The Andhra Jyothy Telugu Daily dated 8th May 2015, published in its Navya supplement, an interview with Mrs. Saroja SriSri, second wife of Late Mahakavi SriSri, on the occasion of his 105th birth anniversary. This is a very valuable interview, and worth reading. Someday, I wish to add an approximate English gist of the interview, at this blog post. Right now, I wish to touch upon one topic, "Sharing of one's own partner, with another person", to the extent it relates to the interview.

Reply: 1. Mahakavi SriSri is not a private person. He himself claimed that he was a "yugakarta (founder of an era)". 2. I know that a deceased person cannot defend himself. I have no intention to criticise Mahakavi SriSri except to the extent it is relevant to spreading of atheism and Marxism. 3. Mahakavi SriSRi himself said: Private lives are your own. When you come into public, we shall say anything. 4. True Marxism, in my personal view, does not (probably ought not to) recognise "marriage" as an institution. A true Marxist society may have to be a marriageless society. The idea (ideal?) seems to be based on the principle (analogy?) as Marxism does not recognise private property, it recognise the concept of a private spouse.

जवाब: १. महाकवी श्रीश्री एक प्रैवेट व्यक्ती नहीं था, नहीं है। उनहोंने स्वयम कहाँ मैं एक युगकर्ता हूँ। २. एक कीर्तिशेष व्यक्ति अपने को आत्म रक्षण नहीं कर सकते। इसीलिये उसको क्रिटिसैज करना धर्म नहीं है। मुझे यह यकीन है कि मै महाकवी को अन्याय विमर्श नहीं करूँगा। और यह भी मेरा लक्ष्य है कि मै उन अंशो को स्पर्श करुंगा , जो नास्तिकवाद और मार्क्सिजम संबंधित हैं। ३. महाकवी श्रीश्री स्वयं प्रकट किया कि "प्रैवेट जीवनों आपके ही होते हैं। परन्तु, जब आप बाजार में आये, हम कुछ भी कह सकते हैं।" ४. सच्ची मार्क्सिजम, मेरे व्यक्तिगत विश्वास है कि मैरेज को एक रहने लायक व्यवस्था नहीं मानता। सच्ची मार्किस्ट समाज, विवाह रहित (मैरेजलॆस ) ही होना पडेगा। यह भावना (आदर्श ?) यह मार्किस्ट सिध्धांत पर आधारित दिखता है कि: जैसा मार्क्सिजम प्रैवेट् प्रापर्टी को नहीं मानता है, वैसा ही वैवाहिक व्यवस्था और उसके प्रैवेट स्पौज (व्यक्तिगत भागस्वामी) सूत्र को नहीं मानना चाहिए।

Honestly speaking or writing, Telangana or Residual Andhra Pradesh are not States which deserve a Special Status, like the Arunachal Pradesh. Telangana and Residual A.P. States fall in the average category of development. If the claims of T and AP are to be entertained, out of 29 States in India, 20 States deserve to be given Special Status, in which case the very objective of giving Special Status will be defeated. Of course, for political reasons the previous UPA Govt. might have granted Special Status to one or two undeserving States. Removing their special status is also not practicable because such removals will lead to claims of triggering political vendetta. It will also engulf new flames of Regional Politics. Best thing seems to be, to continue Status quo ante.

The people of Residual Andhra Pradesh also, originally did not ask for Special Status. Offering Special Status to Residual A.P., without closely examining whether it is really possible without harming national integration, was the conspiracy of the BJP and Congress, both of whom were intent to win over Telangana. All the National BJP leaders claimed credit for successfully dissecting United Andhra Pradesh, by providing for Special Status to Residual A.P. In the process, they not only ditched the people of Residual A.P., but also fell into a ditch dug by KCR & Co.

People of Residual A.P. were not against the bifurcation of the State. Mainly, for this reason only Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy could not win his 2014 elections, with the Samaikyandhra slogan. The People of Residual A.P. were against the unjust Division imposed on A.P. The unjustness arose because Hyderabad City was developed using billions of Rupees of both Central and State funds, apart from the private funds of people of both the areas. In other words, Hyderabad City is a National Asset and not the Private Asset of Residents of Hyderabad or Karimnagar or Warangal. The people of Residual A.P. correctly foresaw (Kiran Kumar Reddy too) that KCR & Co. was going to win, and that he was going to unleash series of steps to drive out people of Residual A.P. from Hyderabad City. Events subsequent to the Division also prove that these apprehensions were not unfounded. How the Big Goddess and the Small God fell in the ditch dug by KCR!

