ఈరోజు సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం పదవ వార్షికోత్సవ సభ జరిగింది. మొదట అందిన సమాచారాన్ని బట్టి ఈసభకు శ్రీ మోడీ రారు అనే అభిప్రాయం నెట్ లో ప్రచారం అయ్యింది. కానీ శ్రీవారు హజరయ్యి అధికారులకు నీతి బోధ చేశారు.

When matters go online, all issues become transparent and the key objective of RTI is to bring transparency in governance…Maximum online, maximum transparency. There is no need for maintaining secrecy in administrative work. Those days are gone.

If we limit RTI just to reply to questions, there will be no changes in governance. We have to analyse the RTI questions and ponder whether there is need to make changes in policy matters

ఈ సూక్తులన్నీ అర్ధణయినాయి మహాప్రభూ. అర్ధం కానిది ఏమిటంటే, శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారి సతీమణి శ్రీమతి జశోదా బెన్ గారు తమ భద్రతా సమస్యలగురించి మొరపెట్టుకున్న ఆర్ టీ ఐ దరఖాస్తును మెహసానా పోలీస్ ఉన్నతాథికారి గారు ఎందుకు తిరస్కరించారో, దాని పై ఆమె చేసుకున్న అపీలు ఏమైందో. ప్రధాన మంత్రీజీ జీవితభాగస్వామి యొక్క భద్రత, కేవలం ఒక భార్యా భర్తామధ్య ప్రైవేటు వ్యవహరంగా భావించరాదు. శ్రీమతి జశోదా బెన్ గారు చేసుకున్న అపీలు విషయం శ్రీ వారి దృష్టికి వచ్చిందో లేదో తెలియదు. చట్టం తన పని చేసుకుపోటం అనే మాట నిజమైతే, ఇపుడు శ్రీనరేంద్రమోడీ గారు చేసిన ప్రబోధాలు ఎక్స్ట్ట్రాలు అవుతాయి. అంటే బోధనల అవసరం లేకుండానే సహ చట్ట అధికారులు దరఖాస్తుదారుల ఎడ ఉదారంగా వ్యవహరించాలేమో.

The problems of Ms. Jashoda Ben might not have gone to the notice of our abhinava Ramachandra, Shri Narendra Modi- our beloved Prime Minister. According to the information on internet, she and her sister-in-law seem to be having some trouble in cooking food and arranging beds for the security guards provided to her as PM's wife, as a part of security to PM's spouse. Mr. Jashoda Ben is aged > 60, retired. It will not be reasonable to burden her with the chores of cooking for the Armed Guards. PMO , or the CMO of Gujarat owes a duty to take special interest in providing some hostel /dormitary/kitchen facilities to her security guards, if necessary by laying tents or hiring nearby houses. Even prisoners in Central Jails are not asked to cook for the Guards. There seems to be some communication gap among the PMO, HOme Ministry, State Government, and the District Police. It is necessary to investigate about , who is causing her hardships, intended or unintended, may be out of neglect, willful or inadvertant or bureaucratic.

So far so good, then what is the need for her to file a an RTI appeal against the rejection of her application by Mehsana Police Authorities? The Government of Gujarat, and the Government of INdia are to be transparent about the whole affair.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MAINTAINING SAFE DISTANCE AND LONG LONG DISTANCE
NOt as PM's estranged wife, even as an ordinary citizen of INdia, as a "bhArat nAri" (India trumpets the slogan: Yatra Naryastu Pujyante, Ramante Tatra Devata. Where women are worshipped and honored, there Gods will be happy), she is entitled to a better treatment than she is getting now, though Mr. Narendra Modi, as a very very honest PM may like to keep his parents, brothers, wife, and in-laws AT A FAR AWAY DISTANCE from the seats of power. There is difference between giving due respect relatives, and making them back-seat drivers by bringing them into corridors of power enabling them to become de facto surrogate rulers. Mr. Modi need not do the second thing, which all the leaders of other parties such as Nehru Dynasty, Mulayam Dynasty, Lalu Dynasty, Pawar Dynasty, Abdullah Dynasty, Sangma Dynasty, NTR Dynasty, Deve Gowda Dynasty, Biju Patnaik Dynasty, Karunanidhi Dynasty, have done and are doing. This is one extreme. But, Mr. Modi need not go to the other extreme of neglecting his own kith and kin. For all the sufferings Ms. Jashoda Ben has undergone, is undergoing, she deserves a Bharat Ratna (Using the award figuratively, not literally).

