Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was a Great Freedom Fighter, and the First Dy. Prime Minister of India. He had all the qualities required to become the First Prime Minister of India, on par with Jawaharlal Nehru- the First Prime Minister, but unfortunately, because of Mahatma Gandhi's special liking for Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru, Nehru was anointed as the First Prime Minister of India. Patel never grudged, and instead co-operated with Nehru wholeheartedly, and helped in building the nascent India from the splinters of hundreds of princely states ruled by feudates and fiefs. Though Patel didn't get adequate recognition and honor, during the reigns Nehru dynasty, the Indian Nation is always grateful to Patel, Nethaji Subas Chandra Bose et al.
Sardar Patel, was for his "strong-stable" personality, hailed by the Nation as the "Iron Man of India". This nickname of Patel was not an ornamental title like Bharat Ratna and Padma Awards given by Government of India, or the Honorary Doctorate/D.Litt Degrees showered/sold by Indian Universities (like their Euro-American counterparts) for a ransom.
During the 1999-2004, BJP-NDA Rule, Shri L.K. Advani was the Dy. Prime Minister and Home Minister of India. BJP Leaders all all levels tried to declare him Abhinav-Modern Sardar Patel, but somehow, that idea was effervescent in 1999-2004, but not in 2017. Today, Mr. L.K. Advani, is almost a forgotten man, and a persona-non-grata.
Some people may be hoping that Mr. Advani will be made President of India, in the forthcoming Presidential Elections (राष्ट्रपती चुनाव) , but only time will tell, whether such hope is a day dream / castle in the air.

In this Video, Mr. Modi, so emphatically promised that Shri Advani will become PM. Of course, in 2009, BJP lost. But, Loss of one Election does not mean, a Guru should go to dogs.

Why did he go back in just four years? How could he throw his Guru into a Trash Bin? At least, Mr. Modi could have made his Guru a symbolic-de jurie- nominal Prime Minister. And, with Mr. Modi himself as de jurie Dy. Prime Minister, and as de facto Prime Minister, Mr. Modi could have ruled the country with greater honor than, the honor he gets now. Today, at least some people, not only non-BJP wallahs, but also BJP devotees consider Mr. Narendra Modi as a leader who ditched his Guru.
In 2014 Lok Sabha Campaign, Modi could have declared that Mr. L.K. Advani as Prime Minister, will be assisted by me as his Deputy Prime Minister, and that all the promises of BJP will be fulfilled. This,the voters of India might not have objected to. Why did Mr. Modi want all the power glory for himself? Like Suyodhana who was misguided by the trio of Sakuni, Karna and Dussasana, was Mr Modi carried away by the trio of Mr. Arun Jaitley, Rajnath Singh, and Venkaiah Naidu?
After seeing the above Video, I felt very sad, that Mr. Narendra Modi has become a not dependable disciple (sishya).

Whether we like it or not, we must accept the fact that Mr. Narendra Modi, whether scrupulously or unscrupulously, in collusion with his colleagues, brought himself into the PM's seat. Let us forget the means employed by him. Now, this is the time for himself to act like a True Statesman (not like a True Salesman of Selfies or Tweets), and uplift himself, to get a genuine space, besides Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel. That will be possible only if he does some REAL, GENUINE work. Not possible, by Madame Tussaud's Wax Statues. They are all ephemeral.
Mr. Narendra Modi made Great Promises, and raised Great Expectations, not only to Pseudo Hindutva fanatics, but also to others who were dissatisfied with the Congress Rule, and who thought that "Anything is better than Congress". This "Anything is better than Congress" turned out to be a total disappointment. Of course, the Pseudo Hindutva lovers, including Mr. L.K. Advani, the proponent of the "Theory of Pseudo Secularism", may also continue to hope that Mr. Modi will change for better.
Mr. Narendra Modi may not be a "WAX Man", as Madame Tussaud and Mr. Modi himself likes to display him.
Let us also hope that Madame Tussaud will not remove the Wax man from their Museum, if Mr. Modi loses his Elections in future.

I hope that Mr. Narendra Modi will allow the 2019 Lok Sabha General Elections to be held normally as per schedule, irrespective of whether he wins 2017 Uttar Pradesh Elections or not. Let us hope that he will not change Election methods/processes in such a way that BJP will continuously win all future Elections.