Leaders of Residual A.P. met Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi several times (some times they could get an interview of the big Goddess and small God, and sometimes, they could not get). The big Goddess and the small God, simply became deaf and blind. They wanted to satisfy only T Congress leaders, and merge TRS into Congress, even if people of Residual A.P. are condemned to hell. It is how the Big Goddess and the Small God fell in the ditch dug by KCR & Co. Did KCR merge TRS in Congress? No! To satisfy KCR, they sacrificed the goat i.e. Seemandhra, through a butcherous bifurcation.

Dynastic Prince Rahul Gandhi forgot about democracy!

Today, Rahul Gandhi, is trying to trace the coins he lost on the grounds of Residual A.P. Without knowing his blunderous callousness, he is blaming that he made Kiran Kumar Reddy as CM by mistake! Rahul's real mistake was imposing a CM from Delhi. Democracy requires that M.L.As have to elect their leaders in their own Legislative Party Meeting. Had Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi allowed the Congress M.L.As. to elect their own leader in a secret ballot, today, this need for fake remorse would not have arisen.

Of course, Rahul Gandhi or Sonia Gandhi with their 40 MPs cannot bring Special Status to Residual Andhra Pradesh, while their ex MLAs and ex MPs at field level make some noise.

When it comes to the leaders of Residual A.P., there is little to be said because most of them have turned out to be realtors and businessmen, engaged in money-making, obtaining co-operation from the TDP and Central BJP. Their role was always that of serfs to Delhi bosses, even before separation.

Now, Hero Shivaji has ventured on a fast-unto-death, which lasted about four days as expected, after which the Police broke it and got him admitted in Hospital, everything happened as expected. In the process, Mr. Shivaji also got some publicity.

We know that Center will not move an inch, even if all the parties in Residual A.P. start a movement. At the most, they will design more deceptive plans and impose on the people.


WASTE OF RESOURCES, STAFF AND TIME ON A FUTILE ADVENTURE

What should concern us the most, are the- waste of Police time, Revenue time, and the Media time, Hospital Doctors' precious time, by Hero Shivaji's fast. For attending to an unnecessarily become-sick patient Mr. Shivaji, Doctors have to neglect at least ten genuine patients, or handicap / partially close some OP Dept., or some other ward. Police, instead of using their time on preventing crimes, had to spend their time guarding Mr. Shivaji, and controlling his crowds. Media instead of collecting more serious news relating to poverty, drought, agricultural marketing etc. had to attend on the progress reports of Mr. Shivaji's health.

There is actually no need for indefinite fasts-unto-death now, which are anyway going to be halted by Police.

Such fasts had great value, in the freedom movement, because at that time, there was a need to employ every possible weapon to irk the British rulers. Now, there is no such dire need.

MODERN SHIVAJI VS. MODERN NEHHRU

One Numerologist by name (Mr.) Nehhru B.E. (Mech) claimed on a TV channel, in his sponsored program that he advised on numerological matters to Shivaji, and advised him not to use the spelling Sivaji. We, the readers may not know, the actual spelling of the real name of Sivaji, and the correct spelling we have to use. Our apologies to him for mis-spelling his name. We do not know what spelling, the Great Maharashtrian Hero of 1674, Chatrapati Sivaji (Shivaji? or Shivajee?) would have preferred to spell his own name. Though Britishers had during Jahangir's tenure, already established their Fort in Surat, we do not know clearly the nature of interactions between Chatrapati Sivaji and the East India Company, Surat. Our TV Nehhruu B.Tech (Mech)'s Numerology is based on English spelling. Why numerology does not work on the number of Telugu letters, Marathi letters, Hindi letters in a name: శివాజీ 3 letters. Why should Telugu people change their names?

Late Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India, may be turning in his grave (if souls exist and if they are imprisoned in graves-- of course, souls do not exist, to turn themselves in graves), to know that in 21st Century, there would be another Nehru with a different English spelling Nehhru , assuring gullible viewers that everything would be alright if they change the spelling of their names, or write their names 22 times everyday, or cut their names e.g. Boddapati Sundeep Kumar, just to Sundeep.

I get a feeling that I am living in ErragaDDa pAgal khAna. Of course, KCR & Co. will not allow me to stay there and get treatment, if he comes to know that I am an "AndhrODu", as he had made up his mind to reserve all the seats in the lunatic azylum, only to those who were born in Telangana before 1956.

I am not writing this because I am a fan of AtrEya, or because my mother tongue is Telugu. In fact, I am not a fan of AtrEya. Late K.V. Mahadevan composed equally immortal music for the song.

Ans: The top three of Residual Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, handling the land pooling, land acquisition for Capital are playing with the hearts and minds of the farmers of the 29 villages identified for the Capital. 1) Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu,C.M. 2) Mr. Prattipati Pulla Rao, Agriculture Minister & Minister from Guntur District . 3) Mr. P. Narayana, Municipal Admin. Minister.

The latest two statements made by Mr. Narayana are worth studying.

