482 మనము దేనినైతే శాశ్వతమూ, సత్యమూ అనుకుంటున్నామో, అది చరిత్రలో ఒక వస్తువుగా మిగిలి పోవచ్చు.

The above picture shows the Dharahara Tower had around 12 stairs. It was originally built in the first quarter of the 19th Century by the Kings of Nepal, obviously to satisfy their fads for something very tall and to demonstrate their wealth.

పై మొదటి చిత్రంలో ఉన్నది నేపాల్ ధరాహరా ఖాట్మండూ లోని షుమారు పన్నెండు అంతస్తుల టవర్.  మొన్నటి భూకంపంలో కుప్ప కూలిపోయింది.  దీనిని మొదట ౧౮౦౦ ప్రాంతంలో నిర్మించగా, అది ౧౯౩౪లో భూకంపంలో కూలగా, దానిని పునర్ నిర్మించారుట.  ఇపుడు అది ఒక మట్టి కుప్పగా మిగిలింది.  నేపాల్ రాజులు వారికి పెద్ద భవనాలు, శిఖరాలు అంటే ఉండే మోజుతో ప్రజల డబ్బుతో వాటిని నిర్మించుకున్నారు.

It was destroyed in an earth quake in 1934 and was rebuilt after reducing two stairs.

Now, the same tower has been again destroyed in 2015 in another earthquake.

Of course, the Nepal Government will again rebuild it, spending some millions.

దానిని మరల నేపాల్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజల డబ్బుతో పునర్ నిర్మిస్తుందనుకోండి.

Of course, Nepal Government will also get lot of aid and charity from all around the corner.

For the super rich be they kings, or the super rich fellows controlling Governments want to demonstrate their power by squandering public money on sky-scrappers instead of concentrating on setting up an exploitation-free or at least an exploitation-resistent equalist and egalitarian society.

 భారీ భవనాలను ప్రజల డబ్బుతో నిర్మించుకొని తమ సంపదను ప్రదర్శించుకునే కన్నా, దోపిడీ రహత సమాజాన్ని , సమ సమాజాన్నీ నిర్మించటానికి ఎందుకు ప్రయత్నించరు?

Mr. Ramoji Rao, the king of Eenadu newspaper which PREACHES GREAT MORALS too is said to be very fond of buildings.  Pl. see the above picture.

We can see the craze of Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister, and Mr. N. Chandra Babu Naidu, Chief Minister, whose craze and cravings for high-rise buildings are well-known.

Mr. Naidu is begging Singapore, China, and other countries wherever he goes for money, to build a world-class Capital. The word "world-class" is a vague term. He himself cannot define. What is world-class?

Can CPIM and CPI promise that they will nationalise all buildings in India, and make them available for public use?
क्या सीपीऐ या सीपीऎम् घोषण कर सकते कि, वे भारत मॆं सभी भवनों को राष्ट्रीय बना कर आम जनता के उपयोग के लिये रखते हैँ?
భారత్ లోని భవనాలనన్నిటినీ జాతీయం చేస్తామని, వాటిని ప్రజల అవసరాలకు అందిస్తామని సీపీఐ, సీపీఎమ్ లు ప్రకటించ గలవా ? ప్రకటించ లేవు.

Can Mr. Narendra Modi make this promise?  क्या श्री नरेंद्र मोडी यह वादा कर सकते और इस वादे को सत्य नित्य चित बना सकते?  పోనీ మాననీయ శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారు, ఇలాంటి వాగ్దానాన్ని చేసి, నిలుపుకోగలరా?
