr. Naidu wanted an enquiry by a Sitting Judge of High Court. Mr. Naidu spoke in the Assembly, extensively for long hours. Yet he was not satisfied. He was saying that Speaker did not give him enough opportunities to speak. Mr. Suresh Reddy got exasperated. Finally, Mr. Suresh Reddy got exasperated, and opened up his mind against Mr. Naidu.

The speaker reminded Naidu that "a heavy responsibility is cast, especially on the floor leaders, to control their members. You have to shoulder this responsibility. Instead, you are threatening me. There is a limit to tolerance. I am trying (to conduct the proceedings) to the best of my ability. This is not the way, finding fault all the time with the chair. Act with responsibility. I appeal to you to sit down."

Baffled by the strong reaction of the speaker whose authority cannot be questioned even by a court, Naidu silently resumed his seat.

This remark from the speaker came when Naidu complained that he was not given an opportunity to express himself and that the chair was behaving like a dictator.

The House witnessed pandemonium when the speaker announced that he had decided against the House adopting a resolution urging the chief justice of the high court for judicial inquiry by sitting judges into the assets of all the legislators.

Responding to the decision of the speaker, a few TDP members shouted 'drama' (possibly meaning that the government made the speaker give such a ruling, to avoid passing of the resolution). Naidu, however, wanted to intervene and argue in favour of the House passing a resolution.

ybrao-a-donkey's humble comments. वैबीराव एक गधे के विनम्र राय . వైబీరావ్ గాడిద వినమ్ర వాణి. You have every right to differ with me. I respect your right. However, pl. examine this donkey's views also.

Telugu people should be ashamed of electing such Leaders as Chief Ministers and Opposition Leaders.

To continue. सशेष. ఇంకా ఉంది.