Wont use force to collect lands, says Minister

The CRDA Vice Chairman and Minister, Mr. P. Narayana, said the CRDA will collect farmlands from the farmers who are willing to give their lands under the Land Acquisition Act. The Minister came to Tullur on Wednesday and reviewed the progress of the CRDA land agreement process and distribution of annuity cheques. Mr. Narayana said the CRDA will not collect the lands of farmers who are unwilling to give their lands.

Why did Mr. Narayana change his mind in one day?  Did he consult Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, before promising that lands will not be acquired from unwilling farmers?  Why  Telugu news  daily Andhra Jyothy concentrated more on Mr. Salman Khan's jail, and did not publish this news item on 7.5.2015?  

The sincerity of the Government requires testing EITHER by the farmers, OR by the Govt.

The Government should issue an Official Notification giving permission to the farmers who have already given consent to Land Pooling, to withdraw their consent if they desire, before a deadline date, with a provision that pooling will be final after the last date. Govt. should include in the notification, the promise made by Mr. Narayana as quoted above, i.e. not to acquire lands of farmers who are not willing. The end result after the last date will show very clearly how many farmers are willing, and how many farmers are not willing. Then, it will also become very clear, that the promise made by Mr. Narayana is not a false promise.

People in general, farmers in particular, are not tree trunks or stones. They are just humans. Govts. cannot play their cruel games with them. Playing with their hearts and minds which revolve around their lands will not be good for a democratic Government. The Govt. should learn from the experiences of CPM in Nandigam, West Bengal, where the Bengal Govt. tried to snatch away the lands of farmers and entrust to Tatas.

Question: How can we solve the problem of celebrities committing crimes and dragging trials for 15 years? Examine this from the point of view of Marxism / Communism / Total Socialism.

1. In total socialism, we can eliminate the class of celebrities.

2. We can also eliminate the class of lawyers, who argue cases by collecting millions of Rupees. There will be no money economy in real Socialism.

3. Real question is: Do we need private cars? The system of Private Cars must be introduced only after we produce at least 500 million cars, so that each and every family  in the country gets a car FREE. But, there will be no roads to run them on, or no space to park them. Besides, the import bill of crude oil will go beyond the control of India. Hence, it will be apt, if India altogether avoids private cars. Group travel on public transport is the only solution. Public Transport will be free.

4. In complete socialism, Bars need not open every day. They may be kept open only on holidays.

How can we solve the problem of celebrity crimes, within the existing Capitalist System?

Separate courts should be established for celebrity cases with instructions to continue trials on daily basis, with few adjournments.  Celebrities have a tendency to appoint rich busy lawyers for their defence, who use their talents in getting frequent adjournments, wherever they are likely to get adverse judgements, so that they get time to purchase witnesses for retracting their statements.    Some witnesses may die, during the period of adjournments.



Question: How to handle the serious problem of retraction of statements by witnesses (Prosecution witnesses turning hostile)?

Ans: As celebrities can easily influence witnesses to go back from the statements they have already given to police, resulting all the hard-work done by the police becoming futile (Best example of this, we can see in the acquittal of Telugu Hero-MLA in whose home a gun/pistol firing took place, a film producer got seriously injured, and attempts were made to wash away the place of theand the seriously injured person went from his deposition given in hospital) , we can adopt the following reform:--


As far as possible, all statements in serious cases, are to be obtained by making arrangements for immediate visits of Magistrates to Hospitals/Homes for obtaining independent depositions from witnesses.  Cr. PC and Indian Evidence Act, if necessary, should be amended suitably, to minimise retractions of statements given to Magistrates, during actual trial, examinations and cross examinations.


In case of statements given to Police Officials,--  Cr. P.C. and Indian Evidence Act, should be amended to facilitate retraction/revision of their statements by witnesses already given to Police, by means of a Notarized Affidavit, detailing the denials/corrections/additions, with reasons for the rebuttals, changes.  This notarization is to take place within 20 calendar days from the date of the original statement.  The Notary should send a copy of the affidavit containing the rebuttal/revisions to the Police Station investigating the case, and the Magistrate in whose jurisdiction the Police Station works.  The Police Station concerned can also take into consideration, the revised statements received from the Notary, while investigating the cases.

    If  other persons wish to make statements on the case, either fresh, or add information on the basis of the revision/rebuttals already made by the witnesses, they can also be permitted to notarize their affidavits,   copies of which will also be sent by the Notaries to the concerned PSs, and the Magistrates. 

Question: The work of obtaining statements from the accused and the witnesses is the work of the Police.  Why do you want to bring the Notaries into picture?


