In 2015 Delhi Assembly Elections, BJP has won three seats. One of them is Shri OP Sharma. A Great Patriot. The moment he seems somebody giving some anti-National Slogans, he will thrash the person. In his own words: "...Mein goli bhi maar deta agar bandook hoti. Koi hamari Ma ko gaali dega to kya usey maaroge nahin (I would have opened fire if I had a gun. If someone abuses our mother, won’t I beat him up). ..."

There is no need of any police complaint. No need of any court. We can expect Mr. O.P. Sharma to solve all the problems of India in 10 minutes. We can also send him with his gun, to Siachen to defend our borders.

It is not clear, whether Police Authorities or the CBI or the NIA has foreseen a situation where anti-National slogans may be given by some persons may be JNU students or others, who may be under the influence of LET. If they had foreseen, they should have videographed the whole scene of the persons in the forefront who were giving anti-India slogans. Besides, the video-footage obtained by the Media persons, also might have given the Police, adequate evidence, for arresting the accused and producing them in the court.

Here, the Delhi Police seemed to have acted like mute spectators when journalists were attacked, by some hooligans dressed as lawyers.

It will be better, if the Delhi Police arrange for telecasting of the video footage contain the anti-India slogans. Had the Police acted swiftly in taking the anti-India sloganeers away from the place, this ugly scene of attack by our Great Patriot Lawmaker would not have arisen.

Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi is reported to have said:--

"...The law will take its own course. If anyone takes the law into their own hands, action will be taken against them in accordance with the law. I will speak to the Delhi Police Commissioner about this. ..."

Approx. Hindi : "...कानून अपना काम करेगा। जिसने भी कानून अपने हाथ में लिया है उनके खिलाफ कानून के तहत कार्यवाही होगी। मैं दिल्ली के पुलिस आयुक्त से बात करूंगा..."

Approx. Telugu: "...చట్టం తన పని తాను చేసుకుపోతుంది. ఎవరైనా చట్టాన్ని తన చేతుల్లోకి తీసుకుంటే, వారిపై చట్ట ప్రకారం చర్య తీసుకోటం జరుగుతుంది. ఈ విషయం గురించి నేను, నేను ఢిల్లీ పోలీసు కమీషనర్ తో మాట్లాడుతాను. ..."

We have to see
a) whether they identify those who gave anti-India slogans, and successfully prosecute them, using video evidence.

b) whether, they will arrest and prosecute Mr. O.P. Sharma, for taking law into his hands. (Of course, Courts will decide, whether Mr. Sharma is justified in using force / excess force than necessary).

If the Delhi POlice / CBI / NIA really do both the things, we can say that Delhi Voters have an Efficient Police System.
