Indians are a fissparous Nation. A part of it, the Telugu Language Speakers are also fissiparous fighters among themselves. Both are irreparable. Besides they do not know their priorities. Raking up NRC (National Register of Citizens) and CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) are the best live Examples for the fissiparousness and ignorance-of-priorities of Indians.
TODAY'S highlights: :
■MR. K. CHANDRASEKHARA RAO, CHIEF MINISTER OF TELANGANA STATE SHOULD CLEARLY STATE WHETHER HE HAS PRIOR KNOWLEDGE THAT DISA'S RAPISTS & MURDERERS WILL BE ENCOUNTERED? HE MUST ALSO EXPRESSLY CONFIRM THAT HE HAS NOT GIVEN ANY TACIT CONSENT FOR SHOOTING THE SUSPECTS. ♞:1. The recent shot-out of the four Rapists-cum-Murderers-Accused of the Victim Disa, near Shadnagar , Mahabubnagar District , though may not be really fake, but it gives an impression that Encounter was not spontaneous , but was preplanned.
2. There is a maxim, "Justice should not only be done, but it should also appear to have been done". The Police who were escorting the four murderers to Chattanpalli for Reconstruction of the Crime, ought to have understood that the Murderers were extremely impetuous, and during the process of Reconstruction of the Crime Story, they would have definitely revolted, and would have tried to snatch the Police Weapons.
3. The Police ought to have hand-cuffed and leg-cuffed the Accused. For handcuffing or leg-cuffing , if necessary the Police ought to have obtained required permissions from the Competent Magistrate.
4. It is reported that there were 10 police staff guarding the 4 Accused who were taken for Reconstructing the Crime. 10 seems to be too inadequate prime facie.
5. In 2017, 33658 rape cases were registered, averaging 92 cases per day. If instant justice is to be dished out by shooting/lynching as demanded by Crowds, Media Anchors, Celebrities, Politicians, and some higher level Police Officials, 92 encounters are to be carried out everyday.

■CITIZENSHIP AMENDMENT BILL 2019 INTRODUCED IN THE LOWER HOUSE OF INDIAN PARLIAMENT ♞:1. In discussing the Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019, both the Ruling Party and the Opposition MPs appear to be "impractical", in their approaches.
2. Whether the GOVERNMENT OF INDIA grants Citizenship to the Unauthorised Stayers in India, whatever be their Religion, no neighbor country will take them back.
3. Besides, it will be difficult to prove to the neighbor countries that the Unauthorised Stayers in India came from the neighbor countries, because the physical features, linguistic mannerisms, food habits etc. of the Infiltrators are same as the Native Indians with whom they have got mixed up. There is no use of blaming Congress or other Parties which have ruled Indian and its States in the past, because it is too late.
4. Irrespective of the religion of the Infiltrators/refugees (by whatever name they are called), India has to bear with them. For the lapses of the Parties which ruled India and Indian States between 1947 and 2019, all the Indians have to bear the burden of the Infiltrators, simply because there is no solution.
5. Practical Effective solutions available to us will be: 1. Building more fences along land borders, and opening more checkposts. There should be at least three-layers of three different Independent Checking Agencies to verify travel documents. 2. Coastal Guard vessels should be increased at least 10 fold to prevent Infiltrators coming through Bay of Bengal. No. of Marine Police Stations should be increased ten fold along the Indian Peninsular Coast. This will prevent not only infiltrators, but also Terrorism, Smuggling. 3. Domestic Passports are to be introduced for travelling within India, and travel documents are to be checked at all Inter-State Border Railway Stations, Bus Stations, Inter-State Boundary Road checkposts. The Domestic Passport should be designed as a Smart Card with facility of inserting it into Domestic Passport Checking Machines at the Checking Points. The Passport cards should have PIN (Personal Identification Number). Every Indian's nativity and movement records should appear at least at two places: 1. Police Station having jurisdiction on the Native place (domicile). Ordinarily, Permanent Address and Nativity should not be allowed to be changed. If possible, a one room tenement is to be alloted to every Indian at their Native Place, so that they can visit their Native Place at least once in two years. This will also help them to maintain their contact with the Villagers of their Native village. 2. Police Station having jurisdiction on Present Address.

TODAY'S EPISODE FROM VYASA MAHABHARATA ENGL. TRANSL.:
■VYASA MAHABHARATA TRANSLATED BY Ganguli, BOOK3, BOOK OF FOREST/m03 112.♞:♛The Mahabharata, Book 3: Vana Parva: Tirtha-yatra Parva. In this "Book of Forests" we find Shri Rama's Story Ramayana in Mahabharata. This particular segment relates to the story of Rishya Shringa s/o Sage Vibhandaka. Rishyashringa was bewitched by damsels sent by Anga King, so as to bring him to their Kingdom, marry their Princess Shanta, then perform putra kAmEShThi Sacrifice for King Dasaratha, and finally contribute to the birth of Shri Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrughna. The following is a Part of RishyaShringa's bewitchment Episode, with the Damsels.♝
♛"Rishyasringa said, 'Let me give you ripe fruits, such as gallnuts, myrobalans, Karushas, Ingudas from sandy tracts and Indian fig.♝
♛ May it please you to take a delight in them!'" ♝
♛Lomasa said, "She, however, threw aside all those edible things and then gave him unsuitable things for food. And these were exceedingly nice and beautiful to see and were very much acceptable to Rishyasringa.♝
♛ And she gave him garlands of an exceedingly fragrant scent and beautiful and shining garments to wear and first-rate drinks; and then played and laughed and enjoyed herself.♝
♛ And she at his sight played with a ball and while thus employed, looked like a creeping plant broken in two.♝
♛ And she touched his body with her own and repeatedly clasped Rishyasringa in her arms.♝
♛ Then she bent and break the flowery twigs from trees, such as the Sala, the Asoka and the Tilaka.♝
♛ And overpowered with intoxication, assuming a bashful look, she went on tempting the great saint's son.♝
♛ And when she saw that the heart of Rishyasringa had been touched, she repeatedly pressed his body with her own and casting glances, slowly went away under the pretext that she was going to make offerings on the fire.♝
♛ On her departure, Rishyasringa became over-powered with love and lost his sense.♝
♛ His mind turned constantly to her and felt itself vacant.♝
♛ And he began to sigh and seemed to be in great distress.♝
♛ At that moment appeared Vibhandaka, Kasyapa's son, he whose eyes were tawny like those of a lion, whose body was covered with hair down to the tip of the nails, who was devoted to studies proper for his caste, and whose life was pure and was passed in religious meditation.♝
♛ He came up and saw that his son was seated alone, pensive and sad, his mind upset and sighing again and again with upturned eyes.♝
♛ And Vibhandaka spake to his distressed son, saying, 'My boy! why is it that you are not hewing the logs for fuel.♝
♛ I hope you hast performed the ceremony of burnt offering today.♝
♛ I hope you hast polished the sacrificial ladles and spoons and brought the calf to the milch cow whose milk furnisheth materials for making offerings on the fire.♝
♛ Verily you are not in thy wonted state, O son! you seemest to be pensive, and to have lost your sense.♝
♛ Why are you so sad today? Let me ask thee, who hath been to this place today?'" ♝