Whether we like it or not, the bitter fact remains that Police have tendencies to obtain confessions from the accused, and supporting statements from witnesses, by threats, and third degree methods.    Owing to this general impression prevailing everywhere,  often, the trying Magistrates and Judges may face a dilemma, on to what extent they can rely on the statements made by the witnesses 1) during police investigation 2) after some years, in court, during trial.  To minimise these dilemmas, there is a need to   1) to provide prompt retraction/amendment system 2) to ensure that accused/witnesses, if they want to change their stance, they are allowed to do it immediately.

This no delay approach for retraction of statements, will also help police in their investigation processes, and procedures.  They can re-examine the entire case in fresh focus light, and decide either to stick on to their earlier path or, search for new labyrinthine lanes of investigative alternatives.  If they consider appropriate, they can revise their charge sheets and make them thorough enough, before going for their presentation in trial courts.


Question:  Why this maximum time limit of 20 days should be allowed for retractions and rebuttals?

With afflux of more and more time, witnesses have a tendency to get influenced by the accused, who comes out on bail.   The role of money and threats will come into picture.  Witnesses tend to speak truth when the incidents are fresh and lingering on their minds.  Hence, the iron should be hammered, when it is red hot, not after it cools down.


Question: There is a hackneyed maxim: JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.   Now, can we say that justice has been delayed and denied, as Police and Courts have taken 15 years, and yet the process of appeals upto Supreme Court level will take another 2/3 years?


Ans: :Let us take the case of the man who lost his leg in the accident.  During these 15 years, having lost his physical fitness, he must have been doing some odd underpaid jobs and eking out his livelihood, while our Hero minted thousands of crores in films.   While the injured persons are pauperized by the offense, and the guilty person is enriched by being allowed to roam,  where is the level play-ground?  Wherever there are instances of enrichment of guilty persons during delays of trials, a part of the enrichment made by the convict, can be passed on to the victims.  Courts should be authorised by amending Cr.P.C., I.P.C., to attach such additional earnings made by the convicted person during his bail period, and grant a part of it as compensation to the victims.

Ans: There is no link between dress and honesty/dishonesty of a politician. A simple poor looking politician may be muddy corrup behind screens, and vice versa.

Question: What type of dress codes you will suggest for Marxist / Communist / Total Socialist Democratic Revolution activists?

Ans: First of all, I do not accept the idea of the word "politician". Every citizen, in TOTAL DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION is a politician, or better phrases: worker politician or, political worker, in his-her own right. They need no dress codes, dress senses. But, it will be better, they follow some dress science. These three terms, I shall discuss in my next blog post, Part 2.

Question: Be specific. What should political workers , or worker politicians should wear?

Ans: What they wear everyday, when they go to their work. It can be a suit, or a lungi or a tea shirt or jeans, anything under the sky, including a fig leaf, or a gOcI (the bearest loin cloth) as long as it fulfils the requirement of being his-her daily wear.

499 CMs & PMs are not teachers and Ministers are not children मुख्य मंत्री और प्रधान मंत्री उस्ताद नहीं और मंत्री लोग बच्चे नहीं। ముఖ్యమంత్రులు ప్రధాని టీచర్లు కారు, మంత్రులు, ఎమ్ పీ లు, ఎమ్ ఎల్ ఏలు, పిల్లలు కాదు.

Question: Comparing CM and PM to teachers, and Ministers in the Cabinet to be children, does not seem to be appropriate. Why do you waste your time? Write something magnificent things, such as Valmiki Ramayana!


Answer: This comparison has arisen, as there are news reports that Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu cautioned his Ministers that they would be given marks for their performance, and given Transfer Certificates (TCs), if they do not raise to expectations. CM & PM are also Ministers, and they are not Gods. They are first among the equals. In other words, Ministers are equal to CMs and PM in every respect. The Ministers should also know their true role as the near-equals of CMs and PM. This is irrespective of whatever may be prevailing in Britain, whose Parliamentary Customs and traditions we have borrowed. Ministers, if they think that they are servants of CMs and PM, then those Ministers will start behaving like Rakshasa women surrounding Ravana.

Valmiki Ramayana, Sundara Kanda, Chapter 22, Verse 36. yathA madvashagaa SItA

tathaa kuruta rAkSasyaH
sarvAH kShipram samEtya ca.

Context & English gist: Ravana abducted Sita, and kept her in the Ashoka Garden. Nearly nine months elapsed, yet she was not surrendering to him. Ravana gave her further two months, after which, if she persists, he would get her killed. He instructed the daemon women guarding Sita: See the word used 'kshipram = immediately, without delay' used in the second line and fourth line. "Sita should be brought under my control fast." "All of you together (sarvAh samEtya) do it quick".

Just as Ravana expected his daemon women change the mind of Sita, by all means,  Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu is asking his Ministers to perform, by successfully changing the minds of farmers, without delay.  This the Ministers are doing by threatening farmers that they lands will be taken over through LA Act.