కొందరు దుష్టాత్ములు గౌరవనీయ ప్రధానమంత్రిగారి ఎమ్. ఎ రాజనీతి శాస్త్రం డిగ్రీని అనుమానించి ప్రధానమంత్రి కార్యాలయం వారిక స హ చట్టం కింద విన్నవించుకోగా సదరు కార్యాలయం వారు దానిని తిరస్కరించారు. ఎన్నికల కమీషన్ వారూ తిరస్కరంచారు. ఆడిగ్రీని ప్రధానం చేసిన గుజరాత్ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం వారు కూడ సమాచారం ఇవ్వటానికి నిరాకరించారు. ఇవన్నీ శ్రీ నరేంద్రమోడీ వారి దృష్టికి వెళ్ళాయో లేదో మనకి తెలీదు.

Some evil-minded persons might have doubted the genuineness of the PG Degree of Shri Narendra Modi- our beloved Prime Minister and might have applied to PMO under RTI Act. for details of his degree, and the PMO rejected it. Then the trouble-creators went to the Election Commission, hoping for some broadminded-generosity. EC too rejected the rti application. Thereafter another group went to Gujarat University for details of the Post Graduates who completed their M.A. degrees, during the periods conciding with Mr. Narendra Modi's studies (as they were probably apprehensive that if information is asked in PM's name, as it might have been taken as some antagonism against the Government or the Ruling Party, and might have rejected). There also, Gujarat University didn't find it convenient to disclose details. Alas, this is a simple thing, citizens knowing to desire about the great academic achievements of PM is quite understandable, and why the PMO, Election Commission, Gujarat University everybody have turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to it. By giving the info, they could have straight away erased doubts in the minds of doubting thomases (in Telugu "nitya Sankitulu") who are "duhkha bhAgulu" (English: Shares in miseries). So-much-so for the transparency being loftily pronounced and preached from pulpits of anniversaries. Hats-off to the hypocrisy of the Govt. of India and the Ruling Party. సశేషం. contd... सशेष.

మన దేశంలో లక్ష్మిక సరస్వతి దాస్యం చేస్తూ ఉండటం, అందరికీ తెలిసిందే. పత్రికలు, టీవీఛానెల్స్, అందలో పనిచేసే రిపోర్టర్లు, కెమెరా మెన్ లు, సంపాదకులు, ఉపసంపాదకులు, మేధావుల క్రింద లెక్క. పత్రికలను నిర్వహించటం, ఛానెల్స్ ను నడపటం ఎంత వ్యాపారమే అయినా వారు భజంత్రీలుగా మారకూడదు అని చాలా మంది నమ్ముతారు (వెర్రివాళ్ళు). శ్రీ చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారు చివరకు జర్నలిస్టులను కూడ వదలకుండా, వారిచేత 5k రన్ అంటే రాజధానికోసం ఐదు కిలోమీటర్లు పరిగెత్తించటం చేయించారుట. వారు పాపం ఏమి ఆశ పడ్డారో ఏమో. మన అభినవ శ్రీకృష్ణదేవరాయలవారు ఆ ఆశాజీవులకి రాజధానిలో ఎన్నేసి గజాల స్థలాలు ఇప్పించ గలరు. అలా ఇప్పిస్తే సింగపూర్ వాళ్ళు, జపాన్ వాళ్ళు , చైనా వాళ్ళూ, ఊరుకుంటారా. ఇంక జ్యోతిష్కులకి, వాస్తు సిధ్ధాంతులకి, స్పిరిట్యుయల్ గురువులకి, ఎన్ని గజాలు ఇస్తారు.

శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారిని భక్తితోనే లోబరుచుకొని, వేలకోట్లను సాధించాలని శ్రీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు కోరుకుంటున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తున్నది. అందుకనే శంఖుస్థాపనను శ్రీ మోడీ మహా ప్రభువు వారి చేత చేయిస్తే, జగదేక వీరుడి కథ సినిమాలో ఎన్ టీ ఆర్ , ఘఁటసాల, కలిసి శివశంకరీ అని పాడగానే రాతిగుండు కరిగి అగ్నిదేవుడు బయటకు వచ్చినట్లుగా , మోడీగారి మనసు కరుగుతుందని ఆశిస్తున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తుంది.

If every need of a person is met by his/her spouse, will there be a need for boy friend or girl friend or keep or concubine or prostitute or whore or what else?

एक व्यक्ति के सभी अवसरों को उसके-उसकी भागस्वामी (पती हो या पत्नी हो) देख रहे हैं , समझीये, तो, एक बाय फ्रॆंड, गळ् फ्रॆंड, या कीप या कंकूबिन या व्यभिचारी या विट के जरूरत क्या रहेगा?

Land has been provided by the People of the Capital Region, sacrificing their banana gardens, vegetable fields etc.

భూమిని ప్రజలు ఇచ్చారు. బెదిరించో , గుంజుకునో మొత్తానికి సమకూరింది.

Though meagre, Central Govt. is releasing some funds for construction of AP's State Capital for construction of Assembly, Raj Bhavan, High Court, Secretariat etc.

కొంచెమే అయినా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాజ్ భవన్, శాసన సభ, సచివాలయం, హై కోర్టుల నిర్మాణానికి నిథులను ఇస్తున్నది. వాటికి అవి సరిపోతాయి.

State Govt. has already created a big Real Estate Speculative Scandal and Scam in the Capital Region, and is reaping fruits from its acts by collecting huge amounts as REGISTRATION FEE AND STAMP DUTY FOR registrations.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కనీవనీ ఎరుగని స్థాయిలో రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ స్పెక్యులేషన్ ని సృష్టించి ప్రజలనుండి వందల కోట్లరూపయాల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీ, స్టాంపు డ్యూటీ పిండుకుంటున్నది.

State Govt. has already started Govt. wine shops to maximise Abkari revenue.

రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే ప్రభుత్వ వైన్ షాప్ లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి, మద్య నిషేధాన్ని ప్రచారం చేయాల్సిన ఎక్సైజ్ కానిస్టేబుల్స్ చేత మద్యం అమ్మిస్తున్నది. వేల కొట్లు కొల్లగొట్తున్నది.

People and Institutions are coming forward to donate large amounts for construction of State Capital.

వ్యక్తులు సంస్థలు ఎంతో కొంత ఉత్సాహంగానే చందాలు ఇస్తున్నారు.

All these things show that every provision is being met by the People of Andhra Pradesh and the Central Government.

ఇవన్నీ మనకి ఏమి చెప్తాయి. ప్రతిదాన్నీ మనం దేశీయంగానే సమకూర్చు కున్నాము.

Then what for are the Japan and Singapore Institutions being invited? To build big hotels, pubs, gambling dens, casionos, massage parlors, money laundering Finance Institutions? Will AP and Government of India create a tax haven in Amaravati?

ఇంక జపాన్ వాడు, సింగపూర్ వాడు వచ్చి ఇక్కడ మనల్ని ఏవిధంగా విషయిస్తాడు. పెద్ద హోటల్సు తెలుస్తాడా. పబ్ లు, జూద గృహాలూ,కేసినోలు, మాసేజీ పార్లర్లు, వ్యభిచార గృహాలు , మనీ లాండరింగ్ ఆర్ధిక సంస్థలను తెలుస్తాడా. ఎపీ ప్రభుత్వం, భారత ప్రభుత్వం ఇక్కడ ఒక టాక్స్ హావెన్ ను తెరవ బోతున్నాయా. ఇలాంటి వాటి ద్వారా మనకి వేలకోట్లు సమకూరినా అవి మనకి సుఖ శాంతులను ఇస్తాయా.

Those who see Vijayavada City know how the people are building their dwellings on hill tops, exposing themselves to extremely dangerous landslines, because they cannot buy house sites or apartments in Krishna and Guntur Districts.
