   ybmad: Who is an eminent personality? Who is not an eminent personality? In Hon. Prime Minister's perspective Mr. A may be an Eminent personality. There are 28 Chief Ministers in the country, who may have their own perspectives. In their view Mr. A may not be an eminent personality. For one of them Mr. B may be eminent (from an All India Level), and Mr. C may be eminent at his State's level. Another Chief Minister may view that Mr. D as an UNEMINANT personality.

Anybody can claim that he is a religious leader, provided he wears the customary uniform attire, beard, facial mark, for a particular Religion / sub-religion/ sect .

When Chief Ministers and Prime Minister consult them for help, the Indian Heads may inform their Controllers abroad, and seek their guidelines whether to co-operate or non-cooperate. Under foreign guidance, the Indian Heads of Religions may impose conditions for their co-operation.