If the Ministers do not perform, they will be given TCs and sent away from the school. Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu ought not have said these words, even as a joke. Reason: Ministers are not only- NOT STUDENTS, but also NOT EVEN TEACHERS (Teachers are equal to Head Master/Principal at least in some respects).  Thus we get the deduction, that CM is the first among equals , of all the MLAs.  PM is the first among equals of all MPs (all parties included).

If we accept the idea that CM-PM are Headmasters and Ministers are teachers, who will be MLAs and MPs? They will become students. It will not be correct. Reason: Even MLAs and MPs are equal to CMs and PM. This is because every MLA cannot be made Minister/CM and every MP cannot be made PM & Central Minister.

Of course, there is one solution. Our Lok Sabha and Assemblies have five year terms. Annual rotation is one possibility. That means five PMs/CMs. Sameway five batches of Ministers at Central and State levels.

When the same party gets a second opportunity of ruling for another ten years, we can go for another five new CMs/PMs and five annual batches of Ministers from MLAs/MPs after eliminating those who had their chance during the first term.

MLAs and MPs, through secret ballot elect Ministers, CMs and PM.

A.P. CM thinks that legislators and Ministers need to be kept under control, through class room lecturs and training programs. Arranging for a lecture by Jaggi Vasudev, is one such example. Our PMOI seems to think that BJP MPs are to be disciplined through enforcing codes of discipline, class room lectures and training programs. Even first time MLAs and MPs should not be treated in that manner. They are, they will be as much knowledgeable as the Ministers and CMs once they spend a few months to study the Parliamentary practices.

Question: What did Ravana further order the daemon women?

Briefly: Bring Sita under my control using all methods.

తెలుగు మీడియా ప్రస్తుతం ఒకటి రెండు భూకులాల చేత శాసించబడుతున్నదని అందరికీ తెలుసు.

Telugu media, at least, every alternate day, hammers that Telugu is one of the sweetest languages in the world, or that Telugu tEjams are the greatest, or that we should take pride in being born on the Telugu land.

The Telugu Media, as well as the Telugu tEjams speak sweet Telugu, but at the same time prove the prophetic saying of Karl Marx that all human relationships are financial, monetary and pecuniary. Telugu parents, Telugu couples and lovers, Telugu schools, Telugu doctors, Telugu heroes, everybody with the prefixed attribute "Telugu" honor this dictum, knowingly or unknowingly. In fact, people of other languages, castes, religions, nationalities, races, etc. also conduct their affairs without violating this dictum.

उसी तॆलुगु मीडिया, और उन तॆलुगु तॆजम्स मधुर तॆलुग भाषण करते, परन्तु, उसी समय पर निरूपण करते हैं कि: तॆलुगु माँ बाप, तॆलुग पती पत्नी, तॆलुगु प्रॆमिक, तॆलुगु स्कूल्स, तॆलुगू वैद्य, तॆलुगू हीरोस, सभी जिन लोग तॆलुगु विशेषण नाम के शीर्षपूर्व इछ्छापूर्वक, या अनिछ्छा पूर्वक धारण करते हैं, तत्ववेत्ता कार्ल मार्क्स के एक कहावत को सच धृवीकरण करते हैं कि: "सभी मानव संंबंध आर्धिक संबंध आर्धिक ही होते हैं।" वास्तव में, सिर्फ तॆलुगु शक्तिमान नहीं, सभी जगत के सभी जाती, भाषा जन, कुल, धर्म, जातीयता, अपने सर्व मामले और लेन-देन को, संबंधों को आर्धिक रिस्ते बनाकर ही व्यवहार करते हैं।

ఆ తీపి మాటల తెలుగు మీడియా, తెలుగు తేజాలు తీపి తెలుగులోనే, కార్ల్ మార్క్స్ గారి "మానవ సంబంధాలన్నీ ఆర్ధిక సంబంధాలు" అనే పటుతర దార్శనిక వాక్యాన్ని నిరూపించేలాగా ప్రవర్తించటం గమనార్హం. తెలుగు తల్లిదండ్రులు, తెలుగు వధూవరులు, భార్యాభర్తలు, ప్రేమికులు, పాఠశాలలు, వైద్యులు, హీరోలు, అందరూ, తెలుగు అనే ఉపసర్గను ముందు తగిలించుకునే వాళ్ళు, తగిలించుకోమని బాదబడుతున్నవాళ్ళు, తెలిసి గానీ, తెలియక గానీ, ఈ మానవ సంబంధాలన్నీ ఆర్ధిక సంబంధాలనే వాక్కుకు అనుగుణంగానే నడుచుకుంటున్నారు. తెలుగువాళ్ళేం కర్మ, అన్ని జాతులు, ఉపజాతులు, ఉపజాతీయతలు, కులాలు, మతాలు, భాషలు, ప్రాంతీయతలు, ఉపప్రాంతీయతలు కలవాళ్ళు అందరూ, ఈ విశ్వ సత్య సూక్తి "మానవ సంబంధాలు ఆర్ధిక సంబంధాలు" కి అనుగుణంగానే ప్రవర్తిస్తున్నారు.

One news item which I have read in media, which Tana.org may have to confirm: Tana Organisers seem to have approached a top Telugu Hero who charges tens of millions of Rupees for appearing in films, to endorse products, - inviting him to participate in their 2015 July 20th National Conference. The Hero, having not forgotten that he is a Telugu man, is said to have demanded Rs. 1.5 crore (15 million) for his appearance. Surprised at this high demand, Tana is said to have gone back.

मीडिया में आया हुआँ सूचनाओं के अऩुसार, (ताना इस को धृवीकरण या खंडन करना चाहिए), ताना निर्वाहक, कोब सॆंटर, डिट्रायिट मे होनेवाले अपने २०वी महासभाओं मे सभालंकृत होने केलिये, एक अग्र तॆलुगु हीरो को आह्वान किया। और वह तॆलुगु हीरो, फिल्मों में अपने पागलपन नटना और नाचों केलिये करोडों रुपये, फालत् वस्तुओं को बॆचने केलिये ऎँडार्समॆंट्स करने केलिये करोडों रुपये पूछने अपने आदत के अनुसार, ताना से भी रू. १.५ करोड रूपये माँगा। इस डिमांड से आश्चर्यचकित होकर ताना निर्वाहक निराश वापस गये थे.

మీడియా లో వచ్చిన ఒక వార్తా కథనం ప్రకారం (దీనిని తానా వారు ధృవీకరించాలి లేదా ఖండించాలి), తానా వారు, కోబో సెంటర్, డిట్రాయిట్ లో జరిగే, తమ 20వ మహాసభలకు , ఒక అగ్ర తెలుగు హీరోగారిని ఆహ్వానించగా, ఆ హీరోగారు ఏకంగా రూ. 1.5 కోట్లు డిమాండు చేయగా, వెనక్కి తగ్గి వెళ్ళి పోయారుట. మరి ఆ హీరో గారు తను సినిమాల్లో పిచ్చి గంతులు వేసేందుకు తీసుకునే కోట్ల రూపాయల్లాగే, దిక్కుమాలిన సరుకులను గొప్ప సరుకులుగా అమ్మటానికి ఇచ్చే ఎండార్స్ మెంట్లకు తీసుకునే కోట్ల రూపాయల్లాగే, కొన్ని కోట్లు పారేయమని తానా వారిని అడిగి ఉండాలి.

Telugu film industry is also dominated by the same two or three landed castes.  The hero who demanded Rs. 1.5 crore to show his face at a Conference also belongs to that landed caste.  Hay!  Before Cash, both the love for own Caste and own mother tongue, have become slaves!

तॆलुगु सिनिमा उद्योग भी , उसी दो या तीन भू कुलों से शासन की जा रही है।  अभी हमारे तॆलुगु हीरो  जो एक महा सभा में अपने मुख को दिखाने के लियो रू. १.५ करोड माँगे थे, वे भी उसी भू-कुल के थे।  अहो, क्याष के सामने, अपने कुल के प्रेम, अपने मातृ भाषा के प्रेम सभी दास दासी होगये न।

As a Telugu gADida my understanding is it will be suffice for organisers of this type of Conferences, as is customary, to provide a to-and-fro air ticket, bear inland travel expenses, comfortable accommodation and food arrangements, some reasonable honorarium to take care of other expenses, depending on the financial strength of the inviting body. By going back, without paying the Rs. 1.5 crore demanded by the hero, Tana seems to have done the right thing.

497 Not cat, but grimalkin! बिल्ली नहीं मार्जाल ! పిల్లి కాదు మార్జాలం !

In Telugu language, we have a maxim: "pilli kAdu mArjAlam!". Its approximate English gist is "Not cat, but grimalkin or pussy!" .

तॆलुगु भाषा में एक कहावत है कि: पिल्लि कादु मार्जालम। इस कहावत की मतलब यह है: बिल्ली नहीं., मार्जाल।

తెలుగు భాషలో ఒక లోకోక్తి ఉంది: పిల్లి కాదు మార్జాలం !

This proverb is used when persons persist with the same thing, in spite of criticisms, demors, and objections. They simply remove the word which faced a hurdle, replace it with another word which means the same thing, just to show that , they are making changes. But no change is made in reality. In the above proverb pilli and mArjAlam mean the same thing. Billi and mArjAl mean the same thing in Hindi. Cat and grimalkin mean the same things with minor variations.

Recently, the Congress of the Communist Party of India Marxist (CPIM or CPM) held its jamboree Congress in Visakhapatnam. They replaced their Party's General Secretary Mr. Prakash Karat with Mr. Seetharam Yechury. They tried to create an impression that they are going to rebuild the party afresh, changing everything.

But indications are, that nothing drastic will really take place.

Let us take for example: In Bihar, CPM may allow its State Unit to make seat adjustments with Laloo-Nitish Combine, along with Bihar's Congress Party. In West Bengal, since Ms. Mamata Banerjee has become formidable (दुर्जय), CPIM may allow its Bengal State Unit to have electoral seat adjustments with Congress.

CPIM top bosses should understand that playing second fiddle to Congress and Regional Parties, in the name or electoral alliances or seat adjustments, has ruined the Party, because by doing so, CPM will be indirectly asking its supporters to vote for the bourgeoisie parties. Even after elections, CPIM will have to, and will continue its soft pedalling with the bourgeoisie parties.

In Telugu language, there is another proverb: Aru nelalu sahavAsam cEstE, aTu vALLiTu, iTu vALLaTu avutAru. Approximate English gist: When two persons make friendship for six months, both the parties exchange their characters and characteristics, and barter their personalities. That means a left party like CPM will become a bourgeoisie party, and bourgeoisie parties like Lalu-Nitish combine, Congress will behave like Leftist Parties.

తెలుగులో ఒక సామెత ఉంది. ఆరు నెలలు సహవాసం చేస్తే అటు వాళ్ళిటు, ఇటు వాళ్ళటు అవుతారని. అంటే వామపక్షం అయిన సీపీఎమ్ బూర్జువా పార్టీగానూ, బూర్జువా పార్టీలైన లాలూ నితీన్ మసాలా, మమతా బెనర్జీ గారి తృణమూలం, వామపక్ష లక్షణాలు సంతరించుకుంటాయన్న మాట. ఇంకా ఉంది. To revise. सशेष.

We shall start with a verse by Poet Kavi ChauDappa

ఆడిన మాటలు తప్పిన
గాడిద కొడుకంచు తిట్టగా విని, మదిలో
వీడా కొడు కన ఏడ్చును
గాడిదయును కుందవరపు కవి చౌడప్పా !

Verse in English script:-
ADina mATalu tappina
gADida koDukancu tiTTagA vini, madilO
vIDA koDukana EDcunu
gADidayunu kundavarapu kavi CauDappA!

English meaning, each line:
When a person violates his own promises,(lies)
(when his promisee) cursed him that he was a Donkey's son, in (its) mind,
"Is this person my son"
the donkey too (curses itself).
The last three words of the fourth line in this poem, are the poet's own name. The poet is addressing himself. Satakams (booklets/books of 100 verses) usually have the same ending at the end in the fourth line, called "makuTam (crown)". The crown for this ChauDappa Satakam is "kundavarapu kavi CauDappA!".

Some people say that Poet CauDappa lived in 14th Century i.e. Kakatiya dynastic period. But, there is one verse by the poet which was addressed to Raghunatha Nayaka King, who ruled Tanjavoor, Tamil Nadu in 17th Century.

"क्या यह (झूटा) मेरा बेटा" कहकर रोया,
गधा भी , ओ कुंदवरपु कवि चौडप्पा.
आखरी तीन पद "कुंदवरपु कवि चौडप्पा" यह कवी का नाम है। कवी अपने पद्य को अपन से ही कह रहे थे। शतक वाङ्मय में यह परंपरागत आचार है कि, शतक में रहनेवाले सौ पद्यों में, चौथा लैन (आखरी पंक्ती) की अंत एक ही रहती है। उसको मकुट कहते हैं। एक उदाहरण: विश्वदाभिराम विनुर वेमा। (वेमन शतक में महाकवी वेमना अपने को अड्रस किया).

अपने को अड्रस करने के निर्बंध तो नहीं है। उदाहरण: सुमती शतकम। महाकवी थे, बद्दॆनामात्य। मकुट था "सुमती , माने ओ सुबुध्धी" ।

Like we ordinary scribes who do not have control on our pens (computer keyboards and fingers?), our political leaders too do not have control over their mouth and tongue, when they get access to mike or dish out their harangues and orations to media persons.

जैसा हम, रचयिताओंं को अपने कलम (कंप्यूटर कीबोर्ड और उंगलिंयों) पर कंट्रोल नही रहते, हमारे पालक नेताओं को , मीडिया लोग को प्रवचन देते समय, अपने मुह और जीब पर नियंत्रण नहीं रहना सर्वत्र दृश्यमान है।

ఎలాగైతే మనకు రచయితలకు మన కలాల (కంప్యూటర్ కీబోర్డులు, చేతివేళ్ళ) పై నియంత్రణ ఉండదో, మన పాలక నేతలకు కూడ, వాళ్ళ నోళ్ళు, నాలుకలపై నియంత్రణ కరువవటం, ముఖ్యంగా మీడియా ముందు మాట్లాడేటపుడు మైమరచిపోవటం మనకు సర్వత్రా కనిపిస్తుంది.

KCR's nephew Harish Rao, also his Cabinet member, used the opportunity to intelligently demand apology from Mr. Naidu, for insulting the yAdav community. Mr. Harish Rao said:--

"...On May Day, leaders speak about issues concerning working class. These kind of political and casteist remarks are not expected from a man who boasts of working as CM for nine years and as opposition leader for ten years, on this day. This shows the grudge he has against Telangana ..."

"...KCR came from an agriculture family. He donated his big house to set up a government school in his village in Medak. On the other hand, Naidu came from a family which owned only 2 acres but everyone knows how much wealth he has amassed now after becoming CM. ..."

1) Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu might have spoken truth. But it was on a wrong platform, at a wrong time (May Day, a day dedicated to Labourers and Workers). Mr. Naidu didn't realise that at this moment, KCR was like Lord Krishna to the People of TelangANa, wielding his bewitching and magical flute. KCR KTR THR have sufficiently poisoned the minds of Telangana People. He converted his micro level personal dis-satisfaction with Mr. Naidu, as a macro level serious problem of the People of Telangana. The People of Telangana have their own set of problems, which KCR cannot solve, has no inclination to solve.

2) There were allegations against Mr. KCR that in his early days he cheated Gulf migrants. Neither Late Mr. N.T. Rama Rao, nor Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu bothered to verify his credentials before giving him his political breakthrough, and respectable position. KCR studied in the political school of NTR and CBN and obtained a Doctorate on misleading people. Now, Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu owes an apology to the People of Telangana State, and the Residual Andhra Pradesh, for neglecting to order intelligence/police/judicial enquiries into the allegations against KCR which might have proved that he was a cheat. In the early days, the sufferers of his deceptions might have come forward with required evidence.

3) There are rumours that Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu have accumulated benami assets in Hyderabad City. KCR is in power in Hyderabad City now. He has a duty to order intelligence/police/judicial enquiries into the alleged disproportionate assets of Mr. Naidu and his family. If there are any legal bars and obstacles, he should have asked his Advocate General and Govt. Advocates to file appropriate applications/appeals/revisions in Higher Courts. KCR should do it, at least, now. What is the use of Harish Rao repeating like parrot, the issue of the disproportionate assets of Mr. Naidu?

Mr. Lal Krishna Advani and Mr. Murali Manohar Joshi may also be ruminating how they gave political breakthrough and respectable positions to Mr. Narendra Modi. (Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee cannot do it because of his ill health). Though our beloved PMOI has become a near-traitor to them, so far, they have not come out openly, may be, they have their own reasons. Why Mr. Naidu is abusing KCR?

Like many other States of India,-- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are also being ruled by leaders of "BhUkulam" castes (landholding castes). The progenies of bhUkulams seem to have some inherited traits, one of which is looking down with disdain, the occupations of working Class. In some States, Yadavs (persons belonging to YAdav caste) are also landholders, and have the characteristics of bhU-kulams (landed castes). Many progenies of some landed castes, even if they may have been born landless (or small-marginal farmer), seem to have a condescending and disdainful opinion and view of occupations involving labor and toil. Within their minds not only Mr. Naidu, even KCR & Co., may be having this "looking-down-upon" opinions about sweat-occupations like cattle-rearing and shepherds. They may be hiding it, because they are now on their job to throw stones on Mr. Naidu.

I (this ybrao a donkey) have seen with my own eyes, both in Telangana and Sesh Andhra villages, the hard and painful living conditions of small cattle rearers (not big dairy farm owners), and the shepherds. They deserve better dignity of labor and respect, than what is being extended to them now. Small and marginal farmers, agricultural laborers also fall under this deserve-more respect citizens. I have seen with my own eyes, several hundreds of marginal farmers and agricultural laborers temporarily migrating in search of work, with their families, utensils loaded in gunny bags. Now, Mr. Naidu has revealed his mindset of derison and scorn towards sweat-occupations. Earlier too, pooh-poohed agriculture and the suicide of agriculturists.

Learned Readers may recall the utterances of Mr. Sharad Yadav in Parliament, about Ms. Smriti Irani, to estimate the mindsets of bhUkulams. This comment is not to justify what Mrs. Irani said, intended at Mr. Sharad Yadav.

Senior leaders with nine years experience or twenty years experience, ought to have acquired greater wisdom and control on their tongues.
